on the socials about things that are great India pantry
like vit To wheat nine grade multi grain, crisp bread
crackers that should be there. Pure goodness, everything's spread, what's
pure goodness?

There's a lot of things that they love right but
they can't have at school and school lunches, So like
peanut butter, there's alternatives for that that you can have
that are safe, and like Natella chocolate spreads because obviously

kids that have allergies and obviously it's a very staple
thing at school not to touch other people's lunches for

out so that they are safe for the kids to have,
and they're an alternative obviously for people who have allergies.
So yeah, you can buy I've been buying them for
the kids. And something I always have is the corn
Thins multi grain because my kids all have that instead
of sandwich. I love it.

what I used to do for the snacks in the
top of the wardrobe.

You can use that to make for your salads, to
make a vinigarette, or you can use it in stir
fright though, it is a good staple.

Mice in your pantry. It's hard to get rid of mine.

I remember going to Sizzling years ago and I was
having lunch there with a friend of mine and I
saw this mouse running through the salad bar and I
called the waiter over as I made there's a mouse
running through your salad bar. He goes, yeah, we've been
trying to catch it for months. Just runs up and
down the pipes, you know, the pipes that kept everything cold.

that's the reason.
