Speaker 1 (00:00):
All right, I'll tell you what. Every time we are
fortunate enough to speak to this next gentleman, the phones
light up, and that's exactly what we're doing on thirteen, one,
two three, because right now, ahead of his twenty twenty
four to two that's coming to Her Majesty's theater in November,
is John Edward joining us.

Speaker 2 (00:17):
Good morning, good morning, good morning, thanks guys.

Speaker 3 (00:20):
Okay, John Edward, the world's foremost psychic medium.

Speaker 1 (00:23):
I know and I've I didn't know much about you,
but certainly the crossing over with John Edward is where
I got to know what it is that you do
and about. But for those that don't, can you just
explain how you feel that you can help people and
what it is that what gift it is that you have.

Speaker 2 (00:39):
So I have now been for thirty nine years next
year's forty, which is kind of crazy, been working in
the field of psychic energy. So I'm a psychic medium.
The psychic part of my job means that I have
the ability to connect with people and talk about what's
happening in their life now, what's coming up for them
in the future, in a projected kind of way, so
in case they don't like it hopefully could change it.
And then the mediumship part is where I can connect

(01:00):
with people who have crossed over. So that is kind
of the genesis of why people come to see me.
And when people see me live, that's what they get.
They get both of that. They get the validations of
their loved ones and spirit, but and then they also
get the what may be coming up for them message wise.

Speaker 1 (01:14):
Is it a heavy thing to be able to do
in that? Do you carry a lot of the emotional
baggage that comes along with this?

Speaker 2 (01:21):
So? Yes, But I've been very very very very lucky.
Querians have the superpower of being able to kind of
detach from their emotions a little bit. So it helps
me to be very surgical when I'm reading. When I'm
not reading, if I see like like a movie or
something that's got any type of human connection, I'm the
one that my wife is handing the tissue too, because

(01:43):
she knows I'm going to lose it. But it doesn't
happen when I'm reading. It happens when I watch, like,
you know, a McDonald's commercial.

Speaker 1 (01:49):
You have just made my day.

Speaker 3 (01:50):
Ali Ali has one particular ad for McDonald's.

Speaker 2 (01:53):
I cry all the time.

Speaker 3 (01:54):
She cries it all the time. It's like a veteran's
day equivalent. But you guys have over there, old fella
gets it.

Speaker 2 (02:02):
Gets ups Yep, Nope, I'm right there with you. I'd
be like, pass me the napkin. Like it's gonna be
the same same thing when I'm watching a TV show
or any type of like scripted series when a certain
character says to the other character, thank you, Oh God,

(02:22):
did we go?

Speaker 1 (02:22):
John?

Speaker 2 (02:24):
You're gonna set it off, John, Like that's the you know,
and and it's got to be. It's got to be.
It's got to hit me in a certain way.

Speaker 3 (02:30):
John. What what do you say to like skeptics out there,
because we've sayen you shy and it's extremely entertining whether
you but lave or not, it's very entertaining.

Speaker 2 (02:38):
I think it's important I don't say anything to them.
I think it's important to be skeptical, you know. I
think it's important to be a critical thinker, specifically where
we are as a society globally in twenty twenty four.
You know, everybody can like whip out their phone and
be a journalist. They could be a psychic, they could
be an epidemiologist and a public health official during a pandemic,
like there's no there's no discerning quality except what your

(03:03):
own skepticism is about questioning things. So be a critical
think or be skeptical. Don't be cynical. Being cynical means
something's not possible. So I think, poke the holes. I
think if somebody watches legitimately a live event, if they
watch consistently, they're going to see the difference. You know,
hopefully they're going to see the difference.

Speaker 1 (03:24):
John, We're going to connect you with some listeners in
just a moment. But before we get to that, I
didn't want to aid you before, but you said forty
next to you coming up with what you've been doing
and everything else like that. How do you draw a
line between not wanting to spend time connecting with people
who have passed that you loved.

Speaker 2 (03:43):
I've lost a lot of really important people, you know.
I'm going to be fifty five in October, and I
think the amount of people that have passed that I
miss this only makes me feel more connected. The way
to reframe that is I include them because I can.
I landed here in in Sydney and I'm doing this
promotional tour and I landed on the anniversary of a

(04:04):
friend's passing. Normally I take one of my kids with
me on this trip, and neither one of them could come.
So I kind of like flying a little bit solo.
First time in like over maybe eleven or twelve years
that I'm here by myself, and it's a big trip.
It's like, you know, I'm a big boy. I can
handle it. But yeah, I was kind of like, it
would have been nice if they were here. And then
I was sitting in the car and I was thinking
about my friend Shelley, who's passed, and I realized it

(04:24):
was the twenty third anniversary. And the taxi driver went
the wrong direction to take to the hotel, and I
think maybe he didn't think I knew the area, and
I was like, dude, where you're going? And he changed courses,
slammed on the brakes. The light changed, and I looked
out the window and where was I on Shelley Street,
which is the name of my friend. There you go,
and I just sat there and I went so I'm
not alone on this trip. I lived my life with

(04:46):
the inclusion of them, not the exclusion of them physically.

Speaker 1 (04:49):
All right, Well, if you can stick around. We've got
some callers that are ready to go who have lost
some loved ones. We'd lovely if you could help them.

Speaker 2 (04:56):
I'll do my best.

Speaker 1 (04:57):
Mix one or two point three Maxinally in the morning,
if you've just joined us, we are with none other
than John Edward. You know him from crossing over with
John Edward, the foremost world's foremost psychic medium, and we're
going to start connecting them him to some of you.

Speaker 3 (05:11):
Yeah, he is coming to Adelaide. You can go and
say him in person on Thursday, November twenty eight. There
are tickets a John Edward dot net. But before then,
let's give you a preview of the great man at work.
We have Diane in Old Ranella on the line. Diane,
you would like to tell John about someone you'd like
to connect with.

Speaker 2 (05:27):
Well, hold on, Dianne, don't tell me anything, Just give
me your birthday, day and month.

Speaker 4 (05:31):
Only, fourth of May.

Speaker 2 (05:32):
Did somebody around you lose their sister?

Speaker 4 (05:35):
I think my mum a while ago, a long time ago.

Speaker 2 (05:38):
But you personally don't have a sister figure that's passed, right,
That's right, okay, So who are you hoping to hear
from today? My son the first thing that I have
is a woman that's coming through. But she's to your side.
So to your side to me means husband, wife, brother, sister, cousin, friend.
To me, it feels like I have an energetic person
to your side, sister Lee. So whether it be a
female friend or a cousin, not really sure, but that's

(05:59):
the first person that I'm getting. There's a cancer passing
that they want me to bring up. So there's a
reference to cancer. And I also feel like the twenty
sixth two six of a month has a meaning or
there's somebody that was twenty six there's something about twenty
six that they want me to bring up. I don't
know who this woman is. I keep feeling like I
want to call her your contemporary. So I know that

(06:20):
you want to focus on your boy, and I totally
get that. But who would I see as being like
the female connected to you that's passed.

Speaker 4 (06:27):
Possibly my grandmother.

Speaker 2 (06:28):
Yeah, so that would be older than you.

Speaker 4 (06:29):
Again, well, I have had cousins that have passed you.

Speaker 2 (06:32):
A female cousin, yes, is your dad passed or is
it your cousin's dad my dad? So I have your
cousin coming in first. I got your dad coming in second,
I've got somebody showing me they had a problem with
either their leg being paralyzed or maybe it was removed.
There's some type of issue with their one side. Who
is that my son? Okay? And I feel like I'm
supposed to highlight David or d like Dan Derek. Is

(06:53):
that connected to your son?

Speaker 4 (06:54):
Yes?

Speaker 2 (06:55):
So if that's his name, that's his way of giving
me his information. Was there somebody whose actions brought about
their passing? Like did somebody pass because like what they did?
And then how I know we're on the radio, but
how personal? Can I be pretty personal? I kind of
feel like I don't know if you felt like you
failed your son or if you felt like you like
made a mistake or something happened as a result. But

(07:15):
I'm supposed to assuade you of that. Do you understand?

Speaker 3 (07:17):
Yes?

Speaker 2 (07:17):
And then I kind of also feel like there's a
level of like, so money was stolen somewhere, there was
like money missing, or there's some story about value.

Speaker 3 (07:26):
Yep.

Speaker 1 (07:26):
Okay, Diane, I'm just going to jump in here because
we know John doesn't know this, but we knew that
you wanted to connect with your boy. What you said
was you just hope he wasn't mad at you for
trying to do everything you could to save him. Yes,
what John was saying there about your son is that
really hitting home there?

Speaker 4 (07:43):
It is because I forced him to drink shark cartilage
and and he went through so many different treatments because
he had cancer.

Speaker 1 (07:52):
Yeah, so you were trying to do everything he could.

Speaker 4 (07:55):
Yeah, yeah, that's right, was horrible.

Speaker 2 (07:58):
So he was the one with the cancer. Yes, your
cousin coming through first establishes the link with me. Your
dad coming in naxt shows that he's not alone. He's
got family there.

Speaker 3 (08:07):
Dan.

Speaker 1 (08:07):
Do you feel comforted at all that he's not mad
at you? And that's what John's saying, Yes.

Speaker 4 (08:12):
I do, because you know it's it's terrible. You try
everything to you know, help your son, your child. It
made me cry making him take this stuff, and he
was saying, I don't want to take it, mumatt taste
horrible and it's like you've got to take this, you know,
So yoes that it is comforting to know that he's
not upset that I made him do these things.

Speaker 2 (08:31):
Can I ask you, Dan, do you have do you
have the blanket that he had near you?

Speaker 1 (08:34):
Yes, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you. Mix
