Speaker 1 (00:00):
Robin's It tellim It News.

Speaker 2 (00:06):
This is kind of cool. John bon Jovi has done
something that is literally saved a woman's life. It happened
in Nashville, and the vision of it was caught by
a camera that was on a bridge and released by
the Nashville Metropolitan Police Department. This is how it was
reported on the BBC.

Speaker 3 (00:27):
The video shared by Nashville Police shows a woman in blue,
highlighted in the left corner, standing precariously on the ledge
of a pedestrian bridge over the Cumberland River, hanging onto
the railings. A little further up, the rock star John
bon Jovi can be seen arriving with a camera crew.
According to posts on social media, he was shooting a
music video on the bridge. He immediately walks over with

(00:51):
a crew member, waves and leans on the railing. He
calmly talks to the women for less than a minute
before the pair left her over the railings. Back on
the bridge walkway, bon Jovi continues to talk to the
stranger before giving her a hug. They then leave the
bridge together.

Speaker 2 (01:07):
And what's extraordinary about this particular video and also what
he did is that so many it was a busy bridge,
right people were just walking past her and ignoring her,
and he spotted her straight away and you can see
on the vision he was like, we need to do something.

Speaker 1 (01:22):
So he was making a film clip or something there, Yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:24):
And he just leant up and really casually, like a
little bit away from her, just started to chat to
her until she finally climbed over.

Speaker 1 (01:31):
I wonder what the conversation was. I wonder if it
did at any stage go do you know I'm bon Jovi? Like,
I wonder if he had visioned who he was, or
if he just was just about a conversation about how
she was doing what was going on?

Speaker 2 (01:43):
I reckon based on the vision. Actually, I think she
would have known it was John bon Jovi, right because
just the way she was, Yeah, the way she was looking,
and it was interesting. He saved her life, he really did.
Dave Grohl is in a world of pain. Yeah. We
found out earlier this week that he has infested that
he fathered a baby daughter outside of his marriage to

(02:03):
his wife Jordlyne Bloom. Now what is so problematic for
Dave around this is he has always made such a
huge deal about missing you know, rock events. If it
meant that it would clash with one of his daughter's
like important things in their lives, and any time he
ever had the opportunity, he was happy to talk about
his kids.

Speaker 1 (02:23):
Having children that don't care that you're a rock star.
My kids don't give fun of the food Fighters. They're like, daddy,
I need a smoothie now.

Speaker 4 (02:32):
Okay.

Speaker 2 (02:34):
So when he came out saying that he has fathered
a child out of wedlock and that he will look
it was a lovely message. He said he was going
to stand by the woman. What he's also really interesting
that's come to light in the last twenty four hours
is that the food Fighters were actually here about nine
months ago.

Speaker 1 (02:48):
That's interesting. So there's a real chance that the baby
mama is Australian.

Speaker 2 (02:53):
Maybe. Wow, there was a whole lot of stuff. If
anyone was watching online yesterday, there was this blow up
that it seemed like she'd gone on social media. It
turned out it was fake, which is really unfortunate because
our executive producer Ruth was losing.

Speaker 1 (03:08):
Her She was so excited because she was fighting with it.
You know, there were people commenting the fake person was
commenting back.

Speaker 4 (03:14):
It was wild.

Speaker 1 (03:15):
It's so wild, you know, It's interesting I've just remembered,
like literally this second. About ten years ago, after food
Fighters touring through Australia a lot and people, a lot
of interviewers were saying, do you want to live in
Australia And he was like no, Like it's a great
place to visit, but you know, America's my home, blah
blah blah. If the girl's Australian far out, he might
have no choice but to spend a lot more time here.

Speaker 2 (03:35):
I hope she's not, because that poor woman will be
hounded and so far no one knows who she isn't
that's probably a really good thing. Yeah, I got some
sad news for you kid, white men. I know your
devotion and love for Jua Lipa. Yes, yeah, watch me.

Speaker 4 (03:58):
She's your whole park, isn't she? Yep?

Speaker 1 (04:01):
Yeah, you're allowed.

Speaker 4 (04:01):
You know you're allowed five different people on some all barses.

Speaker 1 (04:05):
Yeah, okay, white man is Yeah, I'd just like to
take all bar all five musicians are taken by Georlia.

Speaker 2 (04:12):
Okay.

Speaker 4 (04:13):
So sad.

Speaker 2 (04:14):
She announced to twenty twenty five global tour dates of
the Radical Optimism to her and she is not coming
to Brisbane. She will be in Sydney, Melbourne and Auckland
in March Thursday the twentieth and March in Melbourne, Wednesday
March twenty sixteen Sydney and Wednesday April second in Auckland.
That's interesting, she's only like doing one giga week. Yeah,

(04:36):
her packdown.

Speaker 1 (04:37):
Must be human, that's true.

Speaker 2 (04:39):
That's she's not coming here.

Speaker 1 (04:40):
She's not coming to Brisbane and that for me, like
anyone who thinks that the Olympics, the building of an
Olympic stadium is a waste of money. For whatever reason,
we can't even attract big artists. The thing we're missing
massive acts. Like every every couple of weeks we miss
a massive act because we don't have the stadiums. We
don't have. If some corpse booked, we can't do anything.

(05:00):
And sun Court can't can't take the strain. We need
a proper stadium.

Speaker 2 (05:04):
Yeah, Taylor Swift didn't come here. Harry Styles had to
go to the Gold Coast and.

Speaker 4 (05:09):
I just weighing from Inanityana. Yesterday Green Day announced that
they were coming to Australia and they're going to the
Gold Coast. But I had a look just out of curiosity.
The Entertainment Center and suncle don't even have anything on.
So it's like I think we're also just getting outbid.
Maybe like I don't know what it works, but it's
like Brisbane, come on, yeah.

Speaker 1 (05:29):
Okay, so they go to the Gold Coast instead of Brisbane, Yeah,
the capital of Queensland.

Speaker 2 (05:34):
Or maybe du Lieper knows you're a stalker and.

Speaker 4 (05:37):
She doesn't want to.

Speaker 2 (05:38):
Dare you suggest that if she knew, soud like a
little desperate, probably.

Speaker 1 (05:46):
I would never tell her that I'm cool, black cool, oh.

Speaker 2 (05:51):
Yeah, and go well, yeah, I've got a baby at home.

Speaker 4 (05:55):
So cool.

Speaker 1 (05:57):
You're right, you're right. The ship is sailed, all right,
