Speaker 1 (00:01):
Wake up with Robin and kid.

Speaker 2 (00:06):
These are my confessions for Robin and Kids.

Speaker 1 (00:09):
Confessions for Cash.

Speaker 3 (00:14):
Molly out of Ipswich Confessions for Cash Molly.

Speaker 1 (00:17):
What have you got?

Speaker 4 (00:18):
Good morning guys. I when I was maybe nine years old,
I looked up something spicy on my sister's computer because
I was just a very curious kid, and it wasn't
of the straight kind if you get my gisk.

Speaker 3 (00:33):
Right to dove into this too deeply. But as a
nine year old, how did you know what to search for?

Speaker 4 (00:39):
Look? I was a very curious kid, and that got
me into places that I shouldn't have really found myself
as a nine year old. And then when I started
searching these things, I'm like, oh wow, this is actually
quite interesting. So, as any child would do, they just
kept looking and hey, hey, presto, this is something I've
never seen before. Yeah, childhood curiosity.

Speaker 1 (01:02):
Yeah okay.

Speaker 3 (01:03):
And so you found yourself and you weren't looking at
straight porn it is no okay?

Speaker 1 (01:09):
And so were you looking at ladies or what were
you looking at?

Speaker 2 (01:11):
Oh? Yeah, lots of yelp?

Speaker 1 (01:14):
And how do you think that affected your development?

Speaker 5 (01:16):
Well, I'm queer now, been a part of you that
was curious to go and find stuff like that.

Speaker 4 (01:24):
Absolutely, I mean like the start of womanhoods and everything,
and they're like, you know, let's explore some stuff. And
I think that was just the start of womanhood, I guess.

Speaker 5 (01:36):
And what about your sister? Did she ever know you
did that?

Speaker 4 (01:40):
No? No, I don't think she ever. And you only
came out to my family a couple of years ago
as bisexual, So no, I don't think she ever caught on,
which is weird because I'm very obviously queer.

Speaker 5 (01:52):
Okay, So it was her computer that you started to
look for, and yes, your curiosity, and you didn't have
a computer at the time.

Speaker 4 (02:04):
I didn't know we had a family computer, but obviously
I wasn't game enough to look up anything inappropriate on air.
So I got onto my sister's laptop while she wasn't
using it, and yeah, just stop her computer. How often
I can't really remember. I think it was because what
would have been I would have only been a couple
grades into school, and any time I wanted to go

(02:26):
on the computer, I'd just steal a computer and then
put it back when she wasn't there.

Speaker 5 (02:31):
Wow, So a lot like over a period of time, Yeah, Yeah.

Speaker 3 (02:36):
It's funny because I heard a stat the other day
from someone saying that I think the average age that
kids are exposed to porn is about nine, and I
thought that that was just insane being so young.

Speaker 1 (02:47):
But obviously, obviously you are right in the middle of
that target.

Speaker 4 (02:51):
Absolutely, I mean kids still get those urges.

Speaker 5 (02:54):
You know, Wow, did you delete your history? Like, how
do you know that she didn't know that's what you
were doing?

Speaker 4 (03:00):
Well, I remember that one time in particular. I don't
know if I forgot to erase it or if it
just like randomly popped up on Google, but I remember
it clear as day and it was just up there
on the Google search.

Speaker 1 (03:16):
Yep.

Speaker 4 (03:17):
So I just remember one day there it was on
the computer.

Speaker 1 (03:21):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (03:22):
Now, obviously you search for that specifically, But I did
hear that what kids are exposed to for the first
time tends to be actually what they're into for the
rest of their lives.

Speaker 1 (03:30):
Do you reckon there's any chance that that's the case?

Speaker 4 (03:32):
Like, well, absolutely absolutely, I mean, like, you don't get
these these areges for no reason, and definitely if you
look it up, it's going to be of interest. So
I guess your interests as a kid definitely make you
who you are.

Speaker 3 (03:45):
Yeah, but like if you just look at straight stuff,
do you reckon? You'd still be queer, wouldn't you?

Speaker 2 (03:50):
Oh?

Speaker 4 (03:50):
Absolutely? I think like I've known since I was little,
But I believe that every clear person knows they're queer
until they actually choose to accept it. There's no choice
in whether you are or not. It's whether you choose
to accept it.

Speaker 2 (04:04):
Wow.

Speaker 5 (04:05):
So does your sister know any of this?

Speaker 4 (04:09):
No, not that I'm aware of. You know, we've only
had that sort of really closest leebond in the last
couple of years, So there's definitely nothing that popped up
for our childhood because we didn't really get along that well.

Speaker 5 (04:21):
Would you like to tell her?

Speaker 2 (04:23):
Oh?

Speaker 4 (04:24):
I mean I could.

Speaker 5 (04:26):
Well, let's let's incentivize this a little bit. I think
that story on its own is a two hundred dollars
tail to tell.

Speaker 2 (04:34):
Okay, yep, how.

Speaker 5 (04:35):
About we double it. If you're willing to call your
sister and tell her.

Speaker 4 (04:40):
I could definitely do that. Yeah, I think it might
be at work though.

Speaker 5 (04:45):
Okay, well just hang on one sec. We'll send you
back to our producers and see if we can get
her up. What's her name.

Speaker 6 (04:51):
Her name's Lucy.

Speaker 1 (04:52):
Okay, hang on there, Molly. How you got to see Molly?

Speaker 2 (04:56):
Yep?

Speaker 1 (04:56):
Okay, if we managed to get your sister on the phone.

Speaker 5 (05:00):
Hello, Lucy, Hello, you have no idea what we're calling.

Speaker 6 (05:05):
You, do you no idea?

Speaker 5 (05:07):
Okay, we know you're on a tight turnaround, so we'll
get straight to it. Your sister Molly called us with
a confession and oh, dear, and that confession kind of
involves you.

Speaker 1 (05:23):
Okay, you want to take it away from here, Molly? Yeah.

Speaker 6 (05:27):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (05:27):
So Lucy remember at the old house, right, I was
like probably like nine years old, and you had the
cute little laptop that we still have.

Speaker 6 (05:37):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (05:39):
So I used to use your computer quite a lot. Yeah,
and I was looking up quite inappropriate stuff on your computer, Okay,
And one time I accidentally didn't get rid of that,
and Mum for it and I just said it was you.

Speaker 6 (06:06):
Oh that's great, Molly.

Speaker 3 (06:09):
Did you ever have your mom and dad talk to
you about your sexuality?

Speaker 1 (06:12):
Lucy?

Speaker 4 (06:13):
Yeah?

Speaker 6 (06:13):
Absolutely, becoming a parent now, yeah, I say, you know what, Molly,
It wasn't actually just my parents. It was my cousin Mark,
who they had asked, you know, is this a thing?
That's causing all these bugs on our computer. And Mark
actually said, oh, I think you need to just watch
Lucy because she's looking up these inappropriate things. And I

(06:34):
got into so much crap for this, Molly.

Speaker 1 (06:38):
So you were downloading viruses?

Speaker 6 (06:41):
Oh my god.

Speaker 5 (06:44):
So and we're talking about the same stuff, like Molly
was looking out lesbian porn.

Speaker 1 (06:56):
Have you still got that laptop?

Speaker 5 (06:57):
Lucy?

Speaker 6 (06:58):
I actually do you know? We're talking about it.

Speaker 5 (07:02):
The other So did your parents think that it was
you too? Lucy?

Speaker 4 (07:08):
Oh?

Speaker 6 (07:08):
Yeah, yeah, and they were really shocked because I was
the responsible one and it was a big issue. You know,
Molly was a bit rebellious, but no, she'd never do
anything like that, so it must be must be Lucy. Yeah,
so thank you Molly. Oh that's great.

Speaker 5 (07:22):
Well, I actually feeling this could be a three way confession.
So we've offered Molly two hundred dollars to tell the
confession because it's confessions for cash, and we said we'd
double it if she would tell you. Now, what I'm
going to offer you, Lucy is if you stay on
the line with Molly, you can also get two hundred

(07:44):
dollars if you are both willing to wring your mum.

Speaker 6 (07:48):
What do you think, Luce. Well, to be honest, Molly,
this isn't my problem, is it.

Speaker 4 (07:54):
It's yours?

Speaker 6 (07:54):
Because Molly, because Mom's about to find out that it
was you and not me. Old no, so we can't.

Speaker 4 (08:01):
Oh god, but I didn't know, Mom.

Speaker 3 (08:04):
Ok Okay, hang on girl, Okay, Molly and Lucy, can
you both hear us?

Speaker 6 (08:14):
Yeah?

Speaker 5 (08:15):
Okay, who's going to talk first? Because we've managed to
get Lynn your mum up on the line, I can go.
I guess is that you Molly?

Speaker 6 (08:25):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (08:26):
Okay, Okay, here we go. Hi Mom, Hello, Hi Lynn,
Welcome to the show.

Speaker 3 (08:32):
This is Robin and Kid from Kiss ninety seven three.
We've been chatting with your lovely daughters, Molly and Lucy.
Molly contacted us first with a confession which we've since
shared with Lucy and thought it was high time that
you found out.

Speaker 6 (08:45):
Okay, so.

Speaker 5 (08:48):
Lucy's in this. So Lynn, before we let Molly free
with this confession, can you tell me about your girls?

Speaker 1 (08:57):
Well?

Speaker 2 (08:57):
Parts in fact that they are my world? Well at
the moment they are, Maybe that might change. I just
adore them. They just bring joy to me every day.
I don't know, there's just no words for the love
that I have for them.

Speaker 5 (09:12):
When they were growing up? Was one naughtier than the other.

Speaker 2 (09:16):
You know how your children go through phases and you think,
what on earth could happen around the corner. Well, there's
usually something around the corner, but you know, nothing, nothing
that you know you would be arrested for. I guess
Molly was actually both naughty.

Speaker 5 (09:36):
Both of them. Did one take the rap more than
the other?

Speaker 2 (09:39):
Well, usually because Lucy was the oldest one, I suppose,
and there's a fair gap between the two that she
would probably take on a bit more responsibility. So Molly
was a bit of a toad. I think Molly and
Lucy would probably step up to the plate for her.
And I remember we went to Vanuatu and they you
know how the natives get there and they've got spears

(10:00):
and they pretend that they're attacking you and it was
just a role play. But I have a photo of
Lucy standing toe to toe with his people with Molly
be like it was just a show. So yeah, so
she's been very protective of her, Well.

Speaker 6 (10:16):
Very protective of your Molly, because I love you so du.

Speaker 5 (10:23):
Look with all of that in mind, Molly, go for it.

Speaker 4 (10:27):
Okay, So Mum, when we were at the old house
when I was maybe nine ish, Lucy had her little
laptop that we always talked about, and we had the
family computer, right, but the things that I was searching
weren't really family computer appropriate. So I would steal Lucy's
computer and look up these inappropriate things that a young

(10:50):
woman sometimes would look up.

Speaker 2 (10:52):
Like Molly for you were normal, darling, I'm so.

Speaker 4 (10:58):
I was looking up not so straight porn, yes, yes,
which is evident to this day. But I remember there
was one time that I overheard Gunnas being in Lucy's
room and I walked in to find a lesbian search

(11:19):
site in Google, and you walked in and I did
not say a word, and I blamed it on Lucy.

Speaker 6 (11:28):
You know, I don't even remembered that, because I'm sure.

Speaker 1 (11:34):
Remembers Lucy remembers.

Speaker 4 (11:36):
We are apparently hardly one of our cousins.

Speaker 6 (11:39):
Also, remember.

Speaker 2 (11:41):
That's wonderful, So you're just normally you're curious. I'm really
related about.

Speaker 6 (11:47):
Oh that's normal with Molly do and that's great. It
was naughty of you to do that, but oh my god,
you got Marco. Remember you used to call on Marks
to help us with I T shoes, the it geek cousin,
and he said, oh, we've got all these bugs and
things happened to your computer. And he said, I think

(12:07):
you mean to keep an eye on Lucy. She's setting
up some stuff that.

Speaker 2 (12:12):
Actually I do remember that. Now the dog is listening
once you mentioned about Mark. But isn't it wonderful that
we're all quite normal?

Speaker 5 (12:27):
If you are not getting the answer you.

Speaker 2 (12:29):
Want, I will pray for you. I will get a
prayer chain going. I just need to find someone else
that can do it with me.

Speaker 6 (12:41):
I think it's the.

Speaker 4 (12:42):
Answer Lucy didn't expect, and it's kind of displace.

Speaker 1 (12:46):
Yes, you both go.

Speaker 2 (12:50):
To your room for it.

Speaker 3 (12:52):
Yeah, don't take your laptops.

Speaker 2 (12:55):
And my husband just said, go to your room and
think about it. I'm so really, Actually, what did you
think we were going to say?

Speaker 4 (13:02):
Then?

Speaker 2 (13:03):
I have no clue because there's probably so many things
that they could confess too. I'm thinking back at my child. Lord,
holy duly, let's not go there.

Speaker 6 (13:14):
Oh this is a hoot.

Speaker 1 (13:17):
It's a good result.

Speaker 5 (13:18):
Oh my god, No, Lucy, you're not happy, are you? Mate?

Speaker 2 (13:21):
You?

Speaker 6 (13:22):
Oh look, it's not really the outcome I was after.

Speaker 4 (13:24):
But I'm not surprised.

Speaker 2 (13:28):
Maybe we can go to something worse now and then
you can just ring back another day.

Speaker 6 (13:34):
Okay, let me have a think. I'll write down.

Speaker 1 (13:38):
Meantime. Molly.

Speaker 3 (13:38):
You've got four hundred dollars and two hundred dollars for you, Lucy.

Speaker 6 (13:42):
Oh, thank you very much.

Speaker 2 (13:45):
They can take me out for lunch.

Speaker 6 (13:50):
It could take me out, yeah, yeah you will.

Speaker 5 (13:55):
Thank you, thank you, thank you for being such good sports.

Speaker 1 (14:01):
You wake up with Robin and kid.

Speaker 4 (14:09):
Mm hm
