So that sounds like you need to get uranus in order.

What are we talking about Robin and Kidd now with
Choreos the podcast.

So yesterday on the show, Cory and I appender a
song to Naomi and Tigan, our partners, just to say
farewell because there's seventeen rounds of football this week in
AFL and RL and there will be till October.

Speaker 3 (01:00):
Yes, so you were trying to make it okay for
you to do absolutely nothing other than watch football for
the next six months, and this was the song that
was supposed to make it better.

Speaker 4 (01:10):
My lover, goodbye, my friend, because the foot is back
and I won't see you while we can.

Speaker 2 (01:19):
Of course a long version of it, but it was
it was a very kind farewell.

Speaker 3 (01:23):
It was a very beautiful he on the podcast, the
whole but it managed to irritate everyone else who is
involved in this Brecord show.

Speaker 2 (01:32):
From Alana in our newsroom, Ali, our.

Speaker 3 (01:35):
Boss, and our two producers told and now Maddie pens
is in about fifteen minutes. She was great with the lyrics.

Speaker 5 (01:43):
There were two lyrics in it that.

Speaker 3 (01:44):
Alana refused to say. So Tod and I took gay
and Alana's voice is so so sweet?

Speaker 2 (01:52):
Isn't it beautiful? And how how would you describe Todd's voice?

Speaker 6 (01:56):
It'll be everyone else and featuring Todd featuring.

Speaker 2 (02:00):
He's not a band member, but he's definitely featuring.

Speaker 4 (02:03):
Come on, it's because you just go sorry always like
a like a rapper that just comes in.

Speaker 2 (02:14):
And that speech just played.

Speaker 5 (02:16):
The song.

Speaker 3 (02:19):
You're a disappointment, yell let me down.

the Wizard of Oz appropriately with the with the big song,
which we'll get to at the end. Choreo. It's prepared
to sing somewhere over the rainbow.

Speaker 3 (03:53):
Of course, this is because we are all now over
that rainbow. The cyclone has gone and we are all
feeling refreshed.

Speaker 5 (04:01):
Did we get a rainbow?

Speaker 2 (04:03):
Yeah we did, Yeah, we did. Did get a.

Speaker 6 (04:05):
Couple of rain said, huh, that was before it happened.

Speaker 3 (04:09):
Okay, but now we're at the end of it and
we want to celebrate it with a big full stop
and Corey oats in a wig singing somewhere over the rainbow.

Speaker 2 (04:15):
Yes. So this is the scene and we normally don't
play back the scene, but just to refresh everyone's memory,
this is the scene we're doing before the song from
Wizard of Oz. Now, Robin I will be playing the
wicked Witch. In this scene, you'll be playing Glinda. Glinda,
she's a good witches. Yes, she's a good one, okay,
and Corey will be playing Dorothy, which you'll hear soon enough.

Speaker 2 (06:01):

Speaker 1 (08:06):
See Robie Kidd. Now with CoreOS the Podcast with Robin
Kip and Courrio, it's your weekly dosephot.

Speaker 6 (08:23):
Hey, Brizzie, it's Corey here and it's time for another
weekly dose of votes. Last weekend, Rob was on the
air keeping everyone updated with what was happening with cycling
alf she checked in with kid and his son, RAFFI
was feeling extra talkative, Ruffy, what do.

Speaker 1 (08:37):
You want to do today?

Speaker 2 (08:38):
I want to play with my children and.

Speaker 3 (08:42):
That sounds amazing. Can you do me a favor, Raffi?
Can you make as much mess as possible?

Speaker 1 (08:48):
Okay's joking.

Speaker 2 (08:55):
He mentioned it again through the day. He totally believed you.
He's like, well, Robin said Dad.

Speaker 6 (09:00):
And I had my own circle of trust moment after
cycling out, Tea and I was so tired that we
both fell asleep and left the kids unattended for forty minutes.
Whoever just underlaid down and Teagan was sort of on
the couch out in the living room and I just
laid down. The next minute, my eyes to start closing,
and then the kids can hear them whispering.

Speaker 5 (09:17):
Let's go get dad, and they walk in.

Speaker 6 (09:19):
I'm like, mate, come back, and it was like two o'clock,
so come back when the big hand it's a six,
just give me half an hour. And I closed my
eyes and the next minute it's like two forty. I'm like,
what what he's been doing for minutes?

Speaker 2 (09:33):
So you were both the sleeves of the five year
old was in charge.

Speaker 6 (09:38):
We spoke how to keep desire alive in relationships.

Speaker 2 (09:41):
And I also think you're forgetting the fact that you
have an entire box full of wigs.

Speaker 1 (09:45):
Yeah, sp up, what's not to desire?

Speaker 2 (09:49):
An, I've got a clown.

Speaker 4 (09:51):
Texas is going things aren't going great, then all of
a sudden, the clown wig comes out of there.

Speaker 12 (09:59):
Andy.

Speaker 6 (10:00):
Yes, I'm a fan of the Backstreet Boys.

Speaker 1 (10:02):
I am surprised that.

Speaker 3 (10:03):
You had the discman and you were like bopping to
Backstreet Boys, trying to do the moves.

Speaker 6 (10:07):
When you're in the bush, you don't have much choice
or options.

Speaker 2 (10:10):
Just the thought of you, like repairing fences somewhere out there.

Speaker 3 (10:14):
Street Robin had a very important question, would you be
a stay at home parent.

Speaker 2 (10:23):
Really, because Corey has been talking about Yes, that's s space.
She talks about golf, fishing, not actually parenting, just play
some golf.

Speaker 6 (10:33):
And we spoke about the first time we said I
love you to our partners.

Speaker 2 (10:38):
Definitely, how to be taking you reckon.

Speaker 5 (10:41):
Yeah, she wouldn't want to let me go. That's why
I was a hopeless romantic. I still am.

Speaker 6 (10:45):
It would have been like I love you all that.

Speaker 2 (10:47):
Would have been me, good news, Corey, we have clarification.
Beautiful Teagan, your lovely wife is on the phone. Who
said it first?

Speaker 12 (10:55):
Corey was not.

Speaker 13 (10:56):
It was before State of Origin Game three in Sydney
and he was drifting into his pregame nap now. He
couldn't get the words out. He could have been sleep talking,
but we'll take it.

Speaker 14 (11:07):
And he said I love you?

Speaker 2 (11:08):
So was it like I love you?

Speaker 1 (11:11):
Yeah, stuttering and stuff and answers like what's his work.

Speaker 13 (11:14):
Trying to say?

Speaker 1 (11:16):
Really?

Speaker 2 (11:16):
Putting the hopeless and hopeless romantic?

Speaker 5 (11:18):
Is it easy?

Speaker 6 (11:19):
Which of course led me to trying to get my
loved ones to say I love you.

Speaker 5 (11:23):
So you're about to.

Speaker 2 (11:24):
Call Gene Miles, your father in law, Chory, Okay.

Speaker 5 (11:27):
I just wanted to say thanks and that I love you.

Speaker 14 (11:31):
What you's got a couple of dogs.

Speaker 6 (11:34):
I'd say that too before him, Hey, Jane, I love you.

Speaker 2 (11:41):
Surely Cory's mother in law Deb would say it back.

Speaker 5 (11:44):
I wanted to say thanks and that I love you.

Speaker 2 (11:48):
Really, that's a really interesting response. And what about one
of his best mates, a former Bronco Matt Gillett.

Speaker 5 (11:57):
I love you, mate, I've always loved you.

Speaker 2 (12:01):
Love you to mate, I'm not talking to them.

Speaker 6 (12:08):
I'll take it. That's it for your weekly days to day.
Catch you next week.

Speaker 1 (12:14):
Robin kid Now with Choreos the podcast.

Speaker 7 (12:20):
I GA There Local Supporting Locals with Robin Kip and
Coriots It's kiss It at Us.

Speaker 2 (12:28):
Yes, thanks to I g A have reached out to
us to sort of help others because they are locals
supporting locals. We've had a bunch of nominations come through
on four nine nine seven three nine seven three for
people who lost everything in the storm of all the
fridges turned off and everything got spoilt, Kayleen of Boondle.

Speaker 3 (12:47):
We love it when you nominate someone you know who
needs this.

Speaker 2 (12:50):
Who is it?

Speaker 9 (12:51):
Oh, my friend Kim. She rides home from holidays late
Sunday night to find out chadno power and all the
food and everything. How I'd been off for like twenty
four hours. So she's in the dark with no food,
there was no shops opened, and she lost everything in
her freeze around her fridge. So I just wanted to
do something nice for her.

Speaker 3 (13:12):
Well, you've done it, Kayleen, five hundred dollars I GA voucher.
You ring her and you tell her because you're the
best friend ever.

Speaker 9 (13:20):
It's her birthday on Monday, so.

Speaker 2 (13:23):
Perfect. Well done, Thank you Agi.

Speaker 9 (13:25):
And thank you ninety seven three. That's great.

Speaker 2 (13:28):
Good on your Kayleen.

Speaker 3 (13:29):
Thank you Crystal A pimpama.

Speaker 12 (13:31):
Hi.

Speaker 2 (13:32):
Hi now Crystal, we've been told we need that we'll
be quick on this phone. Why is that?

Speaker 1 (13:38):
Crystal?

Speaker 13 (13:39):
Well, God, where do I begin? It's being mixed emotions
this week, that's for sure. Due to have my baby
at nine point thirty this morning and soon.

Speaker 3 (13:49):
Hang mate, what do you mean are you having a
caesar or you're literally a labor No, I'm having.

Speaker 13 (13:55):
A sea section this morning.

Speaker 2 (13:56):
Wow, wow wow.

Speaker 13 (13:58):
Yeah, so this past week has been very interesting.

Speaker 1 (14:01):
Yeah, tell me why?

Speaker 2 (14:02):
What happened with the cyclone?

Speaker 13 (14:04):
So we purchased our house just only in December, and
we thought we got really lucky during the cyclone. We
hadn't lost power or anything. And then we woke up
the day after the cyclone, after all the heavy rainfall
to find pretty much all of our bedrooms, particularly the
nursery and our spare room completely flooded. Yeah, so everything

(14:25):
was completely ruined water damage, and yeah, it's had to
relocate the same week and yeah, so this is.

Speaker 2 (14:32):
The nursery that you've obviously been excited over the last
few months. You've set it all up or did the
same thing, you paint, you get it all ready to
go for bub who's coming home in a week, and
then it's gone.

Speaker 13 (14:42):
Yeah, which yeah, really devastating.

Speaker 3 (14:45):
But yeah, did you not know you were buying a
flooded property?

Speaker 12 (14:48):
Is that it?

Speaker 2 (14:49):
Or was this just a freak one off event.

Speaker 13 (14:51):
This was like a freak event that we didn't ye
know about anything, there was any prior issues. So yeah,
we've had everybody out and getting us really catered. They've
been really good getting this done really quickly for us obviously,
because I can't bring a baby back let alone, you know,
have my two year old in the house with you

(15:13):
know how quickly mold spreads and everything as well.

Speaker 3 (15:17):
So tell me, Crystal, was this cason booked in ages
ago or is it because of this stress they've said
let's do this now.

Speaker 13 (15:25):
It was booked in for like next week. However, Yeah,
we have brought it forward and I think I've just
had a lot of stress over the past few weeks too,
So just wanting like, you know, a safe delivery, and yeah,
that's all I'm thinking about right now as well.

Speaker 3 (15:43):
Oh you sweet girl, thank you for bringing us because
we absolutely want to make your day better. I mean
you're going to have a baby that's probably yoursome. But yeah,
we'll give you five hundred dollars thanks to IgA if
that'll help.

Speaker 13 (15:58):
Oh, that would be awesome. Thank you guys.

Speaker 2 (16:01):
At least the fridge will be stocked when you get back.

Speaker 13 (16:04):
Yeah, that's really lovely. Thank you guys.

Speaker 3 (16:06):
Do you know what you're having Crystal?

Speaker 13 (16:08):
Yeah, it'll be our second girl.

Speaker 3 (16:11):
And is she named already?

Speaker 13 (16:14):
We're just going to see you when we see her,
but yeah, yes, but not telling us.

Speaker 11 (16:21):
Secret.

Speaker 2 (16:22):
You are so brave.

Speaker 13 (16:26):
Well done, Thank you guys.

Speaker 1 (16:30):
Now with the podcast.

Speaker 2 (16:33):
After the show yesterday, we Corey and I headed out
in the canvan, the four ex canvan. You got the
morning off, Robin because you you had been in here
for a long time on Sunday.

Speaker 3 (16:43):
And also I had to do a client thing down
the gold cost, so I was actually working to but
it seemed appropriate that you guys went out with cases
of four X to give to people who have been
doing it tough.

Speaker 2 (16:54):
Big thirty can slabs of gold and patty for four
X met us at this street in Karna, which I
had no idea flooded, but it absolutely did. And anywhere
near the easement, probably six houses either side went under
and had to that. Yeah, just the drains, the volume
of water. Yes, it's so that's the thing you can't pick.

Speaker 3 (17:16):
With Brisbane rice. Whether the wave and Hope floods and
that takes out ipswich and then the water comes in
a certain catchment and that comes up through the drains.

Speaker 2 (17:24):
It's just insane, especially with all the new developments that
go on. So Manippy golf Course has just been built
next door, and there's some suggestions from the owners there
that that's that they brought in truckloads of soil and
so it's all built up. The water had to go somewhere.
So we walked around the street anyway we had, We
had slabs on our shoulders, just walked up knocking on doors,
just with some good news and some four X.

Speaker 5 (17:46):
Would you like a carton of happiness?

Speaker 14 (17:48):
I would love happiness?

Speaker 2 (17:49):
Yes, would that feels good? I mean, free beer is
always pretty pretty welcome.

Speaker 7 (17:59):
In it.

Speaker 1 (18:01):
Was what was your name? George? George, George, This is Corey.

Speaker 2 (18:06):
They were come bearing gifts, the gift of all gift
the body joint.

Speaker 6 (18:12):
Yeah, George, so they just like, you can't afford It's like, yeah,
they just sold some of them were sort of tearing
and oh but it was it's such a good feeling
when you do those sort of things, and yeah, yeah,
it was nice. And then obviously the last couple we
went to, because we're there for about thirty minutes, I

(18:34):
think in this one house.

Speaker 2 (18:35):
Yeah, because we got to this house where Don was.
Don and his wife have been living there forever and
their kids were helping clean up. Corey gave a carton
of the kids as well. I mean I say kids,
they're probably thirty. No, it was one per household, yes,
and the daughter was their help, and they this house.

Speaker 6 (18:50):
Looked like it never flooded. I went, well, she doesn't
live here, so it's a different household.

Speaker 2 (18:58):
I just gave her the car teared up as well.
But then when we got talking to Don you'll probably
see on Channel seven news because he was such a character.
He took us into his his pool room literally had
a pool table downstairs with a bar and memorabilia of
the Broncos and Morons from the last thirty years and
a lot of the posters and things and like got ruined.

Speaker 6 (19:20):
By the flood, like an old school queens and maroons
posted like one of the ones that like you, everyone
would know.

Speaker 2 (19:25):
Yeah, it was ruined.

Speaker 5 (19:27):
You just felt so bad for him.

Speaker 2 (19:29):
You didn't have any of him he had. They had
a post your first year, your debut year. You look
like a two year old.

Speaker 5 (19:37):
Your face was and I was one hundred and nine.

Speaker 2 (19:41):
At you normally?

Speaker 5 (19:42):
Is that big? That was not a fit or healthy?

Speaker 6 (19:45):
One hundred and nine out there say like the way
I looked out to be one hundred and eighteen.

Speaker 5 (19:52):
And we even got to.

Speaker 2 (19:52):
Talk about Coryus, Cory's father and Lord Gene Miles somehow
got raped into it. But have a listen, this is
us talking to Don about some of his stuff down stairs.
Who's your favorite bronco of all time?

Speaker 5 (20:04):
Yeah?

Speaker 3 (20:04):
Should be lucky, Yeah, gotta be lucky.

Speaker 5 (20:06):
You gotta be lucky.

Speaker 1 (20:07):
Dis quary make.

Speaker 5 (20:09):
Before two thousands? What about the old?

Speaker 10 (20:11):
The old?

Speaker 9 (20:13):
Then you got what your name?

Speaker 1 (20:15):
Lane is a shiptation?

Speaker 2 (20:17):
Where can you about?

Speaker 6 (20:20):
All right?

Speaker 1 (20:22):
All right? His father when he when he played for women,
was really good. Yeah he went soft. That was your kid.

Speaker 6 (20:36):
That wasn't my doing.

Speaker 10 (20:37):
That was.

Speaker 2 (20:45):
Listen, everyone's in the circle of trust. Don't show Jeans
that audio just feeding he.

Speaker 5 (20:52):
Was sorg and Deb's listening. So show did you just call?

Speaker 2 (20:57):
Asked Don if that's what Don thought? Because Don was
putting it in the boot and put the suggestion in
his head. Are you insane? I was a dumb idea
and I shouldn't said anything. And I don't think it.
I don't think that g Miles is off. He was
the most wicked player I've ever seen. He was terrified.

Speaker 6 (21:12):
How do you start MACTA Now?

Speaker 1 (21:15):
Robin now with Corea the podcast.

Speaker 3 (21:19):
Okay, this isn't funny. This isn't funny at all. So
this weekend we are going to Melrose Station at Killani.
We've got a massive family event. So it's myself and Olivier,
my boys, their girlfriends, and my younger son, Piper's girlfriend,
Isabella's parents who are here from America. All right, so
we wanted to give them a really great Australian experience.

Speaker 2 (21:40):
So where's Killani, I don't know, to a half hour
or two and a half hours in the bush?

Speaker 3 (21:45):
Yeah, okay, And there's a rodeo on the Saturday night.
And so Lewin is the one. My middle son who's
twenty two, is the one who's kind of coordinating it all,
and he said, hey, fam bit of an itinery for
the weekend out in the Big Sticks. So Friday, we've
got cheese and drinks at the homestead, which is tonight.
Then pizza, dinner and drinks around the campfire. Beautiful Saturday,

(22:05):
cook Dozzy breakfast, then a hike to the mountain for
those that want to exercise.

Speaker 2 (22:09):
Sounds so far.

Speaker 3 (22:10):
Saturday night rodeo, beers, beers, and more beers. Steer riding
is optional.

Speaker 2 (22:18):
Look steer writing. Cory is now showing Robin a video
on his phone of steer riding.

Speaker 3 (22:23):
It's a cow with someone on the back of it
who's been bucked off.

Speaker 2 (22:28):
So you're going to try us a bull riding. It's optional.

Speaker 13 (22:33):
They don't let.

Speaker 3 (22:33):
People who don't know what they're.

Speaker 5 (22:34):
Doing on the back of cows do that.

Speaker 2 (22:36):
I think radio is a pretty looser done it Have
you ever done video?

Speaker 5 (22:42):
Tell me show you how much fun it's going to be.
