Speaker 1 (00:12):
I heard podcasts, year more kiss podcasts, playlists and listen.
Speaker 2 (00:16):
Live on the Freeheart Rob and Kids Now with the podcast.
Speaker 3 (00:26):
So yesterday after the show, Corey and I were at
way Call at the Artist PCA were there volunteering. We
helped clean out some of the cat pens and the
dog pens.
Speaker 2 (00:35):
Poop scooped up some poop.
Speaker 3 (00:37):
We did some poop scoop and we went through some
of the op shop area. But there was once we
were doing the dogs, there was one dog by the
name of Kappa that we kept losing. Corey like Corey.
He fed Kappa right the start, cleaned out his cage,
and then we go to the next dogs. Where's Corey gone?
I was back with Kappa and the chicks.
Speaker 2 (00:56):
He with the chickens.
Speaker 4 (00:56):
Where's Corey go?
Speaker 3 (00:57):
He's gone back to Kapa.
Speaker 2 (00:58):
I wanted to get in there. So what did you do?
Speaker 1 (01:00):
Because you can put your hands over the top of
the and they often jump up so that you can
pat their heads. Did you do that?
Speaker 5 (01:05):
No?
Speaker 2 (01:06):
I wasn't allowed to because they don't like him getting
hyped up.
Speaker 3 (01:09):
And Kappa was pretty hype a hot start.
Speaker 5 (01:12):
He was.
Speaker 2 (01:12):
It was fun.
Speaker 3 (01:14):
Cory's spirit animal hyped do you lock.
Speaker 2 (01:20):
Me in there for an hour? And yeah, I know.
Speaker 1 (01:24):
Well, it turns out that you took a number of
photos of Kappa and those photos ended up on the
Oats Family Chat. Thank you so much, Turgan for giving
me the access to the Oats Family Chat. So who's
on this because we've got you and Tigues and then Mum,
that's Corey.
Speaker 2 (01:40):
That's Jesus, mar and Jean.
Speaker 1 (01:45):
Okay, so let me just tell you. So there's a
photo of this beautiful big boy, and then under it mom,
Deb has said at R s p C a question mark.
Mom's then gone pure breed question mark. Cory's gone, yes,
at R s p C a X breed, cross breed.
But he's such a good part reminds me of Marlin.
Speaker 3 (02:04):
This is a bit like a Roddy Hey, like mostly cross.
Speaker 2 (02:06):
Okay, you wouldn't know what his cross, but it looks
like a cattle dog.
Speaker 1 (02:10):
So then Mom says, very square head, nice temperament, question mark.
Speaker 5 (02:16):
What are you asking, to which Corey.
Speaker 1 (02:18):
Replies, yeah, he's so good, only one and a half
years old. Then Deb replies, so sad, wonder what the
other breed is? If I volunteered, I've been bringing them
all home. Now, my question to you about this is
how does Tigs feel about you bringing home another dog?
Speaker 2 (02:39):
I'll be wanting another dog for a today, but you
have two so long? Yeah, I'd probably have five. I
can let me let's ask take it.
Speaker 1 (02:48):
Yes, hey Tigs, hello, how are you.
Speaker 3 (02:53):
Can we have a puppy please?
Speaker 2 (02:57):
Oh?
Speaker 5 (02:58):
Guys, I already have three kids included and.
Speaker 2 (03:02):
Capacity.
Speaker 1 (03:04):
Well let's just check because we've got your mum Deb
on the phone too.
Speaker 3 (03:11):
Do we need another dog? Debs? Absolutely your team, Cory
are yeah.
Speaker 5 (03:18):
Oh yeah, look at his face, not one of that dog.
Speaker 1 (03:23):
It's beautiful, it's beautiful.
Speaker 3 (03:25):
He was a lovely dog, very good, nice temperament. Yeah
you know you don't have to go through the puppy stade. Yeah,
he perfect adoption age train as well, already trained.
Speaker 6 (03:36):
Yeah, you could say that he sits and eats and
then after he eats he wont have fun.
Speaker 4 (03:41):
Yeah, Tigs, are you there?
Speaker 5 (03:44):
Mate?
Speaker 3 (03:48):
No one wants the two chickens.
Speaker 6 (03:50):
What about those guys.
Speaker 5 (03:53):
Kep going.
Speaker 3 (03:55):
The two chickens being named after us?
Speaker 4 (03:57):
But no, don't deflect take it.
Speaker 2 (03:59):
I know.
Speaker 3 (03:59):
Look, no one wants to be the person that says no,
you can't have a puppy, but also somebody has to
be a sort of realistic in life, and it feels
like you have to take that role in your family.
Speaker 1 (04:11):
Time.
Speaker 2 (04:12):
Yes, what do you think?
Speaker 3 (04:14):
Oh look, I think that this one's still got to
be up for discussions.
Speaker 1 (04:18):
Okay, it's not a no said we will get a
third dog.
Speaker 3 (04:23):
I'm just not sure that it's.
Speaker 1 (04:24):
The right time. Okay, So t again. I do know
that the r O s p c A have this
wonderful service where you can bring your own dogs in
and you can see if they get along.
Speaker 2 (04:40):
Dogs get along one.
Speaker 4 (04:41):
Way like other dogs.
Speaker 1 (04:47):
So if Snapper doesn't like this new puppy, then the
answer is clearly no.
Speaker 4 (04:52):
If Marlott likes him, what about Snapper, Snapper is going
to live. I mean, if it came to it, would
you adopt Snapper so that the.
Speaker 1 (05:04):
Other Snap is definitely mine?
Speaker 4 (05:07):
Okay, Snappers not leaving?
Speaker 2 (05:09):
You got to check?
Speaker 1 (05:10):
Yes, yeah, so would we be open to check.
Speaker 6 (05:15):
I might go play with him for a day. I'm
not going to have to do that in the next
few weeks. Just just spend a bit of time with him,
have a playdate.
Speaker 4 (05:22):
Yeah, played with Kappa and with the NAPA Kappa and Marlin.
Speaker 2 (05:30):
Rolls does.
Speaker 1 (05:33):
Okay. What I'm what I'm not advocating for here is
that you cannot take that dog unless teake and is
okay with it.
Speaker 5 (05:40):
If I rock up and she doesn't have a choice, yeah,
you undermine all of her authority from behind.
Speaker 3 (05:53):
Three dogs before. Well on your side.
Speaker 1 (06:04):
His conversation is not over yet. It really isn't for
both of you. But antigues, thank you, and they worry.
Just see what we can work out.
Speaker 4 (06:13):
Yes, well done, thank you.
Speaker 2 (06:16):
Oh you're getting that dog reckon?
Speaker 5 (06:18):
Yes, he's already popping the arms.
