Speaker 1 (00:12):
I heard podcasts, hear more kiss podcasts, playlists and listen.

Speaker 2 (00:16):
Live on the freet.

Speaker 3 (00:26):
Robinie Kiff Now with Koreos the podcast It's Robinie Kiff
now Chreots on demand the podcast.

Speaker 1 (00:39):
Jason Derulo, I mean we play him a lot. He's
an amazingly wealthy, successful singer songwriter. Yeah, but he has
not made his money from that.

Speaker 4 (00:49):
Is it from when he goes?

Speaker 1 (00:51):
He has made his money from a business that we
could all potentially own or buy into. I thought it
was TikTok something else, you know, and and in fact,
and former actually a couple of former sporting grades have
also brought into a similar business. I'll tell you what
it is at halftime. I guess at half time.

Speaker 5 (01:15):
Now Vitorio podcast.

Speaker 3 (01:19):
And yesterday on the show, we had Broncos tickets sold out.
Broncos tickets for Sunday afternoons, sun Corpse Stadium, perfect.

Speaker 5 (01:27):
Day for football.

Speaker 3 (01:27):
They're taking on the Panthers, who I feel like in
the modern age there are the greatest rivals.

Speaker 4 (01:33):
I don't know why they are so hard to be Yeah, well.

Speaker 1 (01:38):
Okay, can we not?

Speaker 6 (01:39):
Okay, because they're a far bigger, more important you have to.

Speaker 1 (01:46):
Do for some people who potentially could be at the gate.

Speaker 3 (01:49):
So we had these tickets to give away yesterday and
we said, tell us why you deserve to win it?
And then we got Kelly on the throne out of
out of Bray Park, who wanted to actually give them
away to someone else.

Speaker 7 (02:00):
Well, I live in between a Broncos fanatic on one side
and a Panthers fanatic on the other side. I was
wanting to get the tickets so that I could send
the dads were both like team.

Speaker 1 (02:13):
So we have got Dylan.

Speaker 5 (02:16):
I've got a big question to ask you.

Speaker 4 (02:18):
Would you accept these tickets but only if you took
the other guy.

Speaker 5 (02:23):
The Panthers fan.

Speaker 3 (02:28):
Jersey on him before the end of the game.

Speaker 5 (02:29):
Yes.

Speaker 3 (02:30):
So Dylan we spoke to yesterday and we got him
here again, get a Dylan.

Speaker 1 (02:35):
But we couldn't get on to Laurie, and we've now
got him on the phone with us too. Hey, Laurie,
you're a very irritating Panthers fan.

Speaker 8 (02:46):
No, no, passionate?

Speaker 5 (02:49):
Why why?

Speaker 8 (02:50):
Just why why am I passionate?

Speaker 4 (02:53):
No? Why are your Panthers fan?

Speaker 8 (02:55):
Because everyone else is Bronco?

Speaker 5 (02:57):
So wow, okay, is it a Spike move? No?

Speaker 8 (03:01):
No, it's not a Spie move, it's just it's something
that occurred years and years ago. It was one of
the first games I went to and Panthers play West
back in I think it was nine eighty eight, and
I decided to reb won that game. That's why I'd follow,
and there's been a Panther support ever since.

Speaker 1 (03:17):
There you go, Well, you have probably heard that. There's
a lot to riding on what you're going to say next.
Because we have these two tickets. It is to the
sold out game. Dylan has one of them, and there
is the other option for you to take the other,
which means you two would have to sit together in
the Game of the Century.

Speaker 8 (03:39):
Yes, oh yeah, that that'd be fantastic.

Speaker 4 (03:42):
You're going, yeah, absolutely, He's going to make it through
the game without like punching.

Speaker 8 (03:51):
Dylan speaker than me, So yeah, definitely probably.

Speaker 3 (03:54):
I like you should have a little little side punk
going on. Whoever, if one team scores other, the other
person has to go and get around.

Speaker 8 (04:02):
Yeah, yeah, that's not a bad idea. I don't know,
but I want to get to talk to Dylan because
he'll be at the bar all the time.

Speaker 4 (04:10):
Your madness, what about Okay, here's a bet the other person,
the loser has to know the other's lawn for a month.

Speaker 1 (04:18):
What do you think of that?

Speaker 9 (04:21):
Oh?

Speaker 8 (04:21):
Yeah, we could do that.

Speaker 2 (04:22):
What do you reckon, Dylan?

Speaker 8 (04:23):
Dylan, Yeah, I'll get my son to do it. Do
it anyway?

Speaker 9 (04:29):
Well?

Speaker 1 (04:29):
Better still, the loser has to wear the others jersey.

Speaker 3 (04:33):
Yes, or perhaps whilst mowing the lawn. Yes, getting the
Broncos jersey on my you do the Panthers lawn.

Speaker 4 (04:45):
In the gutters too, that's a bit too far.

Speaker 5 (04:51):
Yeah, some of the boys cheers.

Speaker 4 (04:55):
Well done.

Speaker 5 (04:57):
Now with coy.

Speaker 3 (05:01):
So we're on Grand Final eve for the a FL.
The Lines taking on Geelong tomorrow at the MCG. On
Sunday afternoon, we have the Broncos taking on the Panthers
right here at Suncorp and then the winner of that
game will head onto to the Grand Final. Yes, it
has to be a massive advantage to be a home game,
right I think so? I think so?

Speaker 4 (05:23):
Yeah? See, yes, yes and no because I used to.
I used to love playing at Suncorp, like hands down
some Corps I think the best place to play every league.
But when I just go away I used to Yeah,
I have some people so used to play better. But
I used to think I used to play really good
at some court.

Speaker 1 (05:40):
No matter if the crowd's billing you and stuff.

Speaker 4 (05:41):
I love the crowd build meey, But if you've lost,
then it got worse.

Speaker 1 (05:48):
When you're feeling sad.

Speaker 4 (05:49):
And then yeah, yeah, I feel like, yeah, your feet
off the crowd and no matter where you are, and
that's uncourt. I feel like every team plays their best.

Speaker 1 (05:58):
Okay, So the next two weeks are huge for you.

Speaker 4 (06:01):
Yeah, obviously the boys got their big team run tomorrow,
said their final team run before the prelim.

Speaker 1 (06:08):
Are you running with them?

Speaker 2 (06:09):
No?

Speaker 4 (06:09):
No, They've actually got a few of us going there,
and I think we're going to I don't know if
we're going to be mingling. I hope we're not outside.
I hope we're inside defenses because it's school holidays. Do
you get two to five thousand people I would think
at the training run And then yeah, we'll be going
to the game on Sunday. And I'm not sure what
they got planned, but I believe the Bronx have bought

(06:31):
a big box or a big room for some members
or sponsors. I'm not too sure.

Speaker 3 (06:36):
So yeah, and then when we skip to the Grand
Final and you you are going to the Grand Final,
but you have to be at the Grand Final. Yeah.

Speaker 4 (06:43):
So I kind of forgot about this part because I
retired at the start I guess of the new season,
Like I retired what mid October, so mid November officially
mid November last ever, yeah, last year, and that was
it's kind of it was after the GF. Yeah, so
after the last year's Grand Finals. So this year they

(07:05):
invited you to the Grand Final as a pass player
or a recently retired player, and they sort of it's
kind of a celebration of your career. And they have
all the retired players from this year, well not all
of them, all the ones that can make it.

Speaker 1 (07:17):
Are there a lot?

Speaker 4 (07:18):
I think there's twenty eighth.

Speaker 3 (07:21):
Yeah, I remember there's a grand Finally, you guys walk
around the field, the crow you give them away.

Speaker 2 (07:26):
Yeah, I can't remember half of it.

Speaker 1 (07:28):
But how many knocks to the head.

Speaker 4 (07:32):
Sometimes I swear seen some players walk around or they
or they stand on the field and then they go
each player. Yes, that's what I've seen so many different
versions of it.

Speaker 3 (07:42):
But yeah, Teakon is going to have to pick out
your suit and everything.

Speaker 6 (07:47):
Such an important thing where you're out of date track
is I think we actually get to go to the
Grand Final lunch, so as a pass play like a
retired player, you get to go to the lunch for the.

Speaker 1 (07:58):
Ground take And just texted you because you're now looking
at you found.

Speaker 4 (08:00):
I'm looking at the at the what the NRL sent
your schedule?

Speaker 5 (08:04):
My schedule?

Speaker 3 (08:05):
You're actually just checking your schedule down?

Speaker 4 (08:06):
How about this is my favorite?

Speaker 3 (08:08):
What else you gotta do?

Speaker 4 (08:09):
It's a retired player cocktail party.

Speaker 1 (08:11):
Oh cocktail that requires a suit.

Speaker 4 (08:13):
That requires my attendance.

Speaker 3 (08:15):
Yeah, definitely, Yeah, forward doing that.

Speaker 4 (08:19):
I think they get this sort of celebrate and you know,
sort of on all the retired players from this past
twelve months.

Speaker 1 (08:26):
Are there any other Broncos? No, Okay, they've got to
make the Grand Final. Imagine how special that would be
for you to be walking before the Broncos run out
and win the twenty twenty five Grand Final.

Speaker 4 (08:39):
It'd be really good. It'll be just a great week off. Yeah,
it'd be really really fun.

Speaker 9 (08:45):
That'd be great.

Speaker 4 (08:46):
I'd love to be there and I'd love for the
boys to be a part of the GF. And I'm
really confident. I actually feel really good about it, so
do you?

Speaker 1 (08:52):
Yeah, so what do you think the Panthers Broncos game
scorel will be?

Speaker 4 (08:57):
I think there could be I on to go a
sixteen point win by.

Speaker 5 (09:00):
Us by us Yeah, I like that all on it?

Speaker 3 (09:03):
But all right, nice, Well, if you are heading to
the Grand Final as a Broncos fan, make sure you
give them a big, big role like the half of us.

Speaker 5 (09:13):
Yes, now with Coorios the podcast.

Speaker 2 (09:21):
Morning.

Speaker 5 (09:22):
This is a team intervention.

Speaker 3 (09:25):
Because sometimes just a conversation of home isn't enough. You
need to get all your friends and family around and
force a person to realize that what they're doing is wrong. Yes.

Speaker 1 (09:35):
So of course my boys, the two youngest, Luin and Piper,
decided to bring you too into the prey because of
the big footy games this weekend. The boys grew up
on AFL. Their dad once played for Geelong, so of
course his our middle son Lewin goes for Geelong and
the other boys go for the Lions.

Speaker 3 (09:55):
As much as I, you know, am alions Van, I
respect the fact that he's gone for his dad's old team.

Speaker 1 (09:59):
Yeah, that's fine, it's a big deal. And then, of
course the Panthers and Broncos on Sunday so the boys
decided to use the airwaves to say that the television
wasn't big enough. Isn't that right? Pipe is smart?

Speaker 10 (10:13):
That is correct. We had a successful interventions.

Speaker 5 (10:18):
Interesting episode.

Speaker 3 (10:20):
Are you telling me there's a new TV on the way?

Speaker 10 (10:22):
We've done it?

Speaker 5 (10:24):
You have done it?

Speaker 1 (10:26):
Hang on, hang on, pipes. It wasn't that simple.

Speaker 10 (10:32):
Yeah, Lewin purchased it and then I had to pick
it up because it was too big for everyone's which
is a.

Speaker 3 (10:41):
Great problem.

Speaker 1 (10:42):
Is swift he drives from work?

Speaker 3 (10:45):
Yeah, okay, so you got and so is it a
warm mounted situation?

Speaker 10 (10:49):
It is. So we've had a few issues getting it
up so far. We need to get a few soccers
take it out. But I believe that's going to be
done today and that's going to be all.

Speaker 1 (11:00):
So Olivia, my partner, put it up, put the television
up and tightened it so much that he's actually got
rid of the like the little grid things in it,
so we can't.

Speaker 5 (11:10):
Used a red.

Speaker 1 (11:13):
Thread of the screws. So phone calls last night and
he's coming down today on his bike, but he's got
a what does he got to bring? Pipe?

Speaker 10 (11:25):
That's a Linda question.

Speaker 1 (11:27):
That's my girlfriend, Linda Socket set helping me with the
house renovations. I don't know what equipment and what did
he say?

Speaker 3 (11:33):
I'm Robin, I'm just too powerful.

Speaker 4 (11:40):
Stop getting off?

Speaker 9 (11:40):
How exist?

Speaker 5 (11:41):
TV?

Speaker 4 (11:42):
What?

Speaker 5 (11:42):
What?

Speaker 4 (11:43):
What you're talking here? Sixty five sixty that's douable.

Speaker 1 (11:49):
But I also have to say it's a huge thank
you to kid who told me that JB High Fire
will match.

Speaker 3 (11:55):
Oh yeah, prices here?

Speaker 1 (11:56):
So we found a TV Is this right? Pipe? He
found a t l C at big.

Speaker 3 (12:00):
W yep, t C L Yes, yes, the band.

Speaker 1 (12:07):
Don't know what I'm talking here.

Speaker 5 (12:08):
That's okay, all right?

Speaker 1 (12:09):
And and they price matched it.

Speaker 3 (12:11):
Yeah, great, okay, And so you got it and it's up,
it's almost up. Okay, Well, if it all someone's just
gonna have to hold it.

Speaker 5 (12:21):
You might get Cory around to hold and ask me.

Speaker 4 (12:24):
I just bort on me stuff and fix it as
long as there were beers in the fridge. After about.

Speaker 1 (12:31):
The case pipe, it takes like four Bailey Smarts to
do a job of one choreo.

Speaker 3 (12:39):
Well, and did you have to pay a cent towards
this TV? Piper?

Speaker 10 (12:43):
Of course?

Speaker 1 (12:43):
Not wonderful? Yeah, well and smart.

Speaker 4 (12:53):
For anything else you need you to just give keeping
Cory call all right, when it's.

Speaker 5 (12:58):
Time to upgrade the swift?

Speaker 4 (12:59):
Do you let gotcha.

Speaker 5 (13:06):
Now with COO podcast.

Speaker 3 (13:11):
Halfway through the podcast, Okay, so we're talking about Jason Derulo.

Speaker 5 (13:14):
This guy for it.

Speaker 6 (13:16):
So you know Jason there, it is, there, it is
he's putting right here on action who was singing it
at a job sale reminder.

Speaker 1 (13:24):
So he has made a lot of money. Look, he's
absolutely made money out of TikTok and he's made money
out of his music, but that is not where he's
made the most money. And it is a business that
we could all be a part of if we wanted to.
And in fact, a couple of former sports legends in
Australia I've invested in this company. Kind of company I
think it is Mattresses Noses?

Speaker 5 (13:46):
Is it crypto?

Speaker 3 (13:47):
I know he cares about crypto?

Speaker 1 (13:49):
No, Okay, go ahead, it is this one.

Speaker 11 (13:54):
Jason Derulo has seven number one songs. But do you
know appiece him more than Spotify, TikTok and touring combined.
Give you a hint.

Speaker 1 (14:01):
It's a business that anyone can do if he.

Speaker 11 (14:03):
Owns Rocket Cora Wash a subscription model twenty five bucks
a month, unlimited washes that rins a repeat system valued
at two billion dollars. So let's compare music and boring businesses.
Jason makes about two million a year from Spotify. Rocket
car Wash makes him thirty billion dollars as a fifteen
x difference, One boring, predictable business deal you've never heard
of outperforms a global music career that everyone has heard of.

Speaker 5 (14:26):
And here's why.

Speaker 11 (14:27):
The average car wash location in the United States makes
one point five million a year. Multiply that across the
twenty nine locations that Rocket car Wash has and you
see how it scales.

Speaker 1 (14:34):
It's not about.

Speaker 5 (14:35):
Talent, it's about systems.

Speaker 11 (14:37):
And systems don't take days off, don't chase fans, chase
hash flow because in the end, Jason Drula won't retire
off music, He'll retire off WINDOCKX.

Speaker 4 (14:45):
The loss is in that Rocket car Wash.

Speaker 1 (14:47):
Yeah no, no, no, Hoppies, I'm thinking of Hoppies. Yeah, hello,
who owns Hoppies? The former cricketer Oh yeah, heels and
heally he's part of that. Yeah, okay.

Speaker 3 (14:57):
So, and this is one of those subscription ones where
you the Rocket Widies anyway, where you pay once a
month and go on limited which is a good idea.

Speaker 1 (15:04):
Yeah, Chris Johnes is also part of it.

Speaker 3 (15:06):
John's that's right, Yeah, yeah, where impressed you?

Speaker 1 (15:10):
Yeah, you mean numbers, right, But this is the thing
and this is yeah, this is the other issue, which
I'm sure anyone who's brought an American franchise will tell you.
The wages in America are so much different. So if
you need people as your capacity to make the business work,
then yeah, it works to treat in America and is
much more expensive here. And that's what those personalized car

(15:32):
washes they need people.

Speaker 3 (15:33):
Yeah, and you can pay those like in the States
you can have someone on seven bucks an hour cleaning
your wheels, where here they're thirty or whatever it is. Yeah,
so it's a bit it's.

Speaker 5 (15:41):
A little different. And play.

Speaker 3 (15:42):
I guess they've just got the people. They've got three
hundred million people.

Speaker 4 (15:46):
Play that song.

Speaker 6 (15:47):
Working at the Girl Lissa did work and one person
was singing that all the time.

Speaker 3 (15:55):
You're like, I'm going to kill.

Speaker 11 (15:57):
You know.

Speaker 3 (15:59):
I get armor oil and I pour it down his slope.

Speaker 4 (16:05):
Aggressives your guards.

Speaker 1 (16:12):
Now with Courios the podcast, It's time boo woo woo.

Speaker 3 (16:19):
Just believe Robin has some woo woo to bring to
a football chat this morning.

Speaker 1 (16:25):
I do with the brothers specifically for the Broncos because
I think the lines have got it all sorted. Yes,
So for the Broncos on Sunday, there is a special number. Now,
this started as a meme from a guy called the
random stats Guy and since then a whole lot of
other people have got involved. But there is one number
that is very significant for the Brisbane Broncos coreots. Do

(16:46):
you know what it is?

Speaker 4 (16:48):
Number two? Because I played it?

Speaker 3 (16:50):
Was it your number?

Speaker 1 (16:51):
Was it?

Speaker 4 (16:51):
That name?

Speaker 1 (16:53):
Is the number? Twenty eight? Twenty eight years ago in
nineteen ninety seven, the Super League split who won the
premiership Rocks oh nineteen ninety eight Grand Finals the Broncos
thrash the Sydney Roosters by exactly twenty eight twenty eight
after Cory Parker club legend, retired as the Broncos all

(17:16):
time highest point scorer with one thousand, three hundred.

Speaker 2 (17:21):
And twenty eight.

Speaker 1 (17:24):
The average point scored by the Broncos against the Panthers
across their clashes is twenty eight. Und the Broncos average
point scored overall in the competition. You guessed it, but
here's the really good news. This Sunday, the Broncos take

(17:46):
on the Panthers in the premiere preliminary final and on
the gate twenty eighth of September. And what is the
temperature supposed to be? No, No, twenty eight. That is bizarre.
So the number twenty eight is no longer a stat No,
it is a destiny moment.

Speaker 2 (18:07):
Eight now.

Speaker 3 (18:10):
And don't tell me that the number for Panthers is
twenty nine because.

Speaker 4 (18:13):
That wouldn't be good.

Speaker 1 (18:14):
That would be very bad.

Speaker 5 (18:17):
Okay, just it's important. Did you I bring you a gift.

Speaker 1 (18:24):
And you're trying to bump it?

Speaker 2 (18:26):
WHOA?

Speaker 4 (18:27):
I looked at both.

Speaker 3 (18:28):
I look the woo woo in the.

Speaker 4 (18:29):
Mouth and the wo wo Yes, well.

Speaker 1 (18:33):
I can help.

Speaker 5 (18:34):
Okay Now with Choreos, the podcast with Robin, Kip and CoreOS,
would like.

Speaker 3 (18:48):
To do this on a Friday morning, take a magic
moment in film and re enact for the radio.

Speaker 1 (18:53):
Okay, who picked this one? One of you?

Speaker 9 (18:55):
Two?

Speaker 3 (18:55):
Did I think you've been talking about step brothers say
this scene. I think it's safe to say though that
this is a role that we were born to play.

Speaker 1 (19:03):
Yeah, absolutely, two idiots. If you don't know the premise
of step Brothers.

Speaker 5 (19:10):
Yes, throat, that's all right.

Speaker 3 (19:14):
It's Will Fell and John c Riley play the step brothers,
who are blokes, well and truly into their thirties.

Speaker 1 (19:20):
Well, no, they're in their forties.

Speaker 4 (19:21):
Forties.

Speaker 1 (19:22):
It's when Brendan and Dale's parents marry. The two immature,
unemployed men in their forties are forced to live under
the same roof. At first, their childish rivalry causes constant chaos,
but as they discovered shared interest, they form a bizarre
but loyal friendship. Their antics push their parents to breaking point,
until the brothers must finally prove they can grow up.

(19:42):
That's sort of the synopsis of the movie. And Dally's kid,
Brendan his Corey, and yes, I'm the narrator. Are we
ready nice?

Speaker 10 (19:51):
Yes?

Speaker 1 (19:52):
Brendan and Dale are goofing around at home after another
round of childish arguing. They've just started teaming up on
some grand, silly scheme, the seed of their business project Brainstorming,
and Brendan wants proof Dale can actually sing for it.
It's late. Their parents, rober and Nancy, you are asleep upstairs,
and Dale is mortified and self conscious. So Brendan cajoles

(20:17):
him into belting out a chuir.

Speaker 3 (20:21):
And saying, if we're going to start a huge multinational corporation,
I'm gonna have to hear you sing.

Speaker 4 (20:28):
Can't you just trust that I'm just a really, really
really good singer.

Speaker 3 (20:31):
Just one song so I know what your your voice
sounds like.

Speaker 4 (20:35):
Yeah, yeah, I'll just do it, No big deal. I'll
just dive into it and start singing. Oh she's my
heart's beating really fast right now.

Speaker 2 (20:48):
Okay, Okay, just do it.

Speaker 1 (20:50):
She just did it.

Speaker 2 (20:54):
People talking talking about people I just think know them,
but they keep saying we laugh just a little too loud,
we stand just a little too close, we say just

(21:18):
a little too loall.

Speaker 5 (21:22):
Maybe the SA is something we don't talk. Just give
them something to talk about.

Speaker 2 (21:31):
Let's give them something to talk about.

Speaker 4 (21:36):
How about love, love love love and love this die?

Speaker 2 (21:43):
Damn?

Speaker 5 (21:43):
Yeah, I don't know.

Speaker 4 (21:45):
I just I just don't seem to live because I
don't want to wake up Robert Nancy. My throat so
got a sore throat for a month and a half.
And this is not an acoustic environment that's suitable to
a questus at this time.

Speaker 3 (21:58):
You gotta know I'm not just some guy Brendan. That
is the voice of an angel. Brendan, I can't even
make eye contact with you right now. Your voice is
like a common nation of Fergie and Jesus.

Speaker 5 (22:12):
Why can't you do that in front of people?

Speaker 4 (22:15):

Speaker 3 (22:24):
The first second there, I thought you took on the
shape of a unicorn.

Speaker 4 (22:29):
I felt like I was having above my own body.
Watched myself saying.

Speaker 5 (22:37):

Speaker 3 (22:38):
On another when you were saying just do it, you

Speaker 4 (23:02):
The past couple of weeks, I've been organizing Brisbane's biggest
birthday party, hosting two hundred and fifty people at Area
fifty one, and I was getting nervous in the lake
because everyone wanted to come. So KEEP had some words
of encouragement.

Speaker 5 (23:14):
Maybe they want to.

Speaker 3 (23:14):
See the car crash of the party that you organized.

Speaker 4 (23:18):
So we called nine year old Mackenzie from Deception Beta
double check. Everything was ready Brisbee's biggest birthday.

Speaker 7 (23:25):
I'm really really excited.

Speaker 4 (23:27):
I cannot wait Are you confident that I've got everything?

Speaker 1 (23:31):
Nice?

Speaker 7 (23:33):
I'm going to check so right now, make sure you
have everything right.

Speaker 5 (23:37):
Have we got a venue? Yep? Check.

Speaker 7 (23:40):
Have we got pay back with definitely Lily?

Speaker 5 (23:43):
Yes?

Speaker 10 (23:44):
Have we got music?

Speaker 4 (23:46):
I've got music.

Speaker 7 (23:46):
Have we got food and cat?

Speaker 10 (23:49):
Oh?

Speaker 5 (23:49):
That's good? Well, that's everything? Yes? They all ticked.

Speaker 7 (23:53):
Did Corey get any help from anyone?

Speaker 1 (23:58):
Everyone? My love? I'm sorry to say he could not
pull this together without the help of an entire team,
even more people than help kill.

Speaker 6 (24:06):
Brisbee's biggest birthday with Mackenzie's ticks.

Speaker 4 (24:10):
We're ready to go, and the kids loved it.

Speaker 5 (24:12):
My favorite has to have been the obstacle classes. Did
you have a good time at the party? Yeah?

Speaker 1 (24:19):
What's your favorite part?

Speaker 5 (24:20):
Under high Rob?

Speaker 11 (24:22):
My favorite part was the face pain?

Speaker 5 (24:25):

your favorite part? Care out of ten?

Speaker 1 (24:32):
What would you give Corey for his party planning?

Speaker 9 (24:36):
Ten?

Speaker 5 (24:37):
Yeah? The party was so vague.

Speaker 2 (24:39):
The police even rocked up.

Speaker 8 (24:41):
We've just come because we've had a noise complaint.

Speaker 4 (24:43):
To be honest, when they said that, well, I said, yeah, please,
I'm shut it down.

Speaker 1 (24:51):
I listened every morning and we thought we'd come and
crush the party.

Speaker 4 (24:56):
They say dogs are like their owners, so rather want
to know my dogs are like me?

Speaker 3 (25:00):
Give two dogs, but there's one that clearly likes Yeah.

Speaker 4 (25:03):
Marlon, help me that a lot like me looks like.

Speaker 5 (25:06):
More than what he actually is.

Speaker 1 (25:10):
It's beautiful on the outside and a little vacant on this.

Speaker 5 (25:13):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (25:15):
We had another thirty second throw down asking the question
does money bring more happiness than love? And I was
arguing for the affirmative love don't pay the bills. Have
you ever tried to call your electricity provide and say
I'm sorry, I can't pay the bill this quarter, but
I am deeply in love. Don't know how sitting in
the dark works out for you. Money doesn't lie, doesn't
forget your birthday, It just sits there quietly while gaining interesting.

Speaker 1 (25:37):
If love isn't the thing that brings you the most happiness,
do you want me to tell Teake and Hucks and
Monty or should you?

Speaker 4 (25:46):
And this Sunday is going to be a huge day
for the Broncos when they verse the Pendreth Parents. As
at sun Corp Stadium. Everyone was trying to get tickets
and they sold out really quickly.

Speaker 5 (25:55):
But we had a hero come through.

Speaker 9 (25:56):
In Nick so got the member of the pretale on Monday.
By the time I got in, I was lucky enough
to snag two tickets. And then the next day, while
I was at work, my wonderful pony waited in line
for like an hour before the general public tickets came
on sale, and she managed to get up two pretty

(26:18):
good tickets up near the front. Wow. I figured that
I would give my original ticket to waiter someone who
loves the team just as much as I do.

Speaker 4 (26:26):
So we helped Nick find the perfect people to give
these Broncos tickets to.

Speaker 7 (26:30):
Well. I lived in between a Broncos fanatic on one
side and a Panther phanatic on the other side. I
was wanting to get the tickets so that I could
send the dads or both like team.

Speaker 1 (26:43):
So we have got Dylan and we've now got Laurie.
We have these two tickets. It is to the sold
out game. You two would have to sit together the
game of the century.

Speaker 8 (26:54):
Yes, that be fantastic.

Speaker 1 (26:57):
It loser has to wear the other's jerseys.

Speaker 4 (27:00):
Oh yes, yes, that's it. For your weekly dose of
good luck to the lines in the Grand Final for
the Bronx get the wind out of the Panthers and
Mike there ain't why there, Let's gory, Brizzie.

Cardiac Cowboys

Cardiac Cowboys

The heart was always off-limits to surgeons. Cutting into it spelled instant death for the patient. That is, until a ragtag group of doctors scattered across the Midwest and Texas decided to throw out the rule book. Working in makeshift laboratories and home garages, using medical devices made from scavenged machine parts and beer tubes, these men and women invented the field of open heart surgery. Odds are, someone you know is alive because of them. So why has history left them behind? Presented by Chris Pine, CARDIAC COWBOYS tells the gripping true story behind the birth of heart surgery, and the young, Greatest Generation doctors who made it happen. For years, they competed and feuded, racing to be the first, the best, and the most prolific. Some appeared on the cover of Time Magazine, operated on kings and advised presidents. Others ended up disgraced, penniless, and convicted of felonies. Together, they ignited a revolution in medicine, and changed the world.
