though he buys coffee.

Speaker 4 (00:32):
You buy coffee. It's so weird how that your brain
works like that. What is yours?
Speaker 2 (00:36):
What are we gonna Corey is going to have to
do something if you can just buy coffee.
Speaker 3 (00:43):
I love coffee.
Speaker 5 (00:46):

Romanie and Kidd Now with Correos the Podcast, Robin and
Kip in the Morning.
Speaker 5 (01:06):
Cory, It's is with us in the studio.

told me that our flight was canceled three that morning.
Speaker 3 (01:36):
Oh that was a great start.
Speaker 4 (01:39):
And did you get on another?
Speaker 3 (01:41):
Having to book another flight? You know?
Speaker 7 (01:43):
I was in business classes on the way there because
I don't fit. I can't bend my knees at how's
all are you? Yeah, I'm six four, but I can't
be My left knees got ninety reflection, it's all through it.
Speaker 3 (01:55):
So I s down again hundred do.
Speaker 7 (02:03):
So then they got us on a quantit flight at
nine thirty, so it was like an hour earlier, so
we had to get moving. I had didn't sleep all
night because he was like so excited. Well yeah that
and just annoyed the hell out of me. So I'm
like off, hardly any sleep and flying in no leg room.
But it actually wasn't too bad the fight, to be fair,
Like I had Hucks next to me and had he
(02:26):
I just took his. But yeah, yeah, the flight wasn't
too bad.
Speaker 6 (02:30):
The last two hours was a bit dodge hard, you know,
And how is Japan.
Speaker 3 (02:35):
It was good. I had have board, you know, the kids.
You know, that's why we wanted to do it.
Speaker 7 (02:40):
We hadn't taken the kids anywhere, and we really wanted
to just go on to family holiday with the kids
and take them, you know, just just go and do
some fun things at Disneyland.
Speaker 5 (02:48):
And took you took in laws with you as well.
Speaker 3 (02:51):
Yeah, I had taken that kid on the.
Speaker 7 (02:56):
Yeah, like nanny, there was three blokes to deal with
heart and let's just say we all slept pretty well
when we got back. He's a handful, he's a ball.
But Monty, she yeah, she loved its Disneyland. Yes, she
didn't want to leave.
Speaker 4 (03:13):
What did she love? Was it the rides with.
Speaker 7 (03:15):
Characters, characters rides, just just meeting them all, like you know,
teaking how to line up for about an hour, I think,
to meet Minnie Minie Mouse.
Speaker 6 (03:25):
What what about the Frozen girls? I would have thought
they would have been. People have been lined up down
the street to see Elsa closed.
Speaker 4 (03:31):
I can't remember, but it's an important to like Kim.
Speaker 3 (03:37):
Coming home and go and fishing for three days, excited
for that.
Speaker 5 (03:42):
You were just looking forward to coming home.
Speaker 7 (03:45):
Look, I'm just I don't like doing the touristy thing.
I'd rather that my holiday is like i'ld go play
golf and beer.
Speaker 3 (03:52):
But I love the holiday because.
Speaker 5 (03:56):
That's even.
Speaker 4 (03:58):
And then we you've got standings.
Speaker 5 (04:02):
I could enjoy the culture of jaw.
Speaker 3 (04:04):
We learn to Mount Fuji. Mount Fuji was good. That
was cool. Yeah, and the aquarium, Hucks was.
Speaker 7 (04:11):
They didn't want to leave, but Monty she after about
five minutes ago, Dad, it's the same fish, Like, can
we go somewhere else?
Speaker 5 (04:17):
I was paid?
Speaker 3 (04:18):
This is an aquarium. What do you expect?
Speaker 2 (04:20):
I mean, you want to talk about having a kid
that's just like their dad. We saw Corey and the
family read our at work Christmas party yesterday and within
about within about twenty minutes of us getting there, Hucks
has got his shirt off.
Speaker 5 (04:32):
Come to a nice Christmas shirt. He's got it off.
He's walking around, said, what happened to your shirt?
Speaker 2 (04:36):
Mate?
Speaker 5 (04:36):
He looks at you, goes got wet? What are you
going to do? He's three, just swamming around, rubbing his
guts as he walks past people. Cory's boy, He's saying,
up now, we've got to get to news. Are you
ready to tell us? What you're going to do next year? Yeah,
all right, okays a big decision. Let's do it right afternoons.
Speaker 1 (04:58):
You're many kids now with Oreos the podcast Corey.
Speaker 5 (05:07):
We had Christmas yesterday. Corey is in the studio with
us now.
Speaker 2 (05:11):
Over the last couple of months, Corey, we've been talking
about what you're going to do next year? Is the
Broncos your your careers wrapped up as a footballer, Yes,
and so we gave you lots of lots of great
options we tried out, like hairdressing, counseling.
Speaker 4 (05:25):
Your hair is still recovering.
Speaker 3 (05:27):
Yeah, you're tick in the back.
Speaker 5 (05:30):
Just do it.
Speaker 6 (05:33):
Real estate, you know, stand up comedy, which I thought
you were brilliant.
Speaker 4 (05:36):
Hat Yes, one and done.
Speaker 7 (05:38):
And it's been great. I've honestly loved it. It's been fun.
The whole year has been really good. I think I've
sent multiple texts Ali about how great it's been and
how good everyone's been here and how welcoming it's all been.
Speaker 3 (05:55):
Really Yeah.
Speaker 7 (05:57):
I was a bit taken back to Kip obviously through
my name Ford, I got to thank him for all
the opportunities this year. But yeah, look I played golf
last week and I fell.
Speaker 3 (06:07):
In love with today. I really loved golf.
Speaker 7 (06:10):
I thought maybe this could be me and I had
a mate say no way, So that's just not an
option unfortunately, but Y I've decided, Look, I want to
stay with you guys, what do you reckon?
Speaker 4 (06:23):
We would love that.
Speaker 5 (06:30):
I tried the golf. There will be plenty of time
for It's a brutal aren't they.
Speaker 8 (06:36):
It's a breakfast radio announced there was plenty of time
for golf.
Speaker 3 (06:39):
Mate, welcome about thank you gosh.
Speaker 6 (06:42):
Now I've got two of you.
Speaker 5 (06:47):
If you're failing, you to the show.
Speaker 9 (06:48):
Corey has been have a lot of fun with us
over this last year. Let's remember some of those moments.
Speaker 2 (06:52):
We've got Coreys in the studio with us, and he's
very good at pumping other people up.
Speaker 6 (06:56):
So will you give a little pump up to some kids?
Speaker 3 (07:00):
Probably best?
Speaker 6 (07:04):
Hey lela hey, So what is it that's going on
for you that Corey can maybe pump you up?
Speaker 10 (07:08):
So basically, there was a not very nice girl on
the team, so we had to leave that team. Oh really,
and then it continued to go out though.
Speaker 7 (07:17):
That's a hard one to deal with, obviously, but may
surely tell people about being bullied like it's something I
do not like hearing it all over, especially when you're
playing something that you loved, but honestly, don't feel embarrassed
about playing football and don't feel embarrassed about having fun
and doing what you love.
Speaker 3 (07:30):
Jealous, they're jealous. They're only bullies because they're jealous of you.
Speaker 4 (07:34):
Thank you.
Speaker 9 (07:35):
Luckily, Corey Oats from the Broncos made me look a
little better when it comes to looking after the kids.
Speaker 7 (07:40):
Just go to the next door neighbors and his wife
and daughter looks after the kids, and I have a
few beers with him.
Speaker 2 (07:47):
Okay, your outsource to parenting.
Speaker 5 (07:51):
That is very good, very good, and.
Speaker 4 (07:54):
You know, chill taking that until this moment she goes,
what are you doing.
Speaker 3 (07:57):
I'm like, oh, I'm just going to go next door.
Speaker 5 (08:00):
Has been nay, it's been friendly. Now.
Speaker 9 (08:02):
When the Olympics were happening in Paris earlier this year,
we thought Corey would.
Speaker 7 (08:05):
Love to have a crack at artistics for me, my
mom my own.
Speaker 5 (08:08):
No, well it's generally synchronized.
Speaker 3 (08:10):
No, I can't do it with the whole your kids.
Speaker 7 (08:13):
We're going to get some ropes tied, so Kip can
help you.
Speaker 2 (08:16):
Move pup and style.
Speaker 6 (08:18):
Did Corey have any superstitions when he was playing football,
like wearing Lucky Andies?
Speaker 3 (08:25):
Weird one.
Speaker 7 (08:26):
I used to wear the same Mondays but then that
just got to be gross. Used to wash him obviously,
but they started ripping.
Speaker 9 (08:33):
So Carter, a young fellow we had on the show
yesterday who got to meet Coreyo.
Speaker 2 (08:37):
It's to sort of make it better after being not
able to get into Origin because the tickets got hacked.
Speaker 5 (08:41):
Well, quite an upgrade on.
Speaker 2 (08:42):
That that he's going to get to meet and greet
all the Broncos run out the team at halftime, Corey
told his mom, Nicky, I just.
Speaker 10 (08:48):
Bring someone on you at the club and let's you say,
we got some pretty cool experiences organized.
Speaker 11 (08:54):
For little Carter.
Speaker 1 (08:56):
Wow, it's a chance.
Speaker 11 (08:57):
To shoot on the team out in the second half.
Speaker 6 (09:02):
Really actually, actually, so what do you think about all that?
Speaker 7 (09:08):
Cat?
Speaker 12 (09:09):
What are you going to say to ninety seven point
three in Korea? Thank you very much.
Speaker 6 (09:16):
But now that he's retired, we decided he needs a
real job.
Speaker 4 (09:21):
That's fine, cor what about a traffic reporter?
Speaker 11 (09:25):
Mat cones over the the prison is what I tell you?
Speaker 3 (09:30):
What I need to buy my.
Speaker 6 (09:32):
All?
Speaker 4 (09:33):
He did do really well at stand up comedy.
Speaker 3 (09:37):
Chloris.
Speaker 7 (09:38):
I used to have the prison Broncos and people always
say that they would get a lot of head knocks
playing football. Anyway, Corey, I say, he's going, I don't want.
Speaker 13 (09:52):
You want Robin and Kidd Now with Correo.
Speaker 14 (09:54):

well No, that's a lie, teaking, that's a blank. I'm
not I'm not a morning person at all. I'm just
gonna wake up a bit earlier. I'm not too bad.
I just Teagan does a lot of stuff in the mornings.
(10:31):
I just wake up and feed myself and just sit
my body.
Speaker 6 (10:35):

Speaker 6 (10:55):
Yes, so he is now an official member of our team.
And Flinn, I switch you have a suggestion.
Speaker 4 (11:01):
What is that?
Speaker 3 (11:03):
Yeah?
Speaker 11 (11:03):
Hi, so you guys are a breakfast sure, right, so
why not make it sound like a breakfast dish? Robin
and Kip with oats with.
Speaker 3 (11:11):

Speaker 9 (11:17):
You try that up in the tropo. There's your dose
of oats for the morning.
Speaker 3 (11:22):
Every time I say that, it made me laugh.
Speaker 2 (11:24):
Thirty one who ex fives out number for everyone to
get involved. We do have some some other comments coming through, Corey,
and one that I think is going to touch you
quite Yes, lots.
Speaker 6 (11:34):

Speaker 4 (12:24):
You can't wait for twenty twenty five. Merry Christmas. Cheers, Julianne.
Speaker 2 (12:28):
A couple of messages as well before we get to
the phones, Corey, from people very close to you, including
your five year old Monte, who wanted to.
Speaker 4 (12:35):
Let you know this, good job, Daddie old on the
radio everything of the morning.
Speaker 15 (12:41):
I love you.
Speaker 6 (12:42):
Well.
Speaker 4 (12:42):
Oh she and you know what. We were at a
Christmas party yesterday.
Speaker 6 (12:46):
Her face when she smiles lights up her room.
Speaker 4 (12:50):
We got him, we got it.
Speaker 5 (12:52):
We've got some quiet tears.
Speaker 6 (12:54):
I Am not going to be the only person crying
in this studio.
Speaker 5 (13:00):
It really speaking of his three year old.
Speaker 15 (13:04):
Are you proud of daddy?
Speaker 12 (13:06):
Kay?
Speaker 4 (13:10):
He is such a weapon.
Speaker 7 (13:11):
That's a fun little nuttlehead that no, I just know
because Monty's full of love. Hucks is but you know,
I just's always full of love.
Speaker 3 (13:20):
She Yeah, she's a lovable little girl.
Speaker 4 (13:23):
Oh there's a soft side of you, Cory. It's time.
I'm going I have a.
Speaker 5 (13:26):
Lot of when she peels back that scab.
Speaker 9 (13:33):
Thirteen one of six fives and have Hi Hayley, Hey,
how are you going right?
Speaker 5 (13:38):
Great? What do you want to say to Corey?
Speaker 12 (13:40):
I mean, look, who doesn't want to wake up with Corey?
Oh it's for a start the sorry Tagan, but no,
I think it's going to be great. Guys, Absolutely fantastic.
He needs his own section segment. Robin's got fashion, Kid's
got teamers and Corey needs to do something about food.
Speaker 5 (14:00):
I love it now.
Speaker 2 (14:04):
Another good mate of yours who was a sensational player
for for Australia, for the Broncos, for for Queensland is
Matt Collette, who joins.
Speaker 5 (14:14):
Us in July.
Speaker 11 (14:15):
Good morning, how are we all?
Speaker 5 (14:16):
Good mate, Matt?
Speaker 11 (14:18):
Congratulations, Gory, thanks very positive? Good morning.
Speaker 4 (14:23):
Wow, you two are sounding quite official and nothing like.
Speaker 3 (14:26):
I'm just waiting for the punt.
Speaker 11 (14:30):
I don't know what you guys have got yourselves into,
to be honest, really, I don't know the interview process.
Speaker 12 (14:36):
I don't know.
Speaker 11 (14:36):
We got through that one all the best of you.
Speaker 6 (14:39):
So tell me tell me your greatest coriote story, like
have you? I'm sure you've got a lot to choose from.
When was the moment where you went, oh my god,
how did I get here?
Speaker 11 (14:48):
Actually? Yeah, we we're out for dinner one time and
just sitting there chatting and blah blah, we're talking the
conversations about lips and people's lips and sorry, Cory has
always asked about my lips, and my wife always says,
my kids have got my lips, becau they're a bit
like juicy and big and tough and whatever. And then
(15:09):
the story goes on and then Cory's like, have you
have you got injections in your lips before? Yeah? Yeah,
what's wrong with that? You should have seen he was
just lying up.
Speaker 7 (15:18):
He's got big lips, He's got you believe that that
mach more injections.
Speaker 3 (15:25):
Women would want these lips.
Speaker 5 (15:27):
He's got big leaves.
Speaker 11 (15:29):
Yeah, he's quite convinced. On the night we had a
few rolls, it was a bit disappointed in me.
Speaker 7 (15:35):
But what about the time he gave me hot wings
when you know I hate spice, he loves spicy, was starving.
Speaker 3 (15:44):
He goes, nah, bang, I smacked to of.
Speaker 11 (15:45):
The awesome underneath the chicken and the way he.
Speaker 5 (15:49):
Got Okay, so it sounds like Cory is fairly gullible.
Is that that that's gonna be fun?
Speaker 11 (15:59):
Lips to work.
Speaker 7 (16:02):
Mate, he's on radio.
Speaker 5 (16:08):
His appearance is no longer important.
Speaker 11 (16:10):
You need any dirt on Corey, just let me know
and dead mall give call.
Speaker 4 (16:21):
We be afraid, be very afraid.
Speaker 5 (16:24):
Will be regular made. Just think of some stories. Have
a few in the bank, mate, go.
Speaker 7 (16:30):
To your new job title Mate, roving a kid now
with CoreOS the podcast.
Speaker 2 (16:38):
So as you will have heard on the on the show,
Corey is now a full time member of the show,
which means what we know what we do every day
after the show, Coreys, we record some extra bits for
the podcast, this podcast and we like to bring some
gear for halftime. So if you have something you think
in your life, you think either this is inappropriate for radio,
but I want to tell the story.
Speaker 6 (16:59):
This is where, this is where you can do it
and you can get you can get away with a
lot more. On the podcast, we get a little bit more.
You know, kids aren't listening in the car. Actually, there
is something I think we can do. Yeah, do you
want to just play Monty. So with the big announcement today,
we secretly were the royal We our amazing producers yesterday
at our Christmas party. Yeah, managed to do it.
Speaker 5 (17:22):
Is that what you do.
Speaker 13 (17:23):
Producers, got Monty's message, but just remind me what we're.
Speaker 2 (17:27):
Talking About's message, Monday's message.
Speaker 13 (17:29):
You know, no tick and eye your wife and I
good byes.
Speaker 4 (17:32):
Don't worry about it.
Speaker 5 (17:32):
I got it.
Speaker 4 (17:33):
I got it earlier in the week.
Speaker 6 (17:35):
Oh wow, okay, well, but just let's play Monty again
because it's adorable.
Speaker 4 (17:41):
Good job daddy on the radio.
Speaker 6 (17:44):
Everything on morning.
Speaker 9 (17:45):
I love you.
Speaker 6 (17:47):
She is the sweetest and loveliest. But you then told
us that she was waiting, like you showed a photo.
Speaker 3 (17:54):
What happened.
Speaker 7 (17:55):
You can set me a photo of Monty in the
car just before she went in the skill, waiting to
hear yeah all that on radio, and she was, Yeah,
she gets so happy.
Speaker 3 (18:03):
She loves it. She's just a happy, happy child, like
one of those happy kids. She just has so much love.
Speaker 7 (18:10):
Like and she loves seeing smiles on people's faces and
loves yeah, all that sort of stuff.
Speaker 6 (18:17):
It was funny yesterday because I started a game of
soccer your wife.
Speaker 5 (18:22):
There was a lot of grass in the backyard.
Speaker 6 (18:24):
I put myself in the goals, which is where I
had spent for like fifteen years when my children were smaller.
But she was really interesting wanting because she didn't necessarily
want to play.
Speaker 4 (18:34):
She certainly didn't want to take the ball off the
other kids who.
Speaker 6 (18:36):
Were really into it. But she loved the idea of
just watching on the sideline. And I throw her a
comment and she was happy as she you know, being
a part of it, but not actually being a.
Speaker 4 (18:48):
Part of it.
Speaker 7 (18:48):
Yeah, she loves attention, but just it doesn't always have
to be doing what everyone else is doing. Even if
she's watching you this sort of if you talk to her,
you know, or ol Monty's watching or just small things
like that, she yes, smiles and loves it and that's
enough for her.
Speaker 3 (19:06):
Sometimes. I don't think sports is going to be the thing.
Speaker 7 (19:08):
I don't know yet, but she does basketball. Yeah, she
actually really loves basketball. It's come out and know with it.
Like they got this little basketball game for Christmas.
Speaker 3 (19:19):
And we didn't buy.
Speaker 7 (19:21):
I wouldn't buy the moneything because it was annoying for
a long time, but she loves it. She actually end
up draining them like it's probably two me. He's little hoops,
tiny little hoops, little balls. And after about a month
or so and she started just draining them.
Speaker 6 (19:35):
You know, which member of the team has a half
basketball court at their house.
Speaker 5 (19:42):
I do.
Speaker 7 (19:42):
Yeah, yeah's a little lower hoop though it's full high,
but you can lower.
Speaker 2 (19:47):
Actually, I've got a kids one set up to the side.
Speaker 5 (19:49):
Yeah.
Speaker 7 (19:50):
She loves it, like I don't have a basketball at
home though. She bounces the soccer and she gets because
they don't bounce as good.
Speaker 3 (19:56):
And they don't really meant to bounce basketballs. But yeah,
she is she tall for age. Yeah, she's lanky. Yeah okay,
and she gets that from both of us, probably a
bit more.
Speaker 2 (20:07):
But that helps basketball sports talk lady sports.
Speaker 7 (20:11):
Deagan's family is tall, like you know, her extended family
and my they're all really tall, both moms and midgets.
Speaker 2 (20:19):
You know.
Speaker 4 (20:19):
And so so that that is Monty's game plan. And
let's play Hucks too. Are you proud of daddy.
Speaker 15 (20:27):
Daga?
Speaker 6 (20:34):
Okay, so yesterday, well Monty was happy to watch Hucks.
Was had not only assessed the rules but worked out
how to bend them to his advantage.
Speaker 4 (20:45):
And the kid is three.
Speaker 7 (20:46):
Yeah he's a little cheeky kid, but that's probably that's
probably me bending rules with him and a yeah, he's
learned to distract people with That's.
Speaker 4 (20:55):
What he did.
Speaker 5 (20:56):
He distracted you.
Speaker 6 (20:58):
He put like he put the ball right in one
of the goals, like he picked it up and I said,
you're not supposed to do it with your hands.
Speaker 4 (21:02):
He's like, so he puts the ball.
Speaker 6 (21:05):
Right in front of me because he knew that he
couldn't kick it too far because he wasn't strong enough.
And then he tried to. He distracted me going look
over there, and I looked.
Speaker 4 (21:13):
And he kicked it.
Speaker 12 (21:17):
Wow.
Speaker 7 (21:18):
I do it all the time if if I'm tickling
in him, like if I'm trying to just make him
laugh and having fun, I'll point out there and he'll
go and I'll just tickle in and then and then
he'll do it to me and he doesn't even touch it.
Speaker 5 (21:31):
He starts laughing.
Speaker 3 (21:32):
I was pissing himself laughing before he starts tickling it.
And I do it with his food.
Speaker 7 (21:36):
Yeah, you know, I'm like, your share goes no, no,
I said, what's that? And he looks over us, still
a chip and then he and then he goes, dad,
but there.
Speaker 3 (21:49):
Back you little smart.
Speaker 5 (21:53):
Rowing a kids.
Speaker 9 (21:54):
Now the choreos the podcast, here's a game that I
think this game could have been ex but it's not
going to be.
Speaker 5 (22:01):
I'm going to preface it with that, but it's still
going to be a bit of fun.
Speaker 2 (22:04):
So I was watching a show I actually Namiho was
watching the show on Netflix the other day. It's not
a new show, but it's an Australian TV show called
The Unusual Suspects. Miranda Rotto is the It's like a
comedy drama and so anyway, there was a scene where
Miranda is talking to.
Speaker 5 (22:24):
Her husband and I had to listen.
Speaker 2 (22:26):
And as soon as I heard him, like, I know
who this is, and I want you to try and
identify who this person is just by hearing them, were those.
Speaker 11 (22:34):
Little beastly.
Speaker 12 (22:37):
How bad it got?
Speaker 4 (22:39):
It a bandit? I've missed you? Isn't it really missed you?
Speaker 12 (22:45):
It is?
Speaker 5 (22:46):
It's bandit, that's Bluey exactly. That's exactly what I said.
It's that, yeah, yeah, only it isn't.
Speaker 2 (22:55):
That was the pad I was going to see if
you could work out who it was, and then you
were going to guess and hopefully guess it's banded.
Speaker 5 (23:01):
It's not. It's not him. I went up through all
his trouble and had the game.
Speaker 4 (23:05):
He's serious.
Speaker 5 (23:05):
It's a guy called Matt Day.
Speaker 2 (23:07):
He's a different Australian actor who just so happens to
sound exactly like Bandit were those little beastlyshy it not
only that he's got the long gray hair like Dave McCormick.
He looks like the guy who plays Bandit.
Speaker 5 (23:27):
It's not him?
Speaker 4 (23:28):
Are you sure?
Speaker 5 (23:29):
I'm positive?
Speaker 9 (23:30):
I honestly I had like Google searches going and Dave
McCormick the Unusual Suspects band It, and it's not him.
Speaker 5 (23:38):
It's a different guy.
Speaker 4 (23:40):
Oh my goodness, is that weird? Well it means that
if you know Dave McCormack ever gets sick, the people
in Bloey you gotta, you gotta. You got a guy
in the background.
Speaker 5 (23:49):
Yeah, he's ready to go.
Speaker 9 (23:50):
This guy wear those little beastlysh insane, he's ready to go.
Speaker 2 (23:56):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (23:57):
And he looks like him too.
Speaker 5 (23:58):
Yeah. Yep, Wow, yep. So that's the game that would
have been great.
Speaker 4 (24:02):
Well I got it for one little detail.
Speaker 5 (24:05):
It wasn't him.
Speaker 1 (24:09):
Joy Kid now with Correos the podcast.
Speaker 2 (24:13):
Now you promise something that made Olivia your boyfriend laugh
out laoud.
Speaker 4 (24:17):
Oh he loved it so much. I had to send
it to him.
Speaker 6 (24:19):
It won't surprise you that coming up on my social
media are lots of you know, like little quirky things
about you know, from psychologists, and you know, I get
into all of that stuff you do.
Speaker 4 (24:30):
But this one.
Speaker 6 (24:31):
I don't even know who this guy is and I
can't find out. But it's in a lecture theater and
he's in front of like literally thousands of people with
a human brain in front of him, and he's explaining
how the male brain works versus the female brain.
Speaker 4 (24:46):
This is for you, guys.
Speaker 5 (24:48):
Man's brains are made up of little buckses.
Speaker 16 (24:50):
And we have a box for everything, without a box
for the car, without a box for the money.
Speaker 4 (24:56):
And the ruler is the boxes don't touch.
Speaker 3 (24:59):
When a man.
Speaker 16 (25:00):
Discusses a particular subject, we go to that particular box,
we pull that box out, we open the box, we
discuss only what is in that box, and we close
the box and put it away, being very very careful
not to touch any other boxes.
Speaker 4 (25:20):
Is that true?
Speaker 5 (25:20):
Oh yeah, that's great.
Speaker 4 (25:22):
I know that's what Olivia is like. That is so true.
That's so true.
Speaker 6 (25:25):
Yeah, okay, So, and you know why there is so
much problem between men and women, because this is how
women's brains work.
Speaker 16 (25:32):
Women's brains are very very different from men's brains.
Speaker 15 (25:35):
Women's brains are made up of a big ball of
wire and everything is connected for everything, and it's all
driven by energy that we call emotion. It's one of
the reasons why women tend to remember everything, because if
you take an event and you connect it to an emotion,
(25:56):
it burns in your memory and you can remember it forever.
Speaker 6 (26:00):
That is sea so we are, we remember everything and
all air boxes.
Speaker 4 (26:04):
There is no box.
Speaker 5 (26:05):
There's no box.
Speaker 9 (26:06):
It's just a tangle of wires that no man could
ever anticipate or try and unravel.
Speaker 4 (26:12):
And so now I've been teasing Olivia. I'm like, hey, babe,
can we open this box now?
Speaker 6 (26:18):
I want to actually have a conversation, So can we
shut the other box? Yes?
Speaker 5 (26:23):
Yes, and open this box? Yes, that's that's.
Speaker 9 (26:26):
Actually smart though, because I need to, Like sometimes no
one will start a conversation with me and I'm watching
TV and I'll go, oh, I have to we can't
have this now.
Speaker 5 (26:33):
I have to turn this off, and then we have
to turn off that box literally and then open this
box and then we.
Speaker 4 (26:39):
Can have this multitasking.
Speaker 6 (26:41):
Oh yeah, I mean that happens in here all the time.
Like I'll be doing three things at once and you're
just like, I've.
Speaker 5 (26:48):
Been listening to anything. Because I'm listening to the music,
I hear nothing. Oh that's good to know.
Speaker 6 (26:53):
So I think we can respect each other's brain capacity. Yes,
the less problematic it will become. It does not explain
why what you don't remember anything?
Speaker 5 (27:08):
Well, is it that.
Speaker 4 (27:09):
Your box, your filing system is a little slow.
Speaker 9 (27:12):
Your memory boxes up the back sway got coming up
with other boxes, like stuff in my garage and I
can't I can't get to it. You have many kids
now with Correos the podcast, there's been a lot of
excitement over the last couple of weeks because we've had
Taylor Swift tickets, a chance for you to fly all
the way to Vancouver, Canada to see the final show
(27:34):
of the Era's tour, and we had to have one winner.
Speaker 4 (27:38):
Yeah, we did, just one.
Speaker 9 (27:39):
Yep.
Speaker 4 (27:39):
We're going to talk to them now because it sunk
in yet.
Speaker 17 (27:43):
I honestly am still in shock.
Speaker 10 (27:45):
The whole weekend.
Speaker 17 (27:46):
I've just been like walking around in circles and.
Speaker 5 (27:51):
So how long til you getting on a plane?
Speaker 10 (27:54):
I think we have about two weeks.
Speaker 17 (27:56):
So it's just happening so quickly.
Speaker 4 (27:59):
Have you got time off work?
Speaker 6 (28:01):
Like, can you actually change your life around to be
able to get to see Taite's final concert.
Speaker 17 (28:07):
I actually just used up all my time in lou
So I'm going into the office today with my tail
between my leads for a little bit more time.
Speaker 6 (28:16):
Regardless, I'm going You're going one way or another, even
if you have to resign, you will go get on
that plane.
Speaker 8 (28:24):
Yeah.
Speaker 9 (28:25):
Wow?
Speaker 5 (28:26):
And what can we ask what you actually do as
a job.
Speaker 10 (28:29):
I'm a high school teacher.
Speaker 5 (28:33):
Excellent.
Speaker 4 (28:35):
Yeah that is slightly problematic.
Speaker 17 (28:37):
Mate, there's once in a lifetime see in that category.
Speaker 9 (28:42):
The boss is like, don't you get enough holidays?
Speaker 5 (28:49):
It's almost Christmas?
Speaker 4 (28:50):
Oh that's so funny. But Carolyn, who are you taking?
Because it's four tickets?
Speaker 17 (28:54):
I know, I'm taking my three best girlfriends. So one
is her master's degree the week of it of us
by taking another best friend who got proposed to yesterday, wow,
and another girlfriend who has just done her first year
in newhad whales. So we've all got its my birthday
(29:15):
to week that we're leaving. So everything is happening.
Speaker 4 (29:18):
Oh, this is awesome.
Speaker 6 (29:20):
And I'm not sure if you've heard or you just heard,
but Taylor's already crying because she's in Canada and she's
on the final leg. So by the time she gets
to you in Vancouver on her final show, she will
be an emotional mess, which will be glorious.
Speaker 10 (29:36):
Absolutely. I mean the last time we saw I was
in Melbourne in feb and I had just had my
appendix out, so I like hobbled myself into the stadium
and I was great.
Speaker 8 (29:48):
So I'm sure that we've any got a show so
you couldn't even do it properly. But now you're gonna
You're gonna be there for the final show and the
tour and you can actually get excited and probably lift
your arms above your head.
Speaker 17 (30:00):
Yes, yes, for more than two hours.
Speaker 6 (30:03):
Yes, I reallydo in Vancouver, Canada. How exciting, mate, Oh
it is just yeah, I.
Speaker 17 (30:14):
Have no idea what is going on, but I am
so thankful.
Speaker 1 (30:18):
Yeah.
Speaker 9 (30:18):
Well, congratulations and good luck with your meeting today, Tony Caroline.
Speaker 3 (30:24):
Bye.
Speaker 2 (30:25):
How exciting?
Speaker 4 (30:26):
So excited? Yeah, I'm getting that cool from a friend.
Speaker 5 (30:29):
I'm just jealous of the trip to Canada to be
can you stop? It was so great?
Speaker 6 (30:33):
Okay, everyone is dying because they didn't get to cas
see Taylor swift and you're like, oh, it'd be fun
to ski.
Speaker 5 (30:38):
And wow, I didn't get to see Canada.
Speaker 1 (30:41):
Robin a kid now with Correos the podcast.
Speaker 2 (30:44):
All right, it's time for our first proper round of
innuendo bingo.
Speaker 9 (30:48):
Robin.
Speaker 5 (30:49):
We've got our ponchos.
Speaker 6 (30:50):
On uyes, we've got our kiss ponchos on because one
of us is going to be sprayed with water, but hey,

Speaker 9 (31:08):
Who would you like to represent to you? Who do

Speaker 11 (31:13):

Speaker 5 (31:15):
Okay, okay, thank you, thank you for your trust. I

Speaker 7 (31:19):

Speaker 6 (31:19):
That means that Anna of Winham is team Robin. I
hope that's what you wanted.
Speaker 4 (31:23):
Mate.
Speaker 6 (31:24):
All way, okay, Robin time, all.
Speaker 9 (31:29):
Right, Well let's see how it goes because I'm going
to head around the other side of the desk. Scott
is going to come here and push the buttons. He's
going to play some audio with innuendo, and the first
one to laugh loses for you. So all right, let's
see how we go here. Cashes in the studio as well.
We've got a team thousands because people are going.
Speaker 6 (31:45):
To commentation because we can't react because we've got mouthfuls

they make their way to the chairs.
Speaker 4 (31:55):

Speaker 12 (32:10):
It's innuendo bingo.
Speaker 13 (32:20):
We are official, okay, guys, I need to be taking
a big mouthful of water. Age Robin is struggling to
get the headphones on, trying to protect her hair.
Speaker 9 (32:32):
All right, so we're swallowing water now or no, not swallowing.
Speaker 13 (32:35):
No swallowing laban big mouthfuls of water for the two
of you playing for Morgan from spring Wooter and Anna
from Winnham.
Speaker 9 (32:42):
And this isn't a time to hydrate guys.
Speaker 13 (32:46):
All right, they both have mouthful of water. This first
crab is very innocent. It's Ali Langdon on the Today
Show talking about American NFL.
Speaker 6 (32:57):
Torching some footy game in America, Rams and the San
Francisco sixty nine ers.
Speaker 4 (33:02):
Who rubbish.
Speaker 5 (33:09):
It's much more interesting.
Speaker 7 (33:11):
Yes, a lot of people might pay to Seed in
holding to what we were doing the forts.
Speaker 5 (33:18):
That's much harder to explain to your wife.
Speaker 13 (33:22):
They both made it through without losing their mouthsfull. Okay, well,
let's roll right on to grab number two, which is
a TV commercial from New Zealand.
Speaker 5 (33:34):
If you're like me, you find it very hard to
keep your dick dry.
Speaker 9 (33:38):
My dick unprotected, and it was warped out of shape
and nation I could barely recognize my own dick.
Speaker 5 (33:44):
I discovered, God, you just sprad it all over.
Speaker 1 (33:52):
I'm sorry.
Speaker 7 (33:53):
Robin has a fresh face of water.
Speaker 4 (33:58):
Robin still can't talk.
Speaker 5 (34:00):
Robin. That means you're the way. She got it back.
Speaker 1 (34:04):
She just right back on him, all right.
Speaker 14 (34:07):
That means Anna out of window, you picked yourself up.
Speaker 4 (34:10):
A thousand dollars has been.
Speaker 5 (34:12):
It's so fathouse, you.
Speaker 17 (34:14):
Know, amazing. I'm gonna take my sister.
Speaker 7 (34:16):
She so hard and off and she needs a little care.
Speaker 4 (34:21):
Hannah, can I tell you what white man just did
to me?
Speaker 6 (34:24):
Because he was trying so hard he lean back then
when he let loose, literally.
Speaker 4 (34:31):
Just spray my face.
Speaker 15 (34:39):
Also, I'm you actually truck you so far?
Speaker 4 (34:46):
We were like you wait till you see the video YouTube.
It's horrible. Hero.
Speaker 9 (34:52):
Why are you wearing a poncho because it's all over
your face?
Speaker 14 (34:56):
No right, give the gift everyone wants to receive with
a bath house, a gift guard Register Kids ninety seventy three,
Roving a kid now with Correos the podcast.
Speaker 3 (35:08):
Robin's Tell Him News.
Speaker 6 (35:14):
You might have seen this across the weekend, but CCTV
footage of the late Liam Payne has surfaced from the
Casassura Palomino restaurant restaurant hotel that he was in in Argentina,
and it shows four guys on like two on his arms,
two on his legs, carrying him through the lobby up
(35:35):
to his hotel room an hour before he died, and
apparently he was convulsing.
Speaker 4 (35:40):
He was in such a bad way.
Speaker 6 (35:43):
I mean, it makes sense then as to why police
are charging people with murder, because you'd go if this
guy is so unwell that he is unconscious and convulsing,
then why isn't he in hospital?
Speaker 2 (35:55):
Yeah, so whoever's given him the drugs or whatever else.
I mean, this is all alleged, but yeah, obviously not
wanting to take them to anywhere with authority because they'll
be in trouble. Yeah.
Speaker 4 (36:06):
Well, look what happened just an hour later.
Speaker 6 (36:09):
Wicked the movie, and the movie has opened right around
the globe and it has going great guns in its
opening weekend one hundred and seventeen million domestically in the US.
Speaker 4 (36:22):
That is fantastic.
Speaker 5 (36:24):
Hang, one hundred and seventeen million people went and saw it.
Speaker 6 (36:26):
No dollars, no, no, no, no, no, no, no no no.
Speaker 5 (36:31):
Okay, that's the big Yeah.
Speaker 6 (36:32):
The biggest opening weekend for a film based on a
Broadway adaptation Into the Woods was the last one in
twenty fourteen, and that only scored thirty one million dollars
on its opening week Okay, Yeah, if it lives up
to its expectations, because of course, the Thanksgiving box office
is huge and Thanksgiving is this Thursday, it'll be the
third biggest opening for twenty twenty four to date. I mean,
(36:53):
that's good. They have spent a lot of money on
this film. Yeah, so you know it's good to hear.
Speaker 4 (36:58):
They're recouping some of Yes, exactly.
Speaker 6 (37:02):
Brad Pitt has collapsed in Vegas at the Grand Prix
across the weekend. People were really concerned as they saw
him collapsing onto the ground, seeming fainted on the grid.
Speaker 4 (37:12):
But don't worry. It's all a stunt for his upcoming
Formula one based film. And how clever are.
Speaker 6 (37:17):
The you know, the movie offfens behind it because they
send out a fake press release right about the character
that he's playing.
Speaker 4 (37:25):
Yeah, for the fictional race team.
Speaker 6 (37:27):
The guy he's playing is Sonny Hayes, and they in
their mock statement that said during qualifying, Sonny sustained a
significant impact, requiring immediate medical evaluation.
Speaker 2 (37:37):
Now, surely he's at an age now where his role
is not going to be as a driver.
Speaker 9 (37:41):
Surely he'll be a team boss.
Speaker 2 (37:42):
He's too old to be an F one driver.
Speaker 4 (37:44):
He's Brad Pitt.
Speaker 5 (37:45):
I know something, isn't he okay?
Speaker 6 (37:48):
But if Tom Cruise can still fly a fighter pilot
and they're about the same age, are you going to
be the one till Brady's duel?
Speaker 5 (37:56):
I think it's a stretch brains. That's what I'm saying.
Speaker 6 (38:00):
Africado's too old and he's thirty, so true, but hey,
this is Hollywood right now. Remember during covid Adele took
to social media to say how devastated she was that
they'd had to postpone her Vagus residency as they weren't ready.
This is some of the world's greatest audio.
Speaker 4 (38:16):
Hi, listen, I'm so sorry, but my show ain't ready.
Speaker 9 (38:24):
You've tried absolutely everything that we can to put it
together in time and for it to be good enough
for you, but we've been absolutely destroyed.
Speaker 4 (38:33):
I can't give you what I have right now.
Speaker 1 (38:36):
And I've got it.
Speaker 4 (38:37):
I've got it, and I'm sorry last minute.
Speaker 6 (38:40):
I know she was very emotional, but it's just the
greatest audio I got it.
Speaker 4 (38:46):
Well, you'll be pleased to know.
Speaker 6 (38:47):
That that residency did finally happen, and across the weekend
she has done her final show and.
Speaker 4 (38:54):
This is what she said.
Speaker 7 (38:55):
I am so sad that this residency is over, and
I'm so glad.
Speaker 4 (39:02):
Because then she wasn't she was.
Speaker 9 (39:07):
It does show, though, that she was right to hold
off and make sure that she that she got it right.
Speaker 6 (39:11):
And two years she played in Vegas at the coliseum
at Caesar's Palace and she had her eleven year old son.
On her final concert, she had her fiance. She kissed
both of them. She then started to cry. But of
course we don't have audio of that because all you
can hear is to Dell soundtrack in the background and
her sobbing, sobbing.
Speaker 4 (39:29):
So I figured it was more fun to be going.
Speaker 1 (39:32):
Absolutely romany kids now with Correos the podcast now you,
if you listen to the show alot, you would know
that I've been harassing Kip Whiteman about his present buying
ability because your forgetfulness in everything in life adds for lots.
Speaker 2 (39:50):
Of fun for me and does and I do. I
admit that it is a fault. I do need help
in gift giving. It's not important to me and so
and therefore it's.
Speaker 4 (39:59):
Not boughtant as far as is concerned in life.
Speaker 6 (40:02):
Yes, and last week I think this was we were
discussing your girlfriend Iaomi's birthday.
Speaker 5 (40:07):
She's very difficult to buy for.
Speaker 6 (40:09):
She's not she has very clear ideas about her fashion.
Speaker 4 (40:12):
She loves Zimmermon.
Speaker 6 (40:13):
Why don't you do like put a little basket together
with some notes saying, this voucher entitles you to a
day of shopping with your best friend X amount of
dollars attached.
Speaker 5 (40:22):
Okay, but I like screens.
Speaker 12 (40:26):
She does.
Speaker 4 (40:27):
This is not.
Speaker 5 (40:31):
Do you want to get her an Apple Watch? You just
haven't Apple one.
Speaker 4 (40:35):
He's tried for two years now.
Speaker 6 (40:37):
So yesterday we had our breaky show Christmas party at
producer Cass's house and partners and kids. It was a
great day, had so much fun, just running around and
