Speaker 1 (00:12):
I heard podcasts, hear more kiss podcasts, playlists and listen
live on the Free.
Speaker 2 (00:21):
Chips and Coreo.
Speaker 3 (00:23):
It's in the morning. What was yeah? Oh, yes, something something.
We're already rolling and coming up at halftime. What do
you got?
Speaker 1 (00:35):
Okay? So, Crichello, which we talked about, is a huge festival.
In fact, I think it's one of those ones I
want to do before I died. Sabrina Carpenter is headlining
next year. But I've got a list of artists and
I want you to think about who was the highest
paid of these artists to appear at Crichello.
Speaker 3 (00:53):
Okay, because it's so expensive the tickets.
Speaker 1 (00:55):
You're going to.
Speaker 3 (00:57):
Like, it's ridiculous.
Speaker 1 (00:59):
No, no, no, I'm just going to give you the artist
and you can tell me how much they were paid.
Lady Gaga, Ariana Grande, the Weekend, Beyonce and Justin Bieber
who was paid the most?
Speaker 4 (01:08):
Have it?
Speaker 1 (01:08):
Think about it and I'll tell you at half time.
Speaker 2 (01:11):
Robin and Kid Now with Coyo It's in the morning.
Speaker 1 (01:14):
This is a conversation that's been happening in this studio
a lot across the last couple of weeks, and I
think it's the conversation that happens every time you are
serious with a partner. In fact, there's two questions. The
first one is do you want kids? And the second
one is how many?
Speaker 3 (01:31):
Yes?
Speaker 5 (01:31):
Huh?
Speaker 1 (01:32):
And it turns out that you two are under quite
a bit of pressure at home to review the idea
of having a third child. Is that correct?
Speaker 3 (01:43):
That is correct?
Speaker 6 (01:44):
I would say, pression, But it's a chat, it's a conversation.
Speaker 1 (01:48):
You might say that, Corey, But when we talked about
it last time, you were so definite as to your
rationale as why you want to stop it too.
Speaker 6 (01:58):
I want my kids to have the best life I
can possibly give them, and I just look at you
know how much I can give them now. If I
have another one, It's going to be so much harder.
I'm going to you know, my other kids aren't going
to get as much attention because we've got to share
it all.
Speaker 7 (02:11):
It's got to be fair.
Speaker 6 (02:12):
But that's that's me. That's how I like to do it.
And Tika and I in the same discussion now, she
she definitely wants one, and I keep saying, I just
I don't know yet.
Speaker 1 (02:21):
How are you going to decide it?
Speaker 3 (02:23):
I don't know, Well, we thought maybe we could let
people help you. Thirty one oh six five is our number.
Let's just talk Corey today around exactly.
Speaker 1 (02:35):
The same situation, and he's trying.
Speaker 5 (02:37):
To like.
Speaker 3 (02:40):
Cory today. It's been enough for me, So Cory, so
let's if you and look, let's go the other way too.
Maybe you actually have maybe you've had three, and you
know we can make you anonymous. And I think it
was a mistake. Yeah, you think you look, bang, two
was actually enough?
Speaker 6 (02:57):
Do I have a valid reason.
Speaker 1 (02:58):
Any more than two? So if you've had four, or
five or six, I will always say having three, and
particularly three boys, which I do do, there's always one
one's there and one's a spare, right, and if one
in you, you've always got a brother, and that would
actually be the same regardless of gender. Yes, and you
can never like you can gang up, but then you
can't because then they always change sides, and I could
(03:21):
never have a favorite.
Speaker 6 (03:22):
And there's always one out g on a boy, so
it'll be odd one out. So it's so unfair.
Speaker 1 (03:29):
Thirteen one six five. If you have more than two kids,
we want to convince Corey. Okay, I want to convince
Corey to have more children and keeping desperately trying to
justify why.
Speaker 3 (03:42):
Two is and I then Corey, Yeah, I think you
should go for another one.
Speaker 8 (03:45):
Mate.
Speaker 9 (03:46):
You've got that.
Speaker 3 (03:46):
You've got a look at the size of your car,
You've got the room Monty is going to be. By
the time you have the next one, Monty will be
out of the kiddy seat. So you'll be able to
have just two.
Speaker 6 (03:57):
You'll be married by then.
Speaker 3 (03:58):
Two kids Seatskay, don't don't deflect.
Speaker 1 (04:01):
A family pass to Astro Alumina. Yeah, person with the
best story or the best reason.
Speaker 3 (04:08):
Five to Neil from Bray Parking to Neil, Yes, what
are you thinking?
Speaker 5 (04:17):
Well, I reckon the third one, the easiest child.
Speaker 8 (04:20):
I have six children?
Speaker 3 (04:23):
Wow, so did it get harder again after three?
Speaker 5 (04:27):
No, it's got easier every child.
Speaker 3 (04:28):
Okay, I don't know about that.
Speaker 1 (04:30):
And it's true though, isn't it that the older ones
tend to help with the younger ones?
Speaker 10 (04:34):
Yeah?
Speaker 8 (04:34):
They do.
Speaker 6 (04:35):
Yeah, I have to buy twenty two seater.
Speaker 1 (04:37):
Yeah okay, No one's suggesting six.
Speaker 3 (04:40):
When you have sixtel is your last one? Basically raised
by woolsh.
Speaker 1 (04:59):
To Brittany of Albany Creek. You're on Corey's side.
Speaker 5 (05:02):
Brittany, im, I actually am going with Corey for this one. Yeah, Mom,
I'm am Tom. But I'm also one of five. I
have an older sister and three brothers. My mum is
one of three and my dad is one of three.
And the best way I can put it is two
the company. Three is a crowd. I'm grown up and
(05:22):
have had my mum always say how much she wished
she had a sister and a dad who has hardly
anything to do with his. And I've also seen three
brothers who have always had one singled out or left out.
For myself, myself, I only see myself having two kids
because I feel once you have the third, you have
to upgrade everything, your car, your house because if you
(05:43):
want to give him a single room, then you don't
have room for.
Speaker 10 (05:46):
Guests and.
Speaker 5 (05:48):
So on. Yes, and education so much more expensive.
Speaker 1 (05:52):
Okay, there's also state schools which are free of Anny Grove.
Speaker 8 (06:00):
What are you making me good morning?
Speaker 5 (06:03):
Well, look, I actually think I disagree to Neil. Three
was hard to me. So if you're going to have three, go.
Speaker 2 (06:08):
For that's why I do it.
Speaker 3 (06:10):
Three or four? You recond four is better than three?
Speaker 5 (06:14):
Was great? And I had a girl and a boy,
and everyone was like, oh, you got your pigeon pair,
you can start now.
Speaker 1 (06:20):
No, I can do better.
Speaker 5 (06:22):
So it's another girl and a boy.
Speaker 3 (06:25):
So yeah, two pigeons and no regrets, no regrets at all.
Speaker 5 (06:33):
So then I had like the two oldest kids and
the two youngest kids, and they all sort of got on.
And even now they're all adults and it's just beautiful
to see all get around and reminisce and pick on
me and things like that.
Speaker 3 (06:44):
That great, Well, we have for you a family past
to Astra Lumina. It's four tickets. So you work out
how you're going to do that back with.
Speaker 2 (06:51):
All your kids.
Speaker 3 (06:54):
You sort out one extra one experienced Astra Lumina and
enchanted night walk at Crumb and Wildlife Sanctuary Astrolumina dot
com dot au.
Speaker 1 (07:02):
Hey tigans, text me.
Speaker 3 (07:06):
You want to tell us now or.
Speaker 6 (07:07):
You want to hang on, Let's go.
Speaker 1 (07:11):
She just said. Had you asked me yesterday the kids
were chaos, I would have said no. But today it's
the absolute breeze. The kids are lovely.
Speaker 6 (07:24):
When I'm watching them walk into walls.
Speaker 3 (07:27):
Was that you got the cameras?
Speaker 6 (07:28):
I'm watching the kids's funny as in the morning. They're
peggy bag in each other once d wall to wall
and how are.
Speaker 1 (07:36):
You going to kip any change of heart on your side.
Speaker 10 (07:39):
Of the desk.
Speaker 3 (07:39):
Very happy with two. Thank you for everyone that.
Speaker 2 (07:43):
Finger anything, Robin and kid now with Corio. It's in
the morning.
Speaker 3 (07:47):
Weddings are on the mind for me because coming up
in a couple of months my mind mate Jed is
getting married. Shut up, Jed's getting married to Charlotte now.
And we actually, Gnomi and I were a big part
of their meeting each other because we're at a at
a race, like it was not a race, Dave, I
think it was Melbourne Cup at over at Howd Smith
(08:09):
Wolves And we walked into the event. Jed came with
us as a mate single mate, and Naomi was wearing
this beautiful dress that I think she'd hired it or whatever,
and there was a lady in reception about to go
upstairs with us who's wearing the exact same dress.
Speaker 1 (08:23):
And all you can do in that situation is totally
embrace it.
Speaker 3 (08:26):
Yeah, that's it.
Speaker 1 (08:27):
You cannot pretend it's not happening. You just go, don't
we have great taste?
Speaker 2 (08:32):
Yes?
Speaker 3 (08:32):
And so they went and said hi and Andaomi ended
up chatting to this girl whose name was Charlotte. Cut
to the afternoon and Charlotte and Jed are making eyes
at each other, and Naomi literally pushes them together and said,
you two should talk, and then they exchanged numbers. Jed
wrote the number down wrong. Oh my god, is he
You's a bigger version than me? And so Naomi got
(08:56):
the number correctly and then passed it on again. And
now here they are getting married in a couple of months.
Speaker 6 (09:00):
Before you and you were so already with that's.
Speaker 3 (09:06):
So now we're organizing hens and buses. And all I
could say is, thank goodness, I'm the best man, but
thank goodness Bossy my mate is also one of the groomsmen.
Because Bossy has taken the reins and organizing the bucks,
which he had to. He knows me, he's known me
for twenty five years.
Speaker 1 (09:22):
It's hard.
Speaker 3 (09:23):
No, there's a lot of there's a lot of moving
parts as people I don't know from the other side,
Charlotte's side, and stuff, as blokes I don't know.
Speaker 1 (09:30):
It's not that Corey. It's the fact like he can
ring a venue, of course he can. It's then the
phone contact and making RSVPs and following people up and
just timing stuff like KiB doesn't even know how to
get to a place on his own, let alone take on.
Speaker 3 (09:47):
So Bossy's doing all of that and it's all been
done via WhatsApp, just text messages to the boys. Here,
here's the group. There we go, this is this is Friday,
this is Saturday. We're done. Meanwhile, I'm watching Naomi doing
the hands and it is an event.
Speaker 2 (10:03):
It is.
Speaker 3 (10:04):
It is that they have said drafts of how the
invite should look and then center back. God, no, that
invite is not good enough. We need to change the invite.
Speaker 2 (10:14):
Right, well, we said a text.
Speaker 3 (10:16):
Man, they're doing draft the Sun's letter to Orange the letter, yeah,
like a paper thing. Then they're having Then they've got outfits.
They've all bought dresses that they're having to wear. Everyone's
got to.
Speaker 2 (10:31):
Wear the same dress.
Speaker 1 (10:32):
That's that's okay, because then there's opinions.
Speaker 3 (10:37):
Then there's opinions people coming back in sho we should
be eating here.
Speaker 1 (10:42):
I'm like toast and tolerance, and then for it, this
is stuff is not fun.
Speaker 6 (10:47):
One of the way after it, and then all the
other things.
Speaker 3 (10:50):
It is that the hens is a nightmare.
Speaker 1 (10:53):
No, it's only a night Okay, it's only a nightmare
if you don't enjoy it. If you are someone who
loves that kind of organization, who loves to be part
of a tribe, it's brilliant.
Speaker 3 (11:05):
There's too many chiefs in the trial. See all we've got.
We've got one leader, Bossy. Bossy is organ everything and
his only complaint is it's it's now a month away.
He goes, I've only had two rs vps. You're all
on the same text line. Someone say, yes, I told.
Speaker 6 (11:20):
You thumbs out to set the thumbs up.
Speaker 3 (11:23):
I wouldn't send the thumbs down if I wasn't.
Speaker 2 (11:26):
You know.
Speaker 1 (11:26):
The difference, though, is when you're organizing women's hens party,
every every one of those women think they're the boss. Yes,
and so you know we're all fun, but we're also
very respectful of the group. Dynamic and majority wins. Okay,
in your world, you have one boss, yes, and Kip
(11:46):
you think it's you, and you've just outsourced.
Speaker 5 (11:49):
Yes.
Speaker 3 (11:50):
Correct, Correct, I was the boss and now I've handed
my work on the boss. Yea, his name is boss.
Speaker 1 (11:55):
But you also still think you're the boss.
Speaker 5 (11:57):
Correct.
Speaker 3 (11:57):
I can veto if I have to, but I can't
step in men.
Speaker 6 (12:03):
Men have never had a good hands and we've never
been on one good hands.
Speaker 3 (12:08):
Yes, because that's all you're hear.
Speaker 2 (12:10):
That's all I hear about. No matter what's going on,
the Hens is Hens.
Speaker 3 (12:14):
That so much work. It's a job. You've taken on
a job and we're going to have a fun weekend.
What are you doing?
Speaker 2 (12:30):
Rod? Now with Coreo it's in the morning.
Speaker 3 (12:33):
Now we're speaking with Cameron Francis who's on the phone
with us right now. He is the CEO of the
Loop Australia. They manage pill testing sites in Queensland. I
imagine today is a pretty dark day for you, Cameron.
Speaker 8 (12:47):
Yeah, look, it really is a dark day for us,
and I think it's a dark day for Queensland. A
decision like this goes against the scientific evidence. We've got
really clear evidence that drug checking or pill testing is
effective at reducing drug use and helping people make better decisions. So, yeah,
we're going backwards in Queensland.
Speaker 3 (13:05):
Why would they do this?
Speaker 1 (13:06):
It doesn't make sense to me, particularly if we're the
only state in the.
Speaker 8 (13:11):
Yeah. Look, I've asked myself the same question, and you know,
I think really it's ideology. This is not about science,
and you can tell it's about ideology because the only
comments from the government are these sorts of empty statements
about there's no safe way to take drugs, and we
know that that's the case. And what we do is
explain the risks of drug use to people. And when
we do that, we know that about fourteen percent of
(13:33):
people that came through our service throw their drugs in
the bin after talking to one of our staff, and
twenty one percent of people take less drugs. They reduce
how much they're taking once we explain the risks of
overdose to them.
Speaker 4 (13:44):
Can I over to answer me?
Speaker 6 (13:46):
So when you have the tent set up at the
fest flaws or the private function or wherever you go,
does that mean that cops or whoever is there can't
then take those drugs off those kids.
Speaker 8 (13:59):
So there's no sort of amnesty, there's no kind of
special bubble that protects people. Instead, there's just a Quentin
Police operational guideline to not you know, conduct person checks
in the vicinity of the service. And this is actually
an operational guideline queens and police have had in place
for more than thirty years that manages other types of
drug and alcohol services too, like needle exchanges or opioid
(14:20):
treatment clinics as well. So those clinics involve engaging with
the same kinds of people, and we just asked that
police don't conduct person checks in the vicinity. Queens and
Police have always been really really supportive of our work
and they understand the benefits of drug checking and so
you know there, I know for Queens and Police, it
doesn't create any difficulties for them. They support the work
(14:41):
that we do.
Speaker 3 (14:42):
Well and knowing that, like at the moment, I've certainly
hearing this a lot in the US that people are
dying because they're putting fentanyl into drugs and it's killing people.
So yeah, while there is no safe way to take
to take drugs, there's definitely a dangerous way, and that's
by not knowing what's in it at all. And so
by taking this taking this failsafe out, it just feels
(15:06):
like it's a recipe for people getting killed.
Speaker 8 (15:09):
Look at definitely is I mean in the last week
in New South Wales there's a cluster of ten opioid
overdoses all across New South Wales, in Sydney and in
northern New South Wales in cocaine that's been contaminated with heroin.
That's not the first time we've seen that happen. We've
seen in Victoria last year three people using cocaine had
(15:30):
a synthetic nitazine in there and those ninazines are so
potent those people overdosed within minutes and all died. So
all around the world we're seeing this, and all across
Australia we're seeing drugs becoming more and more dangerous and
more dangerous contamination in the drugs circulating in Queensland. Now,
we've got no way of knowing that that's happened until
people die.
Speaker 3 (15:49):
So what are you going to do? Cameron? Is there
any do you have any grounds of trying to get
this law overturned.
Speaker 8 (15:55):
Look, we're looking at all of olptions, but you know,
we've worked on the advocacy to make this happen for
many years now, and we work really closely with families
who have lost people to overdose and that is the
thing that keeps us going. So we're not going to
stop our advocate to see and now that the government's
made this decision, we're going to make sure that they're
held to account for it. And we're going to make
(16:15):
sure that every time that we see some of these
harms happening out in our community, will be out there
reminding everybody of this decision that the government snuck through
last night.
Speaker 3 (16:25):
Thank you, Camerin, thanks for joining us.
Speaker 2 (16:26):
Robin now with Corio. It's in the morning.
Speaker 3 (16:29):
Halfway through the podcast. Okay, so coll So these are
previous Coachella artists.
Speaker 6 (16:34):
Yes, see, the year matters because it's it's when they're
at their peak.
Speaker 1 (16:37):
Well, let's assume they are, because Crichella wouldn't take an
artist less. So who we've got Lady Gaga, Ariana, Grande, Ariana,
the Weekend.
Speaker 3 (16:47):
The Weekend, Beyonce, Yes, and Beyonce and Biber. Okay, so
who is the most expensive out of all of those?
Speaker 6 (16:57):
Okay, already I reckon.
Speaker 3 (16:59):
Okay, I'm gonna do you want to go first? Did
you a start at the top?
Speaker 6 (17:03):
Yeah, okay, the Weekend, yes.
Speaker 3 (17:06):
Same, No, he's number three. Okay, well then I'm going
to go Biba, Beyonce.
Speaker 1 (17:14):
Beyonce number two, Beiba number one.
Speaker 2 (17:17):
There you go.
Speaker 1 (17:18):
So it was Lady Gaga four million, which is American
This is all in American dollars. Ariana Grande eight million,
The Weekend eight point five, Beyonce nine million, and Beibes
negotiated his own contract for ten million dollars ten million.
Speaker 6 (17:33):
Wow, that was my top three. That was the harder
to sweit.
Speaker 3 (17:36):
That's when you're like, Lady Gargo is a bargain in that? Yeah,
four million bucks.
Speaker 1 (17:41):
I don't need the money.
Speaker 6 (17:43):
No, no, but maybe yeah, maybe she's not. You know,
she's all about entertainment.
Speaker 7 (17:48):
I paid millions.
Speaker 1 (17:51):
Okay, And one final little entertainment news to see what
you think about this Charlie xcx CX is that.
Speaker 3 (17:58):
I'll look up some of Charlie's work.
Speaker 1 (17:59):
Okay, So do you no, no, no, no, no, it's
a good point. Do you are you a fan?
Speaker 8 (18:04):
Kim?
Speaker 3 (18:05):
I wouldn't say so. You know I'm not a I
don't dislike Okay.
Speaker 1 (18:09):
Well, the reason why I had to do this in
the podcast is because of what she's done at her
wedding in Sicily and Italy. Rather than have a full
cake that you cut with a knife, they had a
mound of cocaine.
Speaker 3 (18:21):
What so this is a little Charlie x x ye.
Speaker 1 (18:32):
Yeah, and so they when they when the moment came
to cut the cake, they took credit cards and did
what people do with cocaine and then shoved each other's faces.
The cocaine now the mound of cocaine. And this is
why we're doing it here, because no one can advocate
for this sort of rubbish. She is known as a
massive party, hundreds of thousands of dollars. Sounds like it
(18:54):
is cocaine legal in Sicily. It must be ridiculous.
Speaker 3 (18:59):
And any word on Victor Radley being there, I'm kidding,
he wasn't there. It's a silly joke.
Speaker 4 (19:09):
There.
Speaker 1 (19:11):
You just had to Yeah, don't we saying that? Kip Wabman.
Speaker 3 (19:17):
With Robin Kip and Corey Oats, what's by scene? We'd
like to do this on a Friday morning, re enacting
a magic moment from film.
Speaker 1 (19:28):
I'm so excited about this. We are doing pitch Perfect.
Peach Perfect is about Becker, a new college student who
joins an all girls singing group called the Barden Bellas.
At first, they can't agree on how to sing, but
when they mix old songs with new ones, they find
their own sound. Becka is going to be played by
Cory of course, Chloe is me. Kip is going to
(19:51):
be Jesse and then a rator is our news reader Alana. Hello.
Speaker 9 (19:55):
So this scene starts in the auditorium of the school.
The students are trying out to join the female a
cappella group, the Bellas, or the male a cappella group,
the Treble Makers. So first we get a montage of
the auditions.
Speaker 3 (20:09):
You out of.
Speaker 4 (20:13):
Sign how of month? Just your mouth I just can't say,
says you've been God, thank you question.
Speaker 9 (20:42):
So Becka a ka Corey a k Ana Kendrick didn't
get the memo to prepare that song. So she stands
side of the stage sheepishly while the auditions are being
wrapped up.
Speaker 3 (20:54):
That is everybody, I'm not really that impressed this year, guys.
Oh oh wait this one more?
Speaker 1 (21:02):
Hi.
Speaker 7 (21:08):
Hello, I didn't know we had to prepare that song.
Speaker 1 (21:12):
Oh that's okay, sing anything you want, I mean may i.
Speaker 9 (21:18):
Bella reaches over the judge's desk and takes the cup
that was holding pens and brings it to the center
of the stage well in a seated position. She begins
her song by clapping and tapping the cup rhythmically on
the floor.
Speaker 3 (21:30):
And we'll just take him moment now. While Alana comes
around behind Corey to perform the cups because Alana will
be Corey's arms for the cup song. Well, Cory sings
It's okay, so she is basically.
Speaker 1 (21:48):
Spooning him.
Speaker 3 (21:49):
Okay, take it away.
Speaker 6 (21:55):
I got my ticket for the law way around too
bad es Kipe by the way, and I should.
Speaker 2 (22:03):
Like some sweet company.
Speaker 6 (22:05):
And I'm leaving tomorrow. Would you say when I'm gone,
When I'm gone, You're gonna miss me when I'm gone.
Speaker 2 (22:15):
You're gonna miss me by my head.
Speaker 6 (22:17):
You're going to miss me when I'm gone.
Speaker 10 (22:22):
When I'm gone.
Speaker 2 (22:24):
When I'm gone, You're gonna miss me when I'm gone.
Speaker 3 (22:29):
You're gonna miss me by my water.
Speaker 1 (22:31):
You're gonna miss me by my talk.
Speaker 6 (22:34):
You're gonna miss me when I'm gone.
Speaker 3 (22:39):
So much dump a couple of cars?
Speaker 11 (22:44):
I did.
Speaker 9 (22:45):
I don't really like bashing away with my passion for drumming.
Speaker 1 (22:49):
Annie Kendricks actually could see the count.
Speaker 8 (22:52):
You know that it was Cory.
Speaker 2 (22:58):
And then the coup guys missing.
Speaker 11 (23:00):
Where is it.
Speaker 3 (23:06):
Social? Soon enough we have to see exactly how that
went down.
Speaker 2 (23:11):
With the Robin, Kip and Corey are.
Speaker 1 (23:15):
It's your weekly Joseph Oats.
Speaker 6 (23:20):
This week we met a single month from bald Hills.
Danny has been through a really tough time flowing an
accident in her kitchen.
Speaker 7 (23:25):
I had a full hip transplant.
Speaker 1 (23:27):
Wow have you been living because you're a single parent.
Speaker 7 (23:30):
Yeah, it was like really hard, but I felt like
a burden.
Speaker 1 (23:35):
Dear kids.
Speaker 7 (23:37):
There's a lot I can say about my mom. She's
the most selfless, caring, loving person I know.
Speaker 11 (23:42):
Now.
Speaker 6 (23:42):
Sandy loves her garden but hasn't been able to take
care of it since her accident.
Speaker 7 (23:46):
Had got stuff to fix the yard up.
Speaker 11 (23:49):
Ever since, it's just been out of control, getting down
to like do the gardens like a nightmare and that's painful.
Speaker 6 (23:56):
Yeah, So we organized a special surprise for.
Speaker 2 (23:58):
Sandy with some help from our great friends.
Speaker 3 (24:00):
Where is Corey?
Speaker 7 (24:01):
It's in my heart.
Speaker 1 (24:05):
Corey. Who have you got beside you?
Speaker 6 (24:07):
Nick from Brooks Blooms and they are here. Sandy, clean
up your garden and make it beautiful and peaceful.
Speaker 7 (24:13):
When you walk out here, I'll wait to see us.
Speaker 1 (24:15):
Here we go one, two, three, Oh wow, Oh you've
done so much. It was very important to us that
you delivered on your dream.
Speaker 11 (24:22):
Yeah, that's beautiful. I'd like to thank everybody. Kiss Brooks
Blooms and Pool works. I love everything that's done. This
means so much to me.
Speaker 3 (24:31):
Okay, col No.
Speaker 6 (24:35):
Two three, I'll be and my challenge of organizing in
Brisbane's biggest birthday party.
Speaker 1 (24:41):
Continues Brisbee's biggest birthday Body Bay.
Speaker 6 (24:45):
Your old McKenzie from Deception Bay didn't think I was
doing a very good job.
Speaker 9 (24:49):
Definitely not.
Speaker 6 (24:49):
So she bought in her party bags that she has
organized for an upcoming party to show me how it's
done well.
Speaker 11 (24:55):
She definitely have lollies, crazy sunglasses, obviously the jet and
definitely Lolli.
Speaker 2 (25:02):
Lollly's tons of lollies in there.
Speaker 6 (25:04):
We also got a panel of kids together to tell
me what their thoughts were and what makes a great party.
They told me what food we should be serving at
the kids.
Speaker 2 (25:11):
Party cake yes, bread, meat piece, and I noticed.
Speaker 6 (25:17):
It was a bit different to their thoughts on food
for adults parties free. This week's confession for cash from
Claire didn't sit well with Kip and Eye.
Speaker 11 (25:37):
I did what I had to do to get more
children because my husband didn't want anymore.
Speaker 7 (25:42):
I hoppleously flushed my pills down the drain.
Speaker 1 (25:46):
So how many children do you have?
Speaker 8 (25:47):
I have four?
Speaker 7 (25:48):
And he didn't want any more than two.
Speaker 3 (25:50):
If you had your.
Speaker 7 (25:51):
Time over, would you do the same thing? Yes, I
would absolutely.
Speaker 2 (25:56):
I think it's selfish. I think it's wrong.
Speaker 6 (25:58):
It's not thinking about what everyone wants, is just thinking
about yourself.
Speaker 3 (26:02):
And he doesn't get a choice. He just didn't get
a choice. No, he didn't imagine finding out. Of course
he's going to love all four of them, but imagine
finding out that the last two were under false pretenses
and there was a whole lie around them.
Speaker 1 (26:12):
Would it change the way you feelt about your children?
Speaker 3 (26:14):
I think so. It definitely change the way you feel
about your partner.
Speaker 7 (26:17):
Definitely.
Speaker 6 (26:18):
Our phones and text lines absolutely blew up, and it
got us thinking, could clear be in trouble legally? We've
got family lawyer Banker from RMO Law to give us
a low down look.
Speaker 10 (26:29):
As unfair as the situation, I have no doubt feels
from a child support perspective, he's liable, biological parents, adoptive parents.
Regardless of the situation. Child supports a right of a child.
It's not a penalty, although it probably feels that way
to a lot of parents.
Speaker 3 (26:46):
So someone came into your office and saying, listen, I've
just been hoodwinked, my partner lied to me, and all
these things. You'd say, don't even bother go on to court.
Speaker 10 (26:52):
Yeah, definitely from a family law perspective, and look there
may be avenues from a civil liability perspective.
Speaker 2 (26:59):
Ah, because you asked a few questions. Yeah, give you,
I'll get your business card.
Speaker 7 (27:07):
I'm getting.
Speaker 6 (27:11):
Go the lines this weekend.
Speaker 2 (27:13):
Smash those pies.
Speaker 10 (27:16):
Yahm
