training to run the slogan in University color on the

(02:25):
five k run.

Speaker 1 (02:27):
Yeah, okay, are you all doing it as a family, No.

Speaker 8 (02:31):
It's just me and my mom. Well, I hope it's
me and my mum because she might rupture her arm
achilles tendon and if she doesn't.

Speaker 9 (02:39):
Get it all right Astian style.

Speaker 8 (02:44):
Yeah, she hasn't got it yet, but I hope she
doesn't get it. Does my uncle will do it with me.

Speaker 4 (02:51):
Well, let's let's give it.

Speaker 7 (02:52):
Let's get her all prepped because we've got one hundred
dollars to spend at Soak bath house so she can
go there, have a nice massage or a spa and
just get ready to run.

Speaker 2 (03:01):
Ready, WHOA, thank you so much?

Speaker 1 (03:08):
You just tell her you tell mum that you spoke
to us and that you've organized this one hundred dollars vouch.
You're okay, Okay, I can give you a number if
she like.

Speaker 8 (03:18):
She she'd love to talk to you guys. She's always
wanted to do it.

Speaker 9 (03:23):
Okay, we'll just let's do it.

Speaker 6 (03:25):

Speaker 11 (03:48):
I feel like it might be my son.

Speaker 9 (03:51):
Yes, just what he's a delightful young man.

Speaker 6 (03:56):
Yes, he can be.

Speaker 9 (04:01):
Like she doesn't care for it.

Speaker 6 (04:06):
Has got Has he got you into trouble before, Carolyn?

Speaker 11 (04:11):
No, he just dozing when I'm not around.

Speaker 7 (04:15):
Right and tells us that you're you're training for a
big fun one coming up in Logan.

Speaker 4 (04:21):
You're in the five K.

Speaker 11 (04:22):
Yes, him and I wanted to get back into running.
He's had a few medical issues over the last feolve
months and he's just started to finally eat and put
on some weight, so he wants to get back in
and do some running, so he started doing it together.

Speaker 1 (04:36):
Oh well, he was telling us that there's a bit
of an injury.

Speaker 6 (04:40):
Now what was it again, Taj?

Speaker 8 (04:42):
She was making sure she doesn't rupture her achilles. So
she's trying to get a lake nice and better so
she can run.

Speaker 5 (04:51):
Is very important?

Speaker 4 (04:52):
Yes? Is this an old injury?

Speaker 11 (04:54):
Caroly No, I just throws up when I run a
certain times. Now I'm going back into it.

Speaker 4 (04:59):
It's sogan, it'd be very sore.

Speaker 1 (05:02):
Okay, Well, because Taj called us, he's organized something special, Taj,
do you remember what it is?

Speaker 8 (05:11):
Gift card?

Speaker 2 (05:12):
Ye?

Speaker 9 (05:13):
Soak bath house very well done. So it's one hundred
bucks to spend there.

Speaker 7 (05:16):
You can go and get a massage or have a
soak and hopefully just get that achilles ready to roll.

Speaker 11 (05:21):
That would be fantastic.

Speaker 9 (05:22):
Thanks.

Speaker 6 (05:24):
See, it's good when does things with it behind your back.

Speaker 8 (05:34):
We all love moms everywhere. If there's a mom out
there struggling, just remember that I said, have a great
day and just keep pushing through whatever you're trying to do,
no matter what pulls you down, pick yourself back up
and keep going.

Speaker 1 (05:51):
Hey, touch, can I ask you would you like to
come to Corey's little League because we're organizing to have
two teams of kids play each other.

Speaker 6 (06:02):
They're going to be.

Speaker 1 (06:02):
Between ten and thirteen, and to have someone that could
pump them up, pump up mascot kind of guy, like,
we've got two mascots, but we need a pump up kid.
And you've sound like you would be awesome.

Speaker 8 (06:19):
Yeah, I'm a very pumped up kid.

Speaker 6 (06:22):
Would you like to do that for us? We could.

Speaker 1 (06:24):
You could maybe work with Corey and he could work
on a bit of a speech with you and then
before the game starts, halftime speech.

Speaker 8 (06:33):
Trying to coach. I've always loved trying to coach, and
even my brothers is saying, I think I should do it.

Speaker 9 (06:45):
Chase, Well, I mean he does sound like a pump
up kid, Carolina? Are we right in thinking that very much?

Speaker 1 (06:54):
Would you be okay if we borrowed him and your
whole family and invite you down to our big event
for Corey's Little League and maybe he could work with
Corey and pump up the teams.

Speaker 2 (07:06):
That would work? Number one?

Speaker 12 (07:15):
Good Caroline, and thank you on your mate.

Speaker 13 (07:21):
We're going to see you soon, Okay, Bye bye Phil
gool Even though we hate him, Yes, you could be
just like that, like.

Speaker 14 (07:32):
A good Phil Gold amazing experience, a moment of blissit
soak bath House, West End kid Now with the podcast.

Speaker 7 (07:44):
So yesterday after the show, Corey and I were at
Way Call at the Artist p c A. We're there volunteering.
We helped clean out some of the cat pins and
dog pens.

Speaker 5 (07:53):
Scooped up some poop.

Speaker 7 (07:54):
We did some poop scoop and we went through some
of the op shop area. But there was once we were
doing the dogs, there was one dog by the name.

Speaker 4 (08:02):
Of Kappa that we kept losing.

Speaker 7 (08:04):
Corey like Corey, he fed Kappa right at the start,
clean out his cage, and then we go to the
next dog.

Speaker 4 (08:09):
Where's Corey gone?

Speaker 7 (08:10):
I was back with Kappa and chickens with the chickens,
where's he's gone?

Speaker 4 (08:15):
Back to Kappa?

Speaker 5 (08:16):
I wanted to get in there. So what did you do?

Speaker 1 (08:17):
Because you can put your hands over the top of
the and they often jump up so that you can
pat their heads.

Speaker 6 (08:22):
Did you do that?

Speaker 15 (08:23):
No?

Speaker 16 (08:23):
I wasn't allowed to because they don't like him getting
hyped up.

Speaker 4 (08:26):
And Kappa was pretty hyped a hot start. He was.
It was fun.

Speaker 9 (08:31):
Cory's spirit animal hyped up, dope.

Speaker 16 (08:34):
You look you lock me in there for an hour and.

Speaker 1 (08:40):
Yeah, no, Well it turns out that you took a
number of photos of Kappa and those photos ended up
on the Oats Family Chat. Thank you so much, Turgan
for giving me the access to the Oats Family Chat.
So who's on this because we've got you and Tigus
and then Mum that's Corey, that's.

Speaker 5 (08:59):
And then jeans.

Speaker 6 (09:02):
Okay, so let me just tell you. So there's a
photo of this beautiful.

Speaker 1 (09:05):
Big boy and then under it mom Deb has said
at RSP question mark. Mum's then gone pure breed question mark.
Corey's gone yes at rspca X breed crossbreed. But he's
such a good part reminds me of Marlin.

Speaker 4 (09:21):
This is a bit like a Roddy Hey, like mostly cross.

Speaker 16 (09:24):
Okay, you wouldn't know what his cross, but it looks
like a cattle dog.

Speaker 1 (09:28):
So then Mum says, very square head, nice temperament, question.

Speaker 6 (09:33):
Mark, what are you asking to which Cory.

Speaker 1 (09:35):
Replies, yeah, he's so good, only one and a half
years old. Then Deb replies, so sad, wonder what the
other breed is? M If I volunteered, i'd been bringing
them all home.

Speaker 2 (09:50):
Now.

Speaker 1 (09:50):
My question to you about this is, how does Tigs
feel about you bringing home another dog?

Speaker 16 (09:56):
I'll be wanting another dog for a tod, but you
have two so long?

Speaker 5 (10:00):
Yeah, I'd probably have five.

Speaker 6 (10:02):
Can let me let's ask tea it yes, he tis hello?

Speaker 9 (10:08):
How are you ticket?

Speaker 4 (10:10):
Can we have a puppy please?

Speaker 15 (10:15):
Oh?

Speaker 11 (10:15):
Guys, I already have three corey included and two dogs.
I think I'm capacity.

Speaker 1 (10:22):
Well, well let's just check because we've got your mom
Deb on the phone too.

Speaker 2 (10:29):
Do we need another dog?

Speaker 17 (10:30):
Debs?

Speaker 7 (10:31):
Absolutely your team, cory A Yeah, oh yeah, face not
one of that dog.

Speaker 5 (10:40):
It's beautiful, It's beautiful.

Speaker 4 (10:42):
He was a lovely dog, very good, nice temperament.

Speaker 11 (10:44):
Yeah, half, you know you don't have to go through
the puppy stade.

Speaker 4 (10:49):
Yeah, he perfect adoption age. Yeah, train as well, already trained.

Speaker 5 (10:53):
Yeah, you could say that he sits and eats and
then he wants to have fun.

Speaker 9 (10:59):
Yeah, Tigs, are you there?

Speaker 4 (11:02):
Mate?

Speaker 17 (11:02):
Yeah?

Speaker 15 (11:03):
Here?

Speaker 4 (11:05):
No one wants to be.

Speaker 15 (11:07):
Interested in the two chickens.

Speaker 11 (11:08):
What about those guys.

Speaker 5 (11:09):
Who no, Kevin going.

Speaker 9 (11:13):
Two chickens been named after us? But no, don't deflect it.

Speaker 4 (11:16):
I know.

Speaker 7 (11:17):
Look, no one wants to be the person that says no,
you can't have a puppy. But also somebody has to
be a sort of realistic in life, and it feels
like you have to take that role in your family.

Speaker 15 (11:29):
Time.

Speaker 4 (11:29):
Yes, what do you think?

Speaker 11 (11:32):
Oh look, I think that this one's still got to
be up for discussions.

Speaker 4 (11:35):
Okay, it's not a no.

Speaker 11 (11:39):
Said we will get a third dog.

Speaker 15 (11:40):
I'm just not sure that it's the right time.

Speaker 6 (11:43):
Okay, so tea again.

Speaker 1 (11:46):
I do know that the r O s p c
A have this wonderful service where you can bring your
own dogs in and you can see if they get along.
Two dogs get along one way.

Speaker 4 (12:03):
I like other dogs.

Speaker 1 (12:04):
So if Snapper doesn't like this new puppy, then the
answer is clearly not Marlott likes.

Speaker 9 (12:10):
And then you know what about Snapper Snappers going to live?

Speaker 7 (12:18):
If it came to it, would you adopt Snappers so.

Speaker 4 (12:21):
That the other.

Speaker 11 (12:24):
Is definitely mine?

Speaker 9 (12:25):
Okay, Snappers not leaving?

Speaker 5 (12:27):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (12:28):
Yeah, maybe yeah, bond.

Speaker 6 (12:31):
So would we be open to check.

Speaker 5 (12:33):
I might play with him for a day.

Speaker 16 (12:34):
I'm not going to have to do that in the
next few weeks.

Speaker 5 (12:36):
Just just spend.

Speaker 4 (12:38):
A bit of time with him, have a playdate.

Speaker 5 (12:39):
Yeah, played with Cappers and with the.

Speaker 15 (12:42):
Other Snapper Kappa and Marline.

Speaker 2 (12:47):
Rolls Off does.

Speaker 6 (12:51):
Okay.

Speaker 1 (12:51):
What I'm what I'm not advocating for here is that
you cannot take that dog unless teake and is okay
with it.

Speaker 3 (12:57):
If I rock up and she doesn't have a choice, yeah,
you undermine all of her authority from.

Speaker 11 (13:09):
Behind dogs before.

Speaker 15 (13:15):
Word.

Speaker 1 (13:17):
So on your side, than his conversation is not over yet,
It really isn't for both of you. But jam antigues,
thank you and then worry, just see what we can
work out.

Speaker 9 (13:31):
Yes, well done, thank you.

Speaker 4 (13:34):
Oh you're getting that dog, I reckon.

Speaker 7 (13:36):
Yes, he's already pup of the arms. Now with the podcast,
the probably that caught your eye yesterday at RSPCA when
we were volunteering there yesterday, Corey was his name was Kappa.

Speaker 4 (13:51):
He was a big rotty cross.

Speaker 16 (13:53):
Yeah you could tell you it was mainly roddy, but
like he just thought he had like a staffy kelpie
sort of.

Speaker 6 (13:58):
He's got that.

Speaker 4 (13:59):
Yeah, you had a knucklehead look about him.

Speaker 5 (14:02):
Yeah, that's what I at it.

Speaker 6 (14:04):
So yeah, if you missed it, it will be on
the podcast.

Speaker 1 (14:07):
We had Cory's wife Tagan on the phone with her
mother deb's a fan of getting this particular dog.

Speaker 6 (14:13):
Let's just say Tigs is not right now.

Speaker 9 (14:17):
Yes, and so the idea that that we floated to
Teagan is maybe let's just see if your two dogs
that you have now get on with Kappa and then
if they all, if it's a happy little union, then
maybe you can make this happen.

Speaker 6 (14:29):
So we've got Emma from the RSPC.

Speaker 1 (14:32):
Hey, hey, Emma, morning gud. We're so naughty, but you
guys do offer an amazing service, don't you that you
can check where the dogs actually get on. Yeah.

Speaker 18 (14:45):
Yeah, So if you've already got pets in the home,
you can bring them in to do a meat and
greet with our animals and see if they match. Okakay,
the best option if you've already got existing dogs, to
see if they all get along.

Speaker 4 (14:56):
Yeah, they're right.

Speaker 5 (14:57):
Well, Marlon does Marlins long.

Speaker 4 (15:00):
He's never had a problem with any dog in he
got along with. Good choice.

Speaker 6 (15:05):
Oh, hang on you he does.

Speaker 5 (15:07):
Some gets along with every dog. He just he loves
a ball.

Speaker 19 (15:10):
That's about it.

Speaker 4 (15:11):
I just don't like it. He doesn't care okay dog?

Speaker 1 (15:13):
Yeah, so yeah, can we bring the small children to
because there's hucks who's three and Monte to make sure
that this dog is also cool with them.

Speaker 16 (15:22):
Yeah, honestly, it's more about like the dog with me.
I love just playing with dogs, so I spent a
lot of time with dogs.

Speaker 5 (15:29):
I love training my.

Speaker 16 (15:29):
Dogs really full on and like I love it. You know,
with Marlon, I trained him so much, big dog, but
he's probably the most gentle dog you'll ever come across,
with kids and little people and just in general.

Speaker 1 (15:40):
So yeah, can I ask a question if one person
wants the dog and the other person doesn't want the dog,
does the dog leave the arrows?

Speaker 18 (15:53):
I think he's very much up to the dog, so
the dog will choose you.

Speaker 9 (15:57):
Okay, all right, it sounds like you need to have
the whole family.

Speaker 5 (16:02):
You should have locked me in there with him yesterday.

Speaker 18 (16:04):
I loved you for a while, so I reckon you
were the first.

Speaker 1 (16:11):
So can we facilitate this? I mean, I know you
do it for everyone. It's not just special for us
radio people, but you do this all the time. So
if we can organize for the whole Oats family to come, yeah,
and we'll see whether Kappa is a good fit.

Speaker 18 (16:25):
Yeah, we can do that, and look, this happens a
lot where people come in and they meet one animal
and then they go, oh, that actually didn't quite work.
Look we'll see what else is there, and then they
walk away with something different kind with a puppy. I
don't want to put that out to the family though,
because they might freak out more with a puppy.

Speaker 4 (16:39):
Yeah, that's true.

Speaker 19 (16:40):
Oh, I recognize that this is a bad something.

Speaker 6 (16:52):
We should say million pause walk this weekend.

Speaker 18 (16:55):
Right Yeah, yeah, this Sunday. So check it out on
the website and theimpoorsbook dot com to they you come
down and get tickets and have a great doubt with
your dell beautiful.

Speaker 7 (17:03):
Thanks Emma, and a full video of for Corey and
I at the RSPCA will be up on our Instagram
and Facebook shortly.

Speaker 4 (17:09):
Sorry, you're getting another dog of some description.

Speaker 2 (17:16):
Now with coos the podcast.

Speaker 4 (17:19):
Halfway through the podcast, Okay.

Speaker 6 (17:22):
So who am I from? Like a plantail wrapper?

Speaker 1 (17:25):
Okay, so sixty five years old when my life changed
because of an invention I made and no one believed
in me. My life was a roller coaster of rejection
and failure. I lost jobs, failed in businesses, got turned
away by the military, and never ever finished school. By
the time I was sixty five, I was living off
a small government pension. But I had something, and I

(17:46):
had perfected it at an old gas station. So I
packed it up, jumped in the car, and started knocking
on doors. I got rejected. Jump in at any point.

Speaker 4 (17:57):
And what can you tell us what country they're from?

Speaker 6 (17:59):
America?

Speaker 4 (18:00):
America.

Speaker 1 (18:00):
I got rejected over a thousand times. I slept in
my car. Some days I didn't even have enough to eat.
But every time someone said no, I told myself, the
next one will say yes. And one day someone did,
any ideas.

Speaker 7 (18:17):
Sixty five make I'm just still alive. Now Todd's is
going off.

Speaker 17 (18:24):
He's got an idea?

Speaker 6 (18:25):
Okay, go on?

Speaker 17 (18:26):
Is it an author?

Speaker 6 (18:27):
No? Okay?

Speaker 9 (18:28):
Cool, okay, all right? He was so Tod's face I
had that was like, I've got this.

Speaker 2 (18:35):
Well, you know Mark Benson that wrote the suddle out
of not giving a funk?

Speaker 4 (18:38):
Yes, yeah, I expected.

Speaker 9 (18:40):
Here was the guy in the Okay.

Speaker 5 (18:44):
Is he still alive?

Speaker 4 (18:45):
No?

Speaker 1 (18:46):
And one day someone did a small restaurant agreed to
give my recipe a try, and the madness began.

Speaker 4 (18:55):
Okay a restaurant, okay, sixty.

Speaker 1 (18:58):
Four today, restaurant in over one hundred and fifty country, is.

Speaker 9 (19:04):
It, Colonel Sanders, Yes.

Speaker 5 (19:06):
Ah for the wind.

Speaker 20 (19:10):
You're so, that's pretty good.

Speaker 1 (19:25):
I was never the youngest, never the smartest, but I
was the one who never gave up. So if you're
down right now, maybe that's exactly where your real story begins.
Age doesn't matter, failure doesn't matter. The only thing that
matters is not stopping when your heart tells you to
keep going, wishing your strength, purpose and peace wherever you
are in your journey.

Speaker 6 (19:43):
And that was Colonel HFC you.

Speaker 7 (19:47):
What's interesting though, you say he was rejected from the
military and yet he made it to the rank of colonel.

Speaker 20 (19:52):
Yeah, the way, he's a good question that work.

Speaker 4 (19:58):
He is a real colonel.

Speaker 5 (20:03):
Was so bad at it they didn't I call myself killed.

Speaker 4 (20:07):
Yeah, that's right. I'm the colonel of this. That's what
I I'm pres.

Speaker 2 (20:12):
Ronie Kids Now with Choreos the podcast.

Speaker 6 (20:18):
With Robin Kip and Coriotes.

Speaker 4 (20:25):
What's my scene?

Speaker 9 (20:26):
This is where we take a classic moment.

Speaker 7 (20:28):
In film, reenact the scene and a famous song from
that film.

Speaker 9 (20:32):
Now it's Origin week, so.

Speaker 4 (20:35):
We decided we needed something pump up, something sports related.

Speaker 1 (20:38):
Yeah, so we are doing the famous inspirational speech from
the two thousand and six movie A Rocky Balboa played
by Sylvester Stallone. And then we're going to do the
iconic song I have the Tiger from Rocky three from
nineteen eighty two. Rocky will be played by Coreotes, Kip
will narrate and we will all see yes.

Speaker 7 (20:57):
And the added element of danger is is that we're
going to be just playing the song and Corey has
to time out his speech over the intro of the song,
and then we have to start singing at the end
of the speech.

Speaker 6 (21:06):
Hirst may or may not work that good, all right.

Speaker 7 (21:10):
The scene takes place right outside Adrian's restaurant, Rocky's Italian
restaurant in Philadelphia, so this is when he owns the restaurant.
By now he's face to face with his son, Robert Junior,
after Robert just complained that he is sick of being
in his father's shadow. Then Rocky speaks from the heart
with this legendary speech.

Speaker 5 (21:33):
Let me tell you something you already know. The ward
ain't all sunshine and rainbows. It's a very mean and
nasty place.

Speaker 16 (21:40):
And I don't care how tough you are, it will
beat you to your knees and keep you there permanent
through letter you meet and nobody's going to hit as
hard as life.

Speaker 5 (21:48):
But it ain't about how heard you can hit.

Speaker 16 (21:50):
It's about hawd you can get hit and keep moving forward.

Speaker 5 (21:53):
How much you can take and keep moving forward. That's
how will it has done.

Speaker 2 (21:58):
Now, if you know what.

Speaker 5 (21:58):
You're worth, go out and give what you're worth.

Speaker 4 (22:01):
But you gotta be willing to take the hits.

Speaker 16 (22:03):
Ain't no pointing figures saying you ain't where you want
to be because of him or her or anybody comes
do that.

Speaker 5 (22:10):
It ain't your You put it than that, Yes.

Speaker 2 (22:16):
Rouse it up.

Speaker 21 (22:19):
Here, it is rows it up back on the streets,
dim my town, to my chances, went the distance down.

Speaker 2 (22:31):
I'm back on my feet, just a man and.

Speaker 5 (22:34):
His will to survive.

Speaker 21 (22:38):
So many times it happens too fast.

Speaker 5 (22:42):
You trade your passion foocal and.

Speaker 21 (22:47):
Don't lose your grip on the dreams of the past.

Speaker 9 (22:50):
You must fight just.

Speaker 2 (22:52):
To keep them alive.

Speaker 5 (22:54):
It's steep I of the time.

Speaker 21 (22:57):
It's a thrill of the fight rising up to the challenge.

Speaker 2 (23:01):
Of our arrival and the.

Speaker 21 (23:04):
Last no survivs s just praying then and he's watching.

Speaker 5 (23:09):
Us that.

Speaker 6 (23:20):
That song always sounds so great in your head.

Speaker 9 (23:23):
Yeah, yep, yeah, sorry.

Speaker 2 (23:25):
Listen now with the podcast.

Speaker 7 (23:32):
Now it's part of our Confessions for Cash, where we
give you five hundred bucks of bucks for your confession.
We got this story about a cat that was taken
to the pound.

Speaker 15 (23:43):
Me and my husband had a cat fair a few
years ago, and then I felt pregnant and it started
pissing on everything. So I just had enough and I
put it in one of the cat cages and I
took it to the tound.

Speaker 5 (23:58):
What did you tell your husband?

Speaker 15 (24:01):
I must have left the door open.

Speaker 4 (24:04):
So some people were outraged.

Speaker 7 (24:05):
Corey and I laughed at the scenario, and that made
people more outrighting, actually really did.

Speaker 6 (24:11):
The potential was that the cat may not have survived.

Speaker 5 (24:14):
Yes, every think's the worse. I thought of all the
good things that come with that.

Speaker 6 (24:17):
Yeah, someone else would like a pissing cat on them.

Speaker 9 (24:21):
The circle of life, ticky goes to someone else.

Speaker 7 (24:24):
So we're talking about the RSPCA, and we did wonder,
like what happens with cats when.

Speaker 4 (24:28):
They get handed in? Are they put down? Things like that?

Speaker 7 (24:30):
So Corey and I ended up yesterday at the RSPCA
in wake Hole it's amazing facility there because it's an
old prison.

Speaker 1 (24:37):
Yes, it's the old child's prison, like and now actually
that's across the road.

Speaker 6 (24:41):
Did you notice all the barb wife.

Speaker 9 (24:43):
Yes, that's the juvenile.

Speaker 1 (24:44):
Detention center, and then the grown up male one is
just down the road.

Speaker 4 (24:49):
Yeah, but it's it is a great facility.

Speaker 7 (24:51):
And they have tons of volunteers, which is really what
runs the place where you know, I was wrongly of
the assumption that they get a lot of government funding.

Speaker 4 (24:59):
It's something like six percent, so.

Speaker 5 (25:01):
You said they I thought this is what I thought,
but it's not.

Speaker 4 (25:06):
And volunteers do a great job.

Speaker 7 (25:08):
And one of the one of the things when we
went out there yesterday I noticed that from the old
prison is they have the old stainless steel toilets still
in some places, and that when you when you when
you scoop up the poop in different kennels, that's where
you have to chuck the poop.

Speaker 5 (25:23):
I didn't I didn't know.

Speaker 9 (25:25):
I went and did a poop truck at one stage.

Speaker 4 (25:27):
I nearly did a proper human when.

Speaker 19 (25:32):
Terrible.

Speaker 4 (25:33):
This is me trying to clean out one of the
dog's pens. Now I need the poop scoop. It's strong.

Speaker 5 (25:40):
Oh hello boy, far up, I got.

Speaker 4 (25:44):
To that one.

Speaker 16 (25:46):
You have got like the worst what do you call that?

Speaker 5 (25:48):
I don't know, was just like smell.

Speaker 4 (25:53):
I had to pick up. I had to mop up
a wee at one stage in the ammonia far out.

Speaker 9 (25:58):
It was like a slap in the face.

Speaker 5 (25:59):
I did the same thing. By the way, my poop
was three times size.

Speaker 6 (26:03):
So you've ended up in the dogs, I suggested. Cats
didn't get your luve.

Speaker 4 (26:08):
We did, We did, we did.

Speaker 7 (26:09):
We found our way to the hat Empire and we
had a little chat there about what happens with with
rehome and.

Speaker 2 (26:14):
Cats in like some circumstances.

Speaker 13 (26:18):
Animals can definitely be deans, like I'm not safe to
put out into the community.

Speaker 4 (26:22):
And we do you kind of have that responsibility.

Speaker 1 (26:24):
To community to be rehoming safe animals.

Speaker 7 (26:26):
Yeah, And if you get a cat that is you
know that it can be re homeed, like it's like
it's a good cat, but for whatever reason, it stays
here long term, so they have a time with it
where it's like you don't put them down after three
months or whatever.

Speaker 15 (26:38):
You do not have a time.

Speaker 1 (26:40):
Them in here for that they'll just stay they'll stay
with us until.

Speaker 17 (26:43):
They get a doctor.

Speaker 16 (26:44):
There's absolutely no time limit.

Speaker 2 (26:46):
It takes as long as it takes.

Speaker 4 (26:48):
See, Yeah, that's good. That was with us.

Speaker 6 (26:51):
Yeah, so do some like stay like a life.

Speaker 4 (26:53):
Yeah, it seems that they.

Speaker 5 (26:54):
Could stay there forever over a good year. I'm like,
that's a long time.

Speaker 15 (26:58):
Yeah.

Speaker 6 (26:58):
Cool.

Speaker 7 (26:58):
And there was a bunch of cats and people different
groups in there playing with the cats.

Speaker 9 (27:02):
But one of the other things.

Speaker 4 (27:03):
That the RSPCA has is a huge op shop.

Speaker 6 (27:07):
Yeah, they go there all the time.

Speaker 2 (27:09):
I love it that.

Speaker 16 (27:10):
I think they dressed the Meneicans for you.

Speaker 5 (27:13):
Did give I reckon?

Speaker 7 (27:15):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (27:15):
I think so. They go this this little right right
near the front.

Speaker 7 (27:21):
Yeah, and so we did dress a couple of annequins up.
We also helped out with some sorting, and we decided
we'd find a special outfit for you.

Speaker 5 (27:29):
This is something were Yeah, some pants are too big?
What size is it should wear? This was like black
pants or something black leathers? What about that?

Speaker 9 (27:39):
What about the little Okay, all right, go something.

Speaker 5 (27:43):
I go for a biker look with weapon print. It's
just got to be loud.

Speaker 12 (27:48):
Oh bang, And I can show you now, because you
know I love that, you know, you love selling selling
Sunset and all the space Hooker outfit.

Speaker 22 (28:00):
Yeah, we got you a space suit very own. We
got you a space hooker outfit and your boots today
you've got knee high silver boots which is just perfect.

Speaker 2 (28:14):
Wow.

Speaker 9 (28:15):
So during news you could try on.

Speaker 4 (28:17):
This dress that Corey found for you.

Speaker 5 (28:19):
How good come back and it's gonna look greaty exciting.

Speaker 4 (28:23):
You should be same.

Speaker 2 (28:27):
Now with Cory and I were.

Speaker 7 (28:31):
At RSPCA yesterday and we went through the op shop
there to try and find an outfit that we thought
would be perfect for Robin. And you'll hear the moment
when I held it up and Corey saw it and
you knew.

Speaker 5 (28:41):
We just knew, Yeah, this is some were yeah with
some pants are too big? What size is it should wear?
This was like black pants or something black leathers? What
about that?

Speaker 9 (28:52):
What about it's a little okay, all.

Speaker 7 (28:54):
Right, go something I go for a biker look with
we print it's just got to be loud.

Speaker 9 (29:01):
Oh bang, there's rob.

Speaker 7 (29:05):
So we found this silver dress which is, like we say,
is it's fine on a space ship.

Speaker 9 (29:11):
It's a space and space Hooker themed from early Star Trek.

Speaker 22 (29:14):
And ready for the reveal, she's been trying it on
over the new Ye it comes rob and with.

Speaker 6 (29:22):
It looks unreal, it looks amazing.

Speaker 4 (29:25):
Holy, we even.

Speaker 5 (29:27):
Got the science for that. Like a designer.

Speaker 16 (29:29):
It's a designer, one of those really expensive brands.

Speaker 5 (29:32):
Sure.

Speaker 7 (29:33):
Yeah, and you mean the odds that you wore your
your knee high silver boots away.

Speaker 22 (29:39):
Yeah, and just just go perfectly with the outpit style.

Speaker 2 (29:44):
Yes you can.

Speaker 4 (29:47):
Will you actually wear that?

Speaker 5 (29:48):
You should?

Speaker 6 (29:48):
I absolutely will wear this, absolutely.

Speaker 2 (29:51):
Will I will make yes.

Speaker 6 (29:53):
I will make one comment.

Speaker 1 (29:55):
Yes, Why is it when men shop for women they
often go for a version of a hooker? I mean,
I didn't know that there was a genre of space apparently.

Speaker 9 (30:08):
So we've gone into you take us to the space
not sportswear made producing.

Speaker 6 (30:15):
Maddie who is with you told me that they tried
really hard.

Speaker 17 (30:20):
No, it was so sweet.

Speaker 23 (30:21):
They were so distracted by searching for an outfit for you,
Robs that leg I had to remind them that they
were there to be volunteering.

Speaker 5 (30:29):
Well, there's a lot of Leopard, It's true.

Speaker 6 (30:33):
I would have I would have been happy with Leopard.

Speaker 17 (30:34):
But you've nailed it.

Speaker 7 (30:35):
Yes, and the video of this will be up on
our Instagram and Facebook if you want to check it out.

Speaker 2 (30:41):

if the chopper would turn on and she would win
one hundred thousand dollars. Wait, wait, the blade you've got
to spin?

Speaker 9 (33:29):
Oh congratulations, one hundred thousand dollars.

Speaker 17 (33:46):

Speaker 23 (34:24):
Be honestly, thank you for the off it so soon.
I'm still reeling from this win. I feel like it
is way too soon for that to be happening.

Speaker 2 (34:35):
Would we'd be so fine?

Speaker 6 (34:36):
I am so fine.

Speaker 17 (34:37):
I know you would have it next time with the
Backstreet Boys round two.

Speaker 4 (34:43):
We can always go back. We can always go back.

Speaker 1 (34:46):
We are going to Vegas in July August because the
Backstreet Boys are playing at the Sphere and we are
going to take the listeners with this.

Speaker 6 (34:54):

be there get what you get married?

Speaker 17 (35:01):
I know, well, I feel like I don't even know
what day of the week it is right now.

Speaker 17 (35:20):
Hopefully is you know, to be smart about it? So
first time first home.

Speaker 23 (35:24):
We've been renting north Side for about ten years, so

five months. For six years.

Speaker 5 (36:03):
This has spread plans up.

Speaker 23 (36:04):
I'm guessing one hundred percent. I hadn't even started wedding
plan planning. Yeah, and this has just exacerbated it.

Speaker 6 (36:12):
And what did your family say?

Speaker 17 (36:14):
Oh, they have just been going crazy.

Speaker 23 (36:16):
They're probably listening right now, so hi mom, But yeah,
they are just having the absolute time of their lives
with me, which is great.

Speaker 4 (36:24):
Are you lucky, Maddie?

Speaker 7 (36:25):
Is this like?

Speaker 4 (36:25):
Is this standard for you?

Speaker 15 (36:26):
Do you?

Speaker 4 (36:27):
Are you a lucky person?

Speaker 15 (36:28):
Look?

Speaker 23 (36:28):
I said to Will and Woody too. My mates would
say I always win the meat trace, So yeah, I'm
one of those people. Yes, maybe I am lucky, but
I've never won anything like this.

Speaker 1 (36:38):
Did you have a feeling because often people say why
when they score something big in their life that they
had a feeling.

Speaker 23 (36:44):
Look, I'm too confident for my own good, so I
definitely had a feeling. I was feeling pretty confident on
the day. I think it was the Elvis fit. It
was just making me completely over the moon.

Speaker 1 (36:56):
Check out check out Maddie's video. It's up on our
socials with Will and Woody. You were wearing and the
Elvis jumps into I mean, God loved darling.
