And Kip and I have got five weddings between her.
So tell me about this conversation you had with Kip
just before his first wedding to Leanne.

Yeah, I do remember he was nervous. I was trying
to figure out was it.

Is your parents free from Queensland?

Per my mom and dad? Everyone's coming, and it's all
built up. But there was there was definite and feelings
of either pre wedding jitters or there was just genuine doubt.

Because I look back at that moment and I remember it.
I remember that being a moment that I should have
recognized that you said you don't have to do this,
and I remember thinking that's very unlike you to say
something like that.

Speaker 2 (02:25):
Yeah. Yeah, so I was obviously feeling that you were
not sure.

Speaker 3 (02:30):
Yeah, So was that just an instinctive mother son thing
where you just went, I'm just going to say this,
or did you have to talk yourself into actually giving
yourself permission to do that because it's a big deal.

Speaker 2 (02:39):
Yeah, it was scary, scary talk because mom.

Speaker 1 (02:43):
Doesn't give you her opinion on things much. It's a
nightmare trying to pick. Like if if you're building a house,
trying to pick tiles with Mum, she's like, oh, that's nice.
Well that's nice too. I also like that one. She
doesn't give you a strong opinion. So that for Mom
to say maybe you shouldn't do this was a really
strong suggestion for you, wasn't it.
