Speaker 1 (00:00):
Hello, I'm Oliolison.

Speaker 2 (00:02):
We've reached the end of season two of Sas Australia,
which means this will be the final mini.

Speaker 1 (00:09):
Episode of the podcast. I hope you've enjoyed it.

Speaker 2 (00:13):
This week we're talking about determination for the final time.
Let's get into it. Determination means to me seeing things
out to the end, starting with the same energy and
enthusiasm as you started. I've had many different situations in

(00:35):
my life where I've been determined to see it through
to the end. That was Special Forces selection, that was
battling through my mental health issues when I left the military,
and that was starting my own business, which is predominantly
aimed at helping other people be more positive and live
happier and more fulfilling lives. When I put my mind

(01:00):
is something I know that determination is the only thing
that will get me through. We're wired to lose enthusiasm
when things get tough, when things start dragging out, we
start getting distracted and looking for something more appealing, but
that stops us from completing any kind of task or objective.
Determination is keeping yourself motivated from start to finish, all

(01:25):
the way through to complete the task. The only way
you will discover How something makes you determined is how
passionate you are about completing it. If you're not passionate
about something, you won't be determined to finish it, which
nine times out of ten means it's the wrong thing
for you. However, sometimes at work, in your normal, everyday life,

(01:48):
you expect to follow things through to the end completed task,
and it's about encouraging yourself along the way to make
sure that you have enthusiasm, determination and focus to complete
the task.

Speaker 1 (02:08):
What do I want people.

Speaker 2 (02:09):
To get out of watching sas Australia. Sas Australia is
more than just the TV show for all of the ds.
We want to show people that they all have an
amazing gift and everyone lives within their limitations. Limitations are
self created, their boundaries that we put in our way.

(02:30):
If we don't cross over those boundaries, break through those obstacles,
life can become pretty dull. So many people out there
are looking for that next fix, looking for something that's
going to make them feel alive, and it's just a
step away. I hope anyone watching sas Australia will learn
that easy makes life hard and the only way to

(02:52):
grow and to thrive is to throw yourself into situations
where it challenges you, where you have no guarantee of
a successful outcome. There is no growth in comfort zones,
and so start pushing beyond the barriers of limitation.

Speaker 1 (03:20):
Thanks for joining me on the show.
