Robbie Williams surprises 94-year-old superfan Norma

Robbie Williams responds with a video message to 94-year-old superfan Norma after her plea to meet him goes viral. The British pop star, who now lives in America, promises to visit Norma in person when he's next in the UK. Norma, who has followed Williams since his Take That days, jokingly adds urgency by noting her age.
