Now one of South Australia's Snowtown killers, is set to
learn his fate later today after applying for parole Hayden.
Nelson is in Adelaide Hayden. This is despite being convicted
of four of the eleven.

Murders Morning Chris and Kylie Well. James Lusakas with the
youngest of the four Snowtown accomplices the infamous bodies in
the Barrels killings in the nineties, responsible for four of
the eleven murders, but it was his testimony which allowed
prosecutors to find a conviction against John Bunting and Robert Wagner,

themselves responsible for seven of the eleven killings. He was
the youngest of the Snowtown accomplices and he has served
his twenty six year non parole period that is about
to expire. So the Parole Board here in South Australia,
led by Francis Nelson k C, will decide today in
what is expected to be a day long meeting, whether

he'll be able to walk free from prison. If he is,
if the decision is found in his favor, it is
likely he will be serving some strect community supervision orders
similar to those from the fourth Snowtown accomplice, Mark Hayden,
who was involved in the cover up. He's been slapped
with about twenty seven separate orders as to who he
can see, whether he is able to own a firearm,

whether he is able to use certain drugs, where he
can live, and where he can go. You can expect
similar orders from the parole decision if it is made
in favor of James Losakas. Today there is a sixty
day appeal times for the victims' families as well as
members of the community to speak out as to why
they don't believe he should be allowed on the streets,

but at this stage that parole hearing is going ahead,
