Speaker 1 (00:10):

live on the free iHeart app Matt.

Speaker 2 (00:17):
I Love, and am I the A hole? And you've
got one today.

Speaker 3 (00:20):
Look myself and my beautiful wife Laura, who I love,
I love more than anything. She is my soulmate, will
be together forever. But just because you love someone doesn't
mean that you're not immune to having arguments.

Speaker 1 (00:33):
I think it's a normal, healthy part of any relationship.

Speaker 3 (00:36):
It's very healthy, except when you can't figure out who
was in the right and who was in the wrong.
That's what's happened between myself and Laura.

Speaker 2 (00:44):
And that is where I come in.

Speaker 3 (00:45):
So can I give you the context Brittany, and I
want you to be honest here. Okay, I want you
to tell me if I need to apologize or if
I should dig my heels in and make Laura apologize
to me.

Speaker 1 (00:57):
Oh god, this is going to end well for me.
For those plane at home. She's also my business partner.

Speaker 3 (01:02):
Sorry to put you in this awkward position, but we
didn't know who else to turn to.

Speaker 2 (01:06):
Okay, hit me what's happened.

Speaker 3 (01:08):
So let me also just mention the fact that when
it comes to doing work, around the house. Given the
fact that Laura is only a few weeks postpartum, I
am doing the lion's share.

Speaker 1 (01:18):
Okay, I'm great, Patrusa Grace is already knowing where this
is going.

Speaker 3 (01:24):
People in the studio right now are rolling their eyes.
When I walk around the house. If I spot any
kind of work that needs doing, I just do it.
No questions are whether that's wiping down the kitchen bench,
whether that's making the bed in the morning, whether it's
unpacking the dishwasher. Brittany, I do it all. I really do.

Speaker 1 (01:43):
That should be a normal part of life anyway. But
please go on trying.

Speaker 3 (01:46):
To make life for my beautiful wife just a little
bit easier. But as I was doing one particular type
of cleaning job, it's really fired Laura up. Okay, I
was doing the laundry, and in the laundry basket, the
main thing that I look out for is just separating
the colors and the whites.

Speaker 2 (02:05):
Yeah, that's a brilliant start.

Speaker 3 (02:07):
Thank you so much. Okay, So I did a load
of washing, put it all in there, made sure in
that pile.

Speaker 2 (02:13):
Good.

Speaker 3 (02:13):
It's just there's no whit its all colors. Great, got
to put it on a normal wash. I've opened up
the washing machine post wash and I pulled out the items.
So then put it on the line. And I've noticed
I've made a huge mistake.

Speaker 2 (02:25):
Snuck a little blue sock or something.

Speaker 3 (02:28):
No, Brittany, there was a jumper. There was it jumper.
I don't know the exact material. I'm not that clever.
But it has shrunk in the wash. Okay, it's one
of Laura's brand new jumpers. It's a blue jumper. Do
I say it's cashmere? Does that make sense?

Speaker 2 (02:44):
Why was the blue in with the whites? Let's forget
the material.

Speaker 3 (02:46):
There was colors, color colors in the wash. The jumper
is now a quarter of the size. Okay. And I
put it on the line and I said, I'm racing
out the door. I'm going to tackle that, and you know,
let Laura know what's happened. I come home. She's holding
the jumper and she goes, what have you done here?
And I go, look, the jumper is shrunk, and she goes,

(03:07):
but this jumper can't go in the okay. And I'm like,
but I don't individually go through each item and look
at the washing instructions. If it's in that washing basket,
I will just wash it.

Speaker 1 (03:19):
Oh, this is so hard and I can't even want
to say this. I think I could be on your side,
and I hate myself for that. But you know why,
you're both in the right. For you, you're trying to
help you. I probably also wouldn't look at every single tag,
Like if I was doing my husband's and my washing,

(03:40):
I would just throw it in. I think if it's
all in the same basket, it means it can be washed.
So but then, having said that, I could go on
the other side of the fence and be on Laura's side.

Speaker 3 (03:50):
I don't want to fence it up bread. I want
someone who's going to take action. Who's the right, who's
in the wrong.

Speaker 1 (03:54):
I think that Laura should have I hate I'm doing this.
I think that if something one hundred percent can't be
washed with other things, you guys probably need to work
out a system where it goes into another pile.

Speaker 2 (04:02):
Okay, Producer Grace, Yeah, if it's not safe for washing machine, don't.

Speaker 1 (04:06):
Oh my god, but is it true?

Speaker 3 (04:12):
We call Laura here, Gosh, I can't believe you're on
my side. This may be the best day of my life.

Speaker 1 (04:18):
Because we don't believe it or not that we like you.
We're not always against you. I am just If I
don't believe in something you've said, I will let you know.
But if I think that you're right, I'll also let
you know. And I think in this one it's you.

Speaker 3 (04:28):
Oh my god, Laura is going to be thrilled when
I come home with this news.

Speaker 2 (04:32):
Are you getting divorced and I'm getting so much?

Speaker 3 (04:34):
If you guys have a spare bedroom, please let me know?

Speaker 1 (04:37):
Hey, what's what's what's the outcome? Have you guys talked
about it? You're still not talking.

Speaker 3 (04:41):
Well, I'm going to call her on the way home
and be like, I'm sorry, pal, but you're in the wrong.

Speaker 2 (04:45):
Apologize to me.

Speaker 3 (04:47):
I'm the victim here.

Speaker 2 (04:48):
I deserve better. Let's let's just play it cool. I
don't think we need to drag it on, but I think.

Speaker 3 (04:53):
Because Grace and Brittany both said Laura that you're a
bad mum and a bad wife.

Speaker 2 (05:00):
Battye j am, I right? Ladies, who's with me? Were
much at dawn? Hey, we absolutely didn't say that we Laura.
We miss you, I really miss you. Please come back, sir,
