(00:51):
and so much more. It's positive, it's practical, and it's
about putting you in the driver's seat of your own life.
Speaker 2 (00:58):
Are you ready? Hello, my loves, Welcome back to the podcast,
and happy twenty twenty five. We made it. We're in
the new year. So today I wanted to do an
episode all about not just achieving your goals in twenty
(01:23):
twenty five, but achieving them with momentum, achieving them faster, easier,
with this force. That feels like, holy shit, I achieved
what I want. I got there, I'm here, and I'm unrecognizable.
I am so proud of myself and the reason that
(01:47):
I wanted to do this episode is because I do
my goals very differently now compared to how I would
five years ago. So I've always been someone who has
written down goals and had a process for goals, and
I've also been a very high achieving person. So I
(02:08):
believe it's not like one process will work. I believe
that there's a lot of processes. But my process has
changed so I can achieve things faster and easier. But
about five years ago, I would kind of do the
whole smart goals, and so today I wanted to chat
about basically what's different to what I do now and
(02:32):
how you can fast track your goals in twenty twenty five.
Let's think back to smart goals. If you guys have
never done smart goals, smart stands for specific, measurable, attainable, relevant,
and timeframe. So what you're supposed to do is you're
(02:55):
supposed to set a goal and you're supposed to write
a line for each of those. Let's even like break
that down for a second and think about what a
smart goal, which so many people talk about and rave
about and do, And my myself used to set goals
this way when I was setting goals this way. A
think back to Georgie when she was like a law grad.
(03:18):
I was doing my law degree. During my law degree,
I was working with Instagram brands part time. I lived
at a home, and I did achieve a lot of things.
I bought a car that I really wanted to buy.
It was like this beautiful Audi car, this Mercedes car. Like.
I achieved a lot of things through this smart goal process.
(03:40):
But when I think back to it, it really was
limiting me. And it absolutely served me at the time.
I truly believe you need the right timing for everything.
So it really served Georgie back then. But now if
I was to do smart goals, they feel super limiting
(04:02):
to me. And I will just explain how so. The
s of smart goals is specific. So what do you
want to accomplish? What specific outcome do you want to achieve? Now,
this is great to be specific with you know your goal.
The only problem with this is for me, there has
(04:22):
been so many times like for example, if you told
twenty one year old Georgie her life now, I wouldn't
have been able to be specific. I would have been
able to describe the feeling and the vibe and I've
somewhat hit that, but I wouldn't been able to describe
(04:44):
it to you. And I feel like sometimes when we
are so specific and we're so specific when we write
down a goal, when we put it on our vision board,
it can be limiting us because we're specific for something
that's like one jump ahead. We could get something that's
like at least three jumps ahead, but we don't know
(05:05):
how to articulate that. We don't have language for it,
we don't have feelings for it. It's like the whole
concept of you don't know what you don't know. Back
ten years ago, Georgie didn't think she could have a
job where she enjoyed it and had as much fun
and fulfillment that she has now. So I wouldn't have
(05:28):
been able to be that specific because it's like I
honestly didn't think it was possible. And with manifesting, there
are things that come into play of if you're a
specific manifest star or a non specific manifesto, And basically
that just means do you do better with being specific
(05:48):
or do you do worse? It does being specific actually
kind of mesh you around and you can find out
if you're specifical or unspecific through your human design chart.
I believe if I am specific, so it does make
sense that, like previously me being specific has worked out
for me. But yeah, I just think it is good
(06:09):
to be specific. But because of how much I know
now of laws of the universe of surrender, you can't
always know all the details. So that's the only problem
with that step. So the next step is the M
in smart stands for measurable, and this is how will
(06:30):
you measure your success? You know, what type of data
will you include, how will you evaluate it? How frequently
will you check in on this goal? So again, I
truly believe that this can be super limiting because if
you're saying, you know, I've succeeded if I can earn
(06:51):
one thousand dollars, that's like measurable. That can be great,
and if that's your goal, amazing, But what about if
all limiting yourself and there's actually fifty thousand dollars trying
to come towards you that is available to you, but
you're so specific on Oh, but a thousand dollars means
(07:12):
I am successful? Do see how that could be limiting.
The next is A, which stands for attainable. And I'm
like laughing thinking about this because it kind of goes
up against everything I believe in. But you guys know
my life and what I've created and who I am,
(07:33):
I would have never thought it was obtainable. And this
whole step is, you know, do you have the skills
and the resources to achieve this goal? How are you
going to obtain it? Like very like real life? How
are you going to get there? And that is good
to think about, like what skills am I going to learn?
(07:54):
Who am I going to learn for? I do love
that step, but again, attainable. Let's say you have a
goal and you're like, I want to become a confidence
coach in twenty twenty five, Like I have been working
on my confidence of the last couple of years. I've
worked with the coaches, I worked with psychologists, I've done
my own coaching, and I really want to help others
(08:17):
feel confident because when I did it, my whole life
opened up and my whole life changed. But when you
look at attainable, do have the necessary skills? You know?
Maybe you start to think, then, oh no, but I'm
not a psychologist, Like I don't have any skills on
showing up on social media and I don't have this
and I don't have that, and it can make you
(08:38):
really doubt yourself. So again I feel like attainable isn't
that helpful with goals because usually we don't become the
expert by doing the degree and like randomly jumping on
Instagram one day and like you're the expert in that field.
It's not actually how it happened. Happens. Becoming an expert
(09:02):
happens from you having practice and time and energy. But
that can't happen unless you start, unless you dip your
toe in, unless you start working with clients. So it's like,
how is that ever going to happen if you don't
think you can do it because you're not an expert, Like,
it's not you're never going to get the experience. So
(09:23):
do you see how that step in smart goals will
be super limiting? The next one is are in smart
and it's relevant? So is this goal aligned with your
other goals or are you overarching goals of your team
or organization. I do love this step of smart goals
(09:43):
because it's kind of like, does this line up to
your values? And I very much do this in my
goal planning. For example, let's say you're like, I want
to range Rover. I can't afford to buy outright, but
I want to get a car loan on it, and
it's going to cost me, you know, a couple of
grand a week. And let's say you also have a family,
(10:04):
and your highest value is your family, but this, you know,
dream car, is going to basically cost the family. You know,
they'll have to go without certain things. Do you see
how that's like a conflicting goal with your values if
your family is the highest value. So I do love
that because sometimes I do believe we can kind of
(10:27):
create these like random, kind of ego based goals that
it's like you see a friend or you see someone
on Instagram do it, and you're like, oh, I want
to do it, and so it can kind of just
keep you in check. So I really I do like relevant.
The last step in smart goals is time bound. So
this is your time frame for achieving this goal. And
(10:49):
again I think this is the most limiting step in
smart goals because again, if you told me just five
years ago my life, how much I own who I'm around,
what I experience on a daily basis, where I live,
the car I drive and everything. I just wouldn't have
(11:10):
believed you that I would have got there before I
was thirty. I just would be like, what do you mean?
So I just don't love the ty the time bound
because I think it's super limiting, all right, guys. So
that's basically just why I don't love smart goals and
(11:30):
why I think when you are creating goals that are
like very specific, they have a timeline, you want them
to feel attainable and relevant in all those things and measurable,
it can be super limiting to you because the key
to manifesting your desires is becoming a vibrational match to
(11:55):
the reality you desire. And I just believe you can
quantum leap. You can literally go from this reality to
that reality in like you can collapse time. I truly,
truly believe we can collapse time when we're manifesting in
(12:17):
a very specific way and you're doing the work. And
so if you're creating goals in this form, you could
just really be limiting yourself anyway. That's my rant about
smart goals. Again, if it has worked for you in
the past, amazing, I have done it also. But the
(12:37):
girl who used to use smart goals was in her
law job. You know, she had a great life, but
it is nothing compared to what is now. And I
do goals in a completely different way. And so you
(13:00):
guys know at the moment the Magnetic Blueprint, which is
basically our fourteen day course to create goals from this
non ego self, to become your most magnetic self to
attract everything you want in twenty twenty five. If you
also are like done with the smart goals sort of
(13:21):
vibe and you're like, I want to do something different,
I want to have a different vibe, come and join us.
It is literally it is fourteen days for you to
then map out your whole twenty twenty five, but in
a very unique different way. So that's currently available to purchase.
So then I want to go into why this course
(13:45):
is called your Magnetic Blueprint and talk about magnetism because
we all have this beautiful quality of magnetism. But why
I have used this specifically in this course for achieving
your goal with momentum. If I'm describing magnetism to you,
(14:05):
it's basically just referring to your ability to attract people, opportunities,
and experiences into your life.
Speaker 1 (14:16):
Effortlessly.
Speaker 2 (14:17):
It's often described as your energy, your charisma. It's just
your aura that brings people to you. And this concept
is deeply rooted in the idea that you know, your thoughts,
your feelings, and your actions and your emotions emit a
frequency and a vibration, and like a magnet, you attract
(14:41):
the things that match your energy. Why this is so
important is we all have magnetism. We are all manifesting
twenty four to seven. Like when people talk to me
and they're like, oh, I did a you know, New
Moon ritual and I manifested last night, I'm like, babe,
(15:03):
you're manifesting twenty four seven. And that's when people say, oh,
you know, my manifestation's not coming to fruition. It's not happening.
I straight away know that how they are being is
not matching what they want. And I know that's very
(15:23):
brutal to say, but if you in your being, in
your every day being, in how you show up, in
how you think, in how you treat others, in how
you treat yourself, in your thoughts and your feelings, in
your emotions, that is what is attracting your reality. You know,
(15:46):
there's kind of two parts. So when like things, when
funky things come up in my reality. The last half
of twenty twenty four was just like lesson after lesson
for me, but I knew I was like, hang on,
let me actually check in because I realized that some
of the time I wasn't walking the walk, and there
(16:08):
was huge things that I actually had to shift in
myself where I'm like, hang on a second, I yeah,
I'm showing up half the time, but I'm not showing
up the full time. And I had to do so
much work on that. And when I say like so
much work, like it was hard, like it was honestly
(16:28):
just me being honest with myself in how I was
showing up. It wasn't about me being perfect, but it
was about me making like small shifts and being like,
hang on a second, how am I not showing up?
How am I not being authentic? Why am I having
these limiting beliefs? What are these limiting beliefs mean? Et cetera,
et cetera. I truly believe when we can get into
(16:52):
our most magnetic self, that is the magic. Because when
you are magnetic, you're able to draw things in that
are you know, people, places, opportunities that are better than
you could have imagined. So that's how you're able to
quantum leap. That's how you're able to speed up your manifestations.
(17:16):
Is when you're locking into your magnetism. Now, how do
you lock into your magnetism? So this is actually what
we do in week one of the course, your magnetic blueprints.
So obviously if you want to go deeper in this
and actually have the meditations, the practices, the workbook, those
(17:40):
sorts of things, come and join us in there. But
just to touch on it, the biggest thing with magnetism
is your authenticity. So being true to yourself and living
in alignment with your values can make you a magnet.
And people are often drawn to you. And so many
of us are walking around with masks. We're walking around
(18:04):
with masks on of who we should be, what we
should be, like how can I make myself more palatable
for other people? And we're not really our authentic self,
and so that's why the frequency can get muddied and
things aren't drawn to us. Another thing is confidence, not
(18:26):
in like, oh my god, I'm the best Confidence for
me is not walking into the room and thinking you're
the best person in the room. It's walking in the
room and not being worried what others think because you
know you're a good person. It's believing in yourself and
having a strong self worth where you're like, I know
(18:48):
who I am, I know what I'm about, and so
even if I go on to a room with all
these incredible people, that would not bother me because I'm
confident in who I am. Energy is such a big thing.
So like your physical energy, your emotional energy or spiritual
energy that is contagious. When you are looking into gratitude, joy, love, enthusiasm,
(19:15):
you naturally attract other people and phys Like I know,
it's hard, Like I said last year, I went through
like this really hard part where I just I didn't
have any energy, Like I felt so burnt out. But
it was up to me to recharge, to look at
my shit to understand, Okay, well how do I need
(19:36):
to shift, how do I need to change my energy? Obviously,
mindset is such a huge thing for magnetism. It's to
be a magnetic person, it's practicing a growth mindset. It's
believing in endless possibilities, and it's having a mindset where
you are able to get through things, and like little
(19:58):
things don't shake you able to be your authentic self
without wondering if people like you, without getting upset if
someone doesn't like you, et cetera. The last thing is
someone is magnetic when they are so grateful. I am
just so attracted to people who are so grateful. They
(20:20):
think about it from the opposite perspective of like, when
you're around someone and they're so negative all the time,
like they constantly are just like nag, they just like
nag on everything. It's so fucking draining. It's so draining.
And so when you're around someone who's just grateful and
they see the good and other people and they see
(20:41):
the light and they're positive and they practice gratitude, I
am so attracted to that person. And that's all something
we know how to do and we it's all something
that we can literally do in this moment. So there's
some key elements of what makes someone magnetic. And so
the last question of why do I think magnetism is
(21:04):
important in manifesting, it's just it makes it so much easier. Guys,
if you are not going to do smart goals, and
if you're going to do this, you know different sort
of creating goals in this beautiful way that I've been
doing it in the last couple of years, with your
magnetic blueprint, where my life is better than you could
(21:25):
have imagined. I have created this life where I'm like,
oh my god, I can't even imagine going back to
old Georgie. And it's not like her life was bad,
but it's just so incredible what I feel and what
I share and how I be like right now. When
you are magnetic, when you're your authentic self, You're able
(21:46):
to manifest things so much differently and easier. And I
truly believe it's the key to manifesting is you become
the magnet. Things are drawn to you. You're not pushing
and shoving and cloring your way to get somewhere. Things
come to you. And that's the thing is like, yeah,
(22:06):
you can definitely achieve things by pushing and cloring and
getting somewhere, but I guarantee you you'll only be able
to achieve like two things and it feel fucking hard
and you'll be so burnt out by twenty twenty five.
Whereas if you just turn on your magnetism, oh my god,
(22:27):
like you will be able to step into this incredible
frequency where things are drawn to you. It's easy, it's desirable,
you're enjoying the journey, and that's truly what I believe
life is. Life isn't about achieving the goals and getting
the desires. It's about enjoying your time while you do
(22:51):
those things. And I feel like a lot of people
miss that, and so that's why turning on your magnetism
is literally the key and so important and where I'm
just so excited to share this work with you guys,
and to start with you guys on John eighteenth. We're
going to be all doing it together. It's a super
(23:12):
affordable course. It's only fourteen days. We're setting up our
twenty twenty five. I have the most incredible vies for
twenty twenty five. Twenty twenty four was like learnings, lessons,
and it was setting us up for the most incredible year.
So I'm so bloody excited. I will leave all the
links in the show notes if you want to check
(23:34):
them out. But I love you guys so much. I
hope you're having an amazing start to the year, and
I will chat to you soon. Bye.
