This episode comes from a MANIFESTATION MASTERCLASS we recorded with Manifestation Babe, Kathrin Zenkina, for our app, RISE, when it first launched - and we thought it was so powerful that we had to bring it to the podcast!

In this episode, Georgie sits down with Kathrin to dive into all things manifestation, identity work, and the beliefs that shape your reality. Kathrin unpacks what’s actually blocking your manifestations, how to rewire your subconscious, and why your next level requires a completely new energetic standard.

If you’re feeling stuck, unclear, or ready for a quantum shift, this episode is an absolute must-listen.

Speaker 1 (00:00):
I would like to acknowledge the traditional owners of the
land on which this episode is being recorded, the Combomb
Merry people. They've been having conversations and telling stories on
this land for thousands of years, and we show our
gratitude and respect for their contribution to our environment and culture.

(00:21):
This is Rise and Conquer, the podcast where we strive
to become the highest version of ourselves through curious conversations,
healthy mindsets, laughter, connection, and a deep desire to evolve.
I'm your host, Georgie Stevenson. Join me as we explore parenthood, business, manifestation,

(00:46):
and so much more. It's positive, it's practical, and it's
about putting you in the driver's seat of your own life.

Speaker 2 (00:55):
Are you ready? What is a limiting belief to you?
And why is it the thing that stops people from
creating their dream life?

Speaker 3 (01:10):
Yes?

Speaker 4 (01:10):
Love this question.

Speaker 3 (01:12):
So basically, put a limiting belief and just a belief
in general, is these things that we tell ourselves over
and over and over again that is ultimately playing out
in your life as like something that isn't and here's
the key word, limiting, that isn't serving you and isn't
creating your dream life and limiting you in some way,

(01:34):
and ultimately, guys, like everything in life is perception, Like
we think that we see objective reality, We don't. Nobody
here knows what objective reality is. All of us are
processing reality through all of these different filters, and a
huge portion of these filters are our beliefs, and how
beliefs are created are essentially you know, the things that

(01:58):
really shape us are the things that are repeated over
and over and over again. So if you had parents
or caregivers growing up in your childhood repeating the same
stuff over and over again, like money doesn't grow on trees,
or you're just pouring money down the drain, or or
you know, we're not rich people, or whatever it is,
and you're just like listening to that over and over

(02:20):
and over again and not having this conscious awareness that
maybe just maybe these things are actually other people's opinions
and not actually how life goes. But you know, as children,
we see our parents, we see our caregivers, we see
other adults in our life as essentially God like they

(02:40):
can't lie to us. Everything they say is the truth.
Or you can have like an emotional like a significant
emotional event, So usually something that occurs with emotional intensity
will create meaning in your mind that then says like,
this is how life is, this is how life goes.
And the thing about the subconscious mind, which is the

(03:03):
part of your mind that makes up you know, ninety
five percent of manifestation, because we think that and this
is one of the misconceptions of like manifestation. One of
the things I think people get wrong is like just
focusing on thoughts and thoughts alone. And the thing is
is that we have sixty thousand thoughts a day, give
or take. That's what science has said so far, and

(03:25):
ninety five percent of them are are unconscious. So how
do we know what thoughts we're having? How can we
just think positive and just control our thoughts when we
are unaware of most of them. So understanding this and
looking at it from that perspective allowed me to come
to the conclusion where it's like, it's not really thought. Yes,
thoughts create a reality, but I but it's really our

(03:47):
beliefs that are driving our thoughts. And it's beliefs in
combinations with feelings that are really coloring the life, this
life that we're living and the life that is being expressed.
And so the subconscious mind. I like to think of
it as like the supercomputer that doubles as a storage unit,
and essentially your subconscious mind is programmed from the ages

(04:08):
of zero to seven. But science has also said, like
from womb to three years old is really where the
majority of your programming comes in, where you don't have
conscious awareness of like huh, do I question this or not?
It's kind of like Santa Claus, right, Like kids don't
question Santa Claus because they don't have that ability. And
so this supercomputer is just receiving code. There's code that

(04:29):
is being put into this supercomputer, and it's running off
of code, and it's able to store infinite code that composes,
you know, your entire lifetime essentially, like it never stops working,
it just keeps going. And whatever the code is that
is in this computer is essentially what we get to
see on a screen. Like for example, you and I
are talking, you know, over the Internet, and we have

(04:51):
our computers, and so what we're seeing show up on
our screen is essentially what someone has coded in here.
There's a software inside of it that gives us the
the ability to record a podcast, put things out there,
write content, write notes like all of these different mechanisms,
and we are essentially filled to the brim with all
kinds of beliefs where which are essentially these codes that

(05:14):
are making up the blueprint of how our life is
supposed to run. So we have codes that either were
programmed for us or we have been putting into ourselves
for money for our health business, how we show up
in relationships, codes for our bodies, codes in how we behave,

(05:36):
our attitudes in life, our identity, and how we see ourselves.
And the thing with the computer, the super supercomputer, the
subconscious mind is it doesn't discriminate upon the codes, meaning
that sometimes we have codes that get installed that we
didn't know we're there. And these kind of operate like viruses, right,
kind of like huh, this doesn't belong in here, But

(05:59):
the our computer doesn't really understand what a virus is.
It's just that it kind of shows up in your
life as like a virus because to the computer, it's
simply code. Now, how do we know it's not supposed
to be there, Well, it doesn't serve our life, like
so anything that doesn't serve your life, it's kind of
like what we don't want to show up on our screen.
So for life, our business, or relationships or health isn't

(06:21):
showing up, we're not manifesting what we want, then there
must be a code behind it that isn't matching the
desired reality. Aka, there's a belief inside of us that
isn't matching what we want. And this belief, this code
is limiting us in some way, shape or form. So like,

(06:45):
for example, you know a lot of people ask me, well, Catherine,
if it's all unconscious, how do I know what my
limiting beliefs are? Right, Like, that's a million dollar question.
If it's all unconscious, how do I know? And I
always tell people like, look at how your life is, like,
look at your bank account, look at your health, look
at your business, look at how you're showing up, the
decisions that you're making, the opportunities that you're turning down

(07:08):
or saying yes to or manifesting, like all of that
is a result of what you believe to be true.
And like I said, like in terms of limiting beliefs,
you know, they get installed through our lifetimes, like these viruses,
and they occur through that repetition, They occur through a
significant emotional event, and they can occur even though we're

(07:29):
programmed for the majority of you know, the majority of
our beliefs, our program in our childhood, we can still
have something that occurs when we're twenty, when we're thirty.
It doesn't matter when it happens. But these are the
things that the universe is essentially using as blueprints for
how it thinks we want.

Speaker 4 (07:51):
Our life to go.

Speaker 3 (07:52):
So it's literally reading your vibration, which your vibration is
made up of your consciousness, which your consciousness is made
up prime merely of your beliefs. And your beliefs are
you know, a very tied in with your feelings. So
I tell people like, look around your life, look around
your look around your reality, and ask yourself what do
I have to believe to be true in order for

(08:14):
it to look in this way? And sometimes people go, well, Catherine,
nothing's really coming to me. So then I like to
dive into feelings. And it's kind of like when you
when you check your bank account, how do you feel
Do you feel anxious, do you feel excited, do you
feel constricted, do you feel guilty? Do you feel shame?
Come up like that is a sign that there's some

(08:37):
sort of a belief that's attached to what it means
for your bank account to look a certain way and
based off of how you feel about it. Asking yourself, Okay,
a person who would feel, you know, anxious around money,
what do they have to believe to be true in
order to feel anxious about money?

Speaker 2 (08:59):
I love that you also go into the feeling, because yeah,
you can get the question sometimes of like, oh, I
don't think I have any limiting beliefs and explain in
the way of, well, you know, you're clearly here because
you want your dream life, so you don't feel like
your current life is your dream life. So what's the

(09:22):
difference from where you currently are at to where your
dream life is? And that's not going to show you
your limiting.

Speaker 4 (09:30):
Beliefs exactly exactly.

Speaker 3 (09:33):
And I love that you mentioned that because you know,
one of the keys to manifestation is embarding the version
of yourself who already has everything that he, she they want.
And it's kind of like looking at like, Okay, well
what do they believe to be true in order to
have that kind of life? And then just like looking
in comparison, like, okay, do your current beliefs match what

(09:54):
they believe? And if not, Let's change that. Let's upgrade
the software. Let's upgrade the code. Let's release the old
stagnant energy, the old stagnant feelings. Let's rewrite the code
because we have the power to do that. And the
awesome thing about subconscious rewiring is that the subconscious is

(10:14):
designed to take commands from the conscious mind. So when
you are consciously becoming aware of like, huh, this thing
is holding me back and I want to rewrite this,
you'd be surprised by how much of the rewiring process
simply comes from awareness, just becoming aware of your patterns,
because then the next time you act out in a

(10:36):
certain pattern, you can kind of pause and ask yourself, like,
wait a second, I'm about to freak out in the
face of this challenge. Does the version of me, who
has everything that she wants and already manifested her dream life,
how does she respond to.

Speaker 4 (10:50):
This situation right? How to act? What is her attitude?
You know?

Speaker 3 (10:56):
And that's all our reflection of, like, Okay, what are
the beliefs that need to be installed in order to
support that?

Speaker 2 (11:02):
And I love Also a lot of people can feel
like limiting belief work is Yeah, it can be super
emotional and it can be draining and full on, but
I love to switch my mindset and I'm like, limiting
belief work is the most exciting work because it's like,
holy shit, now I realized what's the difference between me

(11:25):
and the person I want to be, and I can
see where I need to lock into, where I need
to clear because again, we know life is about going
through these challenges and it's going through the maze, and
we need these things to come in so we can
work through them. So instead of like freaking out being like,
oh my god, I'm anxious around money, it's like, yes,

(11:47):
I'm anxious around money. This is where I need to
lean into and it gets to be really exciting.

Speaker 3 (11:53):
I love that you mentioned that, maybe, mister wo no, no,
oh my god, I'm so glad you mentioned this because
you know the amount of like just the amount that
I do every day to overcome or just like to
rewire myself, Like it's a consistent thing. But I find
the joy in it because I know the reward that's

(12:15):
on the other side. So for anyone who feels like
it's all this work and all this healing and it's
so draining and blah blah, blah, like you really need
to connect to that version of yourself, like like really
connect to who you are about to become, because that
will show you, like what's on the other side of

(12:36):
all of this, This will show you the reward, the benefits,
rather than you know what you might be losing out
on or what might cause you pain short term, like
really connecting to the long term benefits. Like literally, all
you got to do is get over this one thing,
rewire this one thing, and you have what you want,
like when you see it from that perspective, and just

(12:59):
how much lighter you feel, too, Like this is not
your shit to carry, Like all of these viruses in
your software, like they're not supposed to be there. They
drag you down. They slow down the computer. When you
have too many tabs open, too many windows, too many
software is running, it slows everything down. So by clearing
all of that, you literally get a new computer, and

(13:21):
then you have all this energy. You feel so light,
you feel so free, You feel like the most authentic
version of yourself. And I think that what people forget
is that everyone is born with the exact design, whether
you believe this astrologically or via human design or just
in the sense of sacred soul contracts. I believe that
everyone is born with everything within them to be successful,

(13:43):
and they're meant to be successful in their own way,
and they're meant to be successful in their own authentic way.
And I think that over time, with all this programming
and the way that we're raised in societal conditioning and
cultural conditioning and all this stuff, just like it's like
throwing like mud, you know, all over for you, and
it's just like getting you all dirtied up. And what
you're essentially doing is you're just cleaning yourself up and

(14:05):
like rediscovering like Okay, this is who I actually am,
this is who I was born to be, and you
just feel so free, you know, as a result, Like
I can't describe the feeling. It's such an incredible feeling.
Like the last time I opened up my journal and
went through my limiting belief process of just like questioning
my limiting beliefs, which I can obviously expand on. I

(14:28):
it was on my way to a wedding, and this
wedding had it was like a big influencer wedding, and
I knew that all of the people that I'm about
to meet they're like big deals on the internet and
oh my god, and like, for whatever reason, I was
just nervous, and I was like, Okay, what is this feeling? Like,
what do I have to believe to be true to

(14:48):
feel anxious to meet all these people or to feel
like I need to perform at this wedding or be
who I'm not? Like, where's this coming from? And I
identify that it was, you know, people don't like me.
So I went through my whole process, took me about
an hour my journal on the morning of the wedding,
and then I went to this wedding and I had
the best time of my life, had so much fun.

(15:11):
I didn't feel like I needed to be anybody. I
was just myself. Like whoever I felt like talking to,
I talked to whoever I didn't get a chance to
talk to, I didn't. There was no like emotion or
heaviness behind it. And I just like left that wedding
completely transformed. It was like I cleared a whole other,
this layer that's been with me for so long around

(15:31):
people don't like me that I thought I already cleared,
But apparently it was a deeper layer, right, Like there's
deeper and deeper layers that we can get into until
we truly tap into the essence and the authenticity of
who we truly are. Like I work with a shaman.
I've been apprenticing with a shaman for like the last
three years, and something he constantly ingrains into us is like,

(15:52):
remember who you are, Like, remember who you are the
the core of who you are, and that all authenticity, which,
by the way, I can't find the science, the exact
science to prove this. I keep hearing this on Instagram
and TikTok and other places, and I keep looking for
like articles to support it. For whatever reason, I can't
find it at this moment. But someone said that they measured,

(16:15):
you know how they can measure frequencies of emotions, and
they and they would say like love is the highest frequency,
gratitude is a high frequency, and then like fear is
the lowest frequency. Well, they measured and said that authenticity
is a frequency that is four thousand times more powerful
than love, which to me just says like when you're
standing in your truth, when you're really being the core

(16:38):
essence of your soul and who you came here to be,
like you are such a magnet for whatever it is
that you want, Like that is the manifestation secret, right,
like when you're being authentic. And so I had the
best time in my life. I felt like I was
completely transformed and I just felt so light and free
on the other side and didn't care if people like

(17:00):
me or not. Like maybe I pissed someone off that night,
Who cares. I'm happy and that's all that matters. And
that's their shit to work on. I can give them
the process to work on their shit.

Speaker 2 (17:13):
Speaking about the process, first of all, I love that,
And also that's such a great example of I talk
about the concept of like new level view devil. Even
though you think that you've cleared a limiting belief and
it comes up again, it's not that the previous time
was wasted. It's you're getting into a new layer and
it wouldn't come up at this point unless it needed to,

(17:36):
And so it's great, it's not wasted. So I love
that you touched on that. Could you talk to us
more about your limiting belief process?

Speaker 4 (17:46):
Yeah? I can.

Speaker 3 (17:47):
And actually there's a somatic aspect to this process. And
like again, someone might need to like rewind me and
like pause and write down and I highly encourage that.
But this is what I found with mixing what I
I used to have as my limiting belief blaster, which
is all just like mental work, incorporating things I've learned
from one of my mentors who founded rapid Resolution therapy,

(18:09):
and like put in some of that somatic just kind
of like symbolic more subconscious stuff into it. So okay,
So basically I like to look at beliefs as a
table metaphor. I learned this from Tony Robbins. He said
this in one event that I went to of many
and it just it's something I've been using to this day,
where he says that a belief is like a table top,

(18:31):
and all of the evidence in your life that you
have around this belief are like the legs that are
you know, that are keeping the table essentially a table,
and just depending on how ingrained the belief is, we
could have twenty legs on this table, we have three legs,
it doesn't matter. There's legs under the table, and so
there's essentially evidence of this belief. So I like to identify, okay,

(18:54):
what is the limiting belief? So for example, people don't
like me, okay, and then I'm like, how is this
showing up in my life? What is all the evidence?
I just kind of see how this is showing up
in my life. What is the pattern here? What level
of awareness can we get to? And so you know,
it's like, oh, so and so once said they don't

(19:14):
like me, and I had this one hater on social
media and whatever doesn't matter. So I have my legs.
And then I really like to attach like a healthy
amount of pain to having this belief. So I really
look in the consequences, what is this holding me back from?
What is the result of me living my life, my
whole life the next eighty years or however long I

(19:36):
live holding on to this belief. And so I really
want to attach more pain to not changing it than
I have pain of changing it. And like really looking
at also, how has it been benefiting me too? Because
we also have these like false benefits and false comforts
that we lean on that we think this belief is

(19:57):
protecting us, which essentially it is in a way all
protecting us, otherwise we wouldn't have it. Like, at some point,
me believing that people don't like me, what did that
do for me? Well, it kept me at a distance
from people, so I wouldn't get hurt. Right, Essentially, I'm
safe because no one can get through to me, and
so I have this wall up to people. And so

(20:17):
you really want to like dive into like what are
the consequences? What are the consequences? And then I like
to dive into the feeling. So is there a feeling
attached to this belief?

Speaker 4 (20:28):
Yes? Okay?

Speaker 3 (20:28):
Is this feeling new? So this is really interesting because
for the most part, you'll figure out for almost every
single limiting belief that if there's a feeling attached to it,
which typically there is, that it's not a new feeling.
It's attached to something else that you've experienced at some
point in your life. If you're feeling anxiety, I promise
you it's not the first time you're feeling anxiety. There

(20:49):
is a first time in your life, but it's not
in the last six months. Okay, it's like one years old,
maybe in the utero, maybe three years old, doesn't matter,
Like there's at some point something happened. I was working
with a client today and we were working on this
fear of loss that she's experiencing in her business and
with her relationship, Like something's going to happen, and she

(21:09):
might lose something else the same way that she lost
her father a few years ago. And so what I
pointed out to her was we went down like this
rabbit hole of like, where's this feeling come from? And
we discovered that it happened when she was a tiny
little baby, just two months old, and her parents walked
away from you know, the high chair or wherever she

(21:32):
was sitting, and she thought her parents like abandoned her forever.
So she thought she lost her parents in that moment.
So it's never a new feeling, and it's just like
identifying that I feel like gives you kind of like
this peace and separation from it of like, oh okay,
all right, so this is this is deeper. And so
by me clearing this, even if it's just this belief,
I'm actually going all the way.

Speaker 4 (21:52):
Down to the route.

Speaker 3 (21:54):
And so then it's like, what would you describe this
feeling as? So with people don't like me, it's kind
of like a fear. It's this feeling of abandonment. It's
this feeling of rejection, right, like keyword rejection.

Speaker 4 (22:07):
Whatever it is.

Speaker 3 (22:08):
And then I go into like, okay, so where do
I feel it in my body, and so that I mean,
it really doesn't matter what answers you come up with,
like people are so afraid to put answers down or
like say something like it's it doesn't matter what it is.
And so it could be in the throat, it can
be in the chest, it can be in the feet,
it can be in the head. It doesn't matter. It's

(22:28):
just giving your subconscious mind symbolism, because a subconscious mind's
language is symbolism. It's it's symbolism, it's metaphors, it's not
like words per se. That's more of the conscious mind.
So by tapping into emotion, which is also how the
subconscious mind communicates, you're able to clear it on both
a conscious mind level where you have awareness of it,

(22:49):
and also subconscious mind. So then I like to look
at like, Okay, what color is it?

Speaker 4 (22:54):
Does it have a shape?

Speaker 3 (22:54):
Does it have a size, So that way I can
get like a baseline visual for it, because when I
complete this process, I look back on the baseline visual,
the baseline of what it looked like, and I guarantee
it's going to look different. So it's kind of fun
to see like actual evidence, like holy shit, I actually
cleared it. So then I go into what I call

(23:15):
the knocking the legs down. It's like the questioning of
the belief. It's like the poking holes at the belief
proving it wrong, because let me tell you, nobody else
is going to prove it wrong for you, okay. In fact,
life is going to keep giving you more and more
evidence of this belief because life is only reflecting what
you believe. So it's up to you to make a
conscious decision that you are now going to disprove this belief.

(23:37):
So I like to go through a series of questioning,
questioning like is this belief absolutely true like one hundred
percent of the time, no matter what. And for the
most part, yeah, sometimes it might feel that way, but
if you really look at it, you're like, hm, no,
it wasn't true in this case, it wasn't true.

Speaker 4 (23:54):
In that case.

Speaker 3 (23:56):
And then looking at like where in life hasn't been
false and looking for evidence around that. And then I
like to look at it as like what would the
universe or what would your higher self or what would
God say about this? So getting this like really high
perspective of like is this the actual truth or is
this just a story that you keep telling yourself. I

(24:16):
like to connect from like a third person perspective. This
is also very powerful where I like to imagine that
my best friend or someone I love, or like my
son or my husband, or just someone that I deeply
care about and see in such a highlight they come
up to me and tell me that they.

Speaker 4 (24:32):
Have this belief.

Speaker 3 (24:34):
You would be amazed by how much pours out of
you where you're like, no, this is not true, right,
Like I remember on my birthday, this is the fucking
worst story ever. On my birthday, I was on FaceTime
with my grandparents and they were facetiming me and wishing
me a happy birthday, and then they were communicating with

(24:54):
Oryan and like, you know, my son, and there was
a moment where Arian had a blowout and so we
had to like pause the face time, not pause it,
but just like put it on a tripod and like
change o. Ryan. And I just hear from the FaceTime
my grandparents. My grandma specifically goes, oh my god, Catherine's
gotten so fat, right, And I'm just like did she

(25:17):
just really say Like does she just really say that?
Like are you serious? And I have been doing so
much work on myself up until this point with postpartum
of like weight loss and weight release and rewiring my
subconscious beliefs around that and using my modalities and healing
that and whatever, and just figuring out what the root
causes of why I wasn't releasing weight. So it felt
like it just threw me, like just in the complete

(25:39):
opposite direction that I've been working, you know, going down
the line of long story short. I was on a
walk with a Ryan, maybe like an hour or two later,
and I was imagining that someone else called a Ryan fat,
like someone else said that to him, and how I
would approach that and be like, obviously that's a lie,
Like obviously you're full, you're this, you're that, And just

(26:01):
like all of this wisdom just flowed through me, and
I was like, oh my god, I think that's like
a key that I need to put into my limiting
belief process because it's so powerful. When your friend has
a problem, all of a sudden, you know exactly what
to do. When it's your own problem, you're like I
don't know what to do, but for whatever reason, the
moment it's your friend's problem, you're like, oh, you can.

Speaker 4 (26:19):
Do this, this, this this, this, this, this, So.

Speaker 3 (26:22):
It's just like a really powerful perspective reframer and then
I like to question it as like, is this belief
true for everybody on this planet, like every single person?

Speaker 4 (26:33):
Or is it just you?

Speaker 3 (26:34):
And why do you think it's just you? And then like,
following the law of oneness, if something is possible for one,
it's possible for all. So if someone else is out
there in the world where this belief doesn't affect them,
then there's a possibility that it doesn't actually affect you either.
And so once I go through that, I then ask myself, Okay,

(26:57):
then what is a new supportive belief that I would
like to have, one that represents the new reality that
I would like to create. And so with people don't
like me, it didn't feel right to be like everybody
likes me, because that's not the point, right, That's not
the goal in life. It's that I really like me.
I think I'm amazing, and I'm at peace with the
relationships that I do have, the relationships that are supportive

(27:20):
of me. I feel really at peace with who I am,
and I want to like really just be appreciative and
just really have reverence for my own authenticity like that's
the goal, and so I replaced it with that, and
then we go back into the somatics. We go back
into that like symbolic visualization, which is if you were

(27:40):
to represent the transformation that is already occurring to shift
from the old belief into the new one, what color
would that be. So you're just making up a color,
like a color that would represent the transformation of this
limiting belief, the transmutation. So it could be like red, orange, pink, litter,
it doesn't matter. Then I would ask like, okay, what

(28:01):
wild animal would represent this, and so it could be
like cheetah, hippopotamus, butterfly, doesn't matter, what fragrance would it be.
You can even go as far as like what taste
would it be? And you're just creating symbolism for your mind.
And then you come up with a release symbol. So
a release symbol could be like a volcano erupting. It

(28:21):
could be like like a gy a geyser, like coming
from the ground of water. It could be you releasing
an arrow, like a bow and arrow, just something that
represents release. And so then essentially you're doing a breathing practice.
And now we're bringing in nervous system regulation. So we're
breathing in deep breaths, and with every breath you're imagining

(28:41):
this color. You're like imagining that you're breathing in this color.

Speaker 4 (28:45):
And then with the.

Speaker 3 (28:45):
Word release or with the exhale, you're thinking the word release,
and you're imagining that release symbol. So you're telling your
subconscious mind that we are now releasing this. It's no
longer true. And then you would do the same thing
with your fragrance, and then the same thing with the
wild animal. And then what you do is you you
can go either way in this process. And I'm like

(29:08):
looking at my old journal. I would then notice the
old abstract design, so that original like feeling like, for example,
it would be like a red blob that I'd feel
my throat. All of a sudden, I can see that
it looks different, and I would describe what it is.
So it's like now it turned into a cloud and
it feels light in this and whatever. And so once
I'm in that space of clearing and having evidence, like

(29:29):
wait a second, something happens, something transformed, I now will
go through and create evidence for my new belief. So
sometimes you might not have evidence yet and that's okay.
But sometimes what I like to do is I like
to think of an expander, someone who, like in the
case of you know, people don't like me, and then
reframing it to someone who's just so like not full

(29:52):
of themselves it's the wrong word, but just like so
confident in themselves. Who do I know who's like that, right,
and just like using them as an expander for my
self or Catherine, were there any moments in your life
in which you did really like you're really proud of
how you showed up, and though not everyone liked you
in that situation, like you just you still really liked yourself,
like you you're just so proud of how you showed up.

(30:13):
And so I would start building that evidence because we
want to build the legs for the new table, and
the more evidence that we have, the stronger the belief,
the stronger the belief, the stronger stronger the belief. And
then the last thing I like to do is I
like to really just expand this emotion. So I did
this with the client earlier today, where you feel into like,

(30:34):
what is the emotion that this new belief connects you to, like,
look at this new table that you just built. What
is the emotion that you feel?

Speaker 4 (30:42):
Is it relief? Is it peace?

Speaker 3 (30:43):
Is it excitement? Is it like you're lit up? Is
it just a lightness? And when have you felt this
emotion before? And so I really like to connect to
peak memories in my life where I'm like, oh, yes,
I felt that feeling before. So I can actually really
anchor into it and take myself to that place where
I can really feel that feeling and then I notice like, Okay,
where is it in my body?

Speaker 4 (31:04):
What does it look like? What color is it?

Speaker 3 (31:05):
With?

Speaker 4 (31:05):
Shape is it?

Speaker 3 (31:06):
And then what I do is through a breathing practice,
I literally just expand that so I feel into it.
I allow it to percolate and permeate every single cell
of my being and get as big and bright as possible.
And then I just like give myself a moment to
sit in it and just like sit and like feel
into the transformation, and then I'm done. Then I go

(31:26):
about my merry way. And the thing with reprogramming is like, yes,
you've done the process, but then life likes to show
up with all kinds of check ins and checkpoints of like, huh,
did you really rewire this? Did you really reframe this,
making me an opportunity to prove it to yourself that
you did. And so life then gives you an opportunity
to collect more evidence or to overcome challenges and overcome

(31:49):
things to where you're like, huh, like I really like, yes,
I'm choosing this to be my new belief. I'm choosing
this choose the old beliefs because maybe it came from
a trauma. Maybe it came from my parents saying something
when I was younger. Maybe it came from a book
that I read that like really impacted me and I thought,
that's how the world works. But now I'm choosing this

(32:09):
new belief. So through doing this process, you've done so
much work. But then it's your role to go out
into the world and and engage in that repetition and
engage in that embodiment and really embody that version of
yourself who already believes this new belief to be true.
And then anytime life gives you a new decision to
make or a new challenge to overcome, it's so key.

(32:31):
And this is what science has also proven that is
just a total mind f is that first we change
and then our brains change. So you actually have to
embody like a new version of yourself before your brain rewires.
And a lot of people are waiting to think like,
oh first, let me let me get it, Let me

(32:52):
get enough education, let me read enough, let me get
enough coaching for me to rewire my brain and then
live a different life.

Speaker 4 (32:59):
But it's actually through.

Speaker 3 (33:00):
You embodying it and living in acting it out that
then your brain rewires, and I call that like the
last stage. It's like the cement that just in the
new neural network where it's like, yes, now this is
your actual reality.

Speaker 2 (34:28):
Thank you so much for explaining that so well to everyone.
I chorus and I loved this somatic aspect of that too.
And also I love that you touched on symbols because
I am big on attaching a symbol to a manifestation.

Speaker 4 (34:49):
Or that SCE, so I love that you do.

Speaker 2 (34:52):
That with limiting beliefs just quickly. So what I called
that last bit is I call it the litmus tests.
When we can't just go through, you know, a full
step process, and that's it. What the universe life will
do is it will bring something to us so we

(35:13):
can integrate, so we can body. A really good example
of this was last year I was watching working with
a coach and we were working through a lot of
authenticity and me stepping into who I am without being
worried what others think. And it's so funny because I

(35:34):
started getting all these hate comments on Instagram and I
just rarely get them, Like I just have such an
amazing community and I remember talking to my assistant being
like really victim, like oh my god, like I can't
believe they're saying this. It's really triggering me and like
freaking the fuck out. And then she said to me,
are you doing like authenticity work with your coach? And

(35:55):
I was like.

Speaker 4 (35:57):
Yes.

Speaker 2 (35:59):
She's like, didn't you probably manifested this so you can
work through it. And I was like, huh, but I
have worked through it and the universe is just showing me.
And I was like, oh, yes, awareness, I get to
choose different I get to integrate and embody this. And
it was so funny because it completely disregulated me and
I had just done the work and I had to

(36:22):
be reminded it's not this quick fix. It's not Oh
I am healed, And so I had to integrate it.
I had to embody it. And it's so funny because
once I did, and I got to, you know, a
point where I felt so solid and who I am.
I just don't receive comments like that anymore.

Speaker 4 (36:40):
Yes, I love that love.

Speaker 3 (36:42):
I love that you called a litmus test because I
you know, I've been I've been playing around with a
word that I really like, and I haven't found it yet,
but it's definitely not test. I know that a lot
of manifestation teachers would call it like a test. The
universe is going to test you, and I just don't
like that perspective because like it just reminds me of
like this, like like mean professor who like wants to

(37:04):
test your knowledge and punish you and whatever. And I'm
just like, I don't I don't want to have that kind.

Speaker 4 (37:08):
Of relationship with the universe.

Speaker 3 (37:09):
The universe is like coming in with a ruler and
going to smack me if I get the answer wrong,
Like I like, I just or like fail me, and
you know, and I feel like crap about myself because
I didn't pass the test. So yes, regardless of what
you call it, it's such a true phenomenon. It's such
a true phenomenon. It's like when you I in my

(37:31):
new Money course that I'm recording right now, in the
very first audio, I said, it's one hundred percent of possibility,
one hundred percent possibility that something around money is going
to come up in the next day and the next
week and the next month. And I just want you
to know that this is going to come up, and
what it's doing is it's asking you to rewire something,

(37:53):
it's asking you to really show up in a different way.
And it's I've really love how you mentioned integration and
I'm going to use that because it's so true. It's
like really getting you to integrate between knowledge and wisdom. Yeah,
there's knowledge, I know it all, I know what to do.
I already know that. You know those people who say

(38:14):
I know, I know, I know, but they don't actually
do anything. And then there's wisdom, which is embodied knowledge.
So when you actually live out your knowledge, that's when
you actually know.

Speaker 4 (38:23):
When people say, oh, I already know that, do you?

Speaker 3 (38:25):
Is your life? Like is your life a reflection of
you knowing? Or do you just mentally know this?

Speaker 4 (38:30):
And so?

Speaker 3 (38:31):
And that's another also thing that I learned way back
when when I was going through my very first certification
and like learning about the subconscious mind. That the teacher said,
like one of the directives. One of the ways that
the subconscious mind works is it looks for opportunities to
bring up old shit for you to heal. It's literally like,
oh my god, finally you hired a coach, Like here

(38:53):
you go, here's all this stuff to work with, Like
finally you decided to manifest stream life, like let's here's
everything that I think will affect you in that process,
Like let's just get like we need to clean this
up right now, like we need to take the trash out.

Speaker 2 (39:08):
Yes, and when you can see that as like my
favorite saying is like life happens for me. So it's
like any time that shit's going down, there's drama, things
are going wrong, things are not going how I thought.
I have to go wait a moment, I'm not a victim,
Like this is actually happening for my higher self. If

(39:29):
it was happening for my higher self, what could it
be teaching me? Where do I need to step into next?
And this actually happened last year. I kept getting things
kept happening, and I just kept being like, what the
fuck is happening? Like this year doesn't happen to me?
And it really. It pushed me into this state of burnout,

(39:49):
which then led me to go see a trauma coach
and we went through so much like childhood sexual like
all this trauma that I needed to address, which I
had been ignoring for years. But it's the previous stuff
needed to happen. So I got to the state where
I was like, I need to see someone. Otherwise they
just would have kept going. So now looking back, I

(40:13):
can see it all needed to happen like that, But
during it, I was like what the fuck? But it's
like again, if during those moments, it's like, this is
happening for me? Where do I need to look? Where
can I get help? And you know, this is a
whole point of the rise. APP is creating that integration
pieces because we know we all don't have hours and

(40:35):
hours when things are coming up, So it's about having
that Okay, something's coming up, I get to check in
with myself. I get to work on this small thing
and I can I can do it. I can do
it in this ten minute audio or what y Because
this is what's happening. We're getting a constant like litmus
test every single you know, day, month, year. But it's

(40:58):
like this is so good because we're cleaning up the magnet.

Speaker 3 (41:02):
Yes, cleaning up the magnet. So we are literal magnets,
you guys like literal magnets. I read this like just
it's like obviously I knew this, but just I read
the way I read this. In this book called Emotion Code,
which is like one of my new favorite modalities for
clearing out trapped emotions. I highly recommend this for everybody.
He says, it's you know, in science and physics, it's

(41:25):
been proven that everything that generates electricity creates a magnetic field.
And I remember hearing this a million times in physics.
I'm like, yeah, yeah, yeah, I get it, like measure
the magnetic field. Okay, got it. And then he goes,
you know, it's been proven. You know, it's been measured.
The brain generates electrical activity, the heart generates electrical activity,

(41:47):
every single cell in our being generates electrical activity, and
all of that creates a magnetic field. So we literally
have it's been proven, it's been measured, it's been captured,
it's been taken, there's photographs that've been taken of it.
Our aura essentially of the magnetic field, and we are

(42:07):
constantly and this is like something that comes from this book.
They don't know who the author is, but it's about
the universal laws. It's like this like mysterious book that
showed up that Myishaman recommends. It's called the Kabalian. And
in the Kabalian it talks about the seven universal laws
and there's all these universal laws. There's like millions of
universal laws, and there's certain ones that pertain to manifestation.

(42:29):
And in the one of the universal laws is, you know,
the universe is mental.

Speaker 4 (42:33):
All is mental.

Speaker 3 (42:34):
All comes from the mind, like even our bodies. Our
bodies are an expression of the subconscious mind. Like when
we have symptoms in our bodies, it's typically a reflection
of some deep emotional or mental root coming from our
subconscious minds. And very often when people do this work
healing limiting beliefs, they find that like symptoms that they've

(42:57):
had different body symptoms are finally releasing, like when they
release limiting beliefs or emotions dropped emotions from traumas way back,
when it's like all of a sudden, they start dropping
weight when before the body was holding on to that
as protection. And that's one of the things that I've
come to realize in my journey. It's like, oh, this
weight is protection, ah, because I went through a lot

(43:20):
in my you know things surfacing in my pregnancy and
postpartum journey was really rough, and so there's like all
this protection that my body needed. And once I finally
got to the root of like Okay, what is this
protecting me from? Let's work on that all of a sudden,
like started losing weight.

Speaker 2 (43:37):
Isn't it wild? And I have my trauma coach, he
has so many stories on exactly that, like things you
clearing emotional things and physical symptoms just disappearing the next
day that they just can't make sense of it is
It's wild.

Speaker 3 (43:56):
Yeah, And what I love about emotion code is like
you don't need to there's no belief work in emotion code.
It's just straight to the emotion that maybe you didn't
even know you had. And it's like insane, Like I've
just got into it like a couple of weeks ago,
and it's just insane what's been happening. It's just pure
like subconscious release of emotions. Like you don't have to
do limiting belief work. You just dive into that. Unfortunately,

(44:18):
you can't do it on like multiple groups of people
at a time, which I'm always trying to figure out
how to bring mortalities to like my courses. It's like
a one on one thing. You do it to yourself
or you do it to like one person. So I've
obviously saved it for like my clients and my friends.
But I've been emotion coding everyone in my life and
they're just like, I don't know what's happening, but something's happening,
and oh my god, like, thank you for whatever you did.

(44:40):
And I'm like, well, it's not me, it's the universe
healing you. But I'm just like being a conduit to
the energies and yeah, you're welcome.

Speaker 2 (44:47):
Oh my god, that's amazing. I'll have to check the
book out. Thank you so much for letting us know
who was There's no.

Speaker 3 (44:53):
Author, Oh no, no, the so the book the Kabalian
is written by the three in initiates. Who which Who
knows who those are? Like, there's all names. The Emotion
code has an author, Yeah he has, I forget his name.

Speaker 4 (45:09):
I think Bradley or something. I don't remember.

Speaker 2 (45:11):
That's why I will find it.

Speaker 4 (45:12):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (45:13):
He also has uh the body code as well, which
is like releasing energetically toxins and and like diseases and illness.
I don't know, it's a wild I haven't gotten into
that yet. That's like my next step. But so far
emotion just emotion code alone is like life changing, amazing.

Speaker 2 (45:34):
Well, Catherine, I know I've kept you for a little bit,
and I'm so sorry.

Speaker 4 (45:39):
We just like this so much fun.

Speaker 2 (45:41):
We could talk underwater. I was wondering, can we just
go through a couple of questions from the community that specific.
Obviously you've given us the formula, you've given us all
the information, so hopefully you can get through these quite quickly.
And I just love like your personal opinion of like
where this person needs to go a bit deeper, where
they need to sure. So the first question is something

(46:03):
I struggle with in terms of limiting belief, is that
I'm not worthy part and I'm not deserving to be
worthy of this. I'm too lazy comparing myself to others
and it's all about the effort that they put in.
Where would you say to go from this limiting belief?

Speaker 3 (46:23):
Yeah, it's interesting. I just want to touch on worthiness
because this has been something that I've just completely rewired
and reframed from my mind where I don't really focus
on worthiness work, which I know a lot of people
they really go into like worthiness and let's do you know,
let's work on her worthiness, enhance our worthiness, and I've
just like come to realize that worthiness is innate and

(46:48):
let me just give you. An example of this, one
of my coach's friend. My coach is Andrew Crowder. Her
friend is also named Andrew, and she posted this on
her Instagram and like, to this day, I read this
to everybody's unbelievably amazing. And she her name is Andrea Alea,
and she said this quote that just changed everything for me.
Where I just trashed worthiness work for the rest of

(47:09):
my life, which is, of course you don't feel worthy.
Your worth is a fact, not a feeling. I don't
wake up in the morning and think, wow, I sure
do feel five foot five today, And I'm like, you're
so right. Like hold on, worthiness is innate, and it's
actually a human created which of course it ties to

(47:30):
limiting beliefs here, right, It's a human creative construct to
have this like worthiness scale based on made up criteria
that we think grants us permission to have something or
not have something, or to feel a certain way about something.
And so the next time that you don't feel worthy enough,
I want you to ask. I want you to poke

(47:50):
holes at this, knock the table down by asking whose
validation are you looking for? I'm not worthy according to whom?
And then question that because it definitely is not God's
validation or the universe's validation, because you already have that,
and if you didn't, you simply wouldn't be born. And
there's like statistics that your birth, like the fact that

(48:13):
you're here is like a one in a million trillion chance,
Like there's just a lot that has to happen for
you to be born, and you just simply wouldn't be
here right now if you weren't worthy. And it's a fact,
and it's like you're not going to question God, I
don't really feel like my shoe size is size seven
or I don't know what they do in Australia what
sizes you guys have, but in the US it's like five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, right,

(48:36):
Or like God, I don't really feel my height today,
Like you don't have to feel it and you don't
have to prove it.

Speaker 4 (48:41):
To have it. It just is.

Speaker 3 (48:43):
So Also something to consider is that you know, in
regards to this question, is that nothing in this universe
is tied to how hard you work for something. And
this is like a mind fuck for so many people
because in our culture and our society, we're taught like
you got to go to work and get a degree
and work this many hours for this much money, and
blah blah blah, and like, money actually energetically is not

(49:06):
tied to hard work. It's not tied to effort. It's
not tied to how much time you put into something.

Speaker 4 (49:11):
Because if that.

Speaker 3 (49:12):
Were true, every single person who worked like one hundred
hours a week would be billionaires, right, And that's just
not true. We don't see that. We see so many
people who are like on the golf course, chillin on
vacation and they're billionaires. And then we have people who
are waiting tables all day, like really hustling, having three jobs,
and they're still broke. So money isn't tied to those things.

(49:33):
It's not the hard work, it's not the effort, it's
not the time. It's truly tied to your frequency and
your vibration. It's tied to your consciousness, which your consciousness
comes from the beliefs that you have about life. So
it's about shifting your belief from like I need to
prove that I'm worthy, or I need this to validate

(49:55):
my worth, to like, my worth is innate, my worth
is guaranteed, My worth is a fact, And then take
that through the limiting belief blaster and then finish off
with that and find all the evidence in your life
already where your worthiness is innate, it's already guaranteed.

Speaker 4 (50:12):
It's a fact.

Speaker 3 (50:13):
It's not something that you need to work on. It's
not something you need to prove upon. It's not something
you even need to feel, because it's just like again,
like you have fingernails, congratulations, like you're worthy, you already
are worthy.

Speaker 2 (50:26):
I love that so much. And it's really interesting because
I personally don't do any worth work because and like
not in any of my community or resources, because I
feel the exact same way. I'm like, that's not actually
what we need.

Speaker 4 (50:43):
To work on exactly.

Speaker 2 (50:45):
Think about like a child. Like the way trying to
explain it is, you know, a child when they're a baby,
like they're clearly you know, manifesting and attracting in all
the things they're not worried about. Oh am I worthy
to get my nappy changed? It's like no, I'm just
gonna cry and I get my nappy changed and it

(51:06):
just happens.

Speaker 3 (51:07):
I need milk, mom, I hate milk, and I'm gonna
scream until I get milk right.

Speaker 2 (51:11):
Now, totally. And so that's why I'm like, no, the worthiness.
We don't need to work a worthiness because you just
are worthy. But it's the limiting beliefs around you, thinking
I need to work this amount of time in order
to be worthy. So exactly taking away the worthiness and
getting to the subconscious beliefs around again, another question that

(51:35):
comes up, I think is really interesting. It's on here,
but a little bit lower of if I get it,
like I feel bad that someone else won't get it.
What would you say to that one?

Speaker 3 (51:47):
Oh my god, it's such a good question. So we
don't live in a zero some world. Like the way
that the energetics work is that there is and like
science has been saying this over and over and over again.
I remember in all of my I don't remember if
physics classes or whatever classes because remember I once almost
became a doctor, so I took a lot of science classes,
and I would always hear on a scientific tipic level,

(52:08):
the universe is always expanding. It's always expanding, it's always growing.
There's always more and more and more and more, like
it's it's freaking limitless. And when you think about energy,
like what is behind everything? If you look at anything
under a microscope that's strong enough, you just see a
bunch of vibrating particles, essentially. And these atoms, these vibrating atoms,

(52:31):
when you look at them close enough, they're just ninety
nine point nine percent space. And that space isn't actually space,
it's not actually empty. It's just energy. And so there's
more energy than there is matter in everything that you see.

Speaker 4 (52:47):
So you think that your.

Speaker 3 (52:48):
Table is this like hard table that is like a
solid thing, but actually it isn't. It's just that the
energetics of how life works is making it into a
solid table. There's no on an energetic level, there's no
such thing as lost. There is only gain, there's only more,
there's only expansion and there just because you have something

(53:11):
doesn't mean that someone else has less. In fact, like
whence and how I like to think about this too
more tangibly, is like when someone pays me money to
come into my course. If you have that belief, you
could be like, oh, this person lost two thousand dollars
to come into Catherine's course, and you know they lost
two thousand dollars, when in fact it's like no, in exchange,

(53:33):
I gave them the literal steps to manifestation, and all
of my manifestation knowledge, all my spiritual knowledge, all of
my tools, all of this stuff that I have accumulated
over the last decade that if they apply to their life,
could create millions of dollars as much money as they
want in their life. So actually, by through that energetic exchange,

(53:55):
I'm actually creating, there's actually more wealth that's being created
in the profits. There's more creativity, there's more energy, there's
more wealth that's being created in the process. And this
is very also related to like people who ask like, well, Catherine,
I feel so bad, you know, like me having more means,
you know, like me me being successful. Like there's all

(54:16):
these people that are suffering out there and they don't
have enough and blah blah blah, and like how do
I not feel guilty about that? And I always go
back to one of my favorite quotes from Abraham Hicks,
which is you can never be poor enough to help
the poor. And it's so true, Like we can never
suffer enough to help those who are suffering, we can
never be broken enough to help those who are broke,

(54:36):
we can never be hungry enough to feed the planet.
Like it just doesn't make any sense, you really do
have to have something in order to give something. And
that's something that my shaman always stresses too, Like he
always says, like you in the law of attraction, like
he relates us to law attraction. He says, you cannot
give what you don't have, which means like energetically, if

(54:58):
you don't have it, you can't get it, Like it's
you can't receive it, you can't give it like you
have to first have it energetically, and it just it
operates in the same exact way. And so when people,
you know, come with these like guilt complexes or oh
my god, I'm taking something away from someone, it's just
not how it works energetically.

Speaker 4 (55:16):
And and there's.

Speaker 3 (55:17):
So much programming and all these lies in how we
observe the three D world. If we just look at
the three D world without understanding that it's actually reflection
of the spiritual world, and it's just reflecting what is
actually in the spiritual world. If we're just stuck in
the three D then yeah, we see things so mathematically
and logically and plus and minus and.

Speaker 4 (55:39):
Blah blah blah.

Speaker 3 (55:40):
But if you look at it energetically, which is a
true root of the three D world, then you see
that it is literally just limitless energy.

Speaker 2 (55:48):
Well even onto that, can you talk more about mum
guilt because there was a question about like, yeah, what
about I feel the need to put my, like everyone
else's needs before mind Mom gill.

Speaker 4 (56:01):
Yes, yes, yes, yes, okay, we have you feel this
terrible belief, terrible believe.

Speaker 3 (56:08):
It was just a belief that we are better and
more present and more effective mothers when we are completely drained,
like that doesn't make logical sense, right, me being miserable,
me making all these sacrifices to the point where because obviously,
yes there's an element of sacrifice that comes with motherhood,

(56:29):
but me sacrificing to the point where I'm just completely
depleted and completely drained and just like hate my life
that I'm going to show up as a good mom
from that mindset, It just doesn't work that way. And
this is this belief is just weakening us as mothers
and accomplishing the complete opposite of what we intend. Where okay, yes,

(56:51):
you gave up everything to your kid and you said
no to you know, having a spa day and getting
your nails in and your hair done or whatever it
is that you want, and you're just like sitting there
with your kid and you're resenting them, Like is that
really going to create the kind of experience that you
so want to give to your child? Because I know

(57:13):
that the person who's asking this. First of all, if
you have mom guilt, it just means you're a good mom,
Like it just means that you really care about your kid,
means that you really care about showing up as your
best self because you want your child to grow up
in the best environment. But the thing is is that
there's a disconnection here between the desire and the actual strategy.
So you literally cannot show up as a present mother

(57:35):
without a full cup. So you have to like go
on vacations, you have to go get your nailsun you
have to like just have alone time. Like I am
unapologetic about my alone time. Sometimes I tell my husband,
I'm like I can't be bothered. I will break down
and cry. I need to go in the bedroom. Just
give me one hour and just like let me watch

(57:57):
YouTube or Netflix or something, or just role on TikTok
or whatever it is, like like let just let me
be me for that moment, Especially like being an introvert
it's it's kind of a mind fuck to have like
a human with you, like the whole time that you're
taking care of. It's like you need to have, like
I need to have that alone time. Okay, not everyone's
built that way, but I really need that, and I'm

(58:18):
unapologetic about it because when I come out of my
bedroom and I've had that alone time, all of a sudden,
I have the energy to teach Oriyan something new, to
read him a book, to play with him, to run
after him, to do whatever it is that I need
to do. You know, I also get a lot of fulfillment.

(58:39):
And there's this like conflict that a lot of moms have,
especially working moms. I have this deep fulfillment that I
get for my work. And if I let mom guilt
take over and I gave up my business and I
gave up my company, and I gave up my work
and my clients and everything that I do, and I
just was a full time stay at home mom, which

(58:59):
for people that's like genuinely their desire for me. It's
just I get so much fulfillment for my work that
if I were to just give that up and be
this like quote unquote perfect mom, there for her child
twenty four to seven, I would just I'd be so miserable,
I'd be so resentful. Right, And so when I'm doing
my work, like I don't have mom guilt in the
fact that I have a nanny and the fact that

(59:21):
I have help, and the fact that I have things
set up where you know, I split my day into
like thirds essentially, where the first third of my.

Speaker 4 (59:29):
Day I'm getting business done.

Speaker 3 (59:30):
The second third of my day I'm with my son
until he goes to sleep, and that last third of
my day is like it's Catherine time, Like this is
my dream come true. Seven pm. Oryan's in bed hopefully,
you know. Sometimes we have like off days, but it's like, oh,
like now I get to like make my favorite drink,
which is this like sleepy time like a cow drink,

(59:53):
and then I get to like read a book, and
I get to turn on the TV, and I get
to just like mess around on the internet and talk
to a friend and text someone. Like it just makes
me show up so much better in that third of
my day where I am with my son that if
it were flipped any other way, I just don't I

(01:00:13):
just don't think like he's I'm doing him a disservice
because I don't think he's gonna grow up remembering, Oh,
my mom really loves spending time with me. My mom
was happy, right, and like we all have our traumas
and dramas, and it's like, you know, if you look
back on your child and you just remember like a
miserable parent, I don't think that's creating anything positive, right,

(01:00:33):
like for that child. So anyway, that's my answer on
mom guilt.

Speaker 2 (01:00:39):
I couldn't agree more because also me going to work
and leaving out my like, I have the belief that,
like you said, of we were born with this like blueprint,
this pattern of who we are and what we want,
and when we're unapologetic about it, that is when we are,
you know, our highest self, our best self. So if

(01:01:02):
I am stepping like if I'm doing my career, which
I fucking love and like doing my passion, I am
then my best self, which means I am the best
mom to Ivy and it's perfect, Like I want what
I want because that is what's best for Ivy and
her journey and her blueprint.

Speaker 3 (01:01:23):
Like the universe has not made a mistake here, no,
and think about all the valuable lessons that you're gonna
teach IV that only you can teach because only someone
who has built a successful product based business and being
an entrepreneur can teach ivy on, Hey mom, I also
want to build a company like yours, Like can you
teach me your ways? If you didn't do that, if

(01:01:44):
you didn't honor your desires, like you wouldn't be able
to teach those things. So there's so much value that
comes from so many different angles that if you just
broke it down and like dumbed it down and judged
every single aspect of like you'd be, you would be
limiting just how much that you can actually give to
your child. You know what I mean, like like like

(01:02:06):
you mentioned like or like you know, I be wanting
to have certain skill sets that you have because of
the life that you live exactly.

Speaker 2 (01:02:15):
I love that last question. And this is going to
be perfect because I know you're launching sovereign money right now,
and that is all to do with money. But the
specific question that came in which we're getting a lot
in the community is, you know, there's a lot of
talk right now with the economy. There's a recession coming,

(01:02:36):
and you know, those sorts of the like the collective
is feeling the exact same thing. Can you speak on
like those limiting beliefs where it feels like it's coming
from all angles?

Speaker 3 (01:02:50):
Yes, yes, oh my gosh, my favorite conversation ever. First
of all, repeat after me. My financial future does not
lie in the hands of the economy. Okay, you can't
me is a reflection of the collective consciousness. So, yes,
the economy is real. Yes it can go up and down,
Yes it can affect us in some way, shape or form.
But ultimately, your financial future, your specific financial future, those

(01:03:13):
of you who are listening to this, lies in the
hands of your own financial frequency. And how I like
to look at it is I like to remember find evidence.
So I have looked at, just for shits and giggles,
every single economic downturn that we've ever had in the
history of existence of like money invention, right, like actually

(01:03:34):
creating a physical paper and coin to this energetic money,
which money is energy. We've just we've just essentially created
representations for it in the tangible perspective. And in every
single economic downturn, someone is thriving. Okay, someone is thriving.

Speaker 4 (01:03:55):
A lot of.

Speaker 3 (01:03:55):
People become extremely wealthy through every single economic downturn.

Speaker 4 (01:04:01):
Why why is this so?

Speaker 3 (01:04:04):
Because they got creative, They took risks, They figured out
how to create an opportunity out of something that's scaring
others away. They decided that they create their own reality.
And that if I'm just creative. And it's not like
people aren't buying things in any sort of economy, We're
still buying things, like we still need to eat, we

(01:04:25):
still need to buy toilet paper, you know what I mean.
Like there's still purchases that we're making. It's just that
people spend differently. And so it's about figuring out, like,
no matter what, I will figure it out if I
have to shift something, if I have to change something temporarily,
if I have to figure out, what's my angle, what's
my strategy, what's my opportunity here? Like you will be

(01:04:48):
good no matter what. We all have the capability to
do that. And so it's about really cultivating your creativity.
It's about cultivating your creativity more than your fear. If
you spend so much time I'm telling yourself the story
like oh my god, the economy is going to go down.
The economy is the economy the economy, and then you're
stuck in fear. You're not going to be taking any
action because in fear, energy leaves brain, blood leaves brain

(01:05:11):
and goes into your body so you can run really
fast away from a predator. That's literally what fear does
to us. And when blood leaves brain, when energy leaves brain,
we become dumber. We're not as strategic, we're not as focused.
We don't have access to intuition, we don't have access
to creativity, we don't have access to humor, we don't
have access to all the fucking stuff that makes us

(01:05:33):
money in the first place. So instead of cultivating your
fear and getting stuck in these stories regardless of them,
maybe they are true, maybe the economy is going down
or whatever, like, yeah, it exists. There's still three D
things that are very real and tangible that affect us
because they're part of the collective consciousness. It's really about
you cultivating like what is going to be your own
unique experience, and your own unique experience starts with your

(01:05:58):
what's the word? So wrapping this all together, it's all
about your beliefs.
