this episode, I wanted to talk about manifesting, which you
guys know I've spoken a lot about. I'm a manifesto coach,
and I feel like sometimes I'll go straight into deeper,
(02:06):
more advanced concepts, and I feel like it has been
such a hot minute since I've done like a you know,
what the fuck even is manifesting? The basic level of manifesting.
And it's funny because as you you know, you know
a certain topic and you go deeper, you go into
certain layers, and you know, you start talking about that.
(02:30):
And I was doing this piece of content for TikTok
and I was like, I feel like it's about time
that I do some kind of like basic level manifestation
because even me doing that basic diagram made me think of,
oh yeah, like manifesting this it's actually very simple. Also,
(02:52):
sometimes there is so much content, especially on manifesting, that
it can get overwhelming. So I thought, I'm going to
do a very quick podcast on just how manifestation works
that really simplify simplify. Oh my god, guys, apologies can't speak.
(03:13):
Make it simple for you, guys. So this is also
a really great episode where you can save it and
like go back to it whenever you're manifesting something or
want to get on the vibe. So there are five
elements that I believe that like the manifestation cycle works
(03:34):
and they all feed into themselves. Manifestation is just having
an intentional thought in your head, having intention behind it,
and it coming to fruition in your reality. That's very
simply what manifestation is. So the first element is the
(03:57):
thought and the clarity, so like I said, and having
a thought in your head and bringing it into reality.
But the very first thing is what do you want?
This is I don't want to say the most important
part because it's probably not. But I feel like a
lot of people they want something different, they want something
(04:20):
more in life. You know, they have a certain reality
reality where they don't like it, and they're like, I
do want more, I do want different, but they're not
actually like they haven't gone that step further to be like,
well how do I want to feel? Who do I
want to be? Where do I want to live? Like
those smaller questions, and I feel like a really great exercise.
(04:43):
We actually have a really great meditation in the Rise app.
It's like an activity meditation where it's a clarity meditation.
We have it for a couple of different things, and
so like just getting clear. The most important part is
like who you want to be in this new reality,
because it's a new reality, Like who do you want
(05:04):
to be? You know, how do they show up, how
do they present themselves, how do people treat them, how
do they treat other people? Or it could just be
like a very clear feeling of I want to feel,
you know, peace, I want to feel next level career progression,
I want to feel like an authority, I want to feel.
(05:27):
Feeling is the most important part. If you have specific
details after that, great, But the thing that I need
you to think about is like you actually need to
get clear on what you actually want to be different
in your life. And it could be something very simple
like I want a brand new car, I want you know,
(05:49):
blah blah blah. But if you can associate a feeling
with it, that's ten out of ten for me. So
the next element of the manifestation cycle is the belief
and the alignment. For example, you've now gotten clear of
(06:10):
you know, this is the person I want to be.
You know, this is the reality I want to have.
If you don't actually believe you can have it, and
you don't start changing your core beliefs, you're never going
to get that. It's always going to feel too far away.
It's going to feel like, oh, that's just a dream.
(06:33):
It can never be, you know, a reality for me.
So that's why the trick with manifestation is, let's say
you want to manifest money and you're like, I want
one hundred thousand million dollars. If you haven't even got
to you know, one hundred thousand or even a million
in that case, having the belief that you can attract
(06:56):
and be a vibrational match and be the person that
matches that sort of money is going to be quite difficult.
So it's really important for you to be able to
get on the vibe of your manifestation. And I always
like to say it is important that it still feels
out of reach, because otherwise it's like, what's the point.
(07:17):
So it still needs to feel like, oh, a little
bit might not happen a little bit, like oh, that's
going to be a stretch. That's amazing, But you need
to be able to build up that belief system that
you can have that. So let's say something that you
want is I want a partner who's like obsessed with me,
(07:39):
who loves me. That's the clearness, that's the step one.
So the belief along with that and the alignment is
I would say, you need to believe you are lovable.
Like that would be probably be the core belief. There
would be a lot more that come with it. So
if you don't believe that you were lovable, how are
(08:01):
you ever going to find a partner who's just like
head over heels obsessed with you? Like that's gonna be hard.
So the belief needs to match what you want. How
you get onto these beliefs. I have a full you
know system for it. It's called like limiting beliefs and
like disarming limiting beliefs, because a lot of us will
(08:25):
have clarity on what we want, but we'll have limiting
beliefs of like, oh no, but this can't happen for me,
because X, Y, and Z usually all around our childhood
conditioning thought patterns. And so this second section is really
important because if you don't believe you can have it.
You need to work through your limiting beliefs on why
(08:47):
you can't have it. Why do you think you're not lovable?
Let's maybe say it's like your parents neglected you. You
didn't grow up with parents. It's like, well, do you
have like an Arnie who loves you? You know where
you adopted? Do you have friends and family? And this
is really important because our brain loves being right. If
(09:08):
you say, oh, I'm not lovable, and then you ask yourself,
but where am I lovable? Your brain wants to be right,
so it will actually if you say, well, where am
I lovable? It'll be like, well, my auntie does always
call me every birthday. You know. My adopted parents wait
for my call and they love hearing my updates. And
(09:30):
my dog is obsessed with me. He walks into every
room I walk into. Like, your brain wants to find
evidence because it loves to be right. We all love
to be right. Let's be honest. So whatever the limiting
belief is, I would say, like, well, show me where
I am lovable, and your brain will find something it
doesn't always have to be at, like the highest capacity
(09:52):
of that thing that you're attracting in but just giving
your brain evidence that it's like, yes, I am, I
am lovable. There is a belief that I can match
this with is very very important. Okay, So the next
step is emotion and like really feeling into it so
(10:18):
you know you've gotten clear on what you want, You've
understood the new core beliefs you have, the new beliefs
you have to align with in order to be that
person and to have that reality. And then the third
one is like the emotion, the feeling like it's already yours,
and it's about your vibration. Vibration is the most important part.
(10:40):
And think of it this way. You can't see I'm
like using my hands, but everything has a vibrational frequency.
So if your low vibe and my hand is obviously
you know lower here. And the thing that you want
the people you want to be around with, the person
you want to be is this higher vibration. As you move,
you're like you're not connecting, You're going to pass each other,
(11:04):
if that makes sense. So it's really important to get
yourself onto that vibration so when you move you can
come together. So number three is like really important because
you need to be able to basically embody the frequency
of the thing, the reality the person before you have it.
(11:27):
And this is where everyone gets tripped up, because you know,
we're all stuck in this three D world where we
have the limiting beliefs and we have so much evidence
that it's not going to work out and people don't
love us, and you know, blah blah blah, and so
we get stuck in the it's never gonna happen for me,
the victim sort of mentality, that low vibe frequency. We
(11:49):
almost like we want the evidence first, like, oh, well,
show me it's gonna work out, and then I'll move
and then I'll act differently and then I'll believe it.
But with manifestation, it's really the opposite. You need to
believe it first, and you need to be on the
vibration first. You need to show the universe that you
can hold that energy, you can be in that energy,
(12:12):
you are a vibrational match. So that's really really important
and I definitely have episodes. I can make another episode
of like how to constantly raise your vibration, But this
is a huge part where you need to take responsibility.
So it's like if you have a morning routine where
you're doom scrolling, where you're eating something that's making you
(12:33):
feel like shit. That's your responsibility to change your morning
routine so you feel better, so you feel higher vibe.
If you have you know people at work and they
gossip and they talk about other people and they are
in a low vibe. It is your responsibility to distance yourself,
to make boundaries. And this is what a lot of
(12:54):
people struggle with because they want a different reality, but
they're also so comfortable in their current reality they don't
want to make changes and so their dream will never happen.
You know, the manifestation will never come into fruition. And
that's a harsh truth, but it's the truth. So the
(13:19):
next step is action very important part of manifestation. That again,
a lot of people, you know, they watch The Secret
and they're like, oh, I just think about it and
there's a check in the mail, And look, guys, if
that's part of your manifestation, I'm not saying that can't
happen because money manifestation is a whole other conversation. But
(13:42):
action is so important. Let me kind of put it
to you this way. What's the difference between action and
inspired action action is just like the doing. It's the masculine.
It's like, in order to be an authority in this,
I need to do this degree Like it's like that
logical masculine. It's like if you ask your dad, you know,
(14:05):
someone who's like not really into self development, what to do,
it's like what they would tell you. That's what I
think of action without inspired action, whereas inspired action comes
through you when you're on a walk, after you've done
a meditation, after you've had a really interesting conversation with
someone who's really stimulated you, and it doesn't always make
(14:27):
complete sense, but it feels like, oh, there's something here.
I'm going to make a step forward in this. I'm
going to figure it out. If you take an inspired
action step, that's going to get you a hundred steps
compared to if you're going to take one action step,
it's going to be one step. And that's why people
(14:49):
who are locked into a certain vibration and know how
to manifest, they will be called, you know, the lucky girl.
I used to get called, Oh, you're just lucky all
the time, and I worked extremely hard. A lot of
people work extremely hard, but you know, don't have what
I do. And that's because the actions I was taking
(15:10):
they were inspired. They were like this tenfold approach that
really catapulted me. And so taking inspired actions towards your
manifestation is so important and something with inspired action, guys,
it doesn't always feel amazing and comfortable. Sometimes it does
(15:33):
feel like, oh, this is a risk, this is like
a bit crazy, this is like out of my comfort zone.
But I really really encourage you to lean into that,
because we know good shit happens outside our comfort zone.
(15:53):
And the very last step of the manifestation cycle is
then to trust and receive and surrender to your manifestation.
And this is when it comes in and then the cycle,
you know, begins again. I would honestly say, you know,
(16:14):
number three of like, the vibration is very very very
very important, and then the surrendering and the receiving is
very very very very very very very important. Couple very mores.
This is just because the way that I describe surrender
in some of my courses is I really see my
(16:37):
relationship with the universe as like a parent and child relationship,
with me being the child. And you know, I want
something I'm working towards it, but something with children is
they can't always grasp the bigger picture because they just
they don't have the knowledge the life experience. So a
great example I always use is like with my daughter Ivy,
(17:00):
who's three years old. She's so smart and she's worked
out how to We've got like childlock, you know, on
all our cupboards, and she's worked out how to open that,
and then she'll often like figure it out, open it up,
and like go into our stash of like goodies and
and get out lollies and be like, can I have
(17:20):
these lollies? So sweet? She actually asked, though, And I'll
be like, no, honey, it's literally seven pm. Like, lollies
is the last thing you need. We're gonna go to
bed now. If you have these, you won't about to sleep.
You're not gonna have a good sleep. Your blood sugar's
gonna spike. Blah blah blah blah. We know why we
shouldn't have lollies before bed, especially a child who already
has a lot of energy. And like to her, she's like, no,
(17:45):
but I wanted these allies. I figured out how to
get them. I really want to eat them. I want
to eat them now, And so like I have to
reason with her and be like we're not eating them now,
like we can have them tomorrow. She's obviously like tantrum crying, upset,
and that makes sense because she is a three year
old who doesn't necessarily know have the life experience. But me,
(18:09):
I'm a thirty year old. I have the life experience,
and that's kind of how I see me in the
universe and how things play out. And I really don't
put a time frame on things. So I might do
like a vision board for this year, but I don't
love to put a time frame on things because again
I'm about to tell you why, and I kind of
(18:31):
like to leave things open because I don't believe we
have that ability to be like here and now this
is the date. I think that is an illusion that
we can control that, and it's an illusion that we
really have any control. But you saying what you want
and taking inspired action and getting on the vibration and
(18:52):
like doing your limiting beliefs and like really hony in
that belief system is all you have to do. And
then you have to understand that it will come in
the perfect timing because the universe, as the parent, can
see everything in your life. It can see everything playing
out in the future, and it's like, I know you
think you want it now, but this is not the
(19:14):
best time, Like it's going to be better here or here.
This is something I've really had to surrender with with,
you know, when I was pregnant with Ivy and it
didn't happen, and I really wanted to happen. And once
I did surrender and let go, I swear you know,
she came in just a couple months later. Most of
us are very attached to time, and so I believe
(19:37):
if you can really master this last step of like
surrendering and letting go and letting it flow and enjoying
your current reality and being present, that's when it comes
in unexpected. That's when it comes in you know better
than you could have imagined, and you trusting that, you
(19:58):
trusting the universe as you're parent. Even with Ivy, if
she just was like, okay, Mommy, I get it, I
trust you, I'm going to go to bed, you would
be like, oh my god, this is the best angel
child ever. And that's really what we have to do,
which I know is hard because we like to have
it all sorted and have it at a certain timeframe.
(20:20):
I'm actually, there's something happening right now that I thought
I had surrendered to and then things are popping up
and I'm like, you know what, I actually haven't surrendered
at all. So I get you. This step is hard,
but it is it's very very important. So you need
to be able to surrender and let go and trust
(20:42):
that something's coming in soon or something better is coming,
that you're meant to enjoy this moment, that you're meant
to really be in this present moment. And it is
hard when for example, when I was in my trying
to conceive journey with Ivy, you know, it was hard
to like enjoy life because all I wanted was a baby,
Like I was so focused. All I wanted was this.
(21:06):
But even if you think about it, like what you
focus on expanse, and all I was focusing on was
how I wasn't pregnant. And it wasn't until I let
go of control and I started having a bit more
fun and I started like me and Tim went on
a holiday and we did these other things where I
started focusing on other things. I focused on my own energy.
(21:26):
I focused on enjoying myself, and it was able to
come in because sometimes it's like there's not enough like room.
I like to think about energy as like a sphere,
and it's like we've filled the whole sphere with all
these like it must come in, it has to come
in this way, which takes up energy, and like the
thing has no space to come into. You know, your aura,
(21:50):
everything that you're manifesting. So that's why I think it's
really really important to surrender and letting go. And it
doesn't mean you're like giving up, because you're still holding
the vision, you're still taking inspired action, you're still working
through limiting beliefs if they come up, which is so
so important. But do you see kind of that difference there.
(22:14):
That is basically a very simplified version of how manifestation works.
It's that five think of it as a diagram of
like feeding into itself in a circle of like it's
having the clarity the thought what do you actually want?
And then it goes into well does your belief system
match that? Do you need to change your belief system?
(22:35):
And then it goes into like your frequency, how you're vibrating,
how you're doing, how you're being, And then for action
inspired action, are you having space? Do you have actual capacity,
you know, for inspired action and are you acting on
it even if it's a bit uncomfortable. And then the
last one surrender, let go flow while still doing all
(22:58):
the other steps, and my love, that is manifestation, very
very simple. Like I said, it can be very layered,
and it can come into a specific or non specific
manifestata all those sorts of things, but at a very
simple level, that is manifestation and something I employ and
(23:19):
do with anything I want. I hope you liked this episode.
