excited to bring you this season. We used to do
seasons at Rise and Conquer and then we kind of
just stopped. And I really feel like it's powerful to
have a season and to have an intention with content
because I feel like, especially in my life, I have

so much happening all the time. I kind of have
like so many things I could talk about and to
have like some sort of like framework and focus is
very powerful for me. I'm a manager, so I love
doing all the things all the time. But this season
is all about how to have it all and how
to get everything you want. And we have such an

(01:53):
amazing lineup of guests, We have some really epic solo
episode from me that are going to be so potent
and so powerful, and I honestly think this episode will
be one of the most powerful Rise and Conquer podcasts
you ever listen to. The First step to getting everything

you want and having it all, I truly believe, is
firstly you making space for it. You being clear on
what you want, who you want to be, your desires,
your reality, and then making space for it. So the

first step of clarity, what do you want? I'm talking
about dreaming big? What do you want? Like if there
was no limitations, if you had no limitations put on you,
if you were just truly locking into your sole desire,

your absolute passion and purpose. What do you want? And
like what does having it all look like for you?
Because what it looks like for me is going to
be completely different, and that is the beauty of it though,
because I truly believe we're put on this earth for

(03:25):
our souls to have this human experience, and we are
here for a reason, so like our heart desires are
put on our heart for a reason. It's not like
by mistake. And so there's a reason why I created
my empire, why I created Naked Harvest, this podcast. You know,

(03:46):
I found my husband, I have IVY, I'm pregnant now,
Like this is all a part of my journey. And
I truly, truly believe that. So if you're wondering like, oh, well,
I want to do this, but can I do this
or what does it look like? First of all, you
need to trust that this is a heart desire and

(04:06):
it was put on your heart for a reason. There
is no mistake with that. And if you aren't clear
on what you want, and this is actually so normally,
I feel like a lot of people aren't clear these
days because of the noise, the noise of social media.

What this girl's doing on social media, what your sister,
your mother, your dog, your neighbor is doing. It clouds
us and it puts us in a fog where we
cannot follow our heart desires. We have a whole course
on this, it's called seven Days to Clarity and it's

our Clarity Course. So obviously I can't go into this
whole podcast because it would take me seven days. But
the first step is you need to be clear on
like what does your big life look like? What does
your I have everything I want look like? Because if
you're not clear, you're going to continue in the fog.
You're going to continue not falling your heart desires therefore

continue not feeling contense. The first thing is clarity, and
like I said, we have an epic course for that.

because it's just going to illuminate to you without the
noise what's important and where you need to focus and
also realize it can change and it can evolve. So
it is really important to get clear on like this
version now, this season now. So that's your first step

of getting everything you want because it's like, well, what
does it even look like? Because if you're not clear,
you're going to go nowhere fast, get clear and if look,
if you don't want to do the course, you could
literally just journal. It's just who do I want to be?
How do I want to show up? How do I
want to feel? You know, what does my morning routine

(06:18):
look like? How do I want people to show up
for me and keep it all about you? And you know,
what sort of relationships do I want to have? What
sort of feelings do I want to feel during the day,
and just really getting clear on just like what's the vibe,
what's the energy, because that's really going to help you

(06:38):
illuminate the circumstances. And like the physical things honestly are
not what matters. It's how you feel and it's your energy.
So I would prefer you to focus on that. So
get clear on like what does having everything look like
for you? Because it is going to look different. And
what's amazing about this season we have a whole bunch

(07:01):
of guests really sharing what having it all means to them,
So you're going to get such a beautiful, wide range
variety of what it could look like for someone else.
But I just want to say a prefaces with don't
take other people's dreams and desires I could literally give

(07:22):
you the blueprint to Naked Harvest, to rise in Congoor
and be like, here, here is the manual, here's how
I did it, and you would not be able to
achieve what I have because this is my heart desire.
So you have a heart desire, you already have the
manual inside you. You need to trust, you need to

(07:45):
be guided, You need to stop doubting yourself. You need
to let co of the noise. You need to block
the noise. You need to decide. The Latin meaning of
decide is to cut off what is not that, So
you need to block out the noise. So that is

(08:06):
your first step. So the second step, and I think
this is the most important step, and that's what we're
going to focus on for the rest of the episode.
I've spoken about this concept, but probably not to the
depth that I have been experiencing it, letting it embody

(08:29):
in my life, and I feel like I've just like
I feel like I'm a warrior in this step, and
so I really want to share it with you because
it really has changed my life in probably the last
eighteen months. And that is detachment. And think of it
this way. Your current reality, what you're currently experiencing is

(08:52):
a direct reflection of your past thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and patterns.
So if you want a different reality, you obviously need
to change your thoughts, feelings, emotions, patterns. I think those
are all the words I said. But what is so interesting.

(09:15):
What I think most people miss with creating their big life,
with having it all, with you know, creating their dream reality,
is they are still interacting with the old beliefs, with
the old patterns, with who they were in the past,

(09:36):
who other people are in their past, and then they're
wondering why their future is the same as their past.
What you put energy into continues, it expands. So, for example,
if you have this new big dream of I'm calm,

(09:56):
I'm centered, I'm grounded, but you constant interact with people
who are dramatized, who play into victim mentality, who play
into our life's happening to me, I'm so dysregulated, I'm
so busy, I'm so chaotic. If you continuously give your

(10:20):
energy to those people or situations like that, can you
see how your future cannot be peaceful and grounded and
scent it. It cannot be You cannot be in two
frequencies at the same time. You can only be in
one frequency. So if you're currently in a state of chaos,

(10:44):
in a state of things not happening for you, of
life seeming unfair, if you continue to react and be
in that frequency, that is what will continue. Wretchment comes
in and it's it's hard to do this. No one
teaches you to do this. Detachment is when your current reality,

(11:09):
the current three D, is showing you chaos, is showing
you things not working out, you do not react and
interact with it. You simply do not give it your energy.
And that's really hard because we're not taught to know

(11:30):
just detach and to be stoic and to have this
sense of observing a situation without inserting ourselves. But that's
what happens. We insert ourselves in the current reality and
then wonder why the current reality continues. This is where

(11:53):
detachment comes in, and this is where, like I said,
I've been practicing this over the last eighteen months. It
is so powerful because what I'm seeing literally shift before
my eyes in my three D, in my reality is
when I do not give things time and attention, and
I do not react and I do not play into

(12:15):
the cycles, and I do not dwell. Literally, my reality
will shift in front of my eyes. Solutions will come,
people will change how they act towards me. People will
show up completely differently. And I did not say a word,

(12:35):
I did not fight, I did not send a text message.
I did not do anything but change how I felt internally.
This is such a powerful tool. I truly believe what
everyone is getting stuck on is they are constantly reacting

(12:58):
to their three D and then wondering why nothing is changing.
So let's get into it a tiny bit more. I've
obviously gone on a huge rent, but I was feeling
it to have everything we want to have that big life.
Let's say we are clear, you've gone and got clear,
you've done the Clarity course, or you've you know, you've

(13:18):
journaled and you've got clear. So basically what I want
you to do, which I know this is again hard,
But how you make it not hard is you regulate yourself,
which I will get into in a second. But when
things are popping up in your reality that you don't want,
that are not in alignment with your future self, with

(13:40):
the future vibe, you have to stop giving it time
and energy and attention. Again, I know this is hard
because it's like it's not ignoring it, it's just showing
because I truly believe you are the co creator. You
are the creator of your own life in every sense,

(14:02):
You're really choosing what happens next. And I think a
lot of us fall into the victim mentality. They fall into, Well,
this is you know, I have no control over my life,
and that's just not true. You just have no control
over your emotions and over your reactions. So first of all,

(14:22):
like I said, how do you stop reacting? And this
is very hard for someone with a disregulated nervous system.
Literally what I have been doing for the last eighteen
months is just regulating my Like you guys know, obviously
meditate every single day through the rise app. When something happens,
like when something goes down in business or someone sends

(14:45):
me like a random text, or like something happens out
of the blue, I literally stop. I pause, and I
do not give it my intentions until I've decided what
I want it to look like. And so that's really hard.
If you have someone talking to you in a not

(15:08):
so great way, if you have someone react to you
in a not say great way, if you have someone
betray you, if you have someone just like not be
nice or like anything, just regulating. I know that's hard,
but don't react. So there's a couple of recommendations. Like
I said, we obviously have the Rise app. We have

(15:28):
fucking hundreds of meditations that are all about regulating your
nervous system. I've got a couple of other tricks to
you too. So you can't see me, but in between
your thumb and like pointing finger, so that piece of
skin in there, that kind of like loose piece of skin,

(15:50):
if you hold that and you hold that in for
about thirty seconds to a minute or even longer, that
is going to calm you down. And I've literally been
doing this, so like something will happen. Like let's just
my example. Let's say Tim like turns around and talks
to me in the way that I don't want to

(16:11):
be spoken about that I don't align with in a relationship.
Instead of yelling at him or being like, don't you
dare talk to me like that, I literally turn away
from the situation, you know, take myself out of the situation.
I literally say nothing, turn away from the situation. And
this is like I'm I used to be the most

(16:32):
reactive person, and I will use this trick where I
put I'm putting it here, like pressure on that skin
in between your thumb and pointing finger, and I would
just hold it and I will repeat to myself like
I am safe, and anything that is not of my

(16:54):
vision isn't true. It's an illusion, and I do not
have to react, And it's just about telling yourself like
I'm safe. That really honestly works every time comes down
my nervous system and then I'm able to respond to
him in a way. So in that example, like I said,

(17:15):
the first thing I would have want to say is
don't you fucking speak to me like that? Or like
how dare you say that? Or like, you know, whatever
I wanted to say, regulate myself, come back and say
when you're you know, when you have conflict with someone,
I think it's always best to communicate how you feel,
not say like, well, you spoke to me badly, or

(17:36):
you said this, or you upset me, you know, to say,
I'm really feeling upset that you would speak to me
like that, and moving forward, if you do speak to
me like that, I won't be interacting with you. So
if you want to have a healthy relationship and a
healthy communication with me, please regulate yourself first and then

(17:59):
lets have a conversation about it, you know, maybe talking
to him that way, or go a step further and
literally ignore the behavior. Because again, what you put energy
into expands and it continues. There has been moments where
something will happen and not from like a bypassing situation.

(18:23):
But it's like I will literally say to myself, like
regulate myself and say to myself, that is not a
part of my reality. Like you might think that's delusional
and gas laddie, but it's not. It's literally directing your future,
your reality where you want to go, and you don't

(18:44):
actually have to tell the person what you want. It
is your energy. It is your internal system that reflects
out what happens next and how people treat you. And again,
if you're like, wow, she's bashit crazy, this podcast probably
isn't for you because like we are full manifesting energetic

(19:06):
vibe here. That is kind of like the trick that
I have been doing. Like I said, my reality is
literally like things have happened when I have gone like no,
I'm not giving this my time and energy and it's
like it has to just fallen away or solutions have
come up, or like I've been so clear then of

(19:28):
like what i need to do next, And it's insane
because I'm not changing anything in my external. I'm only
shifting my internal and I'm detaching from the drama, from
the problems, from the anxiety, from the worry, and they're

(19:48):
just watching things unfold in literally the best way in
line with my vision, EFT tapping. We do EFT tapping
in our abundance a can to me, and we have
had the most incredible feedback. If something disregulates you, you
are not going to make a good choice. You are

(20:11):
not going to be in alignment with your future self.
You were going to react with who you currently are.
And then what is currently happening will continue, maybe not
in this exact way, but another thing will pop up.
And that's why people who are really reactive and people

(20:32):
who are stuck in the old stories, in the old
conditioning will continue to see the same problems, the same drama.
And it's not by coincidence. It's not because they have
the worst luck in the world. It's because they continue
to interact with it. And I know that can be

(20:54):
very harsh because I know there's some really not nice
shit that goes on. But ask me when I say
that this works, like you you have the power, you
are the co creator, and even like take note right now,
like look at the last week or two weeks or month,

(21:16):
look at any problems, drama or shit that has gone down,
and be like, did I fester on it? Did I
dwell in it? You know, is it really showing me
my wounds, my conditioning, old stories? Because something cannot continue

(21:37):
if you do not give it the energy, if you
starve the energy from it. It's time to be really honest.
And like I said, this is probably going to be
one of the most powerful podcasts that I do. And
it's a tough love podcast because it's really hard to

(21:58):
look at what's happening in our life, especially when it's shit,
and take responsibility for it. But I'm sorry, I'm just
going to tell you right now, if you are not
taking responsibility for currently what's happening, you will never move
on and you will never progress. I'm not saying the

(22:19):
things are happening to you because of who you are
or how you be. I'm saying the things are happening
to you because you continue to believe the old stories
and you are not shifting. An example is if you're
someone who maybe you haven't done like any self concept

(22:39):
or self worth work, and for example, maybe you don't
feel lovable, like you do not feel deserving of love.
You will have people come into your reality that constantly
reflect that to you. Whether it's friends, whether it's coworkers,
whether it's you know, a romantic partner. They will show

(23:03):
you your conditioning and your wounds. So, like I said,
when people treat you a certain way, when they're showing
up in a certain light and you haven't gone internally
and you haven't been like wait a minute, what's happening
in here, that could be the by product. So again

(23:24):
let's go to the example of like, you know, Tim
talking to me in a way that I wouldn't want
him to talk to me. In that moment, I'm regulating myself,
and then I'm also being like, I'm affirming of I
am someone who deserves devotion. I am someone who deserves

(23:46):
so much love, an abundance of love, Like I am
someone who just being me without the accolades, without the achievements,
without anything, just Georgie like newborn, fresh ass naked Georgie.
I am deserving of all the love in the world.

(24:10):
And if I am treated in any other way, that
is not my truth. Do you even feel the power
in that? Do you feel the energy? And literally I
will say that to myself, and I'll come back and
even if I don't have a conversation with Tim, he

(24:32):
will shift, he will change, and then he will reflect
that energy to me. He'll start being like, what do
you need? You know, he'll probably like apologize first and
be like sorry, and then he'll be like, what do
you need. I'm just going through this and whatnot, and
he will soften because he always has to reflect my

(24:53):
internal dialogue, my internal worthiness, everything that I'm feeling inside again,
I know. So if you're like following this and you're like,
wait what a minute, literally listen to this episode again,
because everything happening in the outer external, in our reality,
is a direct reflection of in our internal and maybe

(25:13):
not like right this second, but it's old conditioning, it's
old wounds, it's stories we picked up when we're seven
years old at you know, school, when we got teased
or bullied. That is controlling us and until you regulate
yourself and you change the story, that's what will continue.
So you actually have so much control, like you are

(25:34):
the creator. But if you continue to let the stories
of unworthiness of I'm never going to be successful, I'm
never going to have abundance, I'm not worthy of that.
I don't deserve to be loved, I don't deserve X,
Y and Z. That's what will continue to reflect in

(25:54):
your reality. This is a tough love, EPP, and we
are going deep. So how we change that? Obviously we
are going to create new beliefs and I have a
whole podcast on that coming. I believe that is episode three,
So hold for episode three, But for the moment your homework,

(26:15):
the vibe is detachment. Stop interacting with the problems, the drama,
the things you do not want to continue. Literally, stop reacting,
stop giving it your attention. Detachment is very misunderstood because
most people think it means you're being passive, you're giving up,

(26:35):
you're not wanting something anymore. But in reality, detachment is
energetic clarity. It's choosing to release the desperation, the fear
and like control so something better can come in. And
it's like in those moments, when you want to fight
for yourself. Like let's say again the example of Tim,

(26:58):
it's like he's like talking to me way in those moments,
it's like I want to fight for like how dare
you treat me like that? Or I know, you know,
whatever I want to say, whatever the ego wants to
put in. If I do fight in those moments, that
is me playing into that story. That is me confirming

(27:19):
with the three D, with my reality, with the universe
or whatever. That's what I want to continue because I'm
giving it my energy. So detachment is actually full clarity
because when you know, let's say again in that example,
he treats me like that. If I ignore that behavior
and I go regulate, and I go and affirm and

(27:40):
continue my beliefs, that is clarity because I'm telling the universe,
I'm telling you know, source, God, whatever, No, this is
what will continue. And then reality has no choice but
to bend and shift to what my internal beliefs are. So,

(28:02):
my loves, this is your homework. And I actually just
recorded before this the most powerful meditation on detachment. Again,
like I felt like I was like on another planet
when I recorded this. It is so good. I will
make sure, it's in the Rise app when this episode drops.

So if you are struggling with detachment, if you are
struggling with dysregulation and constantly reacting to your three D,
this meditation is literally going to change the game for you,

And I mean like this has to be continuous. Every
time something happens in your reality that you don't want
to continue, stop cause detach, continue this and literally watch
