Speaker 1 (00:08):
You're listening to Amma mea podcast.
Speaker 2 (00:18):
From Mama Maaw. Welcome to the Spill, your daily pop
culture fix. I'm more broadneck and I'm m Vernon And
Merry Christmas. We all hope.
Speaker 1 (00:28):
Very Cristmas.
Speaker 2 (00:29):
It's like Santa's finishes rounds in the room with us. Yeah,
well it is Boxing day. We hope that no one's
feeling too dusty, too overwhelmed from family. Hope you're all
eating leftover trifle and roast chicken and whatever people eat on.
I actually hate trifle. Oh yeah, my whole family eats
it on Christmas without me, and I sit in the
corner and glare at them and just eat plain ice cream.
Speaker 1 (00:48):
Oh you know what my mom makes?
Speaker 2 (00:49):
What the best?
Speaker 1 (00:50):
Does it ever?
Speaker 2 (00:51):
What?
Speaker 1 (00:52):
It's called a mango float? I think it's a Filipino dish.
It is so good. It's a perfect summer. It's basically
just like mango biscuits, like gram crackers and cream and
it's so Yeah.
Speaker 2 (01:04):
God, invite me over evely, what's happening? I will? So
this is what we announce. This is in now our
cooking podcast for the rest of the year. No, no,
just stoking. So we're actually halfway through our Christmas breakoo
and this summer we have curated your Spilled playlist so
your holiday listening is sorted. So we've been dropping some
of our all time favorite episodes into the feed for
(01:25):
you to enjoy. But today we have a brand new,
fresh episode ready for the Spillers. And maybe people want
a bit of salacious gossip to finish off the year,
We're doing an ask Us Anything episode.
Speaker 1 (01:38):
I love ask Us Anything episodes because I feel like
we constantly get questions throughout the year, and like now
is a time where we can just pile into them.
Speaker 2 (01:47):
Yes, so we put this out to the spillers, you guys,
our community across Instagram and our own personal pages. We've
got a whole bunch of questions through and we pulled
out some nice ones, some juicy ones, some that might
get us banned from talking to celebrities. Ever again, I
bury those at the end, so hopefully the haters will
nice dropped off by then. Okay, starting up with kind
of cute one. How did you start your careers at
(02:09):
Mama Mia?
Speaker 1 (02:10):
Oh my god, you go first?
Speaker 2 (02:12):
Okay, well this was many years ago, so I haven't
been here for no I'd rather not say a long, long,
long time, but I've had many, many different jobs over
the years. So for the first ten years of my career,
I worked in newspapers and more hard news like police reporting,
crime reporting that I had to take a little break
(02:32):
from that. I did some lifestyle reporting and then I
was like, oh, I think print might be dying. Hot take.
This was over ten years ago, and I had no
digital experience, like I could barely even open a laptop.
I'd only ever written for newspapers laptop now yea that
months things have not improken, and I thought, oh my gosh,
I need to get some sort of digital experience just
(02:52):
so that I'm not left behind. And so I applied
for a job at Mamma Mia. It was a weekend
news editor, like an associate editor position to run the
website from Friday, Saturday, Sunday Monday. And I got that
job and sold everything I owned, drove from Brisbane, packed
everything into my car, pulled up at the old Wentworth
Avenue office with everything I owned downstairs in my car.
(03:14):
On my first day, walked up and then slowly over
time transitioned and now she's here. Now she's here, and
my family like are you ever going back to being
a real journalist, And I'm like, well, I don't know
you are a real journal No, this is fun, but
it's different, is it. Yes? Would you believe this is
different to being like a quarter or police reporter.
Speaker 1 (03:33):
I mean I started like around, like I want to say,
seven years ago here at Mama Mia as a social
media assistant.
Speaker 2 (03:40):
I don't remember then you were so sweet. Let's go
back to that.
Speaker 1 (03:44):
Yeah. I was much nice, so sweet.
Speaker 2 (03:46):
And nice and didn't want to upset any one. Now
she's like starry eyed.
Speaker 1 (03:49):
I think it just happened by accident. I was in UNI.
I was studying urban planning and geography.
Speaker 2 (03:56):
Oh my god, I always forget that. It's a thing
that is the craziest part of your law.
Speaker 1 (04:00):
So wild. And then I think, in UNI you have
to do those kind of career exposed to figure out
what you want to do for work. And I was like,
one of these jobs for me, Like it is just
not me at all. And then my parents were like, well,
you have to do something because you need to work.
Speaker 2 (04:15):
You need a job.
Speaker 1 (04:15):
Do you need a job. And I was still doing
my UNI degree, so I still had a year left
on my UNI degree. But on the side, I started
doing a digital marketing ten week immersive course and that
was also in person, which is random. So I was
doing UNI in person, doing this course in person, and
part of this course was like create a LinkedIn page,
and I was like, oh, I've never been on LinkedIn before.
I guess I'll create a page. And then I was
(04:38):
scouted on LinkedIn for the job and I'm maa.
Speaker 2 (04:41):
Wow, I did not know that. Yeah, is that why
you love LinkedIn so much now?
Speaker 1 (04:44):
Because literally owed my life. And then it was one
of those things where the job that they wanted me
to interview for I had like none of the qualifications.
So I was doing even Perton geography.
Speaker 2 (04:56):
Yeah, would you imagine?
Speaker 1 (04:57):
Yeah? And my mum was like, you probably won't get it,
but just go see what an interviews like. You've never
interviewed for a job before, And I was like okay,
and I did, and then I got the job and
then I've been here ever since.
Speaker 2 (05:06):
Wow.
Speaker 1 (05:07):
And I remember my first year at Mama Mia, I
was working full time doing unifull time and still completing
my digital marketing course.
Speaker 2 (05:13):
That is crazy crazy? Is that why you call yourself
a girl boss?
Speaker 1 (05:16):
I am like literally even I started as a girl
boss and then like retreated.
Speaker 2 (05:21):
Yeah, we both regrets.
Speaker 1 (05:24):
Okay, next question, and I'm actually really interested in your
answer for this. We were asked, what are your letterboxed
for faves? Do we explain what letterbox is? First?
Speaker 2 (05:33):
Yeah, you explain it. The thing is, every time you
see celebrities get asked this on a red carpet, even
if they know it's coming, the panic that fills their
faces and they always say, oh my god, I'm not ready.
I'm not ready. That's how I feel right now, and
I'm not ready.
Speaker 1 (05:46):
Okay. So Letterbox is an app. It's kind of like
good Reads but for movies. So it's an app you
download on your Phone's completely free, and you can rate
and review movies. And it's also a social media app,
so you can follow other people who rate and review movies.
You can like other people's posts. It's kind of like
a mix of like good Reads and Twitter. Yeah, but
(06:06):
I've also heard stories of people like finding dates on letterbox.
What Yeah, oh my god.
Speaker 2 (06:11):
Okay, I'm not on letterbox because I'm like, my whole
life is hearing what people think about movies and me
telling people what to think about movies, so I don't
want that on the side, But meeting a guy who
likes the same movies as you is actually the cutest
thing ever.
Speaker 1 (06:22):
Imagine if you meet someone who had your full phase.
Speaker 2 (06:25):
Wow, I don't know if that would happen, but or
at least appreciate your phase and you could have a
healthy bands back and forth exactly.
Speaker 1 (06:31):
So on letterbox on your profile, you can choose your
top four favorite movies and they live there on your profile,
so anyone who goes to your profile will see your
top four faves. So that's pretty much what.
Speaker 2 (06:41):
So personal I know it is. I'd rather choose on
my boobs or something, my feet, anything that.
Speaker 1 (06:47):
Okay, My four faves are like quite controversial. Like I
always get people going, are you serious if.
Speaker 2 (06:52):
You say Paddington one, two, and three right now?
Speaker 1 (06:54):
I would never I mean I would, that's good. Actually
might swap that in. But I think because my four
faves are quite modern, and I feel like, to the
classic movie critic, it has to be lady, and I'm like.
Speaker 2 (07:11):
No, all great movies.
Speaker 1 (07:12):
Sometimes I really like a movie and I watched it
yesterday and you know what, it could be my favorite
movie for all of time. Okay, so my current top
four faves.
Speaker 2 (07:20):
Okay. Also, this is current because my list doesn't really change.
Speaker 1 (07:23):
My list hasn't changed in like since January this year.
Speaker 2 (07:26):
Okay, okay, okay.
Speaker 1 (07:29):
Jurassic Park. Yeah, number one.
Speaker 2 (07:31):
You know what, that's a great movie. That is a
great feat of cinema and the fact that it still
holds up all these decades later. That's good taste.
Speaker 1 (07:38):
Okay, thank you, thank you. That's always been a number
one and it's never moved. Number two nope, Oh by
Jordan Peel.
Speaker 2 (07:46):
Yeah, out of all the Jordan Pell movies. That's interesting.
Speaker 1 (07:49):
And it's like I love that movie. I probably watch
it like twice a year.
Speaker 2 (07:52):
So good, so good.
Speaker 1 (07:52):
Okay, number three, this movie changed my life, changed my
life everything everywhere, all that one.
Speaker 2 (07:59):
Oh, of course, what do you mean? This is quite
a highbrow list about.
Speaker 1 (08:03):
This movie so much. I think I messaged you because
I watched it at like eight pm and then it
was like eleven pm and I was like, I have
to go for a walk. Yeah you so overwhelmed.
Speaker 2 (08:14):
You sent me like the most like weird, like one
word textans just being like oh my god, oh my god,
I loved it. Oh my god. I don't know what
to do. I think you sent me a close up
phot of your face. You had like tears in it,
and You're like, I'm going for a.
Speaker 1 (08:24):
Walk, and I was like, I'm in darling up.
Speaker 2 (08:26):
You're like, I'm walking the streets. I'm like, Emily go Home.
Speaker 1 (08:30):
Okay, and my number fourth movie, and that was the
most recent swap in. Yeah, Sinners, Oh great one, because
I feel like it's kind of like uncout to put
in a recent movie into your top four phase.
Speaker 2 (08:42):
But I just love that, So it might stand the
test of time a little bit. It's one of those
ones where like it kind of lent into vampire law
but created its own. There's one line, as people still.
Speaker 1 (08:52):
Quote original, it's just like and it's like the fact
I was able to pull through through everything else I
came out this year.
Speaker 2 (08:59):
It was just insane and it might win a bunch
of Oscars my home too. It's not normally the kind
of movie that the Oscars would favor, but it might
be the first kind of fantasy vampire movie to really
tip over the itch.
Speaker 1 (09:12):
Don't my head stuff like that?
Speaker 2 (09:14):
I need to know. Okay, well, I'll say want my
vampire because I also have a vampire on my list. Well,
there's not any particular order, but the first one I'll
say is Bram Stokers Dracula.
Speaker 1 (09:24):
Yeah, you love that movie.
Speaker 2 (09:25):
I love that movie. Oh my god. I watch it
all the time. So it's the original Dracula novel, like
the original brought to life on the screen. Winona ryders
in it. She's incredible, Gary Oldman, Anthony Hopkins, Keanu Reeves,
he tries. But also it's the most visually stunning movie
I've ever seen. But also just like it's all practical effects. Yeah,
(09:47):
and it is so incredible. I just oh, every time
I see it again, I'm just like, the hub of
this movie exists. I saw the other day the Letterbox Team,
I think it was asking celebs, what's one movie you
wish you could watch again for the first time, And
I was like, oh, man, I'd love to see that
movie again for the first time. Just blowed my socks off.
Speaker 1 (10:02):
That's actually such a good question.
Speaker 2 (10:03):
Yeah, exactly what would you want to like just have
that experience? And I was like, maybe that one. And
then on my list, topick The Princess Bride. Yeah you
love that ch Yeah, it's a perfect movie and again
it stands the test of time. Quotable, but just so
fun to watch, so romantic.
Speaker 1 (10:18):
How often do you watch it?
Speaker 2 (10:19):
Like once a year at least I try not to.
Speaker 1 (10:22):
Is it like it's a particular time in the year.
Like I always watched Harry Potter during Christmas.
Speaker 2 (10:26):
I usually watch her the summer holidays lead up to Christmas,
like one night, like when I'm just in that fever
of like the He's only over, it's so crazy and
I've got a pack to go away, or like put
the Princess Bride. For some reason, it works better of
the Princess Bride. When I've got my air con on
and my candles lip. That's the vibe you need. And
then I'm gonna say, Scream.
Speaker 1 (10:44):
Oh, that's a good one.
Speaker 2 (10:45):
Yeah, again, a perfect movie. And every time I watch
your favorite slasher, it's my favorite slasher. I know you
did last Summer is Underneath And yeah, the first Scream
movie ten out of ten. A perfect movie. And then
I'm gonna say, I guess it's not modern, but it's
not one that other moviegoers like. I think other critics
would turn their nose up at it, which is the
Devil West Prada. Oh, that's such a perfect movie. Again, no, no,
(11:09):
can watch it over and over and over. End. It's
so hard to speak four.
Speaker 1 (11:13):
Hard because tell me, if someone else's faithful, you're like,
damn it. I wish I was.
Speaker 2 (11:16):
I know, because I would also put clueless in there
if I could. I would put the Sound of Music
in there, if I could.
Speaker 1 (11:21):
Like, and four is such a specific number.
Speaker 2 (11:24):
Yeah, it feels like it should be five. What will
be a fifth? Oh well, yeah, one of those. So yeah,
clueless or Sound of Music.
Speaker 1 (11:31):
Sound of Music was on my top four and got
knocked out. Question.
Speaker 2 (11:35):
Sorry, Michael B. Jordan, Michael Andres.
Speaker 1 (11:41):
Okay, we got this one. What TV character do you
think you'll most like?
Speaker 2 (11:46):
Oh, I'm going to say not because my life is
like them in either way. But I would say I'm
a bit of a cross between Mindy from the MINDI Project.
I think we're both a bit of that way, just
the way she fantasizes things and the way she speaks,
and the way that she's in a monologue, her inner monologue,
thinking that she's in a wrong com but everything about her,
like the world not treating her way, and like just
(12:08):
like the really snarky little things that she does, and
like the way she thinks about the world. I'm just like,
it's like looking in a mirror.
Speaker 1 (12:14):
I literally had her on my list and then had
to take her off because I realized it's not like
I most like her. It's like I watched the MINDI
Project in my early twenties and made sure that my
life was to me. I just copied her.
Speaker 2 (12:27):
See I watched a bit older, and I was like,
I feel like this is like a page from my diary.
Speaker 1 (12:31):
I just literally copied her.
Speaker 2 (12:32):
I was like, that's cool.
Speaker 1 (12:32):
I want to do that.
Speaker 2 (12:33):
And I also this is and again this is why
people hate this character. But I think I have a
lot of carry Bradshaw at me in many ways.
Speaker 1 (12:38):
Yeah you do.
Speaker 2 (12:39):
And you were just like, yeah, you do the good
and the bad, but again a lot of a lot
of much of the bad.
Speaker 1 (12:46):
Like I can't see like pining after mister Big for
like the whole life.
Speaker 2 (12:49):
I no, no, when I do hang on to things,
but just like sometimes the specific things that she's selfish
about and the things she's unselfish about is more so
what I see in myself, but also sometimes just spending
frivolously on shoes and bad and kind of living a
little bit in a job essentially. Yeah.
Speaker 1 (13:06):
I also Aiden would give you the ick.
Speaker 2 (13:08):
Oh, I don't know, he's pretty tall and manly. In
the first episode, I.
Speaker 1 (13:11):
Under it broke my heart and she runs away.
Speaker 2 (13:15):
Well like Carrie, I would, I would kind of talk
myself into it, and then when it came down to
like are we getting married, I'd be like.
Speaker 1 (13:20):
Oh no, no, no, no, no, no, no, you read this wrong.
Speaker 2 (13:24):
Who else do you think you're like? Besides Mindy, have.
Speaker 1 (13:26):
You watched Insecure? Yeah, it's a right. I put down Molly,
her best friend.
Speaker 2 (13:29):
Yeah, Like I.
Speaker 1 (13:31):
Just remember that show. So when I watched it, like
Molly's whole dating life and the men she chooses and
the way she even like deals with heartbreak and friendships
and stuff just like felt so real to me. And
like she's a bad bitch. But I'm not saying I'm
a bad bitch, but.
Speaker 2 (13:47):
I think you're a bit of a that only sometimes sometimes.
Speaker 1 (13:51):
But I just found her character so cool and she
was kind of like my music. I feel like the
way she handled like stuff, I was like, I wish
I could handle stuff like that. Yeah, and then I
kind of like did this Mindy Kaling and they tried
to be like, maybe I should try doing this, but
I think she was just such a powerful side character.
And yeah, I think about her a lot. I love
(14:11):
that show. I love Insecure, So I know.
Speaker 2 (14:13):
I told Ray when I met her when I was
interview her for Barbie. But I said it, and I
said it in a really weird way where I was like,
oh my god, you're my favorite TV actress. I love you,
and she was like thanks. I think she was like,
I'm here for a movie and I was like, oh
my god, I didn't no disrespect.
Speaker 1 (14:29):
Actually I love you on TV.
Speaker 2 (14:31):
I hate yeah, I know, and she's like, I'm actually
more than a tea. No, I'm probably projecting. I just
hate when I compliment a star and they take it
the wrong way. It happens to me a lot.
Speaker 1 (14:40):
As fan girl, like probably like I'm also a creative director.
Speaker 2 (14:46):
I was just trying to say, hey girl, I like
your show, and like, yes, we're here to talk about
a movie. But also TV shows me more to people
because they're like they come into her house as a
living So that's what I wanted to say. It's like
when I was trying to tell Kim Kardashian knew she
was a hard worker, and she thought I was insulting her.
I'm not having a good run. It's fine at the
end of you Speaking of moments where we've embarrassed ourselves
or maybe not, a question we've been said is who
(15:08):
was your first interview? I don't even think I know
your Do you know? No? I don't.
Speaker 1 (15:11):
I think it was like my first year at MoMA Mia.
Speaker 2 (15:14):
Wow, and I made you do an interview.
Speaker 1 (15:17):
It was like a social interview, literally three questions. Yeah,
but still it was a series we had that I
had no idea about, and I took it so seriously.
Speaker 2 (15:27):
What's gonna happen?
Speaker 1 (15:28):
I walked in and I like tripped over like a tripod.
I didn't fall, but I like visibly yeah, and there's
really no coming back. And the celebrity was like are
you okay? And then I was like yeah. It was
I was like yeah, wait. And then our video produced
at the time, Rennie.
Speaker 2 (15:43):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (15:44):
She was so annoying because like it's a man. He
was like, are you okay? And I was like, yeah,
I'm fine, sorry, and then Rennie just came up to
me and she was like, are you sure you're a yes?
Attention to it because he was really hot.
Speaker 2 (15:57):
Okay, wait, who was it?
Speaker 1 (15:59):
I feel like you could be able to guess. I
don't know.
Speaker 2 (16:01):
I don't know a hot manument seven years ago.
Speaker 1 (16:03):
He's not like an A list Hollywood celebrity obviously.
Speaker 2 (16:06):
Oh you know, I think I do know who it is,
and I do think i've forgotten his name. Was he
on Home and Away? Okay?
Speaker 1 (16:11):
Or maybe I don't know Sam would oh bachelor? Oh yeah, yeah, yeah,
so hot. He was actually here recently and I nearly
and we were in the elevator together. He's like the nicest,
So I feel like we should get him in here
for an interview and be like, he'd like all the
times that Emily has embarrassed herself in front of you,
and you can have like a bit of a redemplsiit
and trip over a trip and he's like, I remember you.
Speaker 2 (16:31):
He's like, hey, it's like girl, my friend.
Speaker 1 (16:33):
Okay, who was yours?
Speaker 2 (16:34):
Well, I'll say my first interview when I started doing entertainment,
mum me, because I think that's what people care about.
So I wasn't even in entertainment yet. I was sort
of just starting to dip my toe in it, and
it was for Bridget Joneses Baby. So I had up
until this point just so I'd only interviewed either real
people for like real life feature stories, or i'd interview
people like accidents or like after court or something like that.
(16:56):
So I've never done something like this before. But I
think they were just like who's available, and I was like,
I'll give it a go, because I was all about
like trying new experiences and I had no idea like
what a junk it was or anything. I just like
watched the movie you wrote out.
Speaker 1 (17:09):
I have an idea what it is.
Speaker 2 (17:11):
It's so intense, and I spend hours prepping people here
among mea now when they go in to do a
junk and I'm like, then you'll go into this room
and you'll do this and you'll sit down here.
Speaker 1 (17:20):
You're actually so good at that. Like I remember when I.
Speaker 2 (17:23):
Had to who do I have to interview with Peter?
Speaker 1 (17:25):
Yeahpeter and Younger, And I was like, yeah, yeah, I've
got it, and You're like, no, we need to meet.
I was like, oh, okay, I like it's actually gonna
be Thank god we did, because like something did kind
of go wrong with like the tech in the beginning
and I was like, if you hadn't given me the
lowdown and everything that can happen and everything that should happen,
I like would have been so stressed because it was
(17:46):
like three am. I was in the office. It was
like brutal, but yeah, you're a good prepper.
Speaker 2 (17:51):
Oh thank you. Yeah.
Speaker 1 (17:52):
Well, I was like, and it's crazy because you would
have had to just learn that yourself.
Speaker 2 (17:55):
Yeah, I learned it walking into the room. So I
just got to this hotel and I just I don't
know what I thought would happen. And then they took
in all these different waiting rooms and I'm like, am
I about to be kidnapped? What's happening? And then all
of a sudden I open the door and it's full
of people and full of cameras. And I didn't realize
it was something that got filmed or that it was
so high stakes. I don't know. I was just like
a little girl from a country town who was like
in Sydney, being like, what is happening? And then I
(18:17):
walked in the room and it was Renee es Elwigger
and Patrick Dempsy because they were doing the interview together.
That was my first interview out of filmed set in
a room of fifteen people, and I had no idea
what I was doing. This is why like sometimes when
things pop U, I'm like, you gotta sink or swim.
I like literally like I felt my knees buckle because
I thought they would just be Renee and I sing
on a little couch, just the two of us for
(18:37):
like ten minutes. I didn't realize it was a production.
And I was literally like sud shaking, and I was like,
just do it, just do it. Just calm down. I'm like,
you can do this, you can do this. One good
thing about I think maybe being like someone who travels
soulo a lot and stuff, is like, I'm really good
at calming myself down. But then because they like announce
you as you walk into the room, so you're like royalty.
So they said, Laura Brodnick Mamma Mia, and then Patrick
(18:59):
Dempsy goes Mama Mia. And then he stands up and
he starts singing the Ava song Mamma Mia, and you think,
and I'm smiling because I don't know what to do,
and he sings, what you've done that Renee's standing next
to him. I probably would have just left, and he
sings the first two lines and he kind of pauses
and everyone went ha ha, like that was funny. Then
(19:19):
he kept going, Emily, he sang the whole song, the
whole song of Mama Mia, but don't you have like
five minutes but where they were just kind of standing
and like every time he was like, he paused, and
I think he was he go again. He knew all
the lyrics. It was crazy.
Speaker 1 (19:35):
On his audition tape for Mama Mate.
Speaker 2 (19:37):
He kept looking at him and smiling and laughing and
then looking at me. I think she was just like
because everyone in the room was looking at me. And
the only way I can describe it is, you know
when you're in a big group of people and everyone's
singing you happy birthday, and for the first few seconds,
you're like, well, this is cute. Everyone's looking at me,
and after a while you're like, oh, what's going on.
It's going on a long time, Like what do I
do with my hands? I'm like, my smile feels fake
(19:58):
because I'm really holding it. And then he finished and
I went, oh, I do you know what to say?
Speaker 1 (20:03):
Oh?
Speaker 2 (20:04):
And then I sat down. What a strange man, I
just I mean, I guess he was just trying to
be funny. I don't know money.
Speaker 1 (20:09):
Yeah maybe, but when you have the camera on, so
I don't have it on tape, like when I tell
people like three minutes long.
Speaker 2 (20:14):
When they tell me, yeah, I do, and can I
tell you? I felt every second. I think once he
launched into it, he was like, I've committed now. And
I think maybe because people in the room were smiling
and laughing because he's the thing. When you're a celebrity,
you get praised for doing everything, so I think they
don't know where the threshold of like when to stop
and when to start and stuff. He was like, Oh,
the room's loving this.
Speaker 1 (20:33):
I'll go, I'll keep going celebrity.
Speaker 2 (20:35):
And then we sat down. But I'm gonna say he
was lovely. And I've had a lot of shitty celebs
since then, so actually, now looking back, quite appreciate it.
And then I sat down and I didn't realize that
a JUNKT was like short, sharp questions and I was
asking them all these big, like deep questions and stuff.
But it was quite cute because Renee Szil will go,
who is the loveliest celebrity I've ever met? Again? I
got so spoiled with Maybe this is why I went
into doing this. She was like, oh, Patrick, doesn't she
(20:58):
look lovely? Look how beautiful she's done up? Isn't she
Isn't She got a lovely face and a lovely smile.
And I didn't actually think that she was lying. I
actually thought like it was so I knew it.
Speaker 1 (21:08):
I love it so much. Just a nice experience.
Speaker 2 (21:10):
And then they both hugged me. And then when Renee
came back for a movie premiere like the years later,
she came along the front of the audience where I
was standing and hugged everyone and like hugged her again,
Like I'm like, hey, friends.
Speaker 1 (21:21):
Of you, she is really sweet.
Speaker 2 (21:23):
Yeah, if only I knused some celebrities were awful, but
I didn't know that.
Speaker 1 (21:26):
Yeah, okay this one. We got to a lot of premieres.
Which famous people are the most charismatic in person? And
who's a bit of a letdown?
Speaker 2 (21:37):
Oh do you want to start? Who are you going
to say?
Speaker 1 (21:39):
I'd say most charismatic in person? That kind of surprised
me was Tom Cruise. Oh really yeah, I got the
full Tom Cruise effect when it came from Mission Impossible.
Speaker 2 (21:51):
Just from him being in front of us in the room,
like we didn't even probably talk to him, but and.
Speaker 1 (21:56):
Just like passing him and the way he was talking
to like the people on the carpet, and like he
was just so so charming.
Speaker 2 (22:03):
Yeah he is. That's why he's a movie starts so charming.
Speaker 1 (22:06):
And I was Pully like, I love that man. I
love that man.
Speaker 2 (22:09):
You like, sign me up to scientology.
Speaker 1 (22:11):
Literally, I will become a scientologist on a man. I
get it.
Speaker 2 (22:14):
Yeah, there's some celebrities that just like glow across the
entire room. I feel like this year for Fantastic Four,
like you could really It's so funny because you couldn't
feel it as much from two of the cast members,
but you could feel it from Vanessa Kirby and Pedro
Pascal quite a bit. Like sometimes people just have it
just kind of like beams through the room. You know.
He was the most charismatic person I've ever met, like
maybe I've ever interviewed, and it's the first time I've
(22:36):
ever talked to a celebrity, and I was like, I
really want to be your friend because I didn't usually
get that vibe, Like usually someone can be fun and lovely,
but I don't usually want to be their friend. But
it was Leslie Bibb from The White Lotus. Oh my
god love so played Kate and The White Lotus. So
she came to Australia for the launch of HBO. All
the White Lotus casts I interview were lovely, but she
was just like walked into the room and she was
(22:58):
funny and so interesting and so bubbly, but not in
a way that took over, in a way that made
you feel really included. And like even if I was
walking out of the door, like I was shutting the
door and she was still chatting to me. I know
she does it to everyone and it doesn't feel disingenuous.
I don't think we had a special connection. But I
was like, man, if there's a celebrit I'd love to
just hang out with, Like if you had to like
go on a trip with the one celebrity interview, it
would be Leslie bib.
Speaker 1 (23:18):
I love that so fun It seems like should be
a good time to like go on a cruise with.
Speaker 2 (23:23):
Yeah. Well, she was saying that she and Ami Lee
would in the middle of filming White Lotus would go
off and these like little girls trips together, And I
was like that would be a fun little I would
be so I'd love to be a fun, fun little
group there.
Speaker 1 (23:33):
Okay. And who is a bit of a letdown.
Speaker 2 (23:35):
Who's been a bit of a letdown? Well? Few people.
We've also got a question here about awkward interviews.
Speaker 1 (23:41):
Oh yeah, are you gonna image that?
Speaker 2 (23:43):
Can I emerge them? Yeah? Because I don't want to
trash talk to many people. Okay, Yeah, so people who
ever let down an awkward celebrity interviews because sometimes you know,
they're kind of the same thing. And I've had quite
a few this year and over the years. I just
came back to the Fantastic four thing. I will say, like,
not that they were You've.
Speaker 1 (23:58):
Had a string of back on this year.
Speaker 2 (24:02):
This year, I've had my highest tighes and my lower
flows every time an interview.
Speaker 1 (24:08):
This year we would come into the office and the
next thing and I'd be like, I'd be so.
Speaker 2 (24:11):
Scared to ask.
Speaker 1 (24:13):
It was just like either it was like such a
hidden missis and I feel like I'd like, but it's
not you. It's like the celebrities and like how they
were acting, I guess.
Speaker 2 (24:23):
And I'd just be like, oh, I don't and I
either say like it was the greatest thing ever. It's
gone viral. They've shared it across there, like with Lindsay
Lowell and Jamie Lee Curtis. I'm like, oh, it's the
only interview they've shared out of all the whole world.
Or I'm like, we can't put that on either other.
So yeah, Evan Moss, Backrack and Joseph Quinn from Fantastic Four. Again,
they weren't bad, but they just they were just over it.
(24:44):
I could kind of tell. And the thing that kind
of makes me feel slightly better is that when I
go and watch other people's interviews, if I see that
no one really got anything, then I was like, oh,
I everything I could, but it just wasn't.
Speaker 1 (24:57):
They just seem like and I'm not even your interview,
but the other interviews I saw of their flat in
that yeah, in that same junket, I was like, they
do not want.
Speaker 2 (25:05):
To be there. They seemed bored, yeah, by the questions,
and I was like, this is I mean, the thing
is I think getting paid to be that. I feel
like I kind of got them a few times weirdly,
Like I asked Emmon about it because he wasn't giving
me anything, and I was like when to ask you
a question?
Speaker 1 (25:17):
Was he actually sped Like I was like holding my
breath watching that interview, really, because like you would ask
him questions and he would do like these deep breaths,
like he'd be like and I'm like, oh my god,
is he going to start yelling at that? Like what's
going on?
Speaker 2 (25:31):
Oh my god? I almost sort of vocal.
Speaker 1 (25:33):
I'm like almost offended. I feel like I.
Speaker 2 (25:35):
Broke him at one stage because he just wasn't giving
me anything. I could tell he wasn't listening to my questions,
so I threw in a question I knew he wasn't
allowed to answer, just so I was like, Hey, you
want to tell me about the love interest that you've
got in this movie and tell me what happens between
you and atash Leone not allowed to tell me that.
I wasn't allowed to ask it, but he was just
like you could just see he just kind of shocked
him out of what he was saying, and then he
was like, oh, nice, try. You thought you'd get me
(25:58):
after lunch, but I've had media training and I was
like I had to shoot my shot. I'm like because
everyone in the cinema loved it, and he was like, really,
it was like the first time he kind of listened
to what I said, and I was like, but apart
from that, not much look an interesting intera I've had
this year, And I guess maybe it was a lot
down just because I find this person really interesting and
I would love to just sit and talk to her
for hours. And it was super awkward. But part of
(26:21):
the awkwardness was from the setup, But to be honest,
the awkwardness also came from her, and it was Dakota Johnson,
which it pains me to say, because I quite like
Dakota Johnson. I find her really interesting.
Speaker 1 (26:30):
And you don't have a good run with a nebo babies, yea.
Speaker 2 (26:32):
And what maybe Baby said said, I had not a
NEPO baby, and I have a bit of a thing.
Speaker 1 (26:37):
It was too much in this podcast. I were probably
like winning all the SEO and how much I hate them.
Speaker 2 (26:43):
I think I didn't hate her, and I genuinely loved
the movie I was talking to her about. I loved Splitsville.
I think everyone should go see it. It's probably on
a bunch of streamers by now. It was such a
great movie watching experience. And one thing is that we
were doing it over zoom, and it was a really
quick interview, and it's so hard to build a rapport.
The one thing that kind of saved me is I
had watched a whole bunch of smaller interviews with Dakota
(27:05):
Johnson in the leading to this, and I'm so glad
I did that because I think a lot of people
know the late night talk show Dakota Johnson, or when
she's doing like a big junket with her co stars
and she's really bubbly and over the top. Like if
I said to you, Dakota Johnson, you would you say,
like low KEI doesn't like to talk very serious, or
would you say Nanny wild says crazy things.
Speaker 1 (27:28):
I'd say like a ah, depends, But like if you
hadn't heard all of my stories, like you'd only seen
the viral clips of her, I think most people I
think like she comes across serious, but that's because she's
deeply sarcastic and funny.
Speaker 2 (27:39):
Yeah, I didn't get that from her at all, So
I think she was just full serious. She was just
very serious and again not rude, and I've interviewed a
lot of rude celebrities, so it wasn't that it was
just some weird disconnect, and I'm so glad. I had
watched a few interviews with her, and I kind of
already knew that when she's like on a big stage,
she's full on movie star funny, and then when she's
(28:00):
doing a small interview, she can just be like one word, answers,
looks down, doesn't know what to say. And so I
loved the movie. I really wanted to interview her. I
had to do at five am Australian times. I'm already frazzled.
Our office. The power was shut down so I couldn't
use the studio. I had to build a studio at home.
I went and came out at midnight the night before
because they didn't have the right lights, and bought a
bunch of lambs and tied them because they didn't have
(28:21):
proper lights, tied them like to the bookshelf above my desk.
It was a huge thing. I hadn't slept because by
the time I got to bed it was like four AM,
and I'm like, well, I've got to do it at
five so I might as well stay up. And then
my computer shut down before the interview, and I had it's.
Speaker 1 (28:37):
Going to be our twenty I joined twenty twenty six
Goals to get you laptop.
Speaker 2 (28:41):
It wouldn't turn on, and so by the time I
got on, I was quite frazzled. I was still like
I was like, Okay, this is good, it's here, it's happening,
and all of a sudden, she just popped on screen.
And now, from a celebrity point of view, I understand
it's a weird day for them to be doing online
press because they're sitting in a chair all day in
front of the screen, and every ten minutes a new
face pops up who asked all these questions quickly, and
(29:02):
then they go away, and then a new face pops up.
So again, that's all the hardest thing in the world.
But I understand why by the end of the day
they're a bit like over it. So she came on
and I'm trying to stuff and I said, oh, my Dakota,
I really I just want to starff by saying I
love this movie so much, and I said, I don't
say that lightly because and this is true. I was like,
it's my job towards every movie, and I really loved
this one, and she just kind of looked at me
for ages. And I'm like, oh my god, she's frozen.
(29:24):
And I'm like, oh, the tech is broken again. So
I went to look down my computer and then I
saw she move. She kind of moved her hand and like,
she's not frozen. She wasn't answering me.
Speaker 1 (29:32):
She didn't ask her a question, and I just complimented her. Yeah,
well I thought she'd say thank you, Yeah, that's not crazy.
Speaker 2 (29:38):
She just kind of nodded, and then as we went
through the interview again, it's not bad, but it's just
like I just couldn't get anything from her, Like I
was really interested the fact that she was a producer
and everyone who was in that cast was either a director,
a producer, or a writer, and it was just really
small cast, and so I was really interested in like
the creative process behind that, and she like kind of
didn't want to want to talk about it. She didn't
(30:00):
really want to talk about it, like.
Speaker 1 (30:01):
I don't want to market the movie.
Speaker 2 (30:03):
Yeah, she didn't want to talk about like her like
even like I asked her like the most boring question
the world, like what was the most memorable fun thing
to films? I'm like, well, she don't giving me anything else,
and she was like, and then she kind of recited
it as if she knew. She's like, my favorite part
film was and I'm like, okay, well, I know it
was a dumb question, but you made me ask it.
And now I'm getting defensive, which is not a good
look at me. And then all of a sudden, like
the interviewsingly over and she sort of hadn't really given
(30:23):
me anything, and she was giving me like one word answers,
and so then I just asked her about in this
moment when all the reviews are starting to come out,
does she read them all? Or does she got close
herself away just be like Artis's art I put it
out into the world or I was like, or are
you in the weeds? And she kind of like it
was the most real she got during the whole thing.
She kind of bristled a little bit, and then she
was like, you know, I have to come my producer.
(30:44):
I have to read everything. She's like, I don't give
a fuck if people like this movie or not. And
I was like, does she think that I'm talking about
Madam Web, which controversially I quite liked.
Speaker 1 (30:54):
Did you say that I'm not talking about Madame Web
by the way, I love that movie, like.
Speaker 2 (30:58):
I'm on the record, like you surge good madam web review,
I'm the only we've nail that CEO. Yeah and so,
but then she it was like okay, and then we
had to be like okay bye. So it was very
I don't know. Maybe she's also marketing move day. She's
a just so marketing a movie about breakups since she
was going through one. Well, we went on to say that,
but we both she I both do so that was
(31:20):
a bit an awkward one for this year.
Speaker 1 (31:21):
Yeah, oh my god.
Speaker 2 (31:22):
And obviously Kim Katashian haunts me.
Speaker 1 (31:25):
Yeah, we'll talk about that. I will talk about that.
That's so funny. Okay, this question, what's the best movie
to watch on a date?
Speaker 3 (31:34):
Oh?
Speaker 2 (31:34):
Yes, because very famously we did the worst movies to
watch on a date. So trying to ten movies you
can't see. But you're a big movie date watcher.
Speaker 1 (31:41):
Right, Yeah, I have the perfect movie, I think. Okay,
The Incredibles.
Speaker 2 (31:46):
Wow, okay, taught me through the process of that. It's
just one that prospective suitors, she'd be like, oh she's
put out the incredible things are getting serious.
Speaker 1 (31:53):
Yes, okay, not on a first date. I think that's
a bit weird. I don't think you want to show
up that you're an incredible super fan on a first day,
which is what might come across. I think this is
like a fifth or sixth date situation where you're just
like hanging out at home. Yeah, because it's like everyone
loves the Incredibles. Everyone's watched the Incredibles. So if you're
like getting like cozy and you're like talking a bit,
(32:15):
kissing a bit, there's no spoilers because you won't know
what's gonna happen.
Speaker 2 (32:17):
So there's nothing worse than going on a date to
the movies when maybe it's just a meeting and you're
desperate to watch the movie and the guy is trying
to like kiss your whole thing, Like God, I try
to kiss me in that Helsing, I was like, get
away from me. I was like, this is such a
great movie, Helson. Back in the day, Hugh Jackman, great
movie Monsters Everywhere plot to his score. I was like, sir,
(32:40):
not now. I was like, the brother's a were wolf
plot twist. We didn't know that was gonna happen.
Speaker 1 (32:44):
A guy tried to kiss me once an insidious I
was so scared.
Speaker 2 (32:49):
Did you just scream into his mouth.
Speaker 1 (32:51):
Well, I think he got the which is kind of
my fault because you know how I love horror movies,
but I get scared. Yeah, So I was like clutching
his arm like nails.
Speaker 2 (32:59):
And it's kind of fun.
Speaker 1 (33:00):
It's fun because it's like cute you're touching, but I
was scared. I was doing it because I was scared
not to be cute.
Speaker 2 (33:06):
Yeah, because and then he just kind of lent.
Speaker 1 (33:07):
It and I was like, no, no, no, the monster
will get back.
Speaker 2 (33:11):
Is you have a real physical reaction when you're scared,
Like your whole body starts to shake. You also, like
your voice gets really high pitched, and sometimes you also
just curl up in a little ball and like you
just and you get really rigid, and like I can
tell you don't want anyone to touch you.
Speaker 1 (33:23):
And I don't like yell when something scary happens, I
just go ill.
Speaker 2 (33:26):
Yeah, I got ill ill. And that's on a cute
side of you. You know, it's such a fine line
of what kind of horror movies you can watch on
the first date. You need like a sexy slusher, h
you can only do.
Speaker 1 (33:37):
Horror movies on a first date. If you're a horror
movie buff, yeah, and you're just like loving.
Speaker 2 (33:41):
It and nothing gory, no body for nothing like that.
Something you're like, oh yeah, needs to be a slash.
It's a bit danger. That's why I think like a
gothic horror or a vampire something.
Speaker 1 (33:50):
We always get a good sex scene in those anyway. Yeah, Wow,
The Incredible The Incredibles. It's like anime and it's also funny,
so you will be laughing. You can still be cozy
and like it's cute.
Speaker 2 (34:01):
Okay.
Speaker 1 (34:02):
I think most animations and I like still hold up
like Cars is a good one.
Speaker 2 (34:06):
I've never seen her. You shouldn't watch on my first date. Things.
I'm be like, wait the blots me because.
Speaker 1 (34:12):
It's such a good movie.
Speaker 2 (34:13):
You'll be way too good.
Speaker 1 (34:16):
Okay, this one, and I think this is inspo from
Ariana and Cynthia describe each other's auras.
Speaker 2 (34:23):
You know, I don't know this stuff. What's in like
an aura?
Speaker 1 (34:25):
Like?
Speaker 2 (34:27):
And will describe me.
Speaker 1 (34:29):
The aura is like the light you see around people. Yeah,
the colors like when you look at someone like what
do you see?
Speaker 2 (34:36):
Okay? Okay, can I tell you a really awful story quickly?
Is that I went to interview Celest Barber for her
show well Mania, and before you went into interview her,
you could do these little health things and they had
an aura readA there and they take and I said,
for her ages. Can I guess you know you don't
want this because I said there for ages? And finally
I thought it was broken. She goes, I've never seen
(34:58):
this before, but here you go. Here's a little picture.
And it was all cloudy and dark and blue and
different colors. And she's like, it's what I meant to
look like that. And I was like, oh my god.
Speaker 1 (35:05):
What.
Speaker 2 (35:07):
I was like, am I have the photo? I think?
So I find it.
Speaker 1 (35:13):
I burnt dark.
Speaker 2 (35:15):
Their was shaking when she gave it to me. She's like,
she's like, it's not supposed to look like that. I
don't know why it's done that. I'm like, oh, I'm
like I probably should have gotten like burnt it in
a graveyard at midnight.
Speaker 1 (35:23):
We made to bury that, okay. I wouldn't say Yours
is that?
Speaker 2 (35:26):
Okay?
Speaker 1 (35:26):
Yours is like a deep burg in d And I
think it has like flex of like gold throughout it.
Speaker 2 (35:34):
That's so pretty.
Speaker 1 (35:35):
Yeah, I think that's you.
Speaker 2 (35:36):
What does that mean?
Speaker 1 (35:37):
I don't know.
Speaker 2 (35:38):
Oh, okay, that's just what I see when I look
at you. Okay, what's fine? You're like, she looks good
in an autumn tone yours. I feel like I'm gonna
let you down. You look so excited about this, and
I just don't know anything about aras.
Speaker 1 (35:47):
What colors do you see when you look at me?
Speaker 2 (35:49):
It's weird, Actually do see colors like I never thought
about that before, but I do. You won't like it, though,
because I feel like one side is like a It's
almost like a this is the weirdest thing we've ever done. Spot.
This show is getting shut down for sure. It's like
pale pink getting darker pink, and then there's like a
darker blue on this side. I don't know what that means.
Speaker 1 (36:08):
Well, what like a gender reveal party? What do you mean?
Speaker 2 (36:12):
No, you just got.
Speaker 1 (36:17):
I don't want that.
Speaker 2 (36:18):
Anyone who actually does is professionally is screaming right now.
Speaker 1 (36:23):
My right side is pink and my left side is blue.
Speaker 2 (36:25):
Yeah, but different shades and things. I think it's like
bright and cool. It's like different, and some of it's
really dark and some of its pastly, because long as
you do have a pastly fun, really girly energy. But
then you there's darker flecks in there. You're talking about
me about your face. I'm even stressed out that you
made me think about this, because, as you know, I
don't believe in such things. And the one time I've
had it done, she told me I had like a
(36:46):
demon a touch to my soul.
Speaker 1 (36:47):
Sorry to bring up that.
Speaker 2 (36:49):
Thank you for that.
Speaker 1 (36:51):
Okay, oh this one, Okay, we got a spicy one.
Oh my god, what which celebrity couple would you have
a threesomewhere? Can you guess mine? We've genuinely said this
out loud on a podcast.
Speaker 2 (37:01):
I've probably blocked this out, but I'm sure as soon
as you say it, I'll be like, yeah, that's inappropriate.
Speaker 1 (37:06):
Scarlet your hands and then Colin Joe of.
Speaker 2 (37:08):
Course, of course, because you're equally.
Speaker 1 (37:09):
In love with both. I love them botes so much,
but Colin a little bit.
Speaker 2 (37:13):
Oh, I don't know. I know.
Speaker 1 (37:14):
I think it changes. I think it changes consistently. Right now,
I'm probably Scarlet more interesting.
Speaker 2 (37:20):
It's so funny because when I look at them, I
do not get a sixty vibe like I find them
sexy people, but they have this cute like that at
the moment, they're just like we this cute little funny
mom and dad energy bumping around the house like like
she's accepting an award on like a video camera and
he dun't slime on her head and they pretend to fight,
and I don't know, they're just so cutesy. I don't
know if I want to.
Speaker 1 (37:38):
Be like, hey, okay, can I guess yours?
Speaker 2 (37:41):
Okay, please do because I can't think of anyone. Don't
say anyone weird. Don't say anyone weird.
Speaker 1 (37:46):
I don't want to say it.
Speaker 2 (37:51):
Why are you thinking about who i'd have a throwsome
withd What are you thinking about that?
Speaker 1 (37:56):
Meryl Streep and Ma Shot.
Speaker 2 (37:59):
No, I have so much respect for them. I'd be like, guys,
I'm so sorry, absolutely not. I would never subject you
to such a thing. It's not because they're older. I
just think they're both too good for me. I couldn't.
I wouldn't even again.
Speaker 1 (38:12):
They'd be quite kinky.
Speaker 2 (38:13):
I reckon, they would be the sexy little kiss as
they do when they know they're getting papped. Yeah. I
can't believe that's who you thought of for me.
Speaker 1 (38:20):
Oh my god, I don't know why the Street.
Speaker 2 (38:23):
She's like my favorite actress that ruined it for me.
Speaker 1 (38:25):
It would be a good one. But they're broken up.
Speaker 2 (38:28):
Now, Oh that's okay. Sometimes that's better.
Speaker 1 (38:30):
Zoe Kravitz and chatting Tate. Oh my god, yes, that
would be amazing.
Speaker 2 (38:34):
Yeah, Zoe Kravitz and chatting Tater because he was so
hot with her and.
Speaker 1 (38:39):
She made him so hot since then.
Speaker 2 (38:41):
I can't believe how fast your stock went up when
they date it and how quickly it fell. And it's
not even just like how we speak about him, it's
his aura. It's like he knows that's an aura I
can read.
Speaker 1 (38:52):
It's like it was like he's got your cloudy always.
Speaker 2 (38:55):
Bursting like bright red and sexy when he was dating Zoe,
and now it's just beige. But yeah, the peak after
they just releaselink twice when they were like slinking off
down the back steps of the Meta and he's like
got his tye in his hand and she's wearing a
little C three sparkly dress and they walked off into
the night. That eraror absolutely, that was a great time.
Speaker 1 (39:16):
I also had when I was younger.
Speaker 2 (39:18):
We got so many won.
Speaker 1 (39:20):
Zach E Frond and Vanessa Hutgins.
Speaker 2 (39:21):
Oh see, they're a little bit cutesy for me.
Speaker 1 (39:23):
Oh yeah they were.
Speaker 2 (39:24):
I don't know about that.
Speaker 1 (39:25):
I mean they were of age.
Speaker 2 (39:27):
They were both of age.
Speaker 1 (39:28):
I was a young one.
Speaker 2 (39:31):
You were the one who was being inappropriate. This is
a fun game. Every time a news slid couple gets
together this year, we should be like, would we have
a threesome with them? That's our new twenty six segment
that weren't like that. It really makes you think.
Speaker 1 (39:42):
Yeah, I'm trying to think of more.
Speaker 2 (39:44):
Yeah, please do. This is a fun game. I was
like you saying this sled names and then we can
say yes or no. Although the Martin shot at Meryl
Street one has really stayed with me. Was she going
to erase that from my memory? What about Travis and Taylor?
What's your buy there?
Speaker 1 (40:00):
I think they're too tall for me. I think I
get lost in the chaos.
Speaker 2 (40:03):
See for me? Travis, Yes, like, I think he'd be
really good to be per perfect for you. I know
he's a good one night's stand. I just think I
want to hang out with Taylor. I just don't think
I can. But you can hang out after I don't know,
it'd be different, we'd ruin our friendship.
Speaker 1 (40:15):
It doesn't need to be a room situation.
Speaker 2 (40:16):
Ruin the friendship.
Speaker 1 (40:17):
It's that it's about you, it's about.
Speaker 2 (40:21):
Me and looking up. No, Travis, I do love a meathead,
so like for one night that would be quite Yeah,
that's why.
Speaker 1 (40:28):
You need to get into sports more.
Speaker 2 (40:30):
That's the reason. Selena and Benny No, I'm teking who
people get married this.
Speaker 1 (40:34):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (40:34):
I love them both individually. No, no, no, I feel
like there's too much. I mean it's in a loving way.
Too much in the Rusie's in that room, like she
would be stressed. That would be him stress. That would
making me mistress? What is this mean? And what are
we doing? And Selena being like, but do you respect me?
I'm really smart and I'd be like, oh, this is
really hard. I can't that's the emotional work.
Speaker 1 (40:54):
What about a throwback Pete Davidson and Kim Kardashian. Absolutely, Yeah,
that's a good. Yeah.
Speaker 2 (40:59):
You can just tell that they had the hottest sex together.
Speaker 1 (41:01):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (41:02):
She told her grandma they had sex in front of
the fire, and her grandmother was like in public and
She's like no, no, MJ at home and I was like,
you know what from the Grandma.
Speaker 1 (41:10):
That was a fair question here, MJ.
Speaker 2 (41:12):
She was like, I just want to know what's coming out.
Speaker 1 (41:15):
Oh MGK and Meghan Fox.
Speaker 2 (41:17):
Oh, you know, yes, really, I think i'd be nervous
because I'm like, Wow, this is gonna be an all
night thing. The logistics are entire.
Speaker 1 (41:23):
I think it would be quite scary with them. They'd
be blood involved, for sure.
Speaker 2 (41:26):
You know, I think they talk a big game, but
the people who talk a big game, it's never as
intense behind the scenes. When they said that we have sex,
that makes the devil blush, I'm like, I just don't
think that's true.
Speaker 1 (41:36):
You can't be saying that out loud.
Speaker 2 (41:39):
They did say it out loud, that people are.
Speaker 1 (41:41):
Actually things you can't say out loud, and that's one
of them.
Speaker 2 (41:45):
I'm them together, guys, get back together and go public again.
The thing is people who are actually having sex that
good are off actually off having sex that good is
and they keep it as like a little thing for themselves.
They're not out there being like we had sex today
and yesterday and then we did this, and we did this,
and we did this, Like it's just too much of
a camera.
Speaker 1 (42:01):
I've got a good one, Okay, the whole pot is
just okay, the last one. Yeah, the Coldplay couple cop like.
Speaker 2 (42:15):
Picture of these faces look like you know what I do.
Love a solutious affair. You give me that friend sneaking around.
But I don't know if either of them because I
got them hugging each other, yes, them pulling apart and squirming.
I got the Ichno, that's my thought on that. It's
a complex thought. Every time a new Slub couple gets together.
Speaker 1 (42:39):
Yeah, there should be a recurring question.
Speaker 2 (42:40):
Yeah, every time a new Slob couple gets together.
Speaker 1 (42:42):
