Speaker 1 (00:11):
You're listening to Amma Mia podcast.

Speaker 2 (00:14):
Mamma Mia acknowledges the traditional owners of land and Waders
that this podcast is recorded on.

Speaker 1 (00:30):
The Good Morning Spillers and Happy Thursday.

Speaker 3 (00:32):
I hope your bed was warm, your dreams were sweet,
and this morning's coffee was as strong as the urge.
I get to cut curtain bangs every time I see
a photo of Dakota Johnson. Do not let me do
what my hair is curly. It won't even look good.
I'm at London and I'm delighted to get you caught
up on everything happening amongst the stars today. We've got
everything from Pete Davidson's big baby news to the massive
music festival that is literally on fire. So let's pour

(00:56):
the tea or should I say the matai that's what
they call tea in Chile, because Pedro Pascal is Chilean.

Speaker 1 (01:02):
First up host of The spill.

Speaker 3 (01:03):
Laura Brodnick breathed the same air as Pedro Pascal and
the rest of the cast of Fantastic Four yesterday when
she sat down for an interview, and I want to
hater for it, but she's actually a really nice and
talented person. So instead I just have to say, Bravo, Laura, Bravo.
She recorded us this little voice note minutes after wrapping.

Speaker 2 (01:22):
Hi Spillers, this is Laura. So I just interview the
entire main cast for the Fantastic four First Steps, Yes,
including Pedro Pascal, and hears everything that you wanted him
to be. He told me about what it was like
working with his class, He told me some behind the
scenes secrets, and at one point in our interview he
did start crying, which made me cry. So you can
hear the full interview on the Spill at three pm

(01:44):
and just get ready because this is one of the
most special interviews we've ever had on the Spill.

Speaker 3 (01:49):
Next up, he used to be bde and now he
has big dad energy. Pete Davidson is going to be
a papa with his girlfriend Elsie Hewitt.

Speaker 1 (01:58):
Sources close to the couple say they're due towards the
end of the year.

Speaker 3 (02:02):
They made the announcement on Instagram with a caption, whelp,
now everyone knows we had sex.

Speaker 1 (02:07):
That's pretty funny.

Speaker 3 (02:08):
The couple have been dating since, and of course, in
the past, Pete has dated Ariana Grande, Kate Beckhasale Kim
Kardashian and others.

Speaker 1 (02:16):
Good on you, Pete.

Speaker 3 (02:17):
Stick around because up next, Barack and Michelle Obama finally
address those divorce rumors. Back into it with the former
President of the United States, Barack Obama, who is sixty
three years old now but looks fifty and to be honest,
I still would. He was a guest on his wife's podcast,
I Am Oh in my opinion, I think that stands for,

(02:37):
which she co hosts with her brother Craig Robinson. The
pair wasted no time in addressing those rumors of their separation,
which just seemed to keep cropping up. Now, this happened
before they were officially recording, was kind of like an
off air recording, which makes it feel even more authentic.

Speaker 1 (02:53):
Wait, you guys like each other? Oh yeah, really, that's
the rumor mill.

Speaker 2 (03:06):
Now, don't start. I can't.

Speaker 1 (03:10):
It's so nice room, I know.

Speaker 3 (03:14):
Because when we aren't, folks think we're divorced.

Speaker 2 (03:18):
Theease are the kinds of things I just miss, right,
So I don't even know this stuff's going on.

Speaker 3 (03:24):
Michelle then made a heartfelt admission about her relationship with
her husband of almost thirty three years. She said, there
hasn't been one moment in our marriage where I thought
about quitting my man.

Speaker 1 (03:33):
She said, We've had some.

Speaker 3 (03:34):
Really hard times, but we've had a lot of fun times,
a lot of adventures, and I've become a better person
because of the man I'm married to. Get at Michelle
and finally, this is a crazy one. Tomorrowland is one
of the biggest music festivals on the planet, taking place
in Belgium and celebrating dance and edm. Some of this
year's headliners include Martin Garricks, David Ghett and Steve Aoki.

(03:55):
But Insane news the main sage is actually caught fire
a day from the festival's kickoff. Now, the main stage
with Tomorrowland looks like the Disneyland Castle.

Speaker 1 (04:04):
It is so over the top, it's so big, and.

Speaker 3 (04:06):
This is like the main sage, not some kind of
side sage. So absolutely insane. In a statement on their Instagram,
authorities have said they plan to go with both weekends
still going ahead as planned. The campus can come tomorrow
and they're going to try and figure something out for
the main stage. But I feel like if any country
can rebuild a music festival stage within twenty four hours precision,

(04:29):
it's going to be Belgium.

Speaker 1 (04:30):
So good luck to everybody on the team there. And
that's it for your Morning Tea. Thank you so much
for tuning in.

Speaker 3 (04:36):
Don't forget The Spill drops every weekday at three pm
for a deep dive into all the pop culture moments
you need to know. Morning Tea is hosted and produced
by me Ash London with executive producer Manisha Is Swarren.
