Dating with an STI can be hard, but it's definitely not uncommon. This week, we explore the stigma related to STIs and get some advice from a listener who has been dating with her herpes diagnosis for 4 years, and speak to Dr Ginni Mansberg about how to make sure you're practicing safe sex.

Plus, Em breaks down the four stages of grieving a situationship, aka a relationship that never passed the casual stage.
