Speaker 1 (00:00):
So you have no issue that you're living in someone
else's shadow because you're so good with yourself.

Speaker 2 (00:09):
All life is an endless series of train wrecks with
only brief commercial breaks of how until you got to
check out my vibe here? It's I don't want to
turn my computer screen right now, but I feel as
if like my vibe in this room, it's like a
little cozy milk spaceship. What's your Let's start a new segment.
We're going to start every episode with a vibe check.

(00:30):
What's your what's your vibe right now?

Speaker 1 (00:32):
Yeah? Right, love this Our vibe is high in here.
The drinks trolley just came around.

Speaker 2 (00:38):
You have a drinks child.

Speaker 3 (00:40):
Sponsored by the Olympics, apparently, Jillian me. We're sitting in
the studio like just before you jumped onto this call,
and someone knocks on the door of the studio and
opens up and they're like, do you want to drink?
This is the drink trolley and they they leaned forward
to hand us a bag of chips and instantly spilled

(01:01):
like half their boor tragic.

Speaker 2 (01:06):
Studio too.

Speaker 3 (01:07):
Yeah, facts, it was not good.

Speaker 2 (01:09):
I don't even get that at this hotel.

Speaker 3 (01:12):
So that's our vibe.

Speaker 2 (01:13):
My vibe over here is spaceship. I'm in a spaceship
and I'm exhausted. Guys, I just got to pay Marley.

Speaker 1 (01:17):
Your vibe is Golden Hour. Honestly, your shirt is giving
Golden Hour and which we just said, how nice is
the sunlight on Marley? And Marley said, it's his light.
It's a ring light or something.

Speaker 2 (01:28):
Literally so dull outside it is not the sunlight at all,
but it's going to be hard. It's cooler over here
than the south of France. Guys, it's nice out here
in Paris.

Speaker 1 (01:38):
Oh yeah, Marley's hit Paris and Lynn.

Speaker 2 (01:40):
One her kid Paris. Marley in Paris forget yeah, hold on,
let me. I'm not forgetting that against the tellies, guys.
We're going to get into that. We're going to get
into We're going to get into a lot today. Tell
just an update on the ground as I'm here in Paris. Literally,
the Olympics is insane but huge. One tell yes. I

(02:01):
got a lot of the listeners and people on Instagram.
I put up a I put up a poet, well
what do you call it? A question? Question box on
a question box on my Instagram story and a lot
of people are asking a lot of questions, so we're
going to hit that at the end of this part.

Speaker 1 (02:17):
Okay, stay tuned. Is that what the people say? Stay tuned?

Speaker 2 (02:20):
I think I think it's stay tuned. I think that's
I think that's good enough. Yeah, what have you been? What?
I feel like? This has been? Obviously the Olympics is crazy.
A lot's going on. But can I get We've got
to buy a check? Now? Tell what have you? What's
been going on with you?

Speaker 1 (02:32):
Well, this has been a very expensive week for me.
I appreciate you. Okay, oh true? Actually, well half of
my expenses Marley were actually on behalf of you and
Linn because I think we've come to America.

Speaker 3 (02:48):
But yes, you're going to visit Marley in America.

Speaker 1 (02:51):
Now I'm going to his damn wedding.

Speaker 3 (02:53):
Damn wedding.

Speaker 1 (02:54):
How could I forget? Let's go now say that because
he's got an Olympian fiance, So now I have to
say I'm actually going to Lin's wedding, not Marley's wedding.

Speaker 3 (03:06):
Sorry, yeah, who has the most out right? Now? I'm sorry?
It might honestly probably.

Speaker 2 (03:11):
Is when all Lynn's legs leave has the most clout
right now. But when we get into that legs leave
later on too. Let's not let's not go too crazy yet.
My life's been crazy out here. It's good to be
in Paris. Lynd just won against against Australia against the Tillies,
which was a very controversial game for myself. Don't mean
to make this.

Speaker 1 (03:28):
About yourself, all dark, I run the problem.

Speaker 2 (03:34):
I was in very hostile territory, even though like I
felt like I was at home. I felt like almost
as if do you remember till when when we were
younger and we'd just be in one of our brother's
bedrooms and they didn't want us there. That's how I felt.
As I was sitting in the stands amongst all of
these Australian fans. We thought I was some sort of

(03:54):
impost I felt like an.

Speaker 1 (03:55):
Impost accent as well.

Speaker 2 (03:59):
Yeah, it was tough.

Speaker 1 (04:00):
Did you just have to say sorry, wife is American
and she's playing.

Speaker 2 (04:04):
I got to that with one of the fans. I
got to that with one of them, as.

Speaker 1 (04:07):
Long as you explained it to someone.

Speaker 3 (04:09):
Wait, so, Mally, you were sitting you were sitting among Australians.

Speaker 2 (04:13):
I was sitting amongst my own but I felt like
an imposta, you know what I mean, And you know,
us Aussie's were loud and proud, but I liked it.
I enjoyed that. But at the same time, we got
some hostile, you know Aussie's out there that are just
you know, Tilly's, Tilly's are strong. And then to have
Lynn play against my home country, Yeah, that's always one hilarious,

(04:35):
but two just yeah, it's just wild, you know?

Speaker 1 (04:37):
Is that just luck of the drawer? Like what's the
chances that Lynn plays Australia? Is that like London?

Speaker 2 (04:43):
I feel like yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, it's all just yeah, yeah,
you can't. You don't pick who you play against. But
I feel like we've played against and I say wee
as in the US have played against Australia.

Speaker 1 (04:54):
So many times.

Speaker 2 (04:55):
Yeah maybe it was yeah, maybe it was at the
World Cup.

Speaker 1 (04:57):
What do you mean did she not verse a Astralia
when she It was two years ago. I was there
in Newcastle. I drove you to Newcastle to watch.

Speaker 3 (05:07):
Yes, we literally drove to.

Speaker 1 (05:14):
And then I met where it was literally I met
Miley's girlfriend at the time, and she was on these
giant tour American coaches and it was just like all
these American girls in their soccer out vision and I
was like whoa. I was like, what is this is
a different world.

Speaker 2 (05:29):
Let me add that Tilly drove me two hours? Did
it take us two hours to.

Speaker 1 (05:33):
Get to new It was a four hour around trip.

Speaker 2 (05:35):
Four hour around trip and I literally had a ticket
there for Tilly and She's like, no, I don't want
to go in. I want to sleep in the car.
And I'm like, what do you.

Speaker 1 (05:43):
Mean, Okay, give some when Maley comes. I work morning
and night and I fit in everything we can do
in between. I was literally exhausted. Like we got home
at like two am and I had to go to
work at six. Like I was rocked that week. I
was just waiting for you to go home.

Speaker 3 (06:03):
I'm so tired.

Speaker 2 (06:05):
Yeah, yeah, that you were. You were.

Speaker 1 (06:08):
Now watching her play, setting my alarm to watch at
three am like that. I honestly should have gone and
watched the Newcastle game.

Speaker 2 (06:16):
But that's for but anyways, let me let me give
you more of a review. It was a nerve wrecking game.
We needed to We needed to win or tie that
one to make sure we got out of the group
at first and then make it to Paris, which is
why we're here now. We won two to one, absolutely
insane that Tilly's had a goal very late and it
was getting very nerve wrecking. But yeah, just being amongst

(06:38):
amongst the crazy Aussies that we are was was hilarious.
There was blow up kangaroos, there were guys, guys dressed
up and full on Aussie kids like yeah.

Speaker 1 (06:50):
But dud, don't you reckon? The Americans went harder because
on like all the screen when I was watching, when
they zoom in on fans, it was like Americans like
shaking their tits and stuff and like these shiny outfits
and everything like they were. Yeah, they looked more hardcore.

Speaker 2 (07:05):
I could say, yes, and I would usually expect them
to be. But around again, around my section, I was
just around a bunch of Ausies, so all I could
see was Australians and then obviously our little family section
as well of the players' families. But what a game, guys,
Mitchill's thinking about it. We're onto Paris, onto the next.

Speaker 1 (07:23):
Okay, wait, Molly, before we're onto the next. Just out
of interest, would you say there was a bit of
a difference not having like Sam Kerr there.

Speaker 2 (07:32):
Yeah, of course. I mean Sam's one of the best
forwards in the world, one of the best players in
the world. It's a huge, huge hit to the Matilda's
not having Sam there. They prepared for a while without her.
She you know, went down with an acl injuries, so
they understood that there was no hope that she was
going to play in the Olympics. Yeah, and they still
I know, Australia as a whole had high expectations for

(07:56):
them to meddle, you know, hence all of the pressure
and the scrutiny on their head coat, which now, but
not having Sam there is I mean you got to
put the ball in the back of the net to
win games, right, So not having your main goalscorer there
is is a tough hit for the team for sure.
And she's just awesome to watch. It's great energy.

Speaker 1 (08:13):
Favorite y.

Speaker 3 (08:17):
Is like so crushing and it makes you think of like,
you know those moments where like who was that swimmer
who had a false start and then he's just disqualified.

Speaker 2 (08:26):
You're just four years of preparation years one, especially in track, Yes,
especially in track when they when they get disqualified or
have a full start, it makes me want to just crumble.

Speaker 1 (08:41):
Someone fell over the other day and it was a refugee.

Speaker 2 (08:44):
Why are you laughing? Why are you laughing? I see
her laughing and she says it.

Speaker 1 (08:49):
It was still funny, like how did you trip? You're
an idiot?

Speaker 2 (08:52):
But still, oh my god. Regardless, Okay again, were we
talking about it last But hold on for everyone listening,
if you have a list, there's a lot more Olympic
gus there as well. But yeah, we were talking about
what the couch sitters that are eating whatever, ice cream
and all that.

Speaker 1 (09:08):
Yeah, eating our top deck right now, talking about these
top athletes.

Speaker 3 (09:16):
Wait, speaking of top athletes, have you guys been doing
the Olympics challenge? Oh yeah, Olympian challenge that we set
because we for those who don't know, last week we
said a challenge that for the next two weeks we're
going to do this crazy morning routine together and just
be peak athletes like these Olympians. I for one, definitely
know that I'm letting the team down. So I hope
that you too.

Speaker 1 (09:37):
Are loves well there are Yeah, you know what.

Speaker 3 (09:46):
I've been setting my alarm at five am.

Speaker 1 (09:48):
Have you gotten so technically I've done the same and
not working up is a loophole.

Speaker 3 (09:57):
Look, I'm like, it's dark outside, good night, five A
that counts like technically I'm waking up with five lemon water.
Lemon water to start. Honestly, I can.

Speaker 1 (10:09):
Make your stomach flatter. I'll attest to that.

Speaker 2 (10:11):
I think that it makes you feel.

Speaker 1 (10:13):
Yeah, I'm actually down a kilo.

Speaker 2 (10:16):
Breakdown.

Speaker 1 (10:17):
I know, well, it's just been eating healthy. Yeah, but
we'll continue on next week. I just need to it's
that five am that I need to hit. That one
hour makes a big difference.

Speaker 2 (10:30):
I was. I was completely gaslighting you, Grace, because I
just the five a ms have not been in my agenda.
I need every little answer.

Speaker 3 (10:40):
Throwing me under the bus.

Speaker 2 (10:42):
What's new? Next week is my week? Right, let's get
back onto that Olympic challenge.

Speaker 3 (10:48):
Yeah sounds good. But back to the Tillies.

Speaker 2 (10:50):
Okay, yeah, back to the Tillies. Now it's looking like
the coaches, you know, stepping down and moving on and yeah,
that's sports are tough guys.

Speaker 1 (10:59):
Really, to their defense was incredible, amazing to say it was. Yeah,
for anyone that didn't watch and like speaking as somebody
who's just like played soccer through high school and no
more than that I was very impressed. Given it was
in USA's half of the field, I would say ninety
percent of the game. Yeah, in the circumstances, they did

(11:22):
so well or.

Speaker 2 (11:23):
True, I agree, yeah, yeah, they're so well coached, so
well coached.

Speaker 1 (11:28):
I was also so impressed by the goalkeepers. I kept
saying to my mom, I'm like, how do they Every
time it kicks, I feel a stab in my stomach.
I'm right, I'm like, how do these people perform under
this pressure? Because especially the goalkeeper I do.

Speaker 2 (11:43):
Yeah's crazy. Yeah, it's one of the it would be
one of the most stressful positions to play. Wait till
I just thought of something now that I just remembered
your cousin Kaya, Yeah, to go. So I was walking, yeah, Kaya,
who was an amazing, amazing athlete as well. I was
walking because because I've got so much Aura, guys, and
I'm just so. But there was a lot of people

(12:06):
that obviously I I took photos with and signed signed
autographs and everything. But don't worry later, Well, I'm not messing.
I'm not messing. That is the truth. This is every
game for me. Come on, this is this is regular Aura. Yeah,
I'm cloud. Let's leave it at that, but I walked

(12:26):
past this this girl who's like, oh my god, I'm
Kaya's friend. Can we take a photo and send it
to Kaya? I'm like, I love Kaya. So that was funny.
I couldn't wait to tell you that was she Olympia. No, no,
she was a fan. She was a fan.

Speaker 1 (12:39):
She was she an Olympic fan, or she was genuinely.

Speaker 2 (12:42):
Just in Paris an Olympic fan at the game.

Speaker 1 (12:45):
Okay, all right, because at the game, my cousin, Yeah,
my cousin, Jakiah actually played rugby and we are about.

Speaker 2 (12:55):
To move on to Olympic still playing.

Speaker 1 (12:57):
Sorry, she played rugby seven's. She was so trying to
get into the last Olympics. So and then she left
rugby seven's and has moved at an NRL maybe women's league. Anyway,
Charlotte Kaslick used to be She used to be in
a team with her. And Charlotte is like the Simone
Biles of rugby sevens.

Speaker 2 (13:19):
Right, yeah, yeah, how old.

Speaker 1 (13:21):
Oh I'd say she's about thirty and like her and
Kaya got along because she's got like a countryman like
I don't know, like they were always good friends. She
was good to Kaya anyway, Kaya used to be in
this team, unfortunately didn't make the Olympics and is now
like one of the top players in the women's league. Anyway,
Charlotte kas Leak. Yeah, we love you Kaya. So Charlotte basically,

(13:45):
if you don't know her, look her up. She's on
the face of all those tradey ads. She posted a
photo after the Olympics and was I need to get
exactly what she set up. She was like, we were
were first one's off the field, but first one's on
the drinks or something.

Speaker 3 (14:04):
That is after they lost, after they.

Speaker 2 (14:08):
Lost, after they lost. Yeah, it's right. Wait did she
post this on Instagram? Because again, I'm only just getting
Wi fi guys like I have been in Marseille where
I've hadn't so I've been under a rock the last week.

Speaker 3 (14:22):
You're the one at the Olympics Trump.

Speaker 2 (14:27):
Oh my god, look at that? Are they in a
club in Great Wait?

Speaker 1 (14:30):
I can't read it because it's cut in half. What
does it say? Grace?

Speaker 3 (14:34):
So it's like a Blue Tinge kind of clubby photo
and it's her with a drink in her hand, looking
absolutely fire, and it says on it fourth on it,
but always first off it.

Speaker 2 (14:46):
When we tell you one thing. It just means you're
an absolute weapon. I get from that is you're an
absolute weapon. Charlotte. I think you're a weapon. Live your life, girlfriend,
you know what I mean. You've just you've just competed
at the Olympics. Obviously didn't get the result that you wanted.
But look, she's what you said. She was thirty, right,
like she's twenty nine. But we party twenty nine whatever,

(15:06):
like we we part like, good on you, good on you.

Speaker 1 (15:10):
I get about Marley. I honestly was expecting you to
go the other way.

Speaker 2 (15:14):
Guys. I'm just so like, can we all just chill out?
Do you know what I mean?

Speaker 1 (15:18):
Like we're amen? Is Molly? You know my friend Pete? Yes,
all those guys there are her cousins.

Speaker 2 (15:29):
It's gonna say, where do these lads come from?

Speaker 3 (15:32):
He knows the lads like MASSI.

Speaker 2 (15:35):
Knows the boys. Yeah, serious lads that the party for sure.

Speaker 3 (15:43):
Love it.

Speaker 1 (15:44):
Okay, Marley, I thought you were going to take the
other route, but I found the route to pissed off
that she's drinking and she's out and about right after
the Olympics.

Speaker 2 (15:54):
But what is that?

Speaker 3 (15:55):
Well, Okay, it's like they expect her to be like
really down and back about this about the loss, and
then like go stare at a brick wall for an
hour and think about what. Yes, you know, it's.

Speaker 2 (16:07):
Like, yes, that shouldn't be like we're all human, we're
all like you've just again now that I'm like and
even beforehand, but I'm really in the mix right and
I'm seeing firsthand, well I've seen for the last eight
eight nine years, firsthand with Lynn, just how much work
these girls put into this. And again were talking about
it before. You you work out for you know, you train,

(16:29):
you mentally, prepare, you physically, put your body through everything
it can for four years to prepare for this moment.
You don't get the result you want, but yeah, you
get a good result. It should be congratulated anyway. And
the last one to leave the club, you know.

Speaker 3 (16:43):
What I mean, we're getting a drink trolley rolled into
the studio. Yeah, you know, on and afternoon it's got past. Yeah,
I think she can go to the club after them.

Speaker 2 (16:53):
I'll tell you. I'll tell you who should go to
the club after this Olympics is Simone Biles. Guys, have
you guys been watching have you guys been watching it?
Apparently she's the smaller can we get this fact athlete?
I think she's four eight?

Speaker 3 (17:06):
She saw, you know what? I saw an interview with
her once and she goes she was answering like myths
about gymnastics, and one of the questions was like, does
gymnastics stunt your growth? And she goes, here, I am
at four foot eight, so possibly.

Speaker 2 (17:25):
Photo and shaky. Let me tell you I've met Shack before.
He's got the biggest hands ever. He could honestly probably
palm her by the hand and like left her right
like his hands are so huge.

Speaker 1 (17:36):
Oh, she's amazing. Okay, And Marley, did you see? Actually
you didn't see because you've seen nothing yet somehow you're
at paras Olympics anyway, so many cool celebrities were watching
her perform.

Speaker 2 (17:49):
So we've got yeah, Kendall.

Speaker 1 (17:51):
Kendall, Jennu really okay, Okay, we'll ad Gaga, Ariana Grande,
Nina de brev Snoop Dog, Jonas, Marley.

Speaker 2 (18:01):
Ban Doollo celebrities out at the Olympics at the moment, guys,
keep your eyes out.

Speaker 3 (18:06):
All the A listers were there.

Speaker 1 (18:10):
But do you think it's so interesting that like all
these big celebrities have gone to watch her like they're
just like normal people.

Speaker 2 (18:17):
No, no, Simon's the gohast.

Speaker 1 (18:19):
Okay, there we go, she's appearing. It's not the Olympics,
is that correct?

Speaker 2 (18:24):
Yeah? Yeah? Like have you seen this girl flip in
the air? I mean, who wouldn't want to pay flip
and dollars in France, in Paris to watch a woman
of her just like ability and talent do her thing
like it's the cool Like you're never going to see
this again?

Speaker 1 (18:42):
Remember we would?

Speaker 2 (18:46):
I can't even get any tickets here the tickets, guys.
I want to go to other events now I'm in Paris.
It's so difficult to get tickets to like any event.

Speaker 1 (18:56):
This is one of the questions that people wise or
it's hard to get them.

Speaker 2 (19:00):
What's the reason you're hard to get them? Yeah? To
get them?

Speaker 1 (19:02):
Interesting?

Speaker 2 (19:03):
Wow, really hard to get them.

Speaker 1 (19:04):
Well, people aren't getting tickets, but apparently twelve point seven
million people watch someone bios perform for her gymnastics routine.

Speaker 2 (19:12):
So think about that, Tilly for a second. Have you
have you ever.

Speaker 1 (19:15):
Three times the Australian population?

Speaker 3 (19:17):
But is it?

Speaker 2 (19:18):
Have you received that many views on a TikTok before Tilly.

Speaker 1 (19:21):
I've received like triple that. But regardless, it's amazing.

Speaker 2 (19:27):
I was not expecting clouded.

Speaker 1 (19:33):
Okay, well you're flexing today. You gave autographs, so every ride.

Speaker 3 (19:39):
You're both clouded. All right, you both have.

Speaker 1 (19:47):
Okay, Also, did you see that Simone has her own
personal pin on the pin training?

Speaker 2 (19:52):
Wait? Can we I just I was quick to hand over.
Lynn handed me the pins, and I quickly handed these
pins over to n I've got some sort of he's
got me. I handed these to my mother. Can I
just finish my.

Speaker 1 (20:09):
Thinking about something inappropriate?

Speaker 2 (20:12):
I know I handed these pins to my mother in
law right away, but these pins, like people like trading
these pins or something.

Speaker 1 (20:22):
Yes, they're very important, Maley. In the Olympic village, everyone
goes and trades pins like the little Swedish.

Speaker 2 (20:29):
People, and every athlete is getting they've.

Speaker 1 (20:32):
All been given. Yeah, I know, and like Simon Biles
has like a personal pin and you know Aloner, yes, Alona,
Oh my god, such a legend the woman. Okay, she
wears lipstick and she's an icon.

Speaker 3 (20:47):
She's an icon.

Speaker 2 (20:51):
No, No, I do know a Lona, and I absolutely
love her.

Speaker 3 (20:54):
I just didn't know my name, but I would take
a box.

Speaker 2 (21:00):
Whoa, whoa, whoa? What is going on? Grace is Grace
a super fan over I didn't expect.

Speaker 1 (21:06):
To hear that every single comment on her.

Speaker 2 (21:08):
Video a bullet. I know, like, you make me. It's
eight am in the morning over here, and you get
there are.

Speaker 3 (21:15):
Some amazing people in this world and we need to
protect them at all.

Speaker 1 (21:17):
Great, You're actually not insane because every comment is every woman.

Speaker 3 (21:21):
Saying that they She's going in the spaceship.

Speaker 1 (21:24):
There you go.

Speaker 2 (21:25):
She's also got to watch her tiktoks after this.

Speaker 1 (21:27):
Okay, anyway, speaking of which, have you seen Samon Biles?
Have you seen Simone Biles's husband's photo that he posted
a lot of controversy.

Speaker 2 (21:39):
I have not. I'm I'm more I'm more just stuck
on the transition from speaking of which to from pins.

Speaker 1 (21:45):
To because Simon has a personal pin and so now.

Speaker 2 (21:53):
I was just so confused with Yeah, I was like,
how are we going from her husband?

Speaker 3 (21:58):
What are you talking about?

Speaker 2 (22:00):
So he's got his own pin.

Speaker 1 (22:02):
He doesn't have a pin. No, no, no, he's just he's
just okay, I'll tell you what he's done. So he's
caused a bit of controversy because he's posted a photo
of like himself and him next to Simone and he's
wearing her gold medal around his neck, and everyone's really offended.

Speaker 2 (22:21):
Bro stop it, stop, let me stop it. Yeah, I
mean there is.

Speaker 1 (22:27):
I can see. I can see. I can see. It
looks like it's his medal.

Speaker 3 (22:32):
Please the people who can't see the photo, it's just
scot you know. They're standing together. Her hand is on
his stomach because she's so tiny, and he's holding the
medal it's like around his neck and just the framing
of it, it really does look like he's the winner.

Speaker 2 (22:49):
I understand that. I understand. Yeah, I understand that people
can give him some backlash for that. But let's let's
break this down logically. Yeah, yeah, she's just one a
gold medal, solute goat one of the most. Is she
the most? We can fact check this as well, the
most decorated.

Speaker 3 (23:07):
Simone won her eighth Olympic medal on Tuesday, making her
the most decorated US gymnast of all time.

Speaker 2 (23:14):
Well, hey, look at me. I've been under a rock
and I still come on now, guys, I mean I'm
with it. I'm coming with it. So with that being said,
she just wanted gold, like dude, lenn One bronze in
Tokyo and I was wearing bro I'm gonna, you know what,
I'm going to take a photo with every single one
of her championship medals and rings all over my fingers.
I'm going to post it. I'm going to start kicking.

Speaker 1 (23:34):
Up some controversy. That's what we need. We need some
controversy from you because I'm just copping hate comments left
right and center, and.

Speaker 2 (23:43):
You're just paid for for all.

Speaker 1 (23:45):
The videos that I've been posting this week on my opinions.
So maybe it's I.

Speaker 2 (23:50):
Mean, that is fair. Look at you, I mean, how
are you to act.

Speaker 3 (24:00):
Straight the way that Tilly sees things? She's like, well,
one of us has to be getting canceled at all.

Speaker 1 (24:05):
Time's going to make it.

Speaker 2 (24:08):
Tilly has that role for a long time now. This
isn't her first.

Speaker 1 (24:12):
Rodeo again, I have made my mark through that.

Speaker 2 (24:17):
I'm going to take a wag picture at some point,
just for the fans because they were this photo. But okay,
I'll do that, Okay, thank you.

Speaker 3 (24:26):
Yes, Grace, you were saying that if we look at
this rationally, they're sorry.

Speaker 2 (24:32):
Yes, let's break it. Down. She's just one. They're celebrating.
He's wearing her metal. Dude, like, come on, and now
now the photographer comes over, Hey, can we snap a photo?
You guys is so cute and they're like, yeah, let's
snap a photo. I do get that he does look
like he just won the thing. I get that that's
pretty funny. But at the same time, like, dude, he's

(24:53):
just wearing her metal, Like relax, can everyone just relaxed?
Like if you were in that position, you would be
so are they married?

Speaker 3 (24:59):
I'm so I think so they're married.

Speaker 2 (25:02):
You'd be so excited for your wife. I am for
Lynn all the time, like, yeah, I want to throw.

Speaker 3 (25:10):
I want to throw one more spanner in the works
before we move on. In the interview that I found
of Simone, it was from three years ago with Glamor,
she is asked the question how did you meet your boyfriend?
Is what I just found.

Speaker 1 (25:24):
I was going to read this, go hitters.

Speaker 3 (25:26):
Do you want to read it?

Speaker 2 (25:27):
No?

Speaker 1 (25:27):
You read it?

Speaker 3 (25:28):
Go okay, I'll do the honors because it's pretty good.
It's from three years ago and she's asked, how did
you meet your boyfriend? They were just dating at the time.
She said they met on Raya, the dating app. He
didn't know who she was at first, and then she says, quote,
he's very competitive at games and in life in general,
but I'm not. But whenever I beat him, I make

(25:50):
it known that I beat him because it just gets
on his nerves.

Speaker 1 (25:54):
Okay, it gets worse, guys. Actually this is a bit
more detail to when they first met. So he apparently
when they matched, he didn't know who she was, but
but he looked her up on Instagram, saw she had
a lot of followers and thought, well, she gotta be good.

Speaker 2 (26:15):
Then I did hear this? Actually I had that.

Speaker 1 (26:21):
He also claimed to not know anything about gymnastics, but
people went back and found several tweets he had written
about Gabby Douglas, the twenty twelve Olympic coach, and how
he was confused why the US gymnastics team had an
Asian coach. Anyway, so he clearly regardless, not important, but
he clearly knew who she was. Like this is just

(26:44):
saying sorry, but he wanted that girl. Okay, anyway, moving on.

Speaker 2 (26:56):
Yeah, all right, so let's move on. Let's move on.
Let's move on to these questions. I've been really excited
to answer some of these, So let's get into some of.

Speaker 1 (27:02):
The gas to answer some of these. So these have
come from your you answering, not me.

Speaker 2 (27:07):
Yeah. Yeah, So people have asked me again, I put
it up there on Instagram to ask me any Olympic
related questions, and guys, we got a bunch. So I've
kind of collated and put these together because there are
a lot about the same thing. Okay, So first one,
is it hard being such a good wag? Oh?

Speaker 3 (27:27):
Do you write that, Marley?

Speaker 2 (27:29):
What a hard life? Yeah? I know, I specifically wrote good.

Speaker 3 (27:33):
No.

Speaker 2 (27:33):
I saw that one and I thought it was so
sweet because the others were just about wags, and this
one said is it hard being such a good wag?
Of course it isn't. No, it is not. It is
you know what. But I take this role with paride
at the minute.

Speaker 1 (27:45):
You're a humble person. That's why you're good at it
because you're not competing. You're not competing with Lynn. You
genuinely love it and you don't have a bad ego,
so you have no issue that you're living in someone
else's shadow because you're so good that yourself.

Speaker 2 (28:04):
Going at all. Can we get the definition of a
wag really quick before we move on there. Anyone doesn't, Yes,
but there is something else in it. I feel. I
feel like the wives and or girlfriends. Yeah, but are
they high profile wives and girlfriends?

Speaker 1 (28:20):
Well, Molly your high profile? Look at what we're doing here.

Speaker 3 (28:23):
You're clear.

Speaker 1 (28:24):
I wanted to say you.

Speaker 2 (28:27):
Guys, it's a hard life being such a good wag
out here, you know what I mean? As Tilly said,
just living in the shut up. No, it is just
the best. That's the best. I'm so proud of her.
She's amazing AND's a legend and I'll always be in
her corner. Yeah, right. Next, next big one that I
got a lot of questions about until you're probably confused
about is the infamous leg sleeve. Why is she wearing it?

(28:49):
Why is it so cool? And what color is she
going to wear next game? I swear I get this
question all the time on every single story I'd posted
as a play.

Speaker 3 (28:56):
If you haven't seen it, it's a sleeve that goes
up her entire, like her entire, just so.

Speaker 2 (29:02):
It's a compression sleeve that goes up one leg. And
let me tell you something, guys, this is like Hooper swag, right,
So this is me on the basketball court wearing one sleeve.
It's like a basketball. Yeah.

Speaker 1 (29:12):
Marley does the same thing, Like, yeah, I.

Speaker 2 (29:15):
Did the same thing on the basketball court. And she
started wearing this compression sleeve because of her calf teir
that she had earlier this year and hamstring she.

Speaker 1 (29:24):
Got and she's at the Olympics. What a friggin legend.

Speaker 2 (29:27):
So she Yeah, so she started wearing this gray leg
sleeve and I remember saying it. I'm like, babe, you
have to keep wearing that. That is the coolest frickin
thing ever. And this is hoopswag. And she's like really
like does it look call? And I'm like, Babe, it
looks so dope, so dope.

Speaker 1 (29:41):
That's her signature, like alons.

Speaker 2 (29:43):
Yeah, And that's what I'm saying. Now has become her
Signature's providing her health benefits.

Speaker 3 (29:50):
And it's just like, yeah, Josh, no, it's her personal brain.

Speaker 1 (29:53):
It's call over what it is, Maley, we're making money.

Speaker 2 (29:56):
I think it's Aura. I think it's Aura, to be honest.
But it does help her as well.

Speaker 1 (30:01):
I think she needs Alexley deal. That's what I think.

Speaker 2 (30:04):
Next big one was OS VSUS USA. Everyone asking me,
who did I go for? I mean, I'm going to
let you arithmetic that one. You know what I mean.
Of course I was going for the No, of course
I was for a minute. Of course I was going
for our girls. It is not hard when we're playing

(30:26):
against each other. There is no way, there is no
affiliation of me going for Australia. I am USA all
the way. But as long as the Matildas are not
playing against my girl Lenny, then I'm going for the Mary.

Speaker 1 (30:43):
The real question is is when Lynn retires and you
guys make the big move to Australia, are you a
USA fan or are you batting for the Tillies.

Speaker 2 (30:53):
After Lynn retires. This is how I envision it. Us
on the couch. We've got friends around, huge game. I
think it'll be hilarious because they love off. Yeah, I'm
getting deep.

Speaker 1 (31:02):
Into the controversy controversy.

Speaker 2 (31:08):
I'm gonna I am going to dress up in full
aussy kid and yeah, I'm going for the Telly. Then,
just for fun, let's move on. Let's move on. Olympic village.
Got a lot of a lot of Olympic Village questions.

Speaker 1 (31:20):
Yeah, that's what we all want to hear.

Speaker 2 (31:21):
Mate, I again, doesn't stay in the village. Guys in
the village.

Speaker 1 (31:27):
Now, Okay, well she's going to have to take one
for the team and go for a visit, like it's compulsive.

Speaker 2 (31:33):
Yeah, to run through with a mic. Okay, guys, you're
going to get.

Speaker 3 (31:39):
Someone has to come on. Yeah.

Speaker 2 (31:41):
Another good one though. How much do you get to
see Lynn outside of games.

Speaker 1 (31:45):
And guys, Yeah, I wanted tournament.

Speaker 2 (31:47):
It's different depending on what tournament. Yeah, but we've been
able to hang out like a bunch outside of games
and like practice and everything. And kind of related to
that question is like, how do you help Lin through
such a stressful and exhausting moment the Olympics.

Speaker 3 (32:01):
Yeah, that's a question.

Speaker 2 (32:04):
Yeah, really sweet question. And I would just say, like
I I just just act normal, Like I don't talk.
We don't talk too much soccer. We just talk about
every other thing in life that's going on. We'll just
hang out and don't make a huge deal of the
moment because she's going through so much mentally every single day,
obviously competing for a gold as we speak, so you

(32:24):
can get extremely stressful, and I just I'm just there
as her partner. That's beautiful, Like we're not there to
talk soccer, Like, yeah.

Speaker 3 (32:32):
That's really lovely.

Speaker 2 (32:33):
Best wag in the nation, just say, top ten wags
in the nation. I'm one of them. Thank you.

Speaker 1 (32:38):
Hit us with the next one.

Speaker 2 (32:39):
What surprised you the most about the Olympics. I want
to hear yours, Tilly as well, but mine obviously watching
the Olympics growing up, you're up to all hours of
the morning, and that's always the especially being in Australia.

Speaker 1 (32:51):
Yea, that was fun setting my alarm el I loved,
love it.

Speaker 2 (32:55):
And that that's what I think of when I think
of the Olympics. But it's interesting being here guys and
realizing that it literally does go up until all hours
of the night, like Lyn's games have been at nine pm,
you know what I mean, and like other events go
on to like ten eleven, Like it's wild to think
that you put so much into this, into your craft
or your sport and you have to come out and

(33:16):
compete at your highest level at eleven thirty pm at night,
Like that's actually.

Speaker 1 (33:22):
That's better than heat in the middle of the day,
but still true.

Speaker 2 (33:25):
But you'd be like, you know, your body is just
off our favorite in studio, you guys are going to
like this from our lovely Indie who is hooking up
in the village. Again, Indy, don't have that intel, I'm sorry.

Speaker 1 (33:37):
Who is looking on in the village?

Speaker 2 (33:38):
Do we wish were That's hilarious?

Speaker 1 (33:40):
You can I have to find out.

Speaker 2 (33:42):
We will get that to you. Yes.

Speaker 1 (33:44):
My next one, which we haven't commented on, do people
swim in the river now Marley to this day? I'm
actually just gonna have to tell you till actually last Friday,
it was to my information that all water events were
held in the scene in.

Speaker 2 (34:00):
The river r Yes, and that is where I think
you were. There's just no way you actually, there's no
way you actually thought that.

Speaker 1 (34:10):
Please, do you want to know what I made last
Stop it, I'm not done. I made a TikTok video
saying I'm just confused how they're going to compete in
the swimming races because it's going to impact personal bests
and stuff, like you're gonna.

Speaker 2 (34:26):
Swim Maybe did you ever think of their health? Maybe
it's going to impact that.

Speaker 1 (34:32):
Believe it.

Speaker 2 (34:33):
That should hit your head right away and you think
to yourself, wait, maybe they can't, Maybe they can't compete
in one hundred meters freestyle.

Speaker 3 (34:40):
Well that's what I thought. That's what you hang on.
Let's just you know before we lose our minds. It
is hosting. It is hosting swimming events, yes, so.

Speaker 1 (34:51):
Yes, but not still water ones unfortunately, just triathlons. Triathlon
the least important swimming event besides synchron i swimming, which
I do enjoy it.

Speaker 2 (35:01):
They're all important.

Speaker 1 (35:03):
Everything is important, especially the break dancing.

Speaker 3 (35:06):
Yeah, you thought the synchronized swimming was going to be
into this.

Speaker 1 (35:10):
I thought all of it was in the sand. This
is what I'm saying.

Speaker 2 (35:13):
Okay, okay, I'll do a swimming event in there. Should
I jump in now? I'm getting the rest.

Speaker 1 (35:20):
Honestly, I will actually give you money if you jump
in there, because you will come out with E coli
or something. People have been shitting in there, so I
suggest you stay far away.

Speaker 2 (35:30):
Guys, stay tuned for next episode as well, because we're
going to cover so many more questions. If there are
any other questions as well, do just dam me or
DM tel or DM our instagram train wreck the pod.

Speaker 1 (35:42):
And one more thing is comments on our tiktoks, because
most of it is just me copying it. So if
you guys would like to come in the comments and
defend me. That would be great. You're a true listener,
Please get involved.

Speaker 2 (36:00):
All you hate to me, lay off Tilly a little.
She's been comping it a lot of guys. The Olympic
Stress has got to do. Keep rolling on this train
with us. We're coming here live. We do not stop,
We do not stop grinding. Do it till you've got
to get out of here.

Speaker 1 (36:14):
Well, I'm getting ready.

Speaker 2 (36:15):
Oh yeah, I think guys. We love yours until next step.
