Matt Moran is one of Australia's best known chefs and restaurateurs, and also happens to be one of host Silvia Colloca's closest friends. In this special episode of What I Eat When, he opens up about growing up on a farm, the dish he cooks when he wants to impress (which Silvia says is the most impressive dessert she's ever eaten), and breaks down a recipe for classic chicken soup for when his family are under the weather.
