You know it's a good story, though, when I need
to start it with the fact that everyone's okay, no
one's been seriously hurt.

So Disney Cruise, you know Disney doing cruises now.

Speaker 4 (00:43):
I actually had no idea.

Speaker 3 (00:45):
Actually looks great. You get on the cruise.

Speaker 1 (00:47):
All the Disney folks are there, so the kids just
you gon and hang out with you say, the Disney folk,
the your Mickey's who else is Frozen Elsa, She'll be
on there, all of them.

Speaker 4 (00:58):
So they're like as in people like as in mascots.

Speaker 3 (01:02):
Well, I assume the mascots are on the double, right.

Speaker 4 (01:05):
I don't know Dina Delzel was on there or whatever,
and I don't know you get the.

Real singer, but I assume that there's a paid person
for that anyway.

Speaker 4 (01:12):
Because they're doing live action Disney these days, I know.

Speaker 1 (01:14):
Sure.

Speaker 3 (01:15):
Yeah.

Anyway, as a Disney cruise ship, a father and a
child went overboard. Oh wow, so so you can see
you can see why I had to preface this.

Speaker 3 (01:28):
But they are okay, they're totally fine. Okay, but let
me pick apart this story.

Speaker 1 (01:32):
Right, so clearly what's happened here is Dad has gone
I'm going to take my daughter out on the trip.

Speaker 3 (01:38):
Mum, you relax, all right, Dad's got it, all right,
I'm going to handle it, yeap. What could be so hard.
I'll take my daughter on a little holiday.

Speaker 1 (01:47):
He's probably one day into a cruise and he's already
his daughter has gone overboard. Will The people who saw
it said that what they saw was the daughter up
on the rail of the cruise ship.

Speaker 3 (02:00):
Dad stepped back to take photos.

Speaker 4 (02:02):
Oh my god, it's actually like a worst night man.

Speaker 3 (02:05):
Jump up on the rail. Get ah, it's doesn't he say? Hold?
But she's okay. Again, I want to stress she's totally fun.
She goes over she goes overboard. He goes in as.

Speaker 1 (02:14):
Well, obviously, like obviously you're going to jump in after
your daughter.

Speaker 3 (02:18):
Obviously, everyone's okay.

Speaker 4 (02:20):
Here's the question, can you imagine a worst feeling than that.
I awful.

Speaker 1 (02:25):
I can't even I would not let my daughter within
five meters of a row on a cruise rails off limit.

Speaker 3 (02:31):
I'm definitely not saying, why don't you jump up on there?

Speaker 1 (02:33):
So I take a photo of Yeah, yeah, at right again,
everyone's okay.

Speaker 3 (02:38):
Do you want to stress that again? Here's the question
I want to ask on thirteen Disney.

Speaker 4 (02:41):
Saved them Happy Ending?

Speaker 3 (02:42):
Yeah, Disney saved him.

Speaker 1 (02:43):
No, Happy Day's probably got a free dinner out of
it or something.

Speaker 3 (02:46):
Anyway, thirteen one oh.

Speaker 1 (02:48):
Six five, that's the first thing that you think of. Surely,
I'm the rail was not the regulation size. I would
like the rest of my cruise gathered. Thirteen one oh
six five is out there. Yeah, what happened when dad
took the kids? I think I think, I think things
go wrong. I think when Dad puts his hand up
and goes I'm responsible.

Speaker 3 (03:09):
I'll take the kids.

Speaker 1 (03:10):
Things always going my memory of childhood, there are a
number of incidents. Dad once took me scuba diving. Mum, mum,
you stay on the beach, Dad go, I've got it.
The scuba diving afternoon with my son Woodie. We went
scuba diving off a boat. We ran out of oxygen
a kilometer away from the boat.

Speaker 4 (03:28):
Jesus why we had breathing too heavy apparent.

Speaker 1 (03:32):
So we got back and the guy who gave us
the scuba gear was like, I think because your dad
is so big and no wetsuit fit in.

Speaker 3 (03:40):
The wetsuit was crushing his lungs.

Speaker 1 (03:42):
So so so breath he breathed too hard because the
wetsuit was so tight.

Speaker 3 (03:48):
Another one.

Speaker 1 (03:49):
I'm sorry this is nauticle related as well, but water
does present its troubles. I was in Fig and Dad
was like, got a great idea. I'm going to drop
the boys.

Speaker 3 (03:58):
The same trip.

Speaker 1 (03:59):
By the way, like the scooba on the Fig trip
actually might have been a shocking trip for Dad.

Speaker 3 (04:04):
Dad goes, God, I'm just sick of you lids. I'm
gonna I'm gonna take you to a pond. I'll give
you two fishing rods. Great, and then Tom are like, oh, yeah,
we'll go fishing off a pond turn. We'll catch you
out dinner.

Speaker 4 (04:14):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (04:14):
Anyway, got dark and we were like drinking. Dad's coming back.

Speaker 1 (04:18):
Apparently Dad completely forgot my left us on a pond
turn in Fiji, Anyway, that's my dad.

Speaker 3 (04:24):
I'm sure either people can relate.

Speaker 1 (04:26):
Thirteen one oh sixty five is the number what happened
when dad took responsibility.

Speaker 3 (04:32):
Of the kids.

Speaker 2 (04:33):
Next time your dad rocks up to the water sports art, no,
just ignore him, don't talk to him.

Speaker 4 (04:41):
