Speaker 2 (00:17):
I'm broadcasting from Amsterdam, and about thirty seconds ago wood
he flew across the world and walked into the studio
and surprised the shit out of me. Oh my god,
at least, what are you doing here?

Speaker 3 (00:36):
I'm here to bring you believe? Oh my god? Can
I say something to here? You saw me? Yes, a
lot of sense.

Speaker 2 (00:56):
A tim Tam to Amsterdam.

Speaker 3 (01:00):
Wish upon a golden tim Tam for your chance to
win ten thousand dollars weekly heads a golden Timtam dot
com dot au to enter. All right, so a bit
to discuss. This has been stressful. This has been incredibly stressed,
Is it really? Yes? It has? Obviously it starts.

Speaker 1 (01:16):
Everyone listening right now would know that I've been doing
spots all through the radio show last week. You thought
we were playing other things last week.

Speaker 3 (01:23):
So I starting to give you because they've just when
I left early and we knew that we leaned it
on that we lead it on the Prayer record a bit.
Billie Eilish, guys, that interview was three months ago, but
go for it. I'm in Amsterdam. Okay.

Speaker 1 (01:35):
So the other part of this, which has been very
stressful is that so I have been in Amsterdam since
lunchtime on Saturday.

Speaker 3 (01:41):
Yes, and we were kind of like, yes, I'm.

Speaker 1 (01:44):
About this, talk about this here with digital producer kV.
And we were like, Okay, Amsterdam's a pretty big city.
But this whole thing comes undone if we bump into you.

Speaker 2 (01:54):
Yeah, so you would have thought, you know, pull yourselves up,
I would say, So we had that discussion, Yeah, that's
what I would have thought it.

Speaker 3 (02:02):
Well, yeah, that's what I would have thought.

Speaker 2 (02:03):
I would have You know what if I put months
to work into this, you know, even if it's a
one and one hundred, even if it's a one in
a thousand chance, Yeah, it would probably be a good idea,
just to make sure. Yeah, or I'll see what I
wouldn't do. I wouldn't cut my hair the same way,
wear the same hat and the same backpack, an my
man poking through out the back of the I wouldn't

(02:23):
do that.

Speaker 1 (02:25):
Weig for most of the times, now hang on for
most of the know that you'd ruined months of work,
would have done something.

Speaker 3 (02:31):
For most of the time I talked to Digital cave there.

Speaker 1 (02:33):
We had a chat and we were like, do you
know what where We've got a weekend in Amsterdam. This
would be just such a waste if we just stay inside.

Speaker 3 (02:40):
Let's get out of there. But I had a fake
I had a fake bed for Dura and aviators. Right.

Speaker 1 (02:44):
But here's the thing. It's European summer. I was getting
a bit hot. So I was wearing the disguise for
a while, and then I was like, okay, that we're
not going to see him in a what world are
we going to seem It's a big city.

Speaker 2 (02:55):
I should not that big again.

Speaker 1 (02:58):
And we were finding that out. So we went to
this beautiful park and we were sitting there. We had
one freak out moment where we were pretty sure we
saw you. Yeah, there's a little bit of body of it,
wasn't it this?

Speaker 3 (03:09):
Oh I don't want to look back. I don't want
to look back. It's just it's his cat. Oh nope,
let's just keep going this.

Speaker 1 (03:16):
I want a little quick look behind oh mine, I'm like, shit,
that was him.

Speaker 3 (03:23):
He just took off your gray jumper, orange hat. He
just took off your disguise. Did you get back to
the rooms, go to sleep. It was with such a
big group of got inside. I thought you were talking
about the birds for a second.

Speaker 1 (03:38):
Oh, I got way freaking about the birds.

Speaker 3 (03:40):
Why did I just took my beard off? Because I
couldn't look more like me right now?

Speaker 1 (03:44):
Okay, So that was kind of the feeling of our
entire weekend. It was just different maybe sightings of you
and freaking out. So just to tell you how close
you were to me in that instance, in that moment,
you were hanging out in ost Park, right, Yeah, did
you look up where I was living or anything? Well,
so get this, when we were organizing the entire thing, Yeah,
someone organized my accommodation and then pooey over here goes

(04:06):
Oh yeah, that's great. That's around the from where we
will staying.

Speaker 2 (04:09):
What were you thinking, Well, we were hamstrung by company policy.

Speaker 3 (04:18):
So just so you know, Oast.

Speaker 2 (04:19):
Park where you were hanging out, Olster Park where you
were hanging at it, I would there be there every
morning until yesterday morning. I definitely would have seen you
had I not moved house yesterday.

Speaker 3 (04:29):
And it was funny. I did say to kV actually
when we.

Speaker 1 (04:32):
Were in I just can't believe you didn't do that,
like I had a moment where we were in Oster
Park or Oster Park or whatever the world, and I
said that.

Speaker 3 (04:38):
I was like, Hey, I really want to go to
this Oster Park.

Speaker 1 (04:40):
And then when we were in there, I was like,
I think the only reason I know of ost Park
is because you've talked about it.

Speaker 3 (04:45):
Yeah, which dawned on men like why are we hanging
out in the location?

Speaker 2 (04:48):
Why are we outside when we've put months of work
into a bit and him seeing me will ruin the bit.

Speaker 3 (04:53):
Let alone the fact that Tim TAM's paid for.

Speaker 1 (04:54):
The entire thing. They flew me over here, and imagine
if I was like, hey, sorry, Tim Tams, the bit's over,
will saw me anyway. The other moment though, which okay,
this kept me up all.

Speaker 2 (05:05):
Night last night, is because did I tell this from
my perspective? Yeah, please, okay, please, Look, you came in
with the beard for door and the aviators on, and
I think that would have been a good idea to
wear for the whole weekend, given we were hanging out
in the whole city. You just couldn't you were You
were like Eve in the and the in the garden,
in the garden Payden, just like sitting in there, just
watching the timetick by you knew you were in Amsterdam.

(05:26):
Y had two full days in Amsterdam for Christ's sake. Man,
just you couldn't stay inside. Why didn't you fly him
over on Sunday? It was too much of a temptation
for him to send him out.

Speaker 3 (05:36):
I need to do with the jet laden radio close.

Speaker 2 (05:39):
You can that close to pull it off and to
be fair, Okay, So I'd just say this is in
the safest way I possibly can.

Speaker 3 (05:46):
But Semini ditched.

Speaker 2 (05:48):
As I ditched, I mean, gave our daughter to her
beautiful grandparents on Sunday and we went into the city
to go and have lunch together. We're in Amsterdam. After
lunch we did a couple of Amsterdam things.

Speaker 3 (05:58):
Yep, okay, got it. Yeah, it's a Sunday afternoon. I
get it. Sunday afternoon sun was shining. Great. Let's go
for ride through the park. We get the bikes, okay.

Speaker 2 (06:09):
Riding through probably the edge of the pipe, which is
like an inner East which I'm just found out what
your hotel is now riding.

Speaker 3 (06:16):
Through there, Sem is slightly ahead of me.

Speaker 2 (06:20):
Yes, as I'm perusing the clouds of Amsterdam, Sem spins
around to me.

Speaker 3 (06:26):
With this look on her face, like, oh my god.

Speaker 2 (06:28):
And I looked at her, and then I looked next
to her and I was like, oh my god, and I.

Speaker 3 (06:36):
Thought I saw the distinctive undercut. I was like, what.

Speaker 2 (06:43):
Grown white man, a grown white man with a man
one has been allowed into the Netherlands with that undercut?

Speaker 3 (06:50):
There could be only one. We were both like, what
the hell? What the hell? She pulled her bike over.
She was like, do you think and.

Speaker 2 (06:56):
I was like, ah, look, there's been a few things
that have been going on this afternoon.

Speaker 3 (07:00):
Yes, surely in the situation. Well, I go up to
him and go, hey mate, and it's not you. By
the way, no one wants that.

Speaker 1 (07:09):
If you turned around again though, I don't know how
how much you tried to look for me, but I
double take, double taked.

Speaker 3 (07:15):
Did you see me run? You put your hat down
and you walked fast? Okay.

Speaker 2 (07:22):
So as soon as I was kind of confirmed it
when I mean speaking about this the last six hours
last night we got home, we were like, was it him?

Speaker 3 (07:28):
If it was him, why wouldn't say hi? Copy him?
Going through all the different variations of that.

Speaker 1 (07:34):
When I got around the corner, I sprinted right like
I've never run faster, and I did. I ran a
block and then get this. In my head, I was like, oh,
reappear on the main street to just double check if
it was them.

Speaker 3 (07:44):
But with my beard on.

Speaker 1 (07:47):
Now, I'm pretty happy that that didn't happen. But so
what from my perspective. So something that's been happening to
me in Amsterdam a lot is almost getting hit by bikes.

Speaker 3 (07:54):
Yeah, you just don't realize it's bike lane.

Speaker 1 (07:57):
So I just keep I keep getting in the way
of all these bikes, right, And I did that in
front of sem So Sam to the point where she
almost hit me, and I was like, God, that Dutch
woman was really glaring at me, like she was really
missed off with the fact that you And then I
was like and then I saw you. And then I
was like, oh no, she's not Malarius. That's the grid
on his face. I saw that and was like, oh no.

(08:18):
And then that's when I walked quickly. But then I
didn't think you saw me. That's that was in my
in my head, and that undercut. There's only one man
in the world. It's dumb enough to go like that.
So when you came into work them this morning, We're like,
what percentage?

Speaker 2 (08:33):
You were like, So Sam had talked to me off
alleged with it like it was wild. So when he
came in and to say, I was like, look if
he comes in wild, if he doesn't come in, don't
tell anyone.

Speaker 3 (08:47):
You didn't see anything.

Speaker 2 (08:49):
Oh god, all right, well that's all faked to Tim
Tamms apparently, which is amazing. You brought Tim Tim tams
over for my daughter Max, which is very kind of you.

Speaker 3 (08:57):
Thank you would
