Speaker 1 (00:00):
Thanks enough, Cannon had hour two.
Speaker 2 (00:02):
Sean Hannity showed told free on numbers eight hundred and
nine to four one Sean, if you want to be
a part of the program. No real surprise here. The
evidence was incontrovertible. It was overwhelming and damning. The judge's
instructions were right fair, unlike what Donald Trump had to
(00:23):
face some both the civil trial and the criminal trial
in New York. And that was that the prosecution did
not have to prove that on the day of, or
just before Hunter Biden filled out that gun application form
that he had to be addicted to drugs that second. No,
but if he was, if it was proven that he
was using drugs in and around the time that in
(00:46):
fact he signed that application, that that would be sufficient
enough evidence that.
Speaker 1 (00:53):
He was lying on that form. And so it was
already overwhelming.
Speaker 2 (00:58):
Hunter tried to meet up they since convicted drug dealer
of the day before he lied about his crack cocaine
use in order to buy the thirty eight caliber Revolver.
And of course then the next day he was writing
his wife about how he's smoking crack cocaine. So it
was pretty apparent this isn't a surprise. But I go
(01:18):
back to my arguments, which is there's something much, much
bigger that has gone on here that we really need
to pay attention to. And I go back to John
Solomon's reporting that in March of twenty twenty that your
FBI knew that the laptop from Hell was very real.
We know that there was a concerted effort when this
(01:42):
story broke in the New York Post that to basically
censor any and all information about what is a very
real laptop. Now we know, according to the FBI that
testified is not only was the laptop real, it was
introduced into evidence by the prosecution in this particular case,
but they knew it in March of twenty twenty, and
(02:03):
that the laptop had never been tampered with.
Speaker 1 (02:05):
That's another important aspect of this.
Speaker 2 (02:07):
But we know when we got to November of twenty twenty,
and Joe Biden repeatedly was out there lying and saying
it's not true, we had fifty one former intelligence officers
or organized apparently by wink and Tony Blinken, with no
knowledge of the laptop at all whatsoever, telling the American
(02:28):
people that it has all the fingerprints of Russian disinformation.
They were like a broken record. Then, of course the
media mob echoing the comments of Joe Biden and the
fifty one former Intel agents that knew nothing about the
laptop had never examined the laptop. Then, of course we
have the FBI that knew it was real in the
months leading up to the twenty twenty election, meeting on
(02:51):
a weekly basis with big tech groups like Facebook and Twitter, etc.
Warning them that they may be they may be victims
of a miss information or disinformation campaign, and it may
be about Joe Biden, it may be about Hunter Biden.
We also know that when the story broke, Facebook and
Twitter asked the FBI whether or not this was the
(03:13):
type of information that they were warning them about. And
meanwhile they know that it was absolutely the laptop was real,
but they didn't confirm it for big techcau is they
didn't want the information in the hands of the American people.
We also know that the FBI in that sense ran
a protection racket for the Biden family and the lead
up to the twenty twenty election. This just basically reminiscent
(03:38):
of what we learned about the twenty sixteen election and
big tech. They wouldn't even allow you to send a
private message to a friend with the link of the
New York Post laptop story. And now that the laptop
is very real, well, then that opens up a whole
series of other legal issues for the Bidens. But it
really does raise a more important question. Why, if they've
(04:02):
known it was real for all of this time, why
haven't they Why haven't they addressed the significant, serious implications
that are in this laptop. And I'm not just talking
about allegations of prostitutes and guns and drug use. I'm
talking about foreign business deals. I'm talking about implicating Hunter,
(04:24):
implicating his own father. What about Tony Bobolinski's you know,
ten percent for the big guy. What about Devin Archer
debunking Joe Biden's repeated lie that he never once spoke
to his son, his brother, or anybody for that matter
about their foreign business deals. But yet Devin Archer told
the House Oversight Committee that in fact, he knew of
(04:46):
at least twenty meetings that Joe Biden called into when
Hunter was meeting with foreign business associates. And what about
the meetings with foreign business partners and associates like the
former Russian oligarch former First Lady of Moscow, Elena Bartrina
at the Cafe Milano and other meetings that took place.
(05:06):
And what did Joe know and when did he know it?
And why did he lie to the American people? And
then of course ten percent from the big guy is
one implication in the laptop that we now know is
very real. But what about Oh, I have to give
half my income to Pops? That was made a statement
made by Hunter Biden to his own daughter. And what
about the statements and the text messages back and forth
(05:29):
with the financial head of their company. Well, which account
should we pay for Pops's home repairs for? And you know,
in this case, what account should we use? How much
money went to Joe Biden. Now we have an issue
involving you know, serious significant issues that far transcend this
gun charge here. Never mind the tax charges, never mind
(05:51):
the fact that David Weiss had planned a B and
C plan A was never to charge Hunter Biden. Unfortunately,
IRS whistleblowers forced his hand, and that led to the
sweetheart deal that if not for the judge in Delaware
actually reading it and asking the defense if they'd never
seen such an agreement, that was as lenient as this,
(06:13):
and they had to answer honestly, no, they'd never had. Well,
then why are you bringing this to me? And that
led to where we are today here to weigh in
on all of it. Greg Jared, Fox News legal analyst
and best selling author, Roger Severino's with US Vice President
Domestic Policy at the Heritage Foundation and Trump's former director
of the Office of Civil Rights at Health and Human Services.
(06:37):
Welcome both of you. And Greg, I start with you.
By the way, We've been spending a lot of time
talking today because when you were hosting your show on
Fox Nation, I was a guest on your show.
Speaker 1 (06:46):
So role reversal back again.
Speaker 3 (06:49):
Well, what I find so offensive an American should find
offensive is how these fifty one ex Intel officials still
have no regrets over there line letter to help Joe
Biden get elected. In fact, they say they do it
again because it was patriotic, So understand it's patriotic to
(07:12):
lie to steal an election. They seemed quite proud of
what they did. To them the end of helping Joe
Biden justified any malevolent or devious means they do it
again without regret, which means sean that our corrupt intel
community doesn't just spy, they act as political operatives, but
(07:35):
so does the FBI. They knew the laptop was real,
but instead of the FBI coming clean, they concealed it,
and they pressured social media to censor the truth, and
of course the media they were willing accessories. They denounced
the laptop as phony Russian disinformation, without ever bothering to
(07:58):
verify it. Only after Biden was safely elected did they
or reverse course and admit that it was authentic. But
no apologies, no maya culpis.
Speaker 2 (08:07):
It's four years later, Greg I mean and the FBI
knew in March of twenty twenty it was legitimate, and
they have kept this from the American people. The one
thing this trial did here was finally legitimize the authenticity
of the laptop, which they've known about for more than
four years now. And then the weeks leading up to
(08:30):
the twenty twenty election, all of these groups combined gave
the biggest in kind contribution that any presidential candidate has
ever gotten in the history of this country.
Speaker 3 (08:41):
Yeah, and under Alvin Bragg's legal theory, influencing an election
by unlawful means is a criminal felony. Well, if that's
the case, perhaps there ought to be a consideration of
criminally prosecuting the fifty one x Intel officials. They had
(09:07):
classified security clearance that they used to peddle the lie,
and the FBI pretty much the same thing. There's substantial
evidence the CIA current CIA was actively involved in selling
the lie. So under Alvin Bragg's legal principles, they should
all be prosecuted.
Speaker 1 (09:28):
Let's get your take, Roger Severino.
Speaker 4 (09:32):
Yeah, if those fifty one so called Intel officials communicated
with the FBI or CIA, talking to their old friends
and buddies, and made a false statement, then Greg Jarrett
is right, that is a crime. If they told their
old friends that, hey, we got to keep this story
under the rug, and here's the cover. It's Russian disinformation, right,
(09:55):
isn't it. That's what we think, when of course they
had no reason to believe those Russian information. That's a
and that would be election interference under the brag theory
for sure. And it just shows how deep the deep
state goes. The FBI knew from the very beginning that
this laptop was not rushing this information that was one
hundred percent legit, and they kept quiet because they protected
(10:17):
Joe Biden's prospects. And it just shows how far the
corruption goes. I mean this the deal today with the conviction. Yes,
it was an open and shutcase. It was obvious to
the world he was on drugs when he bought that gun,
but that was going to be swept under the rug
with the sweetheart deal, this same Department of Justice, this
same deep stable.
Speaker 1 (10:37):
Well, the sweeterart deal was Plan B.
Speaker 2 (10:39):
Plan A was not the charging for anything, and then
that got blown up by the IROs whistle blowers that
caused them to revisit it, and that resulted in the
sweetheart deal. So it even was sweeter than the sweetheart deal.
Speaker 4 (10:51):
Yeah, and worse than that had begun with that plea
deal that the judge blew up. It would have absolved
Hunter Biden's for every associated prime related to tax fraud
related gun charges readated to everything on the tax forms
that dealt with Barisma. All the corruption that could be
linked all the way to the big guy, which is
President Biden, would have been made to disappear, almost like
(11:15):
in perfect mafia fashion, it just magically disappears. But at
least you got a little bit of justice with the
gun charge. But let's not be distracted. This is not
equal justice just because he got convicted for an open
and shutcase that was going to disappear had they had
their way. This doesn't mean the real fish, President Biden,
and the real corrosion of foreign influence pedaling is not
(11:37):
being swept on the rug. It absolutely is being covered.
So the American Deal should not be fooled. This is
not equal justice under the lag This is still favoritism.
Speaker 2 (11:45):
But the fact that they've now legitimized the laptop even
though we've known this for a long time, Greg, and
to pick up on Roger's point that to me, now
should open a door. Now I was watching Marrek Garland
is scorching President Trump and Azoula for attacks on the
Justice Department, and it's dangerous for people's safety. My question
to Mary Garland would be, is it not dangerous to
(12:08):
our system of justice? Is it not the weaponization of
justice when you have people like Letitia James and Alvin
Bragg running campaigns saying they're going after one man, one family,
and one organization. How come he's not been critical of
those actions and those words by people running for office
(12:30):
in those positions of power.
Speaker 3 (12:33):
Well, if we had an honest Attorney general and those
around him at the Department of Justice, they would give
serious consideration to charging people like Letitia James and Alvin
Bragg and Fannie Willis and even Jack Smith. There's a
federal statute a lot of people don't know about it,
eighteen Usc. Two forty two. It makes it a crime
(12:56):
for someone acting under color of law to will deprive
a person of a writer privilege protected by the Constitution
or laws of the United States. Isn't that what those
people I just identified have been doing, weaponized in the
law in a classic case of law there under color
(13:17):
of the law, right out of that federal felony statute.
You know, the only answer is always at the ballot box,
and a constitutional republic based on democracy. The only way
to fix it is to clean house at the Department
of Justice and the FBI and the CIA and the
intelligence apparatus, because they're all corrupt and they are political
(13:42):
organs now of the Democratic Party, and they are protecting
Joe Biden, and they're misusing and contorting the law to
go after his opponent. And you know they at the
end in November, you know the exact number of day
Sean people can make a difference one.
Speaker 1 (14:03):
Hundred and forty six, but who's counting you are? Good? Point?
All right?
Speaker 2 (14:09):
Quick break right back more with Greg Jarrett and Roger Severino.
We'll also get Christy Nomes take on it. We'll get
to your calls. Eight hundred and ninety four one, Shawn
is a number if you want to be a part
of the program as we continue. Joining us now is
South Dakota Governor Christy Nomans with US Governor, how are
you well?
Speaker 5 (14:27):
I'm doing pretty good. We're living the dream here in
South Dakota. I'm not surprised at all by Hunter Biden's convictions.
I just look back at all of his other crimes
and what he and his father and family have done
to sell out America and recognize how corrupt this Biden
administration is and the challenges we have ahead if we
don't get Donald Trump back in the White House.
Speaker 2 (14:48):
You know, I look at this, and we just had
a long discussion, and I've been harping on this all
day because it really stands out in my mind. Is
the government in this case legitimize what the FBI new
in March of twenty and that was that the laptop
from hell of Hunter Biden was very real, and the
FBI testified to that in this particular trial.
Speaker 1 (15:11):
And yet we.
Speaker 5 (15:13):
Yeah, I was watching that way, and they brought them.
When they submitted the laptop into evidence, I was like,
does anybody recognize how historic is this? The laptop actually exists?
I thought the same thing, Sean.
Speaker 2 (15:25):
Now that we know that the laptop is real, well,
first I want some questions answered. I want to know
why Joe Biden lied repeatedly. I want to know why
fifty one former intelligence agents organized by wink and Tony Blinken,
why they, without any specific knowledge at all whatsoever, lied
to the American people in the weeks leading up to
(15:47):
the twenty twenty election. Why none of them have any regrets.
They were all called by Foxnews dot com. None of
them are showing any regret for getting it wrong. I
think they should. I would like to know why the FBI,
knowing that the laptop was very real, and the months
leading up to the twenty twenty election, was meeting with
big tech companies and warning them that they may be
(16:09):
victims of a disinformation campaign and it may be about
Joe and Hunter Biden. And then when this story broke
in the New York Post, and Facebook and Twitter specifically
asked the FBI whether or not this was what they
were being warned about or whether or not it was true.
The FBI would not give them an answer. I think
that was to protect the Biden, you know, reelection chances.
(16:32):
They should have told them the truth that they knew
for a long time, but they didn't do it. Big
tech prevented even private citizens from sharing this information on
a private message to somebody on social media. I mean,
that's how deep this went. Never mind the media mob.
You know, they do what they always do, and that's
run for protection for any Democrat running for office and
(16:53):
attack any Republican running for office. And I guess that's
what the warld we live in. However, to me, Governor,
this now will opens Pandora's box because if the laptop
is real and has not been tampered with as was
testified to in this case, well, I want to know
more about the ten percent being put aside for the
big guy. I want to know about Hunter implicating his
(17:14):
father by saying half his income goes to his father.
I want to know more about the conversations that the
money that Hunter was making without admittedly without any experience,
the millions of dollars while he was addicted to drugs
and seemingly no work that we've been able to ascertain.
I'd like questions answered about that too. But I'd like
(17:35):
to know answers to the questions what did Joe know
and when did he know it? Because I think that's
crucial for the country to know. They were able to
now hide this for four years, and this case now
has opened up that Pandora's box that should have been
opened up in the weeks before the twenty twenty election.
Speaker 5 (17:53):
It has. And that's not only should the Biden family
be held accountable, including President Biden Hunter, all of their
relatives that have benefited from this and put millions of
dollars into their own pockets. It's all of the people
that you just mentioned that help them cover it up
for the last four years. It is the Three Letter agencies.
It is the prosecutors that were corrupt that let the
(18:14):
statute of limitations expire on Barisma. They ig nor did
all of Hunter's other crimes that he committed to serve
his family, and they only pursued these gun charges at
the last minute because you know they got the ridiculous
plea deal was ripped apart by a federal judge. That's
the only reason that this. They were trying to save
face by doing this, thinking they could get through this.
(18:34):
But now that this laptop is in evidence, it proves
that it exists. It uncovers all the lives that this is.
This is hundreds of people I believe that have partaken
in the corruption that the Biden family has been engaged in,
and they all need to be held accountable, absolutely every
one of them.
Speaker 2 (18:51):
Well, it's not going to happen under a weaponized justice
system led by Mark Garland. We know that, I mean
marraor Garland is out there attacking his critics and saying that,
you know, attacks on his justice system is dangerous for
people's safety. Isn't it more dangerous when you have the
likes of Alvin Bragg and Leticia James running against one man,
(19:14):
Donald Trump, one family, the Trump family, one organization, the
Trump organization. You know why isn't Merrick Garland critical of
these statements made his candidates Letitia James, candidate Alvin Bragg. Listen,
I know a lot of people are wondering whoever has
this job are they going to convict Donald Trump?
Speaker 1 (19:35):
Look, that is the number one issue.
Speaker 2 (19:40):
The Times calls Brag a talented prosecutor whose successful suit
of the Trump Foundation could be invaluable experience.
Speaker 1 (19:47):
But the investigation he'll take over is the chief Deputy
Attorney General in New York State.
Speaker 3 (19:52):
I oversaw some of the office's biggest cases from exposing
a legal behavior by the Trump Foundation.
Speaker 5 (19:58):
We know there's a Trump investigation.
Speaker 4 (20:00):
I have investigated Trump and his children and held them
accountable for their misconduct with the Trump Foundation.
Speaker 1 (20:06):
I also sued the Trump administration more than a hundred times.
Speaker 5 (20:09):
We know that the DA is investigating Trump.
Speaker 3 (20:13):
When I was at the AG's office, I sued Trump
over one hundred times for his administration's.
Speaker 4 (20:17):
Misconduct and brought a case against the Trump Foundation and
held him accountable.
Speaker 6 (20:22):
I will never be afraid to challenge this illegitimate president
when our fundamental rights are at stake. I believe that
the president of these United States can be indicted in
for criminal offenses.
Speaker 5 (20:33):
We're going to be.
Speaker 3 (20:36):
A real paint.
Speaker 1 (20:38):
My name personally, that man in the White House.
Speaker 6 (20:45):
Who can't go a day without threatening our fundamental rights. Yes,
we need to focus on Donald Trump and his abuses.
We need to follow his money. We need to find
out where he's laundered money, we need to find out
whether or not he's engaged in received It's important that
everyone understand that the days of Donald Trump are coming
to an end. To going into the office of Attorney
(21:07):
generally every day.
Speaker 5 (21:12):
And then going home.
Speaker 1 (21:14):
What's the reaction to that? What does that say? You know,
why isn't Merrick Garland critical of that?
Speaker 5 (21:19):
Yeah, he should be if he had any integrity at all.
And that's that's what is shocking to me, just the
double standard that we have and how the media mob
is allowing the Biden administration to try to say, well,
you know, they're also going after Hunter. You know, we're
going after Hunter. It's it's our doj that's doing that too,
and when what they've done is to manipulate the whole
(21:40):
last four years to protect Hunter, to protect President Biden.
So Merrick Garland will not do his job. He is
probably at the top of the iceberg as far as
who's been directing and orchestrating all of these cover ups.
But we have to keep pushing and talking the truth.
And I just thank God for President Trump. I mean,
who else can withstand the attacks that he and his
family have gone through and get up every day and
(22:02):
continue to fight for this country and continue to just
say I'm not going to quit. I'm going to keep
fighting because they're really going to do this to you.
If they're doing it to me, they will do it
to every single American. And it is the truth. It
is the truth. If we let our justice system go down,
we will not have the foundation of this country anymore.
So that's what gives me hope is that we still
(22:22):
have President Trump that's running to get back in the
White House, and America's eyes are being opened. They're seeing
all of this corruption play out and they recognize it too.
Speaker 2 (22:33):
No, it's such a difference. I noticed you went through
all these vicious attacks in the media mob and I'm thinking,
and we see what happens with President Trump and all
he's been through, and if you're a conservative, if you're
a Republican, there's this whole other standard that exists for you.
And I'm at the point where I just I'm like
(22:53):
scratching my head.
Speaker 1 (22:54):
I'm like, why do people even want to bother to
do this?
Speaker 2 (22:57):
I mean, Donald Trump, if he didn't run for office, time.
If he would have just said, you know what, I'm
going to bow out, I doubt he'd have any legal
issues at all in his life whatsoever. He played golf
for the rest of his life, have a great life,
talk about the years he was the president of the
United States. And now he's like he's making statements like, well,
if I have to go to jail, I go to jail.
(23:18):
It's worth it because I love my country. I'm sitting
there like in amazement that you know that we have
people that are willing to go through this this crap
because it's so transparent what's going on in the country.
But I will say this, if this continues, we're not
going to have a country anymore.
Speaker 5 (23:35):
Yeah, that's and that's his motivation. He and I have
talked about that so many times. Just the fact that
he loves this country. He truly loves America, and he
does believe he needs to do this in order to
protect its future. And that's what is so incredible about him.
There's no man that has seen the American dream play
out in front of his own very eyes, with his
own family members, with people that have worked for him
(23:57):
and worked with him for the years. People who've worked
with him love him and how he treats them and
doesn't think he's better than anybody else. He just wants
to help them be successful. And that's what I think
is so remarkable is that he still does this job
and he truly does it because he's a patriot. I
think that, you know, for me, in my role as
(24:19):
governor and the attacks and challenges I've gone through, I've
had other I look at what I had the opportunity
to do growing up and the opportunities that I had,
and I've got three grand babies now. I just can't
imagine not giving them the country they provide them with
the same opportunities. If I don't do this and work
hard every day and do what I can, who's going
(24:41):
to do it better or work harder, or put in
more time or be willing to take the attacks will
be somebody who's doing it for the right reason. So
I think we still have to have good people who
will step up and tell the truth and even though
it's challenging and you know you're going to get attacked
and you're willing to have to do it or else
we will lose this country. And you know, attacks come
(25:03):
from all sides, everybody's got a motivation for coming after you,
and my hope is that we can be more unified
and recognize is that a lot more in common than
we do different. We just need to have a country
that was what our founders envisioned, that we protect that constitution,
our constitutional rights, and that people still have the opportunity
to live their lives with freedom.
Speaker 2 (25:21):
Quick break right back more with South Dakota Governor Christy
Nome on the other side. Your calls also coming up.
Final hour eight hundred and nine to four to one,
Shawn is a number if you want to be a
part of the program.
Speaker 1 (25:31):
As we continue.
Speaker 2 (25:36):
Up next our final roundup and Information Overload hour. Are
we continue now? It's South Dakota Governor Christy Noma's with
us just the last two days. This is how bad
things have gotten under Biden. Nearly two thirds of middle
class Americans say they're struggling financially, they're gasping for air,
(26:00):
and another report more than twenty five percent of our
fellow Americans now have resorted to skipping meals to avoid
paying inflated grocery store prices. I mean that that's not
the country that I understand anymore. You know, we had
been so past that we were prospering when President Trump
(26:22):
was in office.
Speaker 3 (26:23):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (26:23):
I was just in Wisconsin for a couple of days
campaigning for President Trump and doing some events and talking
with people, talking with a lot of women, and visiting
with folks that were trying to make up their minds
in the selection and universally the number one issue that
they were struggling with was how much tighter their budgets are,
how many different decisions they're having to make now than
(26:43):
they did four years ago. They can't go to a
grocery store and buy everything that's on their list anymore.
They have to pick and choose, or they have to
not fill their car all the way up with gas.
They're filling it with a half a tank, and they're
choosing not to go out to dinner or to go
to a movie with their kids. You have changed, and
they're recognizing and feeling it. So while Democrats will try
(27:03):
to demonize and attack people and make this election into
a one issue election, it's just not. People recognize their
lives have changed, they're not safer, they're not doing better,
and that they need Donald Trump back in the White
House in order to get those chances back.
Speaker 2 (27:19):
Let me ask you another question. I saw a bunch
of lunatic I guess clan members who are in your
state protesting. I mean what, I wouldn't have expected that
in South Dakota, to be honest.
Speaker 5 (27:29):
No, they were not from South Dakota. They're traveling to
every state capital and protesting. And they were quickly removed
from our state capitol grounds and we told them they
were not welcome here, and they got on their bus
and left.
Speaker 1 (27:43):
So good.
Speaker 5 (27:45):
They did it specifically to protest the bill that we
signed in South Dakota this year that I brought forward
to define anti Semitism and to know what it is
so that we could stand up against hate crimes and
hate language and hate speech. And they came here and
were speaking about that bill while they were here. But
they were not here long because they were asked to
(28:05):
leave and told to leave, and we were thankful when
they got out of South Dakota they knew they were
not welcome here. In fact, I think they made a
stop in a deadwood on the way out of town too,
And I heard as soon as people saw them that
they even the public was in their faces and telling
them they were not welcome in South Dakota. So I'm
proud of the people who live in South Dakota. We
(28:26):
recognize that we will not facilitate anything such as that,
that kind of hate speech and that kind of activity
in our state.
