Speaker 1 (00:00):
Stay right here for our final news round up and
information Overload.

Speaker 2 (00:04):
All right, news round up in Information Overload hour toll free.
Our number is eight hundred and ninety four one Sean
if you want to be a part of the program
I've been talking about discussing earlier in the day, last hour,
this whole issue of cheap fake videos, which is now
the new term, the the new lexicon, the new way

(00:28):
to basically lie to the American people if you dare
to show mumbling, bumbling, stumbling, fumbling, shuffling, dazed and confused
Joe Biden, Oh your eyes are lying to the conservative media.
Is it's AI generated? No, it's it's edited, and it's
not real and it's fake. And what you saw with

(00:49):
the Italian Prime Minister at the G seven is not real.
And Obama reaching out and grabbing Joey's hand and putting
his arm around him. That that doesn't mean that Joe
is weak and frail in a cog a mess. And
every time you hear Joey slurring no, that that that's
not real either. Okay, well, let's listen to Joe in
his own words.

Speaker 3 (01:10):
Knows he knows.

Speaker 4 (01:11):
So long as a nine or freedom can never be secured,
bro teach Donald Trump, but a valuable lesson.

Speaker 3 (01:19):
You don't mess with them in Aweric.

Speaker 4 (01:22):
Unless you want to get the benefit. Groundbreaking Asian Americans
like Very Wang and and and Joan Sheng Gang passed
away Shanghak. Donald Trump thinks healthcare is of privilege, brock
And I think it's a right for people that bad
it kept care ilated.

Speaker 3 (01:43):
Effective strategy to mobilize true, and I.

Speaker 4 (01:46):
Subvert the pressure isided pennies China.

Speaker 5 (01:49):
Odimir Putin laughed at the suggestion that you had called
him a killer? Is that still your belief, sir, that
he is a killers.

Speaker 3 (01:59):
The first question? I'm laughing too.

Speaker 4 (02:04):
They actually, well, look, I mean he has made.

Speaker 3 (02:09):
Clear that.

Speaker 4 (02:17):
The answer is I believe he is in the past,
essentially acknowledge that he was. There are certain things that
he would do or did do.

Speaker 2 (02:28):
Does any of that make any sense? You know over
there at msdn Z Joy Reid, you know Fox News
is creating an enfeebled narrative of Biden in videos to
get you to just give in whatever the hell this means.

Speaker 6 (02:43):
Listen, there is this moment where Biden is waving to
the audience. This is a nine for my director. Here,
he's waving to the audience and he stops to really
greet the crowd, and then Obama comes over to him.
This is now being manufactured as the idea to essentially say,
you know what, just give in. You must put Trump
back in because Biden is enfeebled. Trump has this grassroots

(03:04):
fake support, this blackstroke turf support. The Blacks warn them
in it's not the rich. It's look at it, look
at Biden. It is not true he was fine, but
they are creating this narrative jud.

Speaker 2 (03:15):
He wasn't fine. I don't care how many times they
say this is a cheap fake video. No, Obama went back,
grabbed him by the hand, put his arm around him,
and guided him to the exit.

Speaker 3 (03:27):
And it's not. The guy's not.

Speaker 2 (03:30):
Fit for office, regardless of whether or not you think
this specific video of that specific video or Biden just
you know, all of G seven leaders are standing in
one place and Biden just wanders off and the Italian
Prime Minister Okay, Joe, come on back over here.

Speaker 7 (03:45):
Now.

Speaker 3 (03:46):
I mean, if you can't see that for.

Speaker 2 (03:48):
What it is, you're just disconnected from truth and reality
and you're lacking all intellectual honesty and you know, according
to one report, remember with the Wall Street Journal report
saying he's the worst he's ever been, and insider sources
are saying that his condition is shot. The allies at

(04:09):
the G seven, even Democrats in Congress are saying amongst
themselves all of this, and it's getting reported at the
Juneteenth celebration as he just kind of looked there frozen.
It was bizarre Wall Street Journal featuring Democrats and Republicans. Yeah,
he's showing major signs of slippage. And so you got

(04:30):
these very real videos. Let me just tell you something.
And I said this earlier. Cheap fake videos didn't make
Biden say Uncle Bosey was eaten by cannibals. Didn't make
Biden say that, you know, we were endowed. We were
endowed by the thing, oh you know the thing you mean, God,
the creator of everything. It didn't generate the her report

(04:52):
that went into his really deep cognitive decline in front
of Robert her Was I still vice president too? One
thousand and nine. That wasn't a cheap bake video. They
don't want us to see that video. It didn't force
Joe to fall and trip going up the stairs of
Air Force won three times, and fall multiple other times

(05:13):
off a bike and fall on stage that didn't happen.
You know, it's the guy that you know that doesn't
know whether to exit stage left or stage right. You know,
cheap fake videos didn't cause Joe Biden to lie to
us for three years about the border being closed and secure.
Didn't cause him to lie about never speaking to Hunter

(05:34):
or his brother or anybody for that matter, about the
foreign business deals, which we know is a lie. You know,
it wasn't a cheap fake video of him looking at
his watch as American soldiers' bodies were flown home after
his horrific Afghanistan withdrawal. You know, it doesn't cause him
to mumble and bumble and stumble all over himself. The

(05:55):
way we've been we constantly play on this program, and
if they're going to lie about something on tape, is
that we can see, imagine what else they're lying about. Remember,
the same people that lied about the Russia hoax, the
Russia hoax, the same people that impeached them over Ukraine
over nothing, The same people that just hate Donald Trump,

(06:17):
the same people had no problem lying about the very
real laptop. I mean, it's bad and to just deny.
It is just to get you to deny simple truth
and reality and what your own eyes are showing you. Anyway,
joining us now, well, let me play Karine Jean Pierre
first about these videos and these cheap fake videos as

(06:39):
they call them.

Speaker 8 (06:40):
I think you all have called this the cheap fakes video,
and that's exactly what they are. They are cheap fakes video.
They are done in bad shake. That was definitely a
cheap pick.

Speaker 7 (06:49):
It was.

Speaker 8 (06:50):
This was widely fact checked. That video was wildly fact checked,
including by conservatives media on had what happened? That what occurred?
The President walked over to give a thumbs up to
divers who had just landed right in front of him.
Formed President Obama and George Malooneia early they physically put
hands on the President to guide him and show them

(07:13):
give stage directions.

Speaker 3 (07:15):
Are they doing that on their own? Where has anybody
asked them to?

Speaker 8 (07:17):
Look? I run the show with the First of all,
let me spoke to the most recent right. President Obama
President Biden have a relationship. They are friends, They're like
family to each other. And I think that's what you saw.
You saw the President put his hand behind on the
back of President Biden, and they walked off the state.

Speaker 3 (07:39):
Okay.

Speaker 2 (07:40):
Joining us now is Congressman Andy Ogels of Tennessee. I
am also predicting, in spite of all of this, don't
expect anything other than jacked up Joe that we saw
at the State of the Union address nine days from
now during that debate. I may be wrong, but that's
my best educated guess. Let's see if I'm right. And

(08:00):
you know, seventy percent of Americans would like a drug test. Well,
we test horses after big races, we test athletes after
athletic events and before why wouldn't you test presidential candidates?

Speaker 3 (08:13):
Anyway? Congress and Ogles, do you like that idea?

Speaker 7 (08:16):
Oh? Absolutely? I mean, this isn't you know, he's not
having slippage. He's in full cognitive decline. And you know,
and there's this this question that's out there, both Republicans
and Democrats, about his ability to leave the nation, to
leave the world quite frankly, and if he really was
kind of not on some sort of jacked ub juice,
he wouldn't have a problem. He would volunteer a drug test.

(08:39):
But look, my concern of I've offered legislation to force
him to disclose. It is that if he in fact
is on some sort of cocktail, if he's in fact
on some sort of rigid sleep schedule, so that he
has periods where he's lucid in confunction. That means there's
periods of time in this nation where we don't have
a commander in chief because he's incapacitated. That concerns me,

(09:00):
It concerns you, issould concern America. And I think that's
manifesting itself. And the conversations out here on the House
floor from my Democratic colleagues is they recognize he's in decline.

Speaker 3 (09:10):
He definitely is.

Speaker 2 (09:11):
Now do you talk to Democrats, do they privately like
roll their eyes and like it's so bad, we're so embarrassed,
or do they keep it to themselves?

Speaker 7 (09:19):
Yeah, they do keep it to themselves in the sense
they're not going to ever say anything publicly. But to
those that I have relationships with, yeah, they roll their eyes.
They know that he's not in charge. They know he's
not the leader of the party. But what are they
going to do. They have to stay in line if
they want to support of the machine. And so you
see it on full display, and you know, Jean Pierre.

(09:40):
Now you know, they're going into denial mode. This is
all they can do is they can stall, stall, try
to get him through the election. You know, I'm still
shocked that they're going to even try to put him
forward for a debate. You know, I spoke to him
at the State of the Union. I was the first
Republican that he greeted on the House floor, and I
spoke with him, and I had a conversation and you
know what the on and I'm not trying to be disrespectful,

(10:02):
but there was no one home. He was enable to
respond to me in kind of a quick real time
in our conversation, and that that is troubling.

Speaker 2 (10:10):
So even hyper caffeinated Joe was having a hard time
having the ability to communicate with you. Let me tell you,
in America's got to be the I mean, he didn't
even give Speaker Johnson an opportunity to introduce him, as
his tradition at the State of the Union address. My
high privileged is think Donor introduced to you the President

(10:32):
of the United States of America.

Speaker 3 (10:33):
Blah blah blah. Everybody you know stands he didn't.

Speaker 2 (10:36):
He just got up there, handed the speech to the
speaker and his vice president and started racing through that
speech at a record pace. And that is not the
Joe we ever saw before then, and we haven't seen
it after now. The fact that we haven't seen it
after causes me to pause and ask.

Speaker 3 (10:54):
Well, why haven't they they whatever, let's just say it
was a lot of red bull. Let's be charitable.

Speaker 2 (11:00):
Well, whatever he had, you know, to get him in
that hyper caffeinated state, whatever it is, must not be
good for his health, must be dangerous to his health,
or I would imagine we would have seen it again,
wouldn't you.

Speaker 7 (11:14):
Oh sure? And you know, just as a casual observer,
where he seems to function in his greatest capacity is
when he's reading from a teleprompter or when he's reading
from his note cards. In other words, you're going to
call on this reporter from said outlet, and you're going
to answer this question the moment that he has to
go off script, where he actually has to think for himself.

(11:35):
And again, I'm not trying to be disrespectful. That's where
there's a glitch. That's where the system starts to shut down.
I mean, I have a computer at home where the
hard drive just crashed. You know, if he's asked a
question that's offscript, his hard drive crashes. I've seen it.
You've seen it, You've seen it on video. You've heard
him mumbling. I mean some of the audio you just
played is illegible.

Speaker 2 (11:56):
I mean, my my favorite, a little bit of da dah.
I mean, that's that's the I mean, he does it
all the time, right right, quick break more with Congressman
Andy Ogles of Tennessee on the other side, will also
get your calls in eight hundred and nine to four one, Sean,
as we continue.

Speaker 1 (12:18):
And now a word from the forty six president nf
the United States.

Speaker 3 (12:24):
We choose unity o our division.

Speaker 4 (12:26):
We choose science over fiction, we choose truth over facts.

Speaker 1 (12:32):
Sean Hannity is on right now.

Speaker 2 (12:37):
I would continue. Now Congressman Andy Ogles of Tennessee is
with us. This is pretty interesting. The Daily Caller had
the peace on this headline. Is White House officially claims
Biden has made one hundred and forty eight mistakes during
his twenty twenty four public remarks. Through one hundred and
eighteen statements, speeches, and chats with reporters spanning from January

(12:58):
first to April twenty, the White House has officially updated
their transcript with corrections to what the President said out
loud at least one hundred and forty eight times now.
Some of these modifications include corrections to names, dates, titles
of organizations. Others change verbs, modified the meaning of the

(13:19):
president's statement entirely, words that the President didn't say but
should have according to the White House staff. You know,
things also have been added to the transcripts. So I
mean that anybody can misspeak. I talked for four hours
a day. Trust me. I've had my own moments, if
you will. But nothing like this guy, And nobody I

(13:43):
know is like this guy, unless of course you're suffering
from you know, significant cognitive decline or people that I
have known that have had Alzheimer's or early onset Alzheimer's.
I've seen the tragedy of it, and he certainly seems
like a candidate to me. Although I'm not a medical
doctor and I'm not making a medical diagnosis.

Speaker 3 (14:03):
Something bad is going on there.

Speaker 7 (14:05):
Oh yeah, I mean, like you say, you know, I
talk for a living. I give lots of speeches, and
you talk for a living, and we're going to make
those mistakes. But you know, a lot of times. But
you and I we catch our mistakes every now and again.
You know, you blow right through it and then afterwards
you recognize it. I mean, he's reading from a teleprompter
and he'll say things such as pause here. You know

(14:26):
he's reading the notes within this speech. And again it's
the inability to catch himself to think in the moment
versus just being this robotic that they have trained to
go read this. And again I spoke to him on
the house floor. I talked to him and he was
he was unable to hold an actual conversation. Again, so
no juicing Joe would require them to disclose when he's

(14:48):
on this cocktail. And to your point, he have to
be drug tested in the same way. You know, Trump's
not hiding anything, So why do we let Joe Biden
hide this from us?

Speaker 2 (14:58):
That's a great point. Now, I was with President Trump,
and I mean he went on for almost an hour
and twenty minutes with me, NonStop, articulate, engaged, I mean,
on his game.

Speaker 3 (15:10):
Anyway.

Speaker 2 (15:10):
Congressman Andy Ogles, appreciate you, thanks so much for being
with us. Eight hundred and nine four one. Shawn is
on number. If you want to be a part of
the program. Look, life is busy now, you have summer travel,
coming up, graduations, holidays, you name it all. But life
is crazy and defund dismantled. No bail laws has created,
you know, a lack of safety and security in small

(15:31):
towns and big cities. So if your family's traveling this summer, well,
a lot of states, you can't bring a firearm into
another state, even if you're licensed in your state. I
know Florida has reciprocity in thirty six states, and I
have a gun permit myself, but and I've had a
license to carry my whole adult life. But you got

(15:51):
to be careful now. One option is the non lethal
powerful launcher called Burner, and it fires kinetic rounds, tier gas,
pepper spray, and it can incapacitate any perpetrator for thirty
or forty minutes, allowing you time to get the police
and get out of trouble. It really works. Their videos
are very powerful. The best part is it's legal in

(16:14):
all fifty states. There's no permit needed, there's no background
check needed. I like to have the lethal and non
lethal option, and if I could ever use non lethal,
I'm going with non lethal. I now have both options
at all times. It's part of my personal safety and
security plan that everybody should have. Check out the videos
for yourself. You're gonna love Burner. This technology is phenomenal

(16:36):
by RNA dot com slash Hannity. You get ten percent
off any purchase that's by r NA dot com slash
Hannity and check it out today and I think you're
going to be impressed. All right, twenty five to the
top of the hour, eight hundred and ninety four one Sean,
if you want to be a part of the program,
your calls coming up this final half hour. Look, in
a perfect world, just owning a gun would be about

(16:58):
all you need to keep yourself you love one safe.
But we don't live in a perfect world, do we. We
live in a New America. Or even the most justifiable
use of force, well, that can land you in a
legal nightmare. Let me tell you about what happened to Michael.
He's a father, active duty Air Force. He was attacked
outside of a nightclub. Punched to the ground at that point,

(17:20):
fearing for his life, he fired two shots. It struck
his attacker in the leg, didn't seriously injure the guy.
Jury acquitted him of attempted murder but convicted him of
aggravated batteries since there was a gun involved. Now he's
not a USCCA member like I am. I've been a
member for nine years. Now he's spending twenty five and

(17:40):
now he's spending twenty five years behind bars and will
be like fifty by the time he might get released. Now,
the reason I'm sharing this story with you because the
truth is, if you believe in the Second Amendment and
the right to self defense, owning a gun for protection,
that can get you in trouble in this New America
or we live it, and it's not good for anybody

(18:02):
that believes that you should have our right to defend
your own life. I've been with the usccaight nine years.
They have the best training, the best education, the best
access to insurance made specifically for self defense incidents. You
get all of this for less than a dollar a day.
They have about eight thousand locations around the country. If
you want to learn situational self defense that they can

(18:24):
put you in touch with. That's what I train in
every day. Just go to their website Defendfamily dot com
right now. Learn about your us CCA membership and if
you do it now. You can get entered to win
the gun of your choice and up to one hundred
and fifty five bucks worth of free bonuses. Defendfamily dot
com is the website Defend Family one word dot com. Well,

(18:47):
the left is totally, utterly, completely losing their mind. I mean,
I don't even know what to make of it. And
it's a part of it is humorous. A part of
it is just downright unbelievable to me. And let me
give you an example. You know, we first had Rachel Maddow.
I think if Donald Trump is elected, I think he's

(19:11):
gonna want to put me in a camp.

Speaker 3 (19:13):
What the hell.

Speaker 2 (19:14):
I don't even think Trump knows who Rachel Maddow is
the conspiracy theorist.

Speaker 3 (19:18):
I tend to doubt it.

Speaker 2 (19:19):
I don't think he spends a lot of time watching MSDNZ.
I mean he did watch Liberal Joe for a while.
Liberal Joe liked him for a while. Liberal Joe's lost
his mind. As we pointed out earlier today, you know
Liberal Joe was saying, oh about the laptop and the
lead up to the twenty twenty election.

Speaker 3 (19:35):
You're a fool, You're an idiot. This is Russian disinformation.

Speaker 2 (19:39):
You know, now he's out there, you know, hawking this idea,
these cheap fake videos that are very real, as we
have discussed in detail today. But then it gets then
AOC takes it a step further. I remember we played
this last week. AOC if Trump he might want to
put me in jail.

Speaker 1 (19:57):
Listen, what happens to you you if Donald Trump wins?

Speaker 9 (20:01):
What do you do?

Speaker 10 (20:02):
What's your first I mean it sounds nuts, but like
I wouldn't be surprised if this guy throw me in jail. Really,
he's out of his mind. I mean, he did his
whole first campaign around lock her up, like this is
his motto. I take him at his word. I take
him at his word. Take I take him at his

(20:23):
word when he says that he's going to round up people.
I take him at his word. When he threatens journalists,
I take him at his word. I feel like what
we saw in his first presidency was an amused bousch
to what his intentions are. He has learned from his
mistakes of appointing professionals, and he will not make that
mistake next time.

Speaker 2 (20:44):
Oh okay, Anyway, earlier today, Joela's Behar had Rachel Maddow
on and Joyla said that she's concerned Donald Trump could
actually pull the view off the air during his second term,
just as Rachel Maddow declared, no, no one is going
to be safe.

Speaker 3 (21:02):
You know, the more I think about this, I'm going
to play this for you.

Speaker 2 (21:04):
I'm thinking, oh, you mean the things that happened to
Rogers Stone and Paul Maniford and Donald Trump with these
pony you know, this phony trial in New York where
nobody even knows what the charges were or are you know,
a bookkeeping era misdemeanor up charged to a felony federal
elections crime, and an abusively biased judge, a da that

(21:28):
ran on a Get Trump platform, just like you know,
a civil trial where you know, everybody's perfectly happy with
mar a Lago evaluation at eighteen million. The things that
happened to Steve Bannon and Pete Navarro and everybody else,
and now that what they're doing with Rudy Giuliani. Maybe
they're just afraid what they have, you know, secretly loved

(21:52):
might just come back to haunt them. You know, one
thing that they have really going for them is conservatives
don't believe in making up crimes and lawfare. We do
believe in prosecuting real crimes. I think there's a serious, significant,
real investigation to be had about Joe and Hunter Biden,
just based on the very real Hunter Biden laptop that

(22:15):
they all lied about in the weeks leading up to
the twenty twenty election. But anyway, this is from the
view earlier today.

Speaker 11 (22:24):
So you said recently that you thought that you, as
an outspoken critic, could be a target yourself. Some people
think that sounds over dramatic, but I'm right there with you.
I think that he is so vindictive that he will
go after however he has to do the irs maybe
or even through sponsors to get us off the air

(22:44):
maybe or you How seriously should we be taking that?

Speaker 3 (22:49):
Well?

Speaker 12 (22:50):
So I was asked, am I worried about me? And
my answer was, I'm worried about all of us. I'm
now no more worried about me than I am worried
about everybody in the country. I think it's bad to
have somebody saying, give me as much power as you
can in this country so I can use it to
go after other Americans, So I can use it to
go after these subhuman internal enemies.

Speaker 7 (23:10):
And I'll destroy them.

Speaker 3 (23:11):
Yeah, Like, that's just not.

Speaker 12 (23:12):
A good system for anybody, And I don't think anybody's
safe if that's the sort of basis on which he
wants to get more.

Speaker 11 (23:20):
I remember when Nixon had an enemy's list. That was
a proud moment for a lot of people if they
were on the enemy. Maybe we need to turn it
around like that.

Speaker 3 (23:27):
Well, I don't.

Speaker 12 (23:27):
I mean, I think that if he decides that he's
going to go after you or me or anybody who's
well known, you know, we have resources, will likely be fine.

Speaker 13 (23:38):
But I think there's a.

Speaker 12 (23:39):
Pattern where he picks out individual people and effectively terrorizes that.

Speaker 2 (23:44):
Oh is that what they really think is going to happen?
Did he do that the last time, Linda, let's go
back and check.

Speaker 3 (23:49):
No, he did not.

Speaker 2 (23:50):
He didn't at all. And when I recently interviewed him, no,
he was very clear this has to stop. And what
he was talking about specifically, is the made up bs,
you know, weaponization of justice. And by the way, that's
very separate and different from real crimes that are committed

(24:11):
by people or real investigation that's needed into the Biden
family syndicate. I want to be very clear, I think
some of you misunderstood me the first time I brought
this up. You know, it really is just unbelievable times.
We live in only way to put it, Eric in
the Free State of Florida. Hey, Eric, how are you

(24:33):
welcome aboard?

Speaker 3 (24:34):
Sir?

Speaker 13 (24:35):
Thank you Sean for taking my call. I'll just thank you.
Coming debate, we know that the moderator will throw thorny
questions at Trump and ask Biden what flavor ice cream
he likes. So I'd like to offer some verbal armamentarium
to the president President Trump, and certainly January sixth and

(24:55):
insurrection will come up at the debate, and Trump should
simply say that marks peacefully and patrineriodically and let your
voices be heard is not a call to insurrection. And
only a delusional person would think that. I mean, that's
that's one thing that should be established early if they
talk about that. And I'm sorry that the moderator will
trot out the silly Democrat mantra that Trump is a

(25:17):
threat to democracy, and Trump should respond by saying three things.
Number One, democracy is not a system where you lie
constantly to get what you want. For example, Russia, Russia, Russia.
And number two, democracy is not a system where you
censure free speech like what they did did to him
on Twitter or the gag orders he was under. And three,

(25:38):
democracy is not a system where you try to imprison
your political opponents. That's what communists do. So he would
to say, mister Biden, you're a communist in sheep's clothing.

Speaker 2 (25:49):
There's so much that he'll have an opportunity to bring up.
I would just be prepared. I think Joe is going
to go in jacked up Joe. I think he's going
to be hyper caffeine leg he was at the State
of the Union, and I would anticipate it. And I
think Joe is going to go in with one mission,
and that's going to be to try to piss off Trump.

Speaker 3 (26:11):
And I just wouldn't take debate.

Speaker 2 (26:13):
And I think on all the issues that are predictable
that will come up, who won the twenty twenty election,
blah blah blah, they'll bring up these these crazy issues,
you know, democracy in peril, January sixth, abortion, they're definitely.
I mean, you got two liberal talk show hosts that

(26:33):
are moderating this debate, and they're going to do everything
they can do to help Joe and everything they can
do to her.

Speaker 3 (26:40):
Trump.

Speaker 2 (26:40):
You know, new Ingrid said something that is deep and profound.
As always, he said, at the end of the day,
whether Joe does well or not, it won't really matter.
People still have to go into a grocery store and
they're still paying Biden inflation. You know, young people can't
buy a new house. Law and order and safety and
security are are not where the country is today. You know,

(27:03):
we see nothing but defund dismantled, no bail laws. The
borders are still wide open. Joe has still created the
biggest national security threat in our lifetime. The economy is
a disaster. We see the high price of energy, and
we see his failure on the world stage. And the
guy doesn't know what day of the week it is.
So I just I'm not putting as much emphasis on

(27:26):
that debate as other people might. But I'm not expecting
every day Joe to show up. Whatever whatever Joe did
before the State of the Union is going to be
the Joe that shows up at this debate. I'm convinced,
you know, I'd bet a lot of money that I'm
right on that I may be wrong, but let's see,
I think you're right. Anyway, My friend we'll be paying

(27:48):
close attention. Eight hundred nine four one. Shawn is our number.
If you want to be a part of the program. Uh,
let's go to uh rihann is in New Orleans. What's up, Rhann?

Speaker 3 (27:58):
How are you? What's going on down town Orleans?

Speaker 13 (28:02):
Hey?

Speaker 9 (28:02):
Sean human is all heck? Uh, thanks to.

Speaker 3 (28:06):
Take By the way, it's crazy down in New Orleans.

Speaker 2 (28:08):
I've been there, it's And by the way, I'm going
to give free advice to anybody that visits New Orleans.
Whatever you do, don't drink a hurricue. Whatever you do,
the worst drink to have that and a Long Island
iced tea.

Speaker 3 (28:21):
Don't go near it.

Speaker 13 (28:23):
Yeah, there's less unless you.

Speaker 3 (28:25):
Want to be puke in your guts out, But go ahead.

Speaker 9 (28:28):
Right yeah, no on al, I don't note. I heard
you talking about gen Z's taking mommies to interviews, and
something similar happened to me when I took my daughter
to her first interview. She she looked at me, well
aren't you coming in? And I looked at her and
I said, I mean, employers don't hire people who bring

(28:49):
their mommies to interviews. Walked in there, and uh, you know, uh,
they didn't they weren't hiring, but she walked in there
by herself, and I was telling her about the phone
call you today, and she said, you know, that's one
of my biggest life lessons is having to get the
confidence up to go in there by myself and ask.

(29:10):
And she's a confident, hard working, independent young woman who
takes care of everything by herself. And I'm very proud
of he.

Speaker 2 (29:21):
Oh you should be. Look, it's all part of the
maturation process. I mean, you know, I never wanted my
kids to be delivering papers at eight years old like
I was. That was not an option for them. And
I didn't want them washing dishes and hanging out in
a restaurant and at a bar till you know, when
they were twelve and thirteen years old, you know, through

(29:44):
their high school years the way I did. And I'm
not And look, I was doing things every night before
I'd come home. I'd be sitting at the bar at
twelve and thirteen drinking a couple of Saint Paulague's girls,
and then I'd fly home on my bicycle. And my
parents most of the time had no idea where I
was at any time of the day. It was just

(30:05):
a very different time. And the thing that I focused
on with my kids, right or wrong, Well, I focused
on the issue of right or wrong, and I focused
on they were both into sports, so I focused on
their sport. I would, you know, pay for the lessons
or whatever they needed and their coaches. But they had

(30:26):
to put in a full effort and I wanted them
to do well in school, and I instilled that discipline.
I foolishly actually believed. And I don't know, Rihanna, if
you made this mistake. I just thought, when they graduate college,
my job as a parent is over.

Speaker 3 (30:40):
Boy. I couldn't have been more wrong.

Speaker 2 (30:43):
I think they need you more after they graduate from
college than before.

Speaker 7 (30:49):
Yeah.

Speaker 9 (30:49):
I knew i'd be involved with maybe not on this level,
but that's fine. We're tight and came here.

Speaker 2 (30:56):
I mean, I just make sure that I just tell
them that I tell them the truth and make them
put I push them.

Speaker 9 (31:04):
Mm hmm. That's what That's what my husband and I
did when we were raising them. My husband passed away
unfortunately recently, and she's been a great help, oh helping
me take care of our sons. He's disabled and so
she's very that she's watching him. Right now, I have
to start cleaning houses after the pandemic, after the lockdown,

(31:28):
I had to go to work and start cleaning houses
as the client's.

Speaker 7 (31:32):
Host right now.

Speaker 2 (31:34):
Oh listen, I mean all that work is hard and
and I applaud you for doing it. I mean it's
it's a hard job, and I'm very appreciative of what
they do because I don't.

Speaker 3 (31:45):
I don't have time to do it.

Speaker 13 (31:47):
Uh.

Speaker 2 (31:47):
Anyway, keep up the good work, and God bless you.
You're a good role model for your daughter.

Speaker 9 (31:52):
Okay, thanks for taking my calls.

Speaker 3 (31:55):
Thank you.

Speaker 2 (31:56):
