Speaker 1 (00:00):
All right, news round up in information overload, our tot free.
(00:02):
Our number is eight hundred and nine four one sean.
If you want to be a part of the program.
You know, think back to when Donald Trump came down
the escalator at Trump Tower and gave his speech that
he was entering the political world. And think of the
reaction about his comments on immigration, about rape and murder
and so on and so forth. And think of all
(00:23):
of the headlines that we have had in the last
number of weeks. This fourteen year old girl, you know,
murdered and killed and dumped at a river in Texas.
This girl that was raped in broad daylight in New
York City, another girl being human trafficked, and on and
on and on. We're talking about twelve, thirteen, fourteen year
(00:43):
old girls. And then you think of this poor mother
of five that is Rachel Moore and her death, and
when is Joe ever going to mention her name? Last
week he announced amnesty and says again like he'd been
saying for three years, he just expands the lie that
I secured the border on my own. He didn't secure anything.
(01:04):
That stupid bipartisan deal was nothing other than Joe Biden
basically saying, oh, okay, we'll start securing the border after
five thousand people enter, but only if I feel like it,
because I have full discretion whether to do so or
not do so.
Speaker 2 (01:20):
I mean, pretty pretty crazy if you asked me anyway.
Speaker 1 (01:26):
Over the weekend, because Biden's disaster's border policies, this rape
and broad daylight of this thirteen year old girl in
a queen's park, and now a week after his daughter
was raped by this illegal immigrant from Ecuador, the father said,
this is what happens when undocumented migrants are allowed to
(01:47):
flood into the country unchecked. This man's life just like
Rachel Morin's mother, who I interviewed. You know, this family,
These families will never be the same Lake and Riley's family,
not Lincoln Joe Lake. Their family will never be the
same anyway. The other of this thirteen year old goes
on to say, the open border policy of I've never
(02:08):
agreed with because that just invites a lot of things
we don't need. He's seventy years old. His name is
withheld to protect his daughter's identity. And look what came in.
Look what happened to my daughter. I mean, and I
can go on and on and on. How many more
victims will there be? I've said it before, I'll say
(02:30):
it again. Joe Biden has blood on his hands. Never
mind the one hundred and eighty countries that illegals are
coming from so far this fiscal year, thirty thousand Chinese nationals,
tens and tens of thousands from China, Russia, Iran, Syria, Yemen, Venezuela, Egypt, Afghanistan.
I mean, when does this end? I mean, you know,
(02:53):
one of the two Venezuela and illegals accused of killing
a twelve year old girl, you know, is doing Harris's
Criminal Court in downtown Houston this morning. Alexis Nungary is
the mother of Joscelyn Nungay. She talks about her slat daughter.
Imagine this is you.
Speaker 3 (03:12):
I thank everybody for being here to make notice, a
national notice for my daughter. She was amazing. I still
see her face in the back of my head every
day all day. Keep getting little signs about her throughout
(03:37):
the days. And this has been a very, very hard
time for me and my family. But the amount of
support I've been getting from everybody is very It's trying
to bottom of my heart. So appreciated. I hear her
sayings street playing over and overall in the loop in
(04:02):
my brain. Her dorkiness, her coirkiness. She she definitely made
people laugh. She's I'm always gonna remember those memories because
she was just she had such a bright future ahead
(04:24):
of her and I knew she was gonna go very far.
And you know, these these monsters took that opportunity from her,
from our family of watching her. And I just want
people to remember. I know this is very high profile case,
(04:46):
but she was still my firstborn. I was a teen mom.
I fought for her at fifteen, so twenty seven now
I'm still fighting for her, and just remember that she was.
It's a very special little girl that deserves her justice,
and I know she's going to make a difference in
(05:11):
this world for all children, and now it's my job
to make sure it continues to happen. So I just
want to say thank you.
Speaker 1 (05:22):
I mean, does your heart not break for this poor woman.
Mark Morgan, acting Commissioner of CBP and visiting fellow with
the Heritage Foundation. Mark Bernovitch, former Attorney General from the
Great State of Arizona, Welcome both of you to the program.
Mark Morgan Gee. I remember somebody by the name of
Donald Trump being you know, viciously criticized for saying that
(05:46):
this very thing would happen. I mean, a thirteen year
old girl raped in broad daylight. You have a mother
of five, Rachel morn murdered by an illegal immigrant Lake
and Riley, you know, we know her situation. You know
you have this young girl, Joscelyn Nungrave, we just turned
from a mother. I mean, everything that Donald Trump said
(06:07):
would happen. And I'll add to this eleven million unvetted
the illegal immigrants from countries with terroritize and our top
geopolitical foes nine to eleven two point zero or worse
is coming. It's not if it's when the FBI is
all but saying it's gonna happen.
Speaker 4 (06:25):
Sean, Look, I couldn't agree with some more and everything
you just said. I was actually sitting here and taking notes,
you know, so one of your questions or one of
your statements. Sea couldn't agree more with this. How many
more victims do we have to endure? President Trump? Remember
he was vilified every time he said that criminals, that murderers, rapist, pedophiles,
gang members were entering the country. He was right when
he referred to Emma thirteen as animals coming across taken
(06:49):
American lives. He was right. And you mentioned the children
just in the past two weeks that have been savage
raped and murdered. You talked about the death of a
Rachel and Moore. Well before Rachel, there was Root Garcia,
and then before Lake and Riley, there was Molly Tibbots.
There was Elizabeth Begina, there was Kata Hamilton. There's too
many to mention. But yet the liberal media actually is
(07:10):
trying to convince the American people these are just one
us suggesting that we're fear boundering to talk about it. Yet,
when you look at the facts ICE, in the first
three years of the Biden administration, ICE arrested one hundred
and sixty three thousand criminal illegal aliens, including four thousand,
seven hundred murderers, eight thousand gang members bord of toll Own.
During the same TI period, shown have apprehended forty eight
(07:33):
thousand criminals trying to illegally enter the border, including murderers, rapists, pedophile,
gang members, and activated balons. Texas DPS they've arrested over
four hundred thousand criminal illegal aliens and charged them with
over five hundred thousand crimes. Sean, You're right, how many
more have to die before we say enough is enough?
Speaker 1 (07:54):
Berno, as we call TheMark for a good friend, Mark
Bernavis is with us too. You know, if you look
at you know, the countries like Iran and Syria and
countries with known terroortize that are showing up at our
southern border. In just the last year and a half,
nearly sixty thousand Chinese nationals showing up at our southern border.
They're buying up thousands of acres of ranch land and
(08:17):
farmland and land near military installations. Then you got, you know,
the tens of thousands from Russia, China, Iran, Syria, Yemen, Venezuela, Egypt, Afghanistan, Kazakhstan,
you name it, they're coming and they're all unvetted, and
it's over eleven million. And at this point I think
(08:38):
the ship has sailed. I believe we have terror cells
in our country and they're plotting and planning and scheming
a horrible attack on our country. And Joe Biden has
blood on his heads and there's no other way to
put it.
Speaker 5 (08:51):
Absolutely, Sean as you and I have discussed over the
last several years, a record amount of people are illegally
entering this country, unvetted, they're undocumented, and quite frankly, we
have seen a record amount of people on the terror
watch list coming in. So we know that as a nation,
hundreds of thousands of people are dying as a result
(09:13):
of the cartel season something control of our border. And
now we know that people from countries that mean US harmed,
people that want to hurt this country have come into
our count have come into this country illegally and unvetted,
and we don't know who they are or where they are.
I think what is most troubling and whateveryone should take
away from this is that Biden administration was warned. They
(09:33):
were warned by people like you, people like being when
I was still Attorney General, that this would happen, that
innocent Americans would die, that a tragedy is coming, that
another nine to eleven is coming. They are endangering American citizens,
and yet they are willing, willing to have innocent Americans
has clateral damage to advance their radical agenda. And that's
(09:53):
what is so heartbreaking about this that Joe Biden cares
more about radicalizing this country and winning the next election
that he does about keeping America secure and frankly, you
cannot simultaneously reward people for breaking the law and then
expect them to come here and respect it. And that's
ultimately what is happening here all of this country now
(10:16):
is a result of the failure of the Biden administration.
Speaker 1 (10:19):
All right, quick break, will come right back. We'll continue
with Mark Morgan and former Attorney General Mark Bernovitch on
the other side. Than your calls are coming.
Speaker 2 (10:27):
Up as we continue.
Speaker 1 (10:28):
Joe's disaster at the border is getting worse and worse.
Parents that have lost their loved ones or have had
their loved ones raped are now speaking out.
Speaker 2 (10:37):
You can't blame them.
Speaker 1 (10:38):
We continue with Mark Morgan and with former Attorney General
Mark Bernovich. Sixty two percent of Americans Mark Morgan would
like to deport those that jumped the line, didn't respect
our laws, our borders, our sovereignty. Even fifty three percent
of Hispanic Americans support that.
Speaker 2 (10:59):
Can you do that?
Speaker 1 (11:00):
How difficult would that be to do logistically, not knowing
where all these people are.
Speaker 4 (11:08):
Look, there's no doubt that it would be a challenge,
But here's what I say. It's a little bit tongue
in cheek, but I'm serious. First of all, how do
you do it? You start one at a time. And
the reason why I say that is because we can't
just roll over. We can't have a defeated sattitude and say, oh,
because the magnitude is so big, so we're just not
going to do anything, and we're just gonna roll over.
Let's just get an amnesty to millions of people. That's
(11:29):
not the answer. We already have the foundation in place.
It's called ero enforcement and Removal operations, a subcomponent of ICE.
I think they're the best in the world. Have gone
out there and identifying illegal aliens that are in this country.
What we need to do is just support there, but
we need to give them additional resources. You need to
utilize a whole of government approach. And you're right. Great generals,
(11:50):
I mean good generals talk about tactics and operations. Great
generals talk about logistics. There's a significant logistical chain that's
going to have to be associated with this. That's why
we're going to have to pull in the Department of Defense.
Now I'm not saying the Department of Defense are going
to be patrolling the streets, but we are going to
need their resources for transportation, PA maybe for the detention capabilities,
(12:10):
et cetera. But here's the last thing I'll say about this.
One of the most important things we're going to need
that's been lacking for decade after decades, is we're going
to need conservatives on Capitol Hill to show the political courage,
strength and resolve to actually support President Trump when he
actually tries this massive removal operation that's needed right now
(12:32):
at the end of the day, That's what we're going
to need.
Speaker 1 (12:35):
Let's get your take. Former Attorney General Bernovich.
Speaker 5 (12:39):
Yeah, the Biden administration incentivized, decriminalized, and monetized people breaking
the lawts illegally and coming here illegally. So one of
the things that I did, and I argued, if you
are Supreme Court to defend Donald Trump's public charge rule.
Remember the Biden administration literally with drew a rule that
Trump administration put in place that limited public benefits. So
(13:03):
one of the things you can do is stop giving
benefits to people that have broken the law and come
here illegally and basically having the taxpayer subsidized.
Speaker 1 (13:10):
I mean you mean, like California give them free health
care and sanctuary status to Well.
Speaker 5 (13:15):
I'm glad you're asking that, because one of the things
the next Attorney General of the United States should do.
Speaker 4 (13:19):
Is use eight USC.
Speaker 5 (13:20):
Thirteen twenty four last year was upheld by the US
Supreme Court that says anyone facilitating, aiding, or abetting a
legal immigration can be criminally prosecuted by the federal government.
So why aren't people like Gavin Newsom, or the mayor
of Chicago, or the mayor of New York being prosecuted
for giving literally not only healthcare benefits, but free views
(13:41):
of cards, four and five star hotels to people that
have broken the law legally. So I think that there's
a way that you can not only do it Mark
Morgan was just talking about on the enforcement end, but
I also think there's a way to go after people
that are providing financial incentives for people to break the
law and try to dry up those public safety nets
that are here for hardworking American taxpayers instead of giving
(14:03):
them to people that have broken the law and entered
the country illegally.
Speaker 1 (14:07):
It is the biggest national security threat that has ever
been created by a US president, and it is costing
the American people hundreds of billions of dollars.
Speaker 2 (14:17):
Mark Morgan, you get the last word.
Speaker 4 (14:19):
First of all, what the ag just said, I couldn't
agree more. If you remove those incentives, what we're going
to see, and we've seen in the history before, right Eisenhower,
is that when you actually serious and the perception is
that we're serious about removing people in the country illegally
and we de incentivize it, you're going to see some
people that are actually going to leave on their own.
That's very important from a substantive as well as perception.
(14:40):
And the last thing I'll say is, let's not forget
we have to physically secure the border, and we have
to stop the host we have to turn off the
fire hydrant from people continuing to be released in this country.
If we're actually going to be totally successful, and we
have to do it all, and we have to go
out with cartels as well.
Speaker 1 (14:56):
Mark Morgan, Mark Bernovich, thank you both. Appreciate your time.
Eight hundred ninety four to one, Shawn is our number.
If you want to be a part of the program, you.
Speaker 6 (15:04):
Need some high minded language. I'm just going to say
it like it is. That was a show the President
took it to a new low. There was one part
in particular, it's hard to pick out because there were
a lot of lows that was really unbelievable, which is
when Joe Biden was talking about his son who died,
who he was incredibly close to, but talking about him
(15:26):
in the context of being a war hero and somebody
who was in the military, and what did the President do.
He shot at him about his son who was living
as a drug addict.
Speaker 7 (15:37):
What we just saw and.
Speaker 6 (15:37):
Heard from the President of the United States was propaganda.
There's really no other way to say it. It was propaganda,
plain and simple. So many of these press conferences have
turned into campaign rallies in the White House briefing room,
but that was a prime example that part of it insults, invective,
and outright lies. That's what we heard from Donald Trump
(15:59):
and Iowa this weekend. He held four events in the
state ahead of the caucuses.
Speaker 8 (16:03):
Well, if it has also been a time of extreme divisions,
many of the divisions caused and exacerbated by President Trump himself,
it's been a time of several significant and utterly avoidable failures.
Most tragically, of course, the unwillingness to respect facts and
science and do everything that could be done to save
lives during a pandemic. It has been a time where
(16:25):
truth in fact we're treated with disdain. It is a
time of cruelty, where official inhumanity such as child separation
became the official shameful policy of the United States. But
now the Trump presidency is coming to an end, to
an end with so many squandered opportunities and ruined potential,
(16:47):
but also an era of just plain meanness. It must
be said, to paraphrase President Ford, for tens of millions
of our fellow Americans, their long national nightmare is over.
Speaker 1 (17:00):
So that's what Donald Trump can expect on Thursday. The
only question mark is it Jack the piper caffeinated Joe
or is it going to be cognitively impaired regular Joe. Anyway,
let's get to our busy phones.
Speaker 3 (17:13):
Uh.
Speaker 1 (17:14):
Let us say hi to Moses in New Jersey. Moses,
it's been a while. How are you glad? You called?
Speaker 4 (17:22):
Doing great?
Speaker 9 (17:22):
Sean doing great? It's always a hotter, my friend. So
I wanted to talk to you real quick, you know,
like some points that I would love to hear the
President Trump make. You know, this is asking some of
the stuff I debate about at my firehouse kitchen table.
Speaker 4 (17:34):
I think it's pretty crazy there.
Speaker 9 (17:35):
And here's the thing I would love to hear from
the former president is that he trusts the American people.
And I would love to hear him say a lot,
which I hope he does. Is I reject the premise
of the question because you know what, like when it
comes to abortion, for example, right, it's not about restrictions
or bands. It's about the fact that in states like
New York, an abusive husband can push his wife down
(17:56):
the stairs and a state prosecutor cannot charge manslaughter out
the very least for the death of that unborn child
if that on board child is in the ninth month.
And that's the focus. It's about life. It's about identifying
and having each state to side on its own when
life is. I hope that's reframed in that sense and
when it comes.
Speaker 1 (18:15):
Well, President Trump gave me a good answer to that
my last interview. I'm not sure if you saw it,
But since then, the Supreme Court had ruled on the
widespread availability of the abortion pill. That was a nine
to zero decision, and that basically covers the first trimester
because most people don't know this. You know, about sixty
(18:38):
plus percent of abortions now take place with that pill,
and that's first trimester. I think the country is at
first trimester to fifteen weeks, and I think Donald Trump
supports that and has been pretty clear about it. But
I think it's going to be much harder now for
Democrats to demagog it like they did in twenty twenty.
Speaker 2 (18:56):
Two because of that decision. But we'll see.
Speaker 1 (18:58):
They're going to try to demagoga, but I don't think
it'll be as effective as it.
Speaker 9 (19:02):
Was, of course, But you know what it should be
identifying when life begins, like you know, as far as
like the government persipse.
Speaker 2 (19:10):
It's hard to determine.
Speaker 1 (19:11):
I know people that have had premies that well, Bordon,
it didn't even fully make six months and they turned
into you know, beautiful, perfectly healthy, you know, you know babies,
and you know, as science advances, I think that that
that period of gestation, if you will, is going to
be lower and lower over time.
Speaker 2 (19:33):
And then what do you do what?
Speaker 9 (19:35):
Yeah? And you know what when it comes to immigration, Sean,
I would love to hear someone ask a Democrat this question, right,
is how much crime considering that there's no country that
has no criminals. Is how much crime should any country
tolerate from a population of people that have no constitutional
rights to be there and got into the country illegally
that the Republicans stan should be zero. And I would
(19:56):
love to hear the Democrats sence.
Speaker 1 (19:58):
Moses always great to hear for me and my friend
Moses in New Jersey, Bill, South Carolina. Next Sean Hannity Show.
Speaker 10 (20:05):
Hi, Hi, Shanny, Sean his first time caller. Excuse me,
first time caller, a longtime listener, Thank you, You're welcome.
I have three really quick little points I'd like to
make or anyway. The first is, you know, Trump is
well known for doing and making decisions that nobody expects.
(20:27):
Number two, Nikki Haley was a very good UN ambassador,
and she's well known and respected by many of the
world leaders, which makes a very good point for a VP.
Speaker 11 (20:41):
And three, her ideas on abortion, we're very popular with women.
That's why she came in, I think number two behind Trump.
And I think if she and Trump got together and
made those points, it would take abortion out of the
hands of the Democrats and leave them with little or
to run on. And that's about it.
Speaker 2 (21:03):
Listen.
Speaker 1 (21:03):
I think it's an all hands on deck moment. What
I like to see everybody in the Republican Party unite
behind Donald Trump to stop the disaster that is Joe
Biden's presidency. I would that's going to be between them.
I don't I don't ask politicians what to do. I
know she's now come out and endorse Trump. I think
(21:25):
she could, you know, I think she has a lot
to offer and that's going to be up to her
and we'll just see what she decides to do over time. Anyway,
Cheryl is in California. Cheryl's apparently a professor. Hey Cheryl,
how are you hi?
Speaker 7 (21:42):
Son? First of all, A lot of love to you
and Linda from my mom, who is a ninety seven
almost Holocaust survivor. She's been having a from all of
the anti Semitism and the back and forth that Joe
is playing with, you know, not giving Israel the ammunition
that was already allocated to them by Congress. And yesterday
(22:05):
in Los Angeles at a dons tourist synagogue on Pico
and Robertson Boulevard, there were people out there. They were
vandalizing the synagogue. Beating up on Jewish people, you know,
I mean just coming like hordes and attacking people. We're
seeing this all over the United States and the world.
(22:25):
And you know, I thought Joe got into the race
because he was so worried about the chaos and he
was so worried about the anti Semitism. So where is
he now when he basically does everything he can to
unseek Prime Minister Nittanyahu, and he's done everything to hurt
Israel and to hurt the Jewish community. And by the way,
the LAPD said that they were told to stand down
(22:47):
by elected officials. Those elected officials to everybody out there
are Democrats in Los Angeles. And for President Trump to
get everything accomplished that he needs, he needs all the
way down the ballot Republicans in there. We need to
take back the Senate, and we need people, you know,
more bigger majority in the House. And when you said
what kind of Joe's going to show up, I think
(23:09):
it's going to be the same lying phony snake, like
the snake that President Trump reads about. And I just
hope he doesn't let them push his buttons, because he's
intelligent and he's got the best policies and he's the
best for Israel, for the Jewish people, for all people
of faith.
Speaker 1 (23:28):
Well, I will tell you this may be the lowest
point of Joe's presidency that in immigration and his economy
put it all together, but Joe literally surrendering in the
war against radical Islamic terrorism and not supporting our ally
and our friend Israel that supported us after nine to
(23:49):
eleven it fully support their efforts to win their war
against those that attack them. That is a low point
for this country and the lowest point ever. But with
that said, Israel's going to win this war with it,
with or without Joe Biden's help. By the way, I
love to you a ninety seven year old mom. God
(24:10):
you know, never again. Sadly is happening right now, and
I'm sure it's breaking her heart. It's certainly breaking mine.
My best to your family. I mean that with all
my heart.
Speaker 2 (24:21):
And that's gonna wrap things up for today.
Speaker 1 (24:22):
We have a great Hannity nine Eastern Fox News.
Speaker 2 (24:25):
Please set you DVR.
Speaker 1 (24:27):
Carolyn Levitt thrown off of CNN this morning for daring
to point out the obvious that fake Jake Tapper and
Dana Bash our liberal talk show host and not journalists
as they claim. Also Laura Trump, Newt Ingrich, Mike Huckabee tonight,
Governor Ron DeSantis tonight, Charlie Hurt, Pete Hegseth Hey DVR,
Hannity nine Eastern on Fox. We'll see you tonight, back
(24:49):
in tomorrow or debate preview. Thank you for making this
