Speaker 2 (00:11):
How little tell.
Speaker 3 (00:14):
And if you want a little bang in Uni, I
come along.
Speaker 4 (00:18):
The attempted assassination of former President Donald J. Trump on
Saturday July thirteenth, twenty twenty four in Butler, Pennsylvania was a.
Speaker 1 (00:27):
Failure on multiple levels. Just playing weird. You know who's
playing weird? She's playing weird. She's a weird person. Look
at her past, look at what she does. He Yeah,
I am radical.
Speaker 2 (00:38):
I do believe that we need to get radical about
what we are doing and take it seriously.
Speaker 5 (00:44):
Block T minus ninety six days until elections, Jay were
coming to your city.
Speaker 3 (00:58):
Don't play gets and saying you got from coast to coast,
from border to border, from sea to shining Sea. Sean
Kennedy is on.
Speaker 5 (01:16):
Stay right here for our final news round up and
information overload.
Speaker 1 (01:21):
My news roundup and information overload. Our toll free. Our
number is eight hundred and ninety four one, Shawn. If
you want to be a part of the program, we
are literally the world is on pins and needles monitoring
the situation abroad. We now have Iran. The number one
state sponsor of terror, the Supreme Leader vowing to retaliate
against Israel over the fact that they took out the
(01:44):
number one leader of Hamas. Remember Hamas, the terror group
supported by Iran. Iran was helping their cuts forces, the
Irani Iranian Revolutionary Guard, plot plan and scheme what they
did on October the seventh, which would be the equivalent
of losing forty thousand Americans in a day. And you
know why the left in this country, why Kamala Harris
(02:05):
and Joe Biden surrendered in the war on terror and
did not support Israel's right to win. That war is
inexplicable and absolutely, you know, so dangerous for the world.
And you know, while I do give them credit, they
did help when Iran was firing missiles into Israel. They
did help defend Israel. But then they said, you can't retaliate.
(02:26):
If you do, you are on your own. Well, that
is a complete surrender as far as I'm concerned against
in the war against radical Islamic terrorists. If you think
about how great Israel's military is when they did strike
back without any support from the United States, look at
the map, and how deeply I mean Iran is a
big country, a lot of land mass. And if you
(02:49):
take a look at the strikes when they responded alone,
because Joe and Kamala had to give into the radical
wing in their party, they went deep. They penetrated deep
inside of Iran. And I didn't know that they had
that capability, but obviously that they do. But here's the
situation we find ourselves it and that is Israel is
(03:12):
now battling Hamas at a gaza in the south, has
Ballad e Lebanon in the north. They're facing more missile
attacks from Iran. The soccer field attack that killed these
young children, well that attack actually happened with an iranium missile.
Now add to that the other news of the day,
which is this Wall Street Journal reporter. I'm not going
(03:34):
to say his name, right, Evan Gersukovich. I know it's
been He was sentenced to sixteen years in prison. And
it ends up being a much bigger deal than we
initially knew. But it involves twenty four prisoners, six countries,
and apparently months of tough negotiations. Now, remember Biden administration
made a deal with Iran. They were going to give
(03:55):
them another six billion dollars for the release of Americans
that being held hostage in Iran, which only makes Iran richer.
And of course they turned a blind eye to the
sanctions that would put in place by Donald Trump, allowed
them to taking hundreds of billions of dollars selling oil
on the world market, granted waivers to the sanctions to
(04:16):
allow a rack to pay them ten billion dollars. I mean,
what is this money being used for? To foment terror
and all of this it turns out. And believe me,
I'm happy that any American prisoner is released, I really am,
but at what price?
Speaker 6 (04:30):
Now?
Speaker 1 (04:30):
We welcome back to the program, Alan Dershowitz, he himself defended.
I don't know if you remember the case of Sharansky
back in the day, but he helped negotiate his freedom,
which frankly was an incredible feat at the time. I
know a lot of people may agree or disagree with
(04:52):
whether or not you negotiate with terror estates in terms
of releasing but he was involved in the Russian prisoner
exchange of Anatoly Sharansky. And anyway, it's great to have
you back, professor. How are you thanks?
Speaker 6 (05:05):
I really remember very clearly Thanksgiving Day of nineteen eighty five.
I didn't spend it having turkey with my family. I
spent it negotiating with both Gang Vogel, the head trader
of the East Germans on behalf of the Soviet Union.
If he saw the film Bridge of Spies. He was
the central character in the Bridge of Spies trading Powell,
(05:26):
the American aviator who was shot down. So I spent
Thanksgiving Day negotiating the release of I totally. Sharansky tried
to negotiate the release as well of Mandela, but AFC
and Mendela people didn't want to have him part of
a spy exchange, and so he stayed in prison. But
(05:48):
the negotiations over Sharansky were very fraught, very difficult, and
I'll never forget the day early in nineteen eighty six
when I watched him cross the Glenike Bridge, Germany and
walked to freedom, and he threw his arms around me
when I first literally laid eyes on him, and he
whispered in my ear the Hebrew blessing Baruch matir asu
(06:10):
Rim Blessed are those who free the imprisoned. And when
his wife asked me to defend him, she said she
had one wish only and that is that I get
him out in time for her to have children. And
he got out when she was about thirty eight or
thirty nine years old, and they had two children. So
it was a really a memorable probably for me, the
(06:32):
most satisfying case in my long, lone, long career of
defending mostly bad guys. It's a pleasure occasionally to defend
the good guy like a time. True.
Speaker 1 (06:42):
Now, you do have a track record of defending some
really notoriously bad people, but we won't go into all
that today. Hey, look, I understand the pride that you've
rightly taken that, and I'm torn. Professor. Well, you've been
friends a long time, and I know anatole anatolely Serensky
Srenski is a great man. I had to understand that completely,
(07:03):
and I wanted this Wall Street Journal reporter and this
US marine freed as well. Part of the deal, though,
is Putin wanted this guy cross Akov. He's a convicted
murderer that Putin had been pushing to have freed since
twenty twenty one. Former intelligence officer veteran of the Soviet
(07:24):
Afghan War, had shot and killed a rebel leader in
Berlin Park was serving a life sentence. Now a lot
of countries had to sign off on this. I just
don't know if this encourages, at the end of the day,
more hostage taking. I want you know, you have to
ask these questions, right, what do you think?
Speaker 6 (07:44):
And it does encourage more hostage thinking? I have no
doubt about it. It's a difficult trade off. Look, if
I had my way, if BB not to know that
his way, he wrote a book about it, and I
wrote a book about it, saying, never, ever, ever, trade
for hostages, never negotiated with terrorism. If the world had
accepted that, they would be less hosses taking and less terrorism.
(08:06):
But the world has never accepted that. Look what happened
in the Olympics in nineteen seventy two. They arrested those
bastards who had killed the eleven Israeli athletes, and what
happened to the French freedom. The Germans freed them immediately,
and they went on and did other things. And of
course Goldemeyer then announced she was going to put a
price on the head of every single one of the
eleven people who had killed Israelis, and they got all
(08:30):
but one of them.
Speaker 1 (08:31):
And I think that and by the way, professor, did
you see the chanting during the Israeli national anthem? I
think it was before a soccer match, if I'm not
mistaken of Hall Hitler. Did you see that?
Speaker 6 (08:42):
I did see that. Speaking of that, there's a real
test now for Vice President Harris. Today's Times and other
articles have said there is tremendous, tremendous pressure on Harris
not to name a Jew as her vice president. And
by Joshapiro, you could like him, you can hate him
(09:02):
that if his name was John Smith with the same
views he asked, because he has exactly the same views
in Israel as all the other candidation vice president. But
the hard left, the progressives, the Wokes are all saying,
don't pick a Jew, don't pick a Jew. This is
blatant anti Semitism. And if Harris decides not to pick
(09:26):
him because he's a Jew, that disqualifies her from any note.
Speaker 1 (09:32):
Well, let me ask you, because how does Josh Shapiro
reconcile her positions on Israel, her support of the squad
and frankly, she's the leader of it, and this pro
hamas an anti Semitic wing that does exist in the
Democratic Party. If you don't agree with me, tell me,
because I think it's very clear. I mean, Michael Moore said, well,
(09:55):
he was critical of the students that were taking over
building that is against this you know, what do you
call it BDS movement?
Speaker 6 (10:03):
Yeah. Look, there's no doubt that there is a group
and a very large and growing group of anti Semites,
jew haters within the Democratic Party. And they're all coming
out now saying no Josh Shapiro, even though his views
are the same as other non Jews. So it's critical
that the Democrats marginalize these anti Semites instead, they seem
(10:24):
to be adopting many of their views. And if Harris
gives into that and says she's not going to say
this overly, I'm not going to nominate a man for
vice president who's Jewish. But if that's what it turns
out to be, she is disqualified as a person of
morality and decency. You can't do that.
Speaker 1 (10:45):
You can't disqualify if she does that, would you vote
for Trump?
Speaker 6 (10:48):
I would certainly for her. I would certainly not vote
for her if I came to the conclusion that she
disqualified somebody because the squad said he's Jewish and we
don't want a jew as vice president. I could not
bring myself to vote for her. Look, I have no
longer I am no longer a member of the Democratic Party.
I'm Ronald Reagan. When it comes to that, I haven't
(11:10):
left the Democrats. The Democrats have left me. That doesn't
mean I don't vote for a Democrat from time time.
I'm always going to pick the candidate who is either
best or at least worse. So I'm not ready to
make a decision about who I'm going to vote for.
But I can tell you I could never vote for
a candidate who used religion as a basis for deciding
who to be vice president.
Speaker 1 (11:31):
You know that, Well, it's pretty obvious it's going to
be him. And here's the indicators. The first event with
Kamala and our vice presidential pick is going to be
in Philly on Tuesday, I believe it next week. Yeah,
And it just broke that that Josh Shapiro canceled his
fundraising events this weekend in New York and in the Hampton's.
(11:53):
It sounds like that decision has been made.
Speaker 6 (11:55):
You and I are old enough to remember when you
could not be nominated as president because you're a Catholic,
right and.
Speaker 1 (12:02):
Irish Catholic need not apply a professor.
Speaker 6 (12:06):
Believe me, I know that when I first came to Harvard.
The only restriction we had at Harvard Irish Catholics need
not apply to be students or to be faculty members.
We had the greatest bias against Irish and Italian Catholics
because Boston is a city of Irish and Italian Catholics,
and so there was massive discrimination, and I fought against it.
(12:27):
I fought against that kind of discrimination more than I
fought against the Jewish discrimination, because at Harvard in nineteen
sixty four, the anti Catholic discrimination was much much worse.
And you can't tolerate it for anybody. And you cannot
say that we're not going to nominate somebody because just
because they're Jewish, and that will definitely affect my vote.
Speaker 1 (12:47):
Quick break right back more with Professor Alan Turshow. It's
on the other side where we continue now with this
deal on KSM and Kamalajara is not wanting to use
and you have to show the courage not to use
the word radical Islamic terrorism and this prisoner swap. As
we continue with the news of the day with Professor
Alan Dershowitz. I just wonder how does Josh Shapiro reconcile
(13:11):
with Kamala's views? Why didn't sh show up for Prime
Minister net Nyahu's speech. Why won't she support Israel's right
to win their war against radical Islamic terrorism? Why is
she against using the phrase radical Islamic terrorism saying that
we need to courage and not to use that word.
I mean, who attacked us on nine to eleven and
(13:31):
killed the equivalent of forty thousand Americans on October the seventh, Professor.
Speaker 6 (13:35):
She's wrong about all of those things, and those are factors.
But I think somebody like Joashapiro would say, look, I
can create a little bit of a balance and maybe
maybe push the ticket a little bit toward the center.
I'm not going to try to psychoanalyze Josh Shapiro, but
all the candidates, Jewish or not Jewish, have the same problem.
If you're pro Israel, you have to ask yourself a question,
(13:58):
can I really together with Kamala Harris? Well, we'll see.
She's made some good statements about is real recently, the
statement she made Hesbila I was good. She's made some
very bad statements when she left the meeting with Natanielle
and so I have an open mind. You know. Trump
said the other day he said, people like Alan Dershowitz,
who are Democrats and Jewish, you have to be out
(14:20):
of your mind to vote to vote Democrat. And I
responded by saying, if you look into my mind, you'll
see an open mind. I'm waiting to see who earns mine.
Speaker 1 (14:32):
Well, I don't think there was ever a more pro
Israeli president of this country than Donald Trump.
Speaker 6 (14:38):
You're absolutely right, You're absolutely right. And I work closely
with him on recognizing Jerusalem, on recognizing the goal on
ice I work closely with him.
Speaker 1 (14:46):
In the West Bank and moving the embassy out of
Tel Aviv to its rightful home in Jerusalem.
Speaker 6 (14:51):
I was there when that happened, and I worked very
closely with Jared Kushner with the others. And that's a
tremendous plus for me. And you know, we'll see people.
People may be surprised who I vote for in the end,
But for me, one of the litmus tests is you
(15:12):
cannot be an anti semi I big. You cannot be
somebody who says.
Speaker 1 (15:16):
I'm going to well, I agree with you, but I'm
going to say one last thing, and I have to run.
Let me tell you something. By surrendering in the war
on terror, I argue Kamala Harris and Joe Biden of
blood on their hands, by allowing eleven million unvetted illegal
immigrants into this country that have been murdering and raping
innocent Americans. That's on them. If another nine to eleven happens,
(15:37):
that blood will be on their hands too. Am I wrong?
Is that too harsh?
Speaker 6 (15:40):
I just hope that we never have another nine to eleven.
And I think we have to fight back. We have
to stand united, united against terrorism. And I want to
be proposed.
Speaker 1 (15:48):
You're not allowed to say the words, professor. You can't.
You have to have the.
Speaker 6 (15:51):
Courage from Islamic terrorsts. I want to say it.
Speaker 1 (15:55):
Oh, you're not. You're not being courageous. You need to
not say those words, Professor. You're breaking the law, breaking
the rule.
Speaker 6 (16:01):
Yeah, you know, she might tell me I can't use
the wrong pronouns, but I'm going to say Islamic terrorists
when they are terrorsts. I'm not going to call it
anybody who is a maslow a terrorists.
Speaker 1 (16:11):
Of course, not the word radical distinguishes the religion from
those that have preferred it. But I got to run.
Professor Alan Dershowitz, appreciate you being with us, my friend.
Thank you. Eight hundred ninety four one Shawn is our number.
All right, twenty five now to the top of the hour.
We'll get to your calls in just a minute. Eight
hundred nine four one Shawn is on number. If you
want to be a part of the program. I want
(16:32):
to remind you about ways you can save money in
this horrible Biden Kamalaharas economy and this record inflation you've
been dealing with. And one way you can do it
without sacrificing service is to switch to my cell phoned
company and PROVIDERR. It's a veteran owned company. They support
great causes and the best part is is you're going
to get the exact same cell towers, the exact same ones,
(16:54):
the exact same five gen network, the exact same service
that you get from Verizon, AT and T and Mobile,
and you're going to get it at half the price.
Average family saving clothes to one thousand dollars a year. Now,
these big carriers they want you to believe that unlimited data,
you know is necessary and then they overcharge you. But
the fact is you're buying way more data than you're
(17:16):
ever gonna need. For example, Pure Talk, they only charge
you for the data that you're going to need. For
twenty five bucks a month to who get unlimited talk,
unlimited text, five gigs of data, mobile hotspot rolling in
over fifty countries. And you probably don't know what five
gigs of data represents, let me tell you what it
means for a month. That means you can browse the
Internet for one hundred and thirty five hours, stream a
(17:39):
thousand songs, watch ten hours of video. Do you really
need more than that? If you do, they have a
plan for you. Stop overpaying. Make the switch. It's simple,
it's fast, it's easy, it's risk free, no contract, no
activation fee. You simply dial pound two to fifty say
the keyword save now.
Speaker 3 (17:55):
Do it now.
Speaker 1 (17:56):
You save an additional fifty percent off your first month
pound two fifty key word save now from our friends
at pure Talk. You know Kamala Harris I played it
earlier in the program. I won't play it now. You
know she will proudly put our immigration record up against
Donald Trump's. Really, because it's been a disaster and she's
(18:19):
lied to us about it. Let's just take a trip
down memory lane, because I think the most effective way
to deal with Kamala Harris on any of these issues
is to play her in her own words, something we
couldn't do. For example, with Barack Obama, he's like a
blank slate. Nobody knew much about him. But here's Kamala
(18:39):
telling Chuck tod Todd along with Mayorcis and Biden for
three years. Oh no, no, the border is closed and
the border's secure. Here's what she said. Would you call
the border secure?
Speaker 2 (18:50):
I think that there is no question that we have
to do what the President and I asked Congress to do.
Speaker 1 (18:57):
Is the first request.
Speaker 2 (18:58):
We may pass a bill to create a passway to sisship.
The border is secure, but we also have a broken
immigration system.
Speaker 1 (19:08):
We're gonna have two million people across this border for
the first time ever. You're confident this border secure.
Speaker 2 (19:13):
We have a secure border in that that is a
priority for any nation, including hours in our administration. But
there are still a lot of problems that we are
trying to fix.
Speaker 1 (19:27):
And then we have Kamala Harris in a clip with
Casey Hunt saying, oh, we've got to re examine ICE
and its role, which she's now flip flopping on and saying, oh,
we need to run the more. But that was not
our position when she was running for president leading into
twenty twenty. Here's what she said.
Speaker 7 (19:45):
A lot of the.
Speaker 2 (19:45):
Signs that the rally you just held were people standing
there saying abolish Ice.
Speaker 1 (19:50):
Yeah, is that a position that you agree with?
Speaker 2 (19:53):
Listen? I think there's no question that we've got to
critically re examine ICE and its role and the way
that it is being in ministered and the work it
is doing. And we need to probably think about starting
from scratch because there's a lot that is wrong with
the way that its conducting itself and we need to
deal with that.
Speaker 1 (20:11):
And maybe one of my favorites of all time is
that Kamala Harris, you know, said it's not criminal to
enter the country illegally. And she would say that, you know.
She she went on to say that she supports Medicare
for all, free health care courtesy of your tax dollars
to people that didn't respect our laws, our borders, and
(20:34):
our sovereignty, and free health care and education to illegal immigrants.
On top of her stating that, you know, she thinks
we should and I won't play that one. You know,
we should stop saying the words radical Islamic terrorism and
stop saying the word illegal alien that we need the
courage to do that. Anyway, here's Kamala supporting a bill
for free health care and free education to illegal immigrants.
Speaker 4 (20:58):
The bill also says, quote, every individual who is a
resident of the United States is entitled to benefits for
healthcare services under this act. Not every individual who's a citizen,
but every individual who's a resident. So you support giving
universal healthcare medicare for all to people who are in
this country illegally.
Speaker 1 (21:16):
Let me just be very clear about this.
Speaker 2 (21:19):
I am opposed to any policy that would deny in
our country any human being from access to public safety,
public education, or public health.
Speaker 1 (21:30):
Period. If Americans know this record and hear her in
her own words, Donald Trump will win this election. I've
been saying it all day because I believe it. Anyway,
joining us now is New York Congresswoman Claudia Tenny is
with us to discuss this news on Harris. You know
(21:50):
you actually sent out a nick ex post. We had
this recent case at Aloudin County, and I have a
whole list that I scroll on television of all of
the unvas Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, the illegal immigrants
that have killed people and that have been involved in
rapes of even children. And I scroll these victims' names
(22:12):
and names we never heard before. They neither Harris nor
Joe Biden have ever bothered to call these families or
apologize that their policies caused this. They bragged about getting
rid of the Trump policies that worked in this case.
You have a gentleman by the name of Jose Aguay
or Martinez no fix the dress, you know, recently residing
(22:34):
in Sterling, you know bet him charged with carjacking of felonies,
being held at the Loudun County Adult Detention Center. Are
no bond and anyway, initially transported to the hospital following
his arrest, and you know, here we go again. The
illegal immigrant ends up killing this woman in Sterling, Virginia. Now,
(22:56):
are they going to apologize that their policies caused this?
Are they going to bear responsibility? Are they going to
continue to lie to us and say that the border
is secure and the vorter's closed. Are they going to
call the families they never call Lake and Riley's family,
or Rachel Mourn's family, or Goslin Nungary's family, or any
of the other victims' families. Anyway, Congress Owen, welcome back
(23:18):
your thoughts on all of us.
Speaker 7 (23:19):
Thank you well, Chan, You're doing exactly what we need
to do. We need to continue to go scortch earth
on Kamala Harris's record in her own words, which are
more devastating than anything. And that's what Americans will see.
Their record has caused so many unnecessary deaths, and they
are unapologetic because they don't care. They don't care about
the American people. And you can come to New York
(23:40):
and see our northern border. Eighty five percent of the
people on the terror watch lists come across it. Where
New York welcomes illegal immigrants. We tax our residents to death.
As you know, you left the state because of the
taxes and the lack and the inability of the Democrats
to keep us safe. And Lake and Riley be alive
today if not for the green light law in New
(24:02):
York where we give out driver's licenses. We refuse to
allow our police to work together. And I'll tell you
who is a one of my residents in my district
in Upstate New York, Tom Homan, former ICE director, and
he is a champion of what we need to do
to secure this border. And people need to understand it's
deadly and it's costly, it's both, and these people are
(24:23):
bringing down this country. I am very, very worried. But
we've got to talk about Kamala's record. Just talk about
her record, because I think he made an excellent point.
Who knew what Obama stood for? He voted president on everything.
Now we've got someone who actually embraced all of these
left wing nut job type of ideas AOC anything, AOC
or Bernie Sanders put out. She was grasping and taking
(24:46):
that as her own. I think that's really important that
we continue.
Speaker 2 (24:50):
To do that.
Speaker 1 (24:52):
I agree, but it's on every issue. Now she's trying
to make a U turn and she's kind of flipping
and flopping and flowing. I want to get your reaction.
This is a woman that we know was, you know,
for against any fracking or any drilling, but now apparently
he's saying she's for it. She supported a mandatory gun
buyback program I would call a confiscation Medicare for all,
(25:14):
including free health care and education and housing for illegal immigrants.
Now she's saying that her border policy, she'll put it
up against Donald Trump's any day. And you know, I
play all these cuts and I'm like, it doesn't it's
not rooted in reality. We do have a problem, though, Congresswoman,
and that is the media mob, state run media. They
(25:35):
don't want to vet her. They're not playing the clips
that we're playing. I mean, there's a treasure trove of
information about how radicalized she is. I mean I saw
what was it. Senator Kennedy of Louisiana was having a
battle with Neil Cavudo on Fox News, you know, and
he said, you know, she's a loon and she's basically
(25:56):
AOC without the bartending experience, you know, in his very
humorous way. But it makes a point. I think she's
still the left of AOC because she's to the left
of Bernie Sanders. She co sponsored the Green New Deal
in the US Senate. She co sponsored Medicare for All
that would eliminate health insurance private health insurance for Americans.
Speaker 7 (26:20):
I think you're right, John, but remember something, the Democrats
undermine their own democratic process. Back in twenty twenty when
it looked like Bernie Sanders an independent communists, self proclaimed communists,
embracing that could have been and would likely have been
their nominee. They forced Pete Food to Jedge and Amy
Klobachar out in one day, cheerfully crying about how they
(26:40):
put their support behind Joe Biden, that put him above
above Bernie Sanders, and he was forced to get out.
And now guess what we have someone worse for far left,
more feckless. And actually I wouldn't even put her in
the same category as Bernie Sanders. She's so much worse
than Bernie Sanders because she stands for nothing. And that's
(27:01):
what the problem is. She will grasp any horrible ideology,
whether it's communism, the Green New Deal, anti fracking. But
what is she going to say when she goes to California.
Is she going to say she's anti you know, she's
back for fracking after she just said in Pennsylvania, where
you know, fracking is, you know, giving people a chance
to flourish and to prosper in the state of Pennsylvania.
(27:23):
I mean, look at us from New York, we look
at Pennsylvania. It's the free state of Pennsylvania compared to
New York, and they're hardly a free state. That's a
democratic state that we hopefully can win this year.
Speaker 1 (27:32):
But I'm just saying, by the way, they're stealing all
of your natural gas because they allow fracking in Pennsylvania.
I mean, the odds on favorite right now is Josh Shapiro,
the governor of Pennsylvania. How he's going, you know, how
they're going to reconcile their differing views on Israel, the
Middle East, on fracking is going to be interesting to watch.
Speaker 7 (27:55):
I think you're right there. I think that we have
got to talk about her issues. Let's not talk about
her personality or aling or whatever it is. Let's talk
about her issues, because that's the r No.
Speaker 1 (28:03):
You can't ignore the giggling part of her. You can't
because it just shows how not serious she is.
Speaker 7 (28:10):
Well, that is true, but her record is so bad.
Speaker 6 (28:12):
It's literally the worst.
Speaker 7 (28:13):
She's the most far left, the most communist person ever
to run, I think, and in a national and major
party in our country, and she will make it. If
people think they're suffering now under the disastrous policies under
Joe Biden, it's going to get worse or it's going
to be more expensive, and our world is going to
be more dangerous, and we will I don't know if
(28:34):
the United States as we know it, the freedom that
we were given and granted by our founders, that's.
Speaker 6 (28:40):
So hard to preserve.
Speaker 7 (28:41):
I don't know if it's reversible, if this woman would
be would be elected as the President of the United
States congress woman.
Speaker 1 (28:47):
I left the state of New York, and when I left,
I was kind of surprised that made as much news
as it did, or when I sold my house, that
it was such a big deal to people. It was
ridiculous to me. However, I mean I left, I've been
back very few days, no workdays this year, and I
have nothing to do with the state of New York anymore.
(29:10):
And I will argue that the last two governors, including
the current governor, basically said up, you're conservative, get the
hell out of here, get on a bus, go down
to Florida where you belong. Leez Eldon Conservatives or Andrew
CMO's saying, did you know these conservatives? They are pro live,
they are pro assault weapon, they are anti gay, and
(29:35):
I'm not anti gay. They have no place in New York.
They're not new Yorkers. I mean I took the hint, Congresswoman,
I really am not wanted there.
Speaker 7 (29:47):
What's happened toehn is? I would advise you not to
come back. Remember Rush Limb, by the late great Rush Limb,
but he didn't like to come back to New York
because he thought they might prosecute him with as lawless
and as as despicable prosecutor as we have the Attorney General,
Letitia James, who should be disbarred removed from office immediately
for malicious prosecution, engaging in lawfair not just against Trump,
(30:09):
but everyone across the state under siege, after our fire departments,
after everyone that she can get, don't dare come across
the border in New York. She's going to find a
way to attach some kind of lawsuit against you.
Speaker 6 (30:21):
And I think what New.
Speaker 1 (30:23):
Yorkers are, I'm not going back. And that's the thing.
I went back for my sister's birthday party on a
weekend and turned around and went right home. That's about it.
Speaker 7 (30:33):
That people, they're out of control. And I'm sitting here
with a bunch of fire departments worried about being under
sieged by Letitia James and our.
Speaker 6 (30:41):
Federal I don't see.
Speaker 1 (30:43):
I even said this to lese. Elden. I said, if
if you would have run in a different year, I
think you could win. I mean, if you would have
run ten years ago. I think LESE. Eldon ran a
good enough campaign that he could have been governor. I
think I don't know if there's a tipping point for
California or New York. I think New Jersey's more more
likely to be in play than either one of those states.
(31:04):
But I don't know if you. I mean, this is
what they want to do to the country. They've ruined
these states, and now they want to implement these policies nationwide,
which will ruin the country. But I got to run.
Congressman Claudia Tenney, we're going to be watching your race
as well. You've been doing a great job for the
people in New York. I still love my friends there
and they all want to come down here. Almost all
(31:24):
of them appreciate you being one of us.
Speaker 7 (31:26):
Thank you, Thank you.
Speaker 6 (31:28):
All right.
Speaker 1 (31:28):
Eight hundred ninety four one. Shawn is on number if
you want to be a part of the program.
Speaker 6 (31:31):
All right.
Speaker 1 (31:32):
That's going to wrap things up at today. Full complete
coverage of the hostage swap will continue our vetting of
Kamala Harris. And by the way, where's the media? How
come the media does not press Kamala Harris at all,
ever or ever bet her on anything. We'll check in
with harrold Ford Junior and Charlie Hurt also Governor Christino,
a former Secretary of State, Mike Pompeo, Victor Davis Hanson
(31:54):
that you dvre Monday through Friday, Hanneday nine Eastern. We'll
see you tonight back here tomorrow. Thanks, thank you for
making this show possible.
