Speaker 1 (00:01):
All right, thanks Scott Shanonan, thanks to all of you
for being with us. Write down our toll free telephone
number if you want to be a part of the program.
It is eight hundred nine to four one Sean if
you'd like to join us and be a part of
this extravaganza. And we've got a lot coming up in
the course of the program today. I'm a little a
little annoyed, not a little a lot annoyed. Why Well,

(00:23):
two things are happening. One is Democrats are now mounting
a full corp press in Pennsylvania. It's Dave McCormick has
already been declared the winner out there, and he's up
by thirty nine thousand votes. I know there's some provisional
ballots out there, about ninety seven thousand of them a lot,
but usually about twenty five percent of those will be
passed out, passed away, and they won't make it. I've

(00:47):
gone over the math with everybody that knows numbers in
Pennsylvania and they're telling me that it is pretty much
mathematically impossible or Dave McCormick to lose this race at all. Again,
he's been declared the winner. It's unprecedented it. There's no
precedent of what Chuck Schumer is doing because he's now
teamed up with Democratic According to Fox News at Foxnews

(01:14):
dot Com with you Know longtime or The New York
Post actually reported this that Mark Elias Elias rather longtime
Democratic election attorney's attempting to force the Pennsylvania Senate rais
into a recount, even though it was called for McCormick
by the eightp on Thursday, with even the state's most
liberal news outlets echoing all of it. Ever since, and

(01:36):
despite the race being called, Bob Casey has refused to
concede the race, lasting out fundraising emails urging supporters to
pony up and make sure every last vote in the
Pennsylvania Senate race is counted. Now in the Commonwealth, the
state requires an automatic recount of the margin of victories
less than zero point five percent, and with ninety nine

(01:58):
percent of the ballot it's counted. At the time of
this writing, it was a forty one thousand vote lead.
Now it's a little over thirty nine, nearly forty thousand,
and it's like it just is not going to happen,
you know. An Elias is saying this election is not over,
and said in a statement that the Pennsylvania Secretary of

(02:21):
State's office is there at least one hundred thousand ballots
left to be adjudicated. No, it is now less than
that as ballots are coming in. But Chuck Schumer has
teamed up, you know, with Team Casey, and Schumer is
not allowing the Senator elect Dave McCormick of Pennsylvania to

(02:42):
attend Senate orientation in the coming week, pointing to outstanding
ballots in the state, even though the race has already
been called and with over one hundred thousand ballots left
to be counted. I mean, it's just mathematically not going
to be possible. So you have ninety nine plus percent
of the votes counted, you have even local liberal outlets,
and the ap of declared McCormick the winner, and anyway,

(03:07):
the it just is pretty unbelievable here. Mike Lee has
offered to personally escort Dave McCormick into the Capitol for orientation,
a gesture that Senator Katie Bridge said that she would
support him on on other issues. The Senate Republicans are

(03:28):
going to huddle on Wednesday. Donald Trump will be at
the White House with Joe Biden on Wednesday to choose
the majority leaders. Senate Republicans expect to have the fifty
three members in their conference next year. This is a
very big deal. I wish we would have been able
to pull out and hopefully maybe I don't know if
these races have been called yet in Nevada or in Arizona,

(03:50):
but they were very close races in both both states anyway,
so that we expect at this point to have fifty
three members in the conference next year. And Dave McCormick
is expected to vote, even though Casey is not conceded.
Jd vance Ken vote. Senators who are retiring retiring may
not vote. And there are three candidates and that Senator

(04:13):
Minority Whip John Thune, former Senate Majority Whip John Cornyn,
and Florida Senator Rick Scott. Donald Trump has not endorsed
the candidate. Elon Musk says that Thune would be the
top choice for Democrats. He's endorsing Rick Scott. I'm sorry,

(04:33):
but I'm favorable to my state Senator Rick Scott by
a long shot, if all, and he'll join us later
in the program today, If all fifty three prospective Republicans
are expected to be senators next year. Vote the magic
number would be twenty seven. It's not you know, it's
not first past the post. If the leading candidate scores twenty,

(04:55):
then one nineteen in the last one fourteen, the one
with the fewest votes will then drop back the two
candidates then with the highest vote total, we'll go to
a second ballot and conference votes for leadership are typically
always conducted in a secret ballot, which I hate. Why
would that be a secret ballot? Why why do we
do it that way? Why can't they be transparent? If

(05:16):
you want to vote for somebody, you know, the biggest
and I have nothing against anybody personally here, I just
want the most aggressive agenda because really Republicans, they've got
to get the majority. They cannot assume that they're going
to win an off year mid term election. And with

(05:38):
now control of the House, the odds are very high
that Republicans will be around two twenty three that with
that majority in the House, a majority in the Senate,
if Republican and Donald Trump as president, that would be
the single best scenario to actually get a lot of
work done. And at the end of the day, it's

(05:59):
about securing our borders. It's about law and order and
safety and security. It's about energy dominance. It's about a
lot of things that I think we ought to be
paying attention to. You know, one interesting note that I
think I should bring up on the program, because I
think this is pretty funny, is when you actually look

(06:23):
at how the world is reacting to Donald Trump, it
gets a little hilarious because, you know, for example, the
first female chief of staff is appointed. I thought Mark
Cuban said that Donald Trump doesn't like strong, smart, intelligent women. Well,
apparently he does, because it also happened to be his

(06:45):
campaign manager. I noticed that the Mayor of New York,
Eric Adams, stopped giving debit cards to illegal immigrants. Is
it a mere coincidence that had happened only after Donald
Trump became president. I noticed that US companies are bringing
their reduction home now and announcing it and making big announcements.
I noticed that the stock market hit an all time high.

(07:08):
Although the stock market is not, in my mind, has
never been the best barometer of where the state of
the economy is for the longest time. It's going to
take a while. Unless they can go back and redo
the budget. They really do need to redo it and
do it quickly, because we've got to get this economy
fixed as fast as possible so that the people in

(07:30):
this country that have been unfairly struggling with Biden Harris
inflation can get some relief. The the Trump tax cuts
will be extended. I noticed bitcoin hit all time highs.
We have that caravan that was on its way towards
the United States apparently is now breaking up. Cutter agreed

(07:51):
to finally evict Hamas leaders that have been living high
on the hog in Cutter A. Moss wants an immediate
end of the war. The Taliban has claimed, I mean
they want quote a new chapter. China wants to peacefully coexist.
Russia is ready to speak with the US. The U
EU is saying they want to buy us gas, not

(08:12):
rushing gas. Ukraine leaders are in talks with Trump and
Elon musk Oh he was the only president elect for
a short time. It seems like the world is reacting
to Donald Trump being elected. I mean, which is a
good thing. I mean, you still have the crazy left
that they're never gonna get it. So we just got

(08:35):
to pay very close attention and the Republicans just so
you know, Reuters is even reporting that they are on
the brink of getting us control of the House. Polls
had shown that there was a seventy to eighty percent
chance that in fact the House might move towards the
Democratic Party if you were looking at some of the

(08:56):
polls in that race. So we're gonna watch carefully, We're
going to monitor all of this. We're going to share
all of this with you. But I stand by where
we are as a country, and we'll go through the
madness that is going on, and I can give you
predictable madness. And we'll get into this later in the
program on the issue of illegal immigration and when Donald Trump.

(09:20):
Here's what we know. Twelve and a half plus unvetted
Harris Biden illegals from over one hundred and eighty countries,
including our top geopolitical foes Iran, Syria, Egypt, Afghanistan, Venezuela, China,
tens and tens of thousands in Russia. We know that

(09:40):
dozens and dozens and dozens of Americans have been murdered
allegedly reportedly by these Harris Biden unvetted illegals. We know
that dozens and dozens have been raped, including young children.
We have reported on this over and over and over again.

(10:00):
We have talked at length about the fact that we
have known terrorists in this country. We don't know how many,
and we don't know where they are. We better find
them because you know that they're plotting and planning and
scheming another attack on America. So we have to get
rid of these people. It is mandatory for our national

(10:20):
security to do so. It is the biggest national security
failure in the history of this country. We know that
there are cartel members inside of our country, We know
there are known gang members inside of our country. We
are told that they know of thirteen thousand murderers that
they let into our country. And if we don't get

(10:43):
rid of them, And I think Tom Homan, who was
just announced is going to be in charge of this,
will act very very quickly. He's been a regular on
this program now for years. He's a no nonsense guy,
and he's going to take that job. Now. I can
also tell you and predict to you that the hyperbole,
you know, the talk of interminghams and racism, etc. It's

(11:07):
already begun. But what other choice do we have. And
then as it relates to those people, that are in
this country that didn't respect our laws, our borders, our sovereignty.
The people that Kamala Harris would have decriminalized and offered
free food, housing, healthier education, legal drivers' licenses, to taxpayer

(11:29):
funded sex change operations, and amnesty. You know, why should
they be rewarded? And the people that actually follow our laws,
obey our laws, go through the hard, arduous process, why
should they be Why should we be rewarding the people
with amnesty that didn't respect our process and our laws

(11:50):
and our borders. Now, this is going to become a
big issue, and the issue is going to be look
at what Donald Trump is doing. It doesn't like people
of color in the United States. Well, let me ask
you another question. What would happen to Sean Hannity, Linda,
you can tell me. I'm gonna quiz you and see
if you come up with the right answer. And if
I decided to drive down to our southern border and

(12:13):
people that were illegal, if I picked them up and
I said to them, what state would you like to
go to? I'll give you a choice of forty five
locations where would you like me to drive you? And
I would drive them to that state and that I would.
I would take taxpayer money and I would buy them
a nice three four star hotel room and give them
free food, and enroll their children in school, and tell

(12:35):
them where they can give free health care. And if
they wanted a sex change operation? What would happen to
Sean Hannity if I got involved and I did that, you.

Speaker 2 (12:46):
Get picked up by the popo. You'd be in jail.

Speaker 1 (12:48):
I'd be in jail. And what would I likely be
charged with? Human trafficking?

Speaker 2 (12:52):
When I'm in trafficking smuggling, you.

Speaker 1 (12:55):
Know, eating in a betting and law breaking.

Speaker 2 (12:57):
All the things, all the things?

Speaker 1 (13:00):
Probably would I ever see the light of day again?

Speaker 2 (13:02):
Not if Tom Holman's in charge. You going down?

Speaker 1 (13:04):
Okay? So the problem is, yeah, he put me in jail.
He wouldn't care put you in the clinker.

Speaker 2 (13:10):
Brother, He put me.

Speaker 1 (13:11):
In the clinker. Would you would you come visit me?
Would you bring a cake with it?

Speaker 2 (13:14):
Bring you a cake, a big old chocolate cake, big file.

Speaker 1 (13:16):
I don't like chalk. I like vanilla.

Speaker 2 (13:18):
Oh my god, you're in prison. You don't get to choose.

Speaker 1 (13:21):
Well, if you're gonna bring the cake, at least bring
me one that I would really like.

Speaker 2 (13:25):
Bring a lemon cake from Dell's. How's that?

Speaker 1 (13:28):
Okay, you're gonna put its file in it? Yeah, put
the file in the hot dog bun Let's.

Speaker 2 (13:35):
I'll get it from him.

Speaker 1 (13:37):
We got to repost you eating the Chicago hot dog.

Speaker 2 (13:39):
Oh my god.

Speaker 1 (13:40):
By the way, I keep waiting for my package from
Big I'm waiting for it a big hot dog day. No,
but we gotta pay Big Mic. I'm not taking it
for free. I would be in jail. Here's my point,
Harris and Biden institutionalize the log breaking. Why would any
American be again saying you didn't respect our laws. Now,

(14:03):
there's a way to do it compassionately. I'd give people
three months, two months, whatever it is. You can self
report that you entered the country illegally. Okay, turn yourself in.
We'll get you on an airplane, we'll send you home.
We'll put money in your pocket. And you're saying, Hannity,
trust me. You pay for three hotel room nights, and
you saving a bundle and again, and then say you

(14:25):
have the ability to now apply for citizenship because you
self report. For those people that don't self report, then
when they're caught, then they're going to be put on
the same plane, don't give them a penny, and then
they can go back to their former lives. Hannity, you're
talking about being mean. No, I'm talking about enforcing the law,

(14:45):
you know, the laws that you wanted to enforce against
Donald Trump by falsely valuating Maro Lago. Yeah, I'm not
for law fair, but I am for legal immigration eight
hundred nine four one, Shawn buckle up. It's going to
be huge. Democrats are now mounting. You know, as I
said this Full Court Press, as it relates to the

(15:06):
McCormick case, we're going to watch this very very closely.
It's pretty pretty predictable. The way they're acting doesn't shock me,
doesn't surprise me, and doesn't mean a lot. One thing
that stood out that we've just been kind of discovering
is the amount of spending. Tamala Harris raised over a

(15:26):
billion dollars over a billion. They had one hundred and
eighteen million dollars in the bank as of October the sixteenth.
Now they are reportedly twenty million dollars in debt, and
the Harris campaign their affiliated committees dropped more than six
hundred and fifty four million on advertising from July twenty
second to election Day. Now pay roll and the taxes

(15:49):
that companied accompanying it, that was fifty six point six million. Okay,
that's normal stuff. It was an army of political, digital
and media consultants who were paid over twelve point eight
million by the Harris campaign. They have a marketing agency
they got three point nine million. They work to recruit
thousands of social media influencers to boost Harris online, which,

(16:10):
by the way, you need to understand that this is
very common. I believe in free speech, so I'm not
against it, except when they use bots instead of real people.
But you know, if they're paying these people, I think
it just needs to be disclosed. They're allowed to promote
any person they want. The campaign spent more than fifteen million,
according to federal filings, to companies for event production companies.

(16:32):
That's kind of normal. There was a million dollars for
Oprah Winfrey's Harpo Productions on October fifteenth, that event in
West Hollywood when she said you may never get to
vote again. Oprah, any credibility you might have had, any
influence you might have had, is gone, just like George Clooney,

(16:54):
just like Julia Roberts, just like ABC, NBCCBS, just like
every liberal cable channel, and just like every celebrity, just
like every major newspaper, New York Times, Washington Post. They
all so harshly against Trump, and you know, you look

(17:14):
at all the rest of it, and all of the
apparently they were paying money to. You know, Harris campaign
spend six figures on building a set, but the one
Harris appearance on the Call Her Daddy podcast with Alex Cooper.
Why are they spending six figures just show up in
a room in a podcast? The podcast is nothing the

(17:35):
campaign spent. Election Eve concerts cost up to twenty million dollars. Well,
John bon Jovi in Detroit, Christina Aguilera in Vegas, Katy
Perry and Pittsburgh, Lady Gaga Philadelphia. You know a bunch
of other people. I guess they're not so powerful. You
know what happened to Howard Stearn's influence here. I know,

(17:58):
we're a bunch of racists. We're all pieces of garbage,
et cetera, et cetera. Reuter's reports the migrant caravan has
shrunk in half in wake of Donald Trump's election, as
many illegal immigrant wannabes grapple with their prospects of Donald
Trump having won the election. Governor Ron De Santis here

(18:19):
in the Free State of Florida is now ordered a
probe into the Trump haters at FEMA who stiffed hurricane
victims in the Washington Times, and on Friday ordered an
investigation into reports that workers with FEMA are skipping the
homes of Trump's supporters while surveying damage from Hurricane Milton.
I'm like, you got to be kidding me now. He

(18:41):
posted on x that he directed the state's Division of
Emergency Management to probe the federal government's targeted discrimination of
Floridians who supported Donald Trump. He said the blatant weaponization
of government by partisan activists in the federal bureaucracies yet
another reason why the Biden Harris administration is in its
final days. He says, new leadership is on the way.

(19:03):
I'm optimistic that these partisan bureaucrats will be fired. They
need to be fired. And let me pick up on it.
What does that mean, because you know the leftist thinking
there's gonna be retribution and they're gonna take me off
the air and put me in jail. No, they're not.
They're not nobody's gonna nobody's gonna take Bill Maher off
the air. He's the only one that was this weekend.

(19:25):
I was actually pleasantly surprised when he called liberals a
bunch of brats and snobs and you know, and just
called it out for what it is the problem that
he has. At least he's honest about describing, you know,
the nuts and his party. But they're not gonna listen.
If there was a primary tomorrow, I promise you, the

(19:47):
most radical candidate would be the one that would win.
I don't think that they're gonna change now. The New
York Post had of follow up on this FEMA issue,
and that the that a FEMA supervisor accused of ordering
subordinates to skip Florida homes with Trump campaign signs. That
has been fired, according to the New York Post, and

(20:11):
this person sacked for telling disaster relief workers to not
go to homes with yard signs supporting President elect Trump.
Who would do that? If I'm the head of FEMA,
I don't care. I don't want to know you politics.
I want to make sure that you have food on
your table, a place to stay, and your family's gonna
be safe. And close on your back and then help

(20:32):
and support to rebuild your life, because that you know,
we spend all this money helping Ukraine for crying out loud,
we can't help our own American citizens. We got to
politicize even that it's it's so discouraging at times, it
really is, and it's so wrong on so many different levels.

(20:53):
The New York Post also reporting Democratic lies about Trump,
reinforced by the media, are now causing a nation white
outbreak of mental health problems. I'm not laughing at mental
health problems, because mental health is a real issue for
a lot of people. I've had people in my life
that I love that I care about. You ever know
somebody that suffered from depression, and you know there are

(21:16):
no words that you can deliver to them that will
snap them out of it. It's a real condition, and
we've all known people in our lives that have had
some issues, et cetera. Democrats seem to anyway, one horrific
fraction seems to have bought into the leader's irresponsible, you know,
apocalyptic rhetoric and are damaging themselves, their families, and their children.

(21:40):
And the Democratic Party calling people fascist, nazi, racist garbage
et cetera, et cetera, and of democracy, all the lies
they told about abortion, all the fear mongering of seniors
that Trump is going to take away social security of Medicare,
and Donald Trump is going to push a national abortion
ban and limit access to contraception and he's not going

(22:03):
to support IVF all lies. You know, it is just
pretty unbelievable to me, and it turns out that it
has led people to actually believe it, and apparently they're
moting on social media. I think Miranda Devine put this
pretty well about how they've now cut off all ties

(22:24):
with their maga parents and children. I mean, this is
how indoctrinated people have become. I mean, you have thousands
of stun New York liberals seeking psychiatric help. According to
The New York Post, it's a perfect storm for New
York therapists. According to The New York Post, who estimated
she received a fifteen percent spike in inquiries from patients,

(22:45):
it's a repeat of twenty sixteen, where a lot of
people feel really scared and traumatized and angry. Man if
I needed help every time things didn't go the way
I would like them to go during an election, I
would not be able to do this. I mean he is.
You know, we're now at a point where he's been

(23:06):
given a clear mandate to government. And I want to
just say this to people, because there are people that
we're going to get them. We're going to do the No,
if you really believe in our constitution, if you really
want to stop lawfare and the weaponization of our Department

(23:27):
of Justice, if you really want and care about having
an FBI and returning what used to be the world's
premier law enforcement agency, and to say, with our intelligence agencies,
the premier agencies in the world, and you want to
get politics out of it, you've got to get the
right people in those positions that will clean out those

(23:49):
that have been involved in the politicizing these agencies. And
you don't want done to dant them what they did
to us. And some people say, Hannity, come on fight.
I want you to find it's not gonna help. You
want to put in place protections so that it can

(24:11):
never happen again. I mean, that's just basic common sense.
That is one oh one. Anyway, So the President, I mean,
I'm watching what's going on. We talked a lot about
it on Friday, a lot of Democrats are not taking
it well. I'm not on social media, but my team
sends me all this stuff, and some of it I
just outright laugh at. I mean, all of these self

(24:33):
proclaimed feminists that bought Kamala Harris straight up lying to
them about abortion, et cetera. You're shaving their heads out
of anger, vowing to punish Trump supporters by boycotting sex
and procreation and relationships and divorcing their husbands. Something called
the four B movement, and I showed some we'll show

(24:55):
more of it tonight on Hannity. And many Democrats have
totally bought into the lies in the hysteria that was
that was pushed on them by the Harris campaign and
by the state run legacy media, and obviously it didn't
have I mean, you have people stockpiling abortion pills which
are still will still be available after Donald Trump is

(25:16):
sworn in. You know, Ivy League institutions, postponing exams, canceling classes,
providing students with crayons, legos, cookies and milk to cope
with you know, Trump's election win. You know, then then
you got these these you know, blue state governors like
Phil Murphy and Kathy Hulkle. I mean, it's it's insane.

(25:40):
Gavin Newsome calling a special session. What is Gavin? Why?
Because you're the one that said to me on my
show that when you needed anything when Donald Trump was
president related to COVID assistance, he gave it to you immediately.
Why do you think that that would change? You know,
you have people over you know, Jenn for Reuben. It's

(26:01):
nineteen thirty three Hitler's in power, known time for bleeping
seminars on democratic messaging errors. I'm like, wow, this is
the problem with the big lie. The most amazing thing
ever is that the American people have now once and
for all rejected. They don't care what the Washington Post,

(26:26):
New York Times, USA Today, MSDNC, fake News, CNN, ABC, NBCCBS,
they don't care what any liberal commentator has to say,
they don't care what any celebrity has to say. They
rejected all of it. And that has to help secure
a landslidelined victory for Donald Trump. Everything that they've thrown

(26:49):
at him, every single thing. More than forty percent of
Californians voted for Donald Trump. Okay, maybe not as liberal
as I don't know. I don't know if a Republican
can have a win California, maybe things will have to
get that bad. You know, Donald Trump won the won
the popular vote. That had not happened since two thousand

(27:11):
and four. That's twenty straight years. Blue state governors scorned
after sending warnings to Trump, the American people had done
with this. But they're going to be calling Donald Trump,
I'm sure often asking for help, and I think he
will help them. And all this talk about retribution, it's
not going to happen. This Texas salon owner that was

(27:34):
jailed for staying open during COVID won her election. How
great is that the state rep elect a state rep
elect Shelley Luther jailed for operating a Dallas salon until
Governor Abbott got involved, and anyway, she closed the salon
for a month, ultimately decided to open the door. Everybody

(27:54):
knew the risks, they decided to freely go in, so
she didn't force people into her store, and she won
with seventy seven percent of the vote. How great is
that New York lost nine billionaires this year and one
percent of their population. They're leaving and they're taking their
dollars with them. Seattle's losing billionaires. San Francisco lost fifteen billionaires.

(28:18):
Los Angeles lost fifteen billionaires. Austin, Texas fifteen billionaires. I mean,
it's it's unbelievable. It's but they're all leaving, and they're
getting the hell out of Dodge import rich, tax the rich.
We did now, God forbid the rich leave. Yeah, well

(28:40):
that they're leaving because they've been told to leave. How
many times did I hear from two governors in a row?
If you want to do what is conceive, it is
in your pro life pro second Amendment. I'm not anti gay.
Nice try though anyway. Eight hundred nine four one Shawn
is a number if you want to be a part
of the program. Want to tell you about our friends
