What's the difference between a mistake and an institutional issue?  It's the difference between a slip where no classified information was shared vs. a server hidden to send thousand of untraced emails.... or perhaps hiding the fact that a President was incompetent to serve in the office.  Those are institutional issues vs. an honest mistake.

Speaker 1 (00:01):
All right, thank you Scott Channon, and thanks to all
of you for being one of those. Write down are
toll free telephone number if you want to be a
part of the program, it's eight hundred nine to four
one Sean if you'd like to join us. You know,
it is amazing, but it is as predictable as the
day is long. And that is the Left and their
craziness and then their insanity, and how predictable it all is. Sorry,

(00:25):
I don't know what that is. I think the TV
was on. Sorry about that anyway. So if you look
at what we now have the Atlantic and let me
let me be very clear, let me start at the beginning,
and I think that Caroline Levitt made the proper distinction.
And the president we expected in an hour is going
to have a press conference, will bring that information to

(00:46):
you live, and I'm sure I'll have something to add
add to it. There is a difference between sensitive information
versus classified information. The warnings of potential attacks, for example,
against countries in the region where the hoodies are were
made publicly by the President and were pretty well known

(01:07):
to all that this was a strong likelihood. None of
this should be a surprise to anybody. Now. With that said,
I'm not going to disagree and say that it wasn't unfortunate,
because it was unfortunate, and it was obviously inadvertent the
error to have accidentally included or somehow included a reporter,
especially Jeffrey Goldberg, who nobody in their right mind and

(01:29):
this administration would ever be talking to or wouldever put
on a text chain about anything that is sensitive. And
as reported, steps have already been taken to prevent this
from ever happening in the future. And the distinction between
sensitive and top secret classification information is very critical because

(01:50):
we're dealing with sensitive information. The administration has reiterated no
classified material was discussed, and more importantly, the mission was
operation racially a complete success. Pete Hegseth just put up
on X So let me get this straight. The Atlantic
release the so called war plans, and those plans include

(02:10):
no names, no targets, no locations, no units, no routes,
no sources, no methods, and no classified information. Those are
some real pretty adam schiffee war plans, which I thought
was a pretty good response. And intelligence professionals, I guess,
if they really want to, they can debate whether it
would quote be classified, but nobody would disagree that it

(02:33):
is sensitive and should be released to the public. At
the Pentagon, it's called controlled unclassified information that you normally
don't release to the public. Okay, Lesson learned. But this
was seemingly a one off. And this is where the
distinction and the difference comes in. And you know, in
my analysis really needs to be put in perspective here

(02:55):
because it is frustrating to me when you look at
the democratic part. By the way, Mark Penn had an
interesting take. I have no idea where he got this from.
He believes the chance that this was done by an
operative looking to embarrass the administration is about ninety percent.
I'd love to talk to him about that, because I
don't even know how somebody could possibly, you know, somehow

(03:18):
get to get into a text message like that. The
weird thing is is Mike Wallas, you know, took full
ownership of it yesterday when he was on with l
Laura Ingram, And he has no idea. He said he
never spoke to this guy in his life. And CIA
Director Ratcliffe testified that signal messaging that app is authorized
for government use and was on his government phone when

(03:40):
he became CIA director. And anyway, now, there's a lot
to unpack here and a lot to get to in
all of this. But the Democrats now represent a party
that is been radicalized. They are definitely the crazy party
versus the common sense agenda of Donald Trump. And they
were Republicans, That's who they are. They're the party of

(04:03):
you know, unhinged anger and resentment and intolerance and hatred
for all things Trump, all things Elon Musk, and for
all things anyone who dares to disagree with their radical worldview.
As we've been pointing out, they're the party that now
is putting the rights of illegal immigrants, even trendy Aragua

(04:23):
gang members, over your safety and security. They're the party
that is now championing the right of men to play
in women's sports. They are the party that claims it's
a constitutional crisis. If you identify hundreds of billions of
dollars in waste, fraud, and abuse spent internationally on their

(04:45):
radical Green New Deal, dei ism, wokeism and transgenderism and
LGBTQ plus issues. This is money abroad. While the average
America makes sixty six grand a year in the average
you know, we now have. I've thirty seven trillion in
debt headed to forty trillion because we're still living under
the Biden Harris budget and they're not working to improve

(05:07):
the life of America. They're obsessed. They want to go
from one political lawfare smear campaign to another, even though
now President Trump is in office. They want to use
the courts and judicial activism as a means of thwarting
the will of the American people and the agenda the
President Trump has laid out the mandate he was given
by the American people. And after this high level White

(05:31):
House text exchange about strikes and Yemen, again, I make
the distinction. I think it's sensitive information. Yeah, I would
say it's a one off. But here's the point about this.
And you can see, you know, everybody's now gone back.
They revert to form and they go to what they
know best. They ran a campaign on Hitler Stalin Mussolini

(05:55):
a Nazi, fascist and racist. It didn't get him over
the finish line, didn't even come close. Donald Trump wins
all seven swing states, he wins the popular vote, and
they're a party now that has created a circular firing squad.
And now the seeming leaders of the party, the yard,
Jasmine Crockett and AOC and Bernie Sanders, and that's pretty

(06:20):
much who they are. And everyone bows at the altar.
And if you don't think there's group think, I'll just
go back to the joint session again. You don't stand
for women, for mothers that lost their daughters. You don't
stand for a young man to beat cancer. You don't
stand for the first lady. You don't stand for a
young woman who lost her hero husband who was in
law enforcement. You don't stand for a young man who

(06:41):
lost his father that it gets announced that he just
got a commission to West Point. And you don't stand
for the President of the United States. And in unison
they pull out their Bingo cards and hold up signs
as a means of showing quote resistance and acting like
a bunch of Petel children that don't get their own way.

(07:03):
But according to the Director of National Intelligence and everybody
that has examined the text exchange, you know, there was
no classified information that was shared. And then you've got
to go back to Pete hegsa's you know, posting about this,
and I think is exactly right. You know, the Atlantic

(07:23):
releases war plans and those plans didn't include names, targets, locations, units, routes, sources, methods,
and no classified information. Okay, so you know, yes, it
shouldn't have happened, but it's a one off. It's not institutionalized. Now,
let's make a comparison, and I think this is very important,

(07:45):
and that is most Democrats and most members of the
legacy media mob. And remember I proclaimed that they are
dead after November fifth, because they threw everything, combined rats,
legacy media through everything they had at Donald Trump, and
they were not able to beat him. They took him

(08:07):
to court, they tried to put him in jail, They
used lawfare, weaponization at a level this country has never
seen before. None of it worked. The American people saw
through this. So it's not it's pretty predictable that this
is the only thing they know, because the only alternative
would be a course correction and introspection and an analysis

(08:31):
of how they were so out of touch with the
American people and their egos couldn't handle such self reflection,
you know, so they feigned more you know, phony moral
superiority and outrage. And we know it's not the case.
National security was not a top concern for the Democrats
and the Democratic Party in the last number of years.

(08:55):
They had no problem when Joe Biden created what was
the biggest preventable national security crisis in our history. And
that's when he opened the floodgates at our southern border.
That's when he allowed in known terrorists, murderers, rapists, criminals,
gang members, cartel members, and millions of other unvetted Biden

(09:18):
Harris illegals. That is the biggest national security breach. We're
just beginning the process of trying to clean up that mess,
and I don't know if we're ever going to be
fully successful. How do you identify all of these millions
of unvetted Biden harrisy illegals. So this is the same
Democratic radical party that's been more radicalized. This is the

(09:40):
same legacy media mob that are pretending to care about
national security breaches. They were the exact same people that
combined flat out lied to you the American people, day
in and day out for four years, and they told
you that your border was secure and that you're border
was closed. And meanwhile Fox and a few of us

(10:04):
on the radio were telling you the truth and showing
you the videos that contradicted every lie that they were telling.
They also lied about Joe's obvious cognitive decline. That would
be a national security problem. If the president of our
country is in steep, significant cognitive decline, and he was,
that represents a clear and present danger to national security.

(10:27):
The radical left in Congress and the Senate, the radical
left in the legacy media are the same people that
didn't care because they all knew Joe was slipping. They
all knew that he was in decline. They all hit it.
They all knew our borders were wide open, they all
knew that no vetting was taking place. They never covered it.

(10:48):
They hit it up, you know. And remember why why
didn't Robert hr charge Joe Biden with a crime? Because
Joe was an elderly man with a very poor memory,
unfit for trial. So if he's unfit for trial, that
kind of means he's unfit for office. And Democrats they
didn't care. The media didn't care. They weren't concerned about

(11:11):
his disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan that resulted in the horrific
deaths of thirteen US service members, you know, and all
of these refugees that also came out of Afghanistan. They
didn't care about the billions of dollars in military equipment
that Joe left behind because of his hasty exit from Afghanistan,

(11:34):
and that weaponry went to the Taliban, the very same
group that helped facilitate nine to eleven. Don't forget that
he abandoned Bagram Air Base, which likely will end up
if we don't do something about it, in the hands
of China. And don't forget it. I brought this up yesterday,
General Millie. He's one of the ones that got preemptive pardons,

(11:55):
along with Liz Chaining and Kinzinger Kinzinger, whatever his name
is and the congenital liar Adam Schiff. Well so too
did the former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs, and that
is General Milly. And he was the one, if you
go back to you know, promised and this was covered

(12:16):
by the Washington Post. He promised this Chinese counterpart of
heads up if the US plan to launch an attack.
If we're going to attack, I'm going to call you,
he said to his counterpart ahead of time. It's not
going to be a surprise. Now that would be a
huge scandal in a Trump administration. But the media mob,
the Democratic party. They didn't care. They didn't care when

(12:38):
he demanded that if there's ever any nuclear launch under
Donald Trump, this was in the Woodword book, I believe
it would have to go through him. And he pledged,
he had these people involved in that command chain pledge
allegiance to him. No wonder he needed a preemptive pardon,
just like the Biden family syndicate. So what I'm telling

(13:00):
telling you is they don't really care about what was
an honest, one off mistake. Nobody's not acknowledging that there
wasn't a mistake here. Mike Walls took ownership of it.
But the outrage from the left over this incident is
just a political show, and it's designed to distract the

(13:22):
country from their incessant, petulant performance art and never ending
in fighting and a battle for the soul of that party,
which the left is going to win. They just want
to smear Trump and take whatever political scalp they might
be able to get out of this. And Republicans now
have learned a valuable lesson fight back, and they're fighting

(13:45):
back now. This hysteria, I promise you, is going to
burn out on its own. They will move on to
the next baseless smear. You know they will. You know
they if they cared about national security, they would have
spoken up about our borders. They would have spoken up
about Joe's cognitive decline. They don't give a damn. And

(14:08):
for them just using this as a political weapon to
bludgeon Donald Trump and to try to hurt him and
his national security team, they've already taken ownership of it.
It really is just an unfortunate mistake on their part,
and I doubt it's one that's going to be repeated.
And if it is repeated, then anybody responsible will be

(14:31):
held accountable. That would be my prediction. All right, twenty
five now till the top of the hour. We expect
the President to be speaking. At the top of the hour,
I expect that he will address the signal issue. I
think he's doing a press conference at the White House.
Don't forget our Tesla contest. It's on Hannity dot com.
You can register every day, once a day by going

(14:54):
to Hannity dot com and entering the word of the day.
Today's word of the day would be constitution And you
can register once a day every day, As I said,
using the word of the day and then on April
the eleventh, the contest will end and we will pick
a winner, and the winner we'll get to pick the
tesla of their choice that I will be buying for

(15:16):
one lucky winner, which I'm excited to do. Listen, when
it comes to firearms, everyone knows I believe in our
Second Amendment. I believe in the right to self defense
for you and your family. I urge all of you
do your research, always put safety first, you do your training.
Sig Sour is the world's leading manufacturer of firearms, optics,
ammunition suppressors. It is one of the most respected training

(15:39):
facilities in the entire industry. It's called the sig Sour Academy. Now.
Sig Sour firearms are proudly made right here in the
USA by American workers. Big Sour products are trusted by
the US Military, countless law enforcement agencies, millions of Americans,
and by our allies around the world. Why because of
their un match quality and reliability. For example, their P

(16:03):
three twenties are the official side arms of all branches
of the US military, and that's currently in use by
our forces at home and around the world, all in
defense of freedom. You're going to love their firearms and
I have the P three to twenty. It's a great firearm. Anyway,
go to six hour today. I'm sorry six hour dot
com today and find the dealer nearest you as we're

(16:25):
going to the break. I just told you, I just
saw this. The Trump hating anti deportation judge James Boseburg
has now been picked to preside over a lawsuit on
the leak signal chat ar plans after a lawsuit was
brought by some leftist activist group anyway quote. Government watchdog

(16:45):
group American Oversight filed the lawsuit earlier today, alleging that
Pete Hegseth and others violated federal records laws by discussing
the Houti attack plans in a signal group chat. The
contest has been randomly signed to Boseburg, who serves on
the US District Court for DC. I hope this now
becomes the impetus for Republicans who now stand up and

(17:09):
say these district court judges should not have the authority
to thwart the Trump agenda. More than any other president,
Donald Trump is having the courts attacking them left, right,
and sideways, all in an attempt to prevent Trump from
implementing the agenda that the American people elected him to implement,

(17:33):
and he has the constitutional authority and mandate to do so.
But these liberal activist judges keep going. Now, Mike Johnson
has threatened to eliminate US district courts after the judges
try to hijack Trump's presidency. We do have the authority
over the federal courts, as you know, we can eliminate
the entire district court. We have the power of funding
over the courts, and all these other things, Johnson said yesterday.

(17:58):
But despite times, desperate times like these call for desperate measures,
and Congress is going to act. Congress has eliminated courts
in the past. In nineteen thirteen, for example, Congress abolished
the Commerce Court and its judges were redistributed to the
Federal Appeals Court, according to Congress dot gov. In nineteen

(18:18):
eighty two, Congress passed legislation abolishing the Article three Court
of Claims and the US Court of Customs and Patent Appeals.
And the House Judiciary Committee chairman who we had on
this week, Jim Jordan, plans to hold a hearing on
these district judges next week and he's speaking with GOP
appropriators about what he called legislative remedies. We've got money

(18:41):
spending appropriations process to help to address some of this
without adding further detail. So we'll wait, watch and see
what the Republicans and the Congress do. One interesting development
I saw today the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in
the past have been regarded as the most liberal in
the US. Although Trump did get to replace one or

(19:02):
two judges on that court, delivered an unexpected win for
the Trump administration. A three judge panel there blocked a
Seattle District court order that aimed to force the Trump
administration to restart refugee admissions. I mean, this is what
the left is now fighting for. They want to keep
trendy Aragua gang members in our country, and now they

(19:25):
want to fight for more open borders and stop Donald
Trump from securing the borders, which is his constitutional duty.
And these appeals, by the way, and justinews dot com
at a good article on this, are just piling up
for the Supreme Court. So I've got a hope and
wonder that when John Roberts said, which was very you

(19:47):
know it was it was not even solicited. But when
he said, well, that's what appeals courts are for. When
Donald when the people were talking about possibly impeaching judges
at as a result of this judicial misconduct and judicial
activism the Trump administration. This latest legal showdown with Boseburg,

(20:10):
which is the chief judge of the Federal District Court
of DC over the deportation of Venezuelan gang members, He's
the idiot that said, yeah, if they're in the plane,
now have them turn the plane around and bring them home.
I mean little, you know, does anybody not read Supreme
Court precedent, Because there was that nineteen forty eight decision
that came out for prior presidents had used the Alien

(20:32):
Enemies Act as a means of deporting people from this
country and it was upheld by the UF Supreme Court
as lawful. And in that decision they were very specific
in saying that once a president makes that decision, it
is not subject to judicial review. Bill Barr lasting the
judges for usurping Donald Trump's national security authority on these

(20:56):
deportation flights. He said, there's a pattern whereby the these
district court judges are trying to assert the responsibility of
the president in the national security arena. He went on
to say, the President is absolutely right to be frustrated
and concerned about the way the courts are handling this,
and he's right. I mean, there's no other way to
put it, because the Constitution gives the president the power

(21:19):
to make judgments about how we deal with foreign nationals
and when we're animated by national security concerns, it's not
his call. It's not a district court judges call. It
is that simple. Just turn the planes around and then
of course it goes to the d C Circuit Court
or the DC Appeals Court. Nazis got better treatment under

(21:41):
the Alien Enemies Act. I mean that was the Obama judge,
and that happened on Monday this week. It just the
madness never ends. I mean, it's a disgusting claim that
Nazis got better treatment than deported Venezuelans, most of which
were pretty certain have ties to Trende Arragua. Know. Greg
Jarrett had a calumn. Today. Trump is now president, but

(22:04):
dangerous Lawfair is still raging against him, and he's referring
to the Nazi's got better treatment under the Alien Enemy
Act than has happened here. I mean, that is Judge
Patricia Millet was appointed by Obama and appears to have
fully embrace this tactic of the left. Never miss an
opportunity to use the word Nazi. You know it used

(22:26):
to be. You don't use Nazi analogies, you just don't
because of the horror of the Holocaust. That word is
thrown around by the left in this country as if
it's meaningless. No, it has deep meaning, profound meaning in life.
And yet oh, this is Nazi like. Everything's Nazi like, fascist, racist.

(22:48):
But anyway, it was not an accident, and probably the
disguise potential weakness and or reasoning that members of a
violent Venezuelan gang do not have an absolute right to
do process had this act had been upheld by the
US Supreme Court, and you know, yeah, it's an old law.
But again, the last president that I know that used

(23:09):
it was Harry Truman, and that's when the Supreme Court
case came in. Instead of precedent, I would think that
John Roberts, would you know, as Supreme Court Chief Justice,
believe in court precedents. They ask every single person that's
up for the Supreme Court that question, do you believe
in precedents? Yes, they all do. I've given a long

(23:32):
list of President Trump over three trillion dollars. Everyone's squeamish
about President Trump and his threats of tariffs. Well after
meeting the United with President Trump, the United Arab Emirates
announced one point four trillion dollars in investments in the US.
Trump also plans to sign a one trillion dollar investment

(23:54):
deal with Saudi Arabia. That's on top of every other company, Nissan, Honda,
the Taiwanese chipcum that's on top of Apple five hundred
billion dollars. It is now like probably getting close to
four trillion dollars. India is now rethinking their tariffs in
light of the April second deadline that President Trump pledged

(24:16):
to implement reciprocal tariffs. Our friends in India don't want
to be tariffed back. And just like the European Union,
just like Canada, you know, our so called friendly nation,
they tariff us to death and we just haven't done
anything about it. My hope is is that we have
free and fair trade. My hope is also that the

(24:36):
United States of America does not get taken advantage of
by countries that claim to be allies of ours. Donald
Trump also signed an executive order requiring people to provide
proof of American citizenship when they register to vote, demanding
that all ballots be reviewed by election day. That order

(24:57):
requires government issued proof of US citizenship on its voter
registration forms. That would direct the Attorney General to enter
the information share enter into information sharing agreements with state
election officials who identify cases of election fraud or other
election violations. Why would anybody be against this? Why are
Democrats against voter ID signature verification, chain of custody controls,

(25:24):
updated voter rolls, partisan observers watching the vote voting all
day and the vote counting all night. Why would anybody
be against any of that? By the way, Vice President
Vance is headed to Greenland. That's going to be pretty interesting,
I think with the way that's going to play out,
and the press would characterize it as, oh, the people

(25:44):
of Greenland don't want to be pressured. They haven't been
treated particularly well by Denmark. And if the president comes
in with a better offer, a significantly better offer, why
wouldn't the people of Greenland look at that offer? It
might make every person and in Greenland rich. I mean
they have about fifty four thousand people, They have a

(26:05):
lot of natural resources that are not being tapped into.
By the way, the National Institutes for Health continues to
fund more than a billion dollars in diversity equity inclusion programs,
even after the President ordered federal agencies to eliminate them.
Wouldn't that be illegal if I did it, or you
did it, or anybody listening to mean right now did it.

(26:28):
As part of the President's plan to get reckless spending
under control, the Social Security now has been spending weeks
cleaning out all this bad data that the President mentioned
and is Joint Session speech. I mean the fact that
you have all these millions of cases where Social Security

(26:49):
number holders were over the age of one twenty. We
don't know if any of we haven't confirmed that any
of them are getting payments or their relatives are getting payments.
But you would think for crying out loud. The Trump
administration now is moving to freeze tens of millions of
dollars in federal family planning grants to certain organizations while
they investigate whether the money was used for diversity efforts.

(27:13):
According to People, Planned Parenthood affiliates were set to get
about one hundred and twenty million dollars this year. Why
are we giving money to an organizations who seemingly you
know they would take they would dispute this well, why
why should taxpayers that don't share the view on being
pro choice be funding organizations that are known in large

(27:36):
part for being abortion providers. By the way, the Democrat
that railed against the domestic terrorism, Democrats who railed against
domestic terrorism, why are they silent as Donald Trump is
floating a twenty year jail sentence for Tesla vandals and
Pam Bondi is saying that they're going to get to
the bottom of it, as is cash pattel that is

(27:59):
called domestic terrorism. I saw a congresswoman to leave other
House Democrats they would not condemn acts of terror on
these Tesla dealerships. Why not anyway? To Leeb, who claimed
in an ex post that Musk is an unelected billionaire
who's dismantling our democracy, on Tuesday, refused to answer a

(28:22):
question from The Daily Caller and a reporter about whether
or not she condemns these recent acts of vandalism at
Tesla dealerships, instead asking him are they paying you well?
Because I believe you should be paid a fair wage.
What's so hard? I mean? Democrats. All they want to
talk about is January six five years later, January sixth.

(28:44):
They ignored the summer of twenty twenty five hundred and
seventy four riots. Why can't they condemn shooting bullets into
Tesla dealerships. Why can't they condemn firebombing Tesla vehicles. Why
can't they condemn what's happening at Tesla true charging stations.
Why why can't they condemn the assassination threats against Elon Musk?

(29:07):
Why is that so hard for them? You know? Why
is it that the left there are many radicals on
the left. I'm not saying elected democrats, but radicals, leftists.
Why have they embraced this Luigi Mangioni guy that assassinated
the United Healthcare CEO. Why does the radical left, you know,
seemingly embrace the rights of trendy or ragua over your safety?

(29:31):
You know, why did the radical lefts a quiet well
known terrorists, murderers, rapist cartel members, gang members were allowed
into our country? You know? Why is the radical left
seemingly okay with the reckless rhetoric of Jasmine Crockett. By
the way, it's not working for them. I mean, the

(29:51):
last three polls showed twenty a twenty percent approval for
Democrats in Congress. They're failing and it's just not working.
Sixty four percent of voters back Trump's plan to deport
Venezuelan gang members, and Trump did yanks secret Service protection
for Biden's open borders are Alejandro majorcas he doesn't deserve it.

(30:14):
And the Trump administration moved to and federally subsidized housing
for illegal immigrants. The President's moving at the speed of light.
All of these things are getting fixed. If he's successful,
it will be the most transformational presidency and consequential one
in our lifetime. But the left wing Democrats, they are
losing their mind. There's a House Republican move to censor

(30:37):
Yasmin Crockett. We'll watch that closely, all right, We expect
the president in the next hour. We'll monitor that. We'll
get to your calls if he's not speaking eight hundred
nine four one Sean. If you want to give us
a buzz, and don't forget our Tesla giveaway, just go
