Speaker 1 (00:00):
Thanks to all of you for being with us.

Speaker 2 (00:01):
Write down our toll free telephone number if you'd like
to be a part of the program. It's eight hundred
and ninety four to one Sean if you want.

Speaker 1 (00:10):
To join us.

Speaker 2 (00:11):
So two nights ago, just before the show, I pick
up this story about these democrats and it is now
absolutely gone viral, and now the President's involved. And I
don't know what you want to call it, how you
would define it, what you want to say about it,

(00:33):
but it is. I'll tell you what the New York
Post said today on the edge of sedition, disgusting. These
Democratic members of Congress are now actively encouraging our troops
and also our intelligence community to disobey the commander in
chief of our country. And this video including you know

(00:55):
Senators Elise slock In a Michigan Mark Kelly of Arizona,
warning this administration is pitting our uniform military and intelligence
community professionals against American citizens. In this tape, they fail
to identify one example, not one, because they don't have

(01:19):
any examples that would be that would not be instantaneously discredited.
But this is what they are doing. It includes Representatives
Deluzio Pennsylvania Goodlander, New Hampshire, Hulahan and Pennsylvania Crow in Colorado,
and you know, veterans serving in the in the house

(01:42):
chime in. Our laws are clear, you can refuse the
illegal orders. You must refuse illegal orders, and they say
it's your duty to do so if they saw any
real sign of any commander in chief issuing such orders.
They do a lot more than you know, just cut

(02:02):
an ad and I think this was a good point
that they made. You know, they're plainly they don't believe
that one an example exists. And uh now this is
gone viral and the real target audience is this this
lunatic fringe on. It's like a knockoff of X where

(02:26):
lunatic lefties hang out called Blue Sky. Have you ever
looked at Blue Sky, Linda, I've never even gone there.
I don't even have a download. Do I even have
an account on that thing? No, you ought to put
an account up just for kicking giggles, they say, I'm
Sean Hannity, Fox News. Please, you know, if you want
to send hatred towards me, I'm willing to take whatever

(02:47):
you want to say and then maybe we'll have fun
with that or gante I don't even have to I
don't even have to ask for it. It'll just come
flying out. But listen, this is the problem with social media.
And and I have friends of mine, even in the industry,
in business, and they're like, tell me, oh, it's all
over social media. You should read the comments. And I'm like, Okay,

(03:07):
that is not a real world. And I know it
seems very real because you're reading it and there's a
lot of messages in it, but they usually don't reflect
real scientific polling, and they don't really reflect the values
of people. Now, there's something very corrupting when people have
the ability to remain anonymous and they create pseudonyms, and

(03:31):
they create bony accounts, and they spend hours and hours
a day on their separate accounts. They go from one
account to the next account to the next account, but
it's still the same person. And you know there's somewhere,
you know, in mommy and Daddy's you know, they're forty
years old and they're underwear or naked in mom and
Dad's basement and their keyboard warriors with anonymity. And it's

(03:58):
toxic and it's cancerous. Now, the President has waged in
lashing out at these six democratic lawmakers that released this
video on social media this week urging service members to
defy quote illegal orders.

Speaker 1 (04:11):
It is your duty.

Speaker 2 (04:14):
It's called seditious behavior at the highest level, the President
wrote on truth Social last night, each one of these
traders to our country should be arrested and put on trial.
Their words cannot be allowed to stand. We won't have
a country anymore. An example must be set. The president
then reposted a message of support from users of a

(04:37):
social media platform, truth Social, including one who wrote, in
all caps, hang them. George Washington would have I don't
recommend that. I believe in the rule of law. The
sixty second video entitled Don't give Up the Ship featured
you know all these different people. Let me play it
for you again. You might say, well, Hennaity, you've played
this twice already. I'm like, we're now now beginning. It's

(05:00):
now getting into the bloodstream and the consciousness of our culture,
and people are now rightly beginning to understand how deep
and dangerous and profoundness all is.

Speaker 1 (05:12):
So let me play for you again.

Speaker 3 (05:15):
We want to speak directly to members of the military
and the intelligence community to take risks each day keep
Americans safe.

Speaker 4 (05:21):
We know you are under enormous stress and pressure right now.

Speaker 2 (05:24):
Americans trust their military, but that trust is at risk.

Speaker 3 (05:28):
This administration is pitting our uniform military and intelligence community
professionals against American citizens like us.

Speaker 1 (05:35):
You all swore an oath to protect and defend this constitution.

Speaker 3 (05:39):
Right now, the threats to our constitution aren't just coming
from road, but from right here at home.

Speaker 1 (05:43):
Our laws are clear.

Speaker 5 (05:45):
You can refuse illegal orders.

Speaker 4 (05:47):
You can refuse illegal orders.

Speaker 2 (05:49):
You must refuse illegal orders.

Speaker 6 (05:52):
No one has to carry out orders that violate the
law or our constitution.

Speaker 3 (05:56):
We know this is hard and that it's a difficult
time to be a public servant.

Speaker 6 (06:00):
Whether you're serving in the CIA, the Army, or Navy,
the Air Force, your vigilance is critical and know that we.

Speaker 7 (06:06):
Have your back.

Speaker 2 (06:09):
Stephen Miller, reacting to this, said the following, I want
you to listen to this.

Speaker 5 (06:15):
It is insurrection, plainly, directly, without question. And when you
have one of the lawmakers on that video being unable
to state and as you say, lengthy cross examination a
single so called illegal order, it just proves the point.
It's a general call for rebellion from the CIA and
the armed services of the United States by Democrat lawmakers

(06:40):
saying that you have not only the right, but the
duty and the obligation to defy orders of the commander
in chief.

Speaker 2 (06:48):
Now, Tood Blanche is number two at the Department of Justice,
behind Pam BONDI was on my show last night.

Speaker 1 (06:57):
This is what he said, number two at the DOJ.
Does this need to be investigated? And what would the
investigation be under?

Speaker 8 (07:06):
Well, the investigation would absolutely be under what these what
their intent was in saying this and that? The question
we've all watched this a lot today, and the question
you have to ask yourself is what is their intent?
What is the reason that they all went on a
video and encourage young men and women to defy court
orders without even giving a hint of what's illegal, without

(07:27):
even giving any suggestion of what law or what order
they're being asked to violate. You cannot do that in
this country, especially if you're a leader. And so what
does the investigation look like? I think they should be
held to account. I think that those congressmen should be
required to answer questions and to ask answer questions about
why they did what they did. And the American people

(07:47):
deserve that, and so does President Trump.

Speaker 2 (07:51):
Now these people like Representative Hula Hanna Pennsylvania, expressed exasperation
with how critics had frame the message. Now, I ask
all of you in this audience, it is clear there's
no ambiguity in what it is that they're saying. Pula
hands saying, Oh, I'm not telling people to ignore orders.

Speaker 1 (08:12):
Yes they are.

Speaker 2 (08:14):
They're saying you have a responsibility to do so. I'm
enormously frustrated with the way this very sensible video is
being interpreted in a really insidious way. I don't know
what the hell she's talking about. The threats to our
constitution aren't just coming from abroad, but right here at home.

(08:34):
Our laws are clear. You can refuse illegal orders. Okay,
then define them. Not one of them can, and not
one of them can explain it. And now they're trying
to deflect away from it. You know, as Pete haiks
As a stage four TDS and a post that he

(08:54):
put on X and Eric Schmidt said, at the end
of the day, they're mad the America can people chose Trump?
So now they're calling on the military and our intelligence community.
You know, is this a call for an overthrow? Poor
Martha McCollum had this idiot, Jason Crow. I think we

(09:14):
have the cut of this tussling on air over the
lawmakers that did this, and he becomes vile and rude
and insulting and just flat out lying.

Speaker 1 (09:28):
That's unfortunate.

Speaker 3 (09:28):
That's the politics these days. People grab something and twist
it and contort it and lie.

Speaker 6 (09:34):
Some might say that you have grabbed something and twisted
it and contorted it.

Speaker 1 (09:37):
You have.

Speaker 6 (09:38):
You know, you're you're talking to young members of the
American military, and you're not telling them specifically what it
is they should see as illegal, So you're putting ideas
into their head that maybe they're being asked to do
something illegal. And what we're seeing actually is recruitment rising
and you're wanting to join the military under the the president.

Speaker 3 (10:00):
Here's an interesting fact for you, Martha. Our men and
women actually are very smart, very incredible men and women
in our military, and a recent survey, well apparently I do.

Speaker 1 (10:09):
Because the.

Speaker 6 (10:12):
United States military.

Speaker 3 (10:13):
You you actually disparage them when you say that a
simple reminder, that a simple reminder is something they cannot handle.

Speaker 6 (10:22):
You're wrong, You're one hundred wrong. I didn't disparage them
in anyway. In fact, I give them enormous credit.

Speaker 3 (10:31):
They can handle reminders about their legal obligation.

Speaker 2 (10:35):
That is just a comp out to the highest degree.
And I give Martha the total prompts for how she
handled this idiot. But you know, if you if you're
just watching, without citing any unlawful order, they are telling
members of our intelligence community and our military great up

(10:56):
that they have an obligation to write up to defy
a duly elected president of our country, our commander in chief.
And you know, if and if you're looking for more clarity,
I mean, I don't think you can be any more clear.
This is not ambiguous here. I brought this up on
TV last night. Eighteen US Code two three eight three

(11:22):
twenty three eighty three quote. Whoever incites, sets on foot, assists,
or engages in any rebellion or insurrection against the authority
of the United States or the laws thereof, or gives
aid and comfort there too, shall be fined under this

(11:43):
title or in prison not more than ten years, or both,
and shall be incapable of holding office under the United States. Now,
if you disagree with me, tell me, tell me how
this is not the incitement of insubordination among members of
the military. Tell me if you do not believe this

(12:06):
is providing comfort to their targets when they promised to
have their backs, what was their intent, you know, beyond
the obvious stated intent, you know, hoping to what destabilize
the constitutional authority of our president as commander in chief
and complicate his sole authority as commander in chief, you know,

(12:28):
because it doesn't get you know, it's not as complicated
as they want you to think it is. Lindsey Graham
has weighed in and he's demanding that these Democrats be
forced to explain why they're telling our military to refuse
illegal orders from their commander in chief. And he's not

(12:50):
wrong in demanding these answers, you know, And if you
don't know, Graham served three decades and the Air Force
worked as an Air Force judge Advocate General jag And
wrote in six letters to each of the individuals the
issue of unlawful orders. He takes it very seriously and
he can't find a single example of an illegal order

(13:13):
during the administration. And you owe it to the country
to be specific as to what orders you believe are unlawful.
The answer is they can't name it. If they could,
they would have named it. In their video and then
when asked about it, you know, they become rude and insulting,
like you just heard in this case against my colleague

(13:35):
Martha McCallum, who handled I think handled it quite brilliantly,
to be very honest. But tell me, call me, tell me,
how is that not a call for rebellion against our country?
How is that pretty unbelievable? Eight hundred nine four one.

Speaker 1 (13:52):
Sean.

Speaker 2 (13:53):
By the way, Donald Trump did secure the release of
an American citizen that had been imprisoned in Saudi Arabia
for four years. At I don't think that got any
play in the media. All Right, We've got all the
other news of the day. We'll get to we'll get
to your calls. Also, if you want to join us
eight hundred nine four one, Shawn, if you want to
check in with us, if you have any thoughts on this.
I'm curious what you think, Linda, do I need to

(14:15):
do a segment on how are you going to how
are you gonna deal with your crazy relatives over Thanksgiving
that you know, hate the fact that you like Donald Trump?
I think I might not do a little Doctor Hannity.

Speaker 4 (14:26):
Definitely not. We already have the answer. It's a very
simple answer. Do you know what it is?

Speaker 2 (14:30):
Don't don't see them, don't invite them. Okay, we might
offer a little more nuanced answer than that. We have
a lot of grown to cover. Well, is that sedition
is the New York Post, Right, we'll get your calls
coming up here, eight hundred ninety four one, Shawn. Also
coming up Congressman James Comer. Looks like the little Epstein

(14:51):
trick backfiring against the Keem Jeffries, Laurence Summers, Bill Clinton,
and a whole bunch of other Democrats left right, and
and they really sharia courts in the state of Texas.
We'll check in with Congressman ship Roy. We'll get to
your calls. Eight hundred and nine to four one Sean.
As we continue, everybody in this day and age needs

(15:12):
a home security system. You want one that's going to
protect you and your family. Now, there are plenty of
systems out there, many of them are reacting. What is
a reactor system, Mister and missus Smith, this is your
alarm company. Somebody just broke into your house. Okay, at
that point, it's too late. By the way, what if
you're in the house when you get the phone call,
You're going to be like, where is this person?

Speaker 1 (15:34):
Not good? Now? Simply safe. They've been with us, what
over a decade now, Linda? Right?

Speaker 2 (15:39):
They when they started with us, they have seven employees, right,
seven or twelve? I forgot sidey seven. And they have
grown by leaps and bounds. And what defines them, what
separates them from all the rest, is they never stop
advancing that technology. I love that about them. And they
now have their active guard outdoor protection AI security camera.

(16:00):
You get twenty four to seven live simply safe monitoring agents.
So somebody steps onto your property, they don't get near
a door, don't get near a window. They will immediately
be alerted in real time. They will be able to
talk to whoever's on your property. You two, I see
you both in the mask. You're trespassing. I've called the police.

(16:22):
Police are on the way. They can put on spotlights
in real time, they can call you in real time,
call the police in real time. They can do all
of that before anyone gets near your house. That is
proactive security. That's why millions and millions of US now
supports simply safe home security. I wish I bought stock.
They didn't have stock when they first started with us.
I'd be really rich now anyway. But it's so good

(16:45):
and it's very inexpensive. You know, those live monitoring agents
like having your own personal security guard twenty four to
seven three sixty five for about a buck a day. Now,
they have the best sale of the year going on
right now, sixty percent off your simply Safe home security
system with early access to simply Safe's Black Friday sal

(17:06):
You simply go to simplysafe dot com slash Hannity simply
safe dot com slash Hannity sixty percent off, protect your family,
get proactive security, and get that done today. You know,
I find this interesting. So many people are really as
angry as I am. Angry at what these these elected

(17:28):
officials have done here. I don't know what manifestation this
investigation is going to take, but we better as a
country get all over it. I'm going to tell you
something fascinating that has occurred, and I've been saying for
years maybe it's a compliment to AOC. I've not attacked

(17:50):
her personally. I disagree with her on the Green New Deal.
I disagree with, you know, radical socialism. However, what has
happened into Washington, and when Nancy Pelosi was Speaker, I said,
she's speaker in name only, AOC the squad. AOC is
really the speaker. She has the power. And the same

(18:11):
thing with CHUCKI.

Speaker 1 (18:12):
Schumer.

Speaker 2 (18:13):
You know he's leader in name only, but really he
is beholden to the radicals in his party, hence the
Schumer shutdown, which he was against his entire career. Now
we see that same phenomenon playing out with Mamdani and
for example, the House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries is now

(18:33):
totally beholden to Marxist zoron Kami Mumdani because there is
an effort from the from the Mumdani left to challenge
Jeffries and take his seat, and the establishment basically is
just getting in line.

Speaker 1 (18:52):
Now.

Speaker 2 (18:53):
Kathy Hokeel, she's called governor Kathy Hokel in New York.
She's governor of nothing because she knows. But remember she
endorsed Mamdani and wanted his endorsement for her reelection. He
took the endorsement but wouldn't give the endorsement back. Well,
we'll deal with that at the time. And what he's

(19:15):
now doing, he's basically the governor of the State of
New York because whatever he wants, Kathy Hochel is going
to do. Just like whatever the radicals in the squad
aoc Pocahontas Grandpa Bernie want, nobody's going to stop them.
You know, Mamdani's now vowing to end New York City's

(19:37):
cooperation with ICE. Now we just learned that the NYPD Commissioner,
Jessica Tish, she's not getting any more down about eleven
thousand police officers in New York from when New York
was a lot safer. They have a real policing problem.
Let me tell you what's going to happen. Let me
give you my crystal ball, Governor Desanta. This has already

(20:00):
done this on a very high level. Enticed, well trained
NYPD officers that are underpaid and underappreciated in New York
to come down to Florida because they've already been through
the academy that saves the State of Florida money and
they get a bonus if they sign up for law
enforcement in the free State of Florida, where police here

(20:21):
are respected. I see sheriffs, I see police, I usually
stop and say hello and thank you for what they
do when I see them. And anyway, Mamdani said that
the New York City Police Department will not be helping
ICE under his watch. After Tom Homan announced federal immigration

(20:42):
officials are going to be ramping up their.

Speaker 1 (20:44):
Enforcement in New York City. I mean, this is now.

Speaker 2 (20:49):
You're going to see this unfold in very real time,
and it's going to be interesting and fascinating to watch.
By the way, the Justice Department announced an indictment Wednesday
against Congresswoman Sheila I don't know how to say her name,
and I'm not purposely trying to mispronounce it. Is it
Triphilis McCormick. How about Representative McCormick, we'll call her that

(21:13):
Florida Democrat accused of bilking the government five million dollars
in pandemic funds after using the money to boost a
previous congressional campaign. Prosecutor say the government overpaid her family
company five million dollars for COVID nineteen vaccination staffing contracts,
and she and her brother then conspired to steal that

(21:34):
five million dollars by obfuscating the source. Whenever I hear that,
people took all of you know, we went into a
lot of debt over the issue of COVID. I'm not
saying that, you know, all hands on deck, warrant needed.
I am saying that this is when people take advantage
of a situation like that for their own financial gain.

(21:54):
It is infuriating to me, and it's it's pretty amazing
when you watch stuff like this. Anyway, she is now
agreed to step down from a leadership position. Why didn't
she leave Congress? Why don't they have a censure resolution
against her? Because I think that's where it should take place.
Deep state prosecutors, by the way, at the Justice Department

(22:18):
seemed to be sabotaging the mortgage fraud indictment against Adam Schiff,
fake new CNN reporting. You know that certain individuals still
working at the Justice Department. In other words, they have
a lot of holdovers, you know, on this mortgage fraud
investigation that is run by political appointees. But one witness,

(22:41):
a Republican from California, spoke to federal grand jury of
Maryland Thursday morning and previously said he believes she had
information to share about shift relating to his mortgages. You know,
let's see what happens. I mean, you know, everyone asked
me all the time. When is something going to happen?
I don't know the answer. I don't know. Now, let

(23:01):
me tell you something about the Mamdani effect. It goes berserk.
Do you understand that expensive homes outside of the city
the five borough New York City is comprised of five boroughs,
and outside of that would be Nassau County, And Bruce
Blakeman is doing a great job out there as the

(23:22):
county executive. And they have good people in Suffolk County,
they have good people in Westchester. Upstate New York's a
great place. Although if they ever they can revive Albany
in upstate New York if they just allow fracking.

Speaker 1 (23:35):
But them. There's a report today that.

Speaker 2 (23:41):
Multimillion dollar homes outside of the city have gone up
twenty four percent in five days. And by the way,
Mamdani gave as getting a huge backlash after backing this
far left New York Assembly candidate who dismissed nine eleven
as a terror attack. Well, just a couple of people died.

(24:05):
I don't know if you saw this. I mean, it is.
It is so despicable and disgusting. At least the phonic
is blasting Hochel for refusing condemn this Mamdanni back Assembly candidate,
I mean Kathy Hochel and Dors Mamdami and now owns
the latest endorsement of this radical activist, a person by
the name of Aberkawis. I don't know how to say

(24:27):
these people's names anyway, notoriously blamed America, Stephanic said for
nine to eleven that claimed the lives of two thoy
nine hundred and seventy seven Americans, mostly in New York,
you know, and citing the US as a system of capitalism, racism,
white supremacy, is lamophobia. You know, it's clear that Mamdannie

(24:48):
owns and controls, you know, Kathy Hochel. You know, she said,
the system of capitalism, racism, white supremacy, is Lamophobia have
been used to colonialize land and I'm sorry, colonized lands
right to take resources from other people. And so this
is like a long trajectory and we're just seeing the

(25:10):
manifestation of that continuation with nine to eleven. Wow, unbelievable.
I mean, you have to wonder. There's one article that said,
this is Mamdannie's going to be the gift that keeps
on giving the right you know what, it's a gift
I'd rather not have, but it is what it is.

(25:31):
By the way, wealthy California town votes the band pickleb
Ball because of the popping noise. Can't even play pickleball.
Do you ever play pickleball, Linda.

Speaker 4 (25:40):
I haven't, but it's popular.

Speaker 2 (25:44):
You know, my kids are great at it. It's like,
I'm not playing with you. It's just annoying. And they
just kicked.

Speaker 1 (25:49):
They just blast the ball a dad, and I'm like, really, we.

Speaker 4 (25:53):
Actually have a place by my house. It used to
be a bed bath and beyond, which is a massive,
massive store in case you're not familiar, and that entire
store is now an entire establishment of pickleball courts and
you have to have memberships.

Speaker 1 (26:08):
Popular, super popular.

Speaker 2 (26:10):
It's great for orthopedic surgeons because set out of it.

Speaker 1 (26:15):
Pickleball so true.

Speaker 2 (26:17):
Ice arrested over thirty five hundred criminal illegals during the
government shutdown in Houston, Texas alone. Biden the illegal truck
driver busted in Arizona carrying five fraudulent driver's license licenses. Unbelievable.
All right, let's get to our phones here. Let's say
hi to Randy's in Oklahoma. Hey Randy, how are you?

Speaker 7 (26:38):
Hey Sean, I'm want to thank you first before I
forget for being a great American and I've strived to
be the same.

Speaker 2 (26:47):
God bless you. I appreciate your kind words. I don't
get to do this without you.

Speaker 7 (26:50):
You know that well. I proudly wore my Air Force
uniform for forty four years, so I was twenty years
on active duty, Elixada uniform for two months, then I
put my uniform back onto be a high school junior
ROTC instructor, and i've ald for the last couple of days.
Based on this video that came out this representative crow

(27:13):
from Colorado, that's appalling. This guy was a Ranger Infantry officer.
I'm pretty sure you know. Part of my Air Force career,
I was an Air Force recruiter. So I know a
little bit about the oath you take to enlist, and
I'm pretty sure in there it says, I states your
full name to solemnly swear that I'll support and defend

(27:36):
the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign
and domestic, and that I will bear true faith and
allegiance to the same.

Speaker 1 (27:48):
That's well said. I mean it says it all there,
doesn't it.

Speaker 7 (27:52):
I'm appalled. They should be immediately censured. I think they
should be removed from office.

Speaker 2 (28:00):
Well, obviously Todd Blenche number two of the DJ, can't
tell me what they're doing, but I am very confident
an investigation is underway.

Speaker 7 (28:10):
Well at this this representative Crow, for example, bragged about
being a ranger infantry officer. Well he's not. He's not
part of a solution to the military. He's been part
of the problem. Guys like him, you know, Pete's trying
to do, you know, get all the woke. None of

(28:31):
them got their nap out. That's what the problem is.
We let them, We let them. We should have let
them go back Crow up with their blanket and they're
a little warm, milky and all the stuff that you
have them do. They should have gotten gotten their naps
out and then they would have been much better.
