This is the best of the Ben Malor Show on
Fox Sports Radio. Now.
Speaker 1 (00:32):
That is how you have a little Monday night football.
Welcome in the beginning of another night of the Benmahlor Show.
We are in the air everywhere using audio frequency as
(00:52):
we are your impulse show coast to coast, border to
border and beyond on the mast and zestfully powerful microphones
of FSR am monating live from scratch. Our secret sucks.
You know we make this from scratch. It's a secret
family recipe. The hot take. We're broadcasting live from the
(01:15):
Tiraq dot Com studios. Tyraq dot com will help you
get there. In unmatched selection, fast free shipping, free road
hazard protection, and over ten thousand recommended in stars. I
know alf. The Alien Opiner has spent ten thousand hours
promoting the show. God bless them tyraq dot com the
(01:36):
way tire buying shoe be. So don't bury the lead,
ma man. Let's play the hits there. We'll start out
with a final game for Week thirteen, Final game Week
thirteen on the NFL Card, and we go to the
Centennial State and that is where Jameis Winston and the
(01:57):
Brownies traveling circus. I have the Browns playing out the
string on another miserable season win loss wise, and they
had a playdate with the Broncos. It was the Jerry
Judy Revenge Game. Although nobody anticipated that the Jerry Judy
Revenge Game would be a classic, nobody had that Cleveland
(02:20):
taking on the team from Colorado, the Fox refugees, Troy
Aikman and Joe Buck where they're calling the game. They
were in the broadcast booth. Did you watch? Did you
have something else going Well? I don't know what else
you had going on. Maybe you had something else going on,
but we were watching it, so our good mitch with it.
We thought, well, no one's gonna watch this game, and
brown suck and the Broncos aren't a sexy team and
(02:44):
they haven't been that for a long time. But it
was a hum danger, a hum danger of the game,
and it came down to the very end. For those
of us that bet on these games. Someone named Jaquan McMillan.
We don't know who that is, but he had an
interception forty four yards out of the end zone the
game ceiling, game ceiling play with one forty eight remaining
(03:11):
in the game there the Broncos. That was a game
ceiling touchdown by mcmill There was also an interception at
the end there the Browns and the final seconds driving
down trying to get a touchdown and then they would
need the on side kick and all that the Broncos
able to win. Despite a historical performance by the Cleveland
(03:31):
Browns offense. This is like, wake up, Bernie Kozar, what
are we doing here? The Cleveland Browns quarterback, their backup
quarterback Jameis Winston, and wide receiver Jerry Judy in the
Jerry Judy Revenge game put up monster stats, the kind
of stats if you play fantasy football. It was orgasmic
(03:53):
the type of numbers these guys put off. Winston through
a franchise record, franchise record ninety seven yards. Jamis wins
the Browns have been playing football for a minute and
four hunt ninety seven yards, the most in franchise history.
Four touchdowns, Jerry Judy had not one, not two, not three,
not four, not five, not six, not seven ninety How
(04:15):
about nine catches for two hundred and thirty five yards,
the most in NFL history by a receiver against his
former team. So the greatest revenge game by a receiver
in NFL history. Aside from the final score, Judy had
played not very well. You probably don't remember this four
seasons in Denver and made no tangible impact on the Broncos.
(04:39):
He was booed every time he touched the ball, and
he was soaking it all in like a sponge, enjoying
all of the booze that were raining down in Colorado.
So let us discuss the question what is We'll go
to the Browns here, even though the Browns are not
going to play the story here is the Cleveland offense.
So as we disc us the question, what was your
(05:02):
reaction to Jameis Winston and Jameis Winston's play for the
Browns in this game? So I've got Mona, Lisa, lunch
money and stump speech, and we will combine all of
these things together and we will have a rollicking good time,
is what we're going to do. So a this was
(05:24):
for Jameis Winston. It was sparkling and disgusting at the
same time. It was equal parts sparkling and equal parts disgusting,
and it was just a fun night. Now, I did
have a little skin in the game, and I'd like
to thank Winston for that final interception when the Browns
got the ball down to the two yard line and
Winston through that interception in the end zone, because if
(05:46):
the Browns had scored a touchdown, which it semed they
were going to do, that would have covered the spread.
The line was up to five and a half or six,
depending on where you got it on the game. The
Broncos a rather sizable favorite. But just in general, that aside, right,
the gambling element aside, it was just entertaining. And there's
not a lot of these games. We always look forward
(06:07):
to the NFL. You know, we'll talk about the NFL,
you know, every night pretty much in the show, and
then we'll get to the playoffs in the Super Bowl,
and then we'll talk about the scouting combine and free agency,
and we'll look forward. We'll lick our chops for next
NFL season. But the reality is there's only a few
nights like this. These nights are far and fewed between.
Most of these Island games aren't very entertaining. They mostly blow.
(06:32):
This was not that, This was not it. I'm not
a Browns fan or a Broncos fan, but I enjoyed
watching the game and Jameis Winston. Get back to the point,
was your reaction to Jameis Winston's play. Jameis Winston showed
the world the skill set that got him to a
very high position of the NFL Draft coming out of
Florida State. He also showed the world what he played
(06:55):
like when he was the starting quarterback for the Tampa
Bay Buccaneers. He painted his own verse version of the
Mona Lisa. Jameis Winston painted the Mona Lisa. He did
it with fingerpaints, but it was still the Mona Lisa.
It was still his version, the good, the bad, and
the ugly for Winston, right. And it's like they say
(07:16):
in the in the Bible, famous jamis of course giveth,
and famous jamis taketh away. And it's gonna sound crazy.
I don't think I'm alone in this though. How incompetent
to the Cleveland Brown's ownership look, how dumb to the
front office and the coaching staff looked. Jameis Winston should
have been the quarterback all year. And it's a joke.
(07:38):
I know why they did it, for financial reasons, but
the fact that Winston didn't start all season is an
indictment of ownership in Cleveland, of the coaching staff in Cleveland,
of the front office. What a bleeping joke, what a
you should have started that guy all year? Who we
lost the game? I don't care, light out care. And
(07:58):
here's the thing, right, Jamis, For whatever it's worth, the
very powerful microphones of the overnight hours here on FSR,
I rubber stamp. I rubber stamp Jameis Winston as the quarterback. Now,
I believe in the spectrum of suck. And if you
look at the spectrum of suck, Jameis Winston is what's
known as fun bad. If you're gonna be bad, at
(08:22):
least be fun bad. He's a one man band. He's
a cunival. Jameis Winston. When he's out there, more bang
for your buck. The teammates love him, the fan base
loves him. He plays with a great amount of joy
when he's on the field. These are all positive. Now,
is he a good quarterback? Eh? That's debatable, right, A
(08:42):
lot of mistakes and those kill you and whatnot. But
that's not the point here. The fact is the Browns
kept rolling out the total turnberger Deshaun Watson the creepy
quarterback instead of this guy. And Watson is the polar
opposite of Jameis Winston. Right, Jameis Winston is fun bad
(09:04):
and Deshaun Watson is pull your hair out? Why am
I even a fan? I've got apathy bad watching that
guy play? What a what a terrible you talk about
the polar opposite, right, Jameis Winston on one side and
Deshaun Watson on the other. Now, page two, As for
the other dominating performance for the team from Ohio in
(09:26):
a loss, how do you explain how do you explain
Jerry Judy and his performance for Cleveland and not just
this game, but since since they had a quarterback changed
there in Cleveland Ston, so Winston took over. So this
night in particular, because this focus on what we just saw,
So watching this game, it was like a movie. It
(09:49):
was the Laurean, get it up to eighty eight miles
an hour. Where's Doc Brown? This was a back to
the future performance. That was why Jerry Judy was drafted
as high as he was. That was him at Tuscaloosa.
And if you blocked out the Browns uniform and the
(10:10):
fact that it was a Monday night and all that,
you'd say, well, wait a minute, that's Jerry Judy playing
against Arkansas or Old Miss on a Saturday afternoon in
the Southeastern Conference. That's the kind of performance. In fact,
he wasn't even that good. He wasn't even that good
at Alabama. It wasn't even that good. Man and the Broncos.
(10:33):
The thing that confused me, and I was screaming profanity
at my television. I'm not gonna lie to you. But
the thing that confused me watching this game, and you know,
handicap handicapping is a funny thing because you were basing
everything on what has happened, not what's going to happen.
And if you look at all the numbers and everything
the Broncos had done defensively, you're like, what is a
(10:53):
pretty good defensive team. They've got to be the dumbest
team on the face of the earth, because did no
one at any point during the game thing, well, maybe
maybe we really should key in here on Jerry Judy.
They made no in game adjustments. The Broncos defense seemingly gobsmacked.
(11:14):
I guess they didn't hear that Jerry Judy was upset
with the franchise and that clearly the Browns made it
a point of emphasis to find involved. There were some
of those catches there was no one within ten yards
of Jerry Judy. He was out in the like out
in the clear. It was wild. How does that happen?
And even at the end at Jerry Judy, if he
(11:37):
had played like this, with this meticulous approach where he
was very precise with his preparation, he would still be
with the Broncos. He wouldn't have been a bust in Denver.
But even at the end of the game, Winston throws
that interception, the game ceiling interception, and Jerry Judy's sprinting,
He's hustling to make the tackle to avoid the indignity
(11:58):
of a three pick six kind of day for his quarterback,
Jameis Winston. I get it because Jerry Judy now leads
the NFL leads the entire league in receiving yards since
Jamis Winston took over. I read that number. He's got
five hundred and eighty one receiving yards. And that includes
the Browns having a bye week in week eight the
(12:21):
Browns actually I think it was week ten they had
their bye, but either way it doesn't matter. So Winston
has clearly targeted Jerry Judy and it's worked out. And
so you have a guy who's playing at this point,
whether this last or not. For right now, Jerry Judy
is one of the top ten receivers in the NFL,
all right, last word. So on the other side the
(12:44):
winning locker room, A lot of build up for this
game was based on the offensive Rookie of the Year
and the honor which is up in the air right now.
Who's going to get it? Where are you at on
bow Knicks and his Rookie Key of the Year campaign?
Offensive Rookie of the Year campaign here for the Broncos
after the Monday night game. So if you look at
(13:05):
this like an election on the campaign trail, I looked
at this Monday night game like a stump speech, a
very important stump speech, and at a couple of points
during the stump speech for bo Nicks, the teleprompter wasn't working.
There was a teleprompter malfunction. It's an island game. The
(13:27):
world was watching, and it's fair to say Bo Nicks
he did not reach many key voters in the I
ninety five corridor. And that's important now since he plays
in Denver. As we know, bow Knicks has to be
head and shoulders above the others who are equal to
(13:48):
him at that position and up for that award. And
when you take a couple of steps back and when
you break things down, he wasn't terrible. He said, what
a two hundred ninety something yard passing? I think it
was two hundred ninety four yards passing for bow Knicks
in this game, but he was under fifty percent most
of the game. He ended up just barely above fifty
percent completion percentage. And while he averaged eight point four
(14:12):
yards per attempt bo Knicks, there was that one blown
coverage by the Browns and that was a ninety three
yard catch and run for a touchdown for Denver. So
outside of that, the other thirty four pass attempts and
the ones that were completed for bow Knicks, he averaged
less than six yards per attempt. He also had two interceptions.
(14:32):
One of them was a tipped interception, but it still counts.
It still counts. And while bow had some some issues
more interceptions than touchdowns in this game, you look around
and Jaden Daniels, Jaylen Daniels there in Washington. Three touchdown
passes and a touchdown on the ground, so he had
four touchdowns. Daniels did for the team formerly known as
(14:53):
the Redskins, and the offensive Rookie of the Year race,
the offensive Rookie of the Year race in the NFL
this particular point, it's not over. It's like, it's not
like all of a sudden, Daniels is way ahead of
bo Nicks. However, it's too close to call, and you
give the edge to the player that's in the high
(15:14):
ninety five corridor, and that would be the player from Washington.
And I keep going back though to that Broncos defense.
I'm trying to figure out what they were doing. I
don't know, did they think they could start there by
early here? And as well, they did intercept Jameis Winston,
although a couple of those passes, I think he thought
the Denver defensive players were part of the Browns. That
(15:35):
Jamis thought those guys they were wearing blue now and
that he was throwing them the ball the way he
threw them the ball. But Cleveland had five hundred and
fifty two yards of offense, five hundred and fifty two
yards of offense, twenty eight first downs. They were great
in the red zone until the end when he threw
the interception. But three or four in the red zone.
(15:56):
So there it is. That is where we are, and
Monday night, a comprehensive look back. We'll take your phone
calls if you would like to be part. We open
up the phone lines right now. You can chime in
as we can goof on the Browns for not starting
Jameis Winston all year. But Watson he's the forever quarterback. Yeah, yeah, yeah,
(16:17):
forever in purgatory, that creepy quarterback, Deshan Watson, while Jameis Winston, Well,
you're not gonna win many more games. At least you'll
be entertaining. And it is the entertainment business.
Speaker 2 (16:27):
Be sure to catch live editions of The Ben Maller
Show weekdays at two am Eastern eleven pm Pacific on
Fox Sports Radio and The iHeartRadio app.
Speaker 1 (16:36):
It's all the media's fault. It's all your fault. I
blame you. Wel come. In the beginning of another hour
of the Ben Mahler Show. We are in the air everywhere,
floating on the river of life as we say, yes,
(16:58):
you can coast to coast, border to border and beyond.
On the mast and vivaciously powerful microphones of fsre am
monating live from the trail. We leave behind audio keemtrails
all night. Every word. There's a little bit of a
(17:18):
chemtrail there. We're broadcasting live from the tyraq dot com studios.
Tyrackt dot com will help you get there, an unmatched selection, fast,
free shipping, free road hazard protection and over ten thousand
recommended installers. JT the Wingman approves of that. Tyrack dot
com the way the tire buying shure me. So our
(17:42):
lead this hour from football we so they can continue
to talk about the money night game. It was a
doozy zadoozy, a game high scoring. Jamis Winston said, a
Browns franchise record for passing yards and he had a
bunch of touchdowns, some of them to the Broncos, to
them to the Broncos, could have had three touchdown passes
(18:02):
the Broncos and the high falutint Denver Broncos. They win,
didn't play all that well, gave up five hundred and
fifty plus yards of offense, but the Broncos win thanks
to the generosity the holiday spirit of Jameis Winston. So
our lead this hour, though, is from a different NFL outpost,
(18:22):
the Delaware Valley. That is where over the weekend we
had the Battle of the Birds, the Battle of birth
Now Sawan Barkley and the Eagles stood in the winners
circle in Baltimore. They beat the Ravens. There the dead
poets society goes down in the big showdown of the weekend,
and that led to some spicy hot commentary from the
(18:46):
head coach of the Philadelphia football team, the always vivacious
head coach There a man that stretched around like a
peacock twenty four hours a day with his feathers out,
the Philadelphia coach nick. He sounded off on the skepticism
that his team has received despite now having a ten
(19:08):
to two record. To get to the point, if you
didn't see this, and maybe maybe you missed it, he
was upset. If you missed it, Sirianni complained that the
panic from the outside, as he called it. He said,
there was panic from the outside early in the year.
He questioned the quote over reaction of NFL media. He
(19:30):
then doubled down on that. The Eagles coach said it
was a crazy over reaction. The Bird's coach went on
to state, we also make it a key, he said,
not to listen when people are telling us how blank
we are or how good we are. Sirianni opine, we
(19:51):
don't listen. Just try to get better week after week.
And then he ranted about the scheme, and he said
people get so worked up in the media. He implied
here about the scheme because it's easy to look at,
he said, And he said, ultimately, the most important thing
(20:11):
is in football is about tackling. Okay, thank you. Getting
off the block, Sirianni said, beating blocks. It's about blocking.
So tackling and blocking are the two things that matter most.
Blah blah blah blah blah. It's all about fundamentals. So
let us discuss the question, Coach Nick sirian Let's get
to the money part of the quote. So coach Nick Sirianni,
(20:33):
ripping the NFL media critics of the Philadelphia football team
for an over reaction on the Eagles. Does he have
a point? So I've got the Muppet Show, Leonardo da Vinci,
and backscratcher, and we will combine all of these things
(20:55):
together and we will throw out another interception by Jamis Winz.
Then just another one, another one, bites to us. So
num burn, right, Num Burn. Now Sirianni has a point.
It's just a dull point. It's not a good point.
(21:15):
It's a point, but it's not a pointy point, you
know what I mean. Like there's a pointy point and
then there's a dull point. And his point would be
a dull point. And I am the expert at the point,
so I know a good point when I hear one,
and I know crappy point. And that was it was
a dull point. Nick Sirianni, as we have discussed many
(21:37):
times talking about this cat, he pumps his chest out.
He's doing a premature victory that now the Eagles have
won eight games in a row. And here's the point,
my point on the Eagles. Nick Sirianni is telling us
that he doesn't understand how the media business works. He's clueless.
(22:00):
Either that or he's just pretending to be Clueles, but
either way the result is the same. Right, the criticism
of the Eagles, let me be very clear for those
of you in the back of the room, the criticism
of the Eagles was absolutely warranted. And Nick Sirianni doesn't
like it, but it absolutely was deserved. It was a
(22:20):
continuation of what happened at the end of last year.
The Eagles, in case you forgot, at the end of
the twenty twenty three regular season in Philadelphia completely unraveled.
It was a historical collapse. They lost five of their
final six regular season games. They lost on wild card weekend.
I believed that Tampa Bay and they then excommunicated both
(22:42):
their offensive and defensive coordinators, got rid of everybody who
was in a position of authority in the coaching room,
got rid of all of them. You're gone, see you later,
poll axed, whacked, given the guillotine, however you want to say.
They got rid of all the coordinators on offense and defense,
(23:03):
and so they then start twenty twenty four with close wins.
That was a game in Brazil, remember they beat the
Packers in Brazil. That I think it's like a Friday
game to start the year. Then there was the win
where it was it was a fugazy win against the Saints.
They also lost to the Falcons if I remember correctly,
at home, and lost to the Buccaneers. So they were
(23:26):
two and two after four weeks in the NFL season,
and that was an appropriate reaction considering how they finished
the year prior. That was an appropriate reaction in the moment.
And by the way, Nick Sirianni talking out of both
sides of his mouth, he's full of manure. He's absolutely
full of maneuver. Because Sirianni goes on this rant about
(23:49):
how the media critics are wrong and they don't know
what they're talking about. In the same rant he's talking
about how they don't listen to any outside noise. So
riddle me this, batman. If you don't listen to the
outside noise gas bags like yours truly on the radio
and social media pundits, if you don't pay attention to
those comments, how on God's green earth do you know
(24:13):
what is being said? You know what I'm saying? If
you feel me on that, he's got rabbit ears and
he's locked in on the Muppet Show, Statler and Waldorf right,
the critics. He's worried about the critics here, Otherwise he
would not have cared all right page two. So we
moved now to the other side of that battle of
(24:34):
the birds, the Eagles and the Ravens, the Dead Poets Society.
How would you describe the job security of wide receiver
Deontay Johnson and his tenure with the Ravens. So, if
you didn't see this, there were some comments made by
John Harbaugh regarding the status of Deontay Johnson. Deontey Johnson
(24:54):
was a Pittsburgh Steeler for a while. He went to Carolina.
He was acquired before the trade headline by the Baltimore
football team. And I would describe Deontay Johnson's job security
like a Leonardo da Vinci painting the Last Supper, because
(25:14):
it appears he's already had the last supper. John Harbaugh
refused refused to confirm that he anticipates Deontay Johnson will
be on the Ravens roster after their upcoming Week fourteen
bye week. Now, they did trade for him. He suited
up in the game on Sunday, but Deontay Johnson did
(25:36):
not play he did not play, even after the starting
wide receiver Rashad Bateman left the game with a knee injury.
So even with Bateman out, they didn't put Deontay Johnson in.
That is you know what, that is dead give way.
That is a dead giveaway, is what. That is an
(25:56):
absolute dead giveaway that this guy has taken up a
residency in the doghouse, that Deontay Johnson is absolutely in
the doghouse here. And there's a car dealership in southern
California at a very popular jingle, you won't get a lemon. Well,
(26:18):
the Ravens got a lemon. The Ravens got a lemon.
With Theontay Johnson our final point. We now head to Jersey,
but not exactly the Jersey shore. We head to the
swamp land of New Jersey. An amusing story here that
I wanted to share with them. You saw this er out.
There has been a lot of speculation that the New
(26:41):
York Jets owner Woody Johnson, that Woody Johnson would be
appointed an ambassador to the United Kingdom, a position he
had before in the upcoming presidential administration Donald Trump returning
to the White House. So the assumption was by many
around the NFL that Woody Johnson will be taking a
(27:03):
leave of absence as the head of the Jets ownership
to go to the UK and drink tea and hang
out with pretend like you know what you're doing. You'll
go over there and be a diplomat. Well that was
the job that Woody Johnson had during Trump's first term.
(27:24):
Well it turns out, though that President Trump announced on
Monday that some other billionaire, some investment banker I've never
heard of, will be the ambassador to the UK, which means,
if my computer like brain is correct, Woody Johnson did
not get the job. Okay, so he didn't get the job. Fine.
So the question on this one, what didn't you think
(27:48):
of the Jets fans who are beside themselves furious with
Donald Trump because he did not appoint Woody Johnson as
the ambassador to the United Kingdom. So I love this story.
I think this is hilarious. This is a commercial for
Alka Seltzer. Being a Jets fan and being passionate, being
(28:08):
fanatical for the Jets in and of itself is a
commercial for Alka Seltzer. But you've got Jets backers right now.
The people that had convinced themselves that Woody Johnson was gonna,
you know, just had to put up for the rest.
Speaker 2 (28:22):
Of the year.
Speaker 1 (28:23):
And then when Trump takes over in twenty twenty four
or twenty twenty five rather as the president that January twentieth,
that this will all change and Woody Johnson will be
out as the Jets owner for at least a few years.
Somebody else will be running the team, one of his relatives, whatever.
So now you've got Jets fans who convinced themselves to that,
(28:43):
who are suffering from anxiety. They've got heartburn, they've got
heart palputations, they're shivering, They're like, oh my god, I
can't believe we got hornswoggle. We got hornswoggle. And the
other thought I had was, Woody Johnson clearly needs a
better backscratcher, because if you don't know this, with any
presidential administration, this is not a political show, obviously, but
(29:05):
the way it works is you donate money to a
political candidate and you scratch their back, and then if
they win the election, they give you a essentially a
no show job like Ambassador to the United Kingdom, I like,
just a just a nothing job, and you show up
there and then that's you. That's your your payout. So
(29:27):
Woody Johnson clearly needs a better backscratcher because I guess
he didn't write big enough checks to get that job.
Now we are being told that there is it's possible
that Woody Johnson, the Jets owner, could wind up an
ambassador to some other country. You can spin the globe.
There's a bunch and or will have some other job
in the administration which would cause him to leave day
(29:50):
to day operations with the Jets. I know the Jets
fans are freaking out about that. What's gotta happen. We
got it. We need that to happen. It must happen.
Speaker 2 (29:58):
Be sure to catch live so the Ben Maller Show
weekdays at two am Eastern eleven pm Pacific.
Speaker 1 (30:04):
Here we go, Mallard, how about that to the third degree?
Speaker 2 (30:10):
This is one big gets great.
Speaker 1 (30:13):
So you mentioned it earlier.
Speaker 3 (30:15):
Jad and Daniels had a bounce back game with four
total touchdowns on Sunday in a blow out win over
the Titans. That Ben, can the Commanders fans breathe a
sigh of relief.
Speaker 1 (30:25):
Well, they played the Titans. The Titans are terrible football team.
So I get too excited about that. But because of
what happened on Monday night, Coop, the offensive rookie of
the year is back in play for jad and Daniels
because he had a good game and Bo Nicks and
through a couple of interceptions in the game on Monday night.
So from that perspective, yes, the long road the next A.
Speaker 3 (30:47):
Couple of names have popped up his potential replacements for
Matt Eberflus in Chicago. One it's Cliff Kingsbury, the other
is Notre Dame head coach Marcus Freeman Ben Which do
you think would be the better higher how.
Speaker 1 (30:59):
About none of the above? I'm gonna go none of
the above on that, and I would hire Bill Belichick
if I was the Chicago Bears. But between those two,
gun to the head, knife to the throat, I would
hire Cliff Kingsbury because there's a past between Caleb Williams
and Cliff Kingsbury. Kingsbury spent some time at USC briefly
before he went back to the NFL, so there's a
(31:23):
natural connection there. He kind of knows what makes Caleb
Williams tick. So therefore, if you look at it from
the outside, there's not as much getting to know each
other time, and I think that's the more realistic name Next.
Speaker 3 (31:37):
After the Patriots lost to the Colts, Drake and May
told the media that it's heartbreaking, heartbreaking, Really, Ben, the
Patriots have had five losses by a touchdown or less
this season. Do you think the franchise will turn things
around sooner rather than later?
Speaker 1 (31:53):
So there's an old saying I learned years ago. Bad
teams lose close games. Good teams win close games. See
the Kansas City Chiefs as an example. Now, the way
this works the pendulum in the NFL. You have eleven
players on offense eleven players on defense. So in order
to swing the pendulum, you have to get at least
five good players on offense and defense. By my using Malormath,
(32:13):
the Patriots are roughly four good players away on offense
and three good players on defense, which means they're screwed.
They need eight players they have to pick up to
be good. How did we do, KOOBALO, you pass us
a dition that's a win. Put it on the barn.
I won the game, See that, blind, Scott. I won.
Speaker 2 (32:32):
