Speaker 1 (00:00):
Oh what is going on?

Speaker 2 (00:02):
Happy early Wednesday morning to you as we crowned a
champion on Tuesday night.

Speaker 3 (00:08):
Huh.

Speaker 2 (00:09):
Shout out to the Florida Panthers getting it done as
they threw the fake dead rats on the ice, had
Sam Reinhord scoring four goals, and I still think the
call should have been Finkel is Rhinehorn Rhinehorn is Finkel.

Speaker 1 (00:31):
As a missed opportunity.

Speaker 2 (00:33):
But the Florida Panthers get it done in any event,
second straight Stanley Cup triumph over the same opponent, the
Edmonton Oilers. They lose in the final for a second
straight year. That is freaking rough right.

Speaker 1 (00:48):
There, freaking rough.

Speaker 2 (00:51):
And it really is amazing how the complexion of a
series can change so quickly. If you think about the
NHL playoffs and the NBA playoffs, think about the finals,
right like the NBA finals Stanley Cup Final, they go
singular there final, but they both changed dramatically. It wasn't

(01:16):
that long ago that some of the talking heads are
talking about OKC like almost no chance know how they
win the series.

Speaker 1 (01:27):
This was heading into Game four. Here's Steven A. Smith.
He was one of many that were saying these same things.

Speaker 4 (01:33):
I think if the Indiana Pacers went tonight, there's no
way on earth that we're going to look at the
Oklahoma City Thunder and think that they can beat this
team three straight.

Speaker 2 (01:41):
Right like we were that far away from no chance,
know how, no way on earth. Oka See wins three straight.
If the Pacers win Game four. Of course, the Pacers
lost Game four, the Pacers lost Game five, and they're
in jeopardy of losing Game six. That would be three
Oka See wins in a row. Might be exactly what happens.

(02:02):
So that series, the complexion has changed dramatically just over
a couple of games. And you think about the Stanley
Cup Final, same thing. Game four, Edmonton rallies this dramatic comeback.
They're down three to nothing in the first period and
you're thinking this is looking awful. They're staring a three

(02:23):
to one series deficit in the face. If you're an
Edmonton fan, you had to be like, what are we
doing here? Edmonton rallies, They tie the score, they take
the lead, looks like they're about to win. Twenty seconds left,
Panthers tie it up. Now you're back to, oh my gosh,
now again we might be down three to one. Edmonton

(02:44):
wins in overtime. They win Game four, they tie the
series two to two, dramatic win. As the last game
they won Florida. They win the next two, one on
the road, one at home.

Speaker 1 (02:54):
Done.

Speaker 2 (02:56):
Audios muchachos. Better luck next year, Edmondon. That's how quickly
things can change. I think about that Edmonton pulled off
and outstanding Stanley Cup comeback, thrilling overtime win, and that
was the last game they won.

Speaker 1 (03:15):
It totally shifted from that point on.

Speaker 2 (03:18):
So I think that the NBA and NHL the Final
series have been comparable where it looks like it's heading
one way and then whoa fork in the road. Yikes,
one to eighty, we're going the other way. It certainly
shifted the Panthers way, and the NBA Finals going into
Game six on Thursday, it's certainly shifted to okc's favor.

(03:42):
There's no doubt about that. Okay, now let's get back
to the estrogen. They're just happen to be a number
of stories involving female sports that I think are really
really interesting. So Arena Sablenka, my girl in tennis one
tennis player. She apologized to Coco Goff for her quote

(04:05):
unquote unprofessional comments that she made following her loss in
the French Open final.

Speaker 1 (04:12):
So you might remember this.

Speaker 2 (04:14):
Coco Goff won, it's her second Grand Slam win, and Sablenka.
She was pretty emotional after the loss, and she took
some heat because she.

Speaker 1 (04:26):
Made it sound like it was just me screwing up.

Speaker 2 (04:29):
It really wasn't anything Coco Goff did. It was really
just me shooting myself in the foot, and that's why
Coco won. So these were some of Arena Sebalinka's initial comments, right,
So this goes back to June seventh, earlier this month,
a couple weeks ago, Arena Seblinka loses the final and

(04:51):
these are the comments that she then had to apologize for.

Speaker 1 (04:54):
Check them Outtindi.

Speaker 5 (04:56):
And also, I think I was over emotional and.

Speaker 1 (05:00):
I think today I didn't.

Speaker 5 (05:01):
Really handle myself quite well mentally, I would say.

Speaker 1 (05:05):
So basically, that's that's it.

Speaker 5 (05:08):
I was just making on for the cerus like I
don't know, I have to check the statistics. I think
she wonted much, not because she played incredible, just because.

Speaker 1 (05:16):
I made all of.

Speaker 5 (05:17):
Those mistakes from like if you look from the outside
kind of like from an easy bowls.

Speaker 2 (05:22):
Yeah, She's like, I had a bunch of easy shots.
I just missed them. I was freaking terrible. And know
she benefited from me being awful. She didn't do anything special.
I just sucked like that, that's what she said. A
lot of people were like, wow, that was unprofessional, that
wasn't cool. And so Sabaleka has now apologized for those

(05:46):
initial comments, and she made some comments to Eurosport Germany
and she said that was just completely unprofessional of me.
I let my emotions get the better of me. I
absolutely regret what I said back then. You know, we
all make mistakes. I'm just a human being who's still
learning in life. I think we all have those days

(06:08):
when we lose control. But what I also want to
say is that I wrote to Coco afterward, not immediately,
but recently, and she wanted Coco to know that, you know,
she played well, she deserved to win, all that good stuff.
She makes sure she knew she absolutely deserved to win
the tournament and that I respect her.

Speaker 1 (06:29):
That's what Seblanka. That was her apology.

Speaker 2 (06:32):
Okay, so this is the thing that's interesting, and this
applies to all sports, male, female football, basketball, tennis.

Speaker 1 (06:39):
What have you.

Speaker 2 (06:42):
It's not just about what you say, it's also about
how you say it.

Speaker 1 (06:48):
I think that Sebolenka.

Speaker 2 (06:52):
Could have basically carried the same message but packaged it
completely differently, and it would have felt differently, it would
have landed differently, and she would have had nothing to
apologize for. And that's the lesson of this. You don't
have to sugarcoat your comments a lot of times, you
just have to package them differently. I mean, this is

(07:15):
a big thing in life, a lot of what you
say and what you stand on and keeping the peace,
and you're trying to do multiple things at once, and
how you package your true feelings and your true comments
can make a world of difference for Sablenka. Instead of
saying I think she won the match, not because she

(07:36):
played incredible, just because I made all of those mistakes
like that, that just sounds bad. That sounds like you're
a so sore loser. That sounds like you're not giving
her any credit whatsoever. It just doesn't land right now.
If you said something like this, You just said something like, look,
we often think of sports as the athlete or the

(08:01):
team that makes the most good plays, that's who wins.
But The truth is, many times it comes down to
who makes the least amount of bad plays, And I
give Coco a lot of credit because she limited the
bad plays today and did a much better job than
I did, and that's why she deserved to win. Right, Like,
so you are alluding to the fact that you shot

(08:23):
yourself in the foot a lot of times, you made
way more bad plays than Coco did. But it doesn't
land the same way. It lands completely different with Lee,
where it sounds like you're really giving Coco props for
not shooting yourself in the foot. I think if Sablanca
said something like that again, same message. Sebulenca finished with

(08:45):
seventy unforced errors in the final Coco Goff only had thirty.
So like Sebolenka's right, she was killing herself. But he
just flat out come out and say like, yeah, she won,
but because she played incredible, just because I made a
ton of mistakes. If that's your message, it's like, oh gosh,

(09:06):
that's that sounds like sore loser right there. You're gonna
take some peat, You're gonna have to apologize for it.
Other than that, the only other thing I have to
say that I think stands out again, for any athlete
in any sport, male or female. I think that overall,
Sabalanca did a good job with her apology. You know,

(09:27):
some of the quotes I've read and whatever she was saying,
I think she did a pretty good job. But there's
one thing that just stands out to me. I think
this is the number one rule of apologies. Okay, if
you're apologizing for something, whether you're an athlete, especially if

(09:47):
you're an athlete, but even in your normal, everyday life,
if you've said something wrong, done something wrong, and you're
apologizing for it.

Speaker 1 (09:56):
This is the golden rule. Okay.

Speaker 2 (09:58):
The focus should be entire early on the person you
did wrong, and none of the focus should be on yourself.
That's the one thing that Seblenca didn't do an excellent
job of because this is one of her other quotes here.

Speaker 1 (10:15):
And it's all about her.

Speaker 2 (10:18):
It's I, it's me, it's my, It's like, no, the
focus is on Coco. Okay, it's not about you. It's
not about your reputation, it's not about your track ra,
it's not about that. It's about Coco. The sole focus
should be on Coco instead. This is the one that
I didn't think was very good Sebalanka. Apologizing for initial comments,

(10:41):
she said, above all one thing, I'm the one who
always treats my opponents with great respect, whether I win
or lose, whether that. Without that respect, I wouldn't be
where I am today. So it was tough. It was
a tough but very valuable lesson for me. That's just
too much about you, girl, like it should be about Coco.

Speaker 1 (11:03):
It should all be about her, and you watch.

Speaker 2 (11:08):
Just keep this in mind, how many apologies are not
focused on the right person. It happens time and time
and time again, and I get it.

Speaker 1 (11:20):
You want to Maybe you just had a bad moment,
you know, maybe you called a nun.

Speaker 2 (11:27):
You know, you yelled the F word at a nun,
and the human like to fall this like.

Speaker 1 (11:32):
I've never done that. I've never done that before. Don't
judge me on this. I this is normal for me
at all.

Speaker 2 (11:38):
It's like, bro, that's the worst way to apologize.

Speaker 1 (11:41):
Just say that was so wrong, that was messed up,
that was not cool.

Speaker 2 (11:45):
She does not deserve that. I shouldn't yell the F
word at nuns. That's bad, bad form. I'll be better
going forward. That's the only aisle in there. It's I'll
be better going forward. But as soon as you're like, yeah,
this is out of character for me, that you just
trying to save face, I think that's the worst way
to apologize. It shouldn't be about you at all.

Speaker 1 (12:05):
I remember.

Speaker 2 (12:08):
There's one apology that comes to mind, Meyers Leonard. He
was a former NBA player. I used to cover him
when he played for the Blazers. Cool guy, but he
messed up. He was on he was playing video games.
I think he was on some sort of live stream
and he was yelling an anti Semitic slur, and.

Speaker 1 (12:32):
His apology is freaking terrible.

Speaker 2 (12:33):
I remember talking about this when I was doing local
radio in Portland at the time. So I popped into
my head and I'm like, this is the worst way
to apologize, because instead of I'm so sorry about offending
the Jewish community that is totally messed up, I'm completely sorry,
YadA YadA, that sort of it's all about you guys,

(12:54):
you guys that community.

Speaker 1 (12:56):
My bad.

Speaker 2 (12:57):
I didn't mean to do it. I will be better,
you know. That's the only aisles that I think makes sense.
As soon as you get into you know, this is
really out of character for me. I haven't said these
things before. I've never even you know, I not a
good thing. I don't think it ever works to your favor.
So that's my two cents. I just keep it in mind.

(13:17):
You know, if you uh, I don't know, you're in
a relationship and you do something stupid and it's uh,
I don't know. Yeah, you get busted getting lap dances
at the local. You know, you just hear voodoo from
godsmack from outside, and you're like, how can I pass
this opportunity up?

Speaker 1 (13:35):
And you go in, you get in trouble, what have you?

Speaker 2 (13:38):
Like? You can't make it all about you? Like, this
is really out of character for me. Normally I don't
do this. And you know, if you do someone wrong,
just make it all about them. That's it pretty simple,
right I Feel free to check in eight seven seven
ninety nine on Fox is your phone number? Feel free

Speaker 6 (14:44):
Such a tall lady.

Speaker 1 (14:45):
She's an incredibly tall lady. What is she again? Five eight?

Speaker 3 (14:49):
Five eight?

Speaker 1 (14:52):
Other of my favorite.

Speaker 2 (14:54):
Memories of all time of Lorena. It's like we'll talk
to each other all the time when we're off the air,
and I don't even know why, but just randomly she's like,
you know, she's an incredibly tall woman, and I'm like,
how tall is she? She'd be in the WNBA. She's
like six' four without. Heels she is five eight is
what she?

Speaker 1 (15:14):
Is that's. Amazing that's really not much taller than. Me,
YEAH i, know, Right, like, oh.

Speaker 2 (15:21):
She's an incredibly tall. Woman oh, Really like google that how?

Speaker 1 (15:26):
Tall five eight, okay it is above. Average, Though, okay.

Speaker 2 (15:30):
That's above, average but not incredibly. Tall that's a running joke.
ANYONE i see that's.

Speaker 1 (15:39):
Five, Eight i'm gonna be, LIKE whoa incredibly? Tall all?

Speaker 2 (15:44):
Right So i'll get to the militia here in just a.
Minute but, first is this cool or? LAME i think it's.
Cool So Joe, tory Former big league, manager he is
going to be an honorary coach for The American league
at The All Star game That's june fifteenth In. Atlanta of,

(16:07):
Course tory won Four World series rings with The. Yankees
that's what he's most known for managed other, teams but
he'll be on it's kind of cool. Too he'll be
On Aaron boone's. Staff so Current yankees Manager Aaron boone
his al staff will be along With Cleveland guardians Manager Steven,

(16:30):
vote and So Joe tory will be this honorary coach
On Aaron boone's. Staff and so think about. That When
Aaron Bleepin' boone hit the walk off homer against The
Red sox In game seven of, Three Joe torrey was his,
Manager and so Now Joe torrey is this honorary coach
Under Aaron.

Speaker 1 (16:51):
BOONE i don't. KNOW i think it's kind of.

Speaker 2 (16:52):
Cool it's like baseball nerdy, Stuff BUT i think this
IS i think The All Star game is better off
in this era this.

Speaker 1 (17:01):
Way BECAUSE i get.

Speaker 2 (17:03):
IT i won't give you the the the war And
peace version of, this but expecting The All Star game
now to be as meaningful as it was back in
the day is just. Impossible it's never gonna happen. Again
AND mlb tried to shoehorn it into being that. Meaningful

(17:24):
where think about. It way back when you didn't have interleague,
play you didn't have games ON tv every, night The
All Star game was a huge event and at times
was your one chance to see all these amazing players at.
Once and they went out and they freaking. Battled this
is something that they tried to. Win they went all.

(17:45):
Out you're never gonna get that same formula now that
you had back. Then the dynamics are totally. Different you
have interleague. Play you SEE al teams PLAY nl teams
all the. Time you never saw that way back. When
that's why The All Star game was so. Interesting other
than that it was just a world. Series that was
it is the only time you saw al versus THE,

(18:08):
nl and so with inter league, play it's just a different.
DYNAMIC tv games on her all the, time so you
can't expect The All Star game to mean as much
as it once. Did that's WHY i thought it was
so stupid to put home field advantage on the line
for the winning league of The All Star. Game it
was just. Dumb it didn't make the games that much better.
EITHER i think they're better off just having. FUN i

(18:30):
think it was fun when you, know Like Barry bonds
And Tory, hunter one robs the other of a home
run and one picks the other up and is running
around with him over his, shoulder you know WHAT i.

Speaker 1 (18:41):
Mean like that's. FUN i like.

Speaker 2 (18:43):
The fun aspect of The All Star. GAME i think
that's the best avenue for it now because it's just
a different. Dynamic they're not, gonna you, know go all
out and go out each other at each other's throat
throats like this is all. Meaningful it's just not that dynamic.
Anymore it's just making us fun as. Possible if you
have honorary coaches and fun things that happened during the,

(19:04):
GAME i think that's the best way to do.

Speaker 1 (19:06):
IT i think it's. Cool i'm cool with.

Speaker 2 (19:09):
It let's get to the militia here, Momentarily, hey ready
for a? Job Let Express employment professionals help. Well express
helps people in all industries find. Work our sweet spot
is logistics Roles. An express never charges job seekers at.
Fee go to expresspros dot. Com with, that we roll
out the red carpet For andrea In. Berkeley what is going, On?

(19:33):
Andrew you're On Fox Sports radio horror, things.

Speaker 7 (19:37):
So, yeah, yeah definitely nice to hear your opinions on.
Things and, yeah it's been quite a. Day fellow Scorpio
Raphael devers made his debut with The giants. Tonight oh,
WOW i didn't.

Speaker 1 (19:53):
Know he's a. Scorpio that what do you know his? Birthday,
YEAH i sure.

Speaker 8 (19:56):
Do october twenty, Six october, four nineteen ninety.

Speaker 2 (20:01):
Six, OKAY i always forget our scorpios reach Into.

Speaker 1 (20:05):
OCTOBER i always forget, That.

Speaker 8 (20:07):
Andrea oh, yeah scorpio Starts scorpio season usually About october
twenty second till About november twenty. Second, yeah so we
have Our october And november. Scorpios and, wow it's a
sign of. Transformation he really Transformed Oracle. Park it was
really exciting and he did, well and you, know that

(20:28):
was the transformational quality Of, scorpios so much needed and
glad to see. It And i'm actually looking forward To Caitlin.
Clark they're playing The valkyries On, thursday So i'm looking
forward to seeing her and really interesting what's happening with
her astrology. Chart She's january twenty, second two thousand and.

Speaker 1 (20:50):
Two, WOW i feel super old two thousand and. Two.

Speaker 8 (20:54):
Wow, No i've got clothing older than she. Is so,
yeah she's a, youngion but five planet's In. Aquarius he's
an old soul in some. Ways she's kind of a
human humanitarian. Aquarian and aquarians have that nature where they want,
to you, know excel and do really, well but they

(21:18):
can also be, detached and it worked in her favor
when that you, know fight. Ensues. Yeah and what's interesting Is,
Pluto planet Of power is An aquarius right, now so you,
know you use it or it uses, you so you
can have a powerful time or you can attract power.

(21:38):
Struggles and that's exactly what happened with That Pluto inaquarius
transit once in a, Lifetime brian once every two hundred
and forty eight.

Speaker 1 (21:48):
Years, wow that's.

Speaker 2 (21:50):
Crazy i'm curious About Raphael devers where you, know if
you go back to his scorpio roots, here, yes is
there something that can be said for you, know how
it worked out with The Red sox where right he
was at third base and then they Get bregmann and they're,
like we don't need you at third. Base i'm at first,
Base rafael and he's, like, NO i don't want to
change positions. Again and now he goes to The giants

(22:12):
and he's, Like i'll play any. Position is there anything
with his scorpio roots that explains that?

Speaker 1 (22:18):
Behavior, yeah you, know good.

Speaker 8 (22:20):
POINT i mean it's an interesting narrative because scorpio usually
is kind of a little, stubborn a little. Determined and
the fact that he's Like i've heard him the press, Conference,
yeah wherever they want, Me i'll, play it's like, wow you,
know so to, me that would say certain transits in
your chart have you behave and respond in a different.

(22:42):
Way so that's sort of you, know the birth chart
with the planetary when you were, born the forecast is
what's happening, currently and that can really change and modify your.
Personality and he's having his satur return with cycle of
new beginnings and. Maturity SO i think he's kind of
taken the high, Road, like all, RIGHT i won't be
so entrenched in my own stubborn scorpio. Ways you, know

(23:05):
you want me, here, yeah the h. Me i'll go
with the, flow got.

Speaker 1 (23:09):
It so we're a little unpredictable a scorpios.

Speaker 4 (23:12):
Here.

Speaker 9 (23:12):
NO i like.

Speaker 8 (23:12):
That it makes you exciting and kind of you, know
never quite know what to. Expect so it's nice to
have him in the. Stadium And Bob melvin's a fellow,
scorpio you. Know it was just he's a devor silver
slugger who went to The World series and, yeah The
giant's picking up three hundred and thirty million dollar. Contract,

(23:33):
yeah so what they needed a back, desperately so hopefully
they got. That and he was two for. FIVE i
mean that was. Good we'll take it every.

Speaker 1 (23:41):
Day, yeah it's pretty. GOOD i should have played his
total bases prop.

Speaker 2 (23:44):
You, know now that you bring that, UP i should
have thrown that in the mix right. There but very good,
Stuff andrew everything good in your? World everything all right
with you these?

Speaker 1 (23:54):
Days, yeah just kind of.

Speaker 8 (23:55):
You, know going navigating Some saturn transits and some dental.
Stuff and baseball is, great you, know just really a
wonderful sport and a fun. Distraction and, yeah times. Flying
it's Already, june so it'll be interesting to. See i'm
glad you know this trade happening.

Speaker 2 (24:13):
Now, yeah, absolutely, well enjoy. It i'm glad that you're
in the thick of baseball season and loving.

Speaker 4 (24:19):
It.

Speaker 1 (24:19):
So very good. Stuff. Andrea always good to hear from.

Speaker 8 (24:22):
You, yes you, Too, Brian.

Speaker 2 (24:24):
YES i hope you have a very good. Morning there she,
Is andrea In. Berkeley her music has evolved a little
bit right, There andrea sounds like it's matured a little.
BIT i would, say just that music use. ME i
don't recognize, it but it's.

Speaker 1 (24:46):
Just a little bit different from her the original. One you.
Know it's The age Of, aquarius makes.

Speaker 2 (24:52):
SENSE i think we talked about this, Before, coop did we?
Not we might have talked about that, music AND i was, LIKE.

Speaker 5 (24:59):
I don't, Know i'm not.

Speaker 1 (25:00):
SURE i don't. RECALL i don't.

Speaker 4 (25:02):
Either you.

Speaker 2 (25:04):
KNOW i read something THAT i disagree. With CAN i
share it with you?

Speaker 1 (25:07):
Guys of?

Speaker 2 (25:08):
Course, okay. Good IT'S nfl. Related it's about never. Mind,
yeah a very expensive backup Quarterback Kirk, cousins, Right so
he's just a backup right now who's getting paid a
ton of. Money and if The falcons released, him it

(25:29):
would cost them fifty million dollars in dead money and
ten million dollars as far as the cap hit.

Speaker 1 (25:35):
Goes.

Speaker 2 (25:35):
Geez so it's, like why release? Him if you're gonna
pay that much, money might as just keep him on the.
Roster he's, Professional he's not gonna be an. Idiot he's
not gonna be LIKE i should, START i should, START
i should. Start so it's, like if something happens To Pennix,
junior you Got kirk right. There if a trade opportunity

(25:55):
presents itself due to injury in training camp something like,
that and you move, him there's a good. Offer BUT
i think it makes way more sense to keep them
on your roster as a backup now instead of releasing
him and being on the hook for that much. Money
doesn't make business sense to let him. Go BUT i
read something THAT i just completely disagree. WITH i don't
know WHERE i read. This it might have BEEN Cbs,

(26:16):
sports as my, guess just BECAUSE i was reading a
few of the stories over, there not because they just
publish a bunch of STUFF i disagree. With that's not
the REASON i. THINK i was just reading a few
stories on their, site and WHOEVER i was rating just
wrote the best option would be The saints to trade, him,
right but The falcons certainly wouldn't trade him to a division.

(26:40):
RIVAL i read, That i'm, like why not think about.

Speaker 1 (26:47):
This there's precedent for. This it's happened.

Speaker 2 (26:50):
Before it's not. Unprecedented remember Older donovan. McNabb The eagles
traded him To. Washington they traded him to a. Division
it's happened. Before you're telling me that if The saints
were even, interested which probably isn't even the. Case but
even if they, were they pick up the, phone they, say,

(27:11):
hey we would love to Have Kirk, cousins and we'll
give you some trade compensation over, here and they offered
something that was. Legitimate you think it makes more sense
for The falcons to be, like you're in our, division no?

Speaker 1 (27:26):
Thanks.

Speaker 2 (27:26):
CLICK i don't think so at. ALL i think it
would make way more sense to Trade Kirk. Cousins WHO i,
mean with that, roster what's he really gonna?

Speaker 9 (27:36):
Do?

Speaker 2 (27:36):
Anyway you're telling me you don't want to get out
from underneath that. Contract even if it's a divisional, rival
especially if it's The. Saints how many games are they
winning With Kirk cousins with how many holes are everywhere
with that? ROSTER i start with the offensive, line like

(27:58):
The saints offensive line is if he at, best you
Think Kirk, cousins who struggles with pressure in his, face
is gonna BE i don't, know just dealing all of
a sudden throwing.

Speaker 1 (28:09):
Hot route s.

Speaker 2 (28:09):
Galore come, On, oh if The saints offered The falcons anything, halfway.
Legit If i'm The, FALCONS i jump at that. Opportunity but,
ANYWAY i just disagree with WHAT i read right.

Speaker 1 (28:22):
THERE i read something else. TOO i found this.

Speaker 2 (28:24):
Interesting The steelers are low balling, teams so they traded
For they Have Aaron, rodgers they signed him as a free,
agent AND Cbs SPORTS nfl Insider Jonathan, jones he's reporting
that The steelers they're gonna have to get a pass

(28:45):
catcher and they know that they've been low balling. Teams
these Are jonathan's. Words they've been low balling teams when
they make a, Call hey how about this. Guy, no
we're not doing that for a conditional sixth round, pick
and so it's believed that The steelers have some interest

(29:05):
in Either Kyle pitts Or john Hu. Smith So Kyle
pitts currently with The, falcons right, former was he a
fourth overall?

Speaker 1 (29:15):
Pick was he that?

Speaker 5 (29:16):
High?

Speaker 1 (29:17):
Good? Lord that's been a huge.

Speaker 2 (29:19):
Disappointment But Arthur, smith who's the offensive coordinator with The,
steelers he was the head coach of The Atlanta, falcons
so he Knows Kyle pitts very. Well And i'm just double. Chick,
yeah fourth overall, pick top five. Pick, oh this is really.

(29:40):
Gross Kyle pitts in the twenty twenty one draft was
selected one spot ahead Of.

Speaker 1 (29:48):
Jamar. Chase.

Speaker 2 (29:49):
Ouch Imagine Jamar chase with The falcons right. Now that
probably better Than Kyle. Pitts and after that Was Jalen,
waddle who's been pretty good with The, dolphins and then
after that Was Piney sewell who's been fantastic with The. Lions,
oof that hasn't been good for The, falcons But falcons
aren't gonna deal him for a sixth. Rounder and there's also,

(30:12):
belief And schefter reported this about a week, ago that
The steelers And dolphins were talking about Trading JOHN U,
smith like The dolphins would Trade john Hu smith to The,
steelers and, so according To Jonathan, jones the Cheap steelers
are just, like, hey how about a sixth rounder For
john U? No all, right well how about a sixth

(30:35):
rounder For Kyle? Pitts and The falcons are, like, What,
no come, on it's gotta be more than. THAT i
think this these are. NEGOTIATIONS i think there's a tendency
to look at this and be, like what are The steelers?
Doing why would they even waste their time offering something that? Low,
well because every now and then a franchise is dumb

(30:58):
enough to go for. It that's really. It SO i
really don't have a problem with. This, now if that's
all they ever, offer then, YEAH i have an issue with.
It they need to add more playmakers Around. Rogers but
if it just starts, there as long as it doesn't end,
there there's nothing wrong with. That If i'm negotiating with,

(31:20):
You i'm going to try to offer the cheapest thing
possible that you might go, for And i'm HOPING i luck.

Speaker 1 (31:27):
Out you, know if we're kids and we're.

Speaker 2 (31:30):
Trading baseball, Cards i'm going to offer the worst trade
possible and just gauge if you're dumb enough to go for,
it and if you're, not then it's, like all, Right
i'd have to up my offer a little bit if
it's something THAT i really. WANT i think that's where
The steelers, are SO i don't have an issue with
it right. Now but if they're really trying to add a,

(31:51):
playmaker they got to up their, offer AND i think
they know.

Speaker 1 (31:55):
That we'll just see if they. Do as long as they,
do no, issue all.

Speaker 2 (31:59):
Right for over forty, years Tire rack has been helping

protection with convenient installation options like mulbile tire. Installation tire

Speaker 1 (32:21):
Over my? Goodness how time? Flies? Huh coming? Up these.

Speaker 2 (32:27):
Knuckleheads we're quite, entertaining but it's all gone.

Speaker 1 (32:32):

Wasn't it wasn't like you named an ultra famous.

Speaker 1 (34:04):
Song you know WHAT i? Mean if you just named
SOME b sides song and we're like, that that.

Speaker 2 (34:10):
Would make a little more. Sense that's all, right, Whatever.
Lorena we're not gonna.

Speaker 1 (34:14):
Beat up on. You we love. You, thanks you got.
It welcome to The. Jungle one that would be one
of the famous ones for. Sure oh what about that
kiss some the every rose has its? Thorn, no, alright.

Speaker 2 (34:42):
Oh, man, okay so this is actually uh it was
funny while it, lasted but it looks like it's all over.
Now So Stadium, live they had a couple of guys
that were over there and they would make these. Videos

(35:04):
they would gamble On Angel reese to miss her first
field goal, attempt right her first shot of the. Game
they would bet on her to, miss and they would
record themselves and you can imagine what the videos are.
Like they're they're, Waiting they're on the edge of their.
Seats they're, like come, on miss. Miss and as soon

(35:24):
as the ball goes to her and it looks like
she's gonna, shoot they're, like this is. It this is a,
miss miss, Miss and she missed a bunch of her first.
Shots and they're showing like what they bet what they're
making and these videos are getting huge. Traction they posted
that the Series Angel reese To miss Her First shot

(35:46):
hit fifty million plus views over various social media platforms
like TikTok, ig, YouTube, snapchat all these platforms over fifty
million plus.

Speaker 1 (35:58):
Views but there's a video that was.

Speaker 2 (36:01):
Out this is from Ant, right and he's detailing ON
x that there's been a cease and desist and they
can no longer do this post this, content and it
makes you, wonder, well who put an end to this?
Exactly but here's the, video the audio at least from
the video of Ant right explaining.

Speaker 1 (36:22):
This check this.

Speaker 4 (36:22):
Out we got some. Drama you, know those boys over
At Stadium live would Take Adre reaves to miss her first.
Shot they've cashed out a seventy percent, rate AND i
Think Andrew rees is trying to finally put an end
to it Because Stadium live will sent a cease and
desist to stop allowing The Anger reeves first shot miss
prop to be. Available and it's got to be real
because not only did they make a statement about, IT

(36:43):
i also went to their page and all their reaction
clips have been taken, down which is weird because she
just made a video saying who's been a license and
trademark knee, bounce which she did and the trolling helps
her with good. Ideas BUT i guess this one hit
home a little too. Hard rip to an era of
the most hilarious and out of pocket betting content we've
seen in a, very very long.

Speaker 2 (37:02):
Time it was pretty funny because these, dudes they're just like.

Speaker 1 (37:05):
Miss miss mess and she miss, yeah, yeah.

Speaker 2 (37:08):
Yeah they're going Crazy and it does make some, sense,
Right it does make you believe this could be real
with the cease and, desist because, otherwise why why are
you taking your own content down that is getting all this,
traction all of these. Views it wouldn't make sense to
do that at. All you just you wouldn't bet it,

(37:29):
anymore but you would keep the content living and.

Speaker 1 (37:32):
Breathing and it's.

Speaker 2 (37:33):
Down SO i don't know if this is ANGEL i
don't know if IT'S, wnba but someone's behind it with
it magically. DISAPPEARING i do like the beginning of that.

Speaker 4 (37:44):
Video, oo we got some.

Speaker 1 (37:46):
Drama i'm gonna.

Speaker 2 (37:47):
Use that time and time, GUY i should have used
that for the The Caitlin, clark you, know like the
the fisticuffs with The Connecticut, sun the back and, forth
the pushing, matches.

Speaker 1 (37:57):
All that type of. Stuff, ooh we got some that's.

Speaker 2 (38:01):
A good text tone right there, too you, know put
that on your cell. Phone has some fun with.
