thousand recommended installers ti irac dot com the way tire
buying should be now normally, Mike, every night we do
the show together and it's, you know, the four hours
go by, and at the end, I go oh, I
can't believe it. I where did the time go? Oh?
I liked it? Did this? I like? And we did
that better on that? But tonight I'm thinking, how am
I gonna make it the next four hours without eating?
(01:07):
I don't know how I'm going to do it. I
I really don't. I haven't eaten anything, And we talked
about this earlier this week. I have my over fifty
colin oscopy tomorrow, not allowed to eat food all day today,
and boy, I'm telling you, man, I'm I don't know
how I'm gonna make it to eleven o'clock. I would
love to just go to sleep and just having to
go to sleep, wake up tomorrow, have the procedure be
(01:28):
done and ready to have like a spake at noon.
But now I don't know how I'm gonna make it
these next four hours. Man, I really know you're gonna
watch Western Michigan and Central Michigan get after it in
the snow. Third quarters still five minutes, Remaine, you gonna
watch some NBA action, Maybe you'll find a movie. Maybe
you'll watch a couple more. Hey to make real leaves.
On Sunday commercials, we're debating getting um a little pot
(01:50):
of money together and having some McDonald's delivered just for
temptations sake. Oh no, you think those are You think
he's not gonna eat those at some point, at some
point it would be McDonald's. They could sit out in
the uh in the evening for a couple of days, right,
Jason out for before you ate it? What's the longest days? Wise?
(02:16):
Before we talked about nothing nothing from through to your
belly king days. I don't think I've never put McDonald's
in the refrigerator. It's all That's what I'm talking about.
So you must it on the table for days and
then you ate it, right? Uh? No, I would put
in the refrigerator and then wait and then eat when
I can increase of the passenger seat and say thanks
(02:38):
a lot for nothing or you know the one thing
today and I didn't know this, and this is this
is this is my impart of wisdom as hopefully I
just don't pass out in the next four hours. Uh.
Is that when you don't have to worry about planning
lunch and dinner, you have much more time in your day. No,
you do. When you don't have to worry about eating, well,
(03:00):
you don't like actually cook? Are we gonna go out
to eat? Are we gonna cook? Are we gonna do what?
When you don't have to worry about eating? Sudden, you
feel like I got so much more time in the day. Wait,
you can't want to do any of the meal prep.
I've never gotten the impression that you are at anything
other than boiling some water now and again, Oh no, no, no,
I don't get to go. But I think you know,
when we go out to eat, we go out to
eat or I waited for you for the food to
(03:22):
be made. Now, when you don't have to worry about eating,
it just gets I mean, you got the whole. It's
like the day yawns out in front of you. Literally,
nobody says that. You're the only person that's ever said that.
How if you're gonna worry if you're gonna go out
to dinner, there's that's okay. We're gonna go home and
eat fifteen minutes to change, We're gonna get out, We're
(03:44):
gonna drive fifteen minutes to go eat. We're gonna sit
down for an hour and twenty minutes and eat and
then come back. And that's like, you know, two and
a half three hours out of your day. If you're
gonna go out and have dinner and you don't have
to worry about that, It's like, WHOA, what do we
can do? I don't know if we can watch a movie?
We can I don't know. I got anohing to do up.
I could sit here and and drink this beef broth
that tastes like a steak right now, because it's so
(04:05):
I gonna have right now. I would. Would you don't
have to worry about just think about that, you have
to worry about making lunch, about taking time to eat,
going out to You have much more time in the day.
It's it's like found money. I can't believe it. That
is the strangest thing as the guy who does all
the grocery shopping meal preparation. I'm just I don't I
(04:31):
don't know that the planning of going out to a meal.
It just seems like you show up and someone's bringing
you the food. Then we did that this weekend. It
was the first time I'd actually sat in a restaurant.
My kids never want to sit in one. It's the
all right, you go pick up something from takeout calling
and go get it. If this were actually a thing
(04:52):
nobody would ever eat. Yeah, No, would You're not on?
I don't think I'm not. No, I'm not saying I'm on.
I'm just saying, like the one day, I mean, this
is the first day in my life I just can't
eat anything. And I'm like, okay, but and I realized
that going out till like when you like I get
up at ten o'clock, right, I got around ten o'clock.
We get ready, look at the internet, prep, you know,
(05:14):
get some stuff ready. We start our emails back and
forth and messages back and forth to each other, and
then like eleven thirty, it's like, okay, what are we
gonna do for lunch? What do we think? And and
Pam thinks out, maybe we can do this, well, we
have to go to we gotta run an errand here
we have this, we have that. Uh, and then you know,
so suddenly now from eleven thirty until one is lunch, right,
(05:34):
and you're figuring out lunch. I didn't have to do
that today. And then you figure five thirty until seven
ish is dinner, and didn't have to worry about that today,
So that I felt like I had the entire day
for what. Let's watch more episodes of The Crown, Let's
do this, let's do that. I don't need to worry
about it. I mean, you take that time out of
the day. It's like when you're taking what people found
out when you don't have to worry about commuting, right
(05:56):
if you work from home, It's like, Wow, I don't
have to worry about spending that hour and a half
of in the car all the time. I get so
much more time with my family. It's amazing. I felt
like that today. Yeah, I can do whatever. I don't
worry about eating, So I'm okay it. I mean, I'm
not looking forward to it. I'm just saying, try to
find the silver lining in the day. Is that if
you don't have to worry about anything. So if sometimes
in the future that we come up with like a
pill that you could take that you have to worry
(06:17):
about eating, Like Willy Wonka, you spit it out, spit
it out, Tomato soup running down my throat, spit it out.
Like if you go up with a pill like that,
you feel like it was seven course meal and you're done.
You have so much time left in the day. I'll
be the first guy to tell you, look at all
the time you have left. Yeah. First off, all of
those descriptions in the Wonka movie not a kid's movie
at all, just just next sir, such a problem. But
(06:45):
the fact that so much of your life revolves around
the thinking of and the process of just getting ready
to have someone else prep your meal. It's just mind boggling.
That ten am thing, like Frostberg said, just really doesn't resonate. Dude,
have you ever to that? I were? Have you ever
seen the sunrise? We work late, I need to sleep.
(07:06):
I get up later that That's that's how where I
get up at ten. I got to sleep at like two.
I get up at ten. That's my day. You could
make your day like that if you wanted to. You
could make your day. You could. You could work it
if you wanted to work it like that. There's got
to be something here we don't know about Mike, Like
he's got to be like a prince, like a king
or something. Something's going something, something that I certainly have
(07:29):
never had. Who the hell has an hour and a
half for lunch if you go out to I'm saying,
the fifteen minute, the fifteen minutes to figure out lunch,
then the fifteen minutes to drive there, the hour to
eat in, the fifteen minutes to drive back there you
go that Most people stuff their face for two minutes
and then they're on the move and get out there
and look, look he's living in a luxurious life that
(07:51):
clearly inspired to That's really That's really all I got
out to tell you. My life is so easy, except
today where I couldn't eat. You need to start the
hours instead of greetings, you need to start with here. Here,
I'm gonna read tasted. I gotta read off a parchment
to envy. Sorry of the day has to do with this.
(08:14):
I'm just saying. I tried to find a silver lining
for everybody, for every guy who's gonna have to go
through that at some point in his life. Try, Hey,
here's the day you have in front of you. But
now you guys are no, no, no no, to be
like a big deal. Everybody else does it and it
just moves on. You know, we got on all four
screens right now, Jason, what are you having? All four skins,
drivings and dives. I got your bet because I get
(08:40):
the Knicks coming up and no Nicola Yoki Nicks have
a chance to win tonight. Think about that. Yeah, that's
the beef broth of NBA action right there. It is
the Fox Sports Radio tail Game presented by the Big
Green Egg. Nothing beats the flavor of live fire cooking
on a big Green Egg. Why do have to do
this cooking thing? Come on, Seriously, it's the most versatile
(09:01):
grill you lever own back by a lifetime warranty. I
just want a steak roll with the best shop online
for free delivery at Big green egg dot com, lifetime warranty,
free home delivery, Big green egg dot com. Let's they
wanted advertising, right hey, you want to make the people
want to yearn for that product. I would yearn for
a Big Green Egg right here, just flipping some ribs
or something even harmon here in in in shorts, you know,
(09:23):
making some smoking, some shoulder or whatever he likes. I
got a salmon going up tomorrow. Okay, very good. Today
today we took care of some uh well, we we
grilled a pork tenderloin, so it's delicious. Bacon wrap, by
the way, bacon wrapork nice and juicy. Yeah, no question
about it. But if you're fired up your Big Green Egg,
(09:43):
make sure to throw an extra burger on in tribute
to Jason as he gets ready for his procedure. Will
wish him well. Uh and then we'll see him after
the holiday making a juicy eating burgers, cheese and sauce extra.
When they when they asked to check in, when they
called to Hey, we're checking in for your procedure tomorrow.
(10:03):
I said yeah, yeah, and they said, do you have
any questions? My first one was when can I eat?
When can I eat again? And they said, well after
you get discharge. Okay, so no restrictions after I get done.
I can go eat after I'm done. Yes, well you
better decide that now so you don't waste those fifteen minutes. No,
it's gonna be what's the closest place to the hospital there,
(10:24):
Go there, bring me McDonald's. I don't care. I'll even
eat him. Hey, I'll even eat a mcribb tomorrow if
that's the first thing there. I'll even eat a McRib
I just blew your mum. It's a punishment. Stop you got,
I'm telling you man, I don't eat MCB. I don't
eat mcribs. I don't know. I just hurt Brian Cox
(10:45):
telling me of how they go away on the twentieth.
You can't say, oh, they're only they're gonna They're gonna
go away and then they're gonna come back. They're gonna
go away for a while. It's just like a band
that doesn't Hey, it's our farewell tours. They could Jack
up the prices, get everybody to show up, and then oh,
a couple of years later, Hey we're back. It's our
return concert. Oh I gotta go see them. Then they'll
retire again and they come back. They wouldn't be they
(11:08):
wouldn't be retiring the mcribford. They wouldn't bring it back
if it wasn't any good. Why brings up whoa, you're
the one that made that jump, not me. If the
mcribb was never coming back, why would you bring it
back now? I mean, why would you bring it back?
Why would you spend all that money to bring it back?
Went through the freezers and realized it was still sitting there, said,
(11:31):
damn it. We've got excess inventory from the last time
we did this. We got a few million here. We'll
get them out to all the locations. We gotta get
rid of them, get them all out, get them on
trucks right now. And if and if you've seen the truck,
it's like when the in the commercial when the truck's
leaving the Amazon factory going to deliver everything, Just these
big trucks with mcgribbs on of going all right, let's
(11:53):
get out there. You go east, you go west, you
go north, you go south. Just be like Santa Claus
just struck driving by mcd naldson throwing mcribs out the
window to people so they could have been making and
cook him. Are you just standing there with your mouth open? Yeah, well,
trying to catch them like wimp. It would be I
would gladly pay you Tuesday for a hamburger today. No, No,
(12:14):
I would. I would. I mean it's it's you have
to take it home and cook it. I mean, that's
that's how it has to work. I mean, that's that's
just how it goes. Firing up on your big Green
eggs together. You don't do that, Mike. That's disrespectful to
the big Green egg Dude, what are you doing? Be
sure to catch live editions of The Jason Smith Show
with Mike Harmon weekdays at ten pm Eastern seven pm
Pacific on Fox Sports Radio and the I Heart Radio
(12:36):
app Fox Sports Radio. The Jason Smith Show with My
best friend Mike Harmon live from the tire Rack dot
Com Studios and um. While we have a big night
in the NBA tonight, really nixing the Nuggets markeee game
obviously the Knicks coming off the biggest win of the
(12:58):
season against Utah, other big news in the NBA. And
I'll give you a big fat bowl prediction, My Carmon,
you're ready, I'll give you a big fat, juicy steak
sandwich bold prediction. Everything you don't want to keep talking
about steaks in your current state, you know, just drinking
that beef broth other than the sodium really swelling those
panda hands and giving it an exaggerated effect. Um, that's
(13:21):
not gonna help um, you know, lessen your desire and
craving for um meat like products. Yeah, but here's the thing, Like,
I feel like I'm not gonna not think about food,
so why not just lean into it? Well, I mean
the fact that you're thinking about food, you know, makes
me feel bad for you. Okay, he can't go a
little time without it. That's a whole little time. That's
(13:43):
a whole other psychological thing. It's been all day. I've
been up since ten o'clock and this is a seven
to have had anything to eat yet, just that I've
had coffee and now I have broth. It's not a
bad way to go for a Wednesday. But what's your
big bold be that juicy bold prediction, juice dripping between
(14:04):
your fingers, cheese melting in your mouth, boll prediction. Uh
news out of the NBA. According to ESPN and agent
Walt Trowski, Kyrie Irving is nearing completion on the process
he needed to complete to return to play. He could
rejoin the Brooklyn Nets as soon as Sunday's game against
(14:24):
the Memphis Grizzlies. It is a home game for Brooklyn.
Irving's missing his eighth game tomorrow night, but according to
all sources, he is closing in on the end of
his suspension after nearly two weeks of it. So what's
going to happen now? We talked a lot last night.
We'll get into Kevin Durant, who today did an interview
with Chris Haynes of Yahoo and just basically, uh proved
(14:47):
everything that we've said about him the last couple of years.
But what's gonna happen now? The Nets know this season
is cooked there. They have not been good. They've not
been good when Kyrie played there an under five a
hundred team. The team is just not a talented team.
You're talking about a team with two guys and they're
trying to figure out they had a meeting for Ben
with Ben Simmons so they could let him know they
(15:09):
need more out of Ben Simmons that he need from
everybody else. Uh, it's that kind of year. The Nets
know this is not gonna be our year. We tried
it with k D and Kyrie. Now he just got
to get out of it. So what's gonna happen is
this And this is the message I would give to
Kyrie to find the nets. Listen, dude, can you make
no news just for a couple of weeks so we
could trade you. Just try, just try not to make
(15:31):
any news that's gonna have people up in arms, and
we can trade you in a couple of weeks and
get you somewhere else. Can you do that? Can you
go five days without blowing something up? Can you go
just a few days without doing I'm not saying change
who you are to, but just can you go a
few days and and now we do not have to
wake up in the morning go this is what Kyrie said,
This is what Kyrie did. Can you do that because
(15:52):
then we can trade you. And here comes to my
big fat Bowl prediction. Kyrie does it because we know
where he wants to go. And Kyrie will come back
and play and he'll be good, because when Kyrie plays,
he's still really good. Right, He's still Kyrie Irving. He's
gonna come back and he's gonna not make headlines for
a couple of weeks. And what's gonna happen is two
(16:14):
desperate teams are gonna get together, the Nets and the Lakers,
and they're gonna find a way to trade Kyrie to
the Lakers. Maybe it's Russell Westbrook leaving going to the
Nets and and oh my goodness, look at Kevin Durant
Russell Westbrook. But more than likely would be Russell Westbrook
passing through Brooklyn to get to someplace else. But Kyrie
Irving stays controversy free for a couple of weeks, and
(16:37):
he winds up a Laker. Lebron James has already stood
up and said, I don't know why Kyrie is not playing,
all right. He's a smart guy. He knows that there's
very few people that will ride to the Lakers rescue
this year. There's nobody coming, there's no help in the draft.
Is not what are we gonna do? Kyrie Irving is
the one guy. He's the guy, the the Lakers had
talked to the Nets about him before the season, they
couldn't come up with a deal. Now the Nets are
(16:58):
a little bit more mode evaded to move on from
Kyrie Irving. Kyrie will get a fresh start with the Lakers.
They will be press conferences and and Lebron and a
D will stand up and say we have his back
in Kyrie's here, And Kyrie is gonna say it's a
new start for me. I want to win, I want
to play basketball. And now you have added a point
guard who, as long as he can stay on the floor,
(17:19):
is going to give you a different look and maybe
things can turn out better for the Lakers. The desperation
of the Nets and the desperation of the Lakers, and
Lakers want to do it sooner rather than later because
you don't want to fall fifty games out of the playoffs.
This will happen by Christmas, and by Christmas, Kyrie Irving
is a Los Angeles Laker. Oh, I love it, and
I'd love to know what team is. UH. The the
(17:40):
throughput of Russell Westbrook is to come out the other side,
because otherwise that means the Nets have to make a
decision really fast of UH where Kevin Durant ends up,
which we've talked about as well. Um, and given all
his comments, uh in this late interview, he's he's more
(18:02):
or less just flipping everybody off again, uh, and reverberating,
uh and re reissuing his his declarations behind the scenes
that were rumbled like he wouldn't say it in a microphone,
didn't say it on all of his social media accounts. Uh.
You know the thing with the guy in the place,
which is why you know this report, Jason, Can we
(18:23):
trust Adrian will Shurowski anymore? Didn't we decide that now
we had to take it? Did you verify it was
actually him? Well, no, I'm actually I'm actually reading off
the story that was published, So I'm not reading of
Twitter where this is. You know, this is something that
maybe it happened. Maybe all right, so it's just the
shadow website instead. No, Uh, the website. Yeah, it's any
(18:49):
good exactly. Uh. Make sure it's got the the lock
down there if you're gonna buy anything. But you look
at what Lebron's had to say about Kyrie and get
him back out of the court, and he had been
pretty quiet, uh for a while on that and it
was one of the things you and I had discussed
on the show quite a bit, was that week of
(19:09):
silence from the nets, from the NBA and from Lebron
and other leaders of the players Association and just the
leaders of the game. And then the condemnation of you know,
linking to that. People use the word documentary way too loosely,
but that piece of um entertainment, let's let's just say
(19:32):
it for that uh, that was consumed and disseminated, etcetera.
And so now we get to this strange place of
you know, Kyrie on the court. The numbers are good, right,
almost twenty seven points per game and usual rebound in
this is there four and three without him thus far.
But again Kevin Durant pointing to the starters and saying,
(19:55):
what am I supposed to do with this? Don't blame me.
I voted for Kotos, you know that whole thing. But
it's it's now that the curiosity of where do you go?
And yes, the Lakers, will they finally acquiesce and include
another pick, if that's what's gonna make Lebron and this
iteration of the Lakers more competitive and make everybody quote happy,
(20:17):
I e. The thirsty fans, media honks and pundits out
there that want uh some kind of movement and have
been going with the poison pen wherever they can, uh
the quick twitter fingers and five thousand word missives and
newspapers to talk about change because they did everything they
could by prop it up. Lebron is one of the
(20:39):
greatest Lakers ever. Still makes no sense, but it's it's
just that idea of for Kyrie Irving, do you trust
that you're not getting the next step in whatever he's
gonna bring to bear this season? Right? Can he go
a full season without missing extensive I'm we're creating another
(21:01):
piece of controversy that you've got to deal with an
attend to. And do you have the stability of your
organization to do that if you're the Lakers, Well sure,
because it's the same people that have made a bunch
of bad decisions over a decade. Yeah. But the whole
thing is is that I I get what you're saying,
but the fact the Lakers are so desperate, man, I mean,
(21:22):
they are so desperate to get better. You're there, there's
they're looking at it two and ten, three and twelve,
four and fifteen five, and twenty. They're desperate. They don't
want to waste this year. What can they do? They
if they don't have to worry about moving a draft pick,
they'll do whatever they can to get Kyrie Irving to
try to get something out of this season, and maybe
the Lakers catch fire. I mean, like I said, it's
(21:43):
desperate to hail Mary. But you're already at that point
in the season for the Lakers where you kind of
have to do it, and and the Nets are even
more motivated to move on from him than they were
a little bit ago. And it look, if the Lakers
get Kyrie Irving it doesn't work out, Okay, They're not
like they're giving up a ton it something. They're gonna say, hey,
you know, here's here's more first round picks. It's okay,
we tried. It didn't work, and Kyrie is not with
(22:03):
the team anymore. You know, Kyrie got has to know
that this is his last chance, because that's the other
thing is that he has to know this is his
last chance in the National Basketball Association. Where Ever he
wind's up and goes this is it. This is his
last chance to play and and continue on his career
and maybe get paid again because right now nobody's doing it,
and his path back to the court is really fraught
(22:26):
with land mine after land mine. So this is it
you get to where you want to go. Hopefully he
he understands that this is what I need to do
and this is where I need to be, and I
got lucky in a decent situation. So now, yes, I'm
gonna go out and make sure I'm about basketball and
I'm not gonna bring any unwanted attention to the Lakers,
and I'm gonna go out and show that this is
what I watched. At some point, you have to understand
(22:47):
your career as at stake, right and and his entire
career he has put at steak because I I I
hit like on a on a social media post to
a movie that maybe I didn't even watch. And he's
got he's got to understand that that's how precious things are.
And I hope he would. I mean, he's gonna come
back and play and okay, and this is what it's about,
supposed to get supposed to get chances and understand and
(23:09):
try to try to learn from things. But he's got
to know that this is it. So from the Lakers
it's a gamble, but it's not a gamble that carries
a lot of risk. It's almost a well why not, right?
I mean, if you can get him, get him, and
if he doesn't work out, you're no worse off than
you were before. You're still stink You're not going anywhere,
and we're gonna wonder, did you just hand one of
the best prospects in the last twenty five years of
(23:31):
the Pelicans because of that trade you made a few
years ago. You're no worse off than you are now,
So why not do it? I'm telling you the desperation
of the lay Every now and then we do get desperate.
The desperation of the Lakers is what's gonna make this happen. Well,
but that's the larger question though, Jason, and the way
I framed it, you know, just to to circle it back,
was the desperation seems to come from more the outside
(23:52):
than inside. Right, they they may feel it, but if
they were truly desperate, they would have done it before
the season, right. You know, it was almost defiant of
now you're gonna play with what you brought as almost
you know, saying hey, Lebron clutched sports et cetera. That
you're you're gonna have to find a way on the
court to make this work. And Anthony Davis once again,
(24:14):
when he's healthy, he's been fantastic. The problem is what's
his day to day Lebron's already ailing. Westbrook has played
overall pretty well. Is it the guy that you thought, uh,
you know that that was there five years ago? No,
he's not. But the fact that you put out a
roster that's more or less trash no disrespect to Matt
(24:36):
Ryan uh and company that they're still professional players. So
I I give them love. But relative to what else
you're battling in the Western Conference, this is what you
decided was good enough to go into the season with.
So how desperate are you or are you just gonna
read your press clippings because fans and media members are
(24:57):
desperate for something to happen. Take it up even if
it's wrong. Twitter, and how about a Fresca Mike gets
swollen dome. We could talk about how complicated other banks
make it to redeem credit card rewards, or we could

Lacy Shavert and Kyrie Irving. It's Kyrie a Christmas except
he does have to dress up as Uncle Drew and
that could be a big movie on Hallmark Channel. What
Uncle Drew. It doesn't need to be you know, he
could just be just Kyrine. Yeah. Because I saw that
(25:45):
was on the other day, I'm like, who, who's programming things? Yeah? No,
he just just people wanted to see that right now.
Uh time now to find out what's trending in the
wide world of sports. So hey, let's check in with everybody.
Every year. It's been a while, you know, I gotta
say friendly, we have your Hey is competing with the
(26:06):
mont blangyos. Yeah, yeah, so those are the two competing drops. Now.
You know, I feel like I'm getting replaced and I'm
okay with you're not here? What what's what are we
supposed to do? That is true, by the way, Jason
It's good to see you. We haven't seen each other
since I ran into you with Mickey D's and I
(26:26):
saw you go cannonball into the ball pit. Do you
think I waste time at the ball pit at McDonald's. Come?
You clearly do not know Jason's rude. I'm going into
the ball pit. I'm gonna get in line and get food.
I'm gonna get more food. When was the last time
you ate off the kids meal? Yesterday? Kids meal? Oh?
I probably had some of Zowa's happy meal a couple
(26:47):
of weeks ago. Probably might be a second. How old
is Zoe now? Well? Still catch meals? And you know it?
Actually I shouldn't say Zoe. It's actually PAMs because Pam harmon.
Is that not fraud? What what's going on here? Because
Pam gets to I should have said Pam. Shouldn't have
said that. But Pam gets happy meals McDonald's. What, yeah,
Pam get They just want our happy meal? They say,
(27:08):
what would you like for the toy? I know, toy? Okay,
what's the point then? Yeah, Well, if you're not gonna
get a toy, you at least got the cheeseburger and fries.
It doesn't doesn't need the mixed Scrooge toy that comes
in with you know, here's the here's the new. If
you're buying the happy meal, take the damn toy. Someone
(27:30):
can use it in your family. Maybe it's just a
kid in the neighborhood. We're bringing back furby. What kind
of furby would you like? So, I don't know, just
I don't know, Just get just whatever, throw whatever in there.
Giving that to a kid in the neighborhood is like
from Dumb and Dumber when they give the bird back. Okay,
The point being, some of those toys are pretty cool.
The little pullback cars. I mean, you bet on the races.
(27:51):
I mean, there's lots of ways to integrate that into
a sports and gambling lifestyle. I'll look at you. You You
you you just found a way to just ruin happy
meals for everybody. Hey, I just made it betterble with it?
Way to kill you killed the bit? You just still
you just stumped all over the bit tie shirt. Is
that not enhancing the experience? That was amazing? Thanks Funny.

(28:33):
for the Nuggets. Nick's playing on the second night of
back to backs after a big win over the Jazz.
Maybe here come the Knicks. But I got something for
you in my car. And maybe because I'm a little
bit loopy or tonight with no food over the course
of the day, maybe that's what it okay from now on?
Is that going to be the excuse when you say
something really out of pocket? Oh? No, no, no, this
(28:56):
is this is one of those This is one of
those bold predictions that sounds crazy and then you think
about it and go, oh maybe maybe maybe right, maybe
maybe maybe you like that right, maybe yeah, let's go
first part if it's something we got into with Jordan
Schultz little bit last night, and and this is that. Look,
(29:17):
for my money, the Dolphins have the best offense in
the NFL. And it's better than the Chiefs, it's better
than the Vikings, it's better than the Bills. They are
just at such a high octane level, with their speed,
their ability to stretch the field, their ability to score
points in bunches, I don't know how you stop them.
To a tongue of Valoa has has finally found the
(29:38):
confidence was put in him, and he's in the right offense.
He's able to get the ball out and deep to
Tyreek Hill when he can only throw the ball about
eight yards. The Dolphins have the best offense in the NFL,
and it's it's it's shown over the course the first
half of the season. It's almost impossible to slow down.
The only time they've been slowed down is when Teddy
two Gloves was in and and two I had to
(29:59):
be out because of the situation. But that's the only
time when two is in there they're rolling up thirty five,
forty points and it's and it's like it's easy for
them to do it. They're rolling up points in the
four points in the fourth quarter. Hey, we can do this.
They're making the big move for Wilson. They can run
the football even better. Now Dolphins have the best offense
in the NFL. That's my precursor to what I'm gonna
(30:20):
tell you. We're all going to hell. Where where are
you on the doctor? Do you think they're that good?
I think they're good. Are they the best offense? No?
I mean, I mean I'm intrigued with the addition of Wilson. Right.
We talked about it with Jordans and it's something we've
been talking about since his acquisition. Uh, and certainly the
I watched Flex podcast quite a bit looking at Wilson
and Moster. Both of them were top ten running backs
(30:42):
for you this week in the Fantasy Realm. Two was
just a guy that it's one of those I wait
for the shoe to drop and it hasn't to this point.
Good for them. Uh, you're looking at a team that's
top ten offense twenty five point two. And and again
you have the asterisk next to it from when Teddy
two gloves and UM to forgive me for not remembering
(31:03):
our our third stringer's name here in the moment, as
we know, it's not Zach. He could be he would be,
uh third string if if that's where we wanted to go,
But no, that's not him. Uh, Skyler Thompson. Want to
give the young man his proper credit because he is
a member of these Dolphins. UM. Yeah, top ten offense
(31:25):
and surging with with the run game bolstered on the
way down the stretch. Here, you've got road games San
Francisco Chargers getting healthier. In theory, a couple of those
guys back on offense should help stable stabilize things as
Alan and Williams returned to duty at Buffalo at New England.
(31:46):
So those are four potential losses there, and then home
games against Houston, the surging resurgent Aaron Rodgers and the
Green Bay Packers. They're resurgent, yere baby, don't know. They
beat everybody's darling in Dallas, oh, the Cowboys. Uh. And
then they finished the year with the Jets. You would
say that's gonna be a loss. Oh yeah, well the
(32:08):
Jets are gonna beat everybody. That's how that's except it's
down in Miami at the end of the year. But
but the point being that they've got a pretty uh
gnarly schedule in in spots ahead of them. But no,
they're they're one of the fun pieces of the year.
Trying to talk about to and and what could have
been had there been no coaching change. He would have
been one of those guys we were talking about of
(32:30):
what if, what if we never got a chance to
watch him work. M Uh, It's it's that kind of
year for the Dolphins. Like I'm and you know, I
I you know, I believe because you know, to give
the Dolphins of kind of props, it's kind of difficult
for me, right, I mean, it's it's kind of something.
It's the Dolphins from the Patriots to them. Yeah, I
get it. Yeah, it's a team, my girl. It's the
Dolphins and still having the Bills they're mocking you. Yeah,
(32:52):
it's it's rough. But let me throw this out there
for you, right again, maybe tonight being a little let
me throw us out there. Dolphins have the best off
fense in the NFL. The Jets defense is fantastic. By
the end of the year, they will be the best
defense of all the contenders in the a f C,
(33:13):
of all the playoff contenders, not the best defense overall.
You've got great defenses, you know, like Denver's defense is
unbelievably good, but they're not going anywhere, right, you have
other defenses that are really good. The Niners defense is
awesome NFC. Right, the Jets will have the best defense
of all the playoff contenders in the a f C.
So let me throw this out there. I like that
they'll be second to the Patriots, but go ahead, let
(33:34):
me throw this out there. Well, they're already ahead of
the Patriots. Doesn't matter. That's okay. Dolphins, Jets a f
C championship games. Let's go. Let's go. He doesn't. He
doesn't have that until the day of Remember, I mean,
you helped me with my my process, so I was
(33:54):
doped up then, but not before the best offense of
the NFL against the best defense in the a f C.
There's your a f C championship game. Think about that
to a f C East teams and you leave the
Bills to the wayside. There you go, that's what happened.
He It's what happens, man, that's what happens. Is this
your homework, Larry, Yeah, I think you failed on your homework.
(34:18):
I think that you're that you're really getting ahead of
yourself here trying to put the Jets there. But but
good on you, Jets, Dolphins a f C championship game.
Think about it and your Patriots, who the Jets are
ahead of in yards allowed per game, passing yards per games.
What's the only No, what's the only stat that matters?
They're ahead of that. What's the only stat that matter? Okay,
(34:42):
point per game? Their European yards they don't count, right,
You could tell me all the yards you want, you
want to control it between the twenties, have at it. Hey, Jets, Dolphins,
a f C championship. Hey, More on this and more
on a big story out of the NBA. Next, the
