and you ever wanted to be on a mid Saturday
and a casino. So hey, man, we'll pick it up today, buddy.

We will, absolutely we will crack Jeff as a good
strategy with craps. It was a cold table and we
were there for literally four minutes and he was like,
let's go, let's get out of here. It's not working. Oh.
I thought you were gonna say Jeff would lift the
table and dump all the chips. That would be because
he's big enough to do that. I wish I could know. Look,

I learned this at at a young age when I
started like going to casinos. We this. I was twenty
one years old. I was gambling at a casino in
Las Vegas and the lady there was we were playing blackjack.
We're all kind of just young at a table and
she was an older lady and she'd been doing a while.
Because looks, here's my one rule. I'll tell you guys,
if it's a cold table, just leave, like, don't don't
try to fight through it. Just save your money and

get out of there. And that's helped me so many times,
just to move it along. Tables cold just call today
or you know, you moved tables obviously, but I mean
we mean the sevens were hidden fast after the point

that person, I'm glad they lost. And see I knew that.
That was my point. It's so negative energy when someone's

were rolling in cost somebody about ten I cost someone

I wouldn't want to be the one betting against you,
like looking at your I mean I didn't cared. They

hundreds of chips on each and they were doubling down
every time like and they lost a lot of money.

I was very proud of myself that I didn't win
any money much by the end of the night, but
I cost someone money and it made it made for
a good day for me. You know. One of the
things we grabbed dinner last night, compliments the crack he
paid for us, all very nice of him. Went to
a great place. It was awesome French restaurant. You know,
I don't like French food, but I guess it's really
not I was just reading some of the things it
looked like night. Yeah, well, listen that the owner of

the restaurant actually, you know, came out, came over to
the table four or five times. Uh, told a lot
of jokes, but he recommended some really cool food and
um that that. You know, we just had some old
like creole, a lot of seafood. And it's a it's
for fifty years, presidents, dignitary celebrities, millions of us have
experienced the rich history and legendary cuisine of Mary Mahony's.

So it was really a cool place. One of the
oldest restaurants in the world from like I think it's
seven teen twenty seven. That's really cool, really cool. You're
big history buff stuff like that. But then me and
you were me and you and your girl were sitting
there looking at all the pictures of all the celebrities
and presidents, and that I've been there at the end.

He was walking us around. He's telling us his jokes.
He he's a jokester. He's a jokester. But not when
the bill came, I figured I have a little couple.
I figured I have a couple of freebees. Were listening
to all those jokes. So we're gonna have to get
you next time. Mr Money. Well, one of the things
I picked up. You guys are both on the Tennessee
Titans today. Yes, the Titans plus four and a half
at Philadelphia. Yeah, Tennessee. Uh, this is probably a good spot.

Just think about what just thinking about what Philadelphias went through.
They were, they were I think they're eight though then
they of course, I had the loss at home to
the Commanders, which, by the way, probably a better team.
We haven't really talked about the Commanders this season. Probably
a better team than we're thinking. I think they're even
playoff bound. Their favorite to be uh in the playoffs.

I think more than Today's a big game with the
Giants that we'll get to that later. But Um, going
back to this this game with Philly. So then Philly
goes into Indianapolis and and literally almost loses the game
seventeen sixteen. So I think we have a more vulnerable
Philadelphia team than they went home they beat Green Bay.
I think this is a really good spot for Tennessee

in this game. But again, when I say something like that,
I won't put any large percent of my bank roll
on the NFL side. I'm more totals and proposition bets.
But probably a good spot for for Tennessee in this game.
And Jeff, you said you agree with this one. Um,
I yeah, I I do agree. So this is one
of those where we talk often about sometimes you just
kind of have to hold your nose and wade are

on the game. And this is it right here, because
you look at the matchups, and Tennessee just favored, you know,
he kind of has a favorable matchup in a lot
of situations. One, there are very good run defense, right,
and Eagles are so also run heavy, and and the
Titans are just physical. Right. They're physical, and they're smart,
and they're tough, and they're well coached and they're just
hard to score upon. Right. And then offensively. Now the
Eagles should get Jordan Davis. I believe back today. Will

know more about the inactives in about an hour and
a half here, um, But the run defense is pretty bad,
and what is Tennessee want to do? Run the ball?
Last week and the only rush at lose Henry only
rushed for thirty eight yards against the Bengals. So I
expect one of those weeks where the you know, the
the offensive linement in Tennessee keep hearing from the offensive
line coach from Mike Variable. Hey, guys, we gotta run
the ball better this week, and they're gonna try to
establish the run on the ground, which allows Ryan Tannehill

to play action passas makes his you know, his life,
his life easier. Also, it shortens the game a little
bit as well, so both teams want to run the ball.
I kind of tend to take the dog as well.
I got five and a half. It's now four for
for four and half. But most things were like, you know,
and you're kind of in your soul that this is
gonna be a close game, and Tennessee, by the way,
only plays close games. They rarely played one game this year.

I believe there was sort of a blowout, which is
the Bill's loss. Otherwise, they even if they lose that,
they're losing very closely. Three points, four points, one point
of the Giants in Week one, and they're just a
well coached team. Again, physical, tough, always travels well. And
Crack mentioned the Eagles. Yeah, they ran for bazilion large
yards last week against the Packers, and that's kind of
I think on top of everyone's mind. But they have

been playing a little bit less than what they started
the season. Out right, they're kind of regretting. Uh, they're
a little bit of regression here. So I like Tennessee
for those reasons. Um, they might went out right, but
their problem is is they they just can't score. Like.
They have a hard time scoring points no matter who's
the quarterback. They gotta grind it out. They absolutely do it.
You look at the Eagles rush defense the last four games,

they've given up an average of a hundred and thirty
one yards per game. And you mentioned it, Jeff, it's
all about Jordan Davis, the rookie. Can he he's eligible
to come back. He had a high ankle sprain, so
he can come off of injured reserve. This week we
don't know if he's gonna play today yet or not,
but if he does, that could be a big deal
for the Eagles rush defense. I just I'm curious about
this Philly offense. If they're not able to run the

ball nearly as effectively, they're not gonna run it for
three sixty three again today. They hadn't done that since
the forties, and they did that against the Packers last week.
So where is the overall offense if they aren't able
to run the ball half as well? Interesting game for
a J. Brown, the former Titan right playing is his
former team, and then you'll see Trailing Burke's the rookie

who basically replaced A. J. Brown. So I'm interested in
that matchup as well. How about this other game Jets
and Vikings is another good matchup today? Mike White, I
don't know, if you guys saw it the team, you
might roll your eyes at this. Jeff, I'm not sure,
but it's kind of like the The Letterman's Jackets with
the Houston Texans. Remember they did that a long time ago.

A lot of the Jets players were wearing Mike Eff
and White T shirts and it wasn't as dorky as
the Letterman Jackets, but uh, I don't know. Uh. They
have a lot of confidence in Mike White. We'll see
if he can pull it off for a second straight week,
a little bit like Taylor Heineke, right, like Washington has
a little more juice with him. We'll see what happens

with Mike eff and White. They also played the Bears,
who we're we're three football fans, can we did one
player on the Bears defense last week, like I I
and that what you're supposed to what you're supposed to
play well against bad teams. So that's the first step
in kind of Mike White being someone different than Zach
Wilson is. And obviously the team. We talked about this
a couple weeks ago, right, like Zach Wilson lost the

locker room. That's why he's not playing. He's not playing
because he was bad. Right, You can you can work
with bad, especially when you're young. You can't work with unlikable.
And yesterday I think shows even more that the team
is all in on Mike White and that you know
that brings you with different energies we've seen with Taylor
Heinek at Washington. Washington, you mentioned like they're not They're

not that good. They're they're just good enough with him
to win, right. I think with the Jets and Mike White,
you feel that way as well. But they're playing on
Minnesota team who is now nine and two, Like I
think we need to start kind of giving a little
bit of respect to Minnesota. UM, and they just keep
winning the you know, they keep winning games. This is
not gonna be the Bears defense. So I'm curious if
Mike White can get the Jets offensively where the want

to go because their defense is fabulous and I think
they will challenge Cousins. The defense. Uh, the Jets hasn't
hasn't given up more than twenty two points in two months,
so their defense has uh has done a good job.
Even though White is the talk right now, the Vikings
are nine in two, but eight of those victories have
come literally by one score, so six of them hadn't

we were literally come from behind too. So uh, well
this this should that this should be a one score
game today again. Um. Last night, when we were sitting
in the restaurant, I got a call from one of
my buddies who who likes the Jets and the Jets
plus three, which you could still find plus three minus fifteen.
I'm the seen out there plus three minus twenty. Again,

this is this is a big test game for UH
for either team. The Jets want to keep rolling and
and getting the playoffs here. Um this this should be
an interesting game to see if Minnesota can rebound off
that terrible, terrible home loss to the Cowboys. Are we
Minnesota wins today? They the North are the playoff sheet. Yeah,
that's I think they need a little help to even

clinch the division today, I think they I think they
could clinch the NFC North in crazy Yeah, but I
keep your eye on Garrett Wilson, the wide receiver. He
had a nice game yesterday last week in the rain
against the Bears. I know it was the Bears, Jeff,
but still He's put up numbers in any game that
UH quarterback not named Zack Wilson is throwing the ball,

He's put up good numbers. So against a shaky Vikings
past defense, what are they thirty in the NFL against
the past. So again, I'm curious about Mike f and
White today. The NFC North with a win and a
Lion's loss, Yeah, yeah, could happen. In Week thirteen they
could clinch the division. Who would have thought that with
the Packers and the Vikings this year, But here we are. Yeah,

I mean I think people expect the Vikings to be
better this season because they have a different coach, right,
and there was the more you hear about last season
the last couple of years, there was some toxic you know,
there's a little toxic toxic nous. It's even a word
in that locker room with with Zimmer and kind of
way he treated players. Um, but I don't think we
all thought nine and two. I mean we thought better season,

Packers winning division, Vikings wild card team and more anything,
this is about the Packers, like not being able to
win football games nine and two, four and seven. I'm
not even looking at that North That's unbelievable. How bad
those other teams are. You just don't expect that the Packers,
like Bryant said, the Packers was really the team that

just laid an egg here and uh this this is uh,
it's an unusual year. You know, you figured the Packers
will come on later in the year that you normally do,
leaving last year the first weekday, they laid a giant
egg and I think versus Saints and came back and
and uh, you know we're a playoff team. This year
is a much different year. And then we'll see what happened.
That's unbelievable with those standings. The Bears are three and nine,

They're they're a game back, the game back. They could
be tied with Green Bay if they beat him today.
There's some bad footballs there. There is, you know, the
you know four and seven would be would be second
place in the NFC South at the moment. So um,
just like if you guys had to pick bottom three
teams in football, the worst three teams, of course, we're

gonna probably agree on Texas, right like we're gonna agree
on Texas. It would be pretty tough. I'm just gonna say,
I may have to put the Rams as the thirty
first team or thirty worst team in football. You start
scrolling through these Rams, there's no they are the Rams are.
The Rams are on their second or thirst and quarterback

at the moment, right, Aaron Donald, I believe when a
short term injur reserve, so he's out. So now your
best if it's a player, and your best offensive players,
right your quarterback, your best wide receiver you're playing, you know,
your eleventh different offensive line combination this season? Um, like
they were just they've been I look at their scores
this year, guys, I could pull it up here. They've
been uncompetitive for most of the games this season. By

the way, who's better The Bears are the Broncos And
there there's there's two bad teams. Well, the Bears with
Fields are better, but Fields is not playing, so probably
the Broncos. Um more people today in Colorado watch Dion
Sanders press conference or the Broncos game. Who press conference? Right?

Probably more there at the same time. Dean Sanders, by
the way, for those who missed it, is now the
coach of the Coloro Buffaloes as the Pat twelve homer

will be produced today. I imagine at some point during
NFL Sunday there will be more people in Buffalo, you
mean in the Buffaloes, but more people in Colorado that
watch Diantres press conference to watch the Broncos today. Wow,

I know this is you know, it's not a standalone game,
but wow, and that's a that's a heavily viewed press

I think my concern with with this game is taking
the favorite on any side, whether it was the Charges
early in the week or the Raiders now, because the
teams are very similar, right, the Chargers are never to
be trusted ever, um, just because of the just constantly
find ways to be the Chargers. Uh, they're very beat up.
Some wide receivers play some don't. I think. I think
Mike White is again, Mike Williams again out this weekend. Again.

The run defense is bad, Like they're just they make
coaching decisions that are questionable sometimes and you just there's untrustworthy.
And then you're the Raiders who won two straight games
on walk offs in overtime. So if they let's say
they split those games right now, they're what three and eight? Um,
we look at them a little differently, right, But now
they're have four wins, have won two in a row.
They're not good. They're still not good. And so to me,

(19:19):
this game comes down to which team almost screws up
less and and believe or not. I feel like that
is the Raiders with Car like he just Herbert. I
think it is much better quarterback than car Um, but
the Chargers just I just every week, I'm like, it
just seems so untrustworthy, man, But I know what I'm
getting from car each week. And again, this is not

at all site to Herbert, who was far better than Car.
But um, he just has a lot to overcome. Play
calling is just atrocious in Los Angeles, Um, and he
has to make up for everything that that they can't do.
They can't run the ball very well, they can't play
run defense. Herbert has his bust at ribs like he's
trying to do it all for this team and it's
hard to do each week. Yeah, there's a lack of
consistency with the Chargers. One of their most consistent players

is Austin Ekeler, But I mean ask yourself outside of that,
and Herbert's consistent too. He just hasn't had his receivers
this year. But outside of those two guys, who who's
been consistent about this team? Nothing? Even the play calling.
The play calling is atrocious. Like you have a guy
in Justin Herbert with a ginormous arm and can move
and and as as intelligent and can do so many

different things, and you have him running the most basic
of offenses where you don't trust him with thow the
ball downfield, you don't move out of the pocket very much. Like,
there's so many ways they can maximize Justin Herbert and
they just don't do it. So each week you're left
wondering like, well, are we are they gonna Are they
gonna use him properly? Is he gonna be able to
showcase his skills? And every week it's no, The answer
is no, and it really hurts his offense. How about

another divisional game Washington against your Giants? Crack and Jeff Giants.
I mean, the Giants are only only helped me when
when random person at restaurant buston the team, I've Jeff
got recognized least no, no, no, no, okay, I gotta
give her credit. I didn't catch her name because I

think she used what I said to the owner to
get herself some jewelry. So what happened was what happened
was is when I we sat at the table, the
owner Mr. Came out to was like, crack, oh, he
Jeff played football. I said, I played for the four
teams right by her, your gar and then I think
she called the guy. So she comes up to me goes,

did you play for the giants? You look very familiar,
and I was like yes, um, and then she asked
who I was, and you know, she had no idea
who it was, but it's fine, I played so long ago.
And then she said afterwards that she bet her husband
a bracelet that she was correct, and I'm fairly certain
she just used the information that I provided to start
dinner that I played for the Giants, and she called

her husband too. I admire I admire that a lot um,
but yeah, I think she I think she over her
husband because there's no way she wouldn't play for the Giants.
It's like, literally, know it's a good hustle. I haven't
played for them in eight seven or eight years. I
was hurt almost the entire time I was there. Now
that you mentioned it, because She's like, I recognize I

study faces. Really, she re people are reckon f my
face from the eleven games I played over two years.
We were six and ten, both seasons like we weren't
even even even like remarkable seasons to remember me from.
And she remembered me. She I think she conned her
husband to embracelet. I thought, you're right about that. So

the Giants today, I think it's all about their running game.
Washington is good against the run. Barkley has not gotten off,
and uh that's the key for them today. He hasn't
topped fifty three rushing yards and their last three losses
the Giants have lost three of the last two teams
going in two different directions. Like I show you guys

black on Washington. Washington getting the money here looks like
right now and uh it may be there the right
playing Like I said, two teams going two different directions,
old school division rivals here. The Commanders are are actually
uh a favorite to go to the play to be
in the playoffs this year, as I said earlier in
the show, And um, you know Washington is that is

that you know there's actually talk over there, you know, winning.
I think they won six at the last seven, right
one or some over there. They're pumped up. They think
their team is gonna be, uh the division champions or something.
I mean, it's gonna be hard to be. They've won
five or six with Heineke because when started that that
ugly Bears game. Um, they they won twelve and seven.

There's a word scheduling, Kirk two. They go Giants by week.
Giants dude, Washington, Um, I think I think the Giants.
We've been on this as a show for for weeks now.
Finally they lost three or four. Jeff and I have
been struggling to it to make our money back on
the Giants. Is like they're not good. Um No, they've
been piecing it together because they're very well coached and

they're they've done they don't think with the Giants, which
is the well coached part. Is this right. They don't
make mistakes that hurt themselves, but they're just not good
enough to overcome better teams. And I credit Brian Dable
and that face was like, wow, this is but the
problem is you're down. I haven't the injury report today

as the inn actor, but like you could be down
for offensive linemen again, like like you were against Dallas.
You're down wide receivers, you're down defensive players. Um Daniel Jones,
you know again he's very limited in what they want
him to do, but what he can do. And Washington,
Washington is not great on offense with heine Heat, but
they're better than they were with Carson Wentz. But their
defense is better with Haneking on the field. The numbers

show that. And you know that might be a surprised,
but why does the quarterback make a defense better? Well,
a couple of weeks one they put them in a
better position to to succeed because they're not punting all
the time right like they're moving the ball, they're they're
getting better field position. But defense is a as an
emotional position. And when you are are as a defensive player,
when you feel your offense has your back, you just
played better. You just do it happens all the time

and the defense is played better, they're in better situations
the rushing of the pastor better than mikeet Chase young
back today. And so I think Washington does win this game.
UM in New York and the Giants kind of continue
to slide back to the bottom of that division. I'm
curious to what you guys think because with Heinechi in
their little winning streak, they lead the league in takeaways
in that stretch. And listen, that's great. You want to

take the football away from your opponent. That's the main
reason they beat Philadelphia. They took it away four times
and beat a then undefeated team. But I get a
little bit nervous when a team is living off of takeaways. So,
for instance, today, where are they if they don't win
the takeaway battle against New York? Right, I'd start back

to a complete toss up? Interesting? Yeah, I know that
this is uh this, this is a this game. Think
about it. One of these teams are gonna have eight wins.
Uh this, this will be this, this will make the
difference for um. You know, something going on. It's something
going on with Ilo. I thought we had like a break,
one of the late breaks last week. By the way,

we haven't talked about this last week was amazing. You
guys see my live line screen here, so you see
what's going on. Is the live lines from all the
casinos in the world. That means something. O those sports
books in the world Ilo comes down with that jet
thing last week and it's all nothing moved. Yet he
comes on one place, moves, another place moves. I was like,
look at this, Ilo is moving the world. He didn't
realize he was moving the line for the world. And

then of course it went from six and a half
to seven and a half and even eight, and Jeff
stole six and a half with his bookmakers. Somehow they
had six and a half minus fifteen. Or you can
lay six and a half minus fifteen, or you can
lay seven and a half minus ten. It's up to you, guys.

of the first time that reactor. I like that, like

in this spot, I like that I'm looking at the
Monday night game. I want to enter in something today,
but this is what I like the most. I'm just
looking at the total forty and a half. Are they
gonna exceed them? Like it's the Saints, it's Tampa. They
played some knockdown, drag out, low scoring games. Andy Dalton

and the Saints got shut out last week by the
forty niners. They're not gonna put up a bunch of
points against Tampa. And Tampa's offense is struggled against the
Saints defense. I think that's gonna be a grinder. I'm
gonna take under forty and a half in that one.
I like it, um I I the Bucks took a
big step back last weekend. You know, they played well

(37:39):
in the third in the last week quarters of the
game in in Germany, Agains Seattle. They kind of got
the offense sort of back in the right direction. It
felt like they were calling plays kind of on schedule.
And then they come off a bye and don't do
any of that last weekend. Um, and they're just they're
a poorly coached team there. They don't use time out

as well. After the game, Todd Bull said he didn't
use time outs at the end of the game because
he was worried that Tom Brady might throw an interception. Wow,
like you like and now those reports of Tom Brady
going back to like New England and like stuff started
to simund there, Like, I think this is a bad
situation for Tampa. Who's still gonna win the division by
the way, um, and they're gonna host you know, the

Cowboys in a playoff game where they're favored by three,
and they're probably be the Cowboys at home, Like it's
gonna be so silly and well card weekend, they're gonna
they're gonna win that division though, it's amazing with what
the records that you know in that division. Uh, you're right,
and that's a great scenario. It's probably the right sentaria.
It's gonna play out in real time. You're right. Yeah,

it's tough, Like I don't know what their record is
gonna be by that time seven and nine home playoff game,
and they're gonna have a great chance in that game.
Absolutely absolutely, You do you trust Mike McCarthy on the
road again in the in Tampa Bay for a playoff
game especially, trust Trust is a is a large bridge,

especially when especially when you know in that game to
everyone's gonna be in the Cowboys, so like you're gonna
have to take a public which just about way during
in general, a public Cowboys team on wild card weekends
against Tom Brady. By the way, if you rewind to
the offseason, what's your take on Brady's role in maybe

Bruce Arians being reassigned and now it's Todd Bowls and
now there are reports he might go elsewhere? What do
you think about that when you retrace the step? Okay,
so you know everyone kind of assumes that the Tom
Brady um is the one who kind of pushed Bruce
Arians out, but only he pushed him out for Todd
for this version of Todd Bowls. Like I think that

maybe he thought he was getting something else. Again, I
wasn't very excited for for Todd Bowls to be the coach.
I think he got a raw deal with the Jets.
He's in a situation where he has Tom Brady. Now
a good defense, you're a good piece down the off
the line. Injuries haven't helped the wide receiver injuries haven't helped.
But defensively they're pretty healthy, right Like they've they've had
their guys around, but if it's a it's a management situation,

it's right, it's it's the wrong play calls on defense
from time to time, and in that situations it's a
time out situation, it's a it's the place sequencing on offense.
He's not the Alps coordinator. I get that, but you're
the head coach and Byron Leftwich man, I was pumped
for Byron left which is opportunity now to be, you know,
in charge of an offense, to be a head coach
next season, which I think he turned down an opportunity
for that last season. But right now, if you're looking

at Byron Leftwich, you're like, dude, do do you self scout?
Do you look at how your team runs the football?
Do you look at what plays work? Because you keep
running the same place that do not work? Like have
you have you? Have you studied what you do well
and what you don't do well? And to me, that's
the most frustrating part of this team is they just
don't feel like they are self scouting and pay attention
to what they're good and bad at. Yeah, that makes sense. Look, man,

coaching matters. I would love to I'll put it this way.
I would love to see what Tampa is doing this season.
If Belichick was there, if Andy Reid was there, whatever
top coach you would like to mention, was there, they aren't.
And so that's a big reason why Tampa's under five hundred.

I hate to tell you this. Look at this as
we speak, read Kansas City money coming in the major
key sports books. That moved the whole entire industry. As
you can see their circle West Kate and now MGM, uh,
this is the off shore. I don't know if you're
gonna get your two people. I don't think you're gonna
get it. Just went down to two. Um. So look,

(42:43):
here's the thing about this game. Right, so obviously we
saw what happened last year. The Chiefs blew to two
second half leads and lost both games that played the Bengals.
The collapse in the Answer Championship game was if you
had told me that they were throwing the game, I
would have believed you. Right. Obviously they weren't. They weren't,
but it was that badag No, No, they weren't obviously right.

(43:04):
But the point is, like it was it was that unfathomable.
You're like, how, how all of a sudden can you
just not scorny points? Like the first half of that game?
You had every in the first half of that game,
the Chiefs had every yard but one for the entire
first half. They were allowed to have an offense because
all the way down to the one yard line on
that end of the first half before Tyreek Hill didn't

(43:26):
catch that ball. So they got one of every possible
you heard that, all possibly or to minus one. Come
on to half and just and and give the Bengals credit.
They went to kind of a pre event ish looking
defense and confused the Chiefs. The Chiefs didn't run the ball.
So this is the game. The Chiefs have circled the
entire calendar year to play the Bengals, So you're gonna

(43:47):
get the best of the Chiefs in this game. Now,
the Bengals are pretty good. They're playing good football. Jamar
Chase is gonna be back, Joe Mixon may or may
not play with. Their defense is really good. They shut
down the Times last weekend, and so they're a good
football team. And I say this one the same thing
that said last year. Chiefs're gonna win this game, and
then they didn't win twice last year. So I feel
the same way about this game. We're like, look, guys,

(44:09):
the you're gonna get the best of the Chiefs in
this game, and it wouldn't surprise me if the Bengals won.
But I don't know, man, I think if if you're
if you're telling me I'm getting the best that Chiefs,
the best that Chiefs is gonna win this game. Jeff,
is that this is week thirteen? Do you guys? I'm
going from a player's stampoint here when you tell me
you're in the locker room? Is Week thirteen considered a

(44:29):
payback or revenge from last season? That deep into the season.
So you're saying in the locker room, would you guys
be talking about something like that as a team privately
or even publicly amongst everyone? Um? Yeah, I think in
this specific spot, yes, Normally I would say no, for
for revenge games are kind of overblown a little bit.
But I certainly think when they watched that film of

(44:51):
their games last year, they're gonna be like, what, like,
what come on, guys? And I think you know, you
look at at Pat Mahomes and you know the Russian
last offseason about you know, did Joe Burrow pass Pat Mahomes?
Did you know the Bengals better than the Chiefs? And
that that those discussions fuel him. And I saw his
trainer on Twitter, um who's you know, who's very vocal,

(45:13):
but he he mentioned on Sunday, even after the Chiefs
won that game goes, it's like this the game we
were waiting for. And I think he speaks for Pat
Mahomes in that in that moment, and I think, again,
you're going to get the best of the Chiefs in
this game. Now that might not be enough. The Bengals
might win this game. Like there's not They're they're good,
they're good football team. But I get Mahomes under under
a field goal. We were talking about trends me and

(45:34):
you yesterday, Brian. You know he's seventeen and five when
getting three or less points or the underdog, like he
covers a lot of games in the situation because often
we get the best of the Chiefs in these spots
because they treated like a big game where you know,
they're they're favored by sixteen over the Rams. They just
kind of if you watch the game last weekend, they
just kind of busted their way through the game like

(45:55):
they like, they just didn't They didn't show anything. They
didn't play us hard in the red zone, they didn't
make enough plays, and they one that came by six.
We're gonna see the best Chiefs today. Well, I think
you're gonna see a really aggressive Chiefs offense today, because
there were a number of interviews Mahomes did after losing
to the Bengals last year. We're talking in the off season,

(46:15):
and he was just sick to his stomach about how
conservative they were in the second half where they really just,
in his opinion, kind of sat on the lead. He
didn't think he took as many chances, and he's like,
that's just not how we play. And so you don't
forget about that. You don't forget for a team like
the Chiefs when you're on the doorstep of another Super
Bowl birth, you don't forget about who you lost to,

(46:37):
how you lost to them, And you're probably gonna do
the opposite. We see this in coaching all the time. Right,
it sounds like a weird comparison, but if you have
kind of the stoic figure and the team is losing,
now you get the fiery guy or vice versa, right
like and as I think that can happen in games. Also,
if the Chiefs felt like they were conservative to a

(46:58):
fault and that led to the I'm losing in the
a f C title game, I would expect the complete
opposite today and a lot of aggression offensively cool. I'll
tell you, you know, I'm just laughing about something. I'm
at the window during the last break with Jeff and
literally he says Kansas City minus. So you don't see
that moving, do you? And it's the only game that

(47:19):
moved that. I mean, har Fox, look what we're doing.
I mean, this is the only game even here move
you have a point at MGM. I I just I
find it amazing that that's the only game. Well, I
saw it too, because it had been too everywhere. It
hadn't been two in a while. I think all week
had been to right. We had we had talked about
how much money of the sports books need to Bengals

(47:40):
this weekend, and then it moved down to two. I
was like, well, they're getting a different amount of money
in the Bengals um and then you know, obviously I
think the sharp saw two and hammer the Chiefs at two.
And I gotta remember what Jason said. Now that's their
biggest exposure today. They need Cincinnati can went out right,
So I'll find that pretty interesting. Like like Jeff said
that when we're walking over here, you know, like you know,

(48:01):
I mean, what is a fifty percent game on either side? Really? Whatever?
It is? Uh, so interesting game Game of the day game.
I'm looking forward, looking forward to, looking forward to watch
this game. The total move three points. By the way,
open up fifty fifty and a half up to fifty
three at most sports books. Uh, should be a lot
of points we'll see. Should be fun. The later games
actually your fun games this week. Usually it's like we

(48:23):
get one or two one game. Maybe we have some
fun games coming on later on too. I would keep
your eye on It's like we started the season talking
about it, we got away from it. The Bengals offensive
line where they still have given up thirty five sacks
this year, and the Chiefs defense has generated thirty five sacks.
So that's something to keep in mind. It does that
mean you're gonna hold Joe Burrowing Company to like thirteen points, No,

(48:47):
but it could be a key drive, could be in
the second half, a key spot where the key the
Chiefs are able to get to Joe Burrow and take
them down or forced him to throw the ball away.
They could swing a game like that in One big
difference too in the Chiefs defense is there's they're better
in their secondary than the world than they played the
Bengals last year. They had Trent McDuffie has been healthy.
Justin Reid is better UM, and so they should be

(49:11):
better on defense and they were last year against the
Bengals UM. And obviously we'll see kind of how that
plays out throughout the game. You know, the whole thing
this week about Justin Reid not knowing the name of
the guy he's going against was such a funny storyline
because a lot of players, guys don't know the names
of the opponents. They know their numbers only. And it
was such a weird thing for people to be up

(49:31):
so so upset about, and it really got the Bengals
riled up. It's the Bengals tight end and Justin Reid
was he completely misidentified him. He thought he was T Higgins. Well,
he said, he said eight. He said first, he said
a d A. They said T Higgins and he he knew
it was talking about eight eight, and it just was
funny that helpset that made people that he didn't know
the exact names. But guys, a lot of players don't

(49:54):
know the names of the opponents. They know numbers. They
know the number who they're playing against, because that's all
that matters on Sunday. That the name doesn't matter. Number matters. Yeah, yeah,
this was uh from Hayden Hurst. He said, you can
pick anybody in this locker room, but I feel like
I'm probably the last person you want to talk s about.
He was. He was upset about the whole justin Reid thing.

So we'll see about that as it plays out on
the field today. How about another game in the late
afternoon window, my Miami Dolphins, uh head to San Francisco
two of versus Jimmy. This may be the game of
the day. Actually this is This could be a good matchup.
This should be a fun matchup. And and let me
tell you all the pros and the squares are are

on the same side here San Fran. The Key sports
books just moved to five on this game. Four and
a half minus fifteen, four and half minus twenty. It's
all San Fran money. Just to let you know if
that means anything? Uh this Uh, lots of people calling

Who is Miami played? Like the last like three or
four games, It's just hasn't really been So we're gonna
see here. Uh that that's the reason why you're getting
points though, like this if you're looking looking forward to betting.
But on the same vein though, because I was on
the boat of I'm gonna look at the Niners this week, right,
and and for the same reason kind of have you said,
who who the Bengals being? What have they done? Um?

(51:19):
I mean the Dolphin, I should say, But who the
Niners really being? Lately? They beat the Saints, the Cardinals,
of Chargers and Rams under the three straight games and
four straight games. The fifth game was the Chiefs who
blew them out right. Um. But I think if you're
looking at this game today, the way that I would
wager on this game and the way I would the
reason why I would look towards even maybe the under

(51:40):
in this game is the Dolphins offensive line right now?
Is its really beat up there? Right? Tackles out for sure. Jackson, well,
so so Toront Armstead. He's had a toe injury and
now a peck injury. He's gonna try to play. Whether
or not that happens, we don't know. You know, he'll
warm up. And it's it's tough in the NFL because
the only dry seven or eight offensive linemen. Right like

(52:01):
the college you dressed, you know, two deep, you just
sixty five guys for a conference game. The NFL, you
just forty six. And so he has to almost decide
beforehand if you can go or not, because you can't
like try to play and then come out after five place.
You kind of screw your team and screw your depth.
So if he plays, he might play injured. He might
have to gut it out. Eric Arms heads back to
for the Niners. So you have Eric Arms said back,

(52:22):
now you have Bosa, who's leading the NFL and sacks.
I believe you have a very fast and physical Niners defense,
and I think that's the reason why the Dolphin might
struggle in this game. It's the it's the matchup of
the defensive line of the Niners against the offensive line
of the Dolphins might force two into some mistakes and
that's that's where this game is one or one or
lost in my opinion, Jeff, how does that work? Does

(52:44):
the offensive lineman does or the lineman do they tell
their offensive line play. He'll go before the game or
during the game. The game, you know, you know, he'll
work with the trainer. So he'll go out early the
games at four eastern, right, so later four or five eastern,
so he'll go out at probably two o'clock. Um a
one thirty. But it's a peck injury, so like you

(53:06):
sort of don't know till you hit somebody. Unfortunately, right
like now, he might go out and hit some bags
and work with the probably the assistant offensive line coach.
You'll go out and hit it's a bag a little bit,
see how he feels, um, and then you know him.
The trainer will decide whether or not it's good for
him to go. The trainer will then tell the coach
obviously he's up or down and um, because you've announcing
actives ninety minutes beforehand and then you go. It's it's

(53:29):
crazy to me that the NFL has this very specific
injury reporting system, which is I think very helpful for
all of us as fans and for obviously people that
walk up to the ticket window. But college football has
none of this. Like, I don't get why colleges can't
have the hippo laws. Don't make it's not a hippolaw thing.
I don't get why colleges can't have an injury reporting

(53:50):
system like the NFL. They totally could they just they don't.
You know, you fans at home probably thinking about I
just spending so much time on online lineman or offensive lineman.
Let me tell you something. This is the key to
a lot of games is the offensive line. Think about
the Chief Super Bowl Tampa. That's I mean, there's a

have Cleveland. So I need Cleveland just to win the
game to survive. It should be okay, it should work out.
I love this that this is crazy. So if you
look at the Texans running back Damian Pierce, who's played
well this year. Over the last two games, he's averaging

the ball and it is immediately contacted. But the Browns
rushing defense is really bad. It's not good at all.
But that's the key is if you can slow down
Damian Pierce, you're good. They're not gonna do anything against

for over a thousand yards or any actually any Texans

running back over as. I'm rooting for him to continue
to play well. But you're right, he is their offense.
And will the Browns be able to slow down that

the ground. The Texans have to know that that's the
way they have to to your point, they have to

game that has a couple of headlines here, Packers at

the Bears. So Aaron Rodgers will be playing and uh,
he says, we still have a chance. We haven't been
eliminated from the playoffs yet, so I want to be

don't know. He looked good for that. I think that
he just wants to torture the Bears fans even more

It could make it easier if Love goes in there
and plays really well and he looks like he could
be your quarterback of the future. That is, that's a
huge piece of information to gather. And yeah, it's not
gonna be the easiest thing to move Rogers when you
just extended him, like you're gonna have to work through
the contract details and all of that. But if you're

able to move him, be able to trade him and uh,
move on with love. I think that gives you that's
the best direction to go in, right, Like, what are
you doing just finishing out the string of games with
Rogers back there the whole time? I don't know how
you how you benefit. It's just it's hard as a

as a player. And I've been a situation where I've
been on one team that kind of called the quits,
but that was more of the idea that it was
was the uncapped season, and we just weren't very good.
It's hard as a player to be in a situation

you're fighting each week to win, and you know the
expetations are already low that you know, you understand that
