keep making John Wick movies until everybody on the planet

is um you have the situation whereby it fades to
black and then all of a sudden, Bobby Knight pops

I'm telling you we're gonna look back and we already
look at it now. It's I mean, look, come on,
it's like not even a question. John Wick four, John
Wick five, John Wicks six. They keep finding an awakement
to make this over the top and fresh and fun
and insane. And I'm telling you, we're gonna look back
at this set of movies and go, this is maybe
the greatest action series of all time, actions series of

all time. Just thinking about that for a second. Thing
about how good the John Well Top Guns. Not a
series yet, we had, we had a movie, a sequel,
it's not a series. If they go to the Top
Gun world. Hey, we're gonna follow Phoenix and Bob on
their adventures, you know what I mean. Okay, then then
you're into something else. But right now, I'm telling you,
we're gonna look, we're a sideshow. What do you have

for a sideshow? But we're gonna look back and go
there was no action movie series ever better than the
John Wick series. Right there. It's a hot take right now,
but it's not gonna be We're gonna look back out
and go, yeah what a I mean, as good as
Diehard was the first movie, the segment was really good.
Come on, man, you got John I mean, I haven't
even seen John Wick four yet. I know how great
it is. I know it's going to be so incredibly awesome.
I can't even wait. Yeah, I mean, because one of

the things we do have to celebrate and commemorating this
whole process is the greatness that is Keanu Reeves as
an actor, sometimes giving you all the acting you need
with the look and a scoff and the fact that
he's spee just one of the nicest human beings in
the world. You root for that guy, sure, you just do,

even if he's killing people. You're a nice guy, though,
so I'm gonna root for you. I know they killed
your dog, sorry spoiler, they killed you. That's that's an
origin story. You don't need anything else. What did they do?

if you count them up. And I don't know anybody's
done this, but if you count up from the first
three movies, I guarantee you Keanu Reeves John Wick kills

more people than Keyanu Reeves has lines, not words, words words.
Maybe he may have said more words than but he
definitely has killed more people than he's had lines. I
guarantee it. And it's probably not even close. Probably like well, yeah,
of Cord he always killed, you know, three hundred and
seventy four people he's had, you know, two hundred and
four lines something like that to find a safe house
guarantee you. Now, while that is going on, happy John Wickive,

Aaron Rodgers eve. Because yes, more indications today it is
happening and a new twist on it today. Why it
is happening. I'm even more excited than I was before. Right,
some of the big NFL news today was the New
York Jets made a couple of bam bam moves, one

right after another. Right, they signed mcole Hardman for a
year away from the Chiefs, really fast receivers, someone who
would fit in. When this happened, I said, is this
an Aaron Rodgers approved move? I mean, this has to
be really approved by him. I'm okay with it, but
if he doesn't like it, I don't know. And then
right after they traded Elijah Moore to the Cleveland Browns. Now,
the Jets trade Elijah Moore in the third round pick
(06:32):
to get a second round pick back from the Browns.
And I'm putting my fingers up on the Brian Windhorse. Now,
why would the Jets do that? Why would the Jets
feel the need to get another second round pick. What
did they just want a second round pick? Did they
want a trade Elijah Moore? Now, well, you know what, Listen,
we have wide receivers that are coming in that maybe

the new quarterback, whoever he may be, is gonna like
he's gonna like Alan Lazard, He's gonna like McCole Hardman. Ah.
You know, Elijah Moore is the one guy who was
upset in this role last year. All right, we can
let you go because we got the other guys, because
we got a quarterback coming in who likes all of
these guys. It is all happening. It's just I just
waited this way. Every day is like Christmas Eve for
me because I go tomorrow could be the day, and

when it's not, I'm not upset because I know we're
one day closer to Aaron Rodgers Christmas and it's going
to happen. Is this has been the best time is
for me a Jet fan for so bleep and long right,
because this is like every day it's Oh, it's gonna
happen tomorrow. It didn't, but it's still a great day
because it's happening. Oh it didn't happen today, but something
else happened, It's gonna happen tomorrow. Every day. It's like

Christmas Eve for every day for the past two and
a half weeks, and it's gonna keep going until. I
don't care if he waits another month until the trade happens,
because I could just be excited about this and I
have to have the post Aaron Rodgers trade going. Now.
Are the Jets good enough? There? Streuss and they'd better
win this year? It's all and something. Now I'm like, oh,
the expectations. I can't take it anymore. No, no, no, no no,
I'm enjoying the whole it's happening. Give me eve after

Eve after eve on Aaron Rodgers. Yeah, buddy, that's great, buddy.
Sun is the same in a relative way, but you're older,
shorter of breath, one day closer to death and maybe
Aaron Rodgers, I know one of those two things. Why
do I have to be one day closer to death
and one day club? Can I just be one day
closer to Aaron Rodgers? Why is that? All I'm saying
is one of those things? Is category two of those things?

may have to get this to fruition. The fact that
it still just hangs out there, it's got to irky
to some degree. No, No, because here's the best part, right,
here's the best part that I was getting to is
that the Jet. If the Jets were going to trade
a first and a second, if they were going to trade,

if they're gonna trade a couple of first whatever it
was going to be, they wouldn't have felt the need
to make this trade for Elijah More. But now to
get another second round pick tells me that a second
round pick not only is going to be part of it,
it's going to be a big part of it. Sure,
because I'm thinking, now, could it be a second this
year and a second next year? That's where I'm at.
That's why I'm excited right now. Okay, we don't want

to lose a second round pick, so we trade Elijah More.
We're bringing the wide receivers in, and the Packers are
going to get a second round pick in twenty twenty
three and a second round pick in twenty twenty four
because they want a pick in each year just in
case Rogers plays two years. Whatever it is. That's what
we've heard. They want to pick each year. So instead
of first, and I'm thinking, it's a second this year
and it's a second next year, because it's no way

it's going to be a first and a second and
a second. Because they don't have the leverage. The Packers don't.
They have to get rid of Aaron Rod. They have
to move on from him because he can't go back.
So I'm thinking now I'm excited that maybe it's a
second and twenty three and a second and twenty four,
and the Jets are going to keep their first round picks.
This year it's thirteen. Next year it'll be thirty two.
So I'm okay with that. See what I did there,

win the Super Bowl thirty second pisa. I didn't say
anything that's good. That's not going to be the case.
But I like your optimism. Is that is an endearing
quality that you bring to the show each and every day,
each and every day talking about your teams and the
love that you have for them. And even though there's
no basis in reality for your Super Bowl victory other

than you will in fact play a season in twenty
twenty three. I like your optimism. But the picks make sense, right,
and certainly the longer it goes on, we try to see,
you know, the veritable tug of war that's going on
the game of chicken. Whatever you're great, analogy needs to
be whoever is winning that side by holding out just

a little bit. Is it a late you know, is
it a third round pick has become a third day pick?
Is it conditional on how many starts he makes or
how many games you win? You know, all of those
kind of things that go into this process. But it's
really just the I think we all come to the
conclusion that it's going to happen. But wherever there's a

percent where it hasn't, I just standing kind of smile,
wondering if what could possibly go wrong? And I'm not
doing that to Torment and vex you. It's more just
the you know, the stair down in Green Bay, Mark Murphy.

That's the big thing for me. How is nobody even
talking to Lamar Jackson? All right? How are there no reports? Hey,
Lamar Jackson visited with so and so? Are there was
it was approached by There's nothing? How is nobody reached

out to a guy who was twenty five former MVP.
As long as he's health, he's one of the top
five quarterbacks in the game, and yes, he had a
little bit of health issues. And I'm not saying how
is he not signed? I'm saying, how are there no conversations?
How has he been Okay, you could have gone to
see him a week ago Wednesday and nothing. How is
there nothing for Lamar Jackson? Right? So it's a really
difficult thing. And so every day it gets worse and

worse for the for the NFL, because well, why is
his going on? Why? Why why is he not being
talked to? But let's get weird a little bit now,
because clearly anybody can have him. And reports came out
today that even though he didn't meet with them, that
the Titans, the odds that he becomes the quarterback of
the Titans have leaped up tremendously, so much that the
odds in Vegas for the Titans have gone to right

behind the Ravens. Because still the Ravens are the number
one a team because he plays for them and they
could match and he could wind up playing there, but
the Titans have moved up to a close number two.
So with that going out there, how about we get
weird with matches that would work for Lamar Jackson. You're right,
I like this yet matches that'll work right here? Number
one and people are gonna love this one. The Steelers.

How how great would it be? Right now? All of
a sudden, Oh, do you still love Kenny Picketts so much? Oh?
Kets so good? He's so good. No, Kenny Pickett's terrible.
What did mel Kiper say today? He'd be the fifth
best quarterback in this year's draft. Kenny Pickett is not good.
Oh but he stopped during interceptions the least seven weeks. Oh, yeah,
that means he's great. Do you think about what the

Steelers can do? Right? You create that poison pill contract
that makes it impossible for the Ravens to match it
because there's teams you could do that. And suddenly, not
only do you have your quarterback for the next five
years who's a top five NFL talent, you completely weaken
one of your other divisional foes for the next five
to six years. That's a huge win. And I'll tell

you what, Lamar Jackson in that offense with the Steelers,
they can run the football well, and he's got and
he's got he's got enough weapons wide receiver to push
the ball down the field. A really good tight end
in Friarmouth telling you, man, that would be an unbelievable match. Again,
you'd have to create it so they couldn't match it,
because the Ravens, even if they didn't want to, wouldn't
let him go to the Steelers. They if they had
any any, any choice at all. So you create where

they can't match and then boom the Steelers. How great
would that be? Lamar Jackson Steelers And then everybody would
kick Kenny Pickett to the curb. Oh no, no, I
like Kenny, but no, no no no. And I think that's
an important point to make, right because what Jason's alluding
to and my excited utterance who was bringing back a
take that was one of those moments like at the

end of Billy Madison and the guys doing the trivia, uh,
and they go through the academic decathlon and he says,
you know, I'm we're all dumber for having heard it.

your soul. Uh. That was the kind of response. I mean,

and from folks in our space that found the take
and the tweets from your account and from the Fox
Sports Radio account and got mad. Now when we talk
about Kenny Pickett, it's in a vacuum. You say, Okay,
maybe there's some things to grow on and some work
to be done. Now you tell me that the possibility

is there whereby I can go add Lamar Jackson if
we can make the Moneys make sense. And I think
that's where this gets to be a little more difficult
proposition when you parse it all out, because Pittsburgh's sitting
at fourteen point four million dollars in available cap space,
so there'd be a lot of maneuvering and things to

make such occur. But we all stipulate that if you're
able to do so, then sure, Lamar Jackson, come on down.
And nobody's saying that. I mean, he's a at worst
a tenth best quarterback, and that's me just saying he's
a top ten quarterback when he plays, and the injuries
are an issue, the price you have to pay wherever

those first rounds are because something we'll get into some
more teams, But there are some theories swirling about as
to why you're not here anything. And the other is, again,
he doesn't have an agent, that's calling schefter rapaport and
the Collected Crew News team assembol. We're not having that here,
all right, Joe. If that's the most fun, right, if

that steals be the most fun, right again, it's got
to be the poison pill because the Ravens aren't just
gonna let him go. Yeah, we'll take the two first
round picks on I'm staying in the division for the
next five years. No, we wouldn't do that. The craziest
one the Crew, and it looked like maybe we could
have seen some movement towards it. The chessiest one would
be the Rams. They find a way to dump all

that money, because they found a way to continue to
add money and add contracts over the course of the
last five years, defying all odds of sanity. And how
do they keep adding all these players? I think? But
you you find a way, You find a taker from
Matthew Stafford, you find a taker for some of you.
They already made a move, Jalen Ramsey. You free up

that money, and that's who you go get and that's
how you reinvigorate the fan base. And Sean McVay stays
and it's hey, now we got one of the best
quarterbacks in the NFL, and he's a superstar in LA.
Let's go make it happen. That's the craziest one. But
how much would he fit with the Rams? Sean McVay
would certainly have his a field day. But it's the

how do you slough off Matthew Stafford in this process?
You throw him off the stage? Well, I mean, he's
been known to let people take that plunge, there's no
question about it. But now it's the idea of it made.
It's an untradable contract. I mean, we know this. Your
best scenario on some level was if he decided to

walk away, But who the hell's walking away from all
that money. It's part of the argument that's been made

and the other one is the scariest one. This is
like when the moment in Um Christmas Carol when the
ghost of Christmas Future shows up. He's all scary, looking
like a de mentor and everything, and oh dam but
he's a screw. Says oh, you're the ghost I've feared
most of all right, because he looks insane? Is he's
also means you're gonna die. Well that's true. Yeah, because
they do look ahead when he's dead. Yeah, that's true. Yeah,

you're dead. The scariest for me because I've said this

from the beginning and it doesn't make sense how it
hasn't happened yet, and it's just going to happen. I've
still fear it's gonna happen at some point. Is the Patriots,
because Lamar Jackson is everything Bill Belichick wants in a quarterback,
and this is the guy that this is where he
wants to go with a dual threat. Gets why he
went to get Cam Newton. He's realizing, I can't win

with Mac Jones. It's not gonna happen. I still want
to win super Bowls. I still want to be a
coach that's coaching deep in the playoffs, and I can't
just make it work with anybody because he's tried that
for a couple of years. Lamar Jackson's the guy, and
it still scares me that when they're gonna swoop in
at the last minute and they're going to create some
kind of offer and the Ravens wouldn't want to let
him go, but it would be another poison pill type
offer where they couldn't match it, and he's gonna wind

up being a Patriot. And that scares the crap out
of me because now I'm like, great, I was gonna
have the second best quarterback in the division and maybe
the best quarterback when it came to the playoffs instead.
Now now I get Lamar Jackson there too would be
what what the hell? Man? But again, I gotta say,
how I feel that's the scariest one, and I still
think that's going to be the most likely outcome. That
would be the most fun of it all right, to
(27:24):
suddenly see and obviously have the Brady years and we
know that that's in a vault and forever we'll cherish
those moments of him vanquishing you what was it forty
two times? And down he only won a couple of
games against the Jets. I think he was like, I
think they only played a couple of times. We won.
We won forty five to three in the playoffs, and um,
(27:47):
yeah we played three times. He beat us twice, we
beat them forty five three in the playoffs. That's it.
It's a hell of a job by you, anyway. The
point point being that you know, we watched them run
rough shot for all those years, and now it's been
even now, they haven't fallen off the cliff as sub
would have hoped. They would. Good enough, despite some bad
roster management in some terrible free agent decisions, particularly as

it comes to pass catchers, quarterback play spotty. You mentioned
Cam Newton, Bill Belichick with the opportunity to go and
run amuck in the AFC with Lamar Jackson. Are you
kidding me that that first team he takes a mad
right because the Ravens had when he had that dog
eared playbook and he ran that formation. You can't use

that that's illegal because everybody was confused. Even the referees
didn't know whether now it was illegal. But you guys
complain like a bunch of little kids that didn't get
your third Hershey's kiss, you know when they were doling
out snack time and they got the rule chance. Good
job by you. So yeah, for Bill Belichick, Yeah, that

would be the best. I mean, it would be fun
to watch him with a as he runs an offense
with the decidedly different quarterback right on the other end
of the spectrum in terms of how plays are made.

lanes here. Yes, yeah, I'm happy we're gonna get Aaron Rodgers.
You missed you don't don't don't tell me a team
that I don't. I don't want it to go to

disrupt the Aaron Rodgers thing, because I just let's not
let that go there and then we'll see what happens.

As No, I'd rather have Lamar Jackson. But here's the thing.
They're in on Rodgers and we need somebody. And if
we don't get you know, because if we go after
Lamar Jackson, Aaron Rodgers gets mad. Lamar Jackson is on
the second choice. I'm gonna stay with the Ravens, and
the Jets still wind up with nobody. So fair. I mean,
Aaron Rodgers is always kind of mad, even if he's

smiling at you. Yeah, but I even want to be
kind of mad at the team he's gonna play quarterback for.
I don't think I oh, he's he seems to be
okay with that. I've been mad at the Packers for
a long time. Ah, Hey, Aaron, you're okay with us

we still like you. We're just gonna go talk to Lamar. Yeah,

to make this over the top and fresh and fun

at this set of movies and go, this is maybe
the greatest action series of all time, actions series of

all time. Just thinking about that for a second. Thing
about how good the John Well Top Guns. Not a
series yet, we had, we had a movie, a sequel,
it's not a series. If they go to the Top
Gun world. Hey, we're gonna follow Phoenix and Bob on

you're into something else. But right now, I'm telling you,
we're gonna look, we're a sideshow. What do you have

there was no action movie series ever better than the

even seen John Wick four yet. I know how great

guarantee it. And it's probably not even close. Probably like well, yeah,

four lines something like that to find a safe house

happening and a new twist on it today. Why it
is happening. I'm even more excited than I was before. Right,
some of the big NFL news today was the New
York Jets made a couple of bam bam moves, one

right after another. Right, they signed mcole Hardman for a
year away from the Chiefs, really fast receivers, someone who
would fit in. When this happened, I said, is this
an Aaron Rodgers approved move? I mean, this has to
be really approved by him. I'm okay with it, but
if he doesn't like it, I don't know. And then
right after they traded Elijah Moore to the Cleveland Browns. Now,
the Jets trade Elijah Moore in the third round pick
(06:32):
to get a second round pick back from the Browns.
And I'm putting my fingers up on the Brian Windhorse. Now,
why would the Jets do that? Why would the Jets
feel the need to get another second round pick. What
did they just want a second round pick? Did they
want a trade Elijah Moore? Now, well, you know what, Listen,
we have wide receivers that are coming in that maybe
(06:54):
the new quarterback, whoever he may be, is gonna like
he's gonna like Alan Lazard, He's gonna like McCole Hardman. Ah.
You know, Elijah Moore is the one guy who was
upset in this role last year. All right, we can
let you go because we got the other guys, because
we got a quarterback coming in who likes all of
these guys. It is all happening. It's just I just
waited this way. Every day is like Christmas Eve for
me because I go tomorrow could be the day, and

when it's not, I'm not upset because I know we're
one day closer to Aaron Rodgers Christmas and it's going
to happen. Is this has been the best time is
for me a Jet fan for so bleep and long right,
because this is like every day it's Oh, it's gonna
happen tomorrow. It didn't, but it's still a great day
because it's happening. Oh it didn't happen today, but something
else happened, It's gonna happen tomorrow. Every day. It's like

Christmas Eve for every day for the past two and
a half weeks, and it's gonna keep going until. I
don't care if he waits another month until the trade happens,
because I could just be excited about this and I
have to have the post Aaron Rodgers trade going. Now.
Are the Jets good enough? There? Streuss and they'd better
win this year? It's all and something. Now I'm like, oh,
the expectations. I can't take it anymore. No, no, no, no no,
I'm enjoying the whole it's happening. Give me eve after

Eve after eve on Aaron Rodgers. Yeah, buddy, that's great, buddy.
Sun is the same in a relative way, but you're older,
shorter of breath, one day closer to death and maybe
Aaron Rodgers, I know one of those two things. Why
do I have to be one day closer to death
and one day club? Can I just be one day
closer to Aaron Rodgers? Why is that? All I'm saying
is one of those things? Is category two of those things?

be a part of it? Why don't you be reminded

slow burn. But obviously there's some level of extin you
that wants to get this done. No matter how many

things for telling and forecasting and crystal ball readings you
may have to get this to fruition. The fact that
it still just hangs out there, it's got to irky
to some degree. No, No, because here's the best part, right,
here's the best part that I was getting to is
that the Jet. If the Jets were going to trade
a first and a second, if they were going to trade,

if they're gonna trade a couple of first whatever it
was going to be, they wouldn't have felt the need
to make this trade for Elijah More. But now to
get another second round pick tells me that a second
round pick not only is going to be part of it,
it's going to be a big part of it. Sure,
because I'm thinking, now, could it be a second this
year and a second next year? That's where I'm at.
That's why I'm excited right now. Okay, we don't want
(09:44):
to lose a second round pick, so we trade Elijah More.
We're bringing the wide receivers in, and the Packers are
going to get a second round pick in twenty twenty
three and a second round pick in twenty twenty four
because they want a pick in each year just in
case Rogers plays two years. Whatever it is. That's what
we've heard. They want to pick each year. So instead
of first, and I'm thinking, it's a second this year
and it's a second next year, because it's no way
(10:06):
it's going to be a first and a second and
a second. Because they don't have the leverage. The Packers don't.
They have to get rid of Aaron Rod. They have
to move on from him because he can't go back.
So I'm thinking now I'm excited that maybe it's a
second and twenty three and a second and twenty four,
and the Jets are going to keep their first round picks.
This year it's thirteen. Next year it'll be thirty two.
So I'm okay with that. See what I did there,
(10:27):
win the Super Bowl thirty second pisa. I didn't say
anything that's good. That's not going to be the case.
But I like your optimism. Is that is an endearing
quality that you bring to the show each and every day,
each and every day talking about your teams and the
love that you have for them. And even though there's
no basis in reality for your Super Bowl victory other

than you will in fact play a season in twenty
twenty three. I like your optimism. But the picks make sense, right,
and certainly the longer it goes on, we try to see,
you know, the veritable tug of war that's going on
the game of chicken. Whatever you're great, analogy needs to
be whoever is winning that side by holding out just

a little bit. Is it a late you know, is
it a third round pick has become a third day pick?
Is it conditional on how many starts he makes or
how many games you win? You know, all of those
kind of things that go into this process. But it's
really just the I think we all come to the
conclusion that it's going to happen. But wherever there's a

percent where it hasn't, I just standing kind of smile,
wondering if what could possibly go wrong? And I'm not
doing that to Torment and vex you. It's more just
the you know, the stair down in Green Bay, Mark Murphy.

the end of the day. Come on, Mark, he got something,

is Aaron? Why is he not even talking to people? Right?
That's the big thing for me. How is nobody even
talking to Lamar Jackson? All right? How are there no reports? Hey,
Lamar Jackson visited with so and so? Are there was
it was approached by There's nothing? How is nobody reached

out to a guy who was twenty five former MVP.
As long as he's health, he's one of the top
five quarterbacks in the game, and yes, he had a
little bit of health issues. And I'm not saying how
is he not signed? I'm saying, how are there no conversations?
How has he been Okay, you could have gone to
see him a week ago Wednesday and nothing. How is
there nothing for Lamar Jackson? Right? So it's a really
difficult thing. And so every day it gets worse and

worse for the for the NFL, because well, why is
his going on? Why? Why why is he not being
talked to? But let's get weird a little bit now,
because clearly anybody can have him. And reports came out
today that even though he didn't meet with them, that
the Titans, the odds that he becomes the quarterback of
the Titans have leaped up tremendously, so much that the
odds in Vegas for the Titans have gone to right
(19:46):
behind the Ravens. Because still the Ravens are the number
one a team because he plays for them and they
could match and he could wind up playing there, but
the Titans have moved up to a close number two.
So with that going out there, how about we get
weird with matches that would work for Lamar Jackson. You're right,
I like this yet matches that'll work right here? Number
one and people are gonna love this one. The Steelers.
(20:11):
How how great would it be? Right now? All of
a sudden, Oh, do you still love Kenny Picketts so much? Oh?
Kets so good? He's so good. No, Kenny Pickett's terrible.
What did mel Kiper say today? He'd be the fifth
best quarterback in this year's draft. Kenny Pickett is not good.
Oh but he stopped during interceptions the least seven weeks. Oh, yeah,
that means he's great. Do you think about what the

Steelers can do? Right? You create that poison pill contract
that makes it impossible for the Ravens to match it
because there's teams you could do that. And suddenly, not
only do you have your quarterback for the next five
years who's a top five NFL talent, you completely weaken
one of your other divisional foes for the next five
to six years. That's a huge win. And I'll tell
(20:53):
you what, Lamar Jackson in that offense with the Steelers,
they can run the football well, and he's got and
he's got he's got enough weapons wide receiver to push
the ball down the field. A really good tight end
in Friarmouth telling you, man, that would be an unbelievable match. Again,
you'd have to create it so they couldn't match it,
because the Ravens, even if they didn't want to, wouldn't
let him go to the Steelers. They if they had
any any, any choice at all. So you create where
(21:14):
they can't match and then boom the Steelers. How great
would that be? Lamar Jackson Steelers And then everybody would
kick Kenny Pickett to the curb. Oh no, no, I
like Kenny, but no, no no no. And I think that's
an important point to make, right because what Jason's alluding
to and my excited utterance who was bringing back a
take that was one of those moments like at the
(21:37):
end of Billy Madison and the guys doing the trivia, uh,
and they go through the academic decathlon and he says,
you know, I'm we're all dumber for having heard it.
Worn't you no points? And may God have mercy on
your soul. Uh. That was the kind of response. I mean,
I'm just encapsulating everything that came through in social media, uh,

and from folks in our space that found the take
and the tweets from your account and from the Fox
Sports Radio account and got mad. Now when we talk
about Kenny Pickett, it's in a vacuum. You say, Okay,
maybe there's some things to grow on and some work
to be done. Now you tell me that the possibility

is there whereby I can go add Lamar Jackson if
we can make the Moneys make sense. And I think
that's where this gets to be a little more difficult
proposition when you parse it all out, because Pittsburgh's sitting
at fourteen point four million dollars in available cap space,
so there'd be a lot of maneuvering and things to
(22:41):
make such occur. But we all stipulate that if you're
able to do so, then sure, Lamar Jackson, come on down.
And nobody's saying that. I mean, he's a at worst
a tenth best quarterback, and that's me just saying he's
a top ten quarterback when he plays, and the injuries
are an issue, the price you have to pay wherever
(23:04):
those first rounds are because something we'll get into some
more teams, But there are some theories swirling about as
to why you're not here anything. And the other is, again,
he doesn't have an agent, that's calling schefter rapaport and
the Collected Crew News team assembol. We're not having that here,
all right, Joe. If that's the most fun, right, if
(23:25):
that steals be the most fun, right again, it's got
to be the poison pill because the Ravens aren't just
gonna let him go. Yeah, we'll take the two first
round picks on I'm staying in the division for the
next five years. No, we wouldn't do that. The craziest
one the Crew, and it looked like maybe we could
have seen some movement towards it. The chessiest one would
be the Rams. They find a way to dump all
(23:46):
that money, because they found a way to continue to
add money and add contracts over the course of the
last five years, defying all odds of sanity. And how
do they keep adding all these players? I think? But
you you find a way, You find a taker from
Matthew Stafford, you find a taker for some of you.
They already made a move, Jalen Ramsey. You free up
(24:07):
that money, and that's who you go get and that's
how you reinvigorate the fan base. And Sean McVay stays
and it's hey, now we got one of the best
quarterbacks in the NFL, and he's a superstar in LA.
Let's go make it happen. That's the craziest one. But
how much would he fit with the Rams? Sean McVay
would certainly have his a field day. But it's the
(24:30):
how do you slough off Matthew Stafford in this process?
You throw him off the stage? Well, I mean, he's
been known to let people take that plunge, there's no
question about it. But now it's the idea of it made.
It's an untradable contract. I mean, we know this. Your
best scenario on some level was if he decided to
(24:51):
walk away, But who the hell's walking away from all
that money. It's part of the argument that's been made
time and time again with Aaron Rodgers, so it's only
appropriate to put it in here. The best scenario for
them from a cap space and team related circumstance, and
I certainly don't wish this on anybody, is that when
(25:14):
he does try to ramp things up, he can't go,
and then he can get into physically unable to perform
designations and things of that that nature did not pass.
Physical do not pass, go, do not collect Two hundred dollars.
But to him with McVay Cooper cup back, I don't know,
I'm color me intrigue. Don't like it all right, so now,
(25:36):
and the other one is the scariest one. This is
like when the moment in Um Christmas Carol when the
ghost of Christmas Future shows up. He's all scary, looking
like a de mentor and everything, and oh dam but
he's a screw. Says oh, you're the ghost I've feared
most of all right, because he looks insane? Is he's
also means you're gonna die. Well that's true. Yeah, because
they do look ahead when he's dead. Yeah, that's true. Yeah,
(25:57):
I mean it's a final Hey, we're looking ahead to
my future where i'm my Oh oh, I'm sorry. You're
not You're not in this. This is where everybody else
has a future. Yeah. No, I can't, we can't. We're
we're Yeah, we've jumped too far ahead in the story. Sorry,
due to time constraints. We've jumped to the part where
you're dead. The scariest for me because I've said this

from the beginning and it doesn't make sense how it
hasn't happened yet, and it's just going to happen. I've
still fear it's gonna happen at some point. Is the Patriots,
because Lamar Jackson is everything Bill Belichick wants in a quarterback,
and this is the guy that this is where he
wants to go with a dual threat. Gets why he
went to get Cam Newton. He's realizing, I can't win
(26:39):
with Mac Jones. It's not gonna happen. I still want
to win super Bowls. I still want to be a
coach that's coaching deep in the playoffs, and I can't
just make it work with anybody because he's tried that
for a couple of years. Lamar Jackson's the guy, and
it still scares me that when they're gonna swoop in
at the last minute and they're going to create some
kind of offer and the Ravens wouldn't want to let
him go, but it would be another poison pill type
offer where they couldn't match it, and he's gonna wind
(27:02):
up being a Patriot. And that scares the crap out
of me because now I'm like, great, I was gonna
have the second best quarterback in the division and maybe
the best quarterback when it came to the playoffs instead.
Now now I get Lamar Jackson there too would be
what what the hell? Man? But again, I gotta say,
how I feel that's the scariest one, and I still
think that's going to be the most likely outcome. That
would be the most fun of it all right, to
(27:24):
suddenly see and obviously have the Brady years and we
know that that's in a vault and forever we'll cherish
those moments of him vanquishing you what was it forty
two times? And down he only won a couple of
games against the Jets. I think he was like, I
think they only played a couple of times. We won.
We won forty five to three in the playoffs, and um,
(27:47):
yeah we played three times. He beat us twice, we
beat them forty five three in the playoffs. That's it.
It's a hell of a job by you, anyway. The
point point being that you know, we watched them run
rough shot for all those years, and now it's been
even now, they haven't fallen off the cliff as sub
would have hoped. They would. Good enough, despite some bad
roster management in some terrible free agent decisions, particularly as
(28:11):
it comes to pass catchers, quarterback play spotty. You mentioned
Cam Newton, Bill Belichick with the opportunity to go and
run amuck in the AFC with Lamar Jackson. Are you
kidding me that that first team he takes a mad
right because the Ravens had when he had that dog
eared playbook and he ran that formation. You can't use
(28:33):
that that's illegal because everybody was confused. Even the referees
didn't know whether now it was illegal. But you guys
complain like a bunch of little kids that didn't get
your third Hershey's kiss, you know when they were doling
out snack time and they got the rule chance. Good
job by you. So yeah, for Bill Belichick, Yeah, that
(28:53):
would be the best. I mean, it would be fun
to watch him with a as he runs an offense
with the decidedly different quarterback right on the other end
of the spectrum in terms of how plays are made.
I'm in now, you go get you. You gave me
three yea for once, you gave me three pretty cool

lanes here. Yes, yeah, I'm happy we're gonna get Aaron Rodgers.
You missed you don't don't don't tell me a team
that I don't. I don't want it to go to
don't want to go, oh hey, hey, hey, hey, I
don't want to do anything karma wise that's going to
disrupt the Aaron Rodgers thing, because I just let's not
let that go there and then we'll see what happens.

As No, I'd rather have Lamar Jackson. But here's the thing.
They're in on Rodgers and we need somebody. And if
we don't get you know, because if we go after
Lamar Jackson, Aaron Rodgers gets mad. Lamar Jackson is on
the second choice. I'm gonna stay with the Ravens, and
the Jets still wind up with nobody. So fair. I mean,
Aaron Rodgers is always kind of mad, even if he's

smiling at you. Yeah, but I even want to be
kind of mad at the team he's gonna play quarterback for.
I don't think I oh, he's he seems to be
okay with that. I've been mad at the Packers for
a long time. Ah, Hey, Aaron, you're okay with us
talking to Lamar? Right? All right? Cool? Thanks a lot. Hey, No, no,
we still like you. We're just gonna go talk to Lamar. Yeah,
that's that's like saying to your date, Hey, all right,
that way. Oh, I had a lot of fun tonight.

it's a brothel, telling TMZ in a statement, Jimmy Garoppolo,
who just signed a three year, sixty seven million dollar contract,
he was offered free sex for life, like he needs
that from the brothel, like he needs their help. Jim

to get, you know, some kind of attention here, so
they offer, hey, the free sex for Jimmy. You can't

fall to good strategy like that. Pretty good strategy right,
by the way, does that work for a top notch, handsome, attractive,
