Yeah, but every game got win, is what I'm saying.
That's why today felt like a fumble dude. For honestly,
today the games. The Packer game was good, I give
it that, but nobody expected that the Dallas game wash,
the Seattle game wash. Like these games weren't even worth watching.
And we got Dolly Partner and Parton and Harlow, Jack
Carlo Day you go Jack, Yeah, and we got that

as far as our entertainment went.

Two wow, because I have two big ones downstairs in
the man cave. But that's a that's a gadget. I'm
a gadget type guy. You know.

I have two iPads and a Samsung tablet.

No, but I mean no, no, I'm more like it's
hard to explain. Like if I'm reading, let's say, here
are the top twenty gadgets for twenty twenty three, I'll
just go through it and oh, I like this one.
I need an automatic wine opener, even though I don't
drink wine. Are you?

Are you a sharper image fan? I love that me too.
Pull sharper image that. Look, the young people have no
idea what we're talking about.

Right.

That's old school, right there, sharper image. Sharper image. When
you think about it was that was kind of like
what Amazon is. Before Amazon, they had everything. They had
quirky things you can buy. Remember the clock that was
like floating in the air. The numbers with the numbers
are trying to floating in air. Yeah, like the original
drones and stuff like that.

Yeah.

Man, yeah, sharper image baby.

Speaker 3 (06:05):
Yeah, I'm not allowed to buy it anymore. Every time
I buy something, it's like it never turns out to
be what I expect. Or whenever I buy clothes it's
like three sizes too small.

Speaker 4 (06:14):
I'm always trying to I don't have one now, but
I would love to get in a smart watch game,
but I haven't found one that I like this. Apple
watches are too small because I'm six three two seventy five.
I got you know, big arms, and my Apple watch
would just look really stupid on my wrist. It would
look like a lady's watch. You know, women's watches are
normally smaller. That's what an Apple watch will look like

on my wrists. I want a bigger face watch because
my regular watches are big face tight watches. But I
can't find one that I like to keep my heart
rate and my steps for the day and my calorie
burn and all that good stuff. I want to get
in that game. But every time I find one, I
read some of the reviews and they're not so great,
so I don't buy it.

All right, But well, by the way, if you're buying
something tomorrow for Black Friday, let us know that. Maybe
tip us off to something. We'll want to buy it
if you're getting a good deal again, big vanilla funny
and at stinking genius one because there's a big shopping
day tomorrow. That's why they got the Dolphins and Jets
tomorrow at three o'clock. They're gonna make a boatload of

money when they started taking all those orders. People watching

Know, absolutely, question to you, do you like that game
being on Amazon Prime? Do you feel like? Because that
now everybody like, if you don't have it, you can't
watch it. But why would you do that? For the
very first Black Friday game one hundred million four at one,
they paid one hundred million. Oh okay, yeah, that would
be that would be a good rule.

So there's a rule that says you can't have a
game on Friday starting at six o'clock Eastern. So they
skirted the rules and put it at three o'clock Eastern
and went ahead and put it earlier. So you know,
I don't know if that's good. I don't know. I
wonder what the ratings are gonna be for that one.
I don't know if a lot of people are gonna
be watching. No, you will know, Aaron Rodgers, it's in it.
It's doing the shop just because it's Friday, this shop

I would have much rathered. I would have loved if
that was an eight eastern times start Prime time. It's
oh yeah, they ca Amazon Prime, right, so you put
Amazon Prime. But you're gonna show a game at one pm? Yeah, Like,
it doesn't. It just doesn't go together, doesn't fit. I'll
be here in the studio. I have it up on
my tablet because I don't think we have Amazon Prime
on the system and the TVs here. But I'll have
my tablet set up in front of me. I'll be

This segment is your Michigan Wolverines. And I gotta tell you,
I've never seen so much. I mean, I understand people
being on one side or the other, but my goodness,
the hate, the vitriol, the if you're on Michigan side,
you're cheaters. You know, it fests up. I mean people

like Paul Finebam. I mean, they want nothing to do
with Michigan. They wouldn't even put Michigan in their top
twenty five if they have I'm serious, I'm not getting around.
I don't if they have their brothers because they say
they're cheaters out there. Start with that vjcause I know
you're a big Michigan guy all.

You could kill somebody. Everybody else is going seventy seventy three.
What the hell did you pull me over for? You
picked me out because we're all doing that now. That
guy that was doing ninety, yeah, go get him because
he's going to cause an accident. He could kill somebody. But

we're ten miles over, but all of us are. You
just picked me out. So what Michigan cheating is cheating? Okay, uh,
but we know what real cheating is steroid circlevent in
the rules, banging on trash cans. What the Astros did
that was real cheating, of course, But in the sport
of football, I don't give a damn if you know
I'm running, run right, pass right, I'm trying to get

And I've never defended Michigan about this because if they
did it, they did it. My grandmother and used to

sign stealing is the reason why I'm running for over

where this is coming from. There's already another report that

Ryan Day hired a private agency to set up a
firm down the street from it inspir on. I don't
even have a problem with him doing that because I
get it. It's the rival where you do anything you can.
This job, this game, excuse me, costs grown men in
their families their livelihood. We've seen it. We can go
back to John Cooper. John Cooper had a great record,
but out of his twelve losses. Guess who. Nine of

them were two Michigan. That's why they fired him, and
he won almost one hundred games for Ohio State. It
was the same with any Michigan coach. If you can't
beat Michigan State, you can't beat Ohio State winning Big Ten,
you will be fired. And Harball felt that come in
until he said, Okay, I gotta go get me your quarterback.
Can't keep doing it with these fiftyear seamons. Bring in
JJ McCarthy. The signs stilling. Ain't guy, you think we
need signs to beat Produced, to beat Minnesota, to be Wisconsin.

There was an article let him is, most coaches say
that if they wanted to, they can steal your signs
by the end of the first quarter, at least by
half absolu.

Paul Feinbaum himself, speaking of which set his own self,
he slipped up in the interview. You can see he's
smirked like I might not have said that that he
had talked to almost every other Big Ten coach and
they openly admit we all steal signs, like we all
do it, but we cheat within the rules. That was
his quote, which means there's another coach that said this
to you, we cheat within the rule. Yes, we sent

somebody to go look at your signs. Okay, if he
wasn't supposed to record them, fine slap us with a fine.
You already suspended our coach, and let's move the hell on.
He needs the hell out of Ohio State on Saturday.
It's not gonna matter. Ryan Day's gonna be looking for
another job.

Why is he missing the last three games? Why didn't
they fight it more? It seems like they're trying to
think the NC double a well, it didn't seem like
they did their due diligence. And why would he get
suspended for all next year? What's that all about? You know?

Well, the reason why you do it for these three
games is simply this. You're trying to piece the EC double,
which I think is stupid. So I don't agree with that.

call game. There's no better team, just my opinion, but

about Jim Harball. This has got nothing to do with Michigan.

If Jim Harbo was at another power school, they'd still
be going after him. He speaks out against the NC
double A where he where the thing he said that
danc double A really hated. Remember the speech he gave
where he talked about giving players pieces of the revenue sharing.
You think the NC double A wants to hear that

just be yes, it's a witch it's a of course,

a what you couldn't easily just find them, and you
could have took some scholarships. Okay, fine, take five scholarships away.

I guess signs stealing made those guys that good that
the NFL guys couldn't tell what they were the chief

successful Belichick. No, no, yeah, but Tom Brady is smart
that that's old. Yeah, we did that, but we ain't

Jimmy that Michigan connection. And it's the Raiders they he
what do they need to do?

doing a great job at toughness. He's instilling that toughness.

horrible loser street. Dan Campbell goes in, You remember that year,
we won like the next four games, and we were
blowing people out. But once it's settled down, you can
see we were still the same team. We just got
a new little shot in the arm because Dan Campbell
was a tough guy and got big trap pieces and
muscles and veins in his arms. It still looks like

the guy could play. And he talks tough and talks
all tough Middle America and people buy into that. What
the peers say when he took that, I grew up
in the hood. I grew up in Compton. I grew
up with n w A and Raider Jaggar. What does
Middle America Raiders fans?

prefer to stay in Michigan and finished out his career

I think he would prefer to stay. His family all

neck door to him, So he would prefer to stay there.
But he did interview for the Minnesota job last year. Well, yeah,
he did interview for them, and so you know, I
just got called the spade a spade. I love Jim
harball Man. I grew up watching them. I watched them
at Michigan, So I have a soft spot in my
heart for him. Just go get this championship, put it in,

have a a few tiers and going and go back
to the NFL. Sir, you did what you're supposed to do.
You put Michigan back on top. You put a national
championship back in, back in the trophy case. And you

We got to move on. But he will not, I repeat,
he will not be coaching at Michigan Wolverines in twenty

You know, Tom flies when you're having fun. Man, this
is funny because well, not funny, but it's just really
cool and ironic. I never feel like I'm working. I never, ever, ever,
whether I'm calling games or I'm doing sports talk TV
or radio, it has never in my career felt like work.
And you're right. I look up at the clock now

it's nine twenty six. I'm like, damn, we're already two
and a half. We're two and a half half hours in,
got an hour and a got an hour and a
half to row.

All right, let me ask you this because I said
this last Sunday on The Show with Chris Plike. If
Michigan loses, they're gonna be out of the top four.
They won't go to the playoffs. But if Ohio State loses,
they still might find the way to still get into
the top four. Do you agree with that or disagree
with that?

Speaker 4 (19:23):
It all depends on what happens in the Apple Cup Washington,
the SEC Championship game. There's some other games that still
have to be played that's gonna dictate what still happens
the Silver and the Silver in the Civil War.

Speaker 3 (19:41):
But those are the games. I think Ohio State has
a better chance of getting in with a loss than
Michigan with.

Speaker 4 (19:46):
A loss, well, because they strategically set it up that way.
They have Michigan sitting at number three, so if Michigan loses,
they would have to fall out. If Ohio State loses,
you can somehow fix your mouth to say, well, they
only failed to four, especially if way, somehow, while Zoom
knocks off the Husky pendix, Junior just doesn't have a
great day. And uh, somehow, some way, somehow dj U

Galle gets his feet together and actually uses his feet
and points to where he's throwing the ball and doesn't
throw the ball to the Duck uniforms at Allison on Saturday,
And then maybe you can say that when move watched
it up only by they only won by two over
Oregon State though, and I and here's here's my thing.
I hated the fact that they jumped Florida State that way.
That didn't make any sense.

I didn't have a problem with that.

which is unfair because if you rewind your brain back
the last year. And I agree with the way it happened.
When TCU lost to Kansas State in the Big twelve
championship game, I came into the studio. We were all
talking before we went on air. Set hold on real
quick for going air, guys, TCU fall out. Everybody was
like no, I said, exactly, I agree with that. I

hope they don't fall out because everybody below them who
were losing and they stayed at number four even though
they lost to Kansas State and ended up being Michigan
