This is the best of the Jason Smith Show with
Mike Harmon on Fox Sports Radio.

Speaker 3 (00:28):
No, let's go, s thinking, genius, let's go. Let's go.

Speaker 4 (00:32):
You're not getting to help our college football teams need tonight.

Speaker 5 (00:36):
No, my dream is getting crushed, Chris, it's over. It's
getting crushed now.

Speaker 6 (00:41):
But you accepted it. You had accepted it.

Speaker 4 (00:43):
Hey, Welcome into the tirack dot Com studios. Tyrac dot
com will help you get there and unmatched the selection, fast,
free shipping, free roadhazard protection, and over ten thousand recommended installers.
Ti rack dot com the way tire buying should be now.
On this Black Friday, we will get to the Miami
offense win over the New York Jets, but Arnie needs

(01:04):
an Oregon State win and then an Arizona win tomorrow
to the.

Speaker 5 (01:09):
Arizona Wining Final. That's a done deal. We'll beat the
Micah drum. We it was fourteen to seven. We were
gonna go into half type fourteen to seven and get
the ball to start the second half. We were right there,
right there, Chris.

Speaker 6 (01:21):
Can you name the Oregon State starting quarterback?

Speaker 3 (01:24):
The yeah?

Speaker 4 (01:25):
Oh yeah, goae? Close enough. Yeah, you were in good shape.
And then Oregon did what Oregon does. HiT's a big
play and it's twenty one to seven at the half.

Speaker 3 (01:34):
It's over.

Speaker 4 (01:35):
It's I need for Oklahoma to get to the Big
twelve championship game. I don't necessarily need it, but it
would have added another option for Texas Tech to beat Texas. Yeah,
that's not happening. Texas lost its best wide receiver. It
looks scary Xavier Worthy and by the way, probable first
round pick if and he's coming out. But it's thirty

(01:56):
three to seven now in the start of the third quarter.
You just heard this say. Texas took the opening kick
to start the second half back for a touchdown and
the party is on on the forty acres. So, now, Arnie,
this was the only way. Well, and again we still
have a half to go right. But this is the
only way you can get in right. There's no other scenarios.

(02:16):
This Oregon Okay, all right, this is it, right.

Speaker 5 (02:19):
I gotta hope that Oregon State makes a second half comeback,
you know, takes the opening kickoff or the second half kickoff,
scores a touchdown, makes it twenty one to fourteen, and
somehow gets a turnover or something like that.

Speaker 3 (02:29):
I gotta pray for something like that.

Speaker 4 (02:30):
Chris and as an Oklahoma fan with the Sooners now
watching Texas when Texas is going to clinch a spot
in next week's Big twelve championship game in Arlington. All
we need, Arnie, all we need is for five and
seven BYU to beat Oklahoma State. That's all we need.
That's it. But it was a fun run. What a season?

Speaker 6 (02:53):
What a day? Can you believe?

Speaker 4 (02:55):
This is the last regular season weekend of college football already?

Speaker 3 (02:58):
I don't want it to end with the year that
Arizona's have it.

Speaker 5 (03:01):
I just wanted to go on and on and on
and oh man, I's and we may lose our coach.

Speaker 3 (03:06):
I'm getting all teary eyed.

Speaker 5 (03:08):
It's it's it's tough, but I'm still I'm still praying
for a second half Oregon State comeback.

Speaker 6 (03:14):
Well what if Okay, here's the scenario.

Speaker 4 (03:16):
You're praying for the second half Oregon State comeback, But
what if your coach leaves after this week and to
take another job. Then who's going to coach in the
bar you set up with your staff? Because I know
you don't care about coordinators or coaches, but do you? Oh,
you care about this one?

Speaker 7 (03:32):
All of a.

Speaker 5 (03:32):
Sudden, I don't want this one. They go, what's wrong with you?
The Oregon State's losing their head coach?

Speaker 6 (03:36):
Right?

Speaker 2 (03:37):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (03:37):
Apparently the hot rumor that Jonathan Smith, the Beaver's head coach,
is gonna be on his way to Michigan State, which, again,
I know all the disasters around Michigan State still a
better job than Oregon State. You have a conference home,
you've got good nil, and they're gonna love you when
you have a little bit of success there, So I
can't blame them if that's gonna be his gig.

Speaker 6 (03:58):
Hey are you?

Speaker 4 (04:00):
I'm surprising how quiet it's been around the Texas A
and M job. I thought there'd be big names galore
that'll be rumored for it.

Speaker 3 (04:06):
I didn't think they would hire anybody by now.

Speaker 5 (04:08):
But I thought there'd be more rumors and more innuendos
and more, Hey, look at this guy here, and this
guy wants the job, and this guy says he doesn't
want the job, but so far nothing to be honest.

Speaker 4 (04:19):
Well, let's let's go ahead and quit bearing the lead here, Arnie,
because you know, I'm a firm believer that any day
with football is a good day. Yes, but these last
forty hours of football, oh my gosh, I mean, we
just we need something, something competitive, something worthwhile. Started out

(04:39):
hot yesterday with the Green Bay win over Detroit, but
in all honesty, that was never really that close of
a football game.

Speaker 5 (04:46):
Yeah, but it was an upset though, so it was
more than a touchdown upset. It doesn't make a difference.

Speaker 6 (04:51):
You would have called that a good game.

Speaker 3 (04:52):
No, I didn't call it a great guy, That's what
I'm saying.

Speaker 4 (04:54):
I mean, yes, it's an upset. Upsets can be tear.
I'm trying to be on your team here. You're mister
grinch about football and can't wait until you have to
turn it on to I don't even know dateline or whatever,
But for this, this glorious moment, of football, foot faith,
football and turkey. I don't know if I got the
order right there, but for some choose that's what Thanksgiving

(05:17):
is all about. Family in there somewhere too. And the
football has just been terrible so far this week?

Speaker 3 (05:22):
Is it has?

Speaker 5 (05:23):
You know, the Cowboys just ran away with it the
fourth and that San Francisco's Seattle game was so buch unwatchable.
You're just you have it out of the background because
it's it's Nike Skip so bad.

Speaker 3 (05:34):
Yeah, not a good game either.

Speaker 5 (05:35):
In the Miami Jet game, I was even born now,
I'm a big Miami fit.

Speaker 3 (05:39):
I was born with it, you know what I mean.

Speaker 6 (05:41):
Chriz, Well, let's hit it.

Speaker 4 (05:42):
We haven't talked about it yet as we welcome you
into this Friday night on Fox Sports Radio, where we
do have we do have some big time.

Speaker 6 (05:49):
Guests that are going to be joining us later on
in the program. Matt Verderm will join us.

Speaker 4 (05:53):
He is with Sports Illustrating now on and I talked
to him quite a bit on Sunday nights, but it's
been a minute, so it'll be fun to catch back
up with Matt Verderram.

Speaker 6 (06:00):
It is always we'll hang out with her buddy Todd Furman.

Speaker 4 (06:03):
Nice, But what'd you take away from thirty four to
thirteen today at your boys, at your Dolphins. They're eight
and three now. Nothing overly jaw dropping. You lose Jalen Phillips,
one of your best defensive players that ever.

Speaker 6 (06:14):
Yeah, the injuries.

Speaker 3 (06:15):
Injuries mount up. But what did you take away from
a hooe hum kind of a day? Yeah, the injuries hurt.
That kind of sucked out there.

Speaker 5 (06:21):
I saw what Tyreek Hill went down with the foot problem, Like, okay,
season over, so that kind of a.

Speaker 3 (06:28):
Up set me. Thank goodness, he came on back when
it was ten to six.

Speaker 5 (06:31):
I thought it was gonna be like that at halftime
until Miami had the kick or the interception return for
a touchdown. I wasn't happy. It always seems like crazy
things like that happened to Miami, like in the New
England game on the kickoff for the last play and stuff.
So I mean it was it was a nutty play.
Miami had the tour with the pick six. How terrible

(06:51):
is that when you're up ten nothing and you let
him get back in the game with doing something like that.

Speaker 6 (06:55):
It was.

Speaker 3 (06:55):
It was a sloppy win.

Speaker 5 (06:57):
I'm not liking the way Miami's played the last couple weeks,
but I can't complain that they're eight and three right now.
They got a two game lead in the East and
hopefully though they'll continue to get better. But it was
a sloppy win.

Speaker 4 (07:08):
You're trying to tell me you don't subscribe to the
just win baby theory, No.

Speaker 3 (07:13):
Because I would to win a super Bowl.

Speaker 5 (07:15):
That's the that's the you know, the goal here, not
just gohead and win the division and get into the
playoffs or win a playoff game. It's about winning the
super Bowl. That's what I want to see the Dolphins
do it. They play like this, They're not beating anybody
in the playoffs.

Speaker 6 (07:28):
So can I just push back slightly here?

Speaker 3 (07:31):
Yeah, go ahead.

Speaker 6 (07:33):
You're knocking out the teams that you're supposed to knock out.

Speaker 4 (07:36):
I mean, it's not like anything is happening in these
games that are showing you're a bad football team. You
haven't beaten a team with a winning record yet, But
what can you do beat the teams that are in
front of you?

Speaker 3 (07:47):
Right right?

Speaker 4 (07:47):
So, I as long as Tua is healthy and as
long as Tyreek Hill is healthy, which it kind of
looks like he is right. I feel really good about
things for your guys. And this has been a hard
one eighty for me because I loved see you in misery,
not because I don't like you, because you're so arrogant
about your teams when they just have the slightest bit
of success.

Speaker 3 (08:06):
I didn't like to pick the pick six though by
two and that who did?

Speaker 5 (08:09):
Ye?

Speaker 6 (08:09):
Who does?

Speaker 4 (08:10):
But if that's the one mistake he makes during the
day and you still win by three scores, you gotta
feel good about it. Which, by the way, though, I
do understand this because I think the New York Jets
might be the worst football team I've ever seen put together.
That everyone crammed down my throat telling me was ready

(08:31):
to take that next step.

Speaker 5 (08:32):
I know, is it disgusting or what it really is
that they're just their offense is about as pathetic as
they come.

Speaker 3 (08:38):
I would never warr it.

Speaker 5 (08:40):
I mean, the fact they were they picked up a
first down made me sick to myself making it.

Speaker 3 (08:44):
It was horrible, Chris, it really was.

Speaker 6 (08:46):
Okay, here's the thing.

Speaker 4 (08:49):
I understand. I completely and totally understand Arnie. Aaron Rodgers
went out, he got hurt. That was that was their
plan in twenty twenty three and beyond right and he
goes down.

Speaker 6 (09:01):
But here's what I hate.

Speaker 4 (09:03):
Here's what I hate is whenever I have all these experts,
all these I don't know, I've got to come up
with a better turn than like cleat Chasers.

Speaker 6 (09:12):
But it's the guy.

Speaker 4 (09:13):
Who's in the report that in the reporting world that
carry the weight for front office guys because they give
him information and tell them stuff, right. And all I
heard about the Jets already is well, that's a roster
that's a roster now that you know is really and
that's a defense. That's a defense that is really really
good and it might not matter o Zach Wilson completed
a pass. Look, I just feel like, I don't know,

(09:36):
I feel like we have given them a pass or
a majority of this season because of Aaron Rodgers. All
I heard about was the greatness of the roster that
they've put together.

Speaker 5 (09:44):
What would the record be if they had Aaron Rodgers
healthy and he was playing right now? What are you
because right now they're four and seven. You don't think
they'd be four and seven to Rogers, do you?

Speaker 6 (09:53):
Why not? Why not?

Speaker 4 (09:55):
What have they done the last few weeks defensively, that
would make you believe that outside of the Raiders game,
and the Raiders think, I mean they might win that game.
I'll give him four and sevens. That'd be five five
carry to one five and six five.

Speaker 6 (10:07):
And I don't think maybe like a.

Speaker 5 (10:09):
Six and five football team. Big deft between that and
four and seven, that's for sure.

Speaker 4 (10:14):
I mean, is it would they be talking? Is that
a Super Bowl defense?

Speaker 5 (10:20):
It's a pretty damn good defense, so at least we
thought it was coming in.

Speaker 3 (10:26):
No asked Arnie. That's what I'm talking about.

Speaker 4 (10:28):
I've we've been told incessantly how great the defense is,
and I feel like it's sporadic. Now I'll blame him, man,
I'd get angry if if my offense was constantly doing
that to me, right, But I mean this is I
wouldn't be surprised if they fired Robert Sala after the season.

Speaker 5 (10:46):
Oh you know there's always talk were we brought that
up last night when I was filling on in. I
didn't really think at the beginning of the year that
he was coaching for his job and then that was
the season is going along. I may have to agree
with you, man, I've done kind of like a one
eighty on this.

Speaker 3 (11:01):
I'm like, how many wins does he have to get?

Speaker 5 (11:04):
Or at least they have to be consistent offensively, Like
I said, they're just putrid out there. I don't know
what he has to do to save his job. They
may already decide they want to go to a different direction.

Speaker 6 (11:13):
How big of a loss is Phillips in your opinion?

Speaker 3 (11:16):
Oh that's horrible, isn't it. I mean, did you see
did you see the video of the injury? Yes?

Speaker 6 (11:21):
Are you kidding me?

Speaker 4 (11:21):
It's the first thing I looked for and whenever I
was watching the highlights. What a terrible person with you?

Speaker 5 (11:27):
That's so horrible, Chris. And really, I mean not that
you look for it. It's just look at the video.
You're like, oh no, and you can see it's as
plain as they I would never have noticed if they
don't slow it down and slow mote for you. So
you I mean some of the videos like slow down
and they circle it in red and they show your
word to look and stuff like that.

Speaker 3 (11:47):
It really looks painful, you know what I mean?

Speaker 4 (11:48):
Now, look right here, this is the moment where you
can see the achilles.

Speaker 3 (11:52):
Yes, right, Oh very much?

Speaker 4 (11:55):
Nice what is your team done this year? They've overcome adversity.
You're eight and three, As you mentioned, you got four now,
well it is a two game lead over the Buffalo Bills.

Speaker 6 (12:06):
You're in good shape. I think you should be on
cloud nine.

Speaker 5 (12:09):
Oh we are good, Joe. We're gonna We just clinched
the division. The divisions are. That's that's pretty much a
done deal. So pretty much forget about that. And not
only that, you want the kicker not only as my
Arizona not always my Arizona Wildcats doing great. I still
hope that they get into the Pac twelve championship. Not
only are my Dolphins going to the Super Bowl. Did
my Knicks just win the championship?

Speaker 6 (12:31):
Yeah? I think we did this last year early in
the season.

Speaker 3 (12:33):
Don't no, did we win the in group championship thing?

Speaker 6 (12:36):
Or is that not?

Speaker 3 (12:37):
I don't know if that's going Didn't we win something?
This was part of that.

Speaker 4 (12:41):
You're the Knicks fan that's telling me about this, So
don't I don't you act like I've spent any portion
of my day today. The most NBA I've had today
was hearing Rob Parker and Andy Furman complain about not
knowing the rules of the playing tournament. That was the
intent that good. I know that was the extent of
my NBA information. I'm leaning on to say. And I
guess you now because I didn't see one damn NBA

(13:03):
note on your Roman numerals, So go ahead and bring
it up.

Speaker 3 (13:05):
No, no, I was just kidding your rabid thing.

Speaker 5 (13:07):
One they had a good from behind victory against Miabbi
and they were celebrating.

Speaker 3 (13:12):
I'm like, oh, did we win play in tournament or
something like that. I don't know. Yeah, we're not even
We already lost like one or two games.

Speaker 4 (13:19):
Yeah, it's we got a little waste to go on
that right now. I think, No, no, we do.

Speaker 6 (13:24):
We do.

Speaker 4 (13:24):
Everybody calm now, we got a little ways to go
on that. But I will add, I will add I'm
actually one of those people that actually likes the in
season two, Oh Jesus, thoroughly enjoying it. I don't know why.
Well A, the Lakers are good in it and they're
not good in anything else.

Speaker 6 (13:38):
I don't know.

Speaker 4 (13:38):
Maybe I'm like a twelve year old I like the
different colored courts. But regardless, the Sager's here tonight to
keep you up to date on the NBA and what's
going on all right? We got a bevy of college
football games going on, none of them are necessarily close.
But as we're at halftime, Arnie's Arizona Wildcats still very
much alive for a spot in the Pac twelve Championship game,
but they'll need to come back from Oregon State here

(14:01):
in the second half. We'll keep tabs on that. Plus,
let's go all in when we come back on what
we did learn from not just Thanksgiving football, but the
first ever Black Friday football game. I don't want to
say in the history of the NFL, but let's just
say it's been a minute. Starting plank infor Jason and Mike.

Zada and Super Bowl champion. Yep, that's right, Plexico bur

talent on it.

All right, welcome back, Zarny and playing on a Fox Well,
actually we're in for Jason and Mike on a Fox
Sports Friday.

Speaker 6 (15:30):
Baby.

Speaker 3 (15:30):
Yeah, what'd you forget where we are now?

Speaker 4 (15:32):
Well, my whole days thrown off right. I'm on this
football game today. We had NFL games yesterday Todd Furman
for the bet to Board podcast, and I was watching you, Todd,
because I didn't realize how much you're doing on CBS
Sports as well, and for some reason, unlike the CBS
Sports app, they weren't playing the game.

Speaker 6 (15:50):
So I just watched you talk about it yesterday. If Phillisten,
did we do we get a good Thanksgiving for the books?
Did we get a good college football Friday for the books?
How to go?

Speaker 8 (16:01):
I'm going to go the way of the player, especially
late in the day when you have a trio of
big favorites in Penn State, Oregon, and of course the
Texas game is still ongoing as they're looking to try
and score with a sixty against Texas Tech and their
Big twelve regular season swansong. Doesn't really put the house
in any good spot. You look at the NFL games overall,
you had favorites to win and cover in three out

(16:21):
of the four games between Thanksgiving and the Black Friday game.
All four games end up going over the closing total
as well. So the thing that helped the Books out
was getting the Green Bay Packers to beat the Lions outright.
But they much would have preferred if it was the
Seattle Seahawks winning in the Sunday night game or it's
the Sursday night game instead of the underdog winning in
the first game of the day.

Speaker 5 (16:41):
Toddle Motherray with the Cowboy game with the forty one
million or the forty four million being the most watched
regular season game. What does that equate to in money
being bet Does that mean so many people watching it,
so obviously there's a hell of a lot more bets
or not.

Speaker 8 (16:55):
Really, there's usually a good correlation between games that are
going to have a lot more eyeballs on them and
the kind of money that'll change hands. And it's not
going to rival Super Bowl handle or anything close to that.
But when you look at these games, there's a reason
that you know Sunday night games and Monday night football
games when they're marquee matchups and some of the biggest
brands out there do substantially better from a betting handle

(17:15):
standpoint than a game nestled into the heart of a
Sunday schedule. And no matter what people will tell you,
the NFL is still king. Everybody else plays second fiddle,
even with some of the marquee college football games getting
prime time locations and the calendar as well. Ohio State
Michigan will be the most handled game in my opinion,
of the college football weekend and maybe even of the
entire season, but it would have done even bigger numbers

(17:37):
if it was played in prime time on Saturday night.

Speaker 6 (17:40):
They love, They love that noon Eastern spot.

Speaker 4 (17:43):
So for you, Todd, let's talk about this game for
a second, because we really haven't yet tonight.

Speaker 3 (17:49):
How much of an impact last two games?

Speaker 4 (17:52):
Not much? But can let that game get a little
tight last week? How much of an impact for you?

Speaker 6 (17:57):
Is it better? Does it make the Jim Harboss not
on the sidelines.

Speaker 8 (18:01):
It's a combination of factors. I think in a tight game,
Harbaugh's absence could be a deciding factor late in a contest.
But I think the bigger storyline of fall out for
Michigan is the ankle of JJ McCarthy. I mean, he
had his worst completion percentage of the entire season last
week against Maryland. They didn't have any designed runs for
a quarterback who can provide that level of mobility that's

(18:21):
so difficult to defend. And there's other injuries that Michigan's
dealing with along the offensive line. Roman Wilson should be
good to go, but he was injured last week and
against Maryland wasn't able to finish that game. And it's
part of why you've seen the betting market respond in
a game that would have been Michigan minus six a
few short weeks ago. We're now sitting in that three
and a half range, and I think what's been surprising

(18:41):
is the general public wants to back to Scarlett and
Gray here, something that I didn't think we were going
to see when Michigan was blowing away everybody that stood
in their path up until they started to deal with
some of the inevitable aches and pains, nicks and bruises
that are a big part of college And of course
the NFL as well Todd.

Speaker 5 (18:58):
Would all be hatred in this game. And I feel
coaches are going to go for it. They'll be trick plays,
they'll go forward on fourth down. I even think there'll
be a touchdown if it's going to be a blot
like the last two minutes, just to rub it in
somebody's face all those reasons there, do you take the
over because you know somebody's gonna go out, they're going
to pilot on or.

Speaker 6 (19:17):
What I mean.

Speaker 8 (19:18):
You're talking about two of the best teams in the
country from a defensive standpoint, so it'll be up to
which offense is better equipped to execute. When you look
at Ohio State, they have more difference makers in my opinion,
as far as the offensive skill positions are concerned, and
they've shown a lot more balance with Travian Henderson getting
healthy with that lower body injury. But at the same time,
you know, what do they ask if Kyle McCord, it's

(19:39):
still a young quarterback in a difficult spot. He didn't
exactly go out there and light the world on fire
in South Bender earlier this year. Other than that drive
to win the game late, they didn't let him do
a whole heck of a lot against Penn State. And
if they don't fear that Michigan is going to be
able to move the football as effectively as they've done
in each of the last two meetings, I'm not sure
a track meet ensues. You look at the history between

(20:00):
these programs, though, and each of the last nine games
have all gone over the total. We haven't seen an
over under set in the mid forty since twenty seventeen,
so you're seeing the number reflect where these two teams
are Defensively, I can't really advocate from a true number
standpoint going under, but when you look at the style,
pace and flow that these two teams want to employ,
you can understand why it's been an absolute battle in

(20:21):
the betting market seeing over money at forty five to
forty five and a half, and every time the number
touches forty seven, you've seen a little bit of under
money start to ender as well.

Speaker 4 (20:29):
Todd, real quick before we move on past college football,
is you feel like this is pretty cut and dry right?
As long as the undefeed is take care of business,
we're in good shape. Are you a do you want
to be you want this to be chaotic? Are you
you wanted to see this be crazy with six one
loss teams and trying to figure it out? Or should
we hold off on one anything too crazy until next year?

Speaker 6 (20:51):
Well?

Speaker 8 (20:52):
I think if the teams hold serve and you have
four undefeated teams, it's going to be difficult to keep
any of those out of the college football Playoff. I
know they'll be folks out there that are going to
advocate for Florida State not being the same team without
a healthy Jordan Travis. But if you're able to go
into Gainsville, win at night, and win a conference championship
with a backup quarterback, I think that speaks more about
the Seminoles being a complete team. Now, the side that's

(21:14):
going to have the most difficult championship game will be Washington.
I mean they'll go into Vegas next Friday night against
an Oregon team playing their best football of the year
as a substantial underdog. You know, figure Washington opens in
that five and a half six, maybe even as much
as a seven point underdog. So with that being the case,
they go out there and finish thirteen. To know, nobody's
going to keep them out. But we say it all

(21:34):
the time, Chris, and we may see an upset tomorrow,
we may see won a championship weekend. I think the
committee will be dealt a lifeline. And the bigger question
that could come up is if there are two teams
playing for one spot and their conference championship winners in
a twelve and one Alabama team and a twelve and
one Texas team, who ends up getting the nod knowing
that Texas has the head to head victory despite their

(21:54):
current current form not being on the same level as
the Crimson Tide.

Speaker 5 (21:57):
By the way, Todd an alter line, I take my
Wildcats minus fifty or something like that.

Speaker 3 (22:03):
Is there something that I could take that I'll give
you minus fifty?

Speaker 8 (22:06):
Yeah, yeah, I mean, if you want to look for
an alternate number. I mean, there are going to be
plenty at your disposal. I'm not sure i'd really want
to lay fifty in this particular five. I mean, the
bottom line is, Arnie, I know you like to live
a little bit dangerously. And when we look at the
Territorial Cup, if memory serves me correctly, we don't have
to go back too far to find a game that

(22:27):
was rather lopside. That's right in one manner or another.
So who knows history could repeat itself in this particular spot.
But I'm not quite sure Arizona will be putting me
seventy to seven something on ASU that ASU imparted on
you guys back in twenty twenty.

Speaker 4 (22:44):
Todd, I'm asking a simple question tonight, and nobody is
answering it for me except for Arnie. And now hopefully
you did you like the Black Friday Game was a broadcast?
What you expected? Was it nice to have an NFL
standalone today? Or do we need to have a double header?
Do we need to not even worry about it, just
play the games on Sunday?

Speaker 6 (23:01):
What'd you make it? The Friday game?

Speaker 8 (23:02):
So for me, I get it from a business standpoint,
and I'm not sure, it's about the NFL as much
as it is Amazon using everything at their disposal to
keep people at home on Black Friday, because look, Amazon
is a retailer at the end of the day, and
if you're watching a game on Amazon Prime, you may
be more apped to buy a couple of additional items
for friends and family members. So I think it's a
conscious business decision there, but candidly, from my standpoint, Black

(23:25):
Friday has always been about college football, and it took
me about midway through the second quarter to even remember
that the Jets Dolphins game kicked off in the middle
of the day at such a unique time.

Speaker 4 (23:34):
Love it, Todd, I have a great week, and I
hope we get to talk to Yougains Sunday night.

Speaker 8 (23:39):
Always a pleasure, gentlemen. We'll see if we can make
a little time once we have an idea of who
the four college football combatants will be where I should
say I'm jumping to go one a week early, at
least a better idea of who controls their own destiny
comet next week for the championship games.

Speaker 5 (23:52):
Thanks to good good I hope you had a good
one enough it was no frills. I was filling in
last Night with VJ. So you know, I was just
watching the game as and my son is at his
girlfriend's house in Indiana so doesn't get back till tomorrow,
and it was just me and my wife, so it
was just really pretty much chilling, h nothing earth chattering.

Speaker 3 (24:10):
I made.

Speaker 5 (24:10):
I told her, look, if you're not going to cook,
just make me one thing. Just make me like a
whole cast role of stuffing. So that's all I ate
was stuffing and gravy. I didn't have turkey or anything
like that.

Speaker 6 (24:22):
Not a turkey guy.

Speaker 3 (24:22):
No, we'll have one probably on Saturday or Sunday when
my guests gets.

Speaker 6 (24:26):
Oh, I see what you're saying right way, and then
you guys are going out of town on them.

Speaker 5 (24:30):
It's like creek guys going to Costa Rica. Very excited
about that. I can't wait. Very swanky resort that we're
going for free business here. No, no, because my wife
got it from her she made President's club at her job.
So I get to tag along. So it's gonna be great.
It's in some swiky resort and we get to go

(24:53):
for free and they give us money for booze too.

Speaker 3 (24:55):
So that's that's gonna be fun.

Speaker 6 (24:58):
I'm so old now. When I drink, I get like
in digestion. So I look at you. Yeah, I got
a pre toms.

Speaker 5 (25:03):
I'm just gonna get like booze coming out of a
pineapple or coconutters. Oh there you go, have that little
fruity drink with it. That's what I'm talking about. That's
what I'm talking about.

Speaker 4 (25:11):
We just watched the end of the Texas Texas Tech
game for those of you that stayed with it, both
of you Texas fans, fifty seven to seven. So Texas
finishes eleven and one in the regular season. Their only
loss was to Oklahoma and the Red River rivalry. There
is a chance there is a chance that those two
teams could play again in the Big twelve Championship game,

(25:33):
but Oklahoma needs some help specifically for BYU to beat
Oklahoma State tomorrow, and Arnie's unfortunately not getting the help
he needs.

Speaker 6 (25:40):
To get airs.

Speaker 4 (25:41):
It's not gonna Happenack twelve Championship Game thirty one to seven,
as theres what just about a minute left in that
game moregon State.

Speaker 6 (25:48):
It wouldn't cover what's the number in this game?

Speaker 3 (25:51):
Fourteen? So not gonna cover that one.

Speaker 4 (25:54):
Yeah, okay, yeah, no, no, no, it's gonna say they're driving whatever.
It would be one of those scores that would be significant, no.

Speaker 3 (26:00):
Back door covered, no, but yeah, they need two scores
with this one.

Speaker 6 (26:03):
Sorry did you?

Speaker 4 (26:04):
But hey, you know what, not a bad year for
Oregon State. Fun team to watch. Let's see if they
can keep their coach around or if he's off to
Michigan State. All right, when we come back, we're going
to hit your tweets. We are guest free the rest
of the way, So let's start previewing Ohio State Michigan.
Pretty big day tomorrow in college football, and we'll give
you our first sneak peek into a busy Sunday as

(26:27):
well in the NFL. It's all coming up with Arnie
and Plank on Fox Sports Radio. Be sure to catch
live editions of The Jason Smith Show with Mike Harmon
weekdays at ten pm Eastern seven pm Pacific. Arnie, I
have a quick confession for you. So I need for help. Yes,
So I am. I am losing stuff like crazy. I'm

(26:48):
getting old right, Oh oh yeah, it happens. Forty eight.
Got to stretch my back more?

Speaker 3 (26:54):
Why you are old?

Speaker 6 (26:55):
Told you so? After the game.

Speaker 4 (26:58):
Today, I realized that I had a loose twenty dollars
bill in my pocket. It's like, oh, I don't want
to lose that. So whenever I came home, I was
ninety nine point nine percent sure that I put it
in a drawer where I like to keep things, like like,
everyone has a dad drawer, right, Usually he's got buttons

(27:20):
and I don't know, like nail clippers and stuff you
never used. So I slid this twenty dollars bill in there.
I can't find it, but I'm not about to ask
my wife because I don't want her to know that
I have a twenty dollar bill.

Speaker 6 (27:32):
Oh what, I'm saying, he got it because I know?
So can I go in there and be like, you
guys find anything? I don't know what to do here
because I know she has my money, aren't he?

Speaker 3 (27:46):
My dad gets all of it.

Speaker 5 (27:48):
My dad used to hide his money stash in one
of his soup pockets in his in his closet, and
one time my mom found it and took the whole
damn bank and my dad was screaming bloody murder.

Speaker 3 (28:03):
It was crazy.

Speaker 4 (28:04):
Now, before you start saying playing it's twenty bucks, what's
the big deal.

Speaker 6 (28:08):
I mean, bro, come on, if I have to sit
in on the overnights, that four pack of bush Light
is like four bucks.

Speaker 4 (28:16):
I need that in case I get the call from
uh Scott on Big Ben mallor or when it comes
to filling it for Bernie Frattle.

Speaker 6 (28:23):
But yeah, so what should I do here?

Speaker 3 (28:24):
Just continue to bladly give her the twenty and just.

Speaker 4 (28:29):
Play dumb. And if she's like where this come from? Like, huh,
I don't know.

Speaker 3 (28:33):
Get a new hiding place is what you need, dude.
If she found that in my hiding place, I'm in
big trouble. I'm gonna get one of the Bible. And
when the Bible opens up, it's hollow inside.

Speaker 4 (28:45):
Well, as we come to you live tonight from the
tire rack dot Com studios want to remind you the
tire rack dot Com. They'll help you get there with
an unmatched to selection, fast free shipping, free road hazard protection,
and over ten thousand recommended installers. Tire rack dot Com
the way tire buying should be. Steve Desager told you
at the top of the hour, a pretty chalky day
in the world of college football. In fact, I think

(29:07):
pretty much all the Favorites won Oregon thirty one to
seven of Oregon State. Sorry, Arnie, that eliminates Arizona from
PAC twelve championship conversations. Does it elevate in your opinion?
Bo Nick's even higher in the Heisman conversation?

Speaker 5 (29:23):
You know, I think it does a little bit in
the Heisman conversation. But I'm really wondering what this guy's
going to be on the next level. I mean, you
talk about a guy that's improved ever since he came
over to the pack.

Speaker 3 (29:33):
It's unbelievable.

Speaker 5 (29:34):
I didn't think anything of this guy when he was
what in Auburn, but now it's a whole different story.
I would love for you to find out if there
was any projection on him being drafted back then compared
to now, and what a big difference it would make.

Speaker 3 (29:51):
And it's like night and day with this guy.

Speaker 5 (29:53):
You know.

Speaker 4 (29:54):
I find it pretty amazing that the SEC's best quarterback
is a PAC twelve cast and maybe for this year,
the PAC twelve's best quarterback is an SEC cast off.
You got Jaydon Daniels that flamed out at Arizona State
when he transferred to LSU. Everyone's like Jane Daniels, You're
not going to do anything. He might be the Heisman

(30:16):
Trophy win. The same thing with bow Nicks, So I
will say I think bow Nicks it's more wild to
see him doing what he's doing.

Speaker 6 (30:24):
Arnie.

Speaker 3 (30:24):
He was thirty three or forty for three hundred and
sixty seven. But that's offense. I keep saying myself. You
know what I mean there?

Speaker 6 (30:33):
Yeah, yeah, I mean that's seven incompletions and almost four
hundred yards of total offense.

Speaker 3 (30:40):
But he's not with three scores.

Speaker 5 (30:41):
He's not doing that if he was the quarterback at
Alabama or anything like that. It just happens to be
the system. But I mean that's the system. He plays it.
You know, it doesn't make an efference at this point.

Speaker 6 (30:51):
So every quarterback that's ever played for Oregon is a
system quarterback in your mind, even though it's been like
four different coordinator since Chip Kelly.

Speaker 8 (31:00):
No.

Speaker 5 (31:00):
But it does make you wonder, you know, because they're
so high paced two a lot of the times. Though
they didn't slow it up against Oregon State today, they're
just so high paced. Like I said, it started off,
I said, I'm curious what this guy's gonna do with
the next level if he's really that good or for
a lot I had to do with the SYS to
be well, well.

Speaker 6 (31:18):
Can I can I ask for a pause? Can I
throw a challenge flag?

Speaker 3 (31:21):
Yes?

Speaker 4 (31:22):
Why does it have to be the next level? Why
can't you see what he's going to do in the
PAC twelve title game or maybe the playoffs?

Speaker 3 (31:27):
Oh?

Speaker 5 (31:27):
I expected to continue playing great, you know, he's done
that all year. That's that's why they are. What a
five and a half point favorite over Washington. That surprised
me a little bit. I thought it was gonna be
like two, two and a half three. Didn't think it
was going to be that. I Todd said, maybe go
up to six or seven. That's insane, you know, right?

Speaker 4 (31:46):
Well, and let's remember these are projected lines. They haven't
necessarily been set yet, right right, Okay, Yeah, but I
don't see any reason why to think that it wouldn't
be that kind of number for the PAC twelve title game.
I'm just I'm I like, how do you even know
who the offensive coordinator at Oregon is?

Speaker 3 (32:07):
Off the top of my head?

Speaker 6 (32:08):
No, yeah, I mean I had.

Speaker 4 (32:09):
To look too. I'm not gonna lie, but it's Will Stein.
But so does does Kenny Dillingham then, or is Jade
Rashotta just automatically gonna be amazing tomorrow against Arizona because
it's the system that he ran into Oregon to. I mean,
I just when you say system quarterback, I feel like
that's almost dare I say demeaning to what the guy's
been able to do.

Speaker 5 (32:28):
I look, I'm not trying to demean him, because I
really think he's been fascinating him. Like I said, it's
night and day from when he won when I had
played in Auburn. So I certainly give him credit for that.
But it certainly is fast paced. He certainly gets the
ball a lot more. He certainly had a lot of,
you know a lot of games where you could just
run up numbers with what they do there in Oregon.

(32:49):
So you know, all that does play in the factor
here a little bit.

Speaker 4 (32:52):
So the other college football game that we were watching tonight,
well there were two others, and they were both very ugly.
Texas demolished Texas Tech fifty seven to seven. In fact,
it got so bad that they were trolling the commissioner
of the Big Twelve in the fourth quarter. Because Brett
yor Market in the preseason talked about Texas Tech Joey

(33:13):
maguire making sure, Hey, I'm gonna be that Texas game
and I expect, I expect to be able to celebrate
with you. They got beat by fifty, so that was
pretty funny. And in Penn State be Michigan State forty
two to Zip tonight. So in our three primetime games,
the closest spread we had was what twenty four points.

(33:36):
Penn State wins by forty two and Texas wins by fifty.

Speaker 5 (33:40):
Always take Penn State coach Franklin since the two thousand
and five has covered the spread more than any other
coach in all.

Speaker 3 (33:48):
Of college football. I don't know if you know that?

Speaker 6 (33:50):
Is that real?

Speaker 3 (33:51):
Yeah?

Speaker 5 (33:51):
That is true, even in like Michigan Ohio State games,
In all games and fix two games, James Franklin has
covered this spread more than any other coach in college football. Yeah,
I thought I had sent you that. I'll try to
find it again. Yeah, these there's nobody even close to
what this guy does.

Speaker 3 (34:11):
It's absolutely amazing.

Speaker 6 (34:12):
So wonder they keep him around.

Speaker 3 (34:14):
I was about to say the alumni love that's.

Speaker 6 (34:16):
Why I look at this guy.

Speaker 4 (34:17):
I mean, we'll lose Ohio State and Michigan, but we
bet against us in those games. One quick note before
we get to the tweets to the show the win
by Texas tonight. There were reportedly, Arnie, like one hundred
and twenty six different potential scenarios for the Big twelve
championship game. Yeah, but a majority of them involved in
Texas loss. Right, So Texas wins tonight, and based on

(34:40):
the rules that are out there, if Oklahoma State wins
over BYU, they're in. If BYU beats Oklahoma State, Oklahoma's in.
That's it spread.

Speaker 3 (34:50):
What's the spread on that?

Speaker 4 (34:52):
Last I checked was twelve and a half. Let me
see if they got a new number. Oh wow, I
was off. Seventeen is the number? Oh wow, wow seventeen.

Speaker 3 (35:02):
Ouch, good luck on that.

Speaker 4 (35:03):
So yeah, I think I'll be uh, I think I'll
be a little bit upset like you were tonight, watching
that game tomorrow night, out of curiosity, because we're gonna
spend a lot of time coming up in the final
hour on some Ohio State Michigan stuff, including conversations about respect,
which I find hilarious And I'm not trying to implode
your picks segment, Arnie, Right, but any other college football

(35:26):
game outside of Ohio State Michigan and your beloved Wildcats
and the sun Devils.

Speaker 6 (35:31):
That's caught your eye for tomorrow.

Speaker 3 (35:32):
We ow about my Auburn.

Speaker 5 (35:34):
I mean, that's it's always good to see a rivalry
like that. That used to be one of the rivalry
in college football. Everybody be watching that one. But it
seems like that's taking the back seat to what's going
on with the Ohio State Michigan game. Is it not?
Or what?

Speaker 6 (35:47):
Yeah? But I mean I think Auburn got beat by
New Mexico, so.

Speaker 4 (35:52):
I know, I know, but that again, you throw them out.
You're supposed to throw them out, can I can? I
interest you? And maybe Washington State Washington Big Cup. Yeah,
definitely the Apple Cup. I would love to see it
upset there.

Speaker 5 (36:06):
I don't think it's going to happen, but that one's
there's certainly a great rivalry.

Speaker 3 (36:10):
Also. I love that one.

Speaker 6 (36:11):
All right. Florida State Florida. I didn't bring up either.
See that's what I was gonna ask you about.

Speaker 4 (36:15):
Next the Backup Quarterback Bowl, right, both teams are having
to play their backup quarterback. I this is funny. I
am a big fan of Florida State's backup quarterback. I
pronounce his name a different way every single time, so
I'm just gonna warn you about that right now.

Speaker 6 (36:30):
But I believe it's Roddamaker. Ted Rodemaker takes over Arnie.

Speaker 4 (36:34):
He made his forget this note that I found this week,
Ted Roddamaker will get his first start since twenty twenty. Okay,
when he started in twenty twenty, Arnie, he became just
the fourth freshman, true freshman to ever started a game
at Florida State. Wow, isn't that crazy with some of
the quarterbacks they've had. I don't know, man, I think
that's a complete team. I think it's gonna be even

(36:56):
though that's in the swamp, and even though Jordan Travis
is out and now everyone's looking for a reason to
drop them, I think Florida State's a pretty complete team.
I think they can still get a win here, uh
and force their way into the playoffs with a winning
the ACC title game.

Speaker 5 (37:09):
Yeah, I don't think I that was one of my
picks for the picks segment there, but you know, I
would love to see Florida able to keep it close.

Speaker 3 (37:17):
Don't think it's gonna happen. I wonder what happened.

Speaker 5 (37:19):
I didn't see the beginning of the game last week
against Florida State where they got behind thirteen to nothing.

Speaker 6 (37:25):
Trick plays?

Speaker 3 (37:27):
Is that what it was?

Speaker 4 (37:28):
Is that what got Alabama ran about ten trick plays
and all of.

Speaker 3 (37:33):
Them, all of them worked.

Speaker 5 (37:37):
I would have loved and you know what, had stayed
a little bit close, like within a touchdown or two,
Florida State I felt would have dropped like unbelievably.

Speaker 3 (37:45):
Yeah, I agree, Yeah.

Speaker 4 (37:47):
I agree. All right, Well, we'll get to more college
football coming up in just a bit. It's alread even playing.

Speaker 5 (37:51):
Cat Can I give a quick shout out since we're
talking about rivalies, I know this is going to kind
of take a left hand turn and stuff like this.
But you're to stand now, there's not gonna be any
booing tomorrow, right because according to the coach Popovich, you
can't on boo. We're better than that. You understand that.
Don't you write no booing tomorrow?

Speaker 6 (38:09):
Well, I'm watching I'm watching the Spurs right now.

Speaker 5 (38:13):
Yeah, so I had that game on too. Good job
Papovich is doing with the Spurs. I got to tell you,
three and twelve.

Speaker 4 (38:19):
Is why would we not be able to boo tomorrow?
Who san Antonio got tomorrow?

Speaker 5 (38:24):
No, it's just you know, when Popovich opening up his
mouth about the whole Kawhi Leonard thing and getting on
the crowd for booing and stuff, you think you'd have
better things to worry about, like his team in the
middle of like a ten game losing streak. I think
this guy is so out of line, Chris, It's so disgusting.
Here's a guy that beglittles the sideline reporter, acts like

(38:44):
a horse's ass sometimes at the postgame conference, opens up
his mouth on just about every subject other than basketball.
But he's gonna tell the crowd that don't boo when
they pay good money to go to the game.

Speaker 3 (38:58):
I think it's ridiculous.

Speaker 4 (38:59):
You know, well, you are really mad about that because
that wasn't even on your road I.

Speaker 3 (39:03):
Know, I know, I know.

Speaker 5 (39:05):
And he didn't even say anything to his buddy Steve Kerr,
who I'm very mad at, and taking a shot at
Scott Foster like that the referee that that was an
out of hand. I'm surprised. Kurr's usually a laid back guy.
He kind of lost his marbles there, you.

Speaker 6 (39:18):
Know, you.

Speaker 4 (39:19):
You don't think there's anything to the accusations by Chris
Paul when it comes to.

Speaker 3 (39:24):
That, Oh yeah, I do.

Speaker 6 (39:26):
Why want to be bad for Steve Kerr to say that?

Speaker 3 (39:29):
What about his wife?

Speaker 6 (39:31):
Okay, so that's probably getting a little bit too care.

Speaker 3 (39:33):
Yeah, that's getting you.

Speaker 5 (39:35):
Let me tell you something, if a referee said anything
about a player's wife, you get punched in the face. Probably, yes, yes,
they would. So I thought that was out of lit
I thought he was going to apologize for that. I
know he was trying to be funny, but the whole
thing is getting out of hand. Three technical fouls. I

(39:57):
just I wonder. You know he's gotta be you gotta
bring Scott Foster in and says there gonna be a
problem the rest of the year, or or can you
rev some of these games?

Speaker 3 (40:05):
You can't have this, you know?

Speaker 7 (40:06):
Wait?

Speaker 6 (40:06):
Okay, so hold on here. I'm confused.

Speaker 4 (40:08):
You're first taking a shot at Steve Kerr, but now
you're asking Scott Foster if there is a problem.

Speaker 6 (40:14):
Are You're usually a ref killer, So I can't act
like that.

Speaker 3 (40:18):
Though.

Speaker 5 (40:18):
You can't act like that, Chris, Though you can't. You
can't be talking like that to a to an NBA ref.
You could disagree and say you're allows the ref and
you're blowing every call and stuff like that, but you've crossed.

Speaker 3 (40:31):
The line when when you're doing stuff like.

Speaker 6 (40:32):
That, Okay, then what should be the punishment?

Speaker 5 (40:36):
Oh, I just assume they're going to find Kerr, but
I haven't heard of anything yet, so maybe they're not
going to punish him at all.

Speaker 3 (40:41):
I thought they would give him a fine.

Speaker 4 (40:43):
Maybe the NBA looks at it and says, huh, he
might be right. Maybe this guy is. I mean, you're
at the number one ref killer on this whole show.
Yes I am, Yes, this whole network. And now all
of a sudden, because Steve Kerr makes an offhanded comment,
suddenly it's like.

Speaker 3 (41:00):
A hand out of hand.

Speaker 6 (41:01):
It really was.

Speaker 5 (41:03):
It just feels like we're really getting out of hand
when it gets to the referees. It just, I mean,
really there's a lot of vitriol get toward them. It's
getting out of hand.

Speaker 4 (41:12):
You know, it was Cliff Paul who slept with your
wife and not Chris. Leave him out of this. But
it was, uh, it was like back and forth when
they're going at it. It's not so both the guys
going through a divorce. Suppose his wife is sick.

Speaker 6 (41:25):
You're not supposed to You're supposed to leave that stuff
at the door, right.

Speaker 5 (41:27):
Okay, So if if wives are okay, can you talk
about kids too?

Speaker 6 (41:31):
Why not?

Speaker 7 (41:32):
Oh?

Speaker 6 (41:32):
God, you do? I mean you make fun. People make
fun of Brownie James and these kids.

Speaker 3 (41:38):
All the time.

Speaker 5 (41:39):
What's different. He's an athlete, he's in the he's in
the limelile.

Speaker 4 (41:42):
Now you're starting to back yourself into a corner here.
Oh no, no, no, everything.

Speaker 6 (41:47):
Is fair game.

Speaker 4 (41:47):
But you're gonna stand up for Scott Foster of all
guys here tonight.

Speaker 3 (41:51):
You could rip Scott Foster, but just don't make it personal.
And that's what they did. They made it personal.

Speaker 4 (41:56):
I gotta have I have no problem with making it personal. Really,
why not do your job? You have one freaking job.

Speaker 6 (42:03):
Do it.

Speaker 5 (42:04):
You must hear some good stuff on the sideline of
either team. I'm not gonna say Oklahoma, but either team.
And the way they talk to the refs.

Speaker 4 (42:11):
Down there right, well, you gotta be careful now because
refs are super sensitive. I mean, it's the real And
I don't blame him. I would be too, but I mean,
like super sensitive, So I just I don't hear anything,
are you I don't know what you're talking. It's always yes, sir, no, yes, sir, absolutely.

Speaker 6 (42:27):
Yes, ma'am. You got it?

Speaker 4 (42:29):
Hey, can we can? I I gotta, I gotta take
from the NFL game today.

Speaker 6 (42:34):
You want to do more Popovich bashing, I think I've
done enough for him.

Speaker 3 (42:39):
I'm I'm sure he doesn't care what I Anyway, as.

Speaker 6 (42:42):
Soon as I saw that the other night, whenever he
grabbed and by the way, can you all.

Speaker 4 (42:49):
Act like you've watched a little bit of basketball in
your lives right just a little bit? It was, Oh
my gosh, I've never seen a coach do anything like this.

Speaker 6 (42:58):
It's happened a lot.

Speaker 4 (42:59):
I mean, come on, yes, Billy Tubbs grabbing him mic
and got tossed out of a game when he told
fans to quit throwing things regardless of how bad the
officiating is.

Speaker 3 (43:07):
I mean, was it Sam Wise that says this isn't
Cleveland or what it says it?

Speaker 4 (43:11):
That's right, that's try. I mean, act like we've paid
attention just a little bit. But as soon as I
saw that, I was like, oh gosh, arn, he's gonna
be all over that trying to tell the fans what
they can't.

Speaker 6 (43:22):
Don't boo this guy who never played once he got
mad here and decided that load of management was a thing.
Don't you boo him.

Speaker 5 (43:31):
You were the reason why you love Papavitch. But you
tell you you came out to the Medians and I
don't know why he's playing.

Speaker 6 (43:36):
You were one of the reasons.

Speaker 3 (43:37):
Why you left.

Speaker 6 (43:38):
Maybe Popovich looks over there and thinks, you know, I
put him in here with this big guy women Yama.
It does seem like things are going too well in La.
Let's get him. Maybe he's trying to pave the road
to get him back to San Antego.

Speaker 5 (43:52):
Goodness, he's such a great coach. Otherwise, that's why he's
still a rap.

Speaker 2 (43:56):
We heard you.

Speaker 3 (43:56):
Yeah, I think Greg Popovitch is a good coach with
all his rings.

Speaker 6 (43:59):
We get it. You've you've brought that point up many times.

Speaker 5 (44:02):
No, because he's not out a good team. Isn't funny
when he doesn't have a good team, he's not such
a great coach anymore, you know.

Speaker 4 (44:07):
Okay, Well, I want you to find me. I want
you to find me a legendary coach that didn't.

Speaker 5 (44:12):
Have a good team and that didn't want great player
who and still won the championship.

Speaker 4 (44:19):
Sure, find me a great I'll wait and we can
sit here. I kick my feet up because we'd be
here for he.

Speaker 3 (44:27):
Wasn't a great team. He had one player.

Speaker 6 (44:30):
Milwaukee had a three headed monster, Arnie.

Speaker 4 (44:35):
All right, anyway, this is why I don't talk NBA
with you. All Right, It's uh. I got a break
when we come back. I got something from the NFL
reaction today involving the Dolphins and the Jets, and I
want to share. And it's kind of a little bit
of a shot at the AFC versus the NFC. We'll
dive into it next the Darnie Spaniel. I'm Chris Plank
