listening to Fox Sports Radio. Hello and welcome inside final
hour tonight to The Jason Smith Show with my best
friend Mike Harmon. Where your party in Jersey City right
now is off the hook? Are you kidding? Right now? St.
Peter's upsets Kentucky, a school that I think has about
(00:46):
eighteen people in it total. Well, they crashed the website
after victory, and then John Morant as I tweeted a
I texted to you and Frostburg Hey, a team from
Kentucky one today a putting the you know, kind of
the hands up raised the roof kind of thing with
(01:08):
the horse for the racers. Uh so, you know, trying
to create some controversy and chaos. I love it. The
Mighty Peacocks are on top of the basketball world, the
only team in D one to have peacocks as their nickname.
That is pretty cool individuality and it's and it's piste
off looking peacock too, Like there's no happiness there. That's
(01:30):
not just one that's chilling. That's like if you're hanging out,
if you're in southern California, head up to palace verities,
you're gonna meet some of those. You're gonna hear them screaming,
and then you gotta watch yourself. We have a peacock
in in my neighborhood. It's been living here apparently for
like ten years. About that, I'm like, seriously, yeah, you
see the peacock. It's it's it's like, okay, it's got
It's like I think the peacock's name is Bill, Like, oh,
(01:51):
it's Bill the peacock. And actually saw a couple weeks ago.
Just watch, there's a peacock kind of decided to live
in the neighborhood. Well, I mean, you can make them
up hat maybe you know what, that could have been
a sign had I seen the peacock right before I
picked my bracket turner, I said, that's a sign. I'm
taking the peacocks. I'm taking St. Peter's in the upside
over Kentucky been a hell of a pick. According to
(02:12):
you know, I think there's some fuzzy math going on.
I saw a graphic after that game saying there were
still eight hundred seventy three perfect brackets. I say eight
seventy three. My asked, there's no how many people go
to St. Peter's. I mean, maybe eight hundred and seventy
three people go to St. Peter's, All right, maybe and
they congratulations Shaheen Holloway and and that squad. I mean
(02:34):
he was postgame interview was fantastic. Uh, A lot of
chuckles and a lot of excitement obviously flowing. But yeah,
I guess that would that might be a lot of them,
the alumni base, and at least that many people hate
John Calipari and picked against this. Is that how many
people that went to Louisville are picking against John Calipari
just because even in the first round. I mean, I
think they'd pick him in the second round to get
(02:55):
upset to have him go out like that right away.
I mean that that's it's a long time to keep
that hate strong. Nah, that's not saying that people can't
do that. I know people in my life that old
grudges for decades. So I mean there's a lot of
family beef that never gets resolved. Well, you sound like
Jack Teller. We heard it was a family beef. That
(03:19):
was that was an inside beef, just calling it what
it is. There's a lot of beef. No, you know what,
no one, no one says that. I think we instead
of a disagreement, a fight and arguing the controversy, there's
a beef. I think having to be beef is a
pretty cool phrase. It should come back more people should
use that word more. That was a beef means. I
watch a lot of cop movies and television shows set
(03:41):
in the seventies. Who's beef in with? Who? Uh uh?
It's free? It comes walking in Sydney, Sit down, have
a cream soda, do some blanket thing. Uh So St.
Peter's on top of the basketball the upset Kentucky. Look,
we said the last hour, if any point on Calipari's
needs to sit back and go. Have I maxed out
(04:02):
here and maybe it's time to go someplace else, whether
it's to the NBA. Now is that times If you
couldn't win this year, you had a great team. I
know you got that big contract. But wow, that's gonna
be difficult. See. I think the other part of it
was it was the one that jumps forward, not that
he decides to get out, but I think perhaps you
would have a couple of boosters saying, what are we
doing here? Sure this is not We're not gonna pat
(04:29):
you on the back and say great year. Way to
come back from last year when you were under five hundred.
Great job, John, No, that's not happening right now because
about that, he's gotta it's not just boys do all
this money and where can he get better? But at
some point when you were a coach, you have to say,
all right, I gotta get out before I get booted out.
And not that they're gonna do it right now, but
how how much? How much is Kentucky really buying John Calipari. Now,
(04:53):
this is you're going on a decade without a Final four,
right And and yes you had a great run ten
years ago of national idle, national title game, Final four,
but it's been it's been a dry spell. And so
after all this money and we're playing well during the
regular season, they have not seen any return. So it's
you know, one more year and suddenly those whispers get
(05:14):
louder and can we buy him out? And it was
fifty million dollars we owe him now, Uh that then
it can get there. So if but this is the time,
if I'm Calipari, I go, yeah, maybe maybe now's the time.
Maybe now's the time for me. It's almost like you
could hear hear the the siren call pole question or
is he the most overrated coach in college athletics? Is
(05:35):
it him or Harbor? Age seven seven? Look at Harbor
at least got to the Harbor got to the final
four this year. He was fine. Everybody finds their their one.
You're kicking the guy when he's at the best he's
ever done. Now that is he overrated? Hey, I celebrated
him the whole way, right, because it goes back to
(05:56):
the same thing of realizing who you are. And this
is where I talked about Kentucky boosters maybe being deluded
because a lot of the success is predicated on his
recruiting skills right, and his way of getting the next
run of top level players into the Kentucky program. Likewise,
Michigan was never the every year powerhouse that everybody tries
(06:21):
to portray them to be right. That was not the
case with chem Beckler. But that is the legacy, that
is the legend that Harbaugh has been living up to.
Even though he's been winning nine ten games a year,
it was still he's not good enough. It's like, what
the hell do you want? People? Eight seven seven nine,
(06:43):
Fox eight seven seven six three six nine The Jason
Smith Show with my best friend Mike harmon Um. Earlier
today we found out the Browns out of the running
for Deshaun Watson. We have more on that drama coming
up in a few minutes. Then later on in the day,
Carolina Panthers were informed you are out on the Deshaun
Watson pursuit and Sam Sam Sam Sam, But that's fine.
(07:05):
You still have Sam Donald uh So. Now, according to
Adam Schefter, this has come in just in the last
couple hours, the race to trade for Deshaun Watson is
now down to two teams, the Falcons and the Saints.
The Falcons today push back Matt Ryan seven and a
half million dollar roster bonus from Friday to Tuesday. This
(07:27):
gives Atlanta a few days to hear Watson's decision and
try to trade Matt Ryan if they can so okay, yeah,
Atlanta is in it. But come on, look at what
happened today. The Saints are the number one choice. He's
gonna wind up going to the Saints. The Saints had
four of their players today, Taysom Hill, Bradley Roby, Malcolm Jenkins,
ex Jet to Mario Davis all restructure their contracts so
(07:52):
they could get thirty million dollars cleared in cap space.
All right, now, this is almost enough to absorb Deshaun
Watson's thirty five million dollars next year. This can also
be something where if they get him, they have another
player who they can have him move his contract down
a little bit. Of course, to Shaun Watson can restructure
a little bit as well, so they can absorb to
Shaun watson salary end still get a couple of final
(08:15):
pieces they need in free agency or if they want
to make a trade. Um, this is not happening unless
they they're pretty confident they're getting to Shaun Watson. You
don't ask these guys day four of free agency when
it's the bottom of the barrel. For the most part,
it's guys who either have waited too long or guys
who are are gonna be depth players. Uh, you really
(08:35):
wanted to do this for some other reason, You're gonna
do that right before? Uh, this started free agency, so
you have money to go sign guys. They do it
now because they know that's where he's gonna wind up.
You don't do it unless you're pretty sure. Now what
Deshaun Watson's camp is doing, what I'm sure the texts
are doing is Okay, what if the Falcons find a
way to just blow our blow us out of the
(08:57):
water with an offer or they want to do it,
We to wait because this is a bit of war.
We're going to get more from one team or the other.
But clearly this is not happening if the Saints don't
think they're getting DeShawn Watson. So it's pretty easy to
me saying, well, if it's down to these two teams
and one team had one guy push a seven million
dollars signing bonus, and one team had four players restructure
(09:18):
to gain thirty million dollars, yeah, it's gonna wind up
being the Saints. I feel pretty good about that. Yeah,
I think the curiosity is Uh. Any agreement Matt Ryan said, yeah, okay,
we can move it to Monday, like he's resigned to
this is done. So even if Deshaun Watson doesn't show up,
there is he in Cleveland? Is he with Seattle? Is
(09:39):
he in San Francisco? Reunited with Shanahan. See there's your
complete chaos theory. Dave Jessison, Trey Lance back to Atlanta,
and then Jimmy Garoppolo ends up, uh well, Indianapolis or whatever.
How about that for a little chaos theory for you. Yeah,
your money is interesting. I saw reports that they were
(09:59):
trying to get all these different music moguls to talk
to Deshaun Watson to try to sell him on Atlanta,
which I think is interesting. But New Orleans seems like
a place you can come in and and make noise. Right.
Thomas had already restructured his deal, uh, and he's ready
to come back and be a contributor again. So you
(10:20):
have him and Camara off the jump. Taysom Hill goes
back to just being uh the jack of all trades
instead of the experiment that Sean Payton loves so much.
So you can at least push that away, uh, because
I imagine just wait a year when Sean Payton becomes
coach of the Cowboys. Next year, he'll bring in Taysom
Hill as a starting quarterback. No, And and then Taysom
(10:41):
Hill will become a nationwide favorite. Look at this guy,
because all of a sudden he showed up on Thanksgiving
Day and all these other things. But where is this guy?
Ben Well, he was in in New Orleans. Remember he
did all this frequent guests of the program back in
the day too, and we randomly had a lot of
call ins on thirst and Monday nights. But yeah, but
(11:03):
with Watson, I mean, it's interesting that he's got uh
the power that he does given the sort of damn
damocles that's been hanging over him, uh low these many
months as you try to figure out exactly how this
plays out and what that compensation is on the back end.
Kyle Pitts, you know, thought he was delivering the goods
earlier today on Twitter and quickly retracted his his statement
(11:27):
that was leading to a hey, Watson is now part
of the fold. Uh So, I don't know if that's
now screwed over Arthur blank in negotiations because he was
also a guy that was quoted oftentimes talking about the
quality of character of players that he wanted in that
locker room as well, so he's already getting called to
(11:48):
task for even being in the mix, let alone potentially
Watson showing up there. Now, this is a decision that
we could get if they pushed it to Tuesday. Will
probably come over the weekend, but it could come as
early as five minutes from now. Yes, it could. It could,
But I don't know, is it. Do we really expect
it to be tomorrow? Unless and and I will open
(12:10):
this part of it because normally you say something like this,
you hear this phrase and it's it's just something made
up by an agent. But could I see a mystery
team getting involved now like they were waiting for this
to be the moment? We don't want to go in
because we don't want to do what the Browns did,
which was boy, we screwed ourselves by saying stupid. Now,
to be fair, there aren't many guys like Baker Mayfield
(12:33):
at least that we're aware of, right, because if you
were to do a list right, say we were doing
a ranking or a pole question of which core bricks
see what I did there, I was most likely to
react negatively and create chaos related to rumors of the
quarterback coming in who would it be of was probably
(12:55):
gonna run run away with that and you'd move on
to another question pretty fat as So you know the
mystery teams again, If I can get a top five
guy when he's on the field, I gotta know my
place in the pecking order as big as my ego
and my accomplishments. Maybe. But but the thing is, with
a guy like Watson, there's many reasons why. There's you
(13:17):
don't want your quarterback to know. You don't want to
cause any sort of controversy that you don't have to.
You also don't know how the Deshaun Watson move is
gonna go over with your fan base, and that's gonna
be something that we get into a lot in the
next few days. Um So, could I see a team
waiting going Okay, now we know who's it down to it.
It's down to the Falcons, It's down to the Saints.
All right, what's the best offer on the table. We
(13:39):
can do better than that. Let's go get DeShawn Watson
now that I can see. Just because teams wanted to
wait and see which way the wind was blowing where
they can do, how serious could we be? So maybe
that's why it's gonna be a couple of more days.
But at this point he's got to know where he
wants to go, and this is gonna be we're working
out the trade at this point. So I I have
to think that the Saints and I would not be
surprised that we find out tomorrow that the n c
(14:00):
a is saying, finally, good, we're done with big NFL moves.
We had a big Davanta Adams trade. Okay, that's fine.
Now we're gonna have all day for basketball. And nope,
we're gonna get the Deshaun Watson trade right around the
middle of the day, right when people are hey, we're
gonna get the end of some games, just like today
where the NFL and the n c a A just
fought for headlines all day long, back and forth. Here's
(14:21):
a big five twelve upset. Well, Baker Mayfield wants to
be traded. We got another big five twelve upset. Well,
guess what, Davanta Adams just got traded. Well, now we
get a two fifteen upset. Well, guess what. Now we
know where DeShawn Watson might go. I mean, I'm sure
it would happen tomorrow to screw the n c A A. Yeah,
I think it's it's kind of fun, right, the the
chaos and the back and forth and the recognition of
(14:43):
how the NFL still controls a bit of everything, right
because you take it to the week. Hell, let's look
get over a two week span. What was the biggest
story to start last week? The Calvin? That was that?
That was what you called the Calvin Ridley, right, Yeah,
Calvin Ridley and that died so fast. Yeah, that seems
(15:05):
like it was like with a bunch of bad takes
and a bad acknowledgement and understanding of how the world
actually works. But I won't beat up on my fellow
broadcasters too much in that regard. I think you get
stated it so long ago. Now it's a bad time
for be reinstated. But but think about how quickly that
flipped Rogers and Wilson and then everything else started to flow.
Here's Colone Mack, here's this uh and now this week
(15:26):
selection Sunday that nobody cares filling out your bracket. To
hell with that. Tom Brady's back, all right. He ended
his forty days sojourn and his lenten season and decided
he wanted to recommit to football. There it is. He
got it out of his system. He went away, he
did the family thing. Either he or his family decided
it was a better idea for him to be back
(15:48):
on the football field. And away we go. So Selection Sunday,
no buzz, no juice at all. And then we get
into the week and it's the same thing. All right,
here we go, all these great upsets and all these
great matchups and one NFL story after the next Southern
there little billion stories that what you got a little
Southern accent right there? You did? Well? You know what?
(16:10):
I watched a lot of interviews with coaches with Southern accents.
H and I finished watched Brian Kelly. You watched Brian
Kelly doing yeah no. And I finished watching UM home
team earlier today. So the attempt by Kevin James to
have a quasi Southern accent, like Sean Payton has a
quasi Southern accent sometimes. Mr Goodall is on the commissioner
(16:35):
of the NFL. He didn't say what his job was.
Be sure to catch live editions of The Jason Smith
Show with Mike Harmon weekdays at ten pm Eastern, seven
pm Pacific on Fox Sports Radio. And the I Heart
Radio app, Fox Sports Radio, the Jason Smith Show with
my best friend Mike Harmon. You Aaron Rodgers. Uh, that
(16:57):
was the Davante Adams on his way out of Green
Bay earlier today. That's kind of look, if these reports
are true, that's kind of what he said, isn't it. Hey,
we'll pay you more money then the Raiders can offer,
but you still want to go. It's my lifelong dream
to be a Raider or to live in Las Vegas.
(17:17):
Who was it? Yeah, you know, it's my lifelong dream
to be a raider. Which your report was? That was
that rap report? I think so? Uh, that was supposedly
what Davante Adams told the packers. Packers offered more money
than the Raiders. That yeah, I believe that, But it's
his lifelong dream to be a Raider. The Raiders are
where you go when your career is over. You know,
(17:38):
it's like, Okay, I'm done. I know I can go there.
They'll pay me for a couple of years. Um. But
the part of this deal that I get, because there's
a lot of backlash, now, what the hell are you doing?
Why would you sign Aaron Rodgers to all that money?
If you're just gonna trade your best receiver. Are you
trying to compete? Are you not? What are you doing? No?
(17:59):
I get this. I get this because the Packers know
they need to get better for next year. Right. It
sounds it's it sounds crazy, right, but they gave Aaron
Rodgers a lot of money. They're thinking about the next
three years. At least Rogers coming off of a couple
of m vps in a row. He's playing at that
high level. Um. They also know that their team is
(18:20):
not good enough as it is now. Where were their
failures They did not have enough offense when it mattered
most the last two times they've gone out in the playoffs.
They did not have enough offense against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers,
and they clearly didn't have enough against and overmatch San
Francisco forty Niners team where their offense was just okay
and they couldn't score enough points to win that game.
(18:41):
They know they got to get better offensively, and if
they bring back the same crew, you're expecting the same result.
Everybody's just a year older, right, It's still the offense
is still good, but you see, it's not good enough
to win. It's not so you're giving Aaron Rodgers money
to stay, how do you get better? Well, here's Davonte Adams.
We could give him a lot of money and we
(19:01):
could bring him back and then we're trying to do
the same thing all over again. Or we can trade
him to the Raiders. We can get a couple of
draft picks, free up the money we were gonna pay him,
and maybe make our team a little bit deeper and
better offensively, because wide receiver is a position that you
(19:23):
can replace very easily. I know we're talking one of
the best in the game in Davante Adams, and he's great,
but what do we see last year? Guys coming out
of the of college now are the best wide receivers
that we've ever seen, because you have to really suck
in personnel evaluation to miss on a wide receiver in
the first couple of Plenty of them still do, but
(19:44):
the heroes of the day, but you have but really
look at look at some of the guys, like you
watched Jamar Chase coming. That's the point over right, justin
Jefferson comes in and takes over right, we see we
see it everywhere. Jalen Waddle comes in, catches a hundred passes.
Davante Smith comes in, plays in credibly well. The Jets
get Elijah More, you think, well, he's gonna suck. It's
a Jets guy and it's a second round. No, Elijah
(20:06):
More is really good. The wide receivers are coming in
at such a high level now and they're producing so
well so early. So if you're the Packers, you can
take some of this money and you can go out
and get one or two guys now. You can go
get a Jarvis Landry, you can go get you can
go get another player. I mean, Odell might be a
little bit difficult because you don't know when he's gonna
come back to play because a torn a c l
(20:27):
in the Super Bowl. It's gonna take a long time
to heal. So, but you can go out and get
one guy now in free agency or via trade. And
then you just got two big draftings. You got a
first round pick out a second round pick. You can
take two wide receivers and suddenly you're putting guys out
there that are pretty good, and all of a sudden,
your wide receiver room is much better than Davante Adams
(20:48):
and a bunch of Jags because that's really what it was.
It was just a bunch of Jags. So now trading
your best wide receiver doesn't seem like it could help.
But you gotta find some way to to get better.
And if you can have better depth at wide receiver,
you know, Aaron Rodgers gonna find the right guy. You know,
that's what's gonna happen. So if you can get a
couple of young guys coming in, you just get it
(21:09):
right on your on your wide receiver evaluations, whether it's
Drake London or or somebody else or uh yeah, then
you're looking at a team that man, maybe we don't
miss Davontae Adams as much as we think because wide
receiver is an easily replenishable position in the NFL. You
see it every single year. And the guys at the top,
now where Garrett Wilson will be another guy you could take.
(21:30):
These guys are all really, really good and if you
hit it, if you want to do that, if you're
the Packers, and Aaron Rodgers is gonna stand in there
during the draft and in the war room saying I
got a list of twelve wide receivers and we're gonna
take all twelve of them. Here are picks, this is
who I want? Here is right, Then that's what you
have to do. But that's a way where you can
take a difficult situation in trading Davontae Adams and turn
(21:51):
it into a positive because if you've got to replace
one position on your team with somebody good coming up
from the draft wide receivers, where you want to do
it at because there's so many good guys coming in. Yeah,
I'm looking at and and the work was done. This
goes back two years. So obviously we add a couple
of those guys that have coming in and become stars,
like bona fide stars, but just versus serviceable. Uh, seventies
(22:13):
seven wide receivers in the first round of the draft
in the century, and of them, nine of those seventy
seven qualified as first team All Pro selections. Twenty one
of them had been first team Pro Bowl selections. So
I just hang a star on the alright. But but
(22:35):
it's really got to look the last five years. This
is not this is not a going I gotta take
a long view, because you know, you got a couple
of guys that came in and started and even those
already got a hundred catches that he might have been
well have been getting it from Ben Roethlisberger. Still a
hundred catches, but he fell forward. But look, look, we
love you Jan Len Waddle. Don't get me, but look
(22:57):
look at the guys that the last couple of years.
You see, the Lamb came in and was terrific. You know,
Jeff Brandon I wasn't as terrific this year as folks
would like him to believe, you like to believe still
called passes. He's the number one nine. You know Tee
Higgins did, Cole Beasley, he just got released. You had
Guy Well, Cobe, Well, colbe I've just look if we're
(23:17):
gonna talk about how many, right, but what Ceedee Lamb,
you know had a good enough year that hey we
can we have to say goodbye to a Marii Cooper.
Now we're okay with doing that. We look the first
two rounds of the draft the last few years have
been great. What look, wide receivers are coming in so
polished now, I mean, really, this is a five year trend.
This is not I'm going back to. This is the
last three to five year trend where it's been working
(23:38):
like this. Yeah, I'm curious to see where the growth
is there. I'm worried about Dallas's offense, but that's just me.
But to this point, he replaced the guy had a
hundred sixty nine targets and I know the win loss
record without him has been strong. And the touchdown to
interception ratio that you cite for Rogers, it's always strong
because he doesn't take chances right, he doesn't normally. The
(24:01):
strong arm guy is the guy that's trying to put
balls where he shouldn't uh, downfield and getting you know,
tight coverage. Uh. And he'd do that too Adams for
for a bit, but otherwise it's been Aaron Jones. And
then he had Alan Lazart who didn't look at on
a play that is really will go down and infamy
(24:21):
as to uh shrinkage uh in the playoffs, but from
Aaron Rodgers. So now you look at the the best
of the rest in terms of your wide receivers. Right,
Allen Robinson got his deal with the Rams. That was
one of the guys that would have been on a shortlist.
You've got Jarvis Landry, You've got Odell Beckham Jr. Coming
back off injury, and then you start looking around, right,
(24:42):
Julio Jones is tangentially tied to the Buccaneers, it seems.
But what's he got left in the tank. Well, with
Tom Brady, maybe you find out there there's something a
little bit more there. Uh and it was just a
bad fit, but we'll see. But for for Aaron Rodgers,
I mean, you've got a Marie Rogers that you you
drafted last year five nine guy played a little bit
(25:03):
out of Clemson, and then maybe MVS comes back. You
still have Lazard. Tonyon should come back. He's a free agent,
but coming off an injury, shouldn't have to spend a
ton on him. And obviously Jones and Dylan in the backfield,
so you still have that under tow. And now it
becomes the all right, Aaron Rodgers, you got paid, We're
(25:25):
probably gonna draft you wide receivers in the first round.
Like everybody always complained about right, people always wanted both ways.
How could you let DeVante Adams go like, well, he's
gonna get those first round picks he always wanted right,
So you know, it kind of goes part and parcel.
Although some folks are just laughing, said, I hope they
totally zig zag whichever when you want to use and
(25:47):
take a quarterback. We're planning that this is our last year,
last dance, because that's what everybody was setting it up for,
right like it was gonna be a last dance scenario
if Adams had played on the franchise tag. Instead, you
make this deal and and now you try to rebuild,
and and I don't doubt his ability to turn guys
(26:08):
into above average or even star power. Once again, folks
seem to forget what Davante Adams had done with Derek
Carr in college before getting to the pros, because I
heard a lot of he made Davante Adams the guy
is like, no, he helped him along. There's there's no
doubt that that it was a nice symbiotic relationship. But
(26:28):
let's not make it sound like this guy was some
slouch that he suddenly turned off. You know, Hey, he
was a seventh round also ran dude that became one
of the top three receivers in the game. That was
not the case. So uh, moving forward, look at still
their division if they want it, and maybe they'll move
Jordan Love to wide receiver. Hey, try to get him
(26:48):
on the that would be an awesome. I'd love to
see that. Jason Hill, Hey, can you get some receiver
gloves and go out there and catch some passes? Okay,
just for just down, just you know, humor me for
about five minutes to go out and do that. Is
this why I've been doing this in practices for the
last two years. What the hell it's build into this?
But no, I mean it, it'll be an interesting experiment, right,
(27:09):
can you immediately plug and play? Because odds are there's
multiple guys right too, probably two and maybe three at
a couple of free ages. There's a bunch of guys,
but are any of them really players that are gonna
move the needle greatly? Landry is the only guy that
stands out to me because you've got injuries concerning you know, Odell.
(27:30):
How quickly is he gonna be back and ready? Yeah?
But if if you're, if you're, if you're, if you
are saying okay, and you turned to Vanta Adams and
it becomes Drake London or Garrett Wilson and Jarvis Landry,
well okay, then suddenly that's not bad. I mean, it's
not Davanta Adams, but you have a couple of guys
catch passes now and not just one, you know. I
(27:51):
mean you look, you gotta do what you have to
do to be able to keep it going. He's some
kind of change. Well, and when he signs a deal
that's worth fifty million dollars, you got no choice. Yeah right,
I mean you whether what. That's the beauty of this
is there's so much of the well it could have been,
this could have been, that now would be. You know,
it's a dream come true to wear the silver and black.
And maybe there is that maybe we could find dig
(28:12):
up some old Davante Adams pictures of him run around
with again Stable or Jersey. I don't know, maybe Evince Evans.
But the the idea is that you'd already committed such
a large pile of cash to to Rogers. I don't
believe that the Packers were offering him eight million. I
really just don't. Maybe maybe I've become too cynical and
(28:35):
snarky and sarcastic. I just can't believe that to be
the case, particularly if you have the report that this
would was going on and Rogers was aware that the
breakup and a trade was inevitable, right that. I don't
think the two can coexist because otherwise Davante Adams at
twenty eight million dollars familiarity guy, you play or either
(28:57):
that or it just says he really doesn't like Aaron
Rodgers very munch, which made the case too. No, you
could be right, No, you could be right. I I
just don't you know. I thought we were joined the hip. No,
I don't like you. I don't like you either. Okay, great,

all false TV. This is true TV. This is true TV. Okay,

guys can be wrong, then Steve, Yeah, but I got
I got no respect here. It's like I don't even exist, well,
stat guy, because I'm sure Harmon's cheena. I'm sure he's
watching true TV right now, watching Dark Night because because
fast Food, He's is actually on right now. That is
(31:40):
a true TV show. True TV show, Yo spring Break,
Yo spring Break a comedy show where fifty something's attempt
to infiltrate spring Breaker parties and find out secrets the
partygoers have. Oh it's last Vegas on crack. I love it,
but no, it doesn't exist. I actually have a clip
(32:03):
from that show. If you want to hear it, you do.
This is Yo spring Break, a comedy show where fifty
something's attempt to infiltrate spring Breaker parties and find out
secrets the party goers have. You have a clip from
that you want to listen to it? I think it's
addressed to Mike's mom. Now, wait a mean now before
you play it, do you guys want to change your answer?
Do you guys want to change your answers. No, I'm
gonna stay where I'm at. I'm still gonna say no.
(32:24):
But I am curious what I'm about to hear, because
if I'm wrong, I will subscribe to it immediately. All right,
let's hear a clip from it. I just want to
boldize to Mike's mom and Josh's mom and my mom.
I'm sorry to everyone. What a party, Yo, spring Break.
(32:49):
That is a show. Let's get on that. I like that, Yo.
Spring Break is not not shock it all. Ronnie, Ricky,
Ralph and Mike, A reality following the former New Edition
band members as they all attempt to contact Bobby Brown
to reunite. It's no, but if there's a go fund yourself,
(33:12):
I'll give some money right now. Ronnie, Ricky, Ralph and Mike.
A reality show following the former New Edition band members
as they all attempt to contact Bobby Brown to reunite.
That today everything is go yourself, so fungible yourself. I
feel like if the last name was that our name too,
(33:32):
it would be one because it was also well, that's well,
that's Ronnie de Vaux and Ricky Bell and Ralph President
and Michael bivens Muld say, all right, that is not
a true TV show. However, New Addition is touring right now,
so you can go see New Edition. I believe minus
(33:53):
Bobby Brown. Yes, yeah, I don't think he's showing up,
but we might get a little Mr Telephone Man anyway,
not there, you could uh. Texas X is Bad Breakups
reunite as former flames in the Lone Star State are
forced to live together in a bed and breakfast for
a weekend Big Brother style Texas Xes sounds I'm not
(34:14):
George Strait's ranch. Maybe George Strait is actually the host
of the show. That would be fantastic. Maybe some Codego
Tequila has the sponsor Highlands and Albolene, Rosannas and Texas
Arcanas Shore. We can do that. I love it. I'll
say no, but again, I'm hopeful. This has to be
a show. Please yes, Bad Breakups reunite as former flames
(34:37):
in the Lone Star State are forced to live together
in a bed and breakfast for a weekend Big Brother
style Texas Exes is not last one. This show has
no title. A show that has a different theme in
stars every week. The content is unknown until the show airs.
(34:59):
This show has no title. TV or not. I'm gonna
say yes, I'll say no, I'll say yes. This show
has no title, A show that has a different theme
in stars every week, the content unknown until the show airs.
That would be a great show, but it is not
(35:19):
a true TV. I thought it might have just been
one degree of separation from Murder D, which has the
base cast. But you know, a lot of improv Twitter
and how about a Fresca Mike hats swollen dumb, Allison's
and Galveston and Ben Maller's next Fox
