Welcome inside our to the Jason Smith Show with my
best friend Mike Harmon. As we are on Blobo watcho
wow wow wow wow wow wow wow wow wow wow.

(00:47):
You drag out the sound waves at tight shirts, you know,
just fast and furious. Wow wow wow wow wow wow
wow wow wow wow wow wow wow. I just can't
do that for the entire hour. I know you can't
sound right, Ken, it's vulgar. Watch. You can have it
in the background and I'll just do a lot of

(01:08):
talking over wow if that's what you want to do.
But I mean for you to just sit there and
do that. I don't know that um Our lovely people,
some four hundred fifty affiliates would be too thrilled. You're
just going wow wow. I understand you some variety. Okay,
So in the middle of wow wow, wow, wow, I
do a whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa whoa. Yeah, now you

(01:31):
make it sound like that Richie sam More thing before
they fired his ass. And then, but you want to
talk about a review. I you know, we talked Morbious,
an our one review of bon Jovi's first concert on
this latest tour. Oh my goodness, yeah, it made Morbious
look like it was an Oscar Numine. Man. Wow, someone

(01:54):
does not like John bon Jovi or his hair. It's tough. Well,
you know, look, it's been a long time. I can
see where you can see a picture and go, yeah,
I'm done with the hair. I'm done with the hair.
I've seen the Harrison three. I'm done. I'm done with
the hair now. But that's usually because you know you're
sad you don't have it anymore. Hair envy. Wow, now

(02:17):
I think that would work. You can you've been talking
and doing the whoa whoa. Now I think that could work.
And then I get to do a little bit of
wow wow. I think that back and forth is good.
Can we just go clip off the old music from
a current affair? I think it'll be better on your
throat long term, it would be, but it's more fun
to go wow wow wow wow. Well, but I think

(02:39):
if you should say stop doing your Doc Rivers impression,
that's what's gonna hurt me long But you only do
it in spurts. If he becomes the coach and the Lakers,
you know, seeing as we're located in Los Angeles, and
let's face it, the Lakers help stir the larger drink
that is the NBA. Uh yeah, Krivers voice every night

(03:01):
would be problematic if they were to say, have a
season like this with him uh in the big chair. Yeah,
that that I would be worried about. Right, I'm looking
at longevity, right. I mean we're only, you know, a
little less than halfway of the goal, okay, or maybe
maybe even a third of the way, right, Because what
I want to do is I want to have the

(03:22):
thirty years and then I want to be able to
spit water all over the place and leave my boots
and microphone in the middle of a studio like Triple
h and then walk out. That's the goal. Oh boy,
The Chasing Smith Show with my best friend Mike harm
that was a little specific. Very, it's very specific. It's

(03:44):
a it's a very very specific. I'll even wear a
suit for the occasion, or some purple shorts or a
suit with purple shorts. Well, I mean, look at whatever
the combination is. And if we're gonna do it in
a grand theater type thing, I'll have to be dazzled
him a bit so that we really they can hit
the light perfectly. Yeah, very Mike Harmon, he's very specific.

on the big night in the NBA again, Spurs trying
to hold on in the fourth quarter, Lakers and Suns
early on. It's a one point game late in the
first quarter. But today is one of those f them
picks kind of day. In the NFL, the last three
days has been full of okay. Teams like the New
York Jets are monitoring the situations of DK Metcalf in Seattle,

(04:52):
A J. Brown in Tennessee, and Deebo Samuel in San Francisco.
All of these receivers are phenomenal, young, they're all do
a lot of money, and potentially you can make an
F them Picks offer and pry them away from their
teams now in order. The one most likely, of course,
is DK Metcalf. This is because pe Carroll said we
have no intention of trading Dk Metcalf, just like he

(05:13):
said we have no intention of trading Russell Wilson. But clearly,
if you're moving on from Russell Wilson, you're starting over.
You don't have a lot of room for a guy
you're gonna have to pay twenty million dollars a year,
two in a year. So yeah, you can make an
FM picks offer for DK Metcalf. Now what about A J. Brown?
Right now, he is technically not on the block and
the Titans are not accepting calls. They're trying to find

(05:34):
a way to get a deal done with him to
keep him. So you would think this is a situation
where you go, Okay, maybe no, this is what F
them Picks offers are all about. It's not just find
a guy on the trading block and make an F
them picks offer. Anybody can do that. Oh you, this
guy's on the trading block. Yeah, whoever makes the best
offer is gonna get him. No, this is when this
is what an F them picks offer really is. When

(05:57):
a guy isn't on the block and you may that
guy be put on the block with a trade, do
you because you can make an F them picks offer.
I would call the Niners, we've heard nothing about them
and Deebo Samuel, I'd call the Niners for him. I
would call the Cardinals and make an F them picks
offer for Kyler Murray because you know they would listen.
Right as as much at odds as he is with

(06:18):
the Cardinals with scrubbing them from his Instagram account, the
Cardinals really not budgeting with how upset he is with
them Cardinals legend Larry Fitzgerald basically says, I hope the
two sides can work it out. No, this is when
you make an F them picks offer. If you need
a quarterback, you call because even if the guy is
not on the block, that's what it FM picks offers about.
Anybody could find out a guy is on the trading

(06:40):
block and make a phone call. You gotta make that
f then picks offer. So a team goes, boy, you
weren't thinking about trading him, but man, this is a
lot of draft picks to trade this guy. Maybe we're
better off the long run doing this. And that's how
you get a guy. If the guy's on the block,
it's easy. You gottam. It's gotta be you gotta do
a little bit of heavy lifting. All three of those
teams and the Cardinals for Kyler, mur that call and

(07:00):
make an FM picks offer. Yeah, I mean it gets
back to I mean, because we love our pop culture references.
You know, we have some fractional shares in a original
script of The Godfather. You gotta make the offer they
can't refuse, which means you're talking about shrimp cocktails. Maybe
you're talking about more Bias or some show that you saw,
you know that you got into little vacation spot and

(07:23):
he said, hey, by the way, you know, here's here's
a piece of pay particularly at this and here's a
list of picks players whatever. The combination is a giant
satchel of cash. Whatever it is to make a trade happen.
That's the idea here. You're absolutely right, FTHM picks is
all right, we've we've got assets, but we really like

(07:43):
that guy, so we zero in and you've got to overpay. Right,
every one of these trades, everybody has pauses for a
second and goes, WHOA, that's a lot. Yeah, that's the point.
That's the point. It was that the guy wasn't supposed
to be available. When you got Kylo Murray, you're in
that weird space, you know. I talked with Bucky Brooks
about it on Sunday Morning. Fox Sports Sunday are six

(08:06):
to ten Pacific show in the in the morning drifting
into afternoon on the East Coast, and we talked about
Kyler Murray and Lamar Jackson. It's like, if you really
want him, either of those guys coming overwhelmed me with
some giant Bevy picks because if I'm thinking about it
and he's not my guy, right speaking for both of them,
and Bashati and and Lamar Jackson's playing that dangerous game.

(08:29):
I love betting on yourself, but it's a curiosity that
you know, with the market being reset, that's something with
Deshaun Watson that you hang out there. I say, I
treat Deshaun Watson like an outlier, just like I do
Tom Brady, and I figure out what the other thirty
teams are doing that are more realistic. But that's the
same thing with Kyler Murray. Obviously the Cardinals. They re

(08:51):
upped Kingsbury. Steve Kim still has his job for some reason.
I think he could be had for the right offer,
and I think I think he's straight out a draft day.
We could take him as the Seattle GM or the
kid down in Jacksonville. What what? What's happening Sonny? What
I don't know. I think you could probably make that happen.

(09:12):
Was that his name, Scotty Carson was at the kid Carson? Yeah,
Carson is the the surname. M Oh, I say Scott Carson,
and I want to say it, Okay, I would say
it might might be Scotty Carson. Okay, all right, but no,
but seriously, Jeff, oh, it might be Jeff Carson. It
might be Jeff Carson. You know, Jeff Carson. This is

(09:33):
that this is in my brain at Healy is Jeff Carson.
Scotty Carson is the name of the lead scout that
signed Roy Hobbs in the natural, right. Scotty Carson's your lead, Scott,
isn't he? Yes? He is. I thought he had the
authority to sign me. Well, he don't have. Scotty Carson.
That's the guy. Scotty Carson, your lead, Scott. Where do
you see you play the ebrew oilers, Scotty Carson. That'shere,

(09:54):
Scotty Carson is from. Carson is the Knight's chief. Scout.
Hey hanging out with Wilfred Brimley. Nicely done. Let's raise
a glass right there. That is some good pop culture
knowledge to talk to you for a few minutes about.
I was wondering, how long is Harmon gonna talk until

(10:14):
tight Shirt plays that drop? How long it is a
beautiful Tuesday night? This is this is poetry. This is
a rich tapestry. And if you're not having fun, you know,
pinch yourself, check check that your pulse is still still
beating there, come on now. Yeah. In in order of

(10:35):
of guys to make the f then picks offer for
Metcalf and Murria are at the top, because you know
the teams would listen, right, you know that the Seahawks
overwhelm me and give me all these picks a we
can go right, And the same thing with with the Cardinals.
You know that, Okay, we don't know that. Kyler Murray
is someone we're going forward with. Right. He wants a
new contract, he wants all this guaranteed money, and he's

(10:57):
not he's not great enough. He's good and he would
be an upgrade for a lot of teams. Right if
you're searching for a quarterback, you could do a lot worse.
Is he an elite quarterback? Is he the best of
the best? I don't think he's that good? But is
he on a good team? Can he win a lot
of games? Sure? He could. You know, he's that kind
of quarterback and maybe in a different system he be
a little bit better. But uh yeah, those are the

(11:18):
two guys to make the f them picks off for
because even getting a quarterback this is a little bit
above average is really hard to do in the NFL.
So if you can do it, those two guys, definitely,
Samuel and is dad at the bottom, and so is
a J. Brown. Like maybe basically the Titans are saying,
you really got to come with a strong offer if
we're gonna trade you a J. Brown. Um, but still
I would call all four of those, but the first

(11:38):
I would call, I would call for Metcalf. I would
call for Kyl Mury. If I need a quarterback, if
I need a wide receiver. I make those f them
picks offers, and I say, okay, you have twenty minutes
to accept this offer because we're called. Looks like in
draft day. I'm calling the Titans for a J. Brown,
and then I'm calling the forty nine is for Deebo
Samuel and I'm gonna make an f M picks offer
and I'm gonna get one of the I'm walking away
with one of these guys at the close of business today.

(12:00):
This is what you have to do. This is how
you make the FIS offers. I do like the fact
that the Seahawks are doing everything they can, at least
while he's a member of the team, to just showcase
DK Metcalf wherever they can. Four hours ago, we've learned
a lot from d k M fourteen or should we
say Mr Metcalf this offseason. There he is sitting on
a desk. There's a pile of cookies, a couple of

(12:23):
orange slices, a mug, and a picture of Pete Carroll,
and it says photos things we've learned from DK Metcalf
and then the end of the tweet has a like
a graduation cap with a tassel on it, So they're
kissing his ass right now. But we know where they're
at in terms of you know the the organization and

(12:44):
you know Noah fanse good job by him looking out
for his old quarterback, said, Hey, Drew lock could be
a star with the right squad. The question is the
Seattle the right squad? Or is Seattle and Schneider and
Carroll are they looking to do a complete eat reboot
of this thing to where yeah, blank and Picks gets

(13:05):
it done for both he and Tyler Lockett before it's
all said and done. Be sure to catch live editions

Discover exceptionally common sense. Well, we are halfway to the Lakers. Wait,
the Lakers will be eliminated from playoff contention tonight with
a loss and a win by the Spurs. And in
the words of our producer Justin Frostburg, lifelong Laker fan,

(13:47):
thanks for bleeping nothing. Pop. The Spurs run away from
the Nuggets in the fourth quarter one sixteen to nine seven.
Uh So, now the Lakers loss against the Sun, it
would be goodbye, end of season four l A Now NICOLEA.
Yokich had forty one and seventeen rebounds tonight. Uh basically

(14:09):
the only one who showed up for the Nuggets. But
it's the Spurs who are now this close to making
the playing around. Here's how it sounded at the end.
The Spurs defeat the Nuggets in Denver this evening. The
final score San Antonio one six, Denver. And now we
all look and see, how are the Lakers going against
the Suns? Well, forty two Lakers hanging tough so far.

(14:32):
Uh in the second quarter midway through, but again, this
is kind of how the Lakers go it. They started
out well, they slowly give away the lead, and by
the time the third and fourth quarter come around, it's
gonna be the Sun's uh so playing tonight without Lebron
James Anthony Davis is playing for the Lakers tonight. So far,
he's got eight points to lead the Lakers at this point. Um,

(14:54):
it is a one point Now, it's a one point
lead by the Sons, and uh, look, I can and
see there being away on the road the Lakers pull
out this win with with the Suns having so much
at stake here, the Magic win number sixty three being
able to send the Lakers home for the playoffs. So
I got a feeling tonight is going to be more
of the Laker uh wake. But let me just say

(15:16):
this because coming into this season, the Lakers had a
lot of expectations and then they had none. And Magic
Johnson talked about the mistake, what it was to go
get Russell Westbrook instead of Buddy Healed and DeMar De
Rosen and look, you're playing you know, you're just playing
backseat driver at that point. Remember his tweets, Yeah, talking

(15:38):
about a championship. Oh my guy, what a mistake we
should have got. Look, nobody knew DeMar De Rosen was
gonna have six points above his career. Rosen has been
consistent the entire year, safe right, he showed nobody that right,
but no, no, no, no, but I'm saying and in

(15:59):
turn of how he's answered questions of why he's not
a Laker, he said, there was dysfunction and chaos and
I wanted no part of it. Well, and also lebron
st want and Anthony Davis said, yeah, we want Westbrook. Yeah,
that's the guy we want. There's that too. But I
like Derosan, you know, trying to himself as he has
another forty point night tonight. No, but but look, but here,

(16:23):
here's the thing is that nobody knew right. You can't
go back. Oh now, I would love to go back
to the beginning of the hear and say, hey, you
know what, Kemba Walker ain't gonna work out. You might
you might want to not make that trade, nix. But
now that's that's you know, that's that's being a backseat
driver and Monday morning quarterback. But the thing is, as
this year is unfolded, especially seeing Westbrook, right, we've done
we talked a lot about him and how he hasn't

(16:45):
fit and now the Lakers have to own a lot
of the responsibility for it because they turned him into
a player. He hasn't been for twelve years, and that's
just stupid. But the season would be a mess regardless
because look at how this is unfolded with russ Sol
Westbrook couldn't fit in with Lebron and a D right
when a D was healthy. A D is great, right

(17:05):
because that's an a D does when Lebron is healthy.
Lebron as well, Russell Westbrook couldn't fit in. This would
have been a mess regardless because go back and look
at Lebron James's years when he was all all through
the NBA. There's only room for one other star on
the team who demands the basketball, who was an alpha
male that I need the ball. There's only room for

(17:27):
one other guy. There's no room for two other guys.
You know that. We talked about the heat making the
Big Three. No, it was Lebron's team and Dwane Wade
decided to I'll be the guy. I'll be the one
A guy, and Chris Bosh is just off on the side, going, hey,
I'm happy to talk about be you know, but nobody
cares about me. It wasn't like suddenly all Chris Bosh. No,
it was Lebron's team and Wade was the one A

(17:49):
and Chris Bosh was shunted aside, right all this big
productivity all the year that that didn't happen anymore. Then
when when he went back to Cleveland, there was room
for him in Kyrie? Who was there not room for
Kevin Love? Right? So well, Kevin loves to spare part.
There's there's no room for another alpha male. There's only
room for two. He comes to the Lakers, there's room
for him and Anthony Davis. Is there room for another guy?

(18:10):
There's not? Right? When did when did Lebron James's teams win?
When were they? When were they the best? When it
was Lebron one other star and then you had a
deep roster of guys that could come in and that
were kind of interchangeable, whether it was Alex Caruso or
uh Anderson Vera, whoever it was we when we have
a bunch of guys when you were when you were deep,

(18:31):
when you didn't have another superstar, but you had a
rotation that was seven or eight guys deep that could
really come through every single night and not just well
one night, it's this guy. And now that that's the
best Lebron James's teams have been because with him he
sucks up all the oxygen out of the room, and
somebody else needs the ball and somebody else need to score,
So there's always room for one other guy. As long

(18:53):
as you're okay be in the one a, there's always
room for you. And that's how he's won in the
past with everybody right, one with Anthony Davis, one with Kyrie,
he won with Dayne Waite. But that third guy never
really plays how you think he's going to because there's
simply no room because there's not enough shots. There's not
enough room for him to be the player that he
has used to being throughout his career. Chris Bosh and

(19:15):
then you go to Kevin Love and now you're looking
at Russell Westbrook. There's be no room for those guys.
But when you are a player that doesn't need the
ball and you play a certain number of minutes and
you have a role, this is why Lebron likes guys
in specific roles. This is when Lebron's teams have played well,
and this is when they've achieved and won the title.
You when they won with when they won two years
ago in twenty it was Lebron and a d and

(19:37):
then it was a host of guys bang bang bang
bang bang bang bang. Same thing with with the Cavaliers.
And look at those number three guys. There's just not
enough room for them because because of Lebron and how
and how ball dominant he is and how much he
needs the ball and the shots. One other guy, yes,
that third guy knows. The Lakers would have been much
better off saying, instead of making this room for Russell Westbrook,

(19:57):
let's go get a couple of guys that can really
be productive but don't demand the basketball and can be
the complimentary players. That's the direction the Lakers should have gone.
And they'd be in a much better spot right now
if they if they could somehow magically whisk away uh
Russell Westbrook and his contract. Deid Let's go get a
third guy. No, no, no, let's let's let's parse that

(20:18):
out with two or three guys that can come in
this art. You know what, this is gonna be your
role on the team, and this is your role, and
this is your role, and that's what it's going to
be the building. A big three really never works out,
and the third guy usually just gets pushed to the
side Lebron can in once in a while with those guys.
But as far as building a dynasty, now, that's why
the Lakers season always seemed like it was doomed to

(20:39):
fail because Westbrook there was no way, being as ball
dominant as he was, he'd be able to fit in
with the Lakers. Yeah. I mean, look, we can go
into the history of two and here four things get
a little wonky, But you also add tough decisions to
make right the the asset you had that seemed to
be tradeable, what you do. You brought him back in
Taylor Horton Tucker and he's been a disappointment right all

(21:02):
year long, uh, not being consistent at all. As another option,
you you lost your glue. Guys. You could laugh at
Alex Caruso and KCP and folks do all they want.
Those were important cogs of that machine. You also had
a pandemic that gave you a three month break for
old and brittle bodies to to kind of heal and

(21:24):
get ready for a stretch run. And let's face it,
it takes some veterans, and it takes there's a whole
other thing apart from the physical that needed to happen
in the bubble and and a lot of jokes and
you know, different things. And Anthony Davis even, you know,
he's one of the focal points of the night against
Phoenix because he was saying, well, if I'd been healthy,

(21:45):
you know, the again, the revisionist history. You know, they
wouldn't have had their run last year. So there's there's
no doubt they want to go and tear them up
and send them into the good night. Uh, just in general,
but certainly a little extra motivation over the jibber jabber,
as Mr T would say, over the last couple of weeks.
But you lost those glue guys, and you lost guys
that actually could commit to playing defense. Right, We've had

(22:08):
very rare occasions where you've seen Lebron James be able
to put forth a consistent defensive effort. And at thirty
seven plus, Yeah, I'm not expecting the guy that you
used to talk about his help defense and all the
accolades as an all around player. He can still pick
his spots, no question, but you can't get it consistently

(22:29):
even you know when he had that forty minute night, Um,
you know, the last time he was on the court, Uh,
that was he gave you some defensive effort early on.
You know what, the rest of the squad doesn't, man,
except we we think Anthony Davis would, but he hasn't
been on the court. So he's got a nice grade
of an incomplete for all those games missed, uh during

(22:49):
the process. But all those other pieces that you needed
to make this all work got got shuffled off. And
you thought, all right, enough star power would get it done. Well,
guess what, as you said, not, there's only one basketball
and if you're still going to run it through Lebron
James hands Russell, Westbrook's highly highly paid observer for good

(23:10):
chunks of the game, might as well be running in
with the second unit all the time when Lebron took
you know, four minutes off here and there. So it's
it's been a a disaster, I guess would be the
kind way to say it. Uh. And they've got some
real shuffling to do, because what are you gonna do?
Buy out Westbrooks contract? Yeah no, you can't, right right?

(23:33):
But who's taking that on? You know, because if you're
making a trade, what are you getting back somebody else's trash, right,
somebody else's expiring contract. Hey, we're tired of looking Adam
in this uniform. You guys want to try and see
if you can make it work, and we'll, uh, we'll
do something with Russ. And it's not to put it
all on him. He was misused. We've talked about this

at length. Check the podcast in the Fox Sports Radio

at this point, yeah, year five of the Lebron James,

And he can press a button that gives the signal
of the pitch he wants to the pitcher who receives
it in his And you don't have to worry about
putting fingers down and and runners at second base stealing signs.

(26:05):
And so far, the pictures and the catchers they love it.
They let the pictures, especially because they don't have to
worry about guys on base stealing signs now and trying
to to hide things. The catchers seem to like it. Uh,
this is great. I mean until someone decides, well, if
you're using electronic I'm gonna zoom in and see what
button exactly why I have a telephoto lens. He's got

(26:29):
eight thousand pictures of the catcher's wrist Yep, that's what
he's got right there. I mean, look, until that happens,
it's but but look, this is a really good idea.
I know there's the if you're using electronics, I'm gonna
use electronics Carlos Beltrand with right. But I like this idea.
I I like it because I like the fact that
I always like when there is some kind of technology

(26:51):
we have that can make something better and we use
it and we don't find an excuse to say no, right,
we don't find we don't. Uh no, I don't know
that we want to do. Like if there was a
way if we had the the the technology. Right, let's
say we had the technology where you could make a
television last in the pristine condition is when an unbelievable
picture for twenty years. Right, if we had that technology

(27:14):
and we didn't use it, we want to use it, well,
we do, No, we don't because if you make TVs,
do you want someone with that TV for twenty years?
Come on much money? But you charge so much money
for it and you make your money back? Hey, no, no,
it's hey, I for twenty Look, people are trying to
all the time. Hey, we want to lock you into
this long distance rate for twenty years. Now, Ryan Meynolds

(27:37):
did that whole body but a day crap thing. Hey
pay a thousand dollars. People want to lock you in
all the time. If there's technology for something I like that,
we can use it. If there was a tire that
could stay on the road for five hundred thousand miles,
I'd want us to use it and not find a
way to say no, no, no, this is good technology.
We could stop the sign stealing scandal. We can at
least move past it. Not think people are still stealing song.

(28:00):
They're doing in a different way. To know, Lisa, I like,
I like the fact that this is out there, and
as long as the players like it, I dig it, man,
I think it's pretty cool. No, I dig this. I'll
do the economics and what companies need to do to
you know, stay in business. Uh, the lessons another time.
As for this, Yeah, I mean, look, if you have

(28:20):
the opportunity to do it right, the send the desired
type of pitch to the bone conduction earpieces. I like
that that are inside the caps of the picture, and
up to three other players that the team designates. Alright,
your middle infielders would be the two of the other guys.
Curious as to who number three is? Carlos Beltrand On

(28:41):
every list, it's Carlos Beltran. But you know what every
BELTRNDE I do. Like the conversation Chris Sale saying, you
know a bunch of other teams cheating. Can we just
get past this really basically echoed things I said. You know,
work fast, But no, I look, I'm curious to see

(29:02):
how how it works out, because some teams veteran catchers,
they've they've flat out refused. You're saying it's a different
you know, it changes how I have to call a
game and the process. So they're gonna issue it at
least to start. But yeah, well we'll see. I mean, like,
innovate where you can and if this is your anti theft,

(29:26):
you know, the club version brought to the field in
Major League Baseball? What the hell? Why not until that's
quote unquote fan slash scout slash p I slash organizational
mole is sitting there right behind home plate, you know,
next to in search celebrity here at Dodger games to

(29:49):
get those great photos. It's like, why does he keep
taking a picture of the umpire's thigh. It's really not
them on zoom out, zoom out. I'm really just trying
to get a frame by frame, but the pitch as
it comes in, you want, I'm gonna create one of
those like you know those old triple exposure baseball cards
like upper deck used to as opposed to I'm transmitting

(30:11):
it back to somebody to ascertain what's going on. Uh.
Carlos Beltran normally in the booth of us here on
the S network, but he's actually manning a camera and
just shooting right in on on the red Sox on
their catching situation. He's just standing there zimming up fastball, fastball, fastball. Hey,
and someone just listening to the broadcast of the game
fastball coming, fastball. Now do you think he's gonna call here?

(30:34):
It's like you know when folks go with their their pins,
when you go to get gas or whatever else, you're
looking around making sure anywhere near you. Now you're the catcher, Like,
all right, I'm gonna put in my code. Now do
you think Beltran has a system where somebody can just
listen to the broadcast of the game in the dugout
and he has these words that he says that let

(30:54):
we'll know what the pitch is like. If he says excavation, oh,
that means a fastball, so like eight times an ending,
he says, e you know the excavation process for this,
says oh, he's an excellent fastball, fastball coming. And he's
got different words for different pitches. Maybe that's how what's
gonna happen here. And then someone walks out and says
can you shuffle those chips with your with your left
tan Twitter and up out a Frasca, Mike, it's Swallen

(31:16):
Dome coming up next. We got a big anniversary and
