(00:23):
You're listening to Fox Sports Radio. Hello, Welcome inside our
three of The Jason Smith Show with my best friend
Mike Harmon. Hey about it? Happy Doctor Strange Friday night. Yeah,
it's good time, good time, as long as it's not
too messy. I'm sure it's fine. That's my that's my
(00:47):
hope is I have very low expectation because Doctor Strange
is like of all the Marvel movies. I'm like, okay,
it's like just above four as far as excitement, but
it needs a bit of a map to go with
it too. It tries to okay, we roll and all
that stuff. Well, because Dr Willia's a doctor, I mean, man,
trying to tell me how smart you are. We're controlling dimensions.
(01:08):
You can't just be a guy showing up going hey man,
I'm a superhero man. This guy stop trying to make
fetch happen? Okay, going in all these dimensions. Man, he's
like yard there, this is this is cool. Man's gonna
I hanna stare at my thumb. Man, you ever see
what your thumb print looks like? Man? Oh swirld Yeah,
(01:29):
you gotta be cerebral. I would say this if you
were high for this movie. Okay, enjoy it on a
whole other level. Really because I see the c G
I and stuff going on there. Yeah, but I say,
you're gonna understand what the hell is going on? Well,
I want to be able to be entertained. I want
to be able to understand what's going on in a movie.
But if you can go see it again for the
understanding from the first one, you could just go and
(01:51):
be like, whoa the colors man, look at stuff swirling?
M I don't know, man, Okay, if you're telling me
that the swirly stuff is really all right, it's cool. Yeah, Well,
Sam ramy magic going on. So some nods, I mean
Danny Elfman did the soundtrack. Oh how many Jack Skellingtons
(02:12):
songs were there? There there's a couple of pieces of
instrumentals where you're just like, all right, I know this
kind is here, it's kind of over there. Yeah, no,
it's it's cool. It is the music gets you. And
and there's so there's some music, uh that makes its
way into the plot, which gets fun. So it's cool.
It's it's a it's a good time. And I can't
(02:34):
I can't get enough of of long because I mean
it's a bunch of good one liners. And then Rachel McAdams.
Oh that's right. I forgot Rachel McAdams is in this. Yes,
that's right. But where when she was gonna be the
next girl and she oh, she's gonna take over for
Julia Roberts says the queen of rom coms, Yeah, didn't happen. Well,
the problem is she kept making the Notebook and something
(02:56):
else that looked like the Notebook and one of those
had an audio and did well, they don't. They don't
do well to to help you extend your universe. Well,
rom coms are also very difficult to go. Is this
going to be one that people like? Because whether rom
coms they were kind of you know, just suck you
in emotionally or attempting to not This guy Nope, not
(03:20):
getting me with prices soaring at the pump Discovers got
your back with cash back. He was discovered to earn
five percent cash back at gas stations and a target
now through June on up to fift dollars and purchases
when you activate learn more at discovered dot com. Slash
rewards limitations they do apply, you know it was can
I can I just say one last thing about my
(03:41):
experience because I sent you a picture of it. My
movie experience was made better by the fact that I
bought one of the coolest popcorn buckets outside of a
theme park. It was a Batman cow. Wow, that's a
popcorn bucket. Yes, so you fill Batman's head with corn. Yeah,
they they did a bucket. I don't really eat popcorn,
(04:03):
so I had them fill it and I gave it
to a family that was coming up uh for the movie. Uh.
And I just kept my my Batman cow in the plastic.
But yeah, you could fill that up. There's also a
Doctor Strange one, which is evidently really collectible, kind of
like the ones you get for the different Disney events
that sold out last night in the midnight and one
am showings. So we'll see what they get those again.
(04:26):
In this case, I wanted a cup of coffee. I go,
I want a cup of coffee, and sell me the cow.
I thought it was a crop. I thought it was
a leftover thing from the Batman. And the guy goes,
I think we got some men. I'll be right back,
and the guy next to me ordered one too, and
I was like, dude walking back with these cows, Like no,
I was half kidding but cool. And so then I
(04:48):
walked in with it and a bunch of people that
were already in thear goal what the hell is that?
Evidently it's a popcorn bucket. It's like, how much was it?
And I told him the price and the guy looks
at his wife goes, I'm gonna go out there, and
the guy behind gets up and goes stew and all
of a sudden, they're all walking back with Batman cowls.
It's really weird. If only they were a little bigger
in the neck, you might have been able to sit
there and wear it while you watch doctors. Strange. I'm
(05:11):
gonna eat the popcorn out and it then put it
on my head. Hey, then you'd be like Cramer and
the famous he's getting buttered. Hey, I'm not saying but
I didn't try to do that. When I get the
nachos out of the helmet at the Dodger game and
then you go wash it out in the bathroom and
try to put the helmet on. I'm not saying I
ever tried. Yeah. Uh. Now we do have a big
(05:32):
story out of the NFL coming up in a few
minutes because the Raider is gonna raider. But uh, this
just ended, so I want to get into it here
for a few minutes. The Mavericks making a series. They
cut the Son's lead to two games to one as
they win one oh three nine. The Son's made a close,
close ish midway through the second half, but Dallas wasn't
(05:55):
ever really in trouble as they win it by nine.
A big night for Luka don Sech which you know, surprise, surprise,
thirteen and nine. But the biggest night was from Jalen Brunson,
who probably listened to the show last night when I
said he's overrated, He's not. He's a sixteen and five guys, right,
He's not. He's he had one big playoff game and
(06:16):
suddenly he's the greatest point guard free agent. He's gonna
get fifty five million dollars a year. No, he's overrated.
The sixteen and five guy. Well, tonight he was not.
He was a twenty eight and five guy uh ten
out of twenty one from the floor, twenty eight points
to lead all scorers in the game. This is what
Jason Kidd was talking about a day ago or a
couple last couple of days, and he said, we need
(06:37):
somebody else to step up besides Luca when he's somebody else,
need somebody else, needs somebody else. Now to think that
suddenly the Mavericks have a you know, are back in
this series, just stop, Okay. I am just as confident
in the Suns as I was when I told you
the beginning of the playoffs. As long as everybody's healthy,
they're not gonna have many close series, right. Devin Booker
had an act game, Chris Paul had an at Chris
(07:00):
Paul had seven turns, had seven for the game though, right,
but but still that that can out of hand, right,
But the game got out of hand. I mean they
had twice as many turnovers as the Mavericks did. And
Devin Booker was not his normal dynamic self. Yes, it
looks great because the starting five for the Sun's all
dented the scoreboard. They were all in double figures. But uh,
(07:20):
the sun Stars didn't play like stars tonight. They almost
played like, Hey, we're up to zip, we're a little
let's let's let's not have worry about going crazy. Let's
see if we can steal this game at the end.
And we didn't get because I never got the overwhelming
sense that the Suns were all out to win this game,
like let's put a stranglehold on this series and go
up three games to none. It was more, hey, let's
(07:42):
see if we can hang around and if we can
steal it maybe at the end, because I really just
didn't see that normal fire that I've seen from the
Sun's out of book or out of Paul and eighton
that we had earlier in the series. I mean, the
guys shot okay, but they turned the ball over a lot.
They were careless. The Mavericks needed to win more and
and and the way this game unfolded, I didn't feel
like we got the best version of the sunsw I'm
(08:04):
sure we're gonna get it in game four, so you
can get up three one in the series. And it's
gonna be a much different situation, a much more aggressive
Phoenix Suns teams. But watching them tonight, yeah, I didn't
get the fields that they were. They were all in it.
I'm still not worried about them. Look at you. You
can't just say, hey, they had a bad night, not
not the hey they were aloof and it's like, ah,
(08:24):
they can get one. No, no, no no. They were still
playing and fouling till the end. So you know, they
didn't throw up a white flag at any point, so
still still pushing through. I think for the Mavericks though,
there was that a bit not necessarily of desperation, but
that they'd read their press clippings that they'd heard it all. Uh,
and all of the secondary members of this squad that
(08:45):
it wasn't a one man gang. Shout out one man gang,
you know, the old and he'd screamed like a lunatic
and then do the big splash on you. But I mean,
you've got big games and aggressiveness, but offensively and defensively
from guys like Brunson. Uh, you got five players and
(09:05):
double figures. Brunson actually led them in scoring and Luke
only had to play thirty four minutes, which I think
is nice. He did finish one assist, shy of a
triple double. So for folks that really count those things
and like to you know, put those all time lists together,
he's not gonna get credit for one, which is too
bad for him, but so be it. Uh did have
five turnovers on the night. But the big column that
(09:29):
once again that we've highlighted with the Mavericks a couple
of times in the playoffs and certainly down the stretch
in the regular season. Only eight turnovers tonight. I mean
say Luca had five. Otherwise they played clean basketball, which
is great, you know, and if you're Jason Jason Kidd,
you you get a little bit of something out of
this and maybe uh off the film review, just a
(09:52):
renewed sense that you can hang with him. Are you
gonna get the same effort out of Chris Paulton? No, No,
he's not gonna turn the ball over seven time ends again. Uh,
that'll be the what stat muse and everybody else that
puts up the cartoon graphics of guys, that will be
the thing that you know is fed until the next
tip off. And you know, Chris Paul had the worst
(10:13):
game on his birthday. Right, maybe people you know, conflate that,
you know video of John Moran hanging out in the
club in San Francisco yesterday with Hey, maybe Chris Paul
was hanging out and partying ahead of his birthday, which
is why he gave a lot. I'm just conjectured speculation
(10:33):
here is why he didn't have his a game on
his thirty seventh birthday. Or maybe it becomes, hey, you
know what he finally looked like he was thirty seven
years old. Well, look, I told you that's my big
concern for the Sun. And my only concern is is
he going to hit the wall again because the way
the team is constructed, it's not constructed where it's constructed
(10:54):
where they don't need him to be a big superstar
every night. Right you have you know, Devin Booker has
become the number one this team and eight and can
dominate and and everybody has their role. This is you know,
like Casey Jacobson told us you this is a well
oiled machine. But the first round and a half plus
of the playoffs, they really have relied on Chris Paul
way more than I thought they would have to. So
(11:16):
if he winds up hitting the wall in the NBA
far the the end of the Western Conference Finals are
in the NBA Finals. That's my only real concern is that.
But I didn't think they need him to do this
much this early. And we watched it last year, right
we got to the midway point of the NBA Finals
and Chris Paul had finally played too much basketball. And
it happens fat when you hit the wall. There's no
we're creeping up on the wall. We're slowing down our
(11:38):
approach to the wall. Where we're getting close to the wall,
we're gonna feel out for the wall. We're gonna put
our hands. No, you run into that walls why they
call it the wall. And and it happened to him
really fast, and that can happen to him again this
year because he's a year older and he's still doing
the same They're still relying on him for the exact
same things when they hadn't before. Maybe now because it's
the playoffs, or he wants to take up a bigger
(11:59):
role and do a little bit more because it is
the playoffs, it's his time. But man, uh, if you're
not in trouble, you gotta make sure you got enough
left for the last few games of the season, because
all the Suns are thinking about right now, I guarantee
you is they're still thinking back to last year. Where
was Boy, were this close, we were up to Zip
in the NBA five, We were this close, we were
this close. And they're still at that point waiting to
(12:20):
get those final couple of games. No, that's it, right.
Part of it is pacing and trying to figure out
where you can have those fewer stressful minutes. And it
sounds obvious, but it really is, truly because we we've
talked about it with Rick Bucker and others, right I
I even say it and scream it to Maddie and
her teammates on the soccer field. Look, when the ball
(12:42):
rolls out of bounds and you're at some of these
fields where it rolls for I don't know, four or
five yards off a good boot that just keeps and
you're waiting to resume. It's like, hey, here's your Lebron
James minute right counts as a minute on the game clock,
but you're standing and you're catching your breath and Chris
Paul needs a lot of that at this stage. They
need to find those minutes those possessions where Devin Booker
(13:05):
is helping run the show or he just is at
the top of the key and and facilitates instead of
the extra drive and the extra you know, getting banged
down on the low post. Right. So it's that kind
of um bload management. To use that in a different
turn of phrase and different context for Chris Paul because
(13:28):
they go as far as he's there. As much as
we love Devin Booker and his growth and the other
components of this squad and what Monty Williams can do,
Chris Paul's got to be available for it to work.
Otherwise we're gonna have another disappointment in the desert. There's
autos I like that disappointment in the desert. How long
you wearing that for? From my entire life, I've warned
(13:49):
it since I was twelve years Let's get a new
one every couple of years. I either wear that or
you know. I have friends in Cleveland and that sent me.

getting the zone auto Zone Well. Coming up next, we'll
have that big story from the NFL. Plus, we gotta
tell you something Luca Dontage did when he picked up
(14:32):
his fourth foul during the game TenneT. That's starting to
gain a lot of tension and it's actually gonna be
something that Lucas gonna get blamed for, but it might
actually be good for him. It's coming up next right here.

into the series against the Sun's got a big story
from the NFL coming up in a couple of minutes.
But Luca donstage tonight a huge night twenty six points,
thirteen rebounds, nine assist, couple of steals. Uh and barely
stayed in this game as he finished with five fouls.
(16:01):
He was not very happy with the officiating and after
he gets called for his fourth foul, which seen the
replayer're like really, but okay, this is how it goes.
He comes out of the game making the money sign
as he's walking off the court, as if reps are
getting paid, reps are getting made to make these calls. Um,
(16:21):
this is gonna look, Luca is gonna get a lot
of detractors on this, and I get it. But if
you're looking for the next big superstar that's going to
be polarizing in the NBA, I'm pretty sure it's gonna
wind up being Luca. I'm pretty sure because you look
(16:42):
at some of the young stars in the game right
now and some of the big superstars. John moranch is
just absolutely incredible right at whatever he does, right John,
and and the and the biggest controversy he's had as
he was at a club the other night. Okay, they
got three days between games and guys in the club.
I'll let him go to a club every night if
he plays the way he does, I don't care. Look,
(17:02):
John moranch is just that great a player. And you
know when superultis when we talk about players here on
the radio and you know TV shows. Yeah, it's great
to talk about players that are great, you know, we
like it, but it's also a lot of fun to
talk about guys, and more fun to talk about guys
who are polarizing. And look, Lebron James has made an
(17:22):
industry of it over the course of the past twenty years,
you know, and I wouldn't be surprised if, if, if,
at all, if you inject him with true sermons, say, Lebron,
do you do some kind of stuff just because you
know what's gonna spark a reaction and you're okay with
people not liking you? And I guarantee you would say yeah,
because that's kind of how I wanted to craft. I
always wanted to be talked about and be in the conversation,
(17:43):
and Lebron has been doing that for almost twenty years now, right,
He has been polarizing. People love Lebron, people hate Lebron.
They love him because of what he's accomplished. They don't
think he's accomplished enough. He says and does things and
upsets people. He's polarizing. But when you're polarizing, people like
to be like to talk about you right on TV,
on the radio, everywhere. And Luca is kind of becoming
(18:04):
that guy. He is becoming comfortable in his skin in
the NBA, and he's going to wind up being the
next great polarizing superstar because we've already had the polarizing
guys that have been doing it for a long time, right,
Kyrie and hardening Katie, all the big polarizing guys. Look,
Steph Curry not polarizing. You know, we talked about how
(18:24):
great he has a bit, but that's kind of the
conversation boy, Steph Curry. Right, any criticism you have of
Steph Curry, you deal with things going on on the court, right,
you don't. You can't get a shot at the end
of games? Uh? Is he more of a one dimensional
player than people make him out to be? All these
things This is on the court stuff, but the off
the court polarizing is what pushes things. And Luca is
gonna be that guy because he's not shy. We've already
(18:46):
heard reports about him not getting along with with Porzingis
and Dallas and and maybe why Porzingis got pushed out
and now you know, making the money sign the referees
are getting paid. He is not shy about giving his opinion.
And he's young. He is new to the United States
when he came over, and that as every day goes by,
the more comfortable he is feeling, he is going to
get more and more okay with this is who I am,
(19:10):
this is what I'm this is what I'm gonna say.
And if you don't like it, I don't care. And
Luca is gonna become a fun guy to talk about.
I mean, look, not as much fun as Lebron James.
Lebron James has been the most fun to talk about
now for almost twenty years. But if you're looking for
that next guy in the NBA to say, Hey, who
who's gonna be the person that's the touchstone we wind
up talking about that gives us conversation day in and
(19:31):
day out because we either like him where you don't
like him. I'm pretty sure it's gonna be Luca. Well,
I think he's already embraced it to a degree, right.
The the memes of whining Luca had been there since
he came into the league, right and you recognize how
young he was coming over and had already been playing
professional basketball, so he'd already heard it too, So I
mean he he gets it. And Tonight played it up
(19:55):
after every file mocking Chris Paul. I mean what A
couple of the foll as were just ridiculous, and we
were in the middle of football conversation, so it's not
like I was going to do the excited utterance of
what was that? Did you see that now, I mean,
because I mean that's the squirrel moment. We can't have it.
But since we're having the conversation now, there were number
files in this game where you're just looking around, going
(20:16):
what are we calling? And not to start doing money
signs like he did? Does? I mean like now you're
just being an agitator and shaking your head. And the
fans clearly were enjoying it, even though they were confused
as hell. And look like we talked, We've talked about
a lot. Just a reminder of folks of how regulated
all of this stuff is. So investigations and this stuff
(20:39):
are ongoing every day, right, Think your team really got
to know their draft prospects and got up close and
personal with a lot of folks. Yeah, think about that
and multiply it out when you're actually in the league,
playing with games, having casino partners and sports book partners. Yeah,
there's a lot of regulatory oversight and investigations that go
(21:03):
on with anything. So Luca doing this, it's it's nice fodder, uh,
And it'll enrage some folks and certainly I can't wait
to see all our Phoenix Suns fans chiming in on this. One.
But yeah, he's like a w W E heel man.
He gets it and in this case he could do
it for the home crowd to fire them up. But
(21:23):
I have no doubt that when we go back to Phoenix,
you'll see it even more. Oh yeah, look, it's all
about being comfortable and being who you are, right, Like,
you know, people were surprised. I mean sometimes you know
how many times people have met me in my life
and they go, you were so quiet that first week
at that that at the job when you were working.
Oh yeah, you didn't talk a lot the very first week. Now,
(21:44):
I don't shut up. Yeah, I just needed to feel comfortable.
I wanted to know who was who and see who
I wanted to talk to and who were my friends.
You were really quiet your first week when you were here.
You're really quiet, and like, they don't want to go
back to that. What the conversations are like. So this
is Luca comfortable, obviously being a comfortable being the lightning
Rod and with with every passing day that works. And
(22:08):
he plays for a team whose owner is polarizing. So okay,
if you're looking for that next great star, that's always
gonna give you two sides. Of a debate, Lucas your guy,
you know. I mean, now, obviously things could happen with
other players and you don't know how it's gonna unfold.
But now Luca Lucas got that that same kind of
of polarizing equality that Lebron, Kadie, Harden, Kyrie all have
(22:31):
for and different reasons. Everybody's their own personality, and Lebron
is a different polarizing player than k D, who's different
from Harden, who's different from Kyrie, who is different from Luca.
But they all find their way and as he continues
to ascend, he'll wind up winning the m v P
at some point in the in the in the league.
Uh yeah, Lucas gonna be that guy, and we'll we'll
talk about like you'll see debate shows and there within
(22:54):
the next year or two, debate shows on during the
day and radio shows on are you know slow he is?
Guys get too old to play? And k D ages
out and James Harden ages out. It'll be replaced by
conversations like this about Luka. Donte. Here's what Luca did
in the game last night. Uh he grabbed a reporter's
camera and took pictures and and pretend men made a
(23:15):
mockt like he was sending it out for the TMZ
something whatever it is. What do you think about Luca?
He's gonna replace those guys because these guys have all
been doing it for a while, right, you know, k D.
You know for a decade he's been a polarizing guy.
Same thing for Heart and same thing for Kyrie. Okay,
where's the young polarizing guys. I'm telling it's led by
to Luka Dontech. He's that guy. Well, he loves to
(23:38):
incite crowds and he's embraced that space. As you said,
most of the guys have been in a decade plus.
Main think about the birthday boy, I mean, predictably, our
guy Benn Mallory. He's in the middle of nowhere for
a wedding somewhere some town in in the Carolina's. I think, uh,
he had to stop down to mock Chris Paul because
(24:01):
he let him down with his clippers so often. I
mentioned it only because it was just funny, Because there
it is. Chris Paul has been anointed, and everybody's been
bowing at the altar of Chris Paul the last couple
of weeks. But as soon as there's a bad performance,
Ben is just one of I'm sure many that said,
see there's that guy for one night, especially on his birthday,
(24:23):
because you have to pile on. Does Ben mention you
as much on on on his show as as as
you do here? I don't know. I think twice, do
you have money? Do you do you get paid? Dimensioned
Ben's name. I'm just curious, you know, because you've even
knowing awful lot about where he's going and what he's doing.
He was in Chicago, so he texted me about his
(24:46):
his travels in Chicago, and he was listening to our
show last night, and so he felt like he wanted
to say hello. And he was on a stretch of
road heading to towards the wedding. And then I refresh
my Twitter page while we were in our last paying
of bills, and that was the first thing that popped up,
(25:07):
was mocking of Chris baul By. That's all. It just
happened to be the the thing. No, I am I
stocky Ben Maller. No, he's he's our friend, and in
this case he's a guy that for years when he
was on the Clippers, would would tell you how great
he was, and that what have you gotten? Not just
(25:27):
I mean we've done it a bit, but overall, I
mean it's an industry that has done everything to bow
down to him forgetting all of the past playoff failures
while we keep putting up the cautionary tale on this show,
Jason saying, hey, let's see him finish the job. Twitter
and out about a fresca Mike has swollen dome. The

(26:58):
cut the Sun's lead to two games to one. Sixers
cut the heat lead to two games to one. So
it is time to celebrate the night and the week
because someone decided to start tweeting. So let's play. And
now it's the Magic Johnson Twitter game. Yes, often imitated,
(27:23):
never duplicated, and yet it is often tried to be imitated.
The Magic Johnson Twitter game. Here's how we play Magic Johnson,
the most obvious and vanilla tweeter in the world. So
I give you a tweet. Your job is simply to
tell me is this a real Magic Johnson tweet? Or
is it made up entirely by me? Playing tonight myself.
(27:44):
Mike Carmen, Steve de Sager, and uh Brandon in his
first appearance on the show you go producing and getting
to play the Magic Johnson Twitter game, Brando, you're ready? No, no,
now what that's the most truthful answer we've gotten night.
All right, here we go. Joel embat Is starting, Who
(28:06):
knew that was coming? Is that a magic Johnson tweet?
Joel embat Is starting? Who knew that was coming? Is
that a magic Johnson tweet? No? No, No, that's that's
three nos. That is not a magic Johnson tweet. Very good,
(28:33):
very good, very good, very good, very good. Jason Kidd
made all the right moves tonight for the Mavericks. He
challenged his supporting players to step up, and they did.
Is that a magic Johnson tweet? That would be like
live tweeting? Does he do that? That would be inaccurate?
For starters? So well, no, two starters scored most of
(28:58):
the points the guards, So I don't know what supporting
players he's talking about. Well, Jalen Bronson is a supporting guy, okay,
because he because he had singled out Luca the last
time out right, okay, in that Luca didn't score forty Yeah, yeah,
I still the whole lot, I'll say. No, I just
felt like he's live tweeting. It. So this is like
a This is like a trivial pursuit question where I'm
(29:21):
watching the team argue over what the answer is going
to be. What it was? Was? Was that eleanor Roosevelt?
I don't know, I might have been. I was that
before the news? Was Dolly Madison? Harmon? Harmon? What are
you saying? Dolly? Wait? Dolly Madison? Cream? All right? Brandon,
what do you got sure? Why not? Yes? All right?
(29:42):
Jason Kidd made all the right moose to night for
the Mavericks. He challenged his supporting players to step up,
and they did. That is not magic. Johnson tweet great
coaching job by Doc Rivers. He made great in game
adjustments all game long. Nobody has ever tweeted in the
left I should have left, I shouldn't have left. But
(30:07):
were you trying to throw us off by laughing? No, No,
I wasn't. Great coaching job by Doc Rivers. He made
great in game adjustments all game laws. You're just laughing
out there. He's just trying to get him to come
to the Lakers. It's like an idol compliment here. I
could coach both teams same time, like but soom Now
it's a new world. It's a new world. I should
go back and forth. Yeah yeah, listen, just tell me
(30:29):
when there's a time out in that game. I'll talk
to them this time out in this game, I'll be here.
It'll be just when the two teams play each other.
That would be difficult. I'll be all time coach. I'm
all time coach both teams, all time coach both teams.
I gotta say, no, Steve, Oh yeah, no, alright, no, Brando,
that is a magic john Come on, I'm not lying
(30:56):
in great coaching job by Doc Rivers. He may great
in game adjustments all game long, said no one as
the first time for everything? They were up three points
to start the fourth quarter? Was the magic Johnson? Did
(31:22):
he make the mask that Joel Embiide war to get
him on the court was that, hey, hey, you got
it wrong? Were it okay? You got it wrong? There
were two choices the question where obviously he's just gonna
disagree with are the game is? The game is not?
(31:46):
As this an accurate magic? What are we thinking? Johnson?
Twitter game? We're all two and one, three and one here?
All you gotta do, you guys are two and one? Okay?
Luka Dontch is the Mavericks superstar, but Jalen Brunson led
the Mavericks tonight with twenty eight points to go along
with five assists. Is that a magic? Johnson tweets, you
(32:11):
know every other tweet, I think, why are you even
on Twitter? Honestly, I'm gonna say no, okay and then cry.
When I'll say no, I'll say Luka. Dontech is the
Mavericks superstar, but Jalen Brunson led the Mavericks tonight with
twenty eight points to go along with five assists. That
(32:31):
is not Mack. Johnson tweet the seventies six is and
Doc Rivers got a big boost with the return of
Joel Embiid and he made his head coach look smart
with eighteen points and eleven rebounds. No, no, I thought
Doc made all the moves. That was the previous tweet.
Johnson tweet I'll say that made bad magic. Johnson tweets
(32:54):
seventy six and Doc Rivers got a big boost with
the return of Joel and Bead and he made his
head each looks smart with eighteen points and eleven rebounds.
That's so good. But no, okay, sure all right, that
is no magic, Brandy, you're recognizing how maddening this is, right, Yeah, yeah, kinda.
(33:21):
I figured I might as well just guess yes until
I land on it. I like that. Heads, that's how
you took I haven't killed in for a while, so
my kids taking them tomorrow. So of course in California
they don't use them for anything anymore. No, no, no, no,
I just got the avocadaver system. A B A C
(33:42):
A D A B A. There are many qualified candidates.
But whoever the Lakers higher as their next head coach
needs to be someone who knows how to handle Los Angeles?
Is that a magic? Johnson tweets that's a good line,
and I really thought you were sneaking in and in. Yeah,
that sounds like at the beginning of an indeed read
(34:02):
there are many qualified No, you need, you need indeed,
I want to help the hiring process. They are good
like a guy who is a failure as a GM
and quit on the team. But whoever the Lakers hire
is their next head coach needs to be someone who
knows how to handle loss. Yeah, because that was the problem. Yes,
(34:27):
that is not magic. Johnson tweet, Brandon, did you go
over for seven? I think Brandy went l A King
is down eight to two. By the way to Edmonton,
I have I have ten in the over under for goals.
I just need one more. I need one more. Coming
(34:47):
up next more NBA in a big story out of
the NFL, Fox
