It's running alongside a process where people can provide feedback on how they'd like the inquiry's terms of reference to be tweaked.
Inquiry Chair Professor Tony Blakely told Mike Hosking that it could be useful to have some clarification of the terms.
He says one example is that at the moment they're not talking about vaccine efficacy, but you need to consider that to know whether vaccine mandates are a good idea.
