Supply chains could continue to be an issue, even as the world's biggest port re-opens today.
Shanghai has been operating at a severely reduced capacity since March.
Many shipments have either been cancelled, postponed or rerouted to other Chinese ports.
Infometrics economist Brad Olsen told Mike Hosking supply chain issues could get worse as manufacturing sites reopen.
