Lady Susan Hussey, a lady-in-waiting to the late Queen Elizabeth II and Prince William's godmother, has recently stepped down following allegations of racism.
Lady Susan repeatedly asked Ngozi Fulani, chief executive of a UK charity for survivors of domestic abuse where she was "really from", despite Ngozi's insistence that she was from east London.
UK correspondent Enda Brady says that this incident is a bad look for the royals, especially in light of Meghan and Harry's upcoming Netflix documentary.
