Speaker 1 (00:00):
Darcy water Grave's sports talk hosters with US.

Speaker 2 (00:02):
Hello, Dark, Greetings, Heather Darcy.

Speaker 1 (00:05):
Rts is back from injury?

Speaker 3 (00:06):
Is he? Yep? Is this? I mean the team is
not out yet, but media conference today Rts should be back,
would have been back last week, probably quite fitted up.
They're going to throw him in because of game changer
or I think the issue that the Wahs have got
currently is working out where Seawn Johnson sits comfortably in

(00:26):
the side and the decision making and the fact that
from time to time he disappears. And I think we
saw that over the weekend, and I think that might
be a worry. Could you blame.

Speaker 1 (00:38):
Patty about this? Yesterday I asked Jason Pine whether he
was convinced by Sean Johnson's appearance at the weekend, and
he basically, in a very nice piney way, said no,
are you also unconvinced?

Speaker 3 (00:49):
Unconvinced? I'm not quite sure how much you lean on him.
But this is something Johnson does from time to time.
We know this.

Speaker 1 (00:54):
I don't think it's a surprise inconsistency.

Speaker 3 (00:56):
Yeah, every now and that Look, he plays beautiful football,
He's got the step. I think that we saw maybe
a wee bit of age creeping in there, some of
his decision making in his pay So I'm not sure.
But what do you mean by he disappears suddenly he's
not that valid option that can make that right care
or stick that parson correctly or appears. We'd like him

(01:16):
to appear to do something magical. It's just not that
that playmaker that everybody wants. Now, the split, the split
between himself and other playmakers in the side, you'd think
that he would take that on board all himself, but
plainly that's not the case. So but the worries I
think aside Seawn Johnson, you get out to a lead

(01:37):
that they got out to and then you basically saw
your bed clothes. It's very disappointing.

Speaker 2 (01:43):
You know what the Chiefs did?

Speaker 3 (01:45):
The Chiefs up against the Hurricanes, shock and awe, They
jumped up, they punched them in the mouth a couple
of times, and suddenly the Hurricanes know what was that?
And the Chiefs never relented and they kept going. And
I think that's what Andrew Webster will be looking for.
So he's back in again. We've also got a problem
of issues with a couple of edge players that are

(02:05):
not going to be there because they are both going
to be State of Origin reps. So how they go
about replacing these two characters, that's another story. But all
that news will come out with the team.

Speaker 1 (02:18):
By Johnson chat with you. So is Tomighty Martin a
better option for you?

Speaker 3 (02:24):
He proved that he was a fantastic option over the
three weeks that was Johnson's to do it. I think
we like. What we like about that was the pressure
that was onto Mighty Martin's shoulders and the way he
dealt with that pressure.

Speaker 1 (02:34):
Does Webster pull the pen and put him in a seven?

Speaker 3 (02:37):
I don't think he will. I think the consistency of
selection for Webster's is very important for him. I don't
think on the back of Sean Johnson had It wasn't
a terrible performance, but it wasn't the performance we've been
used to have recent times. And I think Shawn Johnson
knows that too. He'll look at it and go, no,
I can't do that again, and I've got a lift
one game back in again after coming back from injury.

(02:59):
You got to cut on some saying that they're away
the author Titans. We're getting not close to the end
of the season, but they've got a one I'd say
about seventy percent of their remaining games to get through
to the So it starts get into must win territory.

Speaker 2 (03:11):
So it's going to be really interesting.

Speaker 1 (03:14):
Hey listen, tell me, so as roll As Zanya is
going to come back and try to do the UFC
middle White T middleweight title again?

Speaker 3 (03:21):
Is he? He lost at to Strengland what September last
year and it was an unanimous points decision. I think
it's surprised him, it surprised everybody else. But what we saw, well,
what I saw, when I say we, I'm just gonna
push to blame somewhere else, what I saw was a
guy that wasn't totally convinced of what he was doing
in there. We saw a guy that thought it'll come
to me, I'll get it sorted out. And if you're

(03:41):
like that and you're not running it on all of
your interef you're only running on seventy year cylinders out
of V eight in you in this sport, you're gonna
get shown up. You're going to get beaten. So what
it's had is a lot of time to sit there,
to let us wounds and go, what do I need
to do. I need to get that strapped back again.
And he's got I don't want to leave on the
legacy get made.

Speaker 1 (04:00):
From my cousin.

Speaker 3 (04:01):
Is he your cousin? Well?

Speaker 1 (04:02):
Probably? Yeah? Now we all come from the same dis.

Speaker 2 (04:04):
Yeah, really do single?

Speaker 1 (04:06):
I didn't know I was related to somebody called did you?

Speaker 3 (04:09):
Really does he knows related to someone called Heather?

Speaker 1 (04:12):
He should be proud. I've got a better name than that.

Speaker 2 (04:16):
Really, So that's coming up in Perth.

Speaker 3 (04:19):
There is going to be quite the fixture because regardless
of what you think of this guy, because he is
a divisive character, his box office gold. Get him in
the octagon and you can't take your eyes off.

Speaker 1 (04:30):
I mean that South African boy looks ripped as so
between the two of them, it's going to be a
good performance, isn't it.

Speaker 2 (04:36):
And I'll tell you what.

Speaker 3 (04:37):
As you know, South Efgan's are tough.

Speaker 2 (04:39):
I'm going to if I had any race in the world,
any country in the world, to defend my life or anything,
I'd pick us South Ameron, I'd pick you, would you
You're tough?

Speaker 1 (04:51):
Yeah? Yeah?

Speaker 3 (04:53):
Absolutely?

Speaker 2 (04:54):
Chat?

Speaker 1 (04:54):
Actually, thank you. I'm going to go work out later, okay, Darcy. Thanks,
I've got a second job.

Speaker 3 (04:59):
Now might guess on the show after seeing talk about
where the black Cats went wrong.

Speaker 1 (05:02):
Okay, good part.

Speaker 2 (05:05):
Wait she Jones too.
