The All Blacks are hoping to turn their luck around following their worst-ever defeat to South Africa.

Ahead of their Eden Park clash against the Wallabies this Saturday, there are 11 survivors in the run-on side to meet the Aussies.

All Blacks assistant coach Tamati Ellison says the team's morale is running well ahead of the big game.

"I don't think worry's the right word...you prepare every week with all due respect to your opposition."

Caleb Clark back on the left. All Black's assistant coach

Yeah? Great, looking forward to to getting into it, to
spend on time coming.

Speaker 1 (00:28):
And in terms of the changes and Roy Guard returns
to half back, Carter moves to the right wing, Caleb
Clark back on the left.

Speaker 2 (00:35):
What's what is the thinking around some of these changes?

Speaker 3 (00:39):
Yeah? I think Caleb's he's spent me here, physical ball,
Carrier's really good, good try against Counties, extra against Cam
Lloyd Kin and Nan. Cam was influent during that game piece.
He's slatting really well, looks really confidence. It's great to

(01:01):
see from both of them.

Speaker 1 (01:02):
Are you worried about what might happen, even though it's
in part what might happen given what happened with South Africa.

Speaker 3 (01:10):
I don't. I don't think worries the right word. I
think you prepare every week in your audue respect to
your position and all due respect to to our our
own juty in the way we want to play the
game and the adjustments we've made. So I wouldn't say
we'll talk about.

Speaker 3 (01:32):
Yeah, yet we're to do today, so I'll be holding

Speaker 2 (01:43):
Is anyone.

Speaker 1 (01:45):
Look, there's a lot of talk about the captain c
there's a lot of talk about Addie Savia. Obviously he's
taking over in lieu of Scott Barrett. Is it anything
that's been discussed within the team or within the coaching team?

Speaker 3 (01:58):
You mean leadership, but it's all aways discussion, that's what
you're talking about. Yeah, we've got great leaders a great
leadership group who you know, who help each other in
all different parts of the weeks that different people lead
at different times. Obviously Cody Taylor there back this week,
and Jordi Barrett is another one picture proof or two also,

(02:19):
So yes, if that's what you mean.

Speaker 1 (02:22):
I meant, I meant, are you considering dropping Scott Barrett
as captain?

Speaker 3 (02:27):
