Even though your wife Brenda texted you that you would
pay for me to go to Game six. What's that
all about?

Speaker 4 (00:54):
I don't blame her?

Speaker 2 (00:56):
Oh you mean, mush Davis. Let's be riding out. Thank
you for being here. Excited about the weekend. We're going
to pray bains in and out worker or NFL player,
and we're giving away prizes in just about ten minutes,
so we need your phone calls at eight seven, seven
ninety nine on Fox.

Speaker 1 (01:15):
Getting you involved. It's a pretty simple game too.

Speaker 2 (01:17):
You just have to guess is it an in and
out worker or NFL player. It's our way of getting
to know a little bit of both and giving back
to you your chance to win a stainless steel CNR
Swiggy and we got some new ones, some real cool black.

Speaker 3 (01:31):
By the way, just for the record, it's not like
Justin Jefferson. It's like the fifty third man on the roster.

Speaker 2 (01:36):
Yeah, if they deserve credit, eight seven ninety nine on Fox.
If you want to play, we do this every Friday
to have some fun and give away some prizes and
rich I'm sorry takeover because Ted Cruz is texting me.

Speaker 1 (01:48):
I don't know if he texts you too.

Speaker 2 (01:50):
On a side note, aside from all the fun in
all the postseason, are you getting like a ton of
text messages and spam from so and so texting you
about up Kamala Harris or Trump? Want what's up Grandpa Monster?
I don't know if it was Grandpa Munster that hit
me up for Ted Cruz. But Ted Cruz is telling
me I need to vote and are you getting.

Speaker 3 (02:09):
A lot of that or just me? I am not.
You must not unchecked boxes when you spots it.

Speaker 2 (02:16):
No, I get the same thing. Oh man, I just
keep writing stop right stop stop stop, you're kind because
I'm having I'm having a text battle with the Ted.
If you write stop it subscribe to you, I'm like yourself,
leave me alone, right stop. This is harassment. I'm being
harassed by political people.

Speaker 3 (02:38):
Ted Cruz, of all people. Grandpa Munster's bothering you.

Speaker 2 (02:40):
Seriously, I thought it was a Halloween ad. It's actually
Ted Cruz.

Speaker 3 (02:44):
Besides major League Baseball last night and some Monday night football,
we didn't even uh, I'm sorry, Thursday night football. We
didn't even mention that bo Nicks, you know, had a
pretty dece game. The Broncos are four and three in
the States game.

Speaker 2 (02:56):
Yeah, thirty three ten the Saints what they scored at
the end, it was thirty three to three the whole game,
thirty three ten. Props to the Broncos turning it around
four and three. Now it just takes a back seat.
It's just, you know what our discussion I think is
reflective of how a lot of people are feeling. Man
postseason baseball. You know, I saw who was it McAfee

(03:18):
talking to Jeff Passing. McAfee was trying to say, you're
trying to make the point that, hey, Jeff.

Speaker 1 (03:25):
Is it me or has the postseason this year been insane?

Speaker 3 (03:29):
Is it always like this?

Speaker 2 (03:31):
This was a perfect opportunity for Jeff Passing to be
a spokesman for baseball and say, you know what, No,
it's getting better and more exciting than ever, which is
why people need to be tuning in, because the stars
are delivering and they're the biggest names in baseball are
stepping up and we haven't seen it in years.

Speaker 1 (03:46):
And he says, no, it's always like that, and I'm like, no,
it's not.

Speaker 3 (03:51):
Right.

Speaker 2 (03:52):
Look, baseball is exciting, especially postseason baseball, but it's been
extra exciting, so by default you're seeing the Broncos game
take a bit of a back seat. However, that changes
this weekend. We have some exciting matchups, as you already
heard in Rich's Big TV Game of the Week.

Speaker 3 (04:08):
But Rich, hey, by the way, yeah, when I said
the Saints were the worst team in the league and
they started two and zero, yeah, and I said, I said,
hold up, wait a minute, what are they now.

Speaker 1 (04:20):
Two and five? Yep? Oh yeah, yeah.

Speaker 2 (04:24):
It goes to show you. Danny g and I were
talking about that before the show started. He look, yeah,
and everyone was seeing the Ravens were done. He's like,
it's so early, come on, and now look, you know,
reality's starting to set in. But Tom Brady, a lot
of people speculating about TB twelve and his restrictions and

(04:45):
what he should be doing. Is Tom Brady's life. It's
his life and he'll do what he wants.

Speaker 3 (04:52):
Oh, I thought you were gonna say it's his life now.

Speaker 2 (04:57):
I think people need a minor own business on Tom Brady.
You know, is he capable of being a partial owner
and a broadcaster?

Speaker 1 (05:05):
Yeah? I think he is. He's Tom Brady, You're not.

Speaker 2 (05:10):
Everyone thinks that, you know, they want to project what
they're capable of. This dude has already proven to be
so committed to whatever it is that he's doing.

Speaker 1 (05:19):
I think he can do whatever.

Speaker 3 (05:20):
He wants now, Tom Brady, have we got over the restrictions?
We did it back in the day, But now that
the deal with the Raiders is done.

Speaker 1 (05:31):
And he's in his commitment to excellence has been written,
can we go over a.

Speaker 3 (05:36):
Couple of these things, and you tell me how you
feel he navigates.

Speaker 1 (05:38):
It the TV twelve way. That's how. But let's hear
it now.

Speaker 3 (05:45):
Number one, Tom Brady cannot criticize teams or referees.

Speaker 2 (05:52):
That conflict of interest. Right, I'll tell you how. Because
he's a color commentator. He's there for his professional analysis.

Speaker 1 (06:00):
That's how.

Speaker 2 (06:01):
It's the play by play guy's job to do those things.
There's gonna be a balance.

Speaker 3 (06:08):
Denny g. You were saying that on social media. A
lot of Raiders fan pages that are actually very excited
to have Tom Brady were saying that exact thing.

Speaker 4 (06:15):
Yeah, there was a lot of argument in you. I
think I forwarded the clip to you guys where Tom
Brady got that great greeting at the Raider facility.

Speaker 1 (06:25):
Oh, by the way, that was It gave me chills
a little bit. It was pretty cool. It was really cool.
If you didn't see it.

Speaker 2 (06:31):
Tom Brady walks in with Mark Davis and the whole
like Raiders, what would you even call that? Like all
the their staff they're staffed, are there welcoming him, like
there he is man our savior and he looks up
in waves and is freaking tom Brady's kind of cool.

Speaker 4 (06:46):
Mostly their office staff, and it was a it was
a cool scene. And then the first comment underneath, take
this guy's broadcasting job away, conflict of interest, and the
guy who started arguing with him said, Hey, you know what,
Buddy chill, because he's a color analyst. He's that job
normally goes to former players that are just there to

(07:07):
give their real life experience. So that was kind of
the argument I was reading.

Speaker 2 (07:12):
But I think based on that right, it's not like
he can't participate in criticism, it's just not his focus.
That's where his partner steps up and delivers those thoughts
he doesn't need to.

Speaker 3 (07:24):
It will be something tom Brady needs to think about,
like when he's quick to want to be like man
ref that really doesn't look like holding to me. He
can't say that.

Speaker 2 (07:35):
Hey man, A lot of players can't say what they
really want to say. It's like what Rob Parker's been
written about all week, the pushback. These people look compromised, teaky,
teaky Barber's in bed with the giants.

Speaker 1 (07:49):
He can't say what he wants to say. He can,
we can not.

Speaker 2 (07:54):
Everybody can anyway, So that's my counter argument to that
you think.

Speaker 1 (07:58):
Everybody just says what's on their mind, But I don't
think so.

Speaker 3 (08:01):
I did say the emotional tom Brady video going into
the facility. I also did see some great photoshops of
Tom Brady with Mark Davis hair.

Speaker 2 (08:12):
Those were great. You know, Mark Davis should get tom
Brady here. It's backwards because he's there to change some
things around. But you know what I did notice in
that really cool video of Tom Brady stepping into the
facility and everyone giving him round of applause, Mark Davis
looking at him like he was in love. Did you
notice that Danny g like smiling what I tell you the.

Speaker 4 (08:32):
Other day, He's had a crush on tom Brady.

Speaker 2 (08:35):
He's crushing on him, and that shows me that even
though he's the guy, I feel like he's willing to
give up a lot of a lot of liberty, a
lot of choices and decision making to Tom Brady because
he admires them so much, despite of being in only
a five to ten percent owner whatever he is technically.

Speaker 3 (08:52):
I did say the memes also that said you got
to find yourself, guys, A lady that looks at you
the way Mark Davis looks at Tom Brady.

Speaker 2 (08:58):
I didn't even see those, but I but I noticed that. Yeah,
it was noticeable. Now he desires him next othereless. He
can't criticize refs or teams. I mean again, these are
things that he'll have to just take note of, Like,
all right, I can't be like man, the Saints secondary stinks.

Speaker 3 (09:15):
He has to pull back. He can't enter other team
facilities where you could argue well as the color commentator,
maybe he doesn't need to. He can't attend practices. Is
that a problem.

Speaker 2 (09:28):
Can't attend practices. Yeah, so that means he would be
not he would not be able to get any sort
of original scoop. But that doesn't mean he can't get
a scoop.

Speaker 3 (09:38):
I think the only of all these little rules, Danny
Cavino backed me up, the only one that might be
a little bit tricky is no pregame production meeting with
players where you know a lot of times you'll hear
like Chris Collinsworth say like, yeah, man, this week, I
caught up a bo Nix and he told me this.

Speaker 2 (09:54):
Okay, all right, you know what, and that is a
conflict of interest. You could see how that would work
against him in the but you're gonna tell me that
this dude should step down from a ten year, three
hundred and seventy five million dollar deal because Biff and
Idaho says, so no way, you know, no way. And plus,
Danny g I gotta give him credit on this. Tom

(10:15):
Brady wants to be more of a presence in the organization.
He wants to own a team, so he needs that money.
And you think he cares what anyone thinks about him
stepping down as a broadcaster, that's a hell of a deal.

Speaker 1 (10:29):
He's gonna do it regardless and make it happen.

Speaker 4 (10:31):
Rich always tells us, never give up a gig. Yeah,
no matter how many different side gigs or you know,
gigs you might have, don't ever just freely walk away
from one.

Speaker 2 (10:41):
And you think he's gonna give up a ten thirty
seventy five million dollars gig.

Speaker 4 (10:45):
His endgame is the same as Lebron James be a
majority owner of a franchise.

Speaker 3 (10:49):
He needs it, Danny, that point is so true because
I'm a full time employee of Fox Sports, and iHeart
I got a gig. By full time gig at Serious XM.
We do our Patreon podcast. You know, Covinos does stuff
of the History channel like no one's giving up gates.

Speaker 2 (11:03):
And he's a tonely fans model. He he poses his
feet for online freaks.

Speaker 3 (11:11):
Can I do that?

Speaker 1 (11:12):
I thought you did.

Speaker 3 (11:13):
I got good look at feet for it, dude. All right,
you know we gotta play. We gotta play in and

live in, you're missing out. I hope that they get

I appreciate the effort.

Speaker 2 (22:15):
Sam mad about Rich for just ruining the vibe of
the Mets because look, he's not at the game today
and the Mets are dominating, even though somebody just went
yard for the Dodgers who hit a home runs.

Speaker 4 (22:27):
Oh wow, hotheads.

Speaker 1 (22:28):
So it's eight two Mets looking good today. Rich in
the fourth.

Speaker 2 (22:34):
So anyway, it's Cavino and Rich live from the Ti
rack dot com studio, right. Thanks again to Rapid Radios,

Rapid Radios, Thank you again, Fox Sports Radio Nation. Now,
any other final thoughts before we move on and talk
more about this weekend's activities and get into weekend hobnobbing,

(23:12):
and a few any thoughts on Tom Brady, especially because
again there's a lot of pushback with him being a
broadcaster and being a partial owner of the Raiders. A
lot of people are like, do one or the other man,
because something's gonna something's gonna give way. Right, you can't
focus on one when you're saying yes to something, you're

(23:33):
saying no to something else. I each job, each job
would rec would require one hundred percent of his focus.
That's the thought.

Speaker 3 (23:42):
I think people that can't multitask say that. I always
hated that Kavino. When I was a high school kid,
I was the nerdy dude that was in like the
high school plays. But I also as a good athlete,
so I played sports. I was a dude running between
play practice and sports. And I remember there were some
teachers like pick one, and I'm like, what do I
got to pick one?

Speaker 2 (24:01):
I love bull I mean I can see it though, Yeah,
because little orphan any really not that intimidating, you know
when playing sports.

Speaker 3 (24:09):
I mean, dude, I wanted to I wanted to be
he was in anything. I thought you played any?

Speaker 1 (24:16):
Oh he wasn't any That's right. He was the orphan right, No,
he was Rooster Hennigan, the hard knock life for a rich.

Speaker 2 (24:24):
Rich So no, I get it. You want to do both,
and that's fair, right. You don't ever want to be
put in a box. I don't like that I'm not
the man in the box speaking of Alice and Chains.
I don't want to be putting the box Tom Brady.
But what he's doing bro is next level. It's not
high school play.

Speaker 3 (24:41):
And I don't know, dude, I was I was in
any the Musical and I pitched varsity baseball. It might
be the same thing.

Speaker 2 (24:46):
I mean, it's a it's a it's an understandable comparison.

Speaker 1 (24:50):
But we're saying these are high.

Speaker 2 (24:53):
Level, high stress, high demand, next level opportunities where you know,
people listening to the broadcast don't want to be compromised,
and people rooting for the Raiders don't want to be like,
hey man, we want all your focus.

Speaker 1 (25:08):
They don't want to feel compromised either. Hey buddy, Yeah.

Speaker 3 (25:11):
Does anyone tell Ryan Seacrest, dude, do American Idol your
radio show or Real Fortune? Does anyone tell Steve Harvey, hey, dude,
it's family feud or your other hosting? Does anyone tell
Ah coach Doug Gottlieb, are you going to be a
coach or a radio host? Some people have the capacity,
but you don't want to do multiple things.

Speaker 2 (25:29):
I would never question any of those guys because I
admire all of them. You know, I'll throw Mario Lopez
in there too, because he takes all my gigs. Mario Lopez, Right,
all these guys have multiple gigs, multiple jobs. Would imagine
how great they would be if they had one sole
focused Think about that.

Speaker 3 (25:45):
I agree with A Lopez. They just announced that he's
going to be hosting I believe, Miss Universe. And aren't
you hosting like a hot sauce contest in downtown LA?

Speaker 1 (25:51):
Yeah? Yeah, same thing, just as cool. But think about that.

Speaker 2 (25:59):
You know, we have several jobs, rich, you know what
I think to myself, Yeah, I could do it, but man,
I'd be a hell of a lot better and a
lot more energized if I only had to focus on one.
There's that quote that people always cut in half and
never finish. It's jack of all trades, master of none.
But the second half is though oftentimes better than a
master of one. So sometimes being a jack of all

(26:20):
trades is better than being a master of one.

Speaker 1 (26:22):
Okay, DP, you got thoughts on that?

Speaker 3 (26:24):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (26:24):
Before we get to my updates, I just wanted to
say it's good business for Tom Brady to be in
the NFL, and I have more of a problem with
all of these restrictions going on, because when you're an analyst,
if you're Troy Aikman or whoever, fans are already going
to think you're biased anyway, right, And for the NFL
to be so paranoid that there could be inside information

(26:45):
and stuff moving on it. I just think it's good
business for the NFL to have Tom Brady and as
many different places as you can. So all of these
stupid rules shouldn't be put on Kevin Burkhard's shoulders because
he you know, Tom Brady can't say cerin things. That's
not what the play by play guy's job is. Yeah,
that's funny. You should ease up on some of these.

Speaker 2 (27:06):
You think that Tom Brady'll have codes, like for Burke
Cahart to be like, hey, get on the ref because
I can't give the touches his That means Burke Cahrt
has to lean in on the refs. Tom Brady's writing
notes to burkecart It's like, how involved is he really
going to be here? Is he really just an investor?
I think he's been way involved.

Speaker 3 (27:23):
The goal spot the competitive sign of Tom's gonna want
to be part of a winning environment and Uh. By
the way, I was gonna say, have you seen our
good pal Kevin Burkhart, He's like the silver Fox. Now
the stress of Tom Brady has already getting the.

Speaker 1 (27:35):
Silver Fox and the silver and black Fox.

Speaker 4 (27:37):
Man there it is.

Speaker 1 (27:38):
Yeah, I'll give that.

Speaker 3 (27:40):
So hey, tom Brady, it will be interesting because there
I wonder if there'll be a fine at any point,
Like tom Brady gets fine because he he criticized the
Falcon secondary or something, you know.

Speaker 1 (27:50):
Like, what is the fine? Because maybe it's worth it
the red right.

Speaker 3 (27:54):
Yeah, remember like when Michael Jordan was told every time
you wear those Jordan's we find you, you know whatever,
and the bulls.

Speaker 2 (28:00):
Said okay, yeah exactly. Nike said, okay, maybe it's worth it.
So it is an interesting story. And you know, we
could actually wrap it with Dan Byer's answer and sentiment
of Tom Brady's great for the NFL, so he'll be
great for the Raiders. He's great for the league. He's winning,

(28:22):
a winning, a proven winner. Let's just leave it at that.
So I'm happy for the guy.

Speaker 3 (28:27):
Who are we to tell him what he can and
can't do? And speaking of Dan Bayer, I'm feeling an update.
D b what's going down, man.

Speaker 4 (28:33):
Guys not out of the clear as of yet, and Queens.
Mets have an eight to two lead on the Dodgers
in Game five of the National League Championship Series. Pete
Alonzo doing the damage in the first for the Mets,
I know, three run home run and then a five
run third inning allowed them to extend their lead. Included
in that five run third Francisco Lindor RBI triples, Darling

(28:58):
marte At a two RBI double, Friends, Cisco Alvarez had
an RBI single, and I think Brandon Nimo even got
in on the action with an RBI single as well.
Had the Mets up eight to one, Dodgers answered with
the pa his home run in the top of the
fourth inning. Still in the top of the fourth, bases
loaded for the Dodgers, two outs, pitching change for New York.
Red Garretts come in taking over to try to get

(29:21):
out of this jam. Freddie Freeman is at the plate,
but Fox Sports One right now, Mets on top of
the Dodgers by a score of eight to two. Guardians
and Yankees coming up from Cleveland. Game four of the ALCS.
That's on TBS. First pitch eight oh eight Eastern time.
So I'm a news from the NFL. Cardinals wide receiver
Marvin Harrison Junior practice fully today, but he still needs

(29:42):
to clear concussion protocol to play Monday against the Chargers.
On Sunday at Super Bowl fifty eight rematch between the
Chiefs and Niners, Niners will have Jordan Mason available and
wide receiver Deebo Samuel both off the injury report, while
wide receiver Ricky Piersall, the team's first round pick, is
expect to make his debut. Remember, he was shot in

(30:03):
the chest during an attempted robbery in late August, So
the Niners getting pierce All on the field. Some other
NFL news, Steelers wide receiver George Pickens told the reporters
that Russell Wilson will start against the Jets in Week seven.
Anthony Richardson to start again for the Colts, returning from
his oblique and hip injuries. They've got the Dolphins, but
they want to have Jonathan Taylor as the indie running
back remains out with his high ankle. Sprain Bill's running

(30:24):
back James Cook will play Sunday against the Titans. Cooper
Cup of the Rams questionable to face the Raiders because
of his ankle injury, while Jacoby Meers doubtful to play
in that game. In La, Browns and coach Kevin Stefanski
confirmed running back Nick Chubb will make his season debut
against the Bengals. And former NFL quarterback Jay Cutler arrested
in Tennessee Thursday on multiple charges, including DUI and possession
of a firearm while under the influence.

Speaker 2 (30:46):
Guys, back to you, that's a wild story, thank you, dB.
The whole j Cutler thing. I got a bunch of
people hit me up sliding into the DMS asking if
we were going to talk about that. I'm like, yeah, maybe,
I just find no excuse for it. We discussed that
justin Timerlake when it happened. It's like when you got
all these means, all this money, and all the opportunity
to get an uber right or a car service. I mean,

(31:10):
Uber is so liberating. There's no need for that anymore.
Even if you drove there, you leave your car and
just take an Uber back. It's so easy nowadays that
there's no excuse really for it.

Speaker 1 (31:23):
That's that's really my thoughts on it. Latest updates.

Speaker 2 (31:25):
They threw one of those locking devices on his ignition
where you have to blow into it in order to
start your car. So just take an Uber Colors Like, yeah,
but uh, you know prices were high at the moment.

Speaker 1 (31:37):
Hey, try loft. It was a surge. Try lift.

Speaker 3 (31:41):
Meanwhile, his ex wife was like dating a young hunk
and everyone's like she's the greatest that he's like off
acting a fool.

Speaker 2 (31:47):
Oh man, you know, it's just bad news. And let
it be a reminder to everybody. It's never worth it, ever,
never ever worth it. So get that uber, man. It's
a liberating feeling. It's actually a great feeling. If you're
going out, you know you're gonna be boozing and schmoozing.
I do it all the time, taking Uber and you think, bro,
we're not making that kind of Jake Cutler money.

Speaker 1 (32:08):
You would think that'd be obvious for these idiots.

Speaker 3 (32:12):
Honestly, it's when you're out to a nice dinner out
with some friends. The idea of By the way, do
you see Freddy Freeman just looked at strike three. If
I were there, he would have hit a grand slam.

Speaker 1 (32:23):
Of course he at least you're owning it, By.

Speaker 3 (32:26):
The way, I'm saying, if you're out about with friends,
that feeling of like I'm gonna have one drink and
that's it because I have to drive. Don't drive. Take
an omer.

Speaker 1 (32:34):
That's the whole point.

Speaker 3 (32:35):
Man, This isn't a this is not an uber commercial.
It's just called common damn send.

Speaker 2 (32:39):
Ride, dare something. Take a taxi cab there it is there.
You can find you a petticab, a rickshaw. I'll stick
to anything.

Speaker 1 (32:48):
Scooters. Man, that's dangerous.

Speaker 3 (32:51):
I had one question I wanted to pose as we
uh got into some weekend hobnobbing in a little bit,
think about this, and I want your answer when we
get back. Momentum. It's such a discussion in sports. I've
heard people be like, momentum hogwash. It means nothing, There's
no such thing. And other people believe momentum in sports.
Who says that, dude walk around the studio you Fox

(33:13):
Sports Radio a lot. The editors like momentum. It's not
a real thing. It's in the next day's picture.

Speaker 5 (33:17):
We may all the time.

Speaker 1 (33:19):
He says.

Speaker 2 (33:20):
Momentum is made up. He says, it's confidence, not momentum.
Oh okay, okay, all right, let me think about that
for me.

Speaker 3 (33:27):
So ask yourself if the Mets put up a pretty
impressive game five in the series is three to two.
Granted you have to go back to Los Angeles game
six and seven. No easy task. But do the Mets
fly back to LA if they hang on here with
a little Dare I say momentum confidence? Is that a thing?
Or do you think the Dodger's like, now, it's cool,

(33:48):
We'll just clinch it home.

Speaker 4 (33:51):
I don't know, because our boss sent a group chat
right now where he has tickets for you for the
game Sunday, So.

Speaker 3 (33:58):
You know what, I'm not even joking. If I was
offered free tickets for Sunday night, I think my pass.

Speaker 1 (34:02):
You might pass.

Speaker 2 (34:03):
All right, Well, hey, think about that and think about
what you're watching this weekend. If you have no idea,
We're going to fill you in. We do it every Friday.

Speaker 3 (35:20):

Speaker 2 (35:24):
Ooh ooh, Who's going to be the pro of the week.
I think I got somebody, just based on what I
saw yesterday. Cavino enriched live from the ti rack dot
com studio, Managing staff for your supply chain is complex.

(35:48):
Let Express employment professionals provide the workforce you need. With
Express you could lower contingent labor costs and reduce turnover.
Go to expresspros dot com. Final location near you Expresspros
dot Com. It is time for this week's pro of
the week. It might have been the call of the week, Iowa, Sam,

(36:08):
you played it earlier. I think it has to go
to Big Christmas Noel simply for what he did yesterday.

Speaker 6 (36:16):
Swing the hammer, John Kency no Well, John Noel.

Speaker 1 (36:30):
Big Christmas Please Dog is the Express pro Pro of
the week.

Speaker 2 (36:34):
And it pains me to say that as a Yankees fan,
I acknowledge again that was a major gut punch, but
I can completely acknowledge that was a classic and that
was a big, big moment for him. Congrats again to
Big Naziss for being our Express Pros Pro the week.

Speaker 1 (36:51):
And that was time for weekend.

Speaker 3 (36:53):
Having the weekend, you're winning bets for talking points.

Speaker 4 (36:57):
If you get stuck socializing, you have ever done anything dangerous?

Speaker 5 (37:00):
Ever dance with the devil in the pale line.

Speaker 4 (37:03):
Friday brings us weekend. Hob Nobby.

Speaker 1 (37:07):
All right, I'll kick it off.

Speaker 2 (37:10):
Now there's so much college football, NFL, postseason baseball, but
try to remember there's more to life than that. You
got UFC Fight Night Manyana, Anthony Hernandez and Perera Michael
Perera are the main event in the middleweight division, and
the bantamweight you got Rob font and Kyler Phillips and

(37:33):
Charles Johnson is also fighting for the flyweights.

Speaker 1 (37:37):
That's UFC Fight Night.

Speaker 2 (37:39):
But then, I'm not a Terrifier kind of guy, even
though it's dominating the box office. Terrifier three Art the Clown,
I am, I think able to watch Smile and Smile Too.
Maybe I'll watch Smile the original Smile because I never
saw it, but Smile Too is now available on Netflix
if you're trying to get into the mood for the

(38:00):
spooky season. And then, of course Rich if the Yankees
win tonight. They were up three to one, so I'll
be watching tomorrow to see if they could seal the deal.

Speaker 1 (38:11):
Yanks in Cleveland.

Speaker 3 (38:14):
Les go, well, I mean you said Smile too. I
did watch the first two Terrifiers and those are gruesome.

Speaker 2 (38:22):
So we're saying people are saying that the third one
that's out in theaters now is putting Terrifier or aren't
the clown up there with the Halloween icons such as
Krueger not Chad Krueger, Freddy Krueger, Michael Myers and Jasoer.

Speaker 3 (38:38):
Yeah, dude, it's it's really creepy and disturbing. But Smile too?

Speaker 1 (38:43):
Is that?

Speaker 3 (38:43):
Like I said, I might do what you did. I'm
not trying to copy your answer, but I may go
watch the original Smile Smile one and see if it's
worth watching the second.

Speaker 1 (38:50):
It was good man.

Speaker 3 (38:51):
Yeah, there's a creepy movie, Woman of the Hour with
Anna Kendrick about a seventies dating game show where it
was like a serial.

Speaker 4 (39:00):
Killer based on a true story.

Speaker 3 (39:02):
Yeah. So I'm going to check that out on Netflix.
And on Sunday night, the Mets. I dare I say
this because the Mets just scored a few more in
the fourth. It's ten to two.

Speaker 1 (39:12):
Wow.

Speaker 3 (39:13):
I think I could say Game six Sunday night at
Dodger Stadium. I will not be in attendance because I
refuse to be the mush because it's just it's absurd.
Now I can't go back to watch a Mets game.
But that could be a game.

Speaker 4 (39:29):
I'm going to send a limo for you.

Speaker 3 (39:31):
That could be looking off the Ages Vegas if the
Mets go there and pitchmanya, who is their best pitcher
right now? What if the force a game seven? The
possibilities are there, So we shall see Sunday night at
Dodger Stadium. And uh, you know, if you want to
get in the NBA mood and you and you're a
little baseballed out, I don't know how you could be
starting five on Netflix. I haven't downloaded from my flight

(39:52):
back to Los Angeles, so I may watch that nice.

Speaker 4 (39:54):
Yeah, I'm loving that one. And the new season of
Shrinking is on Apple TV. What a cast. And there's
a long list here. I'll give you some of them.
Mary J. Blige, Jimmy Buffett, Chare, Peter Frampton, Foreigner, Cool
in the Gang, Ozzy Osbourne, and a tribe called Quest.
There's a few more on the list. They all are
inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, which

(40:15):
streams on Disney Plus tomorrow. Oh wow, yeah, cool should
be cool. A couple of big games for Week eight
college football. We've talked a lot of NFL on the show.
How about number five Georgia at number one Texas? Huge
game for Georgia tomorrow. Don't miss that number seven Alabama
at number eleven, Tennessee, number eight, LSU at Arkansas, Nebraska

(40:36):
at number sixteen Indiana, and number twenty four Michigan at
number twenty two Illinois.

Speaker 1 (40:41):
You guys thing Iowa Samuel that you're checking out this weekend.

Speaker 5 (40:44):
Don't forget unranked Iowa visiting unranked Michigan State Saturday night
on Peacock and NBC.

Speaker 4 (40:51):
Escort yourself out of the studio.

Speaker 3 (40:53):
You no, let me tell you.

Speaker 4 (40:54):
Let me tell you one thing.

Speaker 2 (40:55):
Let me tell you that Indiana Nebraska game is gonna
is sneaky good on paper, So check that out.

Speaker 3 (41:00):
I was sent me plan on watching a great pumpkin
Charlie Brown.

Speaker 2 (41:03):
At some point I will absolutely it's a class. I
gotta skip for you. I gotta skip for you. I
watched this last night because it came out last night.
I thought it would be great.

Speaker 1 (41:10):
It was like it was all right.

Speaker 2 (41:12):
Uh called Brothers, starring Josh Brolin and Peter Dinklich, who
I both love. It's like a brother buddy comedy, but
I feel like they forced it a little bit a
buddy comedy with Buddy Yeah and the freezers in it
like closes in it. It's like there are a few moments,
but I'm just I was like the whole time, I'm
just staring there, like.

Speaker 1 (41:33):
Okay, okay, okay, and.

Speaker 4 (41:35):
Cove, we need to mention their sperm donor controversy in
season seven of Love is Blind?

Speaker 1 (41:40):
Are you kidding?

Speaker 4 (41:41):
No?

Speaker 1 (41:41):
No, I haven't gotten there.

Speaker 4 (41:42):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (41:43):
Oh wow, So I got to finish Love is Blind again?

Speaker 4 (41:45):
What was that sperm donor controversy? Gotcha?

Speaker 2 (41:48):
And that means I got to catch up on Love
is Blind. That's on Netflix, by the way, and totally
worth to watch.

Speaker 1 (41:54):
There's a lull, but it gets better apparently, So enjoy that.

Speaker 2 (41:57):
Enjoy all the games, rich and enjoy your met's victory
right now, because you know what, I believe in momentum.
To answer your question before, I'm a believer.

Speaker 4 (42:06):
I come to La get smacked around in La.

Speaker 3 (42:09):
Now, I got to decide if I want to watch
Love Is Blind without my wife on the flight home. Alight, Hey,
I have a great weekend. Arribadrechie baby, see you in
the Promised Land. Let's go mad y me
