Sort of a bruise weekend.

I mean, that's what it is like. The Dolphins.

Speaker 1 (01:21):
Raiders have become a backdrop to just the weekend getting
together with good friends.

Speaker 3 (01:25):
Yeah, we did one of those things where hey, let's
get together at least once a year, check out a
new stadium, go to a game, catch up with buddies.
But not only do we go to the game on Sunday.
We're watching the fight tonight, and I think that's what
everybody should be doing.

Speaker 1 (01:39):
This is your opportunity to reconnect with those buddies you
abandoned from the nineties. Family members you really don't talk
to as much. But remember when you.

Speaker 3 (01:48):
Used to get together, order pizza, order the pay per view,
get together to watch Tyson to knock your knock his
opponent out in ninety seconds and you'd still love every
second of it. You get to see that again tonight.
It might not go that way, but that's what we're
gonna break down today on the Cavino and Rich show.
We want to hear from everybody. We're gonna talk about it.
We're gonna go over Rich's big TV game of the week.

(02:08):
Get you ready for the NFL Week eleven and weekend hobnobbing.
Aside from the fight tonight, what else do you need
to watch?

Speaker 2 (02:16):
There's a lot, There's a lot, but we got I
was Sam in the house, what's up?

Speaker 1 (02:18):
I was saying, Guys, Sam, Danny, g Yo, Jase Stu,
get to see my friend hello every Monday. There he is, Hey,
the pooper of the party, Jase Stu, who we love.

Speaker 3 (02:31):
But my goodness, Jay, I heard you with Gottlieb talking
about the fight tonight. You sucked all the fun out
of one of the most awesome nights of the year.
I can't even believe it. We're gonna get to that.

Speaker 1 (02:41):
Of course, d B is on your I know, hanging
out with Jay stew Socially, the guy's a fun time,
his girlfriend's beautiful.

Speaker 3 (02:51):
They're sweet and but this is that the worst take
he's ever had. I can't wait to talk about it.
We've got to get everybody involved. Dan Byer's got your updates.
But let's the wild rump is start. We've waited for
this since since what nine months ago? It was supposed
to be in July. We were actually, you know, maybe
thinking about going then it got rescheduled. So we're just

(03:11):
here trying to make the most of it, watching like
everybody else under the moon tonight, wondering what's gonna happen.
And Jayce dud you gotta tell us what you told Gottlieb.

Speaker 4 (03:21):
I heard a little bit.

Speaker 3 (03:22):
Here and there. I was listening in. We were having
some cocktails.

Speaker 1 (03:25):
You were hanging out in this airbnb we got in Miami,
and all I heard was you being really negative about
what I'm so pumped about. So I want to hear
explain yourself.

Speaker 5 (03:36):
I hate to be a buzzkill, I really do, because
it's all good, man. There's a different there's a different
energy on the show with you guys, and I try
to bring a different energy what Doug I could kind
of be my my comrudgen self. But I will say
this about tonight, I'm not gonna watch. I have no
interest in watching. I'll see all the clips afterwards, I'll
see the Twitter reaction, but I just have no I

(03:57):
don't have any interest in seeing a a young athletic
person beat the hell out of an old man.

Speaker 1 (04:05):
I know yours. I no, I can't see that, but
we're just hoping that isn't the case. It doesn't go
against my brain, Jayson, it goes against my heart. In fact,
I want to here's what I want to do. I
want to discuss, but I want to play a couple
of clips that might change your thought process a little bit.
Let's start. I was sam with Mike Tyson. You saw

(04:27):
him slap Jake Paul. A lot of people are like, oh,
it's a fake slap. None. He stepped on his He
slept on his stepped on his feet, and Mike Tyson
has a real particular problem with someone touching his feet.

Speaker 3 (04:40):
It wasn't fake, This was not stage. A lot of
speculation on that man. This is right out of the
WWE playbook. No way, And I'll tell you why. Jake
Paul steps on the stage, steps on his gold toes.
He do step on another man's gold toes. That's the
premiere sock in all the sock industry gold toes, No way,
no how, and he reacts did accordingly accordingly to that. Well,

(05:02):
take a listen to Mike talking about his feet.

Speaker 1 (05:04):
I don't know.

Speaker 6 (05:05):
What I would do in the UK, because I watched
the UF a couple of times and I watched these
guys step on people's feet. And I have the worst
feet in the world, right and if somebody step on
my feet, I would totally tap out.

Speaker 1 (05:15):
I would just give up. It would be a no brainer.
He does not like his feet being stepped on or
touch So that reaction, buddy, was can you in fact?
Ariel Holwane, who we've worked with great dude friends of
the show. Ariel Hawane said the face Mike Tyson made

(05:36):
after his foot was stepped on and he slapped Jake
Paul was that of like a madman.

Speaker 4 (05:41):
Fury reaction there.

Speaker 3 (05:43):
And if that's what gets that old Mike Tyson out, man,
he showed up just in time.

Speaker 1 (05:51):
Look, you have to realize he has a foot thing.
Clearly you just heard that. It's weird.

Speaker 3 (05:56):
Yeah, I mean I too, Yeah, I do too a
little bit. Then he comes out in his brand new
crispy clean, very fresh gold toes, like I said the
premiere sock in all the land, I rock them. You
step on them, it's like someone coming out and stepping
on your brand new nikes, you know what I mean.

Speaker 1 (06:12):
Like he stepped right on his toes, my good teeth.
So he got a smack in the face, and I
think that that woke the animal up. Man, I think
he woke up inside maybe a little bit. Now I
was saying, Mike Tyson said something that might change your
mind as well. He talked about what this means for
his kids.

Speaker 2 (06:32):
Take a listen, family, everything but my kids.

Speaker 4 (06:37):
To my children, I'm nobody.

Speaker 6 (06:38):
And then but that night, they're gonna find out their
father's very special.

Speaker 1 (06:43):
I mean, why would you say that about your kids
if you don't plan on whooping Jake Paul's ass tonight.

Speaker 2 (06:47):
My kids are gonna find out that's special.

Speaker 3 (06:49):
No, And he was like very special, like he put
a lot of heart into that, like he meant it.

Speaker 4 (06:54):
So we're playing these clips for two reasons.

Speaker 1 (06:58):
Everybody saw the slap heard around the world world last
night at the Way in did you see Mike Tyson
grabbed this junk too.

Speaker 4 (07:03):
He grabbed his junk at the way and like my junk.

Speaker 1 (07:07):
He's getting in that Mike Tyson like angry, you don't
know what to expect sort of zone, like anything could happen,
sort of zone, which is kind of cool.

Speaker 4 (07:14):
You saw the slap.

Speaker 3 (07:15):
Now we're playing the clip that pretty much solidifies what
people are wondering about, like, does he have a lot
to fight for? Is he going to give up in
the ring? You're fighting for your children's respect. You can't
embarrass your kids in this moment. His kids are living
as social media life too. They're teenage kids, they're young kids.

Speaker 1 (07:33):
Dude, if he was going to take a fall for
Jake Paul, then you don't bring up your kids in it, right, Yeah,
I agree, that's one thing. Now, people around the sports world, listen,
we've been talking about it, reacting. We'll just go over
a few people that think Tyson has no chance. A
guy we respect, a guy we like. Dave Portnoy from
Barstool thinks betting on Jake Paul might be the easiest
bet he's ever made. Take a listen to this.

Speaker 7 (07:54):
I've been wrong before, so I'll preface it with that,
and I may be wrong again. Jake Paul, Mike Tyson,
I didn't even know you could bet it. I didn't
even know you could bet it. I thought it was
an exposition of farce. Netflix. Give these guys money, get
the curious, like seeing a circus, tune and watch the fight.
Didn't think it was sanctioned that you could actually bet it.

Speaker 2 (08:17):
I go on DraftKings.

Speaker 7 (08:19):
You can bet this fight. Jake Paul is minus two
hundred two to one favored over Mike Tyson.

Speaker 1 (08:25):
Are you kidding me?

Speaker 4 (08:27):
Listen?

Speaker 7 (08:27):
I'm a Mike Tyson historian. I grew up on Mike Tyson,
watch all his fights. Couldn't wait for press conferences. Mike
Tyson punchoe. I know Mike Tyson. I grew up on
Mike Tyson. I love Mike Tyson. Mike Tyson has no
shot in this fight. Mike Tyson, I get was a
bad man when his heavyweight champion in the world and

(08:48):
David Rody mc givens and Sphinx and things like.

Speaker 1 (08:50):
I get it.

Speaker 7 (08:51):
I watched, I lived it. The Mike Tyson after prison
was a shell of himself. He wasn't even a good fighter.
You could cut his last four fights.

Speaker 1 (09:00):
There's Portnoye now makes a lot of good points, But
for him to not know it was a sanctioned fight
means he's been not tuning in at all for a minute. Seriously,
he didn't know he could bet on that fight.

Speaker 3 (09:12):
That shows me he has been paying close attention to
what's been going on recently. He's dead on and saying
that even towards the end of his career, Yeah, he
had nothing really in the tank. You remember his famous quote,
I did do't have the fighting guts, and you do
have to wonder it's a long time, because all of
a sudden he have the fighting guts again. Look, man,
he was a master at the craft. Are you gonna

(09:35):
say that a master at the craft is going to
lose to a dude who's only strapped on the gloves?

Speaker 1 (09:39):
What for the past four years? Is it's father time
versus Mike Tyson. That's what's going on here. You know,
we all know he could beat Mike Jake Paul any
other time, but portnoy I respect his decision, but he's
saying there's no chance. Just always a puncher's chance. I know,
but this is Mike Tyson. Before we discuss on the show,
let me point out a point two more quickies.

Speaker 2 (10:00):
Paully Melanaji a boxer you love, hey, Pauli Melanajie, Eh
Poly mel Nane.

Speaker 1 (10:07):
An underrated fighter from back in the day.

Speaker 4 (10:09):
Yeah, man, he's a champion.

Speaker 2 (10:10):
Take a listen with PAULI.

Speaker 8 (10:11):
Had to say, I'm gonna be straight up. I'm gonna
be very clear about this. Jake Ball stops Mike Tyson tonight.
All right, there's no two ways around it. I know
everybody's getting excited with the forty years ago highlights of
Mike Tyson all over the Instagram and all over the
social media.

Speaker 2 (10:24):
Wake up, guys, wake up.

Speaker 8 (10:25):
Most of you guys weren't even around, weren't even alive
during that era. All right, stop with the crap, all right,
Think that's fifty eight years old.

Speaker 9 (10:31):
Alright, he's he's on trooms and weed every day prior
to this camp, and then he went to camp for
a couple of months, and all of a sudden, he's
gonna beat this twenty seven year old guy who's not
a knavicet. By the way, nobody's ever gonna say Jake
Pole's world less fighter, but he's not a novice.

Speaker 1 (10:43):
Guys. Yeah, these are great takes, and I feel like
we've been bringing our takes for the last months and
months and months on this. Even saw andre Ward, another great.

Speaker 3 (10:52):
Fighter, sog Ward, a legend, spoke about it. Here's what
he said. He that's just a quote. There was no audio.

Speaker 2 (10:58):
His quote was simply, it's impossible to call this.

Speaker 3 (11:01):
Oh he's been talking about it, yeah, for weeks. It's
impossible because you just don't know what Mike Tyson has
left in the tank. You don't know how a fifty
eight year old former legend sizes up against a strong, hungry,
twenty seven year old guy who's only been in the
ring but active, but only been.

Speaker 1 (11:22):
Boxing for four years.

Speaker 3 (11:23):
So I will tell you this man, and I said this,
and I say this reluctantly. I think Jake Paul's gonna win,
But that doesn't mean I don't think Tyson has a chance.
That's where I disagree with Portnoy, and that's where I disagree.

Speaker 4 (11:35):
With PAULI Malnaji.

Speaker 1 (11:37):
Mike Tyson is a heavyweight fighter man. He's fought bigger guys,
more intimidating guys, far more scarier than Jake Paul. He
fought Lennox Lewis you think he cares about stupid Jake Paul?
Does he take Jake Paul serious? Absolutely? But is he
intimidated by this moment? Not at all?

Speaker 3 (11:54):
You know, I think he has a legitimate shot, and
I hate to say the same thing over and over again.
We've seen it with George Foreman. We've heard it many times.
It's just a boxing fact. The last thing to go
is the power Tyson still has.

Speaker 1 (12:08):
That.

Speaker 3 (12:08):
Here's my fear, Rich that Tyson gets in there and
he looks real slow against a young Crisp Quick in
comparison to Mike Tyson, Jake Paul. You know, Mike Tyson
could look real good in highlights, could look real good
warming up and training, but is that going to translate
in the ring against his young dude.

Speaker 1 (12:26):
That's what makes it intriguing, So to tune out. Here's
why I have a problem with jay Stu. By the way,
jay Stu, who we love, he's poo poohing this like
he doesn't even want to watch.

Speaker 3 (12:36):
I don't know if it because it makes him sad
or he's just not interested. But he sounds like my
old far uncle Tommy, My uncle Tommy who like goes
to sleep on New Year's Eve because.

Speaker 1 (12:48):
Watched the ball drops.

Speaker 3 (12:50):
That sounds that's exactly what he sounds like, the old
guy who just doesn't want to stay awake because this
who cares?

Speaker 1 (12:56):
Who cares?

Speaker 3 (12:57):
Even if Tyson gets knocked out and our childhood dreams
are crushed forever. You gotta be part of the history
and witness.

Speaker 1 (13:04):
Now if you told me, hey, listen, I'm not spending
seventy nine or eighty nine ninety nine dollars for this,
I understand.

Speaker 2 (13:10):
This is on Netflix.

Speaker 3 (13:12):
So and everybody knows. So you always say everybody has Netflix?
Doesn't have everybody has Netflix?

Speaker 1 (13:16):
Come on, everybody knows. Come on, there he is who
doesn't have Netflix? By my grandmother, who my grand I
don't even have a grandmother who doesn't have Netflix. You're great,
You're you're a grandkid. Orphana. You don't have any orphan, Dicky, Sam,
no more grandparents. So everybody knows somebody that has Netflix.

(13:37):
That's a fair state. So all right here here's my thought.
And Jay stew and Sam and Dan Bayer. Are you
guys under the feeling of we just love Mike Tyson
and we are really hoping for something that's not going
to happen.

Speaker 2 (13:52):
Do we have blinders on?

Speaker 1 (13:53):
So? Like, you know, everyone thinks their kids the cutest,
and everyone thinks their kids the best athlete. You know,
like when people went on American Idol back in the
day and their families like, you're great, go do it,
like I don't think so are we?

Speaker 3 (14:03):
Dude, we're being very real about it. Tyson could go down.
He could, he could just I don't have it anymore.
He could embarrass himself.

Speaker 1 (14:12):
But we gave you reasons to believe the kids angle
the shape he's in. But what about this let me
punch flip it. People saying Tyson has no chance? I mean,
we forget in all these Jake Paul highlights. I'm not
the guy that downplays Jake Paul. A lot of people
like to downplay Jake Paul and oh he's a inch wincer.
Jake Pool can be Tommy Fury. He takes it serious.

(14:33):
But he did lose to Tommy Fury. And because he
lost to Tommy Fury, we forget that he fought one fighter.
The one fighter he fought he lost. Everyone else he
beat was some type of mixed martial artist. People he
fought were you know, former UFC champions, Like he hasn't

(14:56):
fought anyone where I've been. Yeah, like impressed, Cherry picked
just like Tyson, who's fifty eight. So did we see
Mike Tyson take his training serious?

Speaker 3 (15:06):
Absolutely, That's why they postponed it to tonight, so the
night is finally here. This is like Christmas morning for
like any sports fan, you don't need to be a
fight fan or boxing fan. Tyson transcends all of that.
He's a cultural icon. You're like, I said, your granny's
coming out of her room. You know how your granny
sits in her room all night. She's coming out of
her room. The kids are getting off their computer, off

(15:28):
their tablet.

Speaker 1 (15:29):
A grandparent orphan. I just told her they're all coming
to watch this fight. It's here tonight. We gave you
everybody's take, We told you ours. I think Jake Paul's
gonna win, but Tyson, if he gets them before the
fourth round, has a shot after the fourth round.

Speaker 4 (15:44):
Father time wins, not Jake Paul.

Speaker 3 (15:46):
We go to you Fox Sports Radio Nation, We go
to the phones at eight seven, seven ninety nine on Fox.

Speaker 1 (15:51):
What do you think? Let's chop it up? And I
still want to hear more from Jay stew What is
Jase watching though the Pistons in the You know, we
also need to figure out and Jay, you could be
as curmudgeon as you want.

Speaker 4 (16:02):
It's all good.

Speaker 1 (16:03):
We love you.

Speaker 3 (16:04):
We know you're a cool, dude. We love hanging out
with you. I really want to hear. What else is
more important than this tonight?

Speaker 1 (16:10):
Are you and Christina not cut up on the Golden Bachelorette.

Speaker 5 (16:13):
Here's the crazy thing, guys, here's a crazy thing. Christina
and I will probably be watching Netflix. That's what's funny here.
We've been binging The Lincoln Lawyer. I'll probably be watching
that as Mike Tyson is being played on the same
streaming network.

Speaker 1 (16:26):
How Cuckol is up?

Speaker 3 (16:27):
But dude, as a sports guy, how could you want
to sit out on this anyway? Like you think it's
just such a farce and such a clown show, or
do you think it's fake or do you think that Yeah,
Tyson has no shot, so why even bother.

Speaker 5 (16:38):
If this was a one on one basketball game, I
would tune in. But there is always the fear or
the possibility that somebody could get very hurt. And I'm
not the audience for that. I know there's a lot
of people that want to see somebody get hurt. I don't,
so I'm going to tune away and then I'll catch
the clips.

Speaker 1 (16:58):
But you're saying that someone probably going to be Mike
if anybody correct or you.

Speaker 2 (17:04):
Yeah, dude, what if?

Speaker 1 (17:05):
What if?

Speaker 2 (17:06):
Hold on?

Speaker 1 (17:06):
That was a compassionate answer, and I really can't argue
that if that's how he feels. I do kind of
understand that. I mean, kind of lame, I mean, but
I do understand. I think there's a chance that Jake Paul,
he's fifty eight. I think he Apollo Creed Dragos to
Mike Tyson. I mean, he had a postponus because he
had also problems. He's an older guy, you know, but

(17:30):
he is Mike Tyson. If he dies, he dies, I'm
not gonna die. You know.

Speaker 4 (17:33):
That would be crazy.

Speaker 10 (17:34):
You know.

Speaker 3 (17:35):
And here's another thing I want to open up the
phones to. You have to factor in this. This first
hour is pretty much going to be about Mike Tyson.
What sort of chaos are we going to see? We
saw a little bit of that craziness yesterday as anyone.
Is there an unexpected celebrity that walks one of them down?
Is a holy field in Lewis Lennox Lewis, Are they
walking out? Does Tyson come out with someone else famous?

(17:55):
Does something crazy happen? Are there crazy antics? Does it
go the distance where we get a rematch and then
people are like, oh man, this was stage. Does the
streaming service go out because it crashes and it can't
handle all the eyes on this?

Speaker 4 (18:12):
Does it become the most watched fight ever?

Speaker 1 (18:14):
Look, you also got Cobra Kai the final season tonight,
so Netflix is going to be packed with eyes and
people and speculation. I think this will be one of
the biggest fights for.

Speaker 3 (18:24):
Our lifetime, and our job here is to hype you
up about it and to get your opinion.

Speaker 1 (18:31):
But also, man, this is coming from a real place
of intrigue. And like Portnite said before, we grew up
with this. Dude, how could we tune out now?

Speaker 4 (18:41):
No way, no how?

Speaker 1 (18:43):
What if Jake Paul is escorted out by James Buster Douglas.

Speaker 4 (18:49):
Buster Douglas wouldn't do that.

Speaker 3 (18:50):
You think he would like go against Tyson heavy boxer
wants to see Tyson winning. I'm just saying, like, I mean,
who was the one guy about the douglay through the
wonderful man my corner nowhere.

Speaker 1 (19:01):
Until Jake Paul, until Jake Paul gives him like twenty
grand talking about right, Yeah, Jake Paul might pull some
weird antic to get under the skin of Mike Tyson.

Speaker 3 (19:09):
Yeah, what other sort of circus antics do you think
we'll see?

Speaker 1 (19:14):
What is your side of the story, What do you
think will happen?

Speaker 3 (19:17):
Let's chop it up, as they say, and let's get
to you Fox Sports Radio Nation live from Miami. We're
gonna get to your phone calls next eight seven, seven
ninety nine on Fox and of course you can hit

our show, but that's actually him, and I'm the educated
white guy on the side.

Speaker 4 (20:09):
That's you.

Speaker 1 (20:09):
You're the smooth Latino brother.

Speaker 3 (20:11):
I mean, if Mike Tyson says so then it's facto
that is Rich and we're live in Miami.

Why did you say boost your waning trying to like
relate to the Vatos or something. Well, you know, you're

(20:59):
the smooth Latino brother. I'm just a white guy on
the side of the proud.

Speaker 4 (21:01):
He's trying to butter you up.

Speaker 1 (21:02):
He's trying to kids as you hear that kiss.

Speaker 3 (21:05):
Anyway, Cavino and Rich on Fox Sports Radio starting the
weekend a little early, like mister Furley, because we're gonna
watch the fight and hit the regal Beagle.

Speaker 1 (21:13):
Yep.

Speaker 3 (21:14):
But we're here hanging out with buds in Miami. We
just came here to see the Dolphins play. We just
pick a random game every year, so Raiders at Dolphins.

Speaker 1 (21:21):
You know what.

Speaker 2 (21:22):
I'm glad you said that.

Speaker 1 (21:23):
Let's uh transition what the uh mister Furley part of
the Dolphins. Let's transition not like Bruce Jenner, but let's
transition out of a out of a conversation. Yeah, well
you gotta you know, you got to make it clear
of these days. Okay, let's transition into something I call Yeah,
you acted too soon. So every year, yes, we pick
a different city and a handful of our good buds.

Speaker 2 (21:45):
We get together, you know, guys weekend. Everyone's a dad.

Speaker 1 (21:48):
Everyone's busy doing their life and their you know, work
and marriage and family and everything. So it's nice to
get away. You pick a game, you spend time with
your good friends.

Speaker 3 (21:56):
Everybody's dad. My brother's here. He's not a dad, not
that I know, not that he knows. I mean he
might be, who knows.

Speaker 1 (22:01):
With your brother. But here's where sometimes planning too soon
could go wrong. I'm listen when you're booking flights and
hotels and airbnbs and all types of stuff like that,
rental cars, there's a good chance. Sooner the better, I
understand that. I'm you don't want to be the guy
that's like, oh, we're flying next week, Oh, let me

(22:22):
go book my flight now, because then you get screwed.
We know that. But sometimes with game tickets and concert tickets,
like the World Series, for instance, I have a buddy
that paid thousands for Game five at Yankee Stadium because
he thought, well, game five, it'll clearly be two to
two or say, you know, assuming turns out. You know,

(22:46):
at that point it was three to oh the Yankees
had one. It was three to one. Those tickets that
were that he paid thousands for ended up being like
five hundo.

Speaker 4 (22:54):
Right, he jumped the gun. Jumped the gun.

Speaker 1 (22:56):
And because we picked a random city before the football
season started, we're like, yeah, it's good to Miami. That'll
be a fun you know.

Speaker 3 (23:02):
It was less about the game, more about let's just
hang in Miami with their buds.

Speaker 4 (23:06):
Yeah, it'd be cool. I've never been to this stadium, so.

Speaker 1 (23:09):
Yeah, I've only been here to see my forty nine
ers lose a Super Bowl. But besides that, I was like, yeah,
so Dolphins Raiders this weekend. I don't know what made
us think that that game was one you needed to
snag tickets too early? I mean, what do we think
to it? And Gardner minshew, we're gonna light it up.
Well regardless, Let's just say the tickets we bought were
two fifty each. Those same tickets right now are on

(23:32):
stub Hub and seekik and all these places like seventy bucks.

Speaker 4 (23:35):
Oh I hurt.

Speaker 3 (23:36):
So that's why I gotta put money on the fight.
So just a reminder. I don't know, Sam J. Stew
Dan Bayer, if you ever, why'd you even tell me
that I was happy not knowing?

Speaker 1 (23:44):
I'm sorry, dude. Have you ever jumped the gun like
that and you're like, why did I buy tickets too soon?
Because it's frustrating.

Speaker 11 (23:50):
Absolutely I have. Before Iowa took on Stanford in the
Rose Bowl twenty fifteen season. Going into twenty sixteen, I
think I bought my Rose Bowl ticket for like over
one hundred bucks and the prices did go down significantly.

Speaker 4 (24:02):
It's like a stock or anything else.

Speaker 11 (24:04):
It's a panic. You think that the ticket is going
to sell out. And then you'll be paying way more,
when in fact usually the prices go down.

Speaker 3 (24:10):
By in high stinks. Yeah, that is the worst. Thanks
for ruinning my night. I was trying to have fun
watching Paul Tyson.

Speaker 1 (24:15):
Should I have not told you that? I wish I
didn't even know that. Sorry, let's move on. Uh, you
want to get into the big game of the big
the big TV game of the week, Big TV game
of the week, at least explained too, because there's thousands,
hundreds of thousands of people possibly people listening all the time.
Rich has two TVs in his living room and he's like, way.

Speaker 4 (24:35):
Proud of it.

Speaker 1 (24:36):
I'm not proud of it. You make a big deal, but.

Speaker 2 (24:37):
You just hit it, Sam, you should hit my fat up.

Speaker 1 (24:41):
I got an extra TV.

Speaker 2 (24:43):
The game game that I will have.

Speaker 4 (24:45):
You should call it Rich's Big TV Game of the Week.

Speaker 10 (24:48):
It's Rich's Big TV Game of the week.

Speaker 1 (24:52):
Well, I made it very clear for the price difference
between what you bought your ticket for and you could
have bought it for tomorrow. Yeah, you could have bought
at least a fifty inch TV at Walmart or Target.

Speaker 4 (25:03):
How about that?

Speaker 3 (25:04):
Remember when the big projection screen TVs came out. I
paid six thousand, over six thousand dollars for a projection
TV in the early two thousands. TVs now are peanuts.

Speaker 1 (25:17):
Yeah, you could. You could get an eighty six inch
TV at Costco or Target for under one thousand dollars
because they're essentially large monitors.

Speaker 4 (25:24):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (25:24):
But anyway, so I roll out the second TV and
I figure you got the the four game split Sunday
ticket on one, and then the second TV deserves the
volume and the big screen. Yes, So we go over
every time slot and what game deserves it. And when
you look at some of these games, there's a clear
there's clear answers this week. So I don't want to

(25:45):
I don't want to poop poo on my own segment.

Speaker 4 (25:47):
Well, but check it out too. We can get Fox
Sports Radio Nation involved.

Speaker 1 (25:50):
I mean, if you agree or disagree, it's eight seven,
seven ninety nine out Fox. You know these are richest
big TV Game of the Week picks. This one's an
obvious one, though. The early game, the one o'clock East
Coast games, ten am on the West Coast games Ravens
at Steelers. If you think any other early if you
think any other early game competes with no Russ.

Speaker 3 (26:12):
That's the one you watch and then you just you know,
have the other games going on, keeping an eye on them.

Speaker 1 (26:18):
That's all dude, Russ at home, trying to show that
the Steelers are of the AFC elite. They're seven to two,
the Ravens are seven and three, trying to go up
two games in the lost column over Lamar and Derrick
Henry and everything they're doing in Baltimore. That to me,
I think the Ravens whoop their ass. That's like one
of my favorite picks of the week. But you get
to see where Russell Wilson really stands, where this team

(26:40):
really stands.

Speaker 4 (26:41):
You know, the Ravens are good, So what's the defense.

Speaker 1 (26:43):
Gonna tell the game? What's the defense gonna do? Now?

Speaker 3 (26:46):
That's also why we're so intrigued by the fight tonight.
Where does a fifty eight year old former Legends stand
against a hungry, strong young man.

Speaker 1 (26:55):
Where does that Where does a ridiculously good defense and
a different Russell Wilson, how does that team stack up?

Speaker 2 (27:02):
And I was Sam, I'll give you props.

Speaker 1 (27:03):
Wasn't it you the other day that pointed out that
in the past few years, the Ravens have struggled with
the Steelers when the Steelers were clearly not as good
as the Ravens.

Speaker 11 (27:11):
Yes, they were swept by the Steelers. The Ravens were
swept by the Steelers last year, both by the score
of seventeen to ten can at the beginning of the
year and at the end of the year.

Speaker 1 (27:19):
So maybe Tom one, you know, has a little step
up on hardbad, Maybe he sees something that no one
else does in Division games are always tough, as you know.

Speaker 3 (27:26):
And I'll tell you what, man, I sort of turned
the page on alternate page would be the wrong expression,
but I sort of had a change of heart on
Russell Wilson. I'm sort of rooting for him now, like
all right, wow, okay, yeah, I'm seeing it again.

Speaker 1 (27:41):
I like it. So it's sort of like how you've
gone back and forth multiple times on like Lebron absolutely
loved them, hated them, loved them.

Speaker 3 (27:48):
Hey, yeah, Like I'm buying into it. So I would
want to see him light it up here.

Speaker 1 (27:52):
So Ravens Steelers clearly the best game in that Pittsburgh.
This could be fun, terrible Tells will be out great
home field. Raven Steelers by far the best, if you
want to talk about the lopside game that doesn't even
deserve the four games split.

Speaker 2 (28:06):
Okay, who is watching the Jags at the Lions?

Speaker 1 (28:09):
The two and eight Jags at the eight one line,
unless you're a Detroit Lions fan and you just want
to see them put on a clinic.

Speaker 3 (28:13):
If Jaseu's not watching the Tyson fight tonight, he's definitely
not watching that, Jase.

Speaker 1 (28:18):
I'm imagining Jags Lions not on your radar.

Speaker 5 (28:21):
I want to say this, I'll add one caveat to
that game. They're still fantasy interest, right? Are you taking
fantasy interest into the consideration here? Because the Lions have
some exciting.

Speaker 1 (28:33):
Fantasy TV game of the week.

Speaker 4 (28:34):
That is a really great point.

Speaker 1 (28:35):
Like, if you want to see a team, just pounce
on I don't know the team and put some points up.

Speaker 4 (28:39):
That'll be fun if you're a Lions fan, it's fun
to watch.

Speaker 1 (28:43):
Well, you know what, jayse dou, I stay corrected. There's
a bigger trash game in the earlies, in the early one. Yeah,
the Browns at Saints, my God is at hot trash
so or the cults of the Jets. Yeah, the early
game is not so great. And then you have another
lopsided one, the Vikings at the Titans. So it's very
clear your early game Raven Steelers locked out on the

(29:05):
big TV.

Speaker 2 (29:06):
Now the Lake games, you got a couple of interest
to me.

Speaker 1 (29:09):
I'm a Niners fan, as you know, Dan Byers a
Seahawks fan. Niners five and four, Seahawks four and five.
That division's by by no means a lock. Yet McCaffrey
wasn't the game changer we thought he would be his
first week back.

Speaker 4 (29:21):
I've been admitted to that he wasn't. He wasn't. Yeah,
he wasn't all.

Speaker 1 (29:24):
There yet he practiced this week. The Niners are quote
unquote healthy. A lot of the guys are banged up,
but everyone's playing this week. Jake Moody did make that
game closer than it should have been last week. So
Niners Seahawks, that's not getting the big TV, even though
I'm Niners fan. Another interesting one the Falcons swow surprised
me last weekcause they lost to the Saints. Falcons six
and four at the Broncos, who are trying to hang

(29:45):
in the playoff picture in the AFC at Denver their
two point favorites. That's a good one, but it doesn't
get the big TV because it's very clear again Chiefs
and Bills. If the Bills listen, if the Chiefs are
gonna lose a game this season, this is I mean this,
This is a candidate. No yeah, no, oh yeah, no
doubt in.

Speaker 2 (30:02):
Buffalo late game, Buffalo minus two.

Speaker 1 (30:06):
Gone Tan and now Tan and oh to speak campus go.

Speaker 4 (30:10):
Yeah man, And you.

Speaker 2 (30:12):
Know I'll go to Ja.

Speaker 1 (30:13):
I'll go to Jay Stu for this one on Sunday night.
Secretly good are the Chargers? And I know you pull
for them six and three? Do you love Jim Harbor
the way I love them when he was with the Niners?
Is he?

Speaker 10 (30:25):
Is?

Speaker 2 (30:25):
He a culture changer?

Speaker 5 (30:27):
As I remember, I do, I do, and I remember
I love the Hire And I said to myself and
I told others, I'm willing to punt on this season,
like I have so much faith in Horrbout turning this
thing around eventually, but he doesn't need to do it
this season. So everything right now is gravy. And to me,
this is a big game because it's a one off game.

(30:47):
It's going to show the country how good the Chargers are.
I don't think they're necessarily exciting to watch. But they
just find ways to win, and this is a good opponent.

Speaker 1 (30:56):
You know. That's a very interesting point, Chase, Dude, the Charges,
while they do have some key players, there's something that's
they're lacking vibe to me or something like the Charges
haven't got me thinking.

Speaker 3 (31:05):
I would say identity, right, but they haven't been a
harball But are you really excited to watch them aside
from him and the possibilities?

Speaker 1 (31:13):
Chase stew I saw a tweet you did the other day,
and I very much agreed with it. If you are
a supporter of the Charges and you like to see
what they're doing, you almost have to You almost have
to accept the fact that they stunk, because if they
didn't stink and blow a couple of seasons, the hardball
thing wouldn't happened. If if Joe Staley and some of
these guys delivered even a little more, this wouldn't have happened.

Speaker 5 (31:35):
It's funny because Brandon Staley, remember when he lost the
playoff game to the Jaguars. They lost, but they they
were up twenty seven points or something. Humiliating game from
the from an hour after that game until for the
next eighteen months, I was screaming that they needed to
fire him. But if they didn't, if they did fire
him that offseason, we're probably looking at a totally different

(31:55):
head coach. So it was like a blessing that they
held on to him, an awful decision that pay off.

Speaker 1 (32:00):
Yeah. Sometimes, as Tom Brady said in his documentary The
Story of the Chinese Farmer, maybe maybe sometimes you think
something's great, not so fast, maybe so it's mad. Maybe
keeping score at home Rich's big TV game of the week,
basically saying early Window, Ravens pitt at Pittsburgh, Ravens des Steelers,
and then Chief Spills. Yeah, and a couple of games

(32:22):
to keep an eye on. I do like that Sunday
Night National game Jay sews Chargers and the Bengals. I'm
curious to see where those teams match up, and Falcons
versus the Broncos. Like we're forgetting Denver's five hundred and
the AFC, there will be a team that sneaks in
probably nine and eight or ten and seven in the
AFC for the Wildcard, and the Broncos there's I still
can't figure them out, and we're, you know, going into

(32:43):
Week eleven. What has Sean Payton done there. I can't
tell of bo Nix's if he's it yet, I don't know.

Speaker 4 (32:49):
By the way, these are your picks.

Speaker 3 (32:50):
But on a personal note, we are here with our
pals and there's really only one giant TV, so hawng
you can handle this.

Speaker 1 (32:58):
In the early computer we have the phone. Yeah, we
have a lot of Yeah, I think, uh that do
split screen action all right, So if you agree disagree,
let us know. Eight seven, seven ninety nine on Fox.
Jay Stu is on standby, IOWA, Sam's on the Ones
and TWESDB got your updates. We're out here in Miami
where that game is gonna be on No. One. Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Speaker 3 (33:19):
The only reason to watch that game is to see
if we get on TV somehow to say yeah, to
see if can to storm the field.

Speaker 1 (33:26):
Where is Lyle Alzado Jersey? Yeah, so listen, great week
NFL Week eleven. A lot of a lot of games
with implications. But again, you're getting to the point of
the season now where if certain teams have sort of
given up and certain teams are emerging, you aren't going
to see more lopsided games like, for example, the like
the seven to two vikings at two and seven Titans.
You see more of those games towards this point of
the season. All right, Wilson coming up here on coven

(33:49):
On Reck. Can you tease me? Can you tease you? Yeah,
that's a stupid haircut. Can you can I tease you? Yeah?
You weren't too much jewelry? Guido? All right, no, no, no,
can I teach you? Jordan's George are not the ones
I would have chose.

Speaker 3 (34:01):
I don't know all the details on the Paul Skeen story,
so sort of let us know what's to come here
on the Fox Sports radio show.

Speaker 1 (34:10):
You are you are a collector of baseball cards. In fact,
you were. I call you a scamster, Dan Byer. In
my defense, I was traveling right and is Paul Skiings
thing sort of happened, so talk about it. He has
all the details. But Dan, to give you the type
of guy Cavino as you got you know, you say
you're a Cavino type of guy. Cavino was the kid
in the neighborhood that trick the dumb kids into trading

(34:31):
their good cards away. Oh God, gummies, Dan, what do
you want?

Speaker 3 (34:36):
They wanted a Coil out Washington or a Willie Randolph
because they didn't know who Bob Clemente won.

Speaker 1 (34:45):
Yeah, they would bust that.

Speaker 3 (34:46):
They would bring out boxes of their old dad's cards
and like they wanted the new ones.

Speaker 1 (34:50):
And I was like, I saw value in the old
can you know, find the nerd and be like Mickey
Man or Mickey that's a mouse's name. I'll have that,
Here's a here's a great Jefferies. And they were pumped out.

Speaker 3 (35:00):
I had the Greg Jeffries and I was bumped to
get the Mickey Man.

Speaker 1 (35:03):
The best story of a Sleezbag Cavino because you always
say that I'm the guy. Cavino wasn't sleezebag. I was
just crafty as a kid. You said the basketball. I
had some basketball cards, but they weren't as big. But
Cavino has a lou Al Sinda rookie card because some
kid didn't realize it was cream adult jabbar.

Speaker 4 (35:19):
He didn't know it was cream abdultabar.

Speaker 1 (35:20):
I think I gave him, like you know, you gave
him jump Bubble, and I gave him a Willy McGee,
like the ugliest Willy McGee card, like the nineteen eighty
six tops Willy McGhee.

Speaker 10 (35:30):

Speaker 1 (36:43):
We appreciate it to get hyped up for the fight tonight. Yeah,
the guys were hanging with They brought an old school
NES simulator. Yeah, and we're playing Tyson's punch Out earlier.
Remember you remember had to beat King Hippo. Yeah, you
hit him in the mouth, in the gut, that's how
it works.

Speaker 3 (36:57):
Yeah, I know how to beat the whole game in fact,
to prove that we're lifelong Tyson guys. And it's a
generational night. That's what makes this fun. You remind me
of von Kaiser. Uh So, it's a generational thing bringing
people together tonight. So much so that I remember the
code double O seven three seven three five nine six three.

(37:19):
That's the code to fight Mike Tyson Invincible. That's what
we thought growing up. We had the pleasure of.

Speaker 1 (37:26):
Meeting him and interviewing him, going to his ranch several times, knowing.

Speaker 3 (37:30):
That this dude could sort of snap at any moment.
He's that type of guy. He's real friendly, a guy
with going on.

Speaker 1 (37:36):
You know. The last time we saw Iron Mike when
we were Blue Wires Studios in Vegas.

Speaker 4 (37:40):
Oh yeah, and he was.

Speaker 1 (37:42):
He was recording his Hot boxing podcast and he was
running late. So we afterwards, he goes.

Speaker 3 (37:48):
There's there's pictures of this right in our Instagram story
at Covenoa and Rich he goes, so.

Speaker 1 (37:54):
Sorry guy for making you wait. You guys are good guys,
like though Iron Mike for you.

Speaker 3 (37:57):
Yeah, so I mean anything a guy we've grown up
with and idolized, and therefore we can be jaded.

Speaker 1 (38:04):
But it is boxing. I infitted, anything could happen. And
you know Jay Stu who's choosing not to watch, He's saying, look,
there's an old guy in the ring. I don't want
to be part of something bad that could potentially happen. Dude,
watching our heroes fall is a part of all of sports.
That's just part of it, especially the fight game. And
regardless of how old you are and.

Speaker 3 (38:24):
Who's getting in the ring, you're always putting your life
at risk. That's that's what fighters are willing to do.
And Tyson even said in the recent Docuy series on.

Speaker 1 (38:34):
Netflix, I want to I want to die in the
ring because he's got that fighter's mentality.

Speaker 3 (38:40):
But do you think he wants to die in an
old age home or in a wheelchair. This is the
way these guys think. And if you're a fan, you
know that's always a chance.

Speaker 2 (38:48):
What do they say in your favorite movie, Blood and
Blood Out?

Speaker 4 (38:51):
Life's of risk? Are now it is? Everybody knows that.

Speaker 1 (38:55):
I was Sam, Jay stu let's go to the phones.
But any any any last minute take from you guys.
I mean, I know Jay Stuw's not watching, but I
was Sam. You're you're a bit younger. You're a kid
of the nineties and two thousands less than the eighties. Nineties.
When were you born? I was Sam, if you don't
mind me asking, eighty six, all right, so you were
a great year Mets were World Chair Series champions and
I was Sam was born. What a great year? What
a year? So Sam, you think you hit think of

(39:17):
Mike Tyson. You're thinking, like post jail Mike Tyson.

Speaker 11 (39:21):
I remember him being I remember him being at his peak,
and you know I was, I was pretty young, but
I do remember it. To tell you the truth, I
don't really remember anything about his life, like after he
got out of jail. I couldn't tell you but I
do remember him just his name being mentioned a lot
and him being on TV, and so.

Speaker 1 (39:38):
His whole reputation changed because for a while it was, yeah,
Mike Tyson's not a great guy. And then he became
a deeper thinker in philosopher for almost deeper thinker.

Speaker 4 (39:48):
You know what happened. The hangover helped.

Speaker 1 (39:50):
He had that interaction with a toad, which sort of
enlightened him a lot too. No, but honestly, the hangover
and he did the cartoon network stuff. He had like
a Mike Tyson cartoon with pigeons, and he started doing
the weed stuff. Everything about Mike Tyson, like his perception,
his image just a bit.

Speaker 3 (40:07):
Pauli Malanaji pointed out too before a guy who smoked
weed and mushrooms for years on end is all of
a sudden gonna just beat this hungry young fighter.

Speaker 1 (40:21):
Man.

Speaker 3 (40:22):
I hate hearing those things because it does bring a
large reality pack to me.

Speaker 4 (40:27):
We're all excited.

Speaker 1 (40:27):
I know, we're I know we're in a professional setting
Fox Sports Radio, but I gotta tell you one of
my one of my big regrets in broadcasting, teaming up
with this guy now one of my bit We were
at Mike Tyson's ranch, and he was smoking as he
walked over to us, and he handed his joint to
his to his pal and was like, let's go Covino
and Rich and I so badly want to be like,

(40:48):
hand it all. I just wanted to say I just
smoked what I wanted to say, just to say I
smoked it. Mike Tyson and I chickened out. I was like,
let's start the interview, Mike. But we were working for
ESPN at the time, Disney that might have might have
been in a pro for it.

Speaker 3 (41:00):
So Fox Sports Radio Nation, Jay Stu, Iowa, Sam jump
in whenever you want, dbat Dan Byron's got your updates.
In a few minutes, We're going to you your thoughts.
We gave you all things to think about. We're playing
all sides here, well nowhere we stand. You know who
we're rooting for. Anything's of possibility. Let's see what you

(41:21):
have to say now at eight seven, seven ninety nine
on Fox.

Speaker 1 (41:23):
Who do we got?

Speaker 5 (41:25):
Thank you Covino and Rich. I'll take it from here.
Let's go to Dwayne in Texas. Dwayne, you're on the air.

Speaker 1 (41:31):
Thanks, Jase Stuve. What's up to right?

Speaker 4 (41:32):
What up toright.

Speaker 12 (41:33):
Hey, greetings from Odefa, Texas. Hey, just like you, guys,
I had a chance to meet Mike Titan. Had a
meet and greet at the Venetian over in Vegas. And
his hands are huge. I don't know if you all
shook his hand, but it was like a normal person
shaking somebody's sinking. Yeah, you know, somebody hits you, that's
gonna hurt.

Speaker 1 (41:53):
Thanks a lot, heavy hands for sure, man. But here's
the thing. They say, big hands, big feet, no big gloves.
That's why I stepped up my toe. The ode my toe.

Speaker 4 (42:03):
They're hurting.

Speaker 2 (42:04):
Look at those hands, are they small?

Speaker 1 (42:06):
No?

Speaker 3 (42:06):
You know, he brings up a good point and that
is something that I think guys recognize. You shake a
guy like that, you shake his hand, you take it
in right. It's Mike Tyson and it is, you know,
a big hand, a big, firm, strong hand that knocked
so many people out. And man, he's so intimidating. He
gotta you got a factor in Jake.

Speaker 1 (42:27):
Paul's lack of Look, he's going up in the bright lights,
but he still has a lack of experience when it
comes to something like this. Dude thirty years thirty years
of youth on his side, all right, who that's what
makes it intriguing any any more? Feedback? We want to
go to Jay.

Speaker 5 (42:42):
Still, Brian and Florida.

Speaker 4 (42:44):
You're on Covido and Rich Hey Brian.

Speaker 13 (42:47):
Hey guys, how we doing?

Speaker 5 (42:49):
Al?

Speaker 1 (42:49):
What's up?

Speaker 13 (42:50):
Great? Hear me? So you know, I know the thirty
year Asia is certainly a big thing, but let's kind
of related to this. If it was, say, a twenty
year different, would it be that much of a difference,
Because if you remember, George Foreman fought for the heavyweight
title at forty five years old. I know that that

(43:12):
out of shape, slow George Foreman, and he thought a
real fighter. He bought Michael Moore and.

Speaker 12 (43:19):
He beat him.

Speaker 13 (43:22):
You guys remember that?

Speaker 1 (43:23):
No, of course, I don't. You know what that's the point.
He caught him, and Mike Tyson could catch Jake Paul.
And that's that's that's the That's really what it comes
down to, right, Will Mike Tyson be too slow to
catch Jake Paul? Because they asked him, Hey, Mike, if
you do knock him out, what do you what are
you gonna knock him out with? He's like whatever, whatever,
land whatever, Land, so if he could catch him.

Speaker 3 (43:45):
Of course he could knock out Jake Paul if he
could catch him. My fear is that Mike Tyson just
looks too slow in the ring with this young man.

Speaker 1 (43:54):
You know, my my favorite bet of the night. And again,
don't do what as Rob Parker says, you don't go
to do what I do. But I'll tell you what
I'm betting. Portnoy's betting his house on Jake Paul. I
like one hundred wins twenty five hundred Mike Tyson fourth round.
I don't know why I'll do that right now. I'm
just feeling I'll Venmo you one hundred bucks.

Speaker 2 (44:14):
Yeah, I don't know why.

Speaker 1 (44:15):
I love it like that.

Speaker 3 (44:17):
I feel fourth round one, I'm gonna venmo you. You
got this, you can make it happen. I'll make it
happen there, all right. I'm gonna Venmo Rich one hundred
fourth round. Because here's why, I think if he doesn't
tag him by the fourth round, he doesn't have a shot.

Speaker 1 (44:32):
Because okay, when he'll be too tired and too wigged.
But early on he's there feeling each other out.

Speaker 3 (44:36):
Right, Okay, keep this in mind, guys, they're using fourteen
ounce gloves. I talked to this guy Chris yesterday on
the Haymaker Combat podcast, and he was saying, that's advantage
both of them, because bigger gloves means bigger more defense,
you just block the punches more.

Speaker 1 (44:52):
So advantage there. But as far as two minute rounds advantage, Mike,
I'd say advantage Mike. Yeah, you know, because and it's
gonna go Those rounds are gonna go quick, so he
has to get it done by the fourth round.

Speaker 4 (45:03):
I'll take that.

Speaker 1 (45:04):
All right. Let's we'll take two more quickies and we'll
go to our boy, Damn buy a front update. Who
do we got Jay, Stu.

Speaker 5 (45:10):
Gentlemen, let's head out to the Rockies, Sam and Colorado Sammy, Oh.

Speaker 1 (45:16):
Golly golly, No, Danny g But Stu, you're doing a
great job and I love you guys. Thanks Bro.

Speaker 10 (45:23):
I want to call in hey.

Speaker 12 (45:25):
But my my only take is, does Jake Paul not
look like Glass Joe.

Speaker 2 (45:31):
I've seen those memes. I've seen those memes.

Speaker 4 (45:33):
It's a fun meme. Yeah, yeah, you know.

Speaker 1 (45:35):
What, but it's not a it's not a.

Speaker 3 (45:38):
Far off comparison. Here's why Glass Joe was a professional
fighter in the video game stop it no, no, no, serious.
But has Jake Paul fought anyone of real credibility? That's
that's what you need to.

Speaker 4 (45:50):
Keep in mind.

Speaker 1 (45:50):
Yeah, he's knocking people out. Yeah, he's strong. Yeah, he's
taking a series.

Speaker 3 (45:54):
I give him all the credit in the world for that, dude,
you loved, But the dude is delusional. He said a
few things in the past few days that he feels
he could have beaten Mike Tyson at any stage of
his Life's confidence.

Speaker 1 (46:04):
Big, dreaming bra as they say. And what else did
he say that was ridiculous recently? Oh, that he's gonna
go after Canelo, Like, yeah, okay, Canelo, first of all,
weys more than forty pounds less than you, and he'd
still light you up because they're real fighters. I've never
been and I'm not saying he's not. I'm saying he's
not at that pedigree now at all. I've never been

(46:25):
wanted to discredit what Jake Paul's put into his boxing. Dude.
You know the pedal though, but every every sport there's
levels to it. Right. He's really good and he's getting
better and I'm rooting for that, and that's great. But
He's not at that level to any other sport, right, Yeah,
what happens as you go from amateur to pros like
even college to the big leagues two from you know,

(46:48):
there's always that step of commanders.

Speaker 3 (46:50):
Sort of show you yesterday that they're not at the
Eagles level.

Speaker 1 (46:54):
Yet Hey, they're really good. It's all about levels levels.
One more phone call.

Speaker 5 (46:59):
Who do we got, Michael Florida.

Speaker 2 (47:01):
Mike, what's up?

Speaker 1 (47:03):
Hey? What's up?

Speaker 10 (47:04):
I was born in nineteen seventy nine, so I totally
remember Mike Tyson.

Speaker 13 (47:09):
I did the whole punch out, the whole thing.

Speaker 10 (47:11):
My question is, does Jake Paul benefit from winning this
fight because.

Speaker 5 (47:16):
Mike Tyson is so beloved.

Speaker 13 (47:18):
If he wins, does it hurt his brand or does
it benettit brand?

Speaker 3 (47:23):
You know, I don't think it hurts his brand, you know,
even if he loses, and I get I get what
you're getting at.

Speaker 1 (47:27):
Even if he loses, he got out.

Speaker 3 (47:29):
He got knocked out by Mike Tyson, I mean, and
he put his wave hos on the line and it's
probably great publicity. As we go to Dan Byer, can
you just read the tweets our buddy Spot, our video
guy Spot sent us something Jake Paul.

Speaker 4 (47:41):
This is from logan.

Speaker 1 (47:42):
Logan Paul said about his brother. Yeah, he just posted
on social media my brother got slapped by Mike Tyson
fing iconic but a grave error. This fight just became
personal for Jake and personal for Mike. Yeah.

Speaker 3 (47:56):
I think tomorrow's outcome will be utter devastation for my
The new face of boxing will be crowned tomorrow.

Speaker 4 (48:02):
And that's Jake Paul's logan.

Speaker 2 (48:05):
Paul abt his brother.

Speaker 3 (48:06):
Yeah, that's logan. No, no, no, he tagged Jake. I'm
just reading. So that's Logan talking about his brother Jake.
And man, this is a great trauma as Triple. You
used to say trauma show, drama show. We love a
drama show.
